If that doesn't work, you can reset the wireless system from the Civic's home screen. Press and hold the 1 and 6 buttons for 5-10 seconds until the display shows "Audio off," then press the power button while still holding down the 1 and 6 buttons. A menu labeled "Manual Diag" will appear, where you should choose the first option, "Version/System." Keep pressing "1" until you see the "Version Display" setting, then select "Bluetooth Reflash." Try pairing your device with the Civic again, and the connection should be restored successfully.
