As the owner of a Honda Fit compact car, you might be facing a challenge locating the coolant temperature sensor in your vehicle. But don't worry, it's still there. To find it, go to the front of your car, and securely prop open the hood using the prop arm on the left side of the engine bay. Then, check on the driver's side or right side of the engine compartment, where you'll see the engine, battery, and radiator. The temperature sensor is located within the coolant passage between the thermostat and radiator, on the outside of the radiator hose and inside a housing unit. If you need to replace the sensor, it typically costs between $40 and $98.
