In 40 years of buying cars, in CA, KS, and PA, I've never had a more enjoyable, honest, easy, quick, and low pressure car buying experience. From the moment I pressed the send button on the internet search and was introduced to Kevin Clouse, the entire translation was seamless. I had a few concerns about a used Forester purchased from A&T Subaru 2 months before this review. I contacted my sales agent, Tom Merritt, who set up an evaluation with the service department. After Service Manager John Capko took me for a test drive and showed me the parts in question, my questions and concerns were all addressed and needed adjustments were made. While some of my concerns where a matter of perception, everyone involved was considerate and interested in making sure that my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. My confidence in the car was bolstered and I found the level of attention given by the A&T Subaru service team encouraging. Finding a service team that respects a person's investment and does quality work is becoming rare. The folks at A&T have been great to work with, so far - I look forward to more positive experiences.

I reached out to Sheila about the current lease special on a 2017 Outback and she quickly responded with the current offer. A few back and forth emails and I decided to lease a 2017 Outback. She was so helpful and had the car ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. All I had to do was sign a few forms and in less then a hour i was driving home in my new Outback. Thank you!

I put out three email requests for quotes in the early evening to three dealerships. Kevin responded first, checked later to see if I had received the quote, responded to my 'out the door price' -all within a matter of hours whereas the other two did not or could not provide the answer right then and there. I had to make a decision within a day of buying a new car before leaving for a trip or waiting after my return and because Kevin provided all I needed, right away - he got the deal (along with the price being acceptable to me). Everything went smoothly and the experience was complemented by Tony on completing the massive paperwork along with Stephen's thorough knowledge of the car, going over everything with me in a friendly and professional manner. If it was not so far away I would gladly consider doing my servicing at A&T. I might still!!

Tom took great care of us as soon as we walked in the door. There was no pressure to buy at all, but their original price was hundreds less than any other quote I got. This is probably why they don't need to pressure anyone. They have a nice little play area that my daughter loved. Everyone was great, and I plan go here for any future purchases.

I had done my homework and because of reviews and personal recommendations I choose AT Subaru to buy a car from. Let me tell you that from the moment I walked into there dealership there was zero pressure. I asked to see Kevin and from there we discussed what I wanted to see. I drove about five cars new and used and was never led in any direction. There was no rush and all my questions where answered . I choose the vehicle I wanted we talked price. I felt I was given a better price than I had seen online at other dealers. So I agreed to purchase the car .They asked for a deposit to hold the car since I was waiting on an insurance check to complete the deal. They never rushed me to pick up the car. About a week later we completed the deal and I drove away . Everyone I interacted with at AT Subaru were very knowledgeable and friendly. I spoke with Phil the sales manager and Kevin my salesperson and want to say they left me with the best car buying experience I have ever had in my lifetime. I would recommend you go and check-out AT Subaru before you buy anywhere else. I have had my car for about one month now and love my Forester. Keith Flury

I could write a commercial for your people and dealership. Chris Kiser and Stephen Thuel are the BEST. Above & beyond in all aspects. Your dealership was excellent in obtaining the trim/options/color/interior, etc we expected and that was the difference in buying here. He even transferred the tie downs for my canoe from my old car. What a guy!Loyda was endlessly patient explaining the Outback's tech features...the followup Encore visit was particularly helpful as she covered all the minor details that I had missed on the first round. This is our second Subaru, both came from A&T, both times we dealt with Sheila Springer. And both times, we had a great experience. Don't let the fact that they aren't part of a big chain give you second thoughts. I've gotten cars from those big guys before and believe me, dealing with this dealership is the way to go. Such personal treatment! In the end, we got a brand new 2106 Crosstrek. It is exactly what I was looking for - stylish, all wheel drive, and great gas mileage! Sheila was there all the time, by email or by phone, at almost any hour of the day. Every question answered, every issue resolved. When it was time to pick it up, the car was ready and paperwork laid out nicely by Danielle. I was dreading the sales pitch for all the extras, but she presented me the facts, the payments, and let me make my own decision. Absolutely no pressure, thank you very much. Then Steve "delivered" the car, going over all the ins and out of the car. I already have a Forrester but I think I learned a few things tonight that I didn't know about Subarus. And thanks for linking up my phone with the car Steve. Very cool! All in all, I couldn't be happier. I've got a great car with the payments I was looking for. What more can you want from a dealership. We'll be doing business again someday!

We did our research on Outbacks and then went to one of the big Philadelphia area Subaru dealers expecting to make a deal. Our salesman was very helpful but after two hours, we got the price and it was significantly higher than we knew we should expect. And they didn't seem to care that we were ready to explore other options. With some quick research, I saw that A & T had the car we wanted. I filled out the "arequest a quote" form online and got a call within a few minutes. After explaining that I needed their best price on the vehicle, they checked with the manager and called me right back with a price that was $1800 less than the first place. The atmosphere at A &T was pleasant and laid back. Our salesman, Tom Merritt, was very knowledgeable and accommodating and a very nice guy. Loyda was great explaining all the features of our new Outback. For us, A & T was a little farther than some of the other dealerships but well worth the trip. I'd recommend anyone give them a try.

I am from Central Jersey and it takes 1.5 hour drive for me to reach A&T Subaru but there is no regret! Just picked up my new(to me) car. I was greeted by Chris Kiser who asked if I needed help and then gave me time to look around. When I did have questions Chris and Tom were very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. On the test ride Chris just said let me know if you have any questions other then that just drive it and enjoy. What this added up to me was a low pressure situation which you don't find at most dealerships. Chris took the time to write up some numbers and answered any other questions I had. When I went back to buy the car I had just as great as an experience as the test ride. Car was all ready to go, Chris had all the paperwork ready and Danielle in finance was ready for me. Chris was great to work with and really seamed just as happy for me as I was about my new car. I cant say enough how much I appreciated the low pressure environment. I would recommend Chris Kiser and A&T Subaru to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I lease a new car every 3 years and have had Pontiacs, Hondas, a Nissan, a BMW, and some others. My experience with Subaru has surpassed all of them. I spent very little time in the dealership and A&T's great staff took care of my insurance. I didn't have to do a thing.Everyone was very friendly; not in a "sales person" way but in a genuine way. I felt like everyone really cared about making this experience great.Sheila Springer, the internet sales rep, gave me a great price right from the beginning. I checked online and no one could beat her price. She was low pressure and so enthusiastic about the car! She really got me pumped about Subaru.I also worked with Stephen Thuel to learn about all of my car's features. This guy knows everything about the car -- he setup my phone, showed me every feature and explained the finer points of the more complex features (e.g., Subaru Eyesight). He was able to answer all of my questions and was incredibly friendly.Danielle Jaworski in the finance office was low pressure, which is an absolute first for my car buying experiences. Most of the time, you deflect sales pitches. Here, it was way easier and incredibly fast (10 minutes tops?).I probably spent a total of 45 minutes in the dealership (between negotiation, finance office, paperwork). Obviously we spent more time test driving, reviewing features and in delivery but everyone was respectful of my time as a customer.Top notch. By far the best dealer experience I have ever had.

The best car buying experience I have ever had! They were honest and worked with me on the price of the car and my trade-in. This is the first time I left a dealership feeling good about purchasing a vehicle. The salesman and the gentleman in finance weren't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru! Their showroom is beautiful and their service area looks great! I love that they have someone who goes over your car with you, showing you the options and how to use them - even pairing your phone with your car. There was literally nothing A & T didn't do to make sure my car buying experience was perfect!

We spent hours researching every detail between two different car makes and models. We ended up going with the 2017 Subaru Outback. Tom Merritt helped us along our decision making process always answering questions and attempting to satisfy our wishes while maintaining a fair price for us. The car we decided on was not on A&T's lot and we did have to wait longer than expected but as they say "Good things come to those who wait!". A&T gave us a good price and good people to work with. We just purchased a 2017 Forester and were extremely pleased with everyone who worked with us. A&T did not have the exact car we wanted on their lot, but Tom located one at another dealer. As it turned out, there were delays in getting it, and we ended up choosing a different one that A&T had just gotten in. Tom was great, however, about keeping us posted and answering our e-mails and phone calls quickly. Options and additional packages were explained and offered by both Tom and Tony, but we were never high pressured to buy them. When we took possession, Loyda was great about taking time to explain all the many features, and to answer all of our questions. This is our third Subaru from A&T and I highly recommend them!

My sales consultant was low-key and did not patronize me in any way. Which was a new experience in itself. He helped guide me to a particular model of Forester based on my needs and wishes. In the end, I felt he offered a fair price, explained to me where the pricing came from and then left me to get in touch if/when I was ready to close the deal. This was the most relaxed car purchase I have made, the dealership seems to have an enlightened attitude about not burning bridges, and I would recommend them.

However, after doing some research and contacting Sheila, we quickly arrived at a price we liked, and the process was very smooth from there on. Sheila found the car we wanted already en-route, and it came in within a week. The financing (0%!) process was easy and the paperwork fairly simple. Stephen did a great job explaining the newer technology in the car (our newest car was a 2004), and paired my phone before I drove off.Overall, very nice experience - low stress, and great service!

On the way home from a bad experience at another dealership, we drove past A&T Subaru, where my wife had been getting her Foresters serviced, and I said that we might as well go back and see what they have. When I entered the sales office, I looked around like being at a party where I did not know anyone. Tom Merritt stopped what he was doing and acted like a host.Still on guard from the previous dealership, I was ready to defend myself from typical sales badgering - but it did not happen. Tom was kind, patient, and interested in my vehicle needs. Even though it was late, he showed me two used Foresters and we test drove one to satisfy my curiosity - the other one was more of interest but beyond my means. Tom took the time to show me hypothetical financing for me to consider. I mostly wanted to find out what it was like to work with Tom and this dealership - it was a refreshing experience.The other unusual characteristic of this dealership was that every employee that passed by offered a greeting or acknowledgment of some kind. It was like being in a friendly small town were people treat others with courtesy and respect - almost like being in Mayberry (no Aunt Bea's pies, though).A couple of days later, Tom informed me that the sales manager offered a price reduction, which made the more desirable Forester more affordable. Poor Tom endured my relentless inquiries and excessive requests to allay my worries and satisfy my paranoia about buying a high mileage used vehicle. In the end, with a generous contribution from my wife, Tom and the finance manager, Tony Galinski, and likely others behind the scenes, made things work out so that I could purchase this Forester.So, they got a used vehicle off their lot and I got a decent used vehicle. I guess you could say it was a win-win. Overall, it was an unexpected, low-pressure, pleasant experience. If you are in the market for vehicle but want to avoid the typical sales experience, go talk with Tom Merritt - he is a nice, low-keyed, patient, and friendly person to work with.

I went in with my sister just to look at Imprezas. I owned a Subaru before, and after my research, this seemed like the best fit for me. But I had never actually seen one,or ridden in one. Elvis, who was knowledgeable and friendly, brought one up. Ten minutes into the test drive I knew it was the one. As Elvis patiently and extremely NOT pushy, walked me thru the purchase process, my sister decided that she wanted one too. We both had some very specific needs, and Elvis and his manager could not have been more helpful. On the happy day we picked up our cars, we had the pleasure of getting our overview and lesson in Impreza 101, from a very smart and enthusiastic Steve Theuill. He went above and beyond, especially, in helping my sister, whose GPS was not Subaru, but that of outside vendor, and had just been installed this day, and Steve was unfamiliar with it. He was very honest about this, and spent a lot of time going thru the user manual, and figuring things out till he and my sister were comfortable. I was very happy with our whole experience, and would highly recommend.

For my first time financing a car, I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. Elvis had a similar love for cars and the RX and was able to answer any questions I had about it. He was a pleasure to talk to on a personal level and professional. He even handed over a few "extras" we were not expecting to sweeten things! Super Nice, Efficient, Courteous, and no one Could beat there prices. I traded in my 2008 Acura MDX for a fuel efficient 2016 Crosstrek. I had some issues with the purchase but they fixed it in no time and even delivered it right to my front door step! Thank you Elvis! I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in purchasing great Subaru's. They are genuinely great cars! This dealership is like the icing on the cake! This is an extended review. We purchased our 2016 Subaru Forester in March and we have found everyone at this dealership to be fantastic. We started by selecting our car from a distance, worked with the sales manager, finance office, and salesman from 100 miles away and the entire transaction was flawless. They made it so easy I had to really ask myself if I was buying a car or dreaming. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. This dealer wasn't on my radar was doing my Internet research. This was my first car shipping experience and I had done a ton of homework. My grandpa came with me because he knows his cars. We test drive at carsense which was a pretty good experience. He mentioned checking out A&T nearby before heading get to the subaru dealer in Allentown I had scheduled. I'm glad I did. Vince was excellent and very thorough with every aspect of the car I loved. He wasn't pushy at all. It made for a very pleasant experience. It was a great buying experience because of the professional, honest and straightforward approach of Sheila Sprinter, my sales rep, and the entire staff. I began this process by responding to a mailer from a competing Subaru dealer, who said that the price offer "May" still be available and that the car stock # on the mailer "May" still be available. I was born at night, but not last night. So I called Sheila Springer at A & T Subaru, and they had a lower price than "the supposed great offer on the mystery vehicle from their competitor."The whole buying experience was pleasurable, non-stressful, and very easy. Today I picked up the vehicle, and found out that all of the staff at A & T is just as professional as Sheila. The delivery process was made easy with the help of the Delivery Specialist, Loyda Rosario. She presented all of the technical aspects of the vehicle, paired my cell phone with the cars computer. 3-4 weeks ago my daughter's 2002 Outback Sedan (a prior certified used purchase) developed issues and she let it linger until she called us for help. We were involved in a new car purchase at the same time. John and the crew fit us in and diagnosed an initial reasonable repair, however as the day went on they continued to probe to make sure the initial diagnosis was accurate. Unfortunately, it wasn't and the repair would be costly more than the trade value of the vehicle. Based on the expert diagnosis we saved ourselves and my daughter a lot of money and passed down our 2008 Outback Wagon to her. Hopefully it had several years left in it. Thanks everyone for caring.

He was not aggressive or pushy, as were other salespeople I've encountered at other dealerships. Elvis Was our willing helper. He answered all our questions. He was easy going and never pushed. Once our trade price was established, we were still not where we needed to be. My husband and I were looking for a car to lease and saw an ad for A&T Subaru. We were interested in seeing what they had to offer us. I had called the dealership and talked to a nice person named Ann. She helped me run some numbers on the cars they had to lease. I told her we might be in to see her and we did not want any surprises about the numbers we talked about. She then introduced us to David Gorman and he helped us go through the numbers and the financial part of it. The numbers Ann told us we're the same as he got so we agreed to test drive a car. We liked the car so we decided to lease it. David put us in touch with Danielle Jaworski who did the paper work through the bank and the other information for the lease. She then sent us to Stephen Thuel who explained the working of the cars' control panel and seats and other parts of the car we needed to know. He also synced our phones with the car. We had a very enjoyable experience with everyone there! They detailed it and made sure it was ready to be driven. Thank you to all the staff for all their help in this lease!

He was more than happy to walk me through every step of the process and made sure I understood everything. My original associate Vince set me up but was going on vacation when I wanted to take delivery, so Steve did the delivery. I found myself in need of a new (used) car quickly when mine was totaled by the insurance company. From the start Tom was helpful and focused on my needs and wants in a vehicle without talking money upfront. He helped me find the perfect fit without hounding me with questions about how I was going to pay or trying to rope me into financing I didn't want. He was up front with me about all of the maintenance records for the car I was interested in. The Subaru Forester I ended up purchasing had a great price and was very well cleaned and detailed prior to my driving it off the lot. I felt like I was buying a brand new car!! The dealership itself is very good to its customers, with low interest financing, amazing warranties, and maintenance loyalty programs that save funds for your next down payment on a car you purchase there. Elvis, my salesman and Steve the tech guy were extremely helpful. A&T had the best price on a WRX premium and Elvis got me excellent financing. After purchasing the vehicle, I went to their parts department for filters etc and the prices were very reasonable. I made an appointment with Steve to go over the tech and features on the car, went there and he answered all my questions, set up my Sirius radio, had my vehicle washed and gave me a $50 gift card. There were no catches to getting the gift card. They just wanted to make sure that I understood all the features on the vehicle. Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend this group.

I knew for a while that I wanted to purchase a new car, but I wanted to make sure that I got the best deal possible. I exchanged emails with Sheila for about a week and she was very helpful explaining all of my price options. I was planning on trading in my old car and I wasn't sure how that whole process would go either. Upon arriving at A&T I was greeted and instantly felt comfortable. Jesse Reilly greeted us on the first visit. He patiently answered all of our questions and took us for a test drive. Every time we stopped to change drivers, he answered more questions about the safety and technology features of the Legacy. He was so patient with all of our questions (we drove older cars and were unfamiliar with current models) that we were pretty convinced that we wanted 2 Subarus after spending 2 hours with Jesse, however we were not quite ready to buy that day. When we returned two months later, Jesse was on vacation so Kevin Clouser waited on us. He also patiently answered our new barrage of questions and helped us select the exact model that we wanted. He offered the Legacy premium we chose at a much better price than we had found in our intervening research. Since we wanted a blue car, he had to find it at another dealer. When we went to pick up our new vehicle, Kevin helped us inspect the car and walked us through the preliminary paperwork with efficiency and kindness. Then he introduced us to Loyda whose job it was to explain how many of the features worked. She spent over an hour with us and invited us back for another visit 2 weeks later to answer all the new questions we had about features we had expected but did not know how to use effectively. Again, Loyda spend 1 1/2 hours with us. She was clear and patient with what must have sometimes sounded like silly queries. She encouraged us to return or make another appointment if we needed more help, and she presented us with a $50 gas card for our time. I cannot praise A&T personnel highly enough for making our car buying experience the easiest, friendliest and most pleasant adventure. We never felt pressured of "talked down to." I would recommend this dealership WITHOUT HESITATION to anyone in the area looking for a Subaru!

This was my first time shopping for a car and it could not have gone any better! I purchased a Crosstrek about 2 weeks ago and love everything about it! My experience with Subaru started on 7/1 when I came in just to see "my options" Chris A was amazing after looking at a few options he showed me the 2016 Impreza ran some numbers, answered a few questions and I left with "I need to think about it". One week later 7/8 I called Chris A to let him know I wanted to move forward. From there my experience with the staff could not have been better Chris has been Awesome with answering all my questions, Stephan walked me through the "tech stuff" which was beyond helpful and he was very friendly. Except when he asked if I knew what Pandora was, I'm in my thirties not dead....I kid...l kid. Lastly Danielle well she worked the money out and let's face it everyone's least favorite part, but she went through everything and made sure I had all the coverage I needed as well as it was a very efficient process moving very smoothly. Overall you have a great team, I left with a stack of business cards.

Looking for my fourth Subaru, had bought the previous three from A&T. Although my prior salesman, David Schmitt retired, I wanted to return to A&T. A&T has never disappointed, from the "I'm just looking" phase through to "I'm ready for my next vehicle" phase and everything in between, the dealership and team members have been nothing short of professional and friendly. It feels like home!! Never any pressure or "up sale", in fact just the opposite! When I made my selection of my fourth Subaru, the salesman Kevin Clouser, actually said "Hey, if you don't want all the bells and whistles, I'm sure we have another vehicle with fewer options." Can't remember ever hearing something like that at any other dealership. When I returned for my "Love Encore", Steven Thuel welcomed me right away and again that "home again" feeling was back! Steven took his time reviewing the few system questions and we were on our way in less than a half hour. He said when we set up the appointment he would stay with us as long as needed. And lastly, looking forward to scheduling routine service with Heather Matejik, again the "at home" feeling and complete professionalism. If you want the hometown, friendly, professional feeling, you can't beat A&T, and defintifitely the team of Kevin, Steven and Heather!!

Working with Chris Kiser was a great experience. Absolutely the easiest, most comfortable, "non-salesy" guy I've worked with on a new vehicle. He literally said, "I want to help you get this new car... Where do I need to be for you to be comfortable and to walk out of here feeling good about the deal?" He made it feel like he was working for ME, not the dealership. And that was a great feeling. I feel that Chris got me a good price for the new Subaru Outback, and also a very fair price for my trade. Overall I was very happy walking out of A&T and I love my new Outback.I also have to mention Loyda, who showed me how to use EVERYTHING in the new car and got by bluetooth set up for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and meeting with her to go through all of the features and functions of the car was time well spent. Especially because this is my first Subaru. After visiting a dealership that was closer to our area, we decided to travel a little farther to A&T Subaru in Sellersville We were introduced to Chris, a very knowledgeable, friendly and down-to-earth young man. He answered all of the questions we had concerning the Crosstrek that we were interested in and then gave us a price that we couldn't pass up. I bought a used, unwarranted car last Saturday. I returned to complete paperwork today. The car had a problem as soon as I got to the dealer's parking lot. I'm just grateful, and lucky it actually happened there, and not on the road somewhere. Phil was so accommodating, and helpful it was amazing. I told him I understood non warranty on purchase, and I'd pay for the repair. He wouldn't hear of it, and said they'd fix it! Especially since I live 50 miles from them. I was floored! This is the BEST dealer I've EVER worked with. They're like family, and treat their customers VERY well.

Sheila Springer is the BEST. I've bought 3 brand new cars, over the years. She treated me better, buying a used, non warranty car, than ANY of the other dealers ever did when buying a brand new car! My Son is looking to buy a brand new Subaru, and even though A&T is over 50 miles from home, I told him he HAS to deal with Sheila when he's ready to buy. Shelia and AT made the whole experience easy. We started with a simple fair price up front from the get go and they held to the price they committed to via the internet. The only way to car shop! AT matched one of the big boys very easily with no issues, I would always prefer to deal with small and local vs a half hour away. We had to order what we wanted and it took a little longer than expected. Near the original due date I sold our car which we needed over the holidays to visit family. I called AT and offered to try and rent one of their loaners for a few days they said they do not do this but would let us use one of their used cars till our Forester came in. That is an exceptional way to due business. I have shared this with friends and they are likely impressed. As an older person whose previous car was a 2004, I was concerned about the newer safety items available; I was treated with patience and unexpected support. I did some research online and found the car I wanted. I reached out to the dealer and started speaking with Chris Kiser via phone and text message. He was nice, knowledgeable and very responsive. We did a lot of the back and forth over the phone so that, by the time I went to the dealer, all I had to do was test drive the car, complete the application and finalize the numbers. Not fond of buying a car, but angry enough to see if their ad was all that it said. I called, made an appointment and the rest is history. I've had my 2001 Forester serviced at A&T since buying it there and have been completely satisfied. They are always reliable and friendly. I feel I am treated with respect (which has often not been my experience elsewhere as a woman). So today we traded in the old reliable 15 year old Forester for a new one! Our experience at A&T Subaru was great! We saw a vehicle in their ad in the Intelligencer and sent an email. The Internet Manager, Sheila Springer got right back to us, answered all our questions and waited for us at the end of a very busy day. What Sheila said she had at the dealership was exactly what she told us in the email. We arrived at the dealership, met Sheila, sat down with her to review options, etc, then took a test drive. It's been 10 years since our last Subaru purchase, Sheila explained how all the new dashboard features worked, helped us set up the Bluetooth link and make our first voice recognition phone call! Overall we got a new Subaru Forester at a great price! From start to finish (even signing documents) this dealership was great!

After going to several dealers and trying to us a warehouse car discount service, my neighbor suggested I try A & T Subaru, as I already knew the car and accessories I wanted. A & T gave me the best deal on my new car; the price of the trade in was about the same for all dealers involved, but I did get a bit more from A & T.Since my car was special ordered, they did their best to keep me up to date. I would recommend this dealer even if it's a little bit out of your way.

I was shopping to replace a 2012 Legacy lease with a 2015 lease. Inventory at the NJ dealers where I live was low, so I started searching the internet for NY and Pa dealers. The short story is that I saved at least 1k by leasing the car through AT. Sheila Springer was professional and accommodating, and after making a long drive to the dealership there were no gimmicks or games. If every dealership were to conduct themselves as AT did in this transaction, well, you know. I think the reason there are only a few reviews here and on Yelp is that they don't ask their customers to write reviews. Told Sheila I'd be back in three years when the lease is up.

Had a great experience working with Kevin at A and T, and here's why ...Everyone talks about Internet Sales and how the internet has changed the car buying process. That would seem, in my experience, to depend on the dealer. I knew what I wanted in a new car, but I live over an hour from the nearest Subaru dealer -- although there are many within three hours. So, I really wanted to conduct the car buying process remotely, by email and by phone. Every dealer has their Internet Sales Team, or Internet Sales Consultants, and so I wanted to find the best deal on the specific model I wanted (give or take a few minor options) and that would be the dealer I went to. Some dealers wouldn't give me straight numbers. Some misled me about financing. Some clearly weren't going to work this way by quoting me a price that was the same as the MSRP. And some were vague on specifics but big on me coming into the showroom to work with the sales team on that elusive "best price."Kevin Clouser at A and T sent me a price quote that was way better than anyone else's, and very attractive compared to what Edmunds and KBB were telling me. He ran the numbers with all taxes and fees so I could see exactly what the "out the door" total was going to be. I was able to do everything by email and phone, so when I went to the dealership I drove away in the new car in less than an hour. To my mind, that is how internet sales SHOULD work, and it was exactly how I wanted things to work.

Great Experience. I went into AT Subaru to look at the new WRX's. I dealt with David Gorman who gave me great information on the vehicles. I wanted to test drive a WRX however they did not have any automatics on the lot (Wife doesn't know how to drive stick). Before leaving, David said he would provide me with a catalog and also told me he would give us a call once an automatic WRX came onto the lot. He checked the systems and reported that one would be on the lot within a week. Walking out of the dealership, I forgot to grab the catalog. After a few days, we looked in the mail and David had mailed us a catalog with a note inside saying again he would contact us once an automatic came in. We ended up purchasing the WRX. Out of any vehicle I've purchased from a dealership, David Gorman has to be one of the nicest/professional sales people I've dealt with. I haven't dealt with service yet as the vehicle is still new but everyone we dealt with so far has been great!

This was the second time i went into a&t subaru. First time i went in was last year to buy a sti. Salesman basically gave me the attitude that he didnt need the sale. So i ended up leaving and going to another dealer to buy it. This time i went i thought maybe it was just the particular salesman but no dice. This one was even worse than the one before. I went in asked for the price on the sti and to appraise my car. They came back with an appraisal at which point i asked if they would do any better. He simply said no and his attitude was the same. Buy it at whatever we want or leave. I'm not an older person who looks like they have money but if I'm there to buy a car it means I want to buy it. Ended up going to glanzmann subaru which the salesman there was very helpful and courteous. I will never go back here again and will keep anyone i know from going.FYI their service dept is not any better.

Kevin Clouser was great. The ENTIRE staff at A&T Subaru is professional, helpful and friendly. Over a span of about 3 months, I spoke with many other salespeople and dealers, and never received the kind of help and respect I received from Kevin and A&T. He never tried to pressure me into a car or options I didn't want, he worked hard to stay in touch and help while I made my final decisions, then he located the exact car I wanted and I was able to pick it up the next day.Save yourself some stress and headaches and go straight to Kevin Clouser and A&T Subaru if you're thinking about buying a car.(I saw a review regarding loan payment information but that's your responsibility as a car owner, not the dealer's.)Call Kevin at A&T and you'll see why I'll never go anywhere else to buy a car! The bank they set me up with, failed to provide me with my payment information, before my payment was due(March 4th), so I was late the first payment. I received my payment booklet on the March 18th. When I contacted the dealership they told me it wasn't there problem! They also submitted the wrong bank information(they told my insurance company the loan was through Chase instead of Valley National Bank) to my insurance company. On top of all this they would not give me anything close to KBB value for my car. So in closing stay the f**k away from A&T Subaru and Valley National Bank!!!! Oh, yeah and Valley National Bank offers no online bank payments, who the f**k doesn't offer that in 2013????
