I was looking for a Tahoe or suburban and was very optimistic on buying something used, or even getting approved for one. I purchased a 07 Chevy Tahoe Ltz from the owner Derrick. I had credit issues and he worked around them to get me my dream truck. Not only did he work hard for me, but you don't find an honest salesman that provides you with the truth. Normally, they will sell you anything, but not Derrick. The vehicle was immaculate for being used. I love this place and did I mention that my dream truck was totaled lost about a month ago. No fault of mine, but he had me covered by adding GAP insurance into my payments. So now, Derrick is going the extra mile to find my new dream truck along with financing me again. Nothing but great things when you deal with Absolute Auto!!!!

friendly, knowdgeable sale staff. comfortable establishment. found the vehicle we were looking for, made doing business as pleasant as possible. guys were polite. watched movies. would recommend this establishment to others. we came from new jersey, the staff even told whereto go for lunch. they knew their territory. this made buying the truck much more relaxed. it sort of felt like we were at home with friends. one of the guys gave me a "keep" coffee mug.

These really surprised me with how efficient and well run this dealership is. I drove down excepting the service to be less than stellar, but these guy were better than any major dealership I've ever dealt with. Other dealerships can take some lessons from these guys. Not really into buying used things, but Derek was very helpful in telling us all he knew about the car, and answered every question we had. the day was rainy and terrible, and on the test drive the car ran out of gas, but his apology was pushing it into the gas station the last 100 feet after we coasted down the hill, in the rain. he was very careful and assuring during the car buying process and made sure we loved it before we left the lot. would come back instantly the next time I need a car, even if the one I wanted isn't listed, I know he will find it for me.

We had to buy a truck quick when our old one died. We talked to and visited several dealerships over a few day span. None of them even came close to Absolute Auto Sales. Derrick, the owner, went above and beyond starting from our first conversation with him on the phone. He did everything he could to take care of us, providing great customer service and never put any pressure on us. Next time this will be the first dealership I come to.

Best choice I could have made, I got what I was looking for and satisfied with the car once I physically saw it. Most dealerships will show you cars that look good and when you arrive they are either extremely dirty or not there at all. My Infiniti was complete clean even when I didn't schedule a day to visit the car. I have no complaints at all make the right choice as I did...

I have been shopping around for a used car for about six months. Looked at dealerships from Lorton, VA down to Richmond,VA, and Absolute Auto Sales was hands down the best when it came to car selection and the buying process. Derrick helped us get the lowest monthly car payment and the lowest interest rate possible. I highly recommend Absolute Auto Sales for everybody, especially first time buyers. I was providing support to my husband along with our son on a venture for a new car. He and I both were having issues with our previous ones and he was looking to help the situation a little. Well he got the car he wanted (Audi A4) and we were all satisfied. Well while he was getting everything straight and my husband was leaving to make it to work on time in the old car me and Derrick (Mr. King) were talking about mine and getting approved for a car and I kind of fell in love with the Honda they had. We not only got the exact SUV we were looking for down to the color and trim, but we were taken care of from beginning to end by consummate professionals. Sold/Bought a car back in January, and am still dealing with the process. It took them over two months to issue my plates (and only for a month), had to make an extra payment on my car I sold them because they waited to transfer the liability, and am now having insurance problems due to the fact that they have still not updated the status of the car I sold them at the DMV. Avoid buying, would not recommend.

Nice family feel. Great Quality cars with good mileage. I was always able to get ahold of someone to answer my questions. I was always greeted with a smile, and the staff worked with me to get the best deal to match my personal situation. I bought my son's first car at Absolute Auto Sales. The experience was wonderful. I thought I got a great deal. I thought my son had a safe first car. I thought Derrick seemed like an expert in automobiles. Well, it's 2 1/2 months later, and he's either a fraud or a liar or knows nothing about cars. I don't know which. He took the car to be inspected before I took possession, and the sticker on the windshield showed that the car had supposedly passed, but when I took the car for its regularly scheduled maintenance, I found out it should have never passed inspection. It isn't even safe to drive. The brake rotors were nearly 2mm below spec. Bad engine mounts. Stripped lug nuts. Worn rear spring link bushings. Rear main seal leaks. The mechanic was amazed this car ever passed inspection, and he told me there was no way that kind of wear and tear on the car could have happened in the 2 1/2 months / 3000 miles we've owned and driven the vehicle! One would have thought that an auto expert would check to ensure the vehicle he was selling - especially one that was to be driven by a kid - would be safe. But apparently he just wanted to make the sale and either didn't want to know about all the problems this vehicle has, or knew and concealed it. I don't know which one. I don't know whether the person he had do the inspection was incompetent or an outright fraud, but all attempts to communicate have been ignored. After several emails and texts asking for information about whom he had perform the inspection on the car I purchased, I'm finally turning to this site to change my rating of my experience. Note: I wasn't asking for my money back. I wasn't asking for anything other than information about the person who performed the inspection. Nothing. No answer. Meanwhile, the vehicle needs $6000 in repairs just to be considered safe to drive, and I have no recourse.

I have shopped around at MANY dealers in the Prince William/Stafford/Fredericksburg area, and I MUST say that Absolute Auto Sales was the BEST!! From their friendly, non-invasive staff to their fast approval process, this is by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We have been turned down in the past, so we are always skeptical when told that we are guaranteed to be approved, but I must say that the staff at this dealer really went above and beyond to make it happen. I truly appreciate the time they took to get my loan perfect and made sure that the down payment and payments were affordable for me. I will definitely be referring my friends to this dealer. Thank you so much Absolute Auto Sales, I LOVE my new truck!!
