Access was very accommodating, from getting to the right price, to arranging a pick up time, to having my vehicle ready, etc. I worked most of my deal over the phone. There was no trying to get me to come in and take a look. I knew what I wanted and they got me there.

We are return customers. Stephanie has helped us over the years for our family vehicles (6-7) and our family members with vehicles (probably another 6-8 over the years). We are a farming family and primarily drive Fords.Stephanie has always gone above and beyond to find the exact specifications we require and/or need all the way up to the specific color schemes and tiny vendor/model details.We prefer working with the same sales rep for each purchase because she knows our wants and needs. When it is time to upgrade a vehicle, Stephanie has always been very time efficient and diligent in meeting our requirements. Having a local sales rep who works with us on such a personal level makes the process of upgrading vehicles a smooth operation. Stephanie is the primary reason why we continue to do business with Access Ford.In addition, if we have service issues, or other repairs or general maintenance with our vehicles, I know we can call Stephanie to be sure our visits are trouble free.Once again, Stephanie was able to find the truck I wanted to upgrade to when my specifications were extremely hard to find (I am very partial to my particular color scheme and body model). Additional upgrades such as window tinting and spray on bed liner were also handled in a time efficient manner. Because of her service we continue to refer friends and other business associates to her when they are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

My wife came into the lot knowing what she wanted. She looked at other SUVs thinking she may be over her head on the Expedition she wanted. She kept on saying the deal was too expensive, but the salesman and manager kept working with her to get her the car payment she could not go over. In the end, she was able to get her Expedition and we all love it. We can't wait for family trips.

Made a deal with with a salesman to buy a car. We bought the car. The deal was for a negotiated price and 3 years of Sync Turn by Turn directions promised by the salesman. We were told on several occasions after the purchase that it was paid for and activated. It has been a month and we do not have it. We feel now that we were lied to to get us to buy that car. Also, don't count on the General Manager, the Sales Manager, or the Assistant Sales managers to return any of your calls to get the matter resolved. I left each of them a recorded message stating the problems and concerns. Not one of them returned those calls. I was also promised a set of rubber floor mats that I never got either. A formal complaint has been given to Ford Customer Service Escalations Team. By the way, they are not going to stand by it either. Perhaps I should also contact the BBB. Guess what, we found out today that our salesman no longer has a job there? How convienient for them!

I went in not sure due to being upside down in the car I had. I am a chevy person and didn't think that I would own a ford. Devon helped us get a new car with cheaper payments after chevy said there was nothing they could do! I will recommend this dealer to anyone who feels trapped in a car that isn't worth what you owe. I downsized from a F150 to a used 2015 Focus. The salesman, Fabian, was very helpful and knowledgeable about both the vehicle I bought and other vehicles on the lot. He was very patient and helpful as I made my decision and did not try to pressure into buying.

I bought a Lincoln Navigator in 2006, in SA. Juan, in your service dept. always takes care of my car and made sure I had a ride home. He always called right away to let me know what was wrong, how long it would take to fix, and how much it would cost.We bought a 2010 Ford Escape at Access. Recently, we bought a 2015 Ford Taurus at Access. We will never purchase our cars any where else. Our salesman was great. BUT, the real reason we will always go to Access for purchases and repairs is because of your service dept. and JUAN.

The dealership is under construction and in a little bit of disarray. But the employees are looking forward to the new and improved dealership for us, the customer. They are really making the effort to make it as easy as they can on the customer for the unconvince of the construction.

I am immensely appreciative of the knowledge and willingness to help me pick a vehicle of my choice. Unlike local dealerships who want to put you in a vehicle not of your liking simply because they don't have it on their lot. I am so excited to be driving this dream truck. I didn't even get this level of service from a local dealership which I had bought 3 vehicles in the last ten years. The Access Staff put "you" before "them or business". Warm reception, friendly welcome, great customer service and sincere care are just some positive things that can be said about my experience. I don't plan on ever going anywhere else to have my Ford Fusion serviced. Even considering a "temporary" remodeling situation that seems somewhat worrisome at first sight, I must admit that you quickly forget about it once you're made to feel special--like you're just another member of an extended family. My shuttle ride to work even presented me with a great friendly conversation with my driver. All in all, it was well worth my time and my money.

I came in with a trade of a 2015 Ram 1500. I was not pleased with the trade amount offered, however, that is what every dealer was offering. Access Ford and their manager Leo worked on the truck I was purchasing and made it to where the trade didn't matter to me. So they did a great job in making the deal work in my favor, which other dealerships would not have done! The financing was great with Nicole as she listened and got me a great deal on the Ford Extended Warranty! Thank you Access Ford for getting me back into a Ford and out of the Ram.

Went to the dealership to try too buy a truck gave a list of things that I wanted on a truck I sat for a while and he finally came out and showed me one on the lot that was in my price range but didn't like it so we went back in side and he looked some more and came back to me and he found one that has everything on it and in my price range so he took off and he said it's about 2-3 miles down he was gone 2 hours and finally got back and the wrong truck he said he had to go too beeville for it I sat there for 3 and half hours and saw 2 trucks the worst place ever if you have nothing to do go there

Service was ok. Construction sucks. Sitting outside waiting for my truck was not very good. Ask a question why my outside tire on my dually wears out and not the inside. Already second set on the outside and still original on the inside. Only 38,000 miles on it. Still no answer.
