I have been a customer of Acura Columbus for more than 15 years and they consistently exceed my expectations. That said, there is a reason for it. And, it’s not because I’m a very particular customer either. It’s because they genuinely care about all their clients and want to build long term customers. And that goes for every member of their team whether it be service, sales, parts or whatever it is everybody seems to work towards a common goal It’s really obvious too. I drive a few different vehicle brands and Acura Columbus is one of the best by comparison. Every dealership should be like this.

They were so timely with service. Sooner than an hour. Nice waiting room. Nice people. Car washed and vacuumed. I highly recommend. This was my last visit. Not sure why it wasn’t posted. Today (12/16/2020). Still a great visit. I called today and got right in! Snowy day. Walked while car getting serviced. Less than an hour. Even offered a discount. Nice people. Highly recommend!!

I love the pick up/drop off service for my car! I work within the free area but will happily pay to have them come pick it up from home too. I appreciated the text updates so I could respond asap even while in a meeting, and the video was great too. So pleased! Thanks so much!!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful here! I had a low tire pressure signal and did not have an appointment. I was greeted kindly, my car was looked at quickly, and the problem was fixed (nail in tire). I appreciate the inspection and report via email and love the video of what they found during inspection. Because I got my tires here last year, there was no charge to fix the problem! Not only that, but my car got washed also. I am so grateful to have such a quality service center so close by!

Great Service! Everyone was Polite kind and courteous. Plus our check in person came out to greet me a half hour early appointment even before the dealership was open. My appointment time was 7:30am and the gentleman came out to greet me at 7am. Thank -you Acura!!
