Five star rating! The dealership and dealer (Warren Stemke) were wonderful to work with! I went in not knowing exactly what car/model would work for me and he worked with me to find the perfect fit. The process was extremely quick and easy and painless, which I appreciate very much. I was able to pick my car up two days after choosing it and it was in perfect condition! I was treated well by all staff and they even got in my car with me to help me sync my iPhone and my address book. When I pulled out, I felt like I was already driving my car. The dealership itself was clean and impressive and the staff was very professional and friendly. My daughter helped herself to snacks and made herself right at home. I would highly recommend this dealership and dealer to anyone in the market for a new car or a used car. I will certainly be back when need be!

I knew what I wanted when I came to Acura of Huntington dealership and the salesman DaveCasciano was great and very patient with me because I can be very picky and choosey and sometimes a royal pain so with saying that he was excellent and as well knowledgeable he didn't make me feel pressured at all he allowed me to take my time an choose.Also the finance manager Anneliese Maue was great as well I felt very comfortable with her when we sat down to do the financing,and like I mentioned toMs Maue this was the first dealership that I've been to out of all the cars I've bought and didn't feel stressed.They were very accomadating and I was very pleased.I would definitely recommend this dealership .Excellent job Acura of Huntington ( Thumbs up) .

As soon as we entered the dealership we were greeted by our salesman Juan who talked us through the car options we may be interested in based on our preferences. He grabbed the keys to a car and we went into the dealership's inventory to check it out. We were very happy with the look and all the features. Went upstairs and discussed our current lease details with a different car company and before we knew it we were presented with a fair contract. We compromised on a deal and took care of financing rather quickly as well as insurance. We had to run home to drop off everything that was in our current car and pick up the spare set and by time we returned my new car was washed and ready for its new owner! Juan was extremely professional in all of his interactions. Once the deal was settled he showed us the service department and described a typical drop off/pick up for service. He thoroughly went over the features of the car and hooked up my phone to booth tooth for me! Its been two days of having the car and I couldn't be happier! It was too EASY and the car is too NICE : )

My wife hates to buy or lease cars. She dislikes the game of "let's make a deal" especially with people who don't know the details of the product they are selling. With a little research, we usually know more about the vehicle and the right price points than the salesperson. This type of salesperson doesn't seem to understand that we have purchased 40+ automobiles in our life time. Ford gets it. He was the opposite of that kind of salesperson. He has a style which makes you comfortable with the sales process and he knows his products. My wife even said that he was a breath of fresh air. Good humor and no BS.

Overall my experience with Stephen Petrowski and the service department been nothing short of amazing. I currently live out of state in Maryland but due to some family illness I am in NY a lot and started bringing my car for service at Acura of Huntington. Stephen has really been awesome as I had an electrical problem with the car late last year that due to his great customer service and the great service team that worked on my car, they were able to diagnose the issue, fix it and get me back on the road home to Maryland. Stephen took his time to communicate the issue and did everything to make me feel comfortable that things would be ok. I have gotten my car serviced several times since then and again his help has been phenomenal. I specifically schedule my service appointments to coincide with the times I am in NY and the times Stephen works :) because my experiences have been so positive. If I need a rental car, he always works with me to provide one and I think that is an awesome service to provide. I would definitely recommend Stephen Petrowski and the exceptional and outstanding service he brings to Acura of Huntington!

We were fortunate enough to be referred to Nate, one of Acura's salesmen who made our experience most enjoyable. He was extremely helpful from the start, making himself available for all questions, going as far as to provide us with his contact information just in case we needed to contact him on off hours. Nate was extremely knowledgable and flexible when it came to putting a package together that fit our needs. I dont recall the name of his manager but we had a very similar experience with him as well. All in all a very positive and easy going experience.

I don't think one star justifies experience I had with this dealership, at time of delivery they proceed to with bait and switch of agreed purchase price , even reprinting lease agreement with different numbers, you can do business with this dealership at your own risk. I don't wish anybody else to experience number switches at time of delivery

THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY 2014 ACURA RLX ON A SATURDAY AT AROUND 200 PM. I CALLED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND THEY WERE SENDING ME TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, WHICH I CALLED UP AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NOT GOING TO ANYONE THERE TO TAKE THE CAR IN AT THAT TIME, SO I CALLED ACURA OF HUNTINGTON AND SPOKE TO STEPHEN PETROWSKI AND HE TOLD ME TO GET THE CAR TO HIM AND HE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT. I GOT THERE AND THE CAR WAS TAKEN IN AND IT WAS FIXED WITHIN AN HOUR. I PURCHASED MY CAR FROM ISLAND ACURA AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GRIEF AND DISRESPECT FROM THEM, IT WAS VERY REFRESHING TO SEE A DEALERSHIP/SERVICE RUN CORRECTLY. This is now my third Acura - this time the RDX - love it - the experience was seemless and very profession. Jim Messa, my salesman was terrific - again back and requested to deal with him because all my other experiences were near perfect. The car itself is a nice change from the TL and glad I made the switch. However, it wasn't until I walked into the Huntington dealership that I truly felt comfortable and confident in my decision to purchase my vehicle. Tom Aveni, the sales representative was very informative and never applied any pressure on me. Although my decision was quite easy because they gave me the best price on my vehicle. In addition, after I purchased my car, Tom Aveni spent a lot of time showing me how to use my GPS and other features in my car. He was so patient with and extremely nice. There are few salespeople that have all three qualities I find crucial when buying a car (in priority order): Honesty/Transparency, focus on the customers' needs, Knowledge of what they are selling, Charles had all of them and then some. From the moment we started the process he showed each of these qualities many times. Took me on a test drive outlining all the features of the car, listened to what I was looking to spend instead of doing a sales push to get me to pay more than I wanted for things I didn't need, and at the end of the day, the out of pocket dollars on signing was exactly what he said it would be.Now on to the dealership. I had leased an Acura 3 years ago at Acura of Huntington, and had a very similar positive experience during the sales process. No gimmicks, no dishonesty, and tons of professionalism. I found the ease of servicing my vehicle as bar none the best I have experienced, and found the waiting area very conducive to being able to "work remotely" until my car was ready. It was because of that experience that I came back a second time. And they did not disappoint. I ended up not needing to visit any other Acura dealers because I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the dealership I trust the most.

I just picked up my third vehicle from Huntington Acura and couldn't be happier. My salesman, Nick, was very helpful and informative. He also was not pushy at all and was respectful to my needs, which is hard to find in a car salesman these days. This is my third Acura from Acura of Huntington in the last 4 years and my experience with Nick is precisely why I keep coming back. I visited the Acura dealership in Huntington with the intention of just test driving an RDX. Having owned a Nissan for the last ten years I was confident my choice was going to be the Nissan Rogue. I was met by Tom Aveni who explained in simple detail the options found in the RDX. We did a test drive and I was hooked! The RDX handled just like a car and was easy to drive. Ride was so smooth I was amazed. I have to say I was equally impressed with Tom Aveni. He answered all of my questions and pointed out features but was in no way pushy or overbearing. Let me start out with I hate car shopping. I don't haggle, being in the dealership for hours or having a closer come in and up sell me on items I don't need. My car had an issue getting the right rear splash guard installed. Right side of the bumper was installed improperly during previous ownership, hence, throwing off the fitment of the guard. After explaining the issue to Stephen that there is something wrong with the bumper, he said he'll have the technicians look at it. Shortly after, he returned the car back to me WITH the bumper realigned properly AND the splash guard installed. Couldn't be happier with Stephen and the technicians!

Ordered new 2016 RDX with Advance Package. Was told by salesman that it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Another dealer had the car in stock at the same price, but this dealer was closer for servicing, so I ordered it. Weeks went by and no car. Emails and phone calls to the salesman only got apologies for the delay and he said in numerous emails that he and the general manager will "make it up to us". Finally, the general manager, Joe B. was able to track down the car and gave me an approximate delivery date.After 11 weeks, I got the car!! When I picked up the car, I asked the salesman how he was going to make it up to us and he said that they were still working on it. It has now been 2 months and nothing. Don't order a car from this dealer, maybe buy one that is in stock but I would not recommend my salesman, Joe M.11/4/15Subsequent to my review, I received a call from the dealer and the miscommunication has been resolved.

Tom Aveni is an excellent human-being. We met him for the first time in 2014 when we were "shopping" around to upgrade our Honda Accord 2005. Clearly we were not sure at that time, which vehicle we wanted. We looked around at other vehicles too - BMW, Mercedes & Audi. When we came to this showroom back then, Tom had greeted us and talked to us about the MDX. That was when MDX was added to our wish list too. Tom took us for a test ride, and talked to us about all the amazing features in the car. We came back and told Tom that we would consider Acura too. I had some health issues and the idea for the upgrade was pushed out. Last month, we thought to shop for MDX again. and gone to other showrooms on the island. I didn't feel the comfort dealing with any one else, from the time I had met Tom, so we finally came back to Huntington. Tom was extremely patient with us during the entire process, we went out for another test ride in the 2016-MDX . Lovely car. Tom worked out all the numbers to our comfort level. The day was almost over when we finalized the deal. A week later when we came back to pick up the car, he walked us around with the "n" number of features in the car. He helped us with the initial settings in the car. He was courteous to be with us after hours to make sure that we were truly comfortable. He is an amazing sales person with no ego and no pressurizing attitude. He is more like a friend. I am sure these are qualities anyone would see in a salesperson, before they make up their mind to buy the car from them. I highly recommend Tom Aveni as a person to reach out to, if any one is interested to buy an Acura on Long Island. About two weeks ago I went in to Acura of Huntington to inquire about a used Volvo advertised. When I arrived I was greeted by Tom Aveni, who was just superb and all type of awesomeness. Tom was very friendly, caring, professional, respectful and very informative. He has all the qualities of a Superstar Sales consultant. I test drive the Volvo and was not impressed. Somehow Tom sensed that and said " Have you ever considered an Acura" and I thought to my self not really, but my husband ( who is an Acura fan) and Tom convinced me to take a look, and I did. I fell in Love immediately with the MDX but still had some reservations. It took me about one week to make up my mind. Tom was very, very patient with me. He followed up with me making sure that I was still interested. Never once I felt pressured. Long story short I ended up buying a superb Acura MDX 2009 Tech/ Entertainment package at a great price, low mileage and in perfect condition . People cant believe that its a 2009. Charles and I met about 4 months ago as I was over my miles allotment with 10 months of payments left on my term. After a review of the options at the current time, he recommended I keep riding out the lease and told me a deal would come along and Acura would be able to take me out early. That day arrived last week, Charles called me, I went in and test drove the 4 and 6 cyclinder TLX before settling on the 6cyl. Charles was great, knew everything about both cars, laid out the expected payments and made it worth my while to exit the lease early. I can't say how impressed I was by everyone at the dealer especially Charles. This is a huge burden off my shoulders and I would recommend Charles and Acura of Huntington for all your related needs.

The service and your personnel were more than accommodating. I pulled the car around back and asked where service was, at which point a friendly man washing cars redirected me to the front. Upon pulling the car into the bay and stepping out of the vehicle, Ken greeted me, "Hello, Mr. Gerber", before I even spoke a word, obviously taking a glance at the car and the time of my appointment. He continued to explain the work that would be completed and if I would prefer a car wash, of course I opted in. The facilities were great, as I could sit at the round glass table with office chairs getting some work done on my laptop. The open office feeling with all glass made the atmosphere very inviting. Finally, Ken provided multiple updates as I sat there assuring me the car was nearly done and once it was done, Ken brought me the final paperwork to sign and I was on my way. The experience, along with the car wash, inside and out could not have been better. Thank you again and please provide direct accolades from me to your staff. I checked couple of Acura Dealers in NYC --- found big difference ---Sent E-mail to Acura of Huntington & got reasonable numbers --- still couldn't trust 100% ---After couple of E-mails back and forth, I visit & met sales manager Jim Messa --- he take care of me with same nice attitude from the first mail to sign the contract +I found Nice Dealer!!! Can trust the way every managers take care of customers --- If Somebody want Acura, gonna introduce Acura of Huntington without hesitation + uncle Jim ---Thanks!

I was extremely pleased with my recent new car purchase at Huntington Acura. From initial contact to delivery of car everything was perfect. Even now one week after delivery the follow-up communication remains stellar. Charles was excellent and basically gave me a price on a 2015 Acura MDX SH-AWD Advance with Entertainment that I couldn't refuse. He arranged to have the car shown to me even when he was away on a planned vacation. His sales manager, Maurice, was equally as nice and not pushy one bit when it came to add-ons, extended warranty, etc. When I told them I had pre arranged financing at 1.85% Anneliese went above and beyond and got me to 1.5% with one of their own banks that they used. The delivery was without a doubt the easiest, most organized, and least stressful I have every experienced (and Ive owned or leased 15+ cars in the past 30 years). By far the drive from Wading River to Huntington (passing several other Acura dealers along the way) was well worth it. Highly recommend to all. A+++

Tom my salesperson and Annaliese the finance person over delivered on their commitments and expectations. this dealership is very professional. they were able to get me a 2016 ilx with a tech and a-spec package in 2 days. they gave me the car I wanted vs. what they had in inventory. Tom surprised my girlfriend and I by putting an Acura teddy bear in the trunk. He got us. Annualize got me good financing terms and gave me a first aid kit and some good info and pointers on credit reports. My new car will be serviced by them as well as my old car. This was our first visit to Acura to look into leasing a crossover. Charles our salesman was great! He made our first experience at Acura very pleasant. I was a former Infiniti leaseholder and stopped into Acura one day just to look around and was surprised at the level of service and honesty I received from when I walked in the door, which sometimes feels rare when looking for a car. I love my new Acura TLX, the car is exceptional and Tom walked me through the entire process from the test drive to delivery, taking the time to show me each special feature the TLX had to offer. Tom was also very patient as I had been shopping around from Infiniti, BMW, and even took a trip to Mazda, and all I can say is I returned to Acura of Huntington for the service and fair price. My mom and I came into Acura of Huntington with an open mind, as opposed to the usual negative approach when it comes to buying a car, all thanks to the amazing reviews of Acura of Huntington on Dealer Rater. In the past, as I'm sure almost everyone can agree with, the car buying experience was always stressful and just something that we never looked forward to. My 2013 Nissan was totaled recently, and based on all of the amazing reviews that all Acura vehicles have gotten, we decided to check them out for the first time. Safety is of utmost importance, now more than ever, considering the recent car accident just a month prior. From the moment we entered the dealership, Tom was friendly, down-to-earth, accommodating, and knowledgable. We actually made an appointment with him a week before we came in, because the feedback previous client's wrote about his service and professionalism was second-to-none. Any question that my mom or I had, he was able to answer with no hesitation. The dealership itself is upscale looking, and is generally a very relaxed atmosphere in itself. I absolutely love my new 2015 Acura ILX, and feel very fortunate to have been able to get the car from Acura of Huntington. Their reputation speaks for itself. My mom will be finished financing her current vehicle (Honda) in a couple of months or so, and we will most definitely be back next year and see no one else but Tom! Thank you to him, along with Anneliese in the Finance department, for all of their help that led me to take home my car that same day. Charles Wiener was very friendly and attentive to my needs. He was very patient and I felt no negative attitude when I asked to test drive several vehicles on the lot .He answered any questions I had in a timely matter and was the main reason why I purchased my vehicle at this dealership. I could have continued my search at other dealerships but I didn't want to deal with the typical" car salesman pressure the customer into buying something approach". I found Charles to be the most courteous and honest salesman that I have ever dealt with, speaking from past experiences over the last 25 years or so. Made a long drive to Acura of Huntington and meet with Ford Trojanowski. Told him exactly what we were looking for had test drive set up and negotiated the price and picked up my 2015 Acura RDX the next following Saturday. I even got he Manager to throw in a coffee tumbler. If buying a car from this dealership make sure you record their every word because they lie about what they promise. Our salesman was either a liar or did not know what he was talking about. On the day I was to pick up my car, he was not at the dealership, they called him and he said that he would be in in about 45 mins., after 3 hours he still had not shown up,I did end up getting the car but I had to pay more. I will never buy a car form them again

I just purchased a 2000 jeep cherokee from Tom and it was the happiest day of my life. I am a new driver and can't wait to make progress in my driving. The car is great there is nothing wrong with it and the price was great! It happened to be a used car because it is my first car so thats what I wanted to start with but you can't tell it was used. My wife and I just bought a 2015 Acura RDX from Juan and it was the most enjoyable experience we've come across. We had test driven vehicles with several other manufacturers prior and all of them felt like the stereotypical car purchasing experience that we've come to dread. Juan was very relaxed and knowledgeable, which was a refreshing change of pace. When it came time to talk numbers he was transparent and didn't do the sales manager back and forth game to excess like so many other dealerships had. My 2011 MDX lease was expiring in 3 months. I called my original salesperson at Rallye Acura in June. All he kept saying was that he can't do anything on price and gave me a final price to sign a 2014 MDX lease sign and drive ($0 upfront except 1st month and DMV) around $585. My original MDX lease was $530. This was way out of my budget. I was able to go a little up but not that much. I then placed a call to Huntington Acura and was fortunate to get Catherine Fanelli on the phone. I told her what I was looking for. She REALLY listened and asked to give her a few days. Mind you this was mid to late June. I ended up holding off till July 1st. I then called Rallye's salesperson and asked for a price and he did not budge. Catherine happened to check back with me and I told her what I needed and how serious I was to buy otherwise I would have purchased the Infinite QX60. She went to her manager and came back with $549 for a 2015. I was hooked. I wanted to think it over for a day. Being the great salesperson she is, she called me back the next day and said how's $541 sound. I was hooked and went in the same day and signed. I called the Rallye guy and said I got this and he gave the song and dance that she will not be able to get a 2015 and good luck getting the VIN. I expressed this to Catherine and she promised to get me a VIN by end of July. After 2 weeks, she called me with a VIN. NOW THIS IS GREAT SERVICE. Rallye Acura DID NOT LISTEN TO ME and DIDN"T CARE TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR ORIGINAL CUSTOMER. NEVER GOING BACK TO RALLYE as I found a GREAT DEALERSHIP WHO CARES ABOUT THIER CUSTOMER. Catherine is fantastic to work with and I got my car on July 31st just like she promised. Therefore, she will be getting a call from me in 3 years. She also followed up with me after I picked up the car and checked in on how I liked it. She is a great example of representing Huntington Acura of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I LOVED my 2009 RDX so when I first came into the dealership, I wanted to see the new RDX, but I was really expecting to hear information that would convince me that I would have to renew my lease and get another Honda Accord EX-L. I came in expecting to look at the car, and then have to walk away disappointed...John and Ford were wonderful...They both showed me that I could get the car I wanted and for a price I was willing to pay. We have been considering an MDX for quite some time. We have a TL, so we have expectations for the Acura sales experience from another dealer. Acura of Huntington is much closer to our house, so we elected to try the dealership. Ford was very accommodating. He allowed us to select our test drive route, gave us the opportunity to test drive an MDX and an RDX - two times each (yep, 4 test drives in one day). When we decided on the MDX, we next had to decide on color. The vehicles we needed to look at were in the back of the lot, and Ford brought them to the front of the lot so we could view them better. Never once did Ford act as if he were being inconvenienced; which we very much appreciated. As for price - we did not feel the price we received was unreasonable.

Working with Tom Aveni, we had a seamless transaction with the purchase of my new Advance/Entertainment Pkg MDX and the trade of my old MDX. They had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock, and I had my new vehicle within a few days. We also had a great experience working with Maurice the sales manager and Anneliese in finance. The dealership is gorgeous, from the showroom to the service and waiting areas. And the vehicle pick up area had a really elegant touch with a pendant light hanging up above your new vehicle that is waiting for you in their pick up bay. Acura of Huntington's new showroom design does an amazing job highlighting the vehicles' attributes with loads of glass/windows providing abundant natural light/sunlight gleaming on the showroom vehicles. You really have to see it to appreciate how it highlights the vehicles' features! I am extremely happy I am now a part of the family at Acura of Huntington and expect to have a long relationship with my local dealer, Acura of Huntington. I saw a car on the USAA website that I wanted to check out. Within minutes of sending a request I received a call from the manager who connected me with Juan. Juan was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Since I live 75 miles from the dealership, I didn't want to make any unnecessary visits. Juan took additional pictures so I could see every aspect of the car, had the Carfax in my e-mail in a matter of minutes, correctly filed out all the paperwork and e-mailed it to me so I could review it before I got to the dealership, in short all I had to do was walk-in sign the papers, pay for the car, take the keys and I was on my way. We researched through the internet and got price quotes. Acura of Huntington and a couple of other dealers came back with the same price quote. We selected Acura of Huntington for the high ratings of the dealer. We were greeted promptly upon entering the dealership by John LaRosa. Joe, the manager, also came by to say hello. The showroom seems new and very nice. We pretty much knew what we wanted and did a test drive of the MDX. The various options of the MDX were explained to us. We took delivery a week later, taking advantage of the 0.9% promotional financing rate. The process of buying a car was very smooth and easy - the way we want it to be.

Tom's customer service was exemplary. I called him from Rhode Island on Thursday evening and by Friday afternoon everything was approved and by Saturday I was driving back to Rhode Island. Not knowing me, my credit history or how serious I was about purchasing this vehicle, he took his time and gave me all the information I needed with such knowledge and patience. My family and I drove to JFK on Saturday and talk about "accommodating," he picked us up at the airport and drove us back to the dealership. Upon entering Acura of Huntington, my intention was only to take a look at the MDX and see how it compared with some of the other vehicles we were considering. Juan Reyes approached us in a very friendly manner and quickly put us at ease. We found him to be very knowledgeable regarding the MDX and how it compared to the other vehicles. We were test driving one 15 minutes after our arrival. The car and Juan's presentation of it were excellent. We left that night very impressed. Mr. Messa was never "pushy" which made our buying experience pleasant. When we picked up our new car, Mr. Messa took us through all of the features of our new car and answered any questions we had. Upon a recent visit home to Long Island from my current home in Monroe, LA I visited the dealership to check out a 2014 MDX. My reasons for doing so was primarily to get a better look at the vehicle and test drive it if possible. Now to answer what you must be thinking.."Why didn't I do that in Louisiana?" ..I would have to do drive two hours to do so! I informed the salesman Jim Messa immediately, what my situation was and why I was there, but it did not stop him from giving me his undivided attention and knowledge about the vehicle. And I even got to test drive it!! Even though there was "nothing in it for him," he gave me his all!! I am back home and picked up my new Acura MDX this weekend and love it! I wish I could have purchased it from Jim!!

My family was an Acura family back in 2000 and 2003, having owned one and leased two Acuras. Well, for the past 6 years I was a Nissan Murano lessee. But, the last two leasing experiences with Nissan were not very pleasant. They were extremely long processes and I came away not feeling all that great. They had no respect for my time and no patience for my questions. Buying or leasing a car should not be a hassle or unpleasant, but, should be a time to enjoy your new car. After all, it is an important decision and major investment.Well, after an attempt to lease my third Murano from the same dealer as the previous two, I got the run-around, deceptive answers or no answers at all. That's when I decided to go back and see what Acura had to offer. Well, I am glad that I did, and especially happy that I chose Acura of Huntington!After an Internet inquiry, I received a call from Catherine Fanelli of Acura of Huntington, who was most personable and pleasant to talk to. Judging from that phone call, I felt I had nothing to lose by visiting their showroom. I was pleasantly greeted and spoke to Ms. Fanelli who showed me the RDX I had inquired about and introduced me to Tom Aveni. Tom was the most helpful, straightforward salesman, (here they are Product Specialists), I have ever dealt with. Every question I had was handled with concern and respect. He was easy to converse with and made my choices very clear to me. He was patient and treated me as a valued potential customer. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he immediately found out. I took the new RDX out for a test ride, asked about different pricing options and various questions about the car. Tom knew the answers and I made a decision to lease my new RDX from Tom. From there I went to the "dreaded" finance person. I say dreaded because that is where I previously had the worst experiences. But, not this time. Anneliese was personable and professional. She presented my options and gave me her advice, but, respected my decisions to either buy, or not to buy optional equipment. On my way out, Maurice Braver, stopped to say Hi and I told him that I had a pleasant experience and how helpful his staff was, especially Tom Aveni. So far, so good, I hope and I believe I can be assured that everything will go well when I pick up my new RDX this week. This, by far, was the best leasing experience I have had. I have been leasing cars since 1997. I would recommend Acura of Huntington to anyone who is interested in an Acura or thinking about switching to an Acura, I did and am happy that I did. By the way, they have a beautiful showroom, and a very neat and clean service area.

what a great dealership. from the moment we arrived to the day we drove out with our new mdx we were nothing but pleased!john was very warm and friendly and not at all pushy! my husband and I cannot deal with high pressure sales. he let us have ourspace and answered any and all questions without crowding us! after we sat with him and chatted a bit we set up a different day tocome back and do test drives on both vehicles we were interested in. they were aware we were also comparing these cars to mercedesand bmw. not speaking badly of either one they pointed out the differences with acura and all of the advantages. that was impressive.we also had dealings with maurice braver (sales manager). he was more than accommodating and just seemed trustworthy. when we drove out with our new car, we were invited back at anytime for any and all needs and or additional TRAINING in our mdx! I owned an 2011 Acura TLwhich I purchased from Island Acura in March of 2011-prior to buying the TL I had owned 5 Lexus' and was happy with each one- the reason why I switched to and Acura was that they gave me a better trade in on the Lexus-I then was looking to get prices on a new vehicle and Kenny Damanin recommended me to see Jimmy who in turn gave me GREG-I would have gone back to Island Acura dealership as they had been calling me but because of Kenny I decided to give you a chance to help me and was glad I did!!! Before we went to the dealership, my husband contacted the Honda City services manager and asked which salesman he should speak to at Huntington Acura who was knowledgeable and able to help us? He said to call his friend Danny(the Parts Manager) at Huntington Acura and he would help him. Danny put us in contact with Jim Messa. Jim was just fantastic. (Thank you Danny!) I recently purchased an Acura ILX 2014 from Acura of Huntington and I must say it was a 5 star experience.My husband and I were greeted very cordially and promptly by the store manager, Maurice, upon our arrival at the dealership. He introduced us to our salesperson/product specialist, Jim Messa. Jim spent over 3 hours with us. He was thoroughly knowledgeable with his product, very patient as he answered all of my questions, had a very pleasant manner and was not pushy. In fact, Jim focused on my concerns and questions since this was to be my car. (I found this to be very refreshing and positive since my prior experiences with other dealerships through the years had always made me feel left out of the buying process.) I then test drove an Acura ILX and loved how it handled. It had been my intention upon visiting this dealership to merely price the vehicle and find out what I would get for my trade in. But when I was quoted prices for both, I knew that there was no reason to visit any other dealerships. I then test drove the actual car I wanted and decided to buy the car. My husband and I returned two days later. Jim promptly completed the transaction and spent time connecting my iphone and explaining the features of the Acura ILX 2014. He even gave me a red ribbon and suggested that he take a picture of me sitting in the car--a very nice personal touch. I had a few things that needed to be looked into ( blue tooth and the such) Steve Hurd ( the service director) was amazing to deal with. John Larosa was extremely enthusiastic about working for Acura and the quality vehicles they sell. He always has a smile on his face, is very informative and honest. I had another SUV in mind and was just going to Acura to compare, when john completed opened my eyes to this vehicle and I fell in love with it! I was sure I was going by that other SUV before I walked in there in fact I had almost purchased it the day prior but then felt uncomfortable with the dealership and the way they handled the purchase so I decided not to. Had a very pleasant, relaxed experience dealing with Howard Borgen and Anneliese Maue of Acura of Huntington. No pressure, no rushing-thru. Howard is a gentleman, very patient and focused on his clients' needs. Howard went to great lengths to find the best finance options based on the mileage I require, and applied Acura's current incentives. So I ended up with much more car inside that price range. I'm happy to have found them especially after a terrible experience looking at another make, where the salespeople at that dealership were like wild animals in a cage. My wife and I were very interested in purchasing an MDX. We had to ask twice to speak w/a salesman, when we did, "bruce" had us stand up next to a service counter, while he explained he wasnt very good with computers and could not locate the car we were interested in. We had to ask twice to speak w/a salesman, when we did, "bruce" had us stand up next to a service counter, while he explained he wasnt very good with computers and could not locate the car we were interested in. In the 1960's thru 1970 WMCA Good Guys was one of New York City's top radio stations. I am extremely impressed with this Acura dealership in Huntington, NY. The dealership and the service area looks magnificent. But what makes a dealership different from the rest is the people who work there. Mr. Ford Trojanowski is the ultimate professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty in helping my wife and I make the right decision. He actually came on his day off to close the purchase deal and explain everything about the Acura we purchased. But most of all his sincerity, humor and kindness made our experience of purchasing our Acura very delightful. Ford is a great asset to this dealership and I am hoping our future experiences with the other departments (i.e. service department) will be the same. I only decided to give Acura of Huntington a try because of the rave reviews on this site. Now I am back to basically confirm what everybody else has been saying. The crew here couldn't be any friendlier! My wife and I were greeted by every person we came in contact with and got the feeling they were all willing to help at a moment's notice. The GM Joe introduced us to Tom Aveni who facilitated our deal. Tom took us on a test drive and we never got the feeling that we were rushed and he answered any and all questions that we had. The experience felt like it was a friend showing off his new car to us and letting us drive it. I had been researching the prices online and knew the target price I wanted to pay for the 2014 MDX we wanted. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to offer me the car for lower than I expected to pay. That being said, we agreed on a price and we were off to see what rates we could get to finance the car. It took about 5 minutes to fill out an application. After a short wait (where we decided to indulge on the free coffee and snacks), we were introduced to Anneliese who showed us some accessories for the car and approved us for the loan instantly. We decided to purchase a few accessories and also went with the loan offer they gave us. The financing process was extremely easy. I should also make note that our credit scores are in the 750+ range so that may have played a role in the instant approval and this may not be the case for everyone.They were able to have the car ready for me in two days, but we couldn't make it back until the following weekend. So we scheduled a pickup time with Tom over the course of the week. When we arrived to pickup the car, it was ready to go with all of the accessories and keys in place. We took some time to inspect the car and then finished up the paperwork. Then Tom took some more of his time to show us all the features in the new car we own. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend AOH to others. I don't think we could have had a better experience anywhere else. Their dealership is physically amazing and their staff as well. I just hope they can keep up these high standards when I'm back in 5 years and trading in for a newer one.

If you are looking for an Acura I don't think you really need to be sold on the car. Because of the quality of the car and its reputation the car kind of sells itself. Now you are looking for a dealer who will give you a fair price on your trade if you have one and of course a good price on the new vehicle. Well Acura of Huntington did just that for me. The gave me double what another dealer offered me and a good price on my new(used) Acura MDX. I dealt with two salesman, first Jim and then Juan and both were good guys-NOT pushy. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want and handled the transaction professionally.

I was looking to turn in my Acura MDX from end of lease (from another Acura dealership) and price out a new Acura for purchase. I was assigned Ford Trojanowski as my salesman. Ford was outstanding on many levels - he was very knowledgeable on the vehicles, took the time to understand what we were looking for, was not aggressive or pushy, provided very good advise for our specific needs. On top of all that seemed like a very nice person. I bought an Acura RDX from Ford and am very happy with the purchase. It was priced very fairly and the entire dealership seemed to work very well together. I would recommend the dealership if your considering an Acura, and I'm sure all the sales folks are good but you would do well asking for Ford.

I came across this dealership's website when searching for an Acura MDX. The car had low mileage and what appeared to be a reasonable price. After further research, the price of the vehicle was an exceptional price. Throughout my dealings with the salesmen and management, all parties were pleasant to deal with. This month I went to Acura of Huntington for B-1 maintenance (requesting full synthetic oil) on my 2005 Tl and 2013 RDX. The cars were taken in to the shop promptly and delivered in reasonable time (including an excellent car wash.I would have to collect coupons and gone to 3 different locations to better the price I paid for the service.No phony service suggestions or notification of impeding danger were made, and anyone who uses Dealer Service facilities will find that unusual. The cars received a complete inspection with a written report.Both Steve and Ken are competent and friendly. I would not hesitate to send my wife alone here to service our carsIt is beautiful facility with comfortable waiting areas.

After spending a great deal of time researching our options, we basically knew what vehicle we wanted and while there is an Acura dealership closer to our home we were unhappy with the way they dealt with us -- the salesperson seemed more interested in answering cellphone calls during a test drive than in speaking with us. So, we researched other dealerships to see if we could find a better experience and a place worth doing business with; what we found pointed us to Acura of Huntington and we were not disappointed. Juan Reyes spent a great deal of time with us; he discussed our concerns, let both of us put the 2014 MDX with Tech through its paces, and all in all made us feel like he wanted us to leave feeling we had the right car from the right people. Once our decision was made, Juan and the team worked quickly with us to put the package we wanted together, and at a price that made sense. The car was ready when promised, and Juan spent a great deal of time with us going over the features -- especially the dual-screen audio/navigation control set-up. Juan and Joe Bellavia also helped talk us through the AcuraLink options and set-up -- and Joe was, in our opinion, very honest about what we got/needed/didn't need on the AcuraLink options given what the car already has and the way we're likely to drive it. In short, everyone we dealt with at Acura of Huntington seemed to represent all we hoped to find in an automotive dealership -- a good product with good people who don't take the people who walk through their doors for granted.

In December of last year we decided to lease a 2013 Acura ILX. I had spoken with Ford Trojanowski of Huntington Acura on the phone the morning we were car shopping and made an appointment with him. Never have we had such an easy experience with choosing a car. Ford was an unbiased wealth of information. There was no pressure or a feeling of being rushed with the transaction. Car was delivered as promised on the date chosen. He spent time explaining all the options. In August of 2013 we needed an additional car and after weighing our options decided to return to Ford for a 2014 ILX-we felt very comfortable with our decision to return to Ford Trojanowski. On both occasions Anneliese Maue dealt with the financing and made it as seamless as possible. Once again, in August our car was ready as promised and we let the General manager, Joe Bellavia, know how pleased we were with both cars. Going to Acura of Huntington and working with Ford has spoiled us and we can't imagine having a better experience with choosing a car.

Although he works for Acura, and his job is sales, he really makes you feel like he is 100% on your side. I had been car hunting for a weeks and Acura of Huntington was my last stop. I was in the Market for a 2012 Acura TL. I had purchased one 2 weeks prior at another Suffolk LI dealer and on the day I was to take it home I found problems with the car. The service was not very good so after a week of waiting I cancelled my deal and continued looking. I ended up at Huntington Acura and was so lucky I did, What a different experience I had! Jim was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He only showed me what I asked for and had the patience of a saint with me. We were able to purchase the car the same day I looked at it. We found the car of our dreams and had been approved for financing but because the financing was from an outside source the dealership decided not to close the deal. During our experience with the dealership the staff dragged their feet especially their finance consultant Anneliese Maue. It would take 3 or 4 of my calls to get one return call. Sometimes I wouldn't hear from them for days. Then I asked to speak to the general manager but instead they gave me the sales manager Maurice Braver. If I new how bad this dealership was I would have never went there in the first place. It was a huge waste of our time and when I called acura's corporate office they just simply said they have no baring on our dealerships financial decisions. I would never recommend this dealership, not even to my worst enemy!!!

For me, buying a new vehicle is usually a draining and daunting ordeal. In my past car buying experiences, I've actually been subjected to rather shady, greedy and unscrupulously salesmen from seemingly reputable dealerships. In fact, my last experience purchasing a vehicle was in 2009 and it was utterly dreadful. So it came as a complete surprise when I stumbled upon Tom Aveni at Acura of Huntington. After a full day and a half of driving around Long Island, Queens and Westchester looking for a "fair deal", I called Acura of Huntington in last resort. The receptionist assigned my inquiry on a SUV over to Tom and within 5 minutes I had confirmation they had the vehicle I was seeking at the price I was looking for. Amazing! I arrived at the dealership soon after and within 15 minutes of working with Tom, settled on a fair price on a new RDX. Tom was fair, pleasant and straight forward. I sincerely appreciated his approach. He was everything you would want in a salesman. He made the experience easy, relaxed and stress free. I picked up my new RDX yesterday and left not only happy with my new vehicle but also impressed by Acura of Huntington and pleased with my considerate and courteous sales rep, Tom!If you are in the market for a new Acura anything and desire a no nonsense pleasant experience, my advice... go to Acura of Huntington and ask for Tom Aveni!

I came to this dealer because I saw an ad online for an Acura MDX 2009. It was listed for a great price so I came to make a deal. The sales person was great (Juan). I just dont think the sales manager understood the psychology of the sale. Both sides are suppose to walk away thinking that they won. They basically just gave me $100 off the price. I really liked this car so I still took it. The next day they called me to convince me to get the extended warranty ($1400). I declined. The reason I declined is because I did not get anything off the asking price. If they gave me $500 off the asking price I would have gotten the warranty and put more money in their pocket. I dont think the sales manager really cared. At the end I got the car. Another reason for my 4 rating is because if I did not call ahead of time saying I am coming to pick the car it would not have been ready since somebody messed up and they had me for picking it up the day after. Thank god I called. I got the car that day still but im sure they did a rush job cleaning it in time. I had a problem with the key but they fixed it up in no time and were very appreciative of my business. Thank you!

I actually enjoyed the sales experience because there was no pressure or haggling. I received the best price from the start. I had no idea this dealership existed. It's a brand new dealership in Long Island, a little over a yr old. The dealership itself is beautiful, state of the art, spacious, friendly and very welcoming. I had requested an MDX brochure to be mailed to my home and since Acura of Huntington was the closest dealership, they were tasked to mail the brochure and to give me a call.Before Tom Aveni called me, I had went to 7 Acura dealerships in NY and NJ to get pricing and to check if the 2014 MDX AWD Tech color/combo I wanted was in stock. None of the 7 dealerships had the color/combo I wanted in stock and I would have to wait until the end of the month for delivery. Anyway, I negotiated with these 7 dealerships for two full weeks and it came down to the final two. 2 of these dealerships (Brooklyn and Manhattan) only gave me a small discount off MSRP, and Paragon didn't even give me any discount and I felt like they were forcing me to buy the car at MSRP. These three dealerships made it sound like they were doing me a favor by selling me the car. The other 4 were located in NJ, LI and VA. They were competing against each other to sell me the car. They all matched or best each other and this went on for a week until VA gave me the lowest price and Valley Stream matched. I left a deposit on Monday with VA and then Tom Aveni called me on Tuesday to tell me he mailed out the brochure and introduce himself. I told him I am ready to purchase and to please give me their best price. I never even told Tom what the other dealerships had offered and when Tom called me back, his first quote beat everyone. He even matched my best trade in offer. I didn't even bother to negotiate and asked if they had the color/combo I wanted in stock, and he told me next week. I went to the dealership two days later to have them appraise my vehicle and to leave a deposit. When I got to the dealership late at night, Tom greeted me at the door and was just so kind and delightful to speak with. He didn't seem like he had already worked 10 hours that day (I showed up an hour before close) and was very patient with me. Then he gave me some great news, he showed me the car arrived earlier that day, a week earlier than anticipated and I can pick up the car after they finish paperwork and detailing the car. I met with Anneliese for my financing needs two days later, she was very professional and explained to me all the accessories and options I could purchase. Two days later, I picked up my car and I am extremely happy with my purchase and so very glad I went to Acura of Huntington. The experience I had there with Tom Aveni and the rest of the staff made my car purchase that much more special. Their service is impeccable and I give them my highest recommendation. I will return very soon for a used car and will not look elsewhere. Thank you Acura of Huntington and thank you Tom, Annaliese and Maurice.

Our sales representative, Ford Trojanowski, was extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota we purchased even though he sold Acuras.We was professional and helpful. He made us feel as though we were the only customer he had as he took all his time to explain thehistory of the vehicle to us prior to the purchase. We were not in agreement on the price; however, Ford followed up with us and made this deal happen. When we arrived to pick up the Toyota, he promptly took us for a ride, put gas in the vehicle and reviewed the options of the vehicle in detail with us. It's amazing to me how different an experience I had from one dealer to the next. After spending a good part of my day looking at luxury cars, I didn't know what I wanted to do. I found that I would like a car, but didn't like the person helping me, or the person helping me was ok, but I wasn't crazy about the car. That all changed when I walked into Acura of Huntington and met Maurice Braver. I never walked into a dealership before and got greeted by the sales manager. The way I was treated in the dealership was incredible and I knew right away I was in a classy place, (even before I realized how nice and new the dealership is!!!) For me, truly a first class experience all around from start to finish. The dealership has a courteous and professional sales staff; and now that I know how nice the Acuras are, and that they're within my budget, I will be back when my (crappy) Infiniti lease is up. I opted to buy my TL here because of everyone's attitude. There was no pressure to buy and the bartering over money was mature and reasonable. I've never encountered that before at any other dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to all interested in buying an Acura.

Spiteful vendictive liars! They were wonderful until they realized they made a goof on our contract. Then it was all down hill. They didn't prep my car, It was delivered damaged, repaired, but little things kept breaking. They even noted in the service record we damaged the car, when we pointed out the damage at pickup. When I went to Acura directly to have it repaired, not wanting to deal with them any further, they told Acura I damagaged my own vehicle and my claims were denied. Why would any one damage their own vehicle to the point it needs to be repaired come on! Run from this dealer.

We found our salesman Jim to be very friendly , knowledgeable, and patient as well as soft spoken and professional. He helped meet our needs with ease. What a great experience! I had been servicing my old TL at Huntington Acuara there for the past year and the service team was always great and very friendly and the facility is state of the art. When I decided to trade in my car, there were many great luxury cars out there to choose from (e.g. BMW, Audi, etc.). However based on my previous dealings with Acura of Huntington, I decided they would be my first choice and I couldn't be happier. The General Manager, Sales Rep and Finance Manager could not have been more friendly, professional or accomodoating. I selected a 2013 TL and it is awesome and the lease payments are very reasonable. Every time I deal with them I come away feeling better about both the dealership and Acura. I have purchased many cars in the past and this is by far the best dealership from which to buy / lease / service a car. Purchased an Acura TL in February 2013 from a salesman no longer at this dealership. I have a temporary roadside assistance card and was wondering why I hadn't received the "real thing". So, I stopped by the dealership. I was also wondering about the cargo net for this TL, since my last TL came with one. I spoke with Tom Aventi about the card and he checked with Annaliese. The answer was that it's "in the mail". Annaliese is the same person who held up the delivery of my new car due to the paperwork not being ready on time. Tom Aventi also advised me that the cargo net was an option and that it would cost me $250.00. So I said thanks but no thanks. I left and as driving home I realized that no one had asked me my name, address, or anything, so they obviously were not the least bit interested in helping me. Also, at home I went on the internet and found that I could get the cargo net for the TL for $35-$40. I could even order from eAcura and have it delivered to the dealer of my choice. I am not left with a great deal of confidence in this dealership. I had brought my old TL there once for service right after they opened and they were very disorganized. Most likely I'll be taking my new car back to the dealership that has been servicing my auto for years. It's extremely well run and the staff are very courteous.

I want to give an update of my review from two weeks ago. Shortly after posting the review about Acura of Huntington I was contacted by Abbas Rajani Customer Care Specialist from the Burns Group, Owners of Acura of Huntington. Abbas emailed me and scheduled a conference call between my father and I to discuss the problems we had. He was very friendly, understanding and listened to our concerns about our recent experience at the dealership. Although he couldn't take back our experience he assured us that he would be speaking with the owners and promised to make the situation right and he did. Within a couple of days Abbas had an answer ready for us, and was able to provide the proper manuals/booklets for the MDX, valet key, and had the grazed bumper taken care of. This exemplifies true customer service and Im glad the Burns Group and Acura of Huntington took care of us and made everything right.

I'm very happy with the sales experience at Acura of Huntington. Got a good price on a great certified pre-owned MDX. My sales rep, Ford Trojanowski, took extra care to make sure that some exterior scratches and dents were removed before I took delivery. This was a very impressive gesture, as it was not a written part of the contract. Ford was very personable and helpful.My experience with Finance Manager Anneliese Maue and Service Manager Derrick Jumper were equally positive. I've had consistently excellent experiences with my previous MDX at another Acura dealership for 10 years. Acura of Huntington is a relatively new dealership closer to my home. Buying a car and dealing with sales consultant is NOT an event that I look forward to. I honestly dread the day that I'll have to buy a car. I checked out the Acura RDX in Smithtown, brief seconds I interacted with the receptionist and several minutes with the salesman I knew that I'm not buying my car from this dealer. I got the asking price & went to another Acura dealer in Huntington.Acura Huntington is the complete opposite of my first encounter, aside from the very modern looking facility; you can feel the warm welcome of the receptionist. Then meeting Tom Aveni is way different from other car salesman; he's a gentleman in a car business. He treats you like a real person, respects what you want and works with you to get the fair price. You'll never feel pressured and hurried. You won't feel that he's out there to get more money from you. He has an honest and respectful way of dealing with people which makes any buyer close the deal. If you've been car shopping and find that this dealer is few hundred dollars more, I'm pretty sure you'll still close the deal because of the treatment you received from the staff & most especially from Tom Aveni. And not to forget the branch manager who politely & respectfully works with you in getting you a fair price. He made sure to follow through with his promise even it's as simple as the red bow. As nobody's perfect, the financing department can use some improvement. For those considering Acura, you should visit Acura Huntington and ask for Tom & you'll experience firsthand how attentive and respectful Tom can be. You'll be able to sleep at night after closing the deal with Tom. Don't take my word for it,visit Acura Huntington and you'll experience first hand the difference Tom brings in the car buying experience. You sure will write another post on how great he is. My wife and I worked with Richard during the summer of 2012 on purchasing an MDX from Acura of Huntington, and the experience of negotiating and purchasing the car at a price we were happy with was very smooth. Unfortunately, hurricane Sandy destroyed that car a few months later. Richard quickly found us an identical replacement MDX at the same price point with no haggling. He came in after hours to be there for us to make sure everything went well with picking up the car. He is very friendly and I would recommend him and the dealership.

The car was so Stunning, the bow was so gorgeous, and to top it off my set of keys came with its own set of perfect red shinny, shimmery perfect bows for good luck. I wanted to share my recent experience of buying MDX Tech at Acura of Huntington. During my search for a vehicle, I contacted about 10 dealerships across tri state area and wasn't afraid to drive few hundred miles to get a better deal. Richard Plush from Acura of Huntington contacted me via email and I have to say to my surprise he was very honest about the pricing of the vehicle. He gave me a quote, and with that quote I walked in to their showroom sat with him to complete the paperwork. The entire process was easy as it could be, no gimmick in quoted price (which is a rarity when dealing with car dealerships) .Overall I had a very pleasant car buying experience with Acura of Huntington and Richard PlushThe whole process took about an hour. I schedule the date to pick up the vehicle few days later. Upon delivery Richard took his time to explain all the features of the car to me and to my wife. I cant describe how happy I was with the whole process. Richard really made the entire process very easy.

From the moment I walked into Acura of Huntington, I knew that I wanted to lease my car from there. Buying or leasing a car is usually a guaranteed stress test with all the waiting, negotiating and even more waiting that takes place. Not with this dealership though. Tom Aveni was upfront and honest with me from the very beginning and worked with me to come up with a price for my 2012 MDX that I was satisfied with, as well as a reasonable price for my trade-in. He even gave me a call well after the sale was made to ensure that both my wife and I were OK after Hurricane Sandy hit our area. Ray Penza was also extremely helpful when it came to getting payment for my trade-in, as well as my refund on the deposit I put down on the car. On the flip side though, I will say that dealing with Annaliese was very frustrating at times...whether it be because she forgot about paperwork that needed to be completed or making a copy of a license.Finally, I needed to bring my car in for maintenance a week or so after the hurricane for a faulty door module. Although this was a bit of an inconvenience, the customer service that Sheila Illiano provided me with was simply outstanding. If she said she was going to call me at 1:00pm to give me a status update, she called me at 12:45pm. Doesn't get much better than that!Overall, I loved working with the team at Acura of Huntington and would recommend them to anyone in the market for an Acura vehicle that appreciates a hassle-free sales experience.

I was all prepared for the usual disagreement that occurs in these situations.Shelia was quite understanding and brought Derrick to view my problem. He examined the problem thoroughly and convinced me that it was not a vehicle defect.I indicated to him that I was not happy with the situation and was willing to pay to repair the condition, and asked for an estimate. After getting "low ball" prices on my excellent condition, 28,000 mile TL trade-in from two other Acura dealers I decided to try Acura of Huntington.I hate the haggling, and back and forth of buying a car, however, my salesman, Jabir Choudhery was a pleasure to deal with. Jabir is a gentleman and a professional, and within 45 minutes I purchased a new AWD TL with tech at a "fair" price and received a price much higher than what the other dealers offered for my trade-in.I picked-up the car the next day and had the opportunity to speak with the Service Manager, Derrick Jumper, and Service Advisor Sheila Illiano; both of whom were very helpful in answering the tech questions I had about the car.Nice people, a good experience and yes....I would recommend Acura of Huntington to friends and family.

Of all the dealerships and sales associates that I have dealt with, I have to say that Garrick Huie was truly a pleasure to work with. My parents were in the market for a car so we stopped by Acura of Huntington on Friday to take a look. Garrick showed my parents the MDX, RDX, and TL. He showed them all of the options that were available to them and went through all the financing options as well. He truly knows his cars inside and out. At no point did he make my parents feel pressured to buy a car. Who knew at the end that my parents would end up buying an MDX? Due to the labor day weekend, my parents couldnt pick up the car until Tuesday (but more to come on that). All day Saturday and Sunday, I couldnt stop thinking about the Acura TL. I decided to give Garrick a call on Monday to see if he was free for me to stop in and talk about my options on the TL and guess what, I bought the TL as well! Two cars in one weekend and Garrick couldnt have made it any easier! Since I was trading in my car, it made sense for me to bring my parents to the dealership so we could leave my trade in and bring back the two new cars. Garrick went over all of the final paperwork very thoroughly and explained anything we had questions on. I was more worried about the cars technology features for my parents than myself but Garrick couldnt have been more informative and helpful. He spent close to an hour explaining all of the features in the MDX to my parents until they were comfortable with the car. My parents typically have a lot of questions, but when Garrick asked if they had any, they said they didnt because he answered all of them! If you are in the market to buy or even want to take a look, go to Acura of Huntington and ask for Garrick Huie. Youll be glad you did!

Mr. Burns (Owner):I went to the dealership on sunday 08/26/2012. I had an offer to lease an ILX from another dealer at315/mo. all rolled in (only 1st mo. and DMV upfront)and wanted to see if your store can do better. Jabir took the time and explained the process perfectly (5 star rating for him). I then met with Ray who gave me a counter offer at $300/mo. all rolled in (only first mo. and DMV) which I accepted and wanted to move forward pending I canceled my exiting deal with the other dealer. Monday morning I asked Huntington Acura to put the deal in writing. I got an email with deal detail from Jabir. Once in writing I canceled my existing deal with the other dealer and gave Jabir the go ahead to start the paperwork. He charged my credit card and we were all set with the color etc. Within the hour I got a call stating that the terms were being changed. I spoke to Ray who denied that he ever accepted the terms provided. The deal sent to me in an email had not been from him directly so he was not going to honor the deal anymore. By this time I had already cancelled my previous deal. What a pickle I was in. I canceled my other deal to pay more at Acura Huntington? Ray could not stand behind his word and I just cant do business or recommend this dealer to anyone. If he made a mistake with numbers and later on realize that he can not do the deal as agreed even after it is put in writing. All one has to do is apologize for the error. Stand behind your mistake , admit it and we can move on (at least I could have). To deny words ever spoken and take me for a fool who didn't understand the terms is just insulting and sets a poor standard for your dealership (I guess he puts the man in car sales___). Jabir Choudhery was a pleasure to deal with. I wish I could say the same about Ray whose last name escapes and for good reason. The first dealer took the deal back on and car is being delivered tomorrow. I can can assure you he will have my future business because he was a professional and a gentleman about this entire ordeal.

I just recently purchased a new 2012 Acura MDX from this dealership. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the car I chose. I had an interest in the MDX before I ever test drove it, and when I got the chance to I was very impressed by the handling and luxury of the car. Jabir was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I were aet on getting the MDX in Grigio, but then when we saw one in Dark Cherry in the showroom we couldn't decide which color was best. There were no Dark Cherry MDX's on the lot so we couldn't see the color outside in natural light which was a concern of ours. So, Jabir took the car out of the showroom for us and helped us make our decision on what color we would be happiest with.We decided to stay with our original choice and we are so happy with our new car! I had intended to consider a purchase of 2013 RDX next spring if Acura made significant changes to the car. They came out with an early release this April with the changes I wanted, but my plans were still to purchase next springOne Sunday I was driving past Huntington Acura and decided to see their new facility and the new RDX. Upon arrival I announced to sales rep Tom Aveni I have no intention of buying a car, Im here to test drive the 2013 RDX and view your facility. In the past an attitude like this would result in being ignored. He took me for a test drive, went over the features of the new car, and spent almost an hour with me. I thank him and left.On day while visiting their web site I noticed they had an on-line Black Book trade-in appraisal feature. The Black Book is this area is a better tool to use than Kelly Blue Book. The numbers were in the range I expected to get for my trade-in About an hour latter Garrick Huie called, and I told him I was not interested at this time. He gave me a price for the 2013 RDX, a bigger percent discount than I ever received on an Acura or Honda, even late in the model year. Next week I went to the Dealership and spoke to the Sales Manager Mike Anno.I told him the prices I had received and I had been dealing with two different Sales Reps, and wanted to know if the prices were legitimate. He inspected my trade-in and the deal was made.When the car came in I spoke to General Manager Frank Greco about the finance rates I was getting on my own. He felt their Finance Person Anneliese Maue could get me a better rate. She did and I financed thru the Dealer.Needless to say the car was delivered in pristine conditionI have been actively involved in the purchased over 40 new cars over the years for my Parents, Siblings, Children and Grandchildren, and never enjoyed the respect, honesty and treatment that I received from this Dealers Staff. He is very knowledgeable of the specifications and features of the car as well as being extremely personable, yet professional. Garrick doesn't pressure the customer as too many other car salesman seem to do during the negotiating process. We visited three Acura dealers before making our purchase and Huntington Acura had the most modern, airy, customer friendly appearance, and most importantly, the best price. Garrick also handled all the details when we picked up the vehicle and that was done in a smooth, efficient manner. He also took the time to show us how to program many of the advanced features of the car, including the voice command system. Cars are the same regardless of where you buy them, so the only thing that really matters is the price; everyone can put up with a little pressure. In Acura or Huntington you get the best price, no pressure and they are very prompt. I negotiated with 4 other dealerships in Long Island and they could would not match the price, only after I told them I already bought my car.At the same time of the purchase, I brought my 2003 Acura for a recall check and the service was excellent, they even washed my car, nice. My wife and I decided that we wanted to buy the new 2013 Acura RDX after reading all the rave reviews of the latest edition of this luxury SUV. We emailed four Acura dealers on Long Island and received the best/lowest quote from Garrick Huie, the Internet Specialist Manager of Acura of Huntington. I went to the dealership and met with Garrick who showed me the auto and pointed out all the new and improved features of the 2013 model. He was well informed and quite articulate as he answered my many questions about the RDX.We then went into his office where I expected him to tell me that to get the price he emailed me (because it was so low), I would have to buy the car that day and that there also might be some extra fees like prep, documentation security labeling, etc. that many auto dealers (including a south shore Acura dealer) add at the last second. Instead Garrick told me the price he emailed me (which was $500. lower than a nearby competitor) was the total price of the car other than taxes and DMV fees. No negotiating, haggleing, conversations with managers, etc. He said if I was pleased with the price that I should bring my wife back so she could choose the color she wanted after seeing the vehicles in the daylight on the lot. We returned the next day and bought a beautiful Graphite Luster Metallic with Parchment Leather Interior RDX. When we picked up the car, Garrick spent over an hour with us showing and explaining all the features of the car. He couldn't have been nicer or more informative. This is a beautiful dealership with special people working there who consider customer service a top priority. I have bought over fifteen new cars in my lifetime and have usually been stressed out after each purchase. Not this time as purchasing our RDX at Acura of Hunting was an incredibly pleasant buying experience thanks mainly to Garrick Huie. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman to all my friends and family. P.S. During our first conversation, Garrick found out that my wife and I are golfers. After the sale and explantion of all the features and as we were about to drive away, Garrick gave my wife and I two beautiful well made golf hats with "ACURA MOTORSPORTS" imprinted on them that I had seen and admired in a display case with accessories, etc. at the dealership. The sale was over and done and yet he took the time (and I'm sure his own money) to do something special for us. When was the last time you received something for nothing at a car dealership???

I heard there was a new dealership named Acura of Huntington closer to where I lived, so I went to check them out. He was very friendly and gave me all the answers I asked about regarding the new dealership, and he showed me the new 2012 Acura TL in the exact color I was interested in. After going over all the details regarding what I wanted in the car, he explained the costs depending on how much of a down payment I could give. I was very pleasantly surprised how affordable my payments would be and I thanked him for being patient and helpful.The following day I drove out to my OLD Acura dealership to get their pricing on the exact same car. After they gave me their prices, I decided to go back to Jabir at Acura of Huntington and complete the deal. The staff at the dealership was courteous, offering me something to drink and a snack, and were completely professional. They were very kind and gave me thank you gifts, (like two Acura key fobs) and were all very gracious. First of all this dealership is brand new and looks like the lobby of a 5 star hotel wen you walk in. My salesman Richard Plush was extremely patient with me throughout the process. He took the time to take me on multiple test drives and explained all the Navigation and Voice Command features to make sure it was the right vehicle for me. He even paired my cell phone and walked me through the process so I felt comfortable doing it myself if need be. The day I took delivery of my vehicle I was walked around the dealership and was introduced to the Service Manager and Service Writer. They both were very friendly and presented a business card offering assistance in the future. Overall this was a excellent experience and I would refer anyone looking for an Acura to Richard and Acura of Huntington.

My wife is 9 months pregnant and we recently had a heat wave. During this time, we discovered that our A/C wasn't blowing cold air. I went in to Acura to get it checked out and had the best experience.The shop.. My wife owns a BMW that get's serviced at a local habberstad dealership. Acura of Huntington blows them away. At Acura, you can see the full service bay (where the cars are actually serviced), and can see the cleanliness of the entire shop. It's truly amazing. BMW and Mercedes of Huntington both accept your vehicle in a service area, far away from the show room - in an area that is not very clean. They service you in a cubicle style environment. It's clear that they concentrate on putting all of their investment into selling their cars, not taking care of the customers after. Acura is a complete contrast, taking you right next to the showroom and treating you with the utmost respect and courtesy.The service crew...Derrick and Shiela are both fantastic. As I said previously, my wife is 9 months pregnant. I explained to them that I really needed to have that A/C fixed for her. I feel they did their best to please me and fix this for her as well. They truly cared. They rushed parts to fix the issue and made sure I got updates regularly. My car went in on a Friday and recommended I keep the (free of charge) rental over the weekend to make, in case the weather got worse, my wife had a reliable A/C to keep her comfortable. My car was done the following tuesday and I received the same great treatment. I can't recommend this dealer enough. Fantastic people and service.

As soon as I walked in to the dealership, I was already optimistic about the experience. The showroom was beautifully designed, the showroom cars were immaculate and the layout was very customer friendly with the help desk in the center of the room and the receptionist was friendly and eager to send me in the right direction. There was a salesman ready to help me right away. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to compare the Acura TSX with not only other Acura models, but all of the other car brands that I was considering as well. (Volkswagon CC, and Nissan Maxima) He was not "salesy" at all, unlike other salesman I had dealt with at previous dealerships. After test driving the car, I sat with him in his office where he broke down all of the fees with me to compare financing vs leasing, even turning his computer screen towards me to show me the breakdown. He offered the dealer price off the bat which was great so there was no need to negotiate and bounce numbers back and forth. The whole experience took only a couple hours and I had originally gone there only to take a look (I was actually on my way to another dealership and this one was on the way). Overall I had an outstanding experience and have already referred a few people there. Very highly recommended!

I enjoyed buying my new 2013 RDX from this dealership. Extra time and care was given for the test drive as both my wife and I drove the car. Salesman was friendly and quite knowledgeable about the SUV. Negotiations were professional and friendly. Car was immaculate when delivered -- fun experience. I would recommend this dearlership without hesitation. BTW -- the RDX is awesome!

I just leased an MDX with Garrick. If you are looking for an Acura and looking for a low pressure experience, I recommend Acura of Huntington. I met with Garrick, worked out the numbers, felt I was getting a fair deal and I was in and out in 45 minutes. No games like talking to the manager for 20 minutes and Garrick was up front with all the info an great to work with. Took delivery 2 days later and that process as easy and honest as well. Russ was also helpful in assisting this deal. I definitely recommend this dealership.

I have just purchased an Acura MDX Sports Utility Vehicle at the dealership. I am very happy and satisfied with the vehicle, the purchase experience, and the competitive price . The dealership is newly established. The entire property is nicely designed. The show room is impressive. The staff is friendly. The price negotiation was fairly easily done. The finance process is like a simple walk through. The vehicle was received on the next day. The sale person patiently went through all the features of the new vehicle again at the delivery time. A very impressive dealership, a must see. My salesman Rodi was the best salesperson I have had in 30 years. I have always been apprehensive when entering a dealership, but after dealing with this honest young man I have found a salesperson and dealership for life. I was very hesistant to go to a car dealer to buy a used vehicle (regardless of the fact that it was certified) because of my experiences in the past. But after an exception recommendation from a friend I decided to "shop around" and see what they have in stock. First, Mr. Huie worked around my hectic schedule and met with me at a very late hour. I was greeted with an inviting and friendly attitude. And he took the time to explain and answer the millions of questions I had in regards to the vehicle I liked. I also had a trade-in and he had a manager appraise the value. In the end I felt I understood why my vehicle was at the trade in value I was given. He explained and offered many difference scenarios I could choose. After meeting with Mr. Huie, I had went home and discussed my experience at the dealership with my family and that night I had made a decision. I usually don't make a decision so quick but I felt I would not be cheated after Mr. Huie had gone over my options with me. On the day of the pick up, the paperwork was ready, and he went through every single detail of the contract and the papers that I was signing. He then took me to look at the car I was purchasing, taking the time to explain every detail and feature of the vehicle. I felt I was extremely well informed of my purchase. I drove the vehicle home, after a couple of hours I received a phone call from Mr. Huie and was asked if everything was ok with the vehicle. I was shocked that he had called to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I felt I received Personal Service with this salesman.I am an extremely satisfied customer. I'm going to recommend this salesperson to family, friends and even strangers!

My family has been driving Acuras since before I can remember. So when it was time for me to purchase a new car, of course I went straight to the Acura dealership first. My sales person was Garrick and he was extremely helpful in understanding my needs with a car and recommending the perfect one. I ended up with a Acura TSX and I love it.
