bait and switch dealership, i will never deal with them again. they got me to come in one morning which i happened to have an inspection appointment at my previous dealership to return my 2013 TL at 1pm, so Bev the rep on the phone told me they also could do it and if i could come their first so i did because i knew i was about to return my 2013 TL and renew after that to a TLX. when i got to Turnersville Bev pawned me off to a new guy chris which just happened to be let go the next day which i found out over w week later of none of my phone calls being returned since i still had a balance with my 2013 TL i wanted to make sure that the dealership was covering which they can do at their discretion. well they never did and if a rep would of returned my call within the 72 hour of the purchase i could of legally returned the TLX and waited 2 months till my 2013 TL lease matured left with a 0 balance

Bob Toll is one of those salesmen that puts you at ease from the get go. Outside of outing me to the rest of the staff as being a Browns fan, I couldn't have asked for a better car buying process. After being jerked around by another dealer, Bob and everyone at Acura of Turnersville was friendly and welcoming and worked to give me the exact deal I wanted (actually better than what I was expecting). I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Two noteworthy employees at Acura of turnersville are Tom Wujick who is an elite technician (spelling may be wrong but it's close) and Jim Magee (may have spelled this wrong too ...) who is a service manager. I have been dealing with them for over a year and not only do they go above and beyond to provide me with the best service but I always overhear them helping other customers the same way in which they help me which is reassuring everyone receives outstanding service here. There is no "guesswork" and they follow up before doing the work to make sure the customer wants to move forward before fixing their vehicle. Both Tom and Jim have proven to be consistent in professionalism, more than competent in their respective skill set, and provide a pleasant experience by taking a few extra minutes to explain the what and why behind the service I received along with a much appreciated smile. The only problem I have with Acura of Turnersville is I want to buy every loaner car I have the pleasure of driving. On a more serious note, the reason I choose to continue servicing and repairing my vehicle here is because I feel confident the work is being done correctly and I feel safe driving my car. I also service my daughters vehicle here ... that speaks volumes about how much faith I put into them. In my opinion - Acura of turnersville hires outstanding employees which adds to the value of the experience.

I cant say enough about the service I received, my salesman Len Rizzo, couldn't do enough for me. He made buying my RDX a real pleasure. Bev Soltoff Internet Sales Mgr., since my surgery, she showed deep concern on my progress and made a real effort to keep me informed on the latest sales. The Financial Mgr., explained every form before asking for my signature. The staff were all considerate and respectful I would highly recommend them.

Loved my salesman and vehicle that I purchased. However, prepare to sit a LONG time as there is only one person handling financing! I was told that they could handle an out of state registration process, up front. Come to find out they had no clue how to handle this process, what the fees would be and what paperwork would be required.I am now unable to drive the vehicle as the temp tag expired. I receive emails from my salesmen, (THIS IS NOT HIS JOB) that have been forwarded 100 times requesting paperwork. I complete said paperwork exactly how they asked, pay $25 to mail it back only to have them say I filled it out wrong!I will stick to Honda next time!!

Great buying experience with Acura of Turnersville. Initially, I had a bit of a rough start but after speaking with the General Manager, Tim Boylan, he went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I received an unbeatable deal on my new 2017 Acura MDX. Also, Mr. Boylan really went out of his way tracking down and securing a difficult color combo for me as well. Before you buy an Acura anywhere else give them a chance, I'm sure they will bend over backwards to make you a satisfied customer as they did for me.

Last week I bought a 2016 Acura MDX.The Turnersville saleswoman, Jaseli Romos, was the essence of professionalism: positive, cheerful, zero pressure, well informed, cooperative, accommodating. I'm currently thinking of upgrading from a Honda Civic Si and Acura is at the top of my list. I recently started shopping around and stopped at Acura of Turnersville to check out a few models. I was greeted pleasantly by Mike Theil who was extremely helpful even though I pre-faced the conversation with my intentions of not buying anything during the visit. He was courteous, attentive and knowledgeable about the line-up and even offered to show me other brands if I was more interested in a used vehicle. Not once was I confronted with any high-pressure sales tactics or felt pressured to buy when I wasn't ready. A very no-stress experience and if I do decide to purchase in the coming months I'm definitely stopping back.

My experience at the Acura dealership in Turnersville was excellent! From start to finish this was probably the most relaxing time I've ever had purchasing a vehicle, primarily because my salesman Mike Thiel was extremely attentive, had an excellent knowledge of all the cars I looked at, he genuinely seemed to care about getting me the best deal that he could, and he kept me entertained during the process. I never felt pressured or obligated and he answered any and all questions I had, with a smile... He was with out a doubt the most pleasant car salesman I've ever dealt with, and will gladly purchase all of my vehicles from him in the future.

I can't say enough about how easy & great it was to work with Len Rizzo & Kieran Sweeney at Acura Turnersville. Both are very professional and had the patience to deal with me to make sure I was buying the right car. No pressure and very easy process. I absolutely love Acura of Turnersville. I have been dealing with Jim Mcgee in the service department for many years. He is the best! My 2006 Acura MDX had way over 210,000 miles on it, and he not only managed to keep her running strong, he also consistently saved me money in doing so. Each time I had the car in, I would stroll around and look at the newer models. Bob Toll was always there to greet me, (by name),and chat about the newest options and models. Never once did he try to high pressure me into even driving one. When it was time to buy my new car, I stopped in to see Bob. I can not speak highly enough about Bob Toll. He is professional, friendly, caring and an all around great guy. By the end of the transaction, not only did I buy the MDX, but my dad...an avid Audi fan, was trying to get my mom in to look at the RDX. (which she is going to do soon!) The dealership itself is clean, and offers a private spot with internet connection so you can get some work done while waiting. It's unusual to make a large purchase and walk away feeling as if you made a great deal, not to mention a friend or two. Thanks Bob and Jim!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish at Turnersville Acura. I called in and initially spoke with Jaseli Ramos who was extremely professional and helpful. She made sure that when I came in for a test drive, the car I was looking for was available and she handed me off to Bob Toll. Bob was enjoyable to work with. I never got the feeling that they were trying to upsell me to a model that I didn't want. They were very helpful in assisting me with some issues that I had with a turn in of my prior vehicle to a different dealership. The overall experience was excellent - I would certainly recommend this dealership and Bob to anyone who is in the market for an Acura.

What I love about Acura of Turnersville is the staff! They are not only knowledgeable - but also, they treat you as though you are one of the family. Our sales consultant, Michael Thiel was most thorough, patient and professional as my husband and I perused their line of quality vehicles. On one occasion, I had the unique opportunity to meet Ed Gambone, the General Manager. He is a just and honest man seeking only to make your experience regardless of the outcome a noteworthy and enjoyable one. Stop by and visit - you will not only gain a top-rate vehicle but also a family!

I have 3 Acuras.. an o3 tl-s with 117K on it.. an 04 TL with 83K on it.. and a 2013 Ilx hybrid with 12K on it... when I need service.. I go to Turnersville Acura.. I talk to John Romano or Jim MaGee... I had a trans replaced here in my 03 after 105K.. went pure Acura reman.. installation:: flawless... issues:: none .. several 1000 miles later.. my 03 tl-s developed a miss... limped it back.. repair.. bad coil pack... repairs: flawless issues: none had my airbag updated as well due to recall.. issues: none Oil change on my ilx.. synthetic oil.. once a year with tire rotation.. repairs :Flawless..issues : none...I can talk to john and jim.. they will give me repair options and allow me to make my own decisions..I get my fluids changed there as well.. trans, power brakes, steering, cooling.. issues :none.. repairs flawless...they are perhaps a bit more than the corner garage.. or not.. depending on the service and the coupons available off their site.. but the thing that rules is.. they don't f with my time, money or mind... if you can find a better shop to handle your repairs on your Acura or Honda.. I'd say "Go for it! (and I don't believe you one bit!)I bought the 03, and 04 here as well.. though the ilx was bought from a Burlington county dealer.. still I service here...all in all.. the best bang for your buck comes from folks that know what the heck they are doing.. not from parts changers/guessers...spending just a bit more for repairs gets satisfaction from the end of the repair onward.. no shop is perfect..but these guys here rate very good to excellent.. even if the price is a bit more..going back for an oil change very soon... and I expect not 1 issue.

This is one of the dealerships my husband and I visited in our search for a used Nissan Versa for my use. We spoke with a salesman, Mike, and asked to test drive one. It was a Versa sedan in Brick Red. However, the car wouldn't start; the salesman needed to give it a jump. We felt bad for him. Anyway, it ran okay on the test drive. I liked it, but my husband didn't think it was a good buy at all. At my urging, he gave an offer - but only for much less than what they were asking for it - because it had a lot of miles, and it was a former rental, but mainly because it wouldn't start for the test drive. I am now very happy they didn't accept our offer. The salesman, Mike, was friendly, but the car was not for us.

My salesman was Jay Rubino - he was awesome from start to finish. Mind you all my wife and I did was pull in to "see" what were the possibilities of trading in my 09 TL for one of the new TLX models. Another 5 Stars goes to everyone who expedited the experience. Normally car shopping takes 4 - 5 hours. We were in and out of there with a new car in less than 3 hours (may have been less). The parts department was not helpful. First I waited a least ten minutes before anyone would wait on me. In the distance I could hear yelling and cursing between people in that department. It took another ten minutes for the employee to locate the part I needed. I will not do business with this dealership again. The department is run poorly and staff is rude.

Bev Soltoff, the Internet sales manager, was on my request in a flash and within two days of contacting her I was in the dealership picking up the car. The car was exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. Needed to replace a vehicle for my daughter and after looking at several cars in my area I called and spoke to Bob Toll at Turnersville Auto Mall. I explained what I was looking for and he personally went out to the vehicles we discussed and checked them. Called me and gave all of the particulars.After looking at a few cars locally, we elected to make the drive (over an hour) to look at the cars at Turnersville. We got there at about 5:15 PM on Saturday - dealership closes at 6:00 - and of course it was pouring rain. Bob brought both cars into the building for us to see them side by side. The people at the dealership stayed well past 6:00 to accommodate us - for a used car!The dealership is one of the biggest that I've ever seen and has it's own test track, which makes a test drive very easy. Don't let the size of the dealership scare you - seems like real people work there.No hassles - No pressure - No nonsense. My daughter drove the car home.Bob is easy to talk to and I found him to be honest, up front and did the homework on the two cars we were looking at... maybe he's not a used car salesman after all!I would recommend at least calling him if you're looking for a new or used car as it might just make it easier for the buyer.FC

I bought my 2005 Acura RL for a great price in February along with a service plan. I had it in for repairs and there was some confusion about what the service plan did and did not cover, however once the situation was explained, Balal offered to cover half the repair even though it technically wasn't covered by my plan. I've had it in for service a few times and I've been impressed with their efforts to actually save me money. Thanks guys!

I walked into this "super" dealership with an extensive list of used cars that I wanted to take a look at across the multiple Penske "of Turnersville" dealerships. The fact that I started on the Acura lot was a coincidence, but I couldn't be happier that I did. Jay Rubino met my son and I as we were hunting for a specific car. He was happy to find the specific one I was looking for on that lot, and brought me a clip-board so I could list all of the others. Jay proceeded to drive me across the different dealerships, finding each and every car on my list. At every stop he gave me all of the time I needed to sit in the cars, "inspect" them, and get a feel. Jay never hovered, never interjected -he let me think and do what I needed to do. I don't know if you've ever had a chance to car-shop this way but I have to tell you, it's a pleasure.As we spoke throughout the tour, Jay ended up obtaining a strong sense of my taste and what I was looking for and really helped guide me in my selection process (though he never steered me away from any of my pre-determined selections). Jay is a complete professional - he didn't once ask what my budget range was (despite 45-50 minutes of hunting and test driving cars) and he didn't ask if I had a trade until it was time to begin negotiations.I found my new vehicle and the negotiation was practical, straight-forward, and quick. I never had to deal with anyone but Jay (so no rotating cast of characters) and I never felt rushed. The particular vehicle I purchased was an "As Is" model. I noticed two minor "defects" (neither required parts) on the once-over and I was promised a "We Owe" to do the work. Ten minutes later the manager, Balal, came over and told me he had a free tech and started the work immediately. It was late in the day and the deal was done, all papers signed - but the car was still on the rack. This didn't concern me (I was told it was a four hour job), but I noticed the dealership closing around us. Balal and Jay offered me a car so they could finish the work Monday, and even offered to bring the car to me so I wouldn't have to make a trip back. This disappointed me - who wants to go through all of the work of researching, test driving, and selecting a used car and then have to drive some other car home? I didn't complain but I think both Jay and Balal sensed my annoyance. They spoke with the mechanic who explained that he wasn't going to stop working, it's not the kind of job you leave and come back to. With that understanding, Jay offered to stay late so we could take possession of the car that day. A good hour after closing, the car was finished, Jay waited with us the entire time.I know it's a big deal to get stuck at work late on Saturday, I've been there many times. I never once sensed any irritation or annoyance from the staff at Acura Turnersville - they were all total pros.If you're in the market for an Acura, make an appointment with Jay, you will not be disappointed, but even if you aren't in the Acura market, check their lot - working with this team is well worth the effort/experience and I plan to do it again.

I came to Acura Turnersville to look at an MDX Tech since the lease on my Ford Explorer was about to end. I was greeted by Jaclyn Sipple who took the time to show me all of the features of the MDX. Jacky showed this car off with such enthusiasm one could of had the impression that she was buying the car!! We test drove the vehicle on their awesome test track which demonstrated the handling and agility of the car. At no time was I rushed back to the showroom to negotiate the deal. After taking several laps I was anxious to get back to see just how hard this lease was going to be on my wallet as I was very impressed with the MDX. When we got back to the showroom I was asked if I wanted to discuss the cost of the vehicle, this was not assumed, which to me shows great respect. The General Manager Balal introduced himself to me and worked with Jacky to get me the best lease. Dawn handled the paperwork with tremendous efficiency and took her time explaining the process. At delivery, Jacky went through the vehicle with a fine toothed comb making sure I understood the features of the car. Several times I was given reassurance that I could always call or stop by with questions if needed. Overall, I was treated with respect and at no time did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. It was a pleasure working this this team. I highly recommend them!!

On Friday 2/27 my husband and I went to Acura to purchase a used car, that was not an Acura. We took the car out for a spin (not able to go over 20mph) on their test track. It appeared to ride alright,although the warning lights came on for the car. Our sales rep. assured us that it was for air in the tires. I liked the car and was still interested in purchasing it. This car didn't have an owner's manual and I asked them to get me one, they hemmed and hawed and could not produce one. I asked if this was a certified used car as other dealers certify all used cars (no matter what the make of the car). They indicated no. Warning bells for me went off, but I still liked the car. Needless to say, With this car dealer the adage buyer beware is most appropriate for non Acura cars. Since when we left the dealer, they hadn't even filled the tires with air nor made an effort to provide an owner's manual, kept saying we will look into it. As we were driving home the check engine light came on as well as other bells and whistles lights, since I didn't have an owner's manual, we weren't sure of the meanings of the lights. Since we have been home went to our cars dealership to get an owners manual plus some other key cards needed to properly operate the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership for the purchase of non Acura cars. So far too many problems.

I just purchased a new Acura from Turnersville Acura and had a really great experience. The sales personnel, Jay Rubino and Len Rizzo, were knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever. My husband and I actually made several visits to the dealership before we made up our minds as to which car we wanted and whether to lease or purchase. Jay and Len advised us of the advantages and disadvantages of both options so we were able to make an informed decision.Since we tend to keep our vehicles for a long period of time, buying was the best option. We negotiated a price quickly with no drama. This has been our best car buying experience.

Buying a car, in the past, has been a sometimes negative and always anxious experience! I went to the dealership today expecting more of the same. I have spent hours and hours sitting in an office while paperwork was completed, being presented with many add-ons to the auto purchase and feeling like I was trapped in limbo until the buying process was completed.Today I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Len Rizzo was friendly and competent in his handling of the auto sale. I didn't feel pressured and found the entire time spent at the dealership to be pleasant and very efficiently handled. I was in and out and left with a new car. Dealing with Len was like chatting with an old friend! I will be back for future auto purchases...as long as Len is there to sell to me!

Marc Mattera and Michael Thiel made my first car "buying" experience simple and smooth. I was unsure about whether I should buy a certified used or lease a new car. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. They took their time and didn't rush us into anything. There was no high pressure from the sales people. They gave us take a car to take home overnight to get a feel for it.They explained the pricing and options and special financing and I believe they gave us a good price Didn't try to sell us useless options or things we didn't need in the car.They got our car ready to go home in no time and took the time to explain the features of the car once we got it.

This is the second car that I purchased from Turnersville Acura and my 5th Acura. I worked with Joe Ricevuto on my last two purchases. He is very accommodating and I was able to negotiate a deal equivalent to the lowest listed purchase price on Truecar.com and my trade was at the top end of the Kelly Blue Book 's estimate. The total deal with trade was about $3,000.00 lower than the Elite Acura offered on my 2014 MDX 4WD Tech. I will always make them my last stop when buying an Acura.

Phil was exceptional! By far, he had made it the most pleasant experience for me when buying a car. I lease my vehicles so every 3 or 4 years, I am out seaching for something new and exciting. Some may dread car shopping, not me. I always enjoy exploring the new cars and SUVs that are on the market, but one thing I dislike is a pushy saleman. Phil was not only extremely knowledgeable with the 3 Acura vehicles I had interest in, he was just so easy and pleasant to work with. He was also very patient. It's important for me not to feel pressured or pursuaded in a certain direction and I cannot say enough about Phil. We were there for almost an entire day and I wouldn't have wanted to be assisted by anyone else. Phil was recommended to us by Tom in the repair shop and he certainly pointed us to the right person. Phil also followed up with a phone call and a thank-you card. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Phil to anyone who is searching for the right vehicle for themselves. He was the best!

I was surprised to be as respected as i was being a teenager.It really showed that every customer mattered. The dealership took me very seriously and Mike walked right up to me and made sure he was doing everything he could to make sure getting my new car was smooth for me. He called me the whole week after checking to make sure I was still satisfied with my vehicle. He answered every question he could and found out the correct information of the ones he was unsure of. OK every dealership is on the internet yet they all follow the same business plan which is that you need to visit the dealership and haggle over the non haggle price. This model works ok for the local folks but if you are interested in a long distance purchase the dealership process does not work for the customer. Create dealership network to transfer cars - really establish a fair trade in and purchase procedure and make this process as client friendly as possible - To early to change your business model - read the less than favorable reviews below - open your markets!

Shopped 4 dealers looking for new vehicle. Was having my old car serviced here and looked at a 2014 RDX. Phil De Vivo was very easy to deal with. I asked similar questions of all the dealers and Phil seemed very confident in his answers without any pressure to buy today. I got the best deal for my old car a 2007 Acura TSX. This out of all the ones I visited was the most low key which I really liked. Everyone has to find their own comfort level and for me this was the best.

He bent over backwards to get me the best deal. He got me way more money for my trade than any other dealership would give me & then got me a fabulous deal on my new car. I drive many miles looking for a dealership that will deal & not lie just to get me in there showroom & then once I'm there, they lie & can't do the deal they promised. Acura of Turnersville is not like that. They are a First Class operation. Bob Toll did what ever he could to get my business & most of all to make me a very happy customer. I recently came to the dealership looking to purchase a 2014 Acura ILX. I had done my research on the car as well as the trade in on my current car and would be making this my 3rd vehicle purchase on my own. I felt like the moment I walked in there that I was looked at as someone who did not know a thing about cars or the buying process and that they were trying to "pull the wool over my eyes". Needless to say, over 3 hours later, I walked out with out a new car and extremely unhappy. The sales rep and manager did not care to listen to what I was looking for or the fact that I wanted to finance not lease - and would not meet me on what they were willing to give me for my trade in - however kept trying to convince me to put down more money towards a lease. Also, I didnt speak with the sales manager until the last half hour, after I had asked to speak with me directly a few times - he spent his time in his office communicating to the sales rep about the deal - which I think is extremely unprofessional. After I left, the dealership continued to call me and email me asking if they could work with me on a deal for the car - of course while asking me to put EVEN more money down towards it. I ended up going to a different Acura dealer a few weeks later and walked out with the car I wanted in the price range I wanted in less than a few hours. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to others nor would I make a return there either for a future purchase.

I purchased a 2007 Acura RDX (tech package) in November of 2010 at your dealership. I went to Boardwalk Acura in Egg Harbor Township last night to look at another car. When they valued my 2007 RDX, they ran the Carfax. It was to my surprise and my husbands that it had been in an accident in September of 2010, before I even purchased the car. Apparently, the airbags were deployed also.I do not know how you run your business, but selling a Certified Pre-Owned Acura to a customer without telling the truth about the car is unethical and illegal. I work at a law firm and I will look into my legal remedies as soon as possible.

My wife was interested in looking at / driving the 2014 RDX to replace her Lexus RX 350. I have a 2006 Acura RSX and I really love the car and Acura of Turnersville has been absolutely GREAT. I still take my car back for all the service work - which I have never done with any other car I've owned!So Saturday afternoon we went to look at the 2014 RDX, wanting to avoid the pressure of "Sign Here" or "This thing will do everything but butter your toast in the morning and wash your dishes at night." The showroom was crazy crowded - a perfect time to just browse and compare without being tackled. We looked at, sat in and compared the different RDX models and were approached by Bob who asked if he could assist us. No pressure, just asking if we needed help. I felt less defensive already.Bob answered our questions, and we told him that we'd like to take a test drive - but not just on their on-property test track - we wanted to go out on to the highway. Bob asked what features we'd like in the test car and he went to pull this model up. Bob explained that we would start out on the test track but then we could certainly hit the streets for some real world driving.Bob continued to answer our questions; never put any pressure or sales speak into the conversation and when I asked a few questions that were pretty obscure, he didn't try to snow me - he went and found out (like what's the distance for the factory remote start to work). We actually tested 3 cars, and decided to buy the AWD / Tech Package equipped model. As we wanted the Acura remote start and it was already late, we agreed to leave the Lexus, take a 2013 RDX "loaner" and pick our new RDX on Monday, after the remote was installed and the car was detailed.What made the deal: No disrespect to Bob as he is great, is the last 6 and a half years of OUTSTANDING Service I have gotten on my 2006 RSX. I didn't buy any extended warranty when I bough the RSX - come on, it's an Acura - but the Service Team has always treated me as if I am family. The Service Writer / Adviser (usually John) is always helpful and full of information; the mechanics that work on my car explain and show me if there is a problem (which, after 6+ years, has been brake pad replacements last year). Oil changes and scheduled service is done quickly and the price is always fair and reasonable.As far as the Salesman - Bob was great. He was engaging, informative and really fun to speak with. As I said - and keep saying - there was never any sense of pressure, no up-selling to something that we didn't want, and no rushing us. As Bob started working with us, he was also working with another couple on a sales - but we never felt neglected or uncared for. His knowledge was outstanding; his honesty was much appreciated and I feel like if I met Bob anywhere else in life, we'd have a great conversation!This was a wonderful sales experience. I cannot say enough good about Acura of Turnersville and our great experience there.And, if you are wondering, no I don't work there; I have no financial interest (outside of buying 2 cars there) in the dealership; and I'm NOT Roger Penske posting as just "another satisfied customer."

Right from the get-go, Rashid was straight forward and honest in working with me in order to get the best result in terms of finding me a car. He listened and took into real consideration my needs before reccomending and moving us towards the ILX. From that point on he made sure all our needs were met from pricing to car delivery; I was able to take the car home that day! I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 1986 and after having attended two cars shows in Philadelphia, I decided that my next car would be an Acura MDX. I am so happy that I decided to purchase my car at Acura of Turnersville. The dealership is very professional and truly made my buying experience, which can be very stressful, an enjoyable one. From the receptionist, to the sales rep Len Rizzo and finally to Rashid Nabi, I could not be happier with my experiences there. Rashid is truly a professional and took the time to explain all of the details of my new car, the handsfree link (bluetooth), XM radio, the navigation system, type of fuel and oil...everything. After a month, I had a small accident backing out of my garage and called Rashid about it. He told me to bring the car in for an estimate and offered me a loaner. Again superb service. Through a conversation with Rashid we determined that the car was too much for me to handle and worked up some numbers to get me into an RDX. I was disappointed that I was not keeping the car that I really wanted but he made me feel so comfortable in buying the RDX. He offered me free oil changes and car washes for a year just so I would be a little happier upon leaving the dealership. I felt like Rashid was my own personal sales rep the way that he catered to my needs, fears and disappointments. His mission was to make me a "happy camper" by the time that I left the dealership and he certainly accomplished that. Acura of Turnersville is extremely lucky to have such a friendly, professional and patient sales rep like Rashid. Oh, he gave me a beautiful key chain as a gift. Wonderful!!

I want to start out by saying I bought my first MDX here at Acura of Turnsersville in May 2007 and experienced a level of service that I had never experienced anywhere else, it was exceptional. I was 19 and nervous about making that commitment and my sales representative Dan couldn't have been more helpful. I bring my car there for service even though I live over an hour and a half away. There are several dealerships that are closer but I will never go back to them. It is well worth the drive. My service guy John Romano is amazing and Kathy Resnik at the cashier desk is a sweetheart! I never had plans to sell that car because I loved it so much and it had been amazing. However, yesterday I hit a bump in the road and after much deliberation I decided to buy a newer MDX.I was so distraught that my father had to call the dealership for me to see what my options were. Last night I came in to the dealership feeling helpless and stuck and once again I couldn't have asked for better service. Rashid Nabi is a lifesaver. Not only was he extremely helpful, he was patient and compassionate and worked out a deal that I was comfortable with. He waited for us to make the nearly two hour trip back up to the dealership and stayed with us til the very end (after 10 pm) even though I knew he had been there since that morning because I had seen him earlier in the day. I had a really rough day and he made sure that it ended on a way better note. After purchasing many cars over the years, I find my car shoping experience at Turnersville Acura the best. Starting with a visit to there website followed by my call to there showroom, where I scheduled an appointment with Rashid Nabi for the next day. The next day Rashid helped me find the car I was looking for, Rashid is very Knowledgeable with no sales pressure and able to deal with buying issues. Friendly, courteous well trained team, from the sales dept. to the service dept. the process was excelent. They even washed the car.

I have given a great overall rating because I had been looking for a clean, low mileage used vehicle that is good on gas. I had considered a Nissan and possibly a BMW, when I happened to see the selection of certified Acuras on the lot one Sunday when I stopped in and the dealership was closed. That Monday after work, I stopped at the dealership and was greeted by Rashid. He was friendly,knowledgable and not pushy. I took the very car I ended up buying for a test drive. An like a good salesman, Rashid let the car make the sale. He knew about the car and what a well built vehicle it is He answered all my questions directly, showed me the certification inspection list, what repairs had to be done and told me the few things that had to be done to the car as well as the balance of the manufacture's warranty still on the car. he financing process was great and no pressure to buy anything more than I wanted, though I did purchase an extended warranty. Now I can drive the car with virtually no worry and just perform routine maintenance [oil changes, brake pads, tires]. It had been almost 12 years since I bought my last car and was not looking forward to the experience of doing it again. I had an issue with the satellite radio service and Rashid took care of it immediately. When I returned to pick up my plates and registration, again Rashid was right on it and handled it. I would absolutely return to Turnersville Acura in the future for any new car purchases and recommend Rashid and the dealership to family and friends looking to buy a car.

Bob Toll is the BEST at what he does. He's always there to help and to answer any questions you have. He sold me my 2010 TSX and that was the best experience I've had when it comes to buying a car. This past Saturday, I had an appointment to bring my car for him to look at the condition of it, just to see If I could go for a better deal. Two and a half hours later, I went home in a brand new 2013 TL.I didn't think he could match my experience 3 years ago. Instead, he surpassed it!!!!

I traded in my 2010 Acura TSX for a 2103 Acura TL lastweek at Acura of Turnersville. I had also purchased the TSX at Acura of Turnersville three years ago. I had been communicating with Rob Spackman through email regarding trading in the TSX. He was very prompt in responding to my emails and set me up with an appointment to come into the dealership to discuss a new vehicle. Rob introduced me to sales consultant, Bob Toll. Bob is great!! Very personable and friendly. He listened to exactly what I wanted, he didn't try and sway me in any particular direction. I did not feel any pressure to make a purchase as I had experienced at other dealerships in the past. Bob knew what I was comfortable paying monthly and he and Marc Mattera were able to give me exactly what I asked for. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted, at the price I asked for, not a penny more. I also worked with a woman names Dawn who helped me with all of the paperwork. Dawn was very helpful and had me in and out in minutes. All in all, my experience at this dealership was just as positive the second time around as the first. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Acura of Turnersville.

Joe Rubino knows his job and was able to execute professional customer service. His presentation, friendliness and willingness to accommodate us was very convincing. It put us at ease , so that we did not feel rushed and pressured into buying a vehicle. When I stated some concerns he quickly address it or was able to find the answers for our concerns through the team that handles this entire process. My wife, my father and I felt that the experience was a good one. His customer service and friendliness with the consumer is inviting! The team that worked together to make the transaction come together was also very professional! This team consisted of Mr. Fang and Mrs. Obrien. All together , there was no stalling but rather quick response to question, negotiations and consumer attention. I appreciated this especially when it came to establishing a car loan. I stopped into this dealership with the idea of researching the TL. I only wanted to test drive and have my questions answered. I was in the market to lease a vehicle. Rashid greeted me at the door and asked a few simple questions. I told him that I wanted to lease a vehicle but did not want to take delivery until my wife and I came back from vacation which would have been the second week in May. At this point Rashid told me that he was going to "knock my socks off with a deal". Of course I said to my self, right I've heard that before. Soon we were on the test track and I thought the TL was a car I was interested in, but again I was not interested until after our vacation. Now I am waiting for the back and forth that usually happens at car dealers. Rashid spoke with his manager, then invited the manager over. After a small amount of haggling the sales manager asked me what I would be comfortable with. I told him and he said done, you just leased yourself a new car. I am still numb from the experience. I have been purchasing vehicles for 45 years and have never had such a wonderful experience purchasing/leasing a vehicle. I think they have a customer for life. Thanks guys. You're the best.

We went in to sell our existing vehicle for a newer vehicle with intentions to keep the same payment, the Dealership worked it out perfectly. After having a long day of car shopping which included walking out of one dealership , my wife and I decided to make 1 more stop.We walked into Turnersville Acura andwere welcomed by Len Rizzo. Straight ,no nonsense, no pressure conversation and test drive.Honest pricing, never got a feeling of trying to cheat us of anything. Made a deal that night. They needed our trade right away so gave us a 2013 loaner until we are ready to pick up our new vehicle in a few days. All round excellent experience.

I recently purchased a 2013 ILX from Bob Toll at Acura Turnersville... What a great salesman! I met Bob about 5 months prior to buying the car when my dad was returning his leased Acura TSX. I loved the new ILX and wanted to know more about it. Bob was so helpful...even after I told him I was in no position to buy at that time. He didn't seem to mind that I wasn't going to buy and he made sure he answered all of my questions about the car. He didn't pressure me into buying & he didn't ignore me after I told him I wasn't going to buy. Instead, he was extremely thorough with the description of the car, provided me with booklets on what the ILX features, and was just overall a really friendly person. I told him I'd be back to purchase from him once I was able to buy a car (and I'm sure a lot of people say that and don't mean it!!) Well, I went back to him about a week ago, talked more about the car with him and let him know that I was in the position to buy. We set up an appointment to test drive the car earlier this week and I left the dealership in my new ILX!!! I recommend Acura Turnersville and I 100% recommend purchasing the car through Bob! Thank you Bob for making my first car purchase a wonderful experience!!!

I do not normally trust auto salesmen but Phil put me at ease right off the bat and was knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in. He made purchasing my car effortless and was pleasant to deal with. Once I had purchased the car, he sat in the vehicle and explained all the knobs and buttons and how to set up my phone. I was also impressed with his followup after I had the car for a couple of days, emailing me, calling me to see if I had any questions. I felt that the price I paid for the vehicle was extremely fair.

Rashid was our salesman and he was wonderful. Very nice, accommodating, and professional. The reason for the ratings not being all great is because we had an issue with Andrew. When there was an issue with the truck during our test drive, he made me feel as though I was being too picky. He said that I have to understand I'm buying a used car and that it's not going to be perfect. He said I'm probably a sensitive driver. That really offended me as a woman. After a lot of frustration and about 4 or 5 test drives, Andrew had one of the service guys come on the test drive. To make a long story short, their very own test track, as well as the route that Rashid had us take apparently is not a smooth road, so the car was pulling because of this. The service guy said he never test drives cars on those roads, only on route 42 where it is smooth and straight. Rashid was extremely apologetic and because he knew how upset we were, he let us take the truck overnight. We honestly were not going to buy the truck due to Andrew, but based on the fact that we liked the truck and were happy with Rashid, we decided to go ahead with the purchase.

I have been in the market for a new car for the past year and a half. I liked the RDX but really wanted to look at the complete selection.Jay spent over an hour with me, all very low key and no pressure. My wife joined me latter and she fell in love with the RDX. we agreed to come back next day for a test drive as we had plans for latter that day.Took a test drive the next day and decided to buy. We had done due dillagence the previous evening so knew what a fair price would be. Got that price after the normal amount of haggeling.Jay spent over anhour getting the basics established in the car. ( it is the tech version and required us to sinc oue iphones to it and to stream iphone music through bluetooth, also program in lights, garage opener, door locks, etc.)Great experience! Love the car! We both like Jay!

I've purchased a few used cars over the past few years and most of them "junk" so this time around I was looking for a good quality certified Pre-Owned car that would last me a few years and also not brake the bank. Normally when I go into a car dealership I expect high pressure sales tactics and a sales guy that everyone hates, Well that was the exact opposite of my experience at Turersville Accura. Kieran really took the time to help me find a car that had everything I wanted at a price I could afford and when he find it after showing me only 2 cars he didn't make me feel as if I was being pressured into buying it or that I needed to "walk out of the door with it right away, before I lost the car", And to top it off his sales manager Brian went above and behind my expatiation's to help get my loan approved at a decent interest rate & monthly payment!! These guys are TRUE professionals, And I would send all of my friends & family there knowing they would be treated just as good and receive the same great service I did!

We purchased a new Vigor in 1994 and it is in excellent condition with only 67,000 miles. I am pretty particular in regards to keeping it in top running condition and the staff and service techs at Acura of Turnersville have been great. That is why we have brought our car to them for service over the years. Jim Magee always goes out of his way to try and schedule the service to meet my needs and provides a complete and thorough description of the work that will be performed and the estimated cost. The technicians also go out of their way to answer any questions that you might have.

It usually takes me several days to negotiate, and then buy a new vehicle, after I complete my initial research. Phil and Andy were so attentive, so clear in their explanations, and so fair, that I could not find a reason to visit other dealers. They explained all of the options of the vehicles we were interested in, and then showed us how they work in each vehicle. They secured us an excellent rate on the note for our car loan, and then processed the paperwork with speed and efficiency. I would highly recommend Acura of Turnersville to anyone.

Sales staff is very polite and knowledgeable; however the business manager is very rude. She made a mistake on our paperwork and treated us like idiots when we tried to point it out. After a bit of going back and forth she finally realized her mistake. We were going to walk out. I know she is in the finance dept but she needs to work on her customer service skills. We had to revisit the dealer to fill out an additional form and again she treated us as an inconvenience. Dealer would be much better without her.

I recently went in to Turnersville Acura for service on my MDX, even though the service dept was able to find the problem, they were unable to correct it without considerable cost to me. Joe spoke with me and was able to get me into a new ILX with payments that were perfect for me. He walked me through all the features of the car and answered all the questions that I had. He spent quite a bit of time with me and made sure I knew as much about the car as I could before I left and let me know that if anything came up that I didn't understand that he would be available to me. I can honestly say that I have not experienced that level of service in all the years that I have been purchasing cars. I hope he continues to work at this dealership and I would recommend him and the dealership to every one that I know. Every one from the service dept to the sales manager were professional and easy to work with. I look forward to doing business with them again.

I went to Acura Turnersville to check out the new 2013 Acura ILX after I saw it online. I am so thankful that our salesman, Rashid Nabi, was available when we got there! I can honestly say he is the best car salesman we have ever dealt with, and he is the sole reason we purchased the car here. He never made us feel pressured, and we really felt like he cared about what we wanted and had our best interests at heart. Throughout the process, he was so helpful, was always available for us to call with our many questions, and was just so nice and friendly - he made us want to give him the business. He continued to follow up with us as we made our decision, but still did not seem too aggressive. We were extremely prepared the night we went to purchase, so that process was fast and smooth. Rashid called a few days later just to see how I liked the car and if I had any questions. We were so impressed with both the car and the service, that my husband decided he wanted an Acura too. We went back to Rashid and told him we wanted to look at a 2012 TL. My husband loved the car, but our only concern was that it might not fit comfortably in our garage. Without hesitation, he grabbed plates and drove with us to our house and pulled into the garage. The fit was extremely tight in our garage, which is on the small side. In a true testament to his character and honesty, Rashid said that as much as he'd like to make the sale, he wasn't comfortable selling us the TL. So, we went back to the dealership and bought a second ILX! You just don't come across salespeople like Rashid every day, especially in the auto industry. I would recommend to any of my friends or family members in need of a car to go buy one from him. If more salespeople would adopt his approach, buying a car would certainly be a much more pleasant experience, and you might even make a friend in the process, like we have!

My husband and I drove over an hour to go the Acura of Turnersville due to their huge selection of cars. We are in the market for an Acura MDX and had seen a few we really liked. We got to the dealership around 7pm and were immediately greeted by a salesperson who at first was very friendly and took the time to show us all the cars we liked. By the time we were done with test driving it was already getting late and we got the impression of feeling rushed. We had a car to trade in and some negotiation to do on the car we liked. First off, the price of the car was not the price on their website. When we questioned this, we received a round about answer. By this time, it was close to closing and all we were given was a list of how much we needed to put down to get to the monthly price we wanted. When we said that wasn't acceptable we were handed the keys to the car we wanted to trade in and pushed out the door. I had read reviews about this dealer online and most of them were bad but we figured we would give them the benefit of the doubt and check them out. What a waste of time. We were treated like the dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe. This place has horrible costumer service and I would never recommend them to anyone. This dealership is part of a very large auto mall, so there are lots of brands in one place. I was looking for a specific certified preowned Acura. I had a friendly, focused sales person, who had just taken the car I was looking for as a lease trade-in. He went in back to get the car, and we took it for a spin on the dealer's test track (yes, they have a test track!) I was there no more than 30 minutes total. The next day they inspected the car to certify it, and gave me a good price as well. I went back the next day to purchase the car and drove away with the car only 35 min. later, very pleased.

Let me first say I had a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership but I have been forced to write a review because of a rapid decline in my customer service experience. I still believe the quality of service from the mechanic is exceptional but that is not what I have a problem with.I have had many service jobs over the past few years from my previous Acura to my current Acura vehicle ranging from an oil change to service bills exceeding 1000 dollars. In the beginning the customer service was great and I was treated like a valued customer for at least 1-3 years after purchase of my vehicle.All of that changed since about 2011 till now (June 2012). It started as subtle disregard for me as a customer and eventually turned into me being ignored outright.For instance, after I pulled my vehicle in I went to talk to one of the service managers to ask a question. I was in his office and he seemed uninterested in what I had to say. That was also followed by me being completely ignored when another older loud woman came in regarding her service even though I was pulled in first and in the office first. As if I was not even there he walked out on me and I waited there for a few minutes after I finally left to go to the waiting room realizing I apparently was not as important as this other lady. So I attempted to shrug it off but was reminded of this managers customer service ineptness after he handed me the bill/report without him even stopping or saying a word and he continued to walk after he handed it to me uninterested in any concerns I might have.I have experienced similar treatment at least the past 2 times I have been there. I have been treated as if I am bothering the service managers with my business or that I should have no questions for them at all. They have forced me to switch to another place to service my Acura.

Spoke to one of the reps and he told me 2 different stories and 2 different prices for a car of my interest. I could not believe how he back-tracked on the original price and presumed ignorance. He was not willing to listen to my concerns and had bad manners by hanging up on me before I was done speaking. This tells me that they only care about their bottom line and not customer satisfaction. I am highly displeased with Acura Turnersville and would never recommend them to family or friends.

I really had a good experience and feel with all the research I did on the 2012 Acura TLs I walked away very happy. You always wonder if you got a good deal but I know I did and compared to a few other friends who have them and know what they paid, I can confidently say I did good. I had a friend who had a few bad experiences with Elite Acura so I really did not want to go there. I did go to Boardwalk and spoke with Sussman over the phone were very nice.Bottom line is that there are always going to be good people and jerks any where we go, so know what you are looking for, do research, be prepared to walk out and shop around. Don't be afraid to ask for a much lower price all they can say is no!

George attempted to sell me a used car at full sticker price even though the car was less expensive on their website at an interest rate of 8% even though I have great credit. We were far apart on what I could afford for a monthly payment and what he said was his "best deal". When I budged on my monthly payment, he said he could get there. Well, he didn't and told me the only way to get there was to put MORE money down. I said "no", thanked him for his time, and got up to leave. After he shook my hand, he said in a VERY rude tone "you're really going to walk away from this car for $9 a month? Pffft." Before I could even respond, he turned and walked away and didn't return. He is, BY FAR, the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with and has no idea how to represent the company he works for. I will never buy from HIM or Turnersville Acura because of this experience!

Best I can say is the staff was nice & friendly. Otherwise, Stay away from these guys!Note to the management team - please do not lie to your customers & try to cheat them!I had gone back & forth for weeks attempting to buy out my 07MDX Lease. In the end, I obtained my own financing from a reputable bank at 3.8% only to be told that the best I could do was the 4.9% Turnersville was offering b/c my rate was a "gimmick". By the way, my bank & the better business bureau were none to thrilled to hear of this shady tactic.Guess what? I went to another dealer (an honest one) & got an 08MDX Tech/Advanced the same day...oh, & they gave me 2.5% financing. Bottom line, is Turnersville treated me like a sucker while another dealer treated me respectfully & earned my business.

I helped a relative buy a new Acura TL. We got it for $250 under invoice! Use this strategy: Research the car you want and find the invoice price with options. Do the normal test drive/small talk and find the car you want. Let the Salesman make the offer. Then, offer $1000 under the invoice price (being unreasonable is okay).
