My husband and I came to Ada Ford with a somewhat tired demeanor. We had searched at a couple of dealerships prior to coming here, and were exhausted from hours (literally) of repeating the same information a million times just to get the price of a vehicle. Upon coming in the door, we were welcomed several times within just a couple of minutes, asked what exactly what we were looking for (an SUV with a third row to fit our growing family), and a strict budget. On top of everything else, we were trading in a mini-van we had purchased in November that turned out not to meet our needs.Within five minutes of walking in the door, we were out looking at vehicles that met our needs and test-driving. There was no pressure to purchase anything we couldn't afford, or "talking up the sell" to convince us to buy something that was not realistic. Once we found one we liked, and began the once-dreaded approval and paperwork process, not only had our car already been appraised within a 20 minute time period while we were looking at other vehicles, we had an offer on our trade-in and an approval within minutes with an interest rate half of what we had been quoted the day before at another dealer.My family will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else! Thank you Ada Ford!

I am the shop forman for a Electric contractor company, in the past year we have spent close to $40000.00 on repairs on 3 trucks at this dealership. everytime we have taken a truck in its there for at least a week, and when we got it back it would always have to go back in a week for the same problem and another 1000.00 in repairs. the latest was a real attempted rip off. took a truck in with a bad turbo, the service dept contacted me and told me i needed a new engine for just under 18000.00, we went and piked up the truck, decided to take to ford dealership in ardmore to get a second opinion, ended up just needing a turbo and a egr total 2700.00 Be very carefull about trusting this service dept without a second opinion

I was shopping for a used f150 online and came across a 4wd that i was looking at located at ada ford so i called and spoke with a salesman and he told me the truck was there so i set an apt and drove over an hour away when i got there the truck was pulled up front cleaned and ready to go! Great buying experience everything was explained thoroughly and in a timley manner will def refer them some buisness!!

Was in wv called on a truck was working with Shane on the phone said he was trying to get truck to 34,000 instead of calling us back to tell us lowest was 34,500 they sold it to someone els we was going to give that if they would of been honest people and called us back but we had to call them for them to tell us o sry we sold it wtf we had the cash to pay for it out right some people they will stab u in the back

My wife and I went to Ada ford to look at the new F150s we weren't sure what we were going to buy but had heard alot of good things about the new ford trucks so we thought we would check them out. Man were we suprised the truck was just awsome way ahead of the Silverado and the Ram. The salesman Lynn Whitley was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and knowlegeable without being cocky or pushy. He and his salesmanagers we all real straight shooters. I have had my truck back in for service and the service dept was just as nice and helpful

My wife and I have leased one vehicle and purchased six from Ada Ford. We had a good experience each time. We have had a few different sales people over the years, but Mike was always really easy to work with. When we got to finance there were some extras we did not want and there were no problems at all. The entire staff was helpful and we will go back for sure.

My experience with ada ford was typical of a dealer that doesn't give much concern to customers. an internet app, resulted in several calls from chris. he told me on the phone i had a "conditional pre-approval". upon questioning the terms of such approval, i was replied to with "it would be easier to just come in". we look at a couple trucks, i was looking for a reg cab, 5 spd, v-6..nothing fancy or expensive, which explains the dismal service reception!! typical "talking up the sale" ensued. we test drove a crew cab f-150..pretty basic however. the rebates and incentives would make the 30 grand truck easier to finance than a cheaper one..a reasonable suggestion and sense making hypothesis. we sent the app to fomoco on a sat afternoon, with an expected monday morning response. my premise of bad credit and subprime down payment <10%, would result in a thumbs down from detroit or elsewhere. my hypothesis was correct ultimately, although the salesman was positive and "excited" about the outcome....probably due more to excess caffeine than experience with the finance dept, given the above details of my credit status. the call i was told to expect monday or later in the week never transpired. i knew it wouldn't, but the commission off such sale was obviously appealing to chris.the finance guy acted like he was more interested in a full limb amputation minus any diminished pain receptors. this was even before he learned of my less than desirable or boastable credit!my conclusion is that a back alley gang would have been happier to deal with me!!i don't have any negative feelings toward these dealerships, for i know why they are there...to simply make money and uptalk any sale, which is typical of any sales establishment. however, the treatment was less than desirable. and since the bailouts, i will only buy my future vehicles through private individuals, not new, but used. typically if i give someone money, i expect a product or service in return. my tax payer money was awarded for bad business, so no future dealer purchases from my standpoint.

I called Ada Ford and talked to Chris Robbins about a truck they had listed for sale on a web site. The first thing out of his mouth was a lie. He said the truck was traded in to the dealership. I had already run the VIN number thru CARFAX and it was purchased by them from the Southwest Auction system. As quick as he came up with that lie I new I Was dealing with a typical stereotype car salesman.They had the truck priced at $20,911 so I wanted Chris to give me a price that they would sell the truck for. I had to reply to Chris Robbins twice to get a price quote before he even replied. The second time I contacted him he said that I should initiate a firm offer he could present. The next day I sent an offer of $17,111. Later that day I received a call from Chris Robbins saying that his boss would take $18,000 for the truck. I then told him he was within my price range and I would email a list of things I would have him look at on the truck since I was shopping on the internet and could not see the vehicle in person. After I sent the email I did not here from him about my concerns. I felt that they really did not want to sell me the truck for the price they quoted me. I called one week later and talked to another salesmen Butch. I told him I was not being contacted on the sale of this truck, and he said they would get back to me, but again they did not. Two weeks have gone by and no reply from the dealer. After reading the other reviews I can see they strictly watch out for themselves and dont care about the customer.

The salesperson, Richard Reeder lied to us about the vehicle, one minute he said it was new, the next he said it was preowned. He also lied about applying the rebate check in the amount of 2500.00 to purchase price of the vehicle. When I asked about the cost of the vehicle he quoted me 16,500.00 before the trade-in with the rebate. I asked to see paperwork showing the cost of the vehicle and I was told it was a "New" 2008 and wouldn't be on the computer. Mr. Reeder used very vulgar language and after throwing his pen on the table and said "I don't F---ing care anymore, I will probably loose my D--- job over this tomorrow anyway, cause we're loosing money on this deal. The finance man, Jack Bunyard told us the vehicle had factory warranty, then sent an "As is - No warranty" paper in the mail. He told us we were purchasing 60 months or 90,000 miles extended warranty, and when we got the paperwork it showed 60 months or 60,000 miles. He told us the vehicle was Previously Owned. When we got the title it showed to belong to LK Auto Remarketing. Because of all the descripancies we found upon receiving the paperwork on the vehicle, my husband and I went back to Ada to discuss returning the vehicle to Ada Ford. I called Ada Ford, they told me Jack wasn't there, it was his day off, When we pulled up in front of the lot, another man got on his cell phone immediately. I asked him if he was the owner, and he said no, but didn't identify himself. He recognized my husband and me, and said there is Richard, who sold you the truck. I informed him I needed to speak to the owner. My husband and I went inside, asking to speak to the owner, the receptionist called him, the owner, and he said he was in a meeting and couldn't speak to us. I asked for a manager, and the receptionist went blank, and said you will have to talk to someone else, just wait a little bit. At this time, Jack Bunyard came through the door and it appeared the receptionist was waiting for him to arrive. Jack informed me I would have to talk to him. I informed him there were discrepancies in the paperwork I had received and what was agreed upon at the time of the sale. We were ushered into a small office where Jack Bunyard, Richard Reeder, and some unidentified man were VERY RUDE, LOUD, INTIMIDATING, AND DEMANDING informed us we had brought him a "Piece of Crap" truck for a trade in and if anyone lied, it was us. I called my sister on my cell phone to discuss what was taking place and the "unidentified man" grabbed my phone out of my hand, was sarcastic to my sister and yelled at her on the phone, and then hung up on her. That is when we were informed the truck was ours, we had signed the papers, and we had no choice whatsoever in the matter now. I am disabled,on nerve medication, and have trouble getting around, and my husband is 80 years old, and has a serious heart condition. We were in no condition to be pressured into the sale in the first place, much less bullied by these men after the fact. Then as we were leaving, one of them snickered, saying "Enjoy your new truck" and we bought it at a auction. We feel we were unfairly treated and that these men were belligerant in their treatment of us. I have never been treated this way and never dreamed I would be treated like that at a FORD DEALERSHIP. This is the typical treatment one would expect from the fly-by-night, dirty-dealing little car dealership types, not A FORD DEALERSHIP.
