I went to the dealership with a specific truck I wanted to purchase. They didnt try to get me into any other vehicle even though my down payment was a little lower than typical for the cost of the truck I wanted. They worked with the local credit union to get me a great rate! I was very happy with Dan who was very personable and not "salesy" at all!About a week after I bought the truck, I found out that my manual shift switch on the truck was not working. I was within warranty but there would still be a deductible. The service department talked to the sales department to see what could be done. With no hesitation the sales manager said they would pay for the entire cost of the repair. Ive never experienced service like this with ANY dealer in the past! I would highly recommend Advantage to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Just bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue and can honestly say I had the best experience of my life! Don Cleaver was my salesperson and was amazing! He taught me about the car without ever talking down to me. He treated me more like a family member than a customer! He listened to what I was saying and found the PERFECT car for me! I was originally looking at the Juke but with his knowledge and HEARING what I was saying suggested I look at the Rogue... I am so in love with my new car now! THANK YOU! Everyone was so nice and friendly and never made us feel rushed or pressured! I highly suggest seeing these guys, especially Don!

We bought a pre certified used Rogue from Brandon S. He was friendly, professional and not too pushy. He did what he needed to help us buy this car. The problem came 5 days later when we wanted to trade up for the 2016 SL. Brandon communicated our need to Joe to crunch the numbers. They offered us 3500 less for our vehicle (5 days old), wouldnt return the warranty and a $30,000 vehicle after tax suddenly became 51,000 after all was said and done. This is our 2nd vehicle with this dealership and my next vehicle will be another Nissan too. We were completely insulted by this offer. If it is too much work and you can't buy back for what we paid we can understand but we didnt appreciate the game played on us as if we are stupid. Brandon did a good job as a salesman. It is too bad that he is represented by a team that is working against the car buying customer.

Just like most people, I HATE CAR SHOPPING! I had never had a good experience so I went in with an attitude. Then Jearomy came out with a great big smile on his face and l instantly felt something was different about him. Not only did he pay attention to what I was saying but he seemed to always have a song that went right along with the conversation. He was even singing the directions on the test drive. This was absolutely the most enjoyable time I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The icing on the cake was him telling me I could get free car washes for life even if he had to wash it. Jearomy is living proof not all Salesmen are crooks. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.

Went in to look for a vehicle and although at first we did not make the purchase they were very helpful and stayed in touch without the pushiness I have come to dread from salesmen. I did finally return to purchase a vehicle from them and the service my family and I received was great, even with the first Seahawks game of the season starting. Great experience.

The gentlemen here have great taste in vehicles and class alike and they believe in having the customers obligations in mind.The car I was shown was from 2006 but it blew my 2014 Nissan versa out of the water with added features and "like new" condition. For example: Electric windows, heated seats in front, sun roof, v6 engine, wireless key fob, high quality radio system and great insulation. This Vehicle is a solid built machine too, unlike the newer stuff the body doesn't feel weak and fragile. I really like how spacious the inside of the car is because I am tall and so is my friend and the seats just stretch. It's like a dream to me owning something this nice at a reasonable price used.

I stopped in to browse used and certified pre owned Chryslers. I'm from salem, Oregon, and Brandon treated us out of towners like five star guests. I got approved for an auto loan early last week. Part of my hesitation in buying a car is having to deal with a pushy dealership that doesn't listen to what you're saying. Well last Wednesday, my wife found a Ford F150 at Advantage Nissan in Bremerton which was great because I was certain I was going to have to take a ferry to Seattle to find the truck I was looking for. Not only was the truck perfect but so was the buying experience. Kevin, Adam and Shane were all excellent to work with and would recommend them to anyone.

I was out running around town and stopped by to look at a few cars. I let the sales guy know I was not quite ready to purchase, and braced myself for the big sales pitch. my lease was up soon so i stopped by just to look at new cars and features. Worked with Adam Greenewho was very easy to talk to. Answered all my questions about features and prices of the different models we were considering. My wife found the car she wanted with the features she likes and it wasthat easy. We were shown options to buy or lease and the payments were even less than we had expected. We got a new car at the right price with all the features we wanted. The best part is we didn'thave to spend 3 or 4 hours like other car dealerships. Our total time spent was 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.Love this dealership. My third car bought here and all have been serviced here as well. They are awesome in every way. Adam is a true professional concerned with meeting your needs.

Great service and we love our nissan leaf. Our salesperson Shon Otwell was awesome, he is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and goes out of his way to make sure our needs were met and that we were happy with our car. Shon was patient and even took time to pick me up from the ferry terminal and made sure I got home the right way by having me follow him in his car. On the 5th of July our car had the annoying wind whistle noise that comes when a window is not all the way closed. Since this is a new car some of the switches we were not aware of. We pulled into the dealership and said to Virgil one of the salesmen about the situation and that the only window that worked was the driver side. Virgil came out and explained the lock switch to us. He was very kind and made us feel positive about our experience. Again Advantage Nissan hits a home run with us.

I was so impressed how much he knew about each vechile. Everything matters in my decision so when he was able to provided info about matenice, gas milage, safey, and ect on multiple cars he suggested it was nice hear.I am not one to jump into purchases and was worried about the being interminated by car lots and the added pressure they can put on you to buy but Don really but me a ease and made the whole experince enjoyable and exciting instead and I have much gratitude for that.Thank you so much for taking time with me and making this high-strung, anixous mom feel and more confident! Compared to our experience at different Nissan dealership this was a dream! We got a better price, better service, no pressure, and lasting friendships, Shon drove to a different dealership to pick up the exact car we wanted at no charge - the other dealer wanted $300 to do this. Very pleased with having our car serviced at Advantage too. This is important as we bought a Leaf.

My husband and I dread buying new cars and don't do it very often but were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Advantage Nissan. Adam was low key and very knowledgable. I like to look and browse and be able to ask questions but not to be pressured or pushed. Mr. Dan Runge greeted us as we walked up to the door by welcoming us to Auto Nissan. He offered to show us the selection on hand and give us numbers for various cars so that we could make an informed decision. He was polite, quiet mannered, courteous and professional at all times. I was in the market for a new truck and was considering the Frontier as well as other makes. While at Advantage having our other Nissan serviced, I was first approached by Shon "Pineapple" Otwell who absolutely did not pressure me when I wanted to look at the Frontiers on the lot. We came back a few days later to see if he could locate a Frontier in the color I wanted and at the internet ad price. I went there just to look at some Rogues one day not expecting to buy. I ended up buying a new car because I did not feel pressured and was treated very well. Excellent customer service. I didn't feel taken advantage of because I am a woman. Paperwork was really easy to fill out and they practically did everything for you. The dealer, Thomas Friday is a young man learning the business and he treated me like a Queen always being attentive to my needs and knew all about the cars I looked at. He didn't try to get me to drive something I wasn't interested in. I will definitely be back to see him for my next Nissan.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Advantage Nissian and I must say that I am not a typical customer. My first purchase was via an advertisement placed on Craig's List and that got me down to see the vehicle which was purchased that same day. My second vehicle was found on the lot while I was waiting to have the oil change taken care of on my truck that was in for regular service. I asked Tom Hill about the vehicle and gave him an offer that he quickly and efficiently processed after it was approved by his manager. The vehicle in question was still being detailed so I had to wait a little longer and devise a plan to get it home along with my truck. Tom took care of that logistics detail by following me home in the truck with my newly acquired car and we drove back to the sales lot to finish up the details on the purchase. It was smooth and seamless. I have to say that the Service Team at Advantage Nissan is stellar, I could not ask for better technicians to service my vehicles. Yes, I am talking about you Ken Manning and your entire crew. You are a great person to deal with and your technicians are the best!

I live in Seattle, so coming across on a ferry to buy a car seems illogical, but boy was it worth it! I was so tired of visiting dealerships and having the stereotypical car salesman try to talk me into buying what they have versus listening to what I actually wanted. The customer experience here was nothing short of amazing! This all starts with Chuck, the manager, and flows down through everyone on his team. I didn't have just one salesperson -- the whole staff really got to know me and were genuinely interested not just in coming through on the car I wanted (which I had to special order), but in making sure that the whole experience was enjoyable and that I really got everything I needed to enjoy the car for years to come. This includes calls on people's cell phones for "support" from multiple people both during the buying process and after I already picked up my new car. It seems astounding to me that they would genuinely offer up such customer service, but it's actually par for the course with them, and really underscores just how great the team is and how much they care about building long-term relationships with their customers and their community.I can honestly say that as long as I live within the state I cannot imagine buying a Nissan anywhere else.

The staff worked had looking at several option to fine me, I believe, the best deal available. Joe Langley in sales and Brian in finance were very helpful without being overbearing and I really appreciated that. Joe especially worked hard to make sure all our expectations were met, that we got a good deal and that we were satisfied with our deal. The entire sale was really left up to me and I feel like if I said "no" to an item or option that they took me at my word and did not push. On the other hand, they presented me with options that entirely made sense and worked out being very good deals for me. When I left with my new truck there was no buyers remorse or any of the negative feelings one sometimes experiences after a high dollar purchase like this.

The sales reps were great the finance guy made things easy and smooth and I got the car I've always wanted! I appreciate the time and effort the dealership went to. They gave me a decent price for my trade. The vehicle I bought was a fair price. The finance manager went out of his way to ensure I would feel secure with my purchase. This was above and beyond what they had to do since I had already agreed to the purchase. Next even though I bought the vehicle as-is, and a problem did arise in the vehicle, they took the vehicle into service with little notice and fixed the problem. They also didn't charge me for the part or the cost of labor. I can't say a dealership has ever done that before for me. Considering I have purchased over 50 vehicles New and used, that's high praise. I would definitely recommend this dealership whether you buy new or used.

My partner and I recently moved to Seattle from NYC. My partner purchased a Rogue from Stephen through the internet department. I have dealt with the Nissan dealership twice now, and have nothing but good service. After trading in my car the employee's there not only worked well into the evening to get a decent deal for me, all the sales/manger people were kind and friendly. He listened to our concerns for a car pertaining to mileage and finding one within our budget. We tested out numerous cars and found our dream car. We got approved for the car we wanted with a cheaper payment than we thought. The finance person, Sean walked us through the whole process in detail answering all our questions and explained tye trade in process. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was super friendly and professional. My spouse and I are very happy with our Nissan Sentra and the level of customer service we received. They were military friendly too.. I've already recommended this dealership to friends.

Stephen, our salesman, was awesome. He was very professional, answered all our questions and went above and beyond (he even stood in the rain showing us cars). I went into advantage nissan looking for a specific car. I was meet by sales associate Stephen Lewis. He was very freindly, honest, and personable. I bought a chevy and there was never any pressure to try changing my mind to some other car. He had the car i wanted and offer to get me a better interest rate then my bank had already offered. They beat the intrest rate by amost 4%. The buying process was very fast, very easy, no pressure. we were in and out of the dealership with our new car in less than 3 hours from arriving at the dealership. I highly reccommend asking for Stephan Lewis. He will go to bat for you to get the right price as well as make your car buying experience a great one. I will be going back to him and reffering all my family and freinds to him in the future for our car needs as he was that good.

Greg and Shane got us what we wanted in a very pleasant manner. The showroom was easy to freely self navigate with coffee, restrooms, lounge, tables/chairs, TV, WIFI, store etc. The experience, including a test drive, lasted a couple hours but 1/2 of it we were left to ourselves in a relaxing atmosphere. Financing and hardware options of various sorts were explained to us with no pressure and if we said no, the discussion quickly moved on. The people there seemed very normal, without the sales stereotype I've experienced in past sales in some dealers.

We have been going to Advantage Autoworks/Nissan for almost 3 years! The first time we didn't have a car and needed something relyable-well we got that, with not so good credit and what we could put down. Going into other dealerships before were bad experiences and we had hesitation to have it happen again. After meeting with Jearomy there was no pressure and he picked out a perfect car for us. We walked away with a car that we never expected. Since then we have came back to buy a truck for our family and it being a work truck as well. Sign sealed and delivered, so when it was time to trade in our first car from them, we had to go back. We wanted something that would do better in gas, so again that's what we got-an zero emissions car! Every experience between each car from the first has been amazing. Oil changes, brakes and just checking switches were easy and done in reasonable time. Thank you to everyone who put up with our 3 kids while waiting and running around. Barry Albee was our salesman when we purchased our used Toyota Sienna minivan. I actually called the dealership a couple weeks ago and told him of our price range and what we were looking for. He called me back and told me about the vehicle. He took us on a NO PRESSURE test drive and gave us a very good deal. We still went on our way and visited over ten different dealerships just to make sure. We found nothing that compared and while I am glad we still went and looked, we could have just saved our time and bought the first vehicle we drove. Barry was so professional, courteous, and even came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle to us. He made sure it was detailed with a full tank of gas, and gave us our first oil change for free. I would highly recommend Barry Albee as an honest, trustworthy man to buy a used or new vehicle from. I met a lot of salesguys during the buying process and honestly I chose this vehicle because I trusted that I was buying from an honest dealership.

I do not usually like the "buying" experience when purchasing a vehicle, but my whole attitude has changed. My husband and I visited several dealerships in the Bremerton area and ended up purchasing our SUV at this one. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Both Barry and Jimmy were so helpful and not a bit pushy. They took care to learn what I was looking for and didn't try to offer me something that I was not interested in. Their sales manager was also very helpful. I would strongly recommend that you stop by and check out what they have to offer. Even after the purchase they were there to help with any questions.

My 2015 Nissan Rouge is the third Nissan I have owned, however I have never had a Salesperson take the amount of time that Mr. Nee did to explain all the features of my vehicle (truly appreciated). When I went to Advantage last Sunday, I didn't think a new car was possible with my budget...Shon aka "Pineapple" was outstanding. He took into consideration my desires, needs and budget when matching me with a car. He was very patient with all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable through each step of the process. Chance did a great job explaining the concept of leasing and showing me the benefits, as this is my first leased vehicle. Brad was thorough in securing the best savings possible and made sure I understood the paperwork before signing. I appreciate how hard they all worked as a team to get me into a vehicle that was not only one I liked, but dependable and affordable as well. When I left the dealership I was in awe that I not only had my very first new car, but that the payments didn't overextend me...Shiny new car at a price I could afford, had I known it could be so pleasant, I would of done it sooner!

My last experience buying a used car turned out really bad. Two days after the purchase we had to replace the transmission. So even though I really needed another car, I had a lot of misgivings. I was looking for a car that would be easier to get in and out of because of a bad knee, but I could only afford something under $10,000.00. We came late on a Sunday afternoon and were about to leave disappointed, but Jimmy remembered a new trade in that might fit my needs. The next day I emailed Advantage Nissan with questions about the car and Brianna Hamilton sent me the answers right away. Then she arranged for Gregg Nee to meet me the next evening for a test drive. I still had questions and misgivings but, Gregg was able to talk to me about them and helped me realize that I had to trust my gut. I bought the car and Gregg was with me every step of the way. When it looked like there would be a really long wait to complete the sale, he found another finance manager who was available to take care of the sale. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision. They were with me all the way. They are a great team that takes great care of their customers!

Best experience buying a new car i have ever had. Shon was personable, warm, relaxed and flexible ( I ended up buying a Model I hadn't come in for due to great pricing). The teams were supportive and worked together to get ME what i wanted. Shon was extremely knowledgeable and, as I asked comparison questions, he had the answers. He let me guide the talk to what I wanted to know and walked with me through the whole thing. I was never passed on from one person to the next to sign my life away and no one nagged me financially over their take of nickles and dimes. It is great to see employees proud of the work they do and of the owner who lets them go to get the job done- highly recommended.

My Partner and I stopped into Advantage Nissan together as a newly wed couple and were both excited and apprehensive about making our first purchase as a same sex couple. This dealership, salesmen, and 'managers' are terrible. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. They 'forgot' to give me my carfax knowing I would forget about asking for it because I had a crying child in my arms that I was trying to keep calm while also trying to buy a car. I am a single mother that works full time and is in school full time and unfortunately I trusted them to sell me a good car. 2 weeks later I find out my car has been in an accident already and they failed to tell me even though I asked and they told me no. I have talked to several of their 'managers' and all that happened was them all talking down to me and treating me terrible. They raised their voices and yelled at me over the phone and when I went to the office to talk to them about my car. They lie and are deceitful. The salesman, Tom, told me they could get me into a different used car of my choice of it was in the same price range and miles and when I found one I wanted they told me no because "they would lose too much money on it because they owe more on it than the advertised price and they want to sell it whole sale to another customer" My last conversation ended with the salesman telling at me over the phone and called me an "ungrateful little xxxxx" Needless to say, I will never buy another car from them and I work in the healthcare field in a big office and will tell all of my patients and friends DO NOT buy a car here. They took advantage of me because I'm a young girl and they knew they could manipulate me. Don't make the same mistake. I didn't give them one star because I had to to post my review.

Our lease was nearing completion and we needed to do something. Our salesman responded to our telephone inquiry with several new lease options and answered all our questions. We purchased our second car from Advantage Nissan this year, Leaf and Pathfinder. We live in Newcastle and have seven Nissan dealers closer, but did not even consider buying at another. Adam Green and Chuck Capps were so great to to work with when we got our Leaf, that when we decided that we needed a new SUV they were my first call. The service we received when we purchased our Pathfinder was excellent and I think we also got the best price. Additionally, they are family owned so I know they will still be there if I need anything or when I am ready to purchase my next car, which makes it feel more like a relationship sale versus a transaction at other dealerships. I also appreciate how active they are in the community supporting the local YMCA and March of Dimes just to name a few.

A week ago I purchased my first Nissan, a 2014 Murano. I had initially looked at the Murano and the Rogue a couple of months ago. Adam Green spent a lot of time showing me all their features. Recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Versa to replace a 12 year old vehicle. The atmosphere from the moment we walked in was not your typical dealership. They didn't push any vehicle onto us, they showed us all that were in our budget plus a few that we wouldn't think you be in our budget. I felt welcomed there and would return to buy another vehicle. The finance department even called us back the next day and said we can get an even lower rate if we want to stop by and resign a few documents. Of course we did! Just the most awesome experience I have had with any dealer in my entire life and I am no spring chicken. I had walked in I told the dealer what car I liked and it was absolutely amazing, they made me at home no pressure, very comfortable they went to work on getting financing and in a matter of 7 -10 minutes I was approved. This has never happened with any dealer before. I am so happy that these 3 men had been there to serve and work for me. I can't ever remember 'liking' the process of buying an automobile, but I believe I have found car buying heaven at Advantage Nissan in Bremerton. Having visited 2 previous Nissan dealers [much closer to home] and having revisited previous buying experiences at those dealerships I decided to make one more attempt as I really needed a new truck. So I began my relationship with Advantage by speaking with Josh on the phone. Josh asked all the right questions, was over-the-top in great customer service skills and we soon confirmed availability of the very vehicle I wanted and actually got a firm solid price quote. Pricing confirmed and wife along side, we ventured off to Bremerton where we met a [pineapple] named Shon who was the salesman assigned to us. I like pineapple and immediately also took a liking to Shon. He never stopped smiling the whole time we were there, confirmed all our information and the details of what we wanted and began completing the paperwork. During this part of the process, he introduced us to Kevin the sales manager. Other dealerships should send their sales managers to Advantage Nissan to stand in the background and listen and observe how the role of a sales manager should be played out. I felt like I had known Kevin for years and he gently kept watch over the entire sales process making sure we were always being well cared for. It was at the point when we were finalized with most every aspect of the buying process when it came time to visit the 'dreaded' finance department. You all know what I'm talking about. Shon brought Brad over and introduced us and I swear I felt my knees begin to wobble because I knew what was coming. Brad did everything someone in finance has to do, but with style and grace for understanding what it must be like on the other side of the table and with his customers best interests at hand. May recommendation is do not waste your time visiting other dealerships . . . drive straight to Advantage Nissan and avoid all the 'stuff' you don't want to go through when buying a new or used vehicle. Thanks to the entire Advantage team for a wonderful buying experience.

They treat you like a good neighbor and listen to what you are telling them you want in a car/truck. They do not push you to what they want to sell but let you shop for what you want and need. First off, I would have given them a "10" if I could have!My girlfriend and I leased a new vehicle and purchased another from Adam and Hannah Green at Advantage Nissan in 2013.Adam and Hannah take customer service to a whole new level and stands HEAD AND SHOULDERS above other sales people in the area. After spending hours and hours dealing with other dealerships with pushy and pressuring sales people desperate to get the big sale for the month (you know what I'm talking about!), Adam's tactics were a breath of fresh air. His 'tactics' consisted of being respectful of our time and wishes, and treating us like family. He doesn't look to rip you off and make big commissions off of each sale. He told us before signing our first lease that we were not buying just the car, but we were buying him as well! This has held true!!! Any issue we have had with the car, he has made sure is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Example - we needed to get an aftermarket part installed... instead of going through parts and service, Adam set everything up! Another example of this is when we found a blemish on our aftermarket 3M clear bra that we purchased with the vehicle. I stopped by the dealership and met with Adam. He stopped what he was doing, took my keys and drove it to the 3M install shop while we sat in a comfortable dealership drinking some coffee.We had such a great experience with our lease that we decided to return several months later and purchase a new vehicle from them - and were once again blown away at the extremely high level of customer service. My girlfriend and I seriously consider stopping by and saying "Hi" to them when we drive through the area - that's how wonderful these people are.Adam and Hannah are doing car sales right, people! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, DON'T waste your time elsewhere!!! Stop what you're doing, stop dealing with the pushy and pressuring sales people looking for the quick buck, and call them now! I promise.... You will NOT regret it! The only thing we regret is ever buying a car beforehand from someone else. We look forward to working with them for any future car purchases we make.

I visited this dealer to purchase our Xterra because they had top consumer reviews online. They also had the car I wanted. The dealership completely lived up to those excellent expectations set by other consumer reviews. It was well worth the drive from Bellevue to get a great price, fast in & out the door, and a really pleasant experience. I generally avoid buying cars because of the old stereotypical dealer experience. These guys completely reverse that negative stereotype and changed my thinking about car-buying. Over the last two weeks we have been going over the normal details of buying a new Frontier. Greg Nee and the rest crew at Advantage Nissan were superb in dealing with my wife and me. We were not pestered or harrassed nor were we ignored by the sales crew. NO hard sells or silly ultimatums about losing out on great deals unless I buy now. They took into consideration that car buying is a serious thing without making it a painful expirience. It is by far my best car buying expirience to date.

We decided to trade in our gas car for an electric car. We chose to stop at Advantage Nissan to check one out. We were greeted very warmly the moment we stepped on to the lot. Trent Wilson was our sales associate and was very knowledgeable about the Leaf electric car. There was not a Leaf on the lot to test drive, so Trent graciously allowed us to test drive his car to see how it ran and handled. He answered all of our questions about the Leaf and we decided to place an order for the car that same day. Trent kept us well informed of the delivery of the vehicle and when it arrived, went to great detail explaining how everything worked on the car. We ran into a minor problem with the actual lease conditions, but within a few minutes we had a deal that we were very pleased with. Shane, the finance person, was very helpful with the financing and we drove away with the car and the deal that we wanted. We were so pleased with the car, that we called Trent back and ordered a second vehicle. Once again, Trent worked with us to get the car that we wanted with the lease payments that we wanted. We would recommend Advantage Nissan to any of our friends or family interested in purchasing or leasing a Nissan, and would definitely recommend Trent as the go to sales associate.

This Nissan dealership is simply the best! We stopped in to check out the new cars that were on the lot, and they had exactly what we were looking for, the first time. Shon is a fantastic salesman, who had a no-pressure attitude towards everything we were doing. He gave us the information we needed, the pricing we needed to see, and the test drives we wanted to take, all while keeping it laid back and easy going. We we said the cars we had driven weren't what we were looking for, he asked what we wanted, and pointed us towards the exact car on the lot that had not even been through inventory yet. It was everything we wanted, and they got it through the process extra quick just for us. Very pleasant surprise... I had never been to Advvantage Nissan... But booked our new Nissan car service there because it was closest to our home. Everyone was helpful and genuinely liked to spend time with the customers. I felt no pressure (as I took a peak at the new Nissan cars in the sales area while waiting for the preventative maintainace to be completed). In fact, I am keeping sales rep Shon "the pineapple's" business card when it is time to buy a new car. He was very ethical and generous. The guys and gals in service were working with a lot of customers yet I always felt taken care of... Other customers seemed pleased as well. Jeff Stanford in particular was a rock star... Super professional and answered all my questions. I will absolutely go back to Advantage Nissan... They have an excellent team in place! Not to mention free wireless, beverages, and a comfortable lounge while waiting.

I haven't lived in Washington for very long. My service experience was with a company that was owner operated. I thought they were a bit pricey. I received a recall notice for my Nissan Altima so I called the dealership to have it taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service. In addition to the recall fix I had my oil changed. Everything was done efficiently and they even washed my car. I'd never had such a wonderful experience with a dealership. The only reason I haven't been back recently is because I have had all my finances involved in a lengthy and costly divorce, so my money has been limited.

I went in to check to see if I had won a prize for the used car promotion. I did not plan to purchase a second vehicle. I had not shopped around I am satisfied at this time with the vehicle, but should have shopped around to see what was available in a simular Nissan or maybe Toyota. Most of what was available that evening was Ford products. I decided to purchase the warrenty based on what I was purchased and by what was offered on the warrenty, ie towing and rental coverage. I also was supprised that the first oil change was included. I will take advantage of that. I have never had a vehicle that I have purchased in the last 30 + years have the first oil change included. I look forward to having this fvehicle for many years to come and hope your service is as good as it sounded.At this time an unexpected, but satisfied customer.

I had an appointment for scheduled maintenance. Jeff first sent me an e-mail to remind me I was due for this maintenance. Upon calling Jeff, he scheduled me for the exact day and time I said I preferred. Upon arriving, I was checked in exactly at time I was scheduled for. The service was performed quickly and I was given an overview of everything performed along with any findings by the service technician at check out. I was told everything was covered by my new car warranty and that I had been given a free car wash. They are so friendly, courteous, and professional. Great service.

Purchased my used Toyota Tacoma from Advantage Nissan, and got a few 'free' oil changes with it. When I went in for my first one, they ended up flushing my brakes for me, and adding it on to the bill. I was expecting to pay the environmental charge to dispose of the oil like everywhere does, but over a hundred dollars!? When I asked about it, I was told that it was for the brake flush. The receptionist/cashier just shrugged when I asked 'What brake flush?'. I ended up paying and going home, then calling the owner to get it refunded. I was so angry that I didn't want to talk to anyone else while there. The next day, my 'Service Engine' light came on... The one that tells you that you need to change your oil. This tells me that they didn't reset that, either.

Went in looking at used cars. Wanted something reliable, great on gas and in our price range. After looking around a bit the salesman suggested looking at the brand new Nissan Versa. It was all we were looking for and was brand new with a better warranty. We test drove it and decided to purchase after we were approved for financing and a price that we were very happy with. In then end we have a brand new car and no headaches of a used that you never know if it will actually be reliable. Only complaint is the very long wait we had during the whole process but they were very courteous during the whole thing. We did not feel rushed at all to buy the car.

We arrived at the dealership because it was well lit. Larry was there to show us the options, but never with a high pressure tact. He was very knowledgeable, and obviously loved his work. He made us feel at home, gave us time to get a feel for each vehicle, get comfortable with each one as we test drove them, and then stuck with us to the finish of the purchase, to make sure that everything was seamless and comfortable. He helped ensure that everything went smoothly. Ed was very knowledgeable of the finance side of things and he was able to get the financing to go through without a hitch. All in all it was a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to anyone purchasing a car.

The finance manager brought me out the wrong price for my trade in. Instead of putting 79000 for my mileage he put 130000 miles. I don't know if he was trying to rip me off or not but a finance manager should't make these mistakes when it comes to your money. Keep a close eye on these guys.

The sales team at Advantage Nissan was able to secure and sell me a Forntier Pro-4X with the luxury package. To do this they had to trade one of their other vehicles to another dealership since there were only 3 Pro-4x in the Pacific Northwest. Another Nissan dealership I went to could not do this. They played no games and were great for the military discount.

I am not one to write reviews online but for this dealership I will take the time. These people at this dealership are great! I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and this dealership defines the word EXCELLENCE. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left I could not have been treated better. I was not rushed into making a decision unlike other places I have visited. The feel of the dealership was very professional and relaxing. You can also read that they all work as a team and collectively put together a package you can follow. Barry Allbee in sales takes the time to find out what you are looking for and why. When I walked in all I was looking for was better gas mileage. Once we discusssed more than gas mileage I knew I needed to look at more than one type of car. It is like he is a personal car shopper. After my purchase he spent about an hour with me going over all of the features of my new Nissan Murano. Also Barry made it very clear to please call or stop in if I could not figure out how to operate my car. Ed in finance is very thorough as well as friendly. After banking approval he thoroughly explains all further options and the benefits to all options. If it does not meet your needs, no pressure. On my initial call to the dealership I spoke with the sales manager Kevin Henning. I cannot say enough about the amount of knowledge he carries in regards to the dealership as a whole. In our search for a truck (new or used), we asked Mr. Carl Pech to search for an '08-'10 Tacoma. The search was difficult because of the popularity of the vehicle we were wanting to buy. He did the best he could to answer our request. He searched high and low and made some phone calls to try to work a deal. In the end, with the market we were in, he recommended that we go with new Tacoma since it is such a sought after vehicle, and the price and value of a new Tacoma was probably a better deal in the end. This is the third car I've purchased from Adam and Hannah (2 muranos 1 Altima). Both of them have worked at Advantage for the better part of a decade (I don't know exactly how long but I've been working with them for over 6 years now) They have always taken care of me before, during, and after the sales process. When I have a service appointment, most of the time they schedule it for me. If I need a ride somewhere, they always make sure it's handled. And every time I have a question about one of the features on the car, they walk me through it over the phone. They know the product so well they don't even have to have the car in front of them to help me! I've worked with salespeople before that I though were pretty good (I've purchased 18 new cars in my life time to date) but that was before I knew what great Salespeople actually were like. If you want a low key, no pressure, enjoyable car buying experience with people who really know about their cars, this is the place. Adam was a great salesman and knew the vehicle inside and out. This is pretty important these days as cars are packed with features and you could do a lot of research and not really know all the stuff that can help you decide whether a car is right for you or not.We bought a new Xterra Pro-4x, I did not feel strongly about this rig when we went but my wife wanted to check them out. Once I fully understood what this vehicle is packing I was very excited to buy it, but on this rig there is no bling, the good stuff is all hidden and unless you have someone that knows the vehicle well or did a lot of research you would not know.Brad in the financing dept. took us through the options and maintenance plans and explained the good and bad and how to best take advantage of the programs. Did not push and never felt like they were trying to make extra money from the sale, just tried to get us a plan that fit. We bought the pre-paid maintenance plan which will save us a good deal of money over the life of the vehicle and is transferable.Here is what really impressed me, all the guys there drive Nissans. There was a young employee buying his first new car from his workplace and was very excited about it. What better endorsement? All in all, best car buying experience of my life. And the Xterra, love it more every day. They helped me get the right car for me and I will be taking my first off-road adventure in it this weekend, it just makes you want to get out of the city and out to the clean air. Go see these guys and whether you buy a car or not you will not be disappointed.

I had just purchased a new 2013 Nissan Altima from another dealership and was having some problems figuring out how to operate all the options, so my wife and I decided to go to Advantage Nissan in Bremerton for assistance. The moment we walked into their Agency, Chuck Capp met us and ask if he could help us in anyway. I explain to him that we did not understand how to work some of the accessories and he immediately said, lets see what we can do and proceeded to go through all the accessories in detail. I stated to him that we had purchased our Altima from another dealership and he said, no problem, welcome to the Nissan family, we will do everything we can to make your ownership of a Nissan a wonderful experience. He then toured us through his facility and introduced us to his staff, everyone we met and dealt with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This was by far the best experience we have had in dealing with a car agency. We were so impressed after our dealings with Chuck & his staff, that we returned and purchased a maintenance & extended warranty from them. I was looking for a used full-size pickup. Truck Town was my first stop and decided a Chevrolet Silverado was what I wanted to buy. Originally, my choice was either a Ford F100 or a Dodge Ram 1500, but I liked the smooth driveabilty of the Silverado. Found one there I was interested in, a 2004. However it had higher mileage than I wanted and a higher price than I expected. My wife and I decided to go to Advantage Nissan to see what they offered. I met Carl Pech there and he showed me a 2006 model that had less mileage and was priced less than Truck Town's 2004. I hadn't bought anything from a car dealership in quite a long time, mainly because of the high-pressure tactics employed by the sales staff there. However, my experience with Carl was pleasant and cordial. He was very knowledgeable about the Silverado and patient when it came time to decide whether I wanted it. He never tried to force my hand, even though we were there on a Sunday, around closing time during the negotiation phase. He was persuasive, but not pushy. He was a pleasure to do business with. I have told others that Advantage Nissan Autoworks is a great place to buy a car or truck and that Carl Pech is the person they should ask for. That is why I am giving a rating of 5 stars.

I recently called and was told by "Jim" in the Advantage Nissan used car department that a certain vehicle was in stock. I called because I do not live close to the dealership. Well to my surprise (though not unaccustomed) the car had just been sold about 5 minutes before I got there amazing isnt it. When my wife and I tried to leave the salesperson came out and started yelling at me and grabbed my car to keep me from leaving, I am currently trying to find out who owns the company and will complain. I am also going to complain to the attorney general because of bait and switch practices and to every review website I can find. The funny thing is I was going to purchase a new 370Z in conjunction with this vehicle for my son. Yeah, not happening at this dealership as well I will not be purchasing a Nissan and Nissan America will know this as well. Nice job Advantage Nissan....NOT

Even though Bremerton is not a close drive for us, we would return because we are very pleased with the service we received and the car we purchased. I usually dread the sales experience, because I can feel the pressure the salespeople have to make a sale, and its very uncomfortable. I didn't feel that at all at Advantage Nissan; from the first contact with Jimmy it was relaxed and upbeat. It felt like it was more important to Jimmy to help us than to close the deal, and I felt that through a number of conversations with different employees. There is a very positive atmosphere at Advantage Nissan that distinguishes it from other car dealerships, and I compliment leadership on achieving this. It is telling that 4 employees shared, with believable sincerity, how much they enjoyed working there compared to other dealerships. After trying out many different cars, at the time my favorite was a Lexus RX350. But I needed to try out the Nissan Murano one more time just to be sure of my decission. Well after driving it again I knew that was the car for me and my husband. It handled so smoothly on the road and it had everything that we wanted in a car. I took my friends over to Advantage Nissan because they were getting the sales squeeze at another dealership and needed another car. The cool thing about Advantage is no pressure no worries and over all great friendly atmosphere. I personally have bought 4 vehicles in the last 6 or so years from them and never had a bad experience. My friends described the sales experience at Advantage as like not being at a car dealership. I hate car dealerships in general but I go to Advantage Nissan sometimes just to say "hey" to the staff and see what is new. Good people good service and no salespeople, just people there with a common interest in helping you find a good dependable vehicle!On a side note, they gave me 100 bucks for my referral which was really cool because I didn't know about it until my friend mentioned it the day after they bought their Rogue there.

My husband and I already owned a Nissan Murano and wanted a smaller more economical car. We purchased our Murano from Hannah Green and were very satisfied with her outstanding knowledge of the vehicles so we went back. We were interested in the Nissan Juke which they had none since it is a new vehicle this year. Hannah said that she would call us as soon as they got one in and she did. We test drove the Juke and were not sure because of the size, color and it was the bottom of the line. Hannah called us every time she received a Juke in and we finally ordered the Juke we wanted. Hannah called us every month to let us know what was going on until we finally received our Juke the end of March. Hannah and Adam are awesome! They are a great team. If one does not know something about the car the other does or they find out for you. This purchase has been awesome just like the first purchase. My Husband and I went car shopping last month for a New Car. We went to every car dealership in Bremerton that we could find. After a long weekend of car shopping, our very last stop was Advantage Nissan. We were welcomed with warm smiles, unlike every other place we had been to. We Are so glad that ran into Adam Green, too bad it was out last stop, instead of our first! It was raining very hard and he didn't mind at all. He pulled several cars under cover for us to look at, so we didn't have to get wet, while the poor guy got drenched. Adam had answers to all of our questions too, unlike any other sales person. We ended up buying a new Nissan Maxima, that we love. Adam and his wife Hannah Green even called us that night to say "Thank you so much!". Since then, our neighbor went in a purchased a car as well, from the husband wife duo. Better yet, they gave a check for $100 just because we told them to go see them. Go see Adam & Hannah Green! This dealership is awesome. I went in here to trade in two cars that I was upside down in, on both, and asked them to put me into a brand new truck, and keeping my payments about the same that they were combined on both cars... I basically was asking them to do something impossible, but Luke, my sales guy, showed me everything that I asked him too, gave me his opinions, listened to mine, and with the help of the sales manager and the finance guy, it took a few days, but they worked magic that never should have actually worked out. I signed my papers today, and am taking home my dream truck tomorrow. These guys bend over backwards to make things happen for you, especially if you are military.. I'd send anyone to them in a heart beat :)

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Advantage. Each experience just keepsgetting better. Throw away all those bad memories of high pressure sales at other dealership and give these guys a try. We test drove one afternoon, no pressure. They were concerned about getting us the right car and let us take the lead. We went home to think about it, even call back many times with questions which were answered quickly. We bought the next day and that was even great. We got to watch the raceat Bristol on the big screen while waiting to get in and sign the paperwork. That guy(Brad) was also great. We have a couple of small issues with the Rogue,scratch, etc.,but things are being handled by their service department. Again, this is our third car, and the service department is outstanding which is probably a more important feature than the one day you spend with the sales guys. The service guys/gals are friendly and care about their customers. This is a dealership that is well run, start to finish. We'll be back!!!!!!!

Another good experience. When I bought a 2001 Frontier a few weeks ago I questioned Advantage on if the timing belt had been changed yet. They let me know that they would get a hold of their customer that had traded the vehicle in & let me know. After a couple days I received a phone call from Adam Green the salesman I worked with to let me know that the timing belt hadn't been done yet. The service department gave me a screaming deal on a timing belt job, so I drove another 5 hour round trip to drop it off. On my trip over the ABS light came on, so I left a note on the my service drop off sheet. They looked into the ABS light & it ended up that the control module was going out. Even though it was a used vehicle that had just about 110 thoa on it they repaired it at no cost to me. It took a little while to get the part in, but I was kept aware of the situation. On the way to pick up the truck yesterday my wife & I started talking about getting a new car since our Honda had a little over 150 thoa on it & we have a little one that should be here any day now. She wanted a car that she didn't want to worry about. Once arriving at the dealership I asked to talk with Chuck, but he was unavaible at the time. So, I hooked up with Adam again. Since I am pretty straight forward person we worked out some payment options before getting to far into the deal. My wife test drove a 2011 Altima & really liked the features it offered. So, we proceeded on working out the deal. We had another good experience working with Brad in finance. After finishing up with Brad we hooked back up with Adam to go over all the bells & whistles of the new Altima. Adam spent at least a half hour with my wife going over everything why I did final inspections on the car. I pointed out a few areas that required a little elbow grease. Adam took care of all the areas I pointed out in his salesman attire. I haven't been to a dealership that the salesman actually does the dirty work himself. My wife & I would recommend to anyone to check out Adavantage Nissans used or new vehicles before looking any where else. They don't only have a good product, but they treat you like family.

The people at this dealership were honest,courteous, willing to work for me and get me a good deal on a car that suit me the best. I have been shopping for a used Nissan Frontier Crew Cab in the 2000-2003 range for over a month. I have found numerous Frontiers on the internet & have driven from Sedro Woolley to Arlington & Auburn looking to pay in cash. Since these dealerships have been up to 2 hours away from where I live I have tried to work out a ball park out the door price before driving. One dealership couldn't get close to where we had talked on the phone & the other lied on the vehicle description saying the vehicle was a 10. Once I arrived to look at the vehicle it wasn't even a 7 in my opinion. Not only did I waste my time going to look at it the manager was so disrespectful I about took him out. Luckliy my wife was there to drag me out. I had lost hope on finding a decent vehicle from a dealership since I had already had a few mishaps, but I decided to give it one more try. I was looking on Craiglist on 02-25-11 & saw a 01 Frontier that sparked my interest. I called Advantage Nissan at 7pm that evening. Chuck Capps answered the phone. Since pictures hadn't been posted yet I asked for him to email some picture, so I could look at it. Chuck called me to let me know that he had emailed the picture. Since I liked the look of the Frontier I asked him about trying to get a price work out ove the phone since it was roughly a 3 hour trip down with a ferry ride to boot. We worked out a price. The price was very fair. I told him I would be there at 8:30am the next morning. He mentioned that his sales staff would be in a meeting at that time. He wanted to have a good time with his sales staff, so he told me to barge into the meeting when I arrived to ask for some help. You should have seen the faces on roughly 25 people when I walked in. I was set up with Adam who was able to answer all the questions I had while test driving the vehicle. He requested while test driving the Frontier that I drive it like I own it. It was the best test drive experience I have ever had from a dealership. Once arriving back at Advantage Nissan I was able to meet Chuck face to face & finish some of the non car purchase stuff we were BSing about the night before. Then I did a final look over on the Frontier before purchasing it. Chuck didn't steer me wrong it was just as he had described it to me. Advantage Nissan followed through with the price we had agreed on over the phone the night before. The paper work side would have went really quick, but Brad in finance is a fisherman just like me. Us fisherman like to tell stories. Having a common interest actually made signing papers fun. I would reccomend Advantage Nissan to any one looking for a new or used car. Their cusotmer service skills from the owners to the sales staff & finance were outstanding.

This was not the first place I approached re: buying or leasing a new or used car. I had some specific impediments that had inspired other places to be less than welcoming. Hello. My Name is Andrew Heydel, I had such a great experience at Advantage Nissan because my credit isn't all that great, and I have had ALOT of problems with other dealerships telling me that they can get me into something for the price I wanted it for, and then it ends up turning into a disaster, to where they just run my credit over and over and before I know I had hundreds of looks on my report and ended with nothing. Now with Advantage Nissan that was not the case, when i showed up there I was very skeptical about anything happening, but to my demise they really came through for me and my family, Brent Cutler and Ed Maulsby are great guys and really hard workers, but most of all they are men of their words, they told me it was going happen and an even bigger shocker, it happened in less than 24 hours. I feel so great knowing that my horrible luck with dealerships has finally come to an end, and last but not least they were able to get me out of a 23.99% APR in my truck down to 0% with my brand new car. First I really like their web site, which is how I found the couple cars that I wanted to look at. The website gave you all the info you needed without having to call the dealer. When we went into see the the cars, we liked, we were not bombarded as soon as we got out of our car. We were given some time to look around first. When we couldn't find the on that we were hoping to see we told the dealer and he new where it was and took us to it. He did not try to tell us about every other car on the lot on our way. That was refreshing! It was easy for my husband and I to take if for a test drive and again on our drive he didn't talk all about other cars that he had but told us the details on the one we were driving. When I asked to see the other cars that we were interested in he took us to them and just told us what class they fell in and let us tell him what we thought about them. Often you feel like they are trying to sell you the most expensive one but he told us the one that we were driving, although was less money than a few of the other ones, was a great choice. We did not feel pressured in any way to just choose for ourselves. When we had chosen the car we were test driving they were as efficient as they could be. They had the test drive done on our car while we talked about details and gave us a great deal in the end. When they came back the first time with what they wanted to get for the car and what they wanted to give us for our SUV we just were not sure. He said "tell me what you would like to see." When we told him he said "O.K. I'll see what I can do." When they came back we were pleased and excepted the offer. We would buy another car from them for sure. We even told them we would be back in about 5 years for that sports car as soon as the kids were driving themselves. I hope you will give Advantage Nissan a try and that you have the same great experience that we had.

We thoroughly researched all vehicle types that we were interested in through Consumer Reports, web sites, and customer comments. We narrowed our search down to several models. We spent a day first starting at Advantage Nissan and looked at the types of models we were interested. Robert Hopkins was not at all what we expected in a salesman! He was friendly, escorted us to the cars we were interested in, didn't try to push us but rather further educated us. He had answers to all our questions. He escorted us on a test drive and explained features we didn't understand.We then went to several other dealers to test drive the vehicles we were interested in. Only one salesman at a Ford dealership came slightly close to Robert's caliber. None of the other cars met our expectations for performance, comfort, features, and safety. Since we told Robert we expected to return later that afternoon, he called to check on us and to see if we were still interested. His call was again professional and not pushy.We returned to check out the Nissan Murano 2011 once again. We were sold. We told Robert our expectations for our trade in (350Z), price points and financing. The process was not the usual back and forth negotiations at all. We quickly agreed on terms and finalized the deal. The particular model and features we wanted were available at another dealership.Our vehicle was delivered the next day to Advantage. Robert met us and gave us a thorough tour of our vehicle. While he drove it from the other dealership he noticed a tire was causing a vibration. Advantage Nissan replaced that tire.We have absolutely no regrets from our experience. It is the best and easiest experience we have ever had in purchasing a car.Advantage Nissan and Robert Hopkins have earned our business!!!! The follow-up service so far has also exceeded expectations. It's nice to know that there is an honest, not high pressure dealership in the area!

The last time I bought a car, I had a bad experience. I felt that I was just a sale to them, it was impersonal, and VERY stressful. I didn't enjoy the experience, I wasn't happy. I was recommended to Advantage Nissan by two friends. They had bought two new vehicles from the dealership already. When I finally got the nerve to buy a car, I went to them first. I was ill thinking about the experience for a couple of days before I went. Finally, I could not delay any longer. I drove to the dealership, stopped my car, said a prayer, and got out of the car. I was instantly welcomed by Brent Cutler. We introduced ourselves and I told him my circumstances and what I thought I could pay (which wasn't a lot, I might add). He didn't even flinch or make me feel I was unimportant enough to spend time with. He took me around the lot while talking, and I felt he was thinking about what kind of car I would like. I didn't really know myself. He had me drive a car (which I would have loved to have had) over to another of Advantage's lots. The first car he directed me to ended up to be the one I bought. He had me go for a long test drive, asking me how I felt about the car, how it felt, etc. We went back to the lot and he gave me space to talk with my family and then we went into the office to fill out the paperwork for the car. I was still nervous with the process. Brent stayed with me the whole time, answering my questions, helping me fill out the paperwork, and keeping me apprised of everything that was happening. I appreciated that so much. The fear of the unknown, I guess, especially with the banks being so tight in lending. Brad, the finance guy, found the best financing for my situation. He walked me through all the paperwork and we got it done in record time. I want to thank Advantage Nissan, especially Brent and Brad, for making the experience the best I've ever had, for taking the time with me and making me feel important. You know the business is a good one by the caliber of the people they have working for them. Would I recommend family and friends to Advantage Nissan? Yes, in a heartbeat! And I'll be back too!

After seeing the model car online, I called Advantage Nissan and spoke with Mr. Capps. He informed me that the car I was interested in had recently been sold. That same day he had found a car that not only matched the quality of the one I had been interested in, but exceeded it in every catagory. His associate, Dan, took me for a test drive and informed me of the features and history of the car. He was both informative and friendly. He brings a lot more to the table in a real world, real time experience with the car. Only a real expert and automotive enthusiast can bring to the table. Any one can tell me how fast a 370 goes but only a few can tell me how it will be to live with and the characteristics it has. Buying a car has always been a hassle and a disappointment when it came to customer service,as soon as we walked in to view cars product specialist Dan Siddall was very courteous and helpful by going the extra mile to ensure our happiness and satisfaction. Since my husband is in the military, other dealers that we have been to were always so eager or try to pressure us to sign paperwork underestimating our satisfaction or our needs. Advantage Nissan was the total opposite they worked with us until we saw something that was affordable and comfortable for our growing family. With Dan Siddall specialist insight he gave us all the information necessary regarding the vehicle and answered all of our questions (even though my husband thought they weren't). Thanks to Dan we feel so proud of our purchase and it was the gift of the year for our family due to needing a bigger car for our new bundle of joy that will be born next year. My husband and I were first time car buyers and had heard horror stories, so we prepared ourselves to haggle and fight for a good deal. We have been looking for over a year and test drove quite a few cars. Each time we had to deal with pushy salesman who didn't understand (or care) that we were researching. When it came time to buy my husband spent over an hour haggling at another Nissan dealership before calling it quits and leaving. He came home and found the same vehicle at Advantage (well, through their website, it was in Wenatchee) and called them. He spoke with one of the owners, Chuck, who accepted our offer off the bat (a lower price for a car with more options). He even offered to take off an extra $100 if we came in that night! When we went in Dan Pacut stayed with us while we waited to sign all the papers. Every single staff member we dealt with was enthusiastic and attentive. We came back in a few days later to pick it up and were congratulated by all - Dan went over everything with us (from every switch to where to go to get our oil changed) and Chuck made sure it was cleaned up and ready to go. It was the total opposite of what I expected car buying to be. Dan even came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule! We are happy to support businesses that treat our customers well and plan on coming back when shopping for our next vehicle. Thanks for our new Frontier, Advantage!!

Where do I begin? Well, how about I LOVE Advantage Nissan! Car shopping had turned into one of the worst shopping experiences of my life! Jumping around from one dishonest dealership to the next, I was convinced that there was no honest car salesmen left! That is until I started talking to Advantage Nissan. We called them and were immediately connected with the one of the owners, Chuck! Without hesitation, he quickly gave us a quote over the phone for the exact car we wanted (something other dealerships wouldnt douh humBellevue!)!! His quote was over $2500 less than what Bellevue would give us (when I actually had to go in for a quote) for a car with less options! Chuck was able to find me the first fully loaded Night Armor 2011 Xterra Pro-4X and had it re-routed to Advantage Nissan! If that isnt impressive enough, Jim even picked us up from the ferry terminal and gave us a ride to the dealership. When we got there, we got the car for exactly what Chuck quoted the car for. No hidden charges or fees. Advantage Nissan was 100% honest from the first phone call and made car shopping the best shopping experience ever! Jim even spent about an hour going over every button and option my car had to offer making sure I knew how to use everything! P.S. When we got to the dealership, my car was sitting out front, bright and shiny with a big red bow on itnow that I call service! I drove away smiling from ear to ear, a free full tank of gas and a new appreciation for honesty and service! I gave them all fives because there was no options for all 10s!! Go Advantage Nissan!!!

After a recent vehicle theft with only liability insurance, and not so good credit, I was not looking forward to buying a car. I explained my situation to Chuck, who suggested we work the whole deal backwards. He suggested getting an approval first and then find a car to meet those requirements. The guys worked just as hard to get a good deal for me as they would have, if I had had good credit. Going through a few lenders to get me the best deal. In the end, I left with an 08 Xterra. I would recommend Advantage to anyone regardless of their credit history, because they work just as hard for you no matter what your situation. Thank you Advantage for making the purchase stress free and enjoyable.

Absolutely! I went to Campbell Nissan and it took almost 20 minutes to have anyone even approach me and then I had to ask for some help. I was shocked by this. At Advantage Nissan, I was greeted very quickly and was treated respectfully by ever member of the team. The whole process was quick and seemless. Patrick UrbanowskiWe came in to the dealership looking for a new truck. Reliable good gas milage and just an all around good truck. We came in and Dave (not sure of last name) came to us and asked if he could help so we thought he wanted a sale. We sat and did paperwork. Not even 5 minutes into the conversation he was trying to pass us off to another sales person which was Patrick Urbanowski. Patrick was very polite and was extremely helpful, he took his time with us and really made us feel like were are someone. Instead of feeling like he was to good for us and his time was to valuable like Dave did. Once we were dealing with patrick and Jeff the GM we hd a much better experience. The price of the truck was good maybe a little high, but honestly it usually is on a new car. We felt that we got a good trade in amount for the truck we were trading. The only bad thing except for Dave was that he had us running all over for paperwork and things that they ended up not needing. That wa realy upsetting. After being at the dealership all day and finally getting to leave at almost 7 p.m. not having the truck detailed cause it was taking to long. Dave said we could just come back for the detail. Told the guy to just take the stickers off the windows and gas it up. The guy did that but in the time that it took him to do just that we could have had it all detaled. Plus he scratched a chunck out of the tint on the rear left side of the truck. Patrick, Jeff and Jim were all very helpfull and we would do service with the again anytime. I really think that patrick deserves all the comission for this sale. Please consider this. Thank you for my survay.

I was in desperate need of a new car. I have three children and our current vehicle was a death trap. I never knew if it was going to start or just die while I was driving it. I had visited many different dealerships looking for the right car at the right price. I had to be very choosy since I am a single mother and needed to make sure I could afford the payments and still feed my kids, while finding a reliable car that fit my families needs.All of the other dealerships salepeople were annoyed at with me and how particular I was being. They didnt want to take the time to help me find MY car. They would show me all these cars that I knew I couldn't afford or were just not what I was looking for and when I would tell them that they would push me off onto another salesperson. They were cold and rude and made my experience very unpleasant.That's why it was so nice to go to Advantage Nissan. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by Daniel Siddall, he was so friendly and made me feel welcomed. We talked for a minute and he truly seemed interested in what I wanted. I told him my situation and what I was looking for in a vehicle and the cost and he never once left my side. He didn't try to shove me off on another salesperson or tell me he couldn't help me. We looked at several different models and test drove a few, it took some time to find the car I wanted, like I said before I had to be choosy. But Daniel was completely patient with me. He treated me like I was a good friend. He was honest with me about everything. I never once felt like I was at a car dealership. After finding the car that fit my family, Daniel stayed with me until the deal was settled and I was driving home in my new car. If it weren't for Daniel I might still be driving that death mobile. Thank you Daniel.The entire staff at Advantage Nissan was fantastic. They all treat you with respect, kindness, and honesty. No one at the dealership made me feel like a nusance because I had to be a little more picky than most people. They worked with me and made sure I drove home in the car that I was meant to have. First I am an out of town buyer as in California and dealer is in Washington state. I had a great experience from beginning to end. I bought car on internet an flew up on a Saturday. I was greeted at Seattle Airport which is 45 minutes from Bremerton Washington where dealership is located. I started out with Josh Beckner who sent me probably 30 pictures of the used car I was going to buy and he made every attempt to get the pic's I wanted and described the car in detail. Its hard to see from pictures what your getting and to fly up and buy a car unseen/driven is enough to scare a lot of buyers away. What I like about the dealer is there honesty and customer service. Car itself had a widit light come on (before I even picked it up) and Josh was honest about and told me it would be fixed. It was great the wigit light didnt come on when I was at the dealer or when driving back to California. (BMW's are funky with wigit lights in dash) It was odd a BMW ended up at a Nissan dealer anyway. It was taken to an outside source to be repaired. It was just great they took care of it! Price was also very fair for a 9 year old car and they worked with me on my budget/financing.I have good credit and was familar with credit scores/financing options. I worked with Chris Zeitner (financing) and everything we talked about/agreed was performed/no changes or financing tactics. Remember I was coming from California. I had no real options other then not taking the car and flying home. Everything was explained and no surprises. Given I live in California additional paperwork once processed was over nighted to my office. Whole transaction went very smoothly. I was met by Tom Hill when I arrived at dealership as Josh was not in the day I flew up to the dealership. Tom has been selling cars along time and when I saw the car it was just exactly as described (9 year old car). It was clean, waxed and had 2 new tires and was serviced. (I verified this with my mechanic in SF) Very professional/honest sales person. I drove this car home from Bremerton to SF after leaving the dealership. If something was going to go wrong it would in the 800 mile trek. Car performed better than I expected. I can only say that I wish there were more dealerships like Advantage. It would be great if they could "clone" there customer service/honesty" to other dealerships and particularily California. I would gladly refer or be a reference for anybody that wants to buy a car from Advantage. It dosent get any better! Thank you all again for such a great sales, finance, internet experience. I was treated as a friend and not so much a customer. Staff was friendly, helpful and worked with me to get the deal I wanted and not what they wanted. My sales person was great. I didn't feel pressured and was given a lot of space to make my decision. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood what my payments were goiong to be and the type of service I should expect when I bring my vehicle in. I wanted to back out at the last minute and they were okay with that But the vehicle I bought was such a great deal and it was clean and ready to go. I will definitely send friends and co-workers to Advantage for their new or used car needs. Bremerton is about an hour outside of Seattle, but well worth the trip.

I've always dreaded going to any car dealer ship, the high pressure of the sales people tends to make me want to run the other way, I did not find that with Shane, he was professional but with a great sense of humor , polite and cordial, in fact my dealings with Kevin Henning and Eric (sorry cant remember the last name) went just as smooth and both where friendly and neither came across as being pushy or irritating.A couple small issue surfaced but where rectified quickly and promptly, I would recommend this dealership if for no other reason because of their friendliness.

I don't even know where to start; the entire experience was 5 star and totally worth the trip from Kirkland. Talk to Chuck, Adam and/or RobertAfter searching for about 6 months for a car throughout the greater Puget Sound Area(Lynnwood, The Eastside, Renton, Tacoma, and Seattle) I gave up. No one could get me in a car I liked in a range I felt comfortable with. Then a co-worker of mine told me about Advantage Nissan. I was skeptical about driving all that way to look at cars and I am so glad I gave them a shot. The trip was worth it!!! The whole team there was amazing, I was not pressured into anything and the staff was honest. They knew exactly what I was looking for in a car. Now if that is not enough, I looked at this same exact car on a lot in Bellevue and they other place was asking $5k more then I purchased it from Advantage. On top of that I traded in my car and Advantage gave me Double what any other dealer would offer. Adam, my sales person, programmed his number and told me to call him if I had any questions, I didn't remember where something was, etc. After Adam left for the evening, I went back to find a place to eat and Robert gave me suggestions, called on to make sure they were opened, his cell number incase I got lost and then made sure I had cash for the toll before he would let me leave. Iwas looking for a certified used car that fit my budget, my first stop was advantage since Ive always had nissians just window shop Jim gave me his card with his cell phone on it and after going to 5 more dealerships and not getting treated as well by some (high pressure price, price will be higher tommorrow car was mismarked wouldn't even work with u) idecided to sleep on it. The next day I called Jim on his cell at8:00 in the morning and asked if the exterra iwas looking at was still available to test drive, he said yes pulled it aside for me to look at after i got of work and I told my mom about it she went down looked at it everybody at the dealership was so nice to her I got there, drove it, loved it..and to make along story short bought it. The sales manager reexpalined everything he went over with my mom to me so I WAS AWARE of the extended warranty and we were out within about an hour or so with a freshly washed,gased up vechile. Which happen to be a 2007 EXTERRA with 10k miles,clean had nice options for below blue book. The nxt day Josh called me to remind me of my first wash&oil change free asked about my experience and I have to tell you working in customer service for a living its nice to see its still job one with Advantage. Jim even showed me how to tune my radio & show me were my tire jack was on their big memorial day tent sale. Selection of quality used was great, price was outstanding and service was excellent. I will be having all my service done there and buying any accessories there. Am truly please with the whole experience and plan on referring everyone looking for a car there.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2010 Nissan Murano from Advantage Nissan and it was an enjoyable, hassle free car buying experience. Hannah Crowell the salesperson was extremely knowledgable about the car features and the operation of the vehicle. We were very comfortable with Hannah's customer first approach: she listened to our stated preferences and concerns, answered all our questions in a professional manner and did not push us or pressure us to purchase a vehicle. When it was determined that Advantage Nissan did not have a vehicle with our preferred features in-stock, Chuck Capps the Business Development Manager reviewed in-bound vehicle records and the inventory of other dealers until he found the vehicle we wanted. Chuck arranged to get the vehicle and notified us when it arrived. Because of a quick trade-in assessment by Used Car Mgr. Dean Capps it did not take long to negotiate the price of the new vehicle and paperwork processing moved smoothly. Overall it was a very positive, enjoyable experience. During the course of our marriage, my wife and I have also purchased vehicles from Pontiac, VW, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, Acura, Subaru and Ford dealers. As a result, we have experienced a wide range of sales techniques and dealership management---none matched the friendly, professional atmosphere we encountered at Advantage Nissan.

From the first phone call to signing the paperwork the employees were awesome. Jim was my sales guy and he took his time showing absolutely no pressure. I came back the next day to pick the color I wanted. The paperwork took about 45 minutes which is the fastest I've seen by far. I think they all won the lottery and just sell cars for fun. You could also tell their all friends and dont mind doing things for each other which makes the process go by so much quicker.

Dean and Chuck Capps have both been extremely helpful in finding me a great car that I love and have enjoyed since I purchased back in May of 2009. I received a call from them the day they got my nissan pathfinder in, still had some work to do on it and they promised a list of things to be fixed from a minor ding, to a full detail, new wheels, and more... the next day I picked it up it was all done as promised. When I have needed service on my car they have gone above and beyond in helping and have been very accomadating. I'd like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the folks at this dealership who made my concerns their priority. In a nutshell, I bought a lemon from them. I've been driving Nissans for 19 years and never had a problem, so I guess one instance in that entire time can be expected. It was never in question that the service department would do whatever it would take to help correct the problem. 3 repairs later, I still had a commitment from them they would keep working on the car until it was fixed - if that was my choice. I chose to give the car back to Nissan and get a different car. They special ordered my car for me and gave me a wonderful price for the new car which meant they were not profiting from my troubles. I'm very happy with their concern for me and my entire customer experience. Having car troubles is never fun - but having folks on the other end of the phone and in person make a commitment that they will take care of my concerns with sincerity, courtesy and care, is priceless.I would, have and will recommend this dealership to people. I believe in customer service and if you don't make your customers feel comfortable then your not doing your job! I have always felt comfortable and also have always felt that they (at Advantage Nissan) work for me and not for the dealership. I have bought more than one vehicle there and will continue in the future. Furthermore, if more businesses practice their service they would have as much success as they do. I have also used their repair facility for another vehicle as well as routine service for my Nissan and they are more than pleasant to work with even though it is another department in the dealership. I hate shopping for cars but they make it easy there with fair deals. If there is a problem they bend over backwards to correct the issue. I love my new Cube!

They took back a used Murano that had many problems and got me into a New Altima around the same dollar amount. They gave me a few choices to test drive and were not pushy about my decission to hurry. The finance department called multiple company's to get the best rate available.

Very pleased with our new purchase from Advantage Nissan. We bought a 2010 Altima, white with a beautiful leather interior.We first did our homework on the internet with various dealers in the Seattle, Tacoma, and our local area here in Bremerton.Advantage Nissan has a nice web site to use and promptly got back to us.Price is always an issue so to find that the Nissan Dealership inour own back yard had the best pricing was encouraging. When we arrivedto take a test drive we met chuck and everything was ready and once we decided to buy the Altima it was painless. They gave us what we feel was a very fair trade in for our car. No issue to date on our purchase. I would certainly recommend this dealership and I have.

Just bought a 09 Nissan Xterra from Advantage Nissan and drove all the way to Bremerton from Eastside. Though I crossed multiple Nissan dealership on the way, Let me tell you it was worth it. Chuck is awesome an person to deal with. He makes sure that customer is happy not just before the sale but also after the sale. Jim and Brad (finance) helped till late night putting the deal together. Really they had the best initial quote and most competitive final deal I can find in entire NW. Specially for used car they go into details to make sure it's all checked and within their high standards. Very friendly place to do a big item purchase. I'm very happy and satisfied with the service and price I received at Advantage Nissan. Worth a drive. Will strongly recommend anyone to check it out. Advantage Nissan is the best dealership to buy a new or used car in Washington. I have bought several cars now, but I am happy to say that the last 3 have been from Advantage Nissan. Chuck and Chris made finding the right car to suit our needs, wants and our budget easy and painfree. We had told them we were looking for a great commuter car, that could also hold 2 fullsize carseats comfortably in the backseat. Chuck and Chris gave us many car options that could and would suit our needs. It was then up to us to narrow them down. Every step of the way they were there answering any question we could fire at them. In the end we purchased a low mileage, 2006 Nissan Altima with every assurance that we bought a great car for our family. Chris's partner Shane and Chris(from Finance) were there for us when it came down to getting all of our paperwork signed and completed. As we had our two small children with us, Shane let us sign many of our papers in the childrens lounge. The girls were entertained by toys and a movie while it left us free to listen to everything Shane was telling us about our new purchase. When it was time for the final signings, any questions we had about warrenties and insurances answered so that we truly understood our options. Chris even made sure to search his database for the best interest rate for us. We truly feel that we got the best deal possible for our car. We had selected the Nissan Rogue over the Honda CRV as our next car, needing reliable transportation since our 1999 Mercury Villager is starting to incur major maintenance costs. We wanted to deal with a local dealer, but they didn't understand that we specifically wanted a grey exterior, light interior and the SL model, not the S and offered us other color/style options. Chuck found the model we wanted and not only took the initiative to call us off our internet query, but followed up regularly. He did an outstanding job trying to negotiate a 2009 model for us from California, keeping us regularly informed of his progress. When that fell through because the CA dealer would not cooperate, Chuck got us a 2010 model - our exact specifications. He emailed us when he got a delivery date and called us as soon as the car came in!When we drove over to Bremerton to get the car, Josh did an amazing job to thoroughly explain the car to my wife, patiently showing how all the controls worked - I was impressed that he really knows the car (I've had other dealers not know their own stuff).Kevin and brad were friendly and did NOT pressure us in any way for additional services/etc. We chose to buy the pre-paid maintenance and extended warranty with the expectation that this will be a long term investment. Our family has been Ford people and this is our first Nissan. So far - an amazing experience!

I recently went to advantage Nissan and purchased a new Pathfinder. I had a good experience and a very nice salesman. It was nice that they had a playroom available for children and they would come and talk buisness in the room with us so that we would not have to leave our children. My only issue was that when I showed up to test drive a pathfinder they had none on the lot in the option level that I could afford, so I had to test drive the very fancy, out of my price range, on the lot. I have to say though I was able to pick the color of the exterior and interior and they had it delivered and ready within two days. They are very friendly to military families and we will definetly purchase with them again.

My experience with this dealership has been nothing less than great. It started in 2005 while internet shopping for a 350Z. I ended up buying at Advantage with a terrific deal. Since I have bought a new Sentra for my daughter from them and referred a friend who has bought two cars there. It has worked great for all. I recently was having some issues with the Z and stopped in to have it checked. The problem was diagnosed and I was told repairs would be complimentary since the car had such low miles, even though it was far beyond the 36 months warranty limit. This is typical of the service I have received there over the years. I have, and will continue to recommend this dealership.

I came to this dealer after having had more than a few negative experiences with other car dealerships. The experience was so wonderful that even though Bremerton is hours away from where my husband and I currently live (approximately 6 hours), we will most likely return if/when we purchase another vehicle. I can't reccomend them enough. Before my hsband passed away Chuck came and picked up my car and had a fender bender repaired without my husband even knowing. He always knows when I bring the car in for service and I gat a hug, The service department is always on time, explain what they did and have helped to educate me on taking care of a car. Never in my eighty years have I ever dealt with such a caring dealer and it has been a pleasure to deal with them. Chuck has become a good friend and I think I'll adopt he and his family.

I bought my '05 Titan from Advantage Nissan. It was a special order. My truck was delayed in shipment and in order to make sure my delay was as short as possible, a Technician was called in to work late performing my dealer inspection and prep. It was 9pm when it was delivered and I drove it home.I purchased the Gold Service package and the Extended warranty. To date, all but one oil change has been performed by the service department at Advantage Nissan. I've had no need of the warranty other than general recalls for brakes and other odds and ends.The customer area is always clean and stocked with several different brews of coffee. The service department has always neat and treated me well. I've never had problem with my service and the service manager has always been up front with what work has been needed and what was performed.I have recommended Advantage Nissan in the past and will continue to do so.

I had a terrible experience trying to buy a car from Advantage Nissan. I was in need of a car for my wife and 2-month old child and was new to the area. I got on out-the-door internet price, and put a deposit down on a car. Then 4 days later I was called and to be told that the car was mysteriously sold right during the exact moment I was putting my deposit down. They didn't tell me right away because "my cell wasn't getting service" even though they had my email address and no messages were left on my cell.It is very frustrating to put your trust in people who turn out to be dishonest, and this is how I feel about my dealing with Advantage Nissan. By promising to sell me a car, taking a deposit, and then selling the car to someone else, they wasted my time and almost stranded my family without a car in a new city.I would never do business with them again and wholeheartedly recommend that nobody else should either.
