Al Hendrickson has consistently earned my loyalty! This is by far the best Toyota dealer, I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Mr. Gary Cann - Vice President Parts and Service is a gentleman and a scholar, he listens to a customer's concerns and gets personally involved until a satisfactory solution is reached. Our service adviser, Mr. Anthony Colon is just fantastic, very professional, knowledgeable, and constantly contacted me to inform the progress on my vehicle. He always explains and make sure I understand everything before I leave. The work is always completed on time and done in a satisfactory manner. I would highly recommend for all of your service needs!! They have provided phenomenal services to our cars!

I just wanted to say my visit to Al Hendrickson service department this trip was the best ever. Mr. Klaus helped me right from the start, very professional, very much informative, did not play the pricing game, his personality awesome. He was very helpful and really explained everything to me took out the time to inform me of other things needed for my car, friendly genuine smile answered all my questions. I was so happy to have gotten him for my car. Keep up the good work you will be the one reason i will keep coming back. Al Hendrickson you got this one right !!! Mr. Klaus thank you!

A few weeks ago while running errands my car suddenly did not want to start. So I called Al Hendrickson Toyota to let them know that I will come in to have my car serviced. The Service Consultant I always work with is Klaus. He is the best!! After a few tries my car finally started and I drove directly to Toyota. Klaus ran a battery test which confirmed that my car battery was dead. He explained the best car battery deal and after a few hours I was back on the road. For auto service I would highly recommend working with Klaus. He is knowledgeable, honest, dedicated and provide great customer service.

Al Hendrickson Toyota was the best decision I could’ve made as a first time car buyer. Arriving to the dealership I was immediately serviced and helped by a sales man. The manager Dimitry was very helpful and gave me great and honest feedback that as a first time purchaser I could have missed. The salesman were all attentive and well informed on the cars in the lot and there amenities. I was able to test drive multiple cars and there was no feeling of being rushed. In the end I purchased a beautiful 2017 Toyota with amazingly Low mileage and all the features I wanted plus more. Definitely will be going back for any future car purchases !!

I was a first time buyer and was very nervous and concerned about getting a good deal and getting approved for the vehicle of my choice. Big thank you to the team at Al Hendrickson Toyota who all collaborated to help me get into my car! The car was kept in great condition and managers Dimitri and Dino went to the ends of the earth to find a bank that would support me as well. I am very pleased with the service here at this dealership. Another special thank you to my salesman Marc, he was very helpful and obtained great knowledge about the vehicle as well. I will definitely be referring anyone I know looking for a quality vehicle to visit Al Hendrickson Toyota first!
