Salesperson was wonderful - even referred him to another family member. However the prep on the car stunk. I had to take it back to get some sticky junk off of the leather on the door and then a couple days later found some more in the back and something sticky on the rear rocker panel and I have had it to the car wash several times and it is still there. I'm going to have to get a sponge and do it myself. I'm handicapped and shouldn't have to do this on my one. It should have been spotless clean when I took it off the lot.

The reason we will not buy from Al Serra Auto Plaza again is this: Neither one of us had ever had a financed or leased automobile and therefore, knew nothing about the process. We really went to begin our searching for a suitable automobile..but, a big sale was going on and we felt compelled to buy then without educating ourselves on the leasing process. NOR did our sales person explain it to us. Therefore, we assumed it was not for us....when in reality, had we known the process and considering our ages...it was the way for us to go. And then, for one reason or another, only one of our names got on the title...which has caused much grief to both of us...Now, I am going to have to purchase a car of my own, as I am without a car deeded in my name. I called Kevin, the Manager of Chevrolet sales...and was told it could not be re-written and was a done-deal. We love our Equinox...but will never buy another car at Al Serra.

Never use Al Serra Chevy truck service dept. Poor Service, Shady.Rude just in all around BAD experience. They are right NO questions asked. They do not want to hear the customers side of the story. What they say is it. they lie and rip off the poor people that buy cars and trucks from them and keep them in business. But I guess when you rip people off the boss can afford his nice big house. And it's all about money these days not customer service, what is this world coming too? Very disappointed thanks to James Marchetti, Tate and Eric.

Having never bought a new vehicle or financed a car loan before, I was understandably apprehensive. Ryan Burge put me at ease within five minutes of our initial meeting! He gave me his full attention and took notes as I explained what I was looking for in a car. Out in the parking lot he had two or three vehicles to choose from that were exactly what I was looking for. Back in his office, Ryan took the time to explain everything about financing my loan, including options regarding financing, etc. He made sure to include in my package any discounts and sales that were currently offered through the dealership. While I sat and relaxed (and thought about my new car!), Ryan completed all the paperwork and took care of every little detail right then and there! He made this transition very smooth for me, and I am very satisfied and impressed with the personal time he gave me. Before I left his office he made certain that I was completely clear and comfortable with the transaction and that I was happy with my new vehicle! I purchased a used vehicle from Al Serra after 2 weeks they called me and told me they messed up the paperwork and that I owed them an additional $2,266.00....now they are taking me to court. The paper states clearly what the out the door price was and they are trying to SUE me for their mistake - I talked with several managers and they are doing nothing - BEWARE of this dealership!!!

Service man that helped was very nice, very helpful polite and courteous. When I was ready to pay my bill another serviceman came up and asked me why I didn't get other services done(fluid changes) I told him that I couldn't afford it right now I need to buy food first, I'm on social security not a lot of $$$. He seemed mad. I really don't think I should be questioned about my decision. That's the only beef I have . It wasn't the first serviceman that helped me. it was some other guy??

I traded in a 2007 Impala for a 2016 Traverse. Each time I went to the dealership to test drive a vehicle the salesmen were very helpful. Tom Goodwin ended up being "my" salesman even though Robbie helped out when he was busy. All in all, from start to finish, a great experience. That is why I went back to Al Serra to make this purchase (I had bought the Impala from Al Serra in Sept of 2007).

Constant trouble with 2010 Silverado loosing oil - not burning it. Serra could not determine why other than it had a bad spark plug. After several trips to Serra, each time the spark plug was replaced. Now out of warranty, with no answers, we went to an independent repair shop who told us this is a know issue of a bad cylinder and gaskets and even gave us the repair bulletin number. Back to Serra my husband goes only to be told that the options are to rebuild the engine or a new engine. Knowing current problems with is engine and knowing Serra couldn't fix it the first several times, my husband said a new engine. Serra told him it would take up to 7 days to get the truck ready. I called the regional warranty division, explained the situation, and then called Serra letting them know expect a call from the regional warranty division. Guess what? The truck w/new engine was ready the same day. HM........ An open known warranty issue with the engines and Serra can't fix it. The regional warranty manager was going to request that the engine be sent to GM for tear down and analysis to determine if Serra could or could not fix the engine while it was still under warranty. HM.......................... Not good service business.

Sales staff was very helpful in looking at purchase options. Finance staff handled financing directly with my credit union. A few days after the purchase, the special service team called to assist with setting up and using the infotainment system. I haven't used the service yet, but may call them with questions.

Took my Volt in for repairs three times within three weeks for a lit service mode light. Thefirst time they said I over filled the gas tank. I informed them I didn't believe I did, but okay. Next time the said I over filled again. I stated they were incorrect, I only filled once since the last visit and I removed the gas nozzel without rounding up to the dollar amount. They inferred I was lying and based on stats I filled three tImes. I was angry and told the manager but I was wrong according to them. Two days later the light came on again without putting any gas in the vehicle.This time I guess they finally believed me, but I never drove the Volt again. After them having the car for four days, they took the car for a test drive on June 18th and the car was TOTALLED.If they had listened the first or second time, I would still have a vehicle..

I have tried 3 times to have service done to my car, hoping my experience would be better. Not a chance, i would ever recommend them, EVER. I have taken my dodge to a ford dealer service center multiple times for maintance and repairs, always great out come. Why cant al serra do this?

Came in looking for a Toyota SUV. Trading in a Honda CRV 2002 low miles Very nice condition. Blue Book/ NADA value at lowest possible book value = $5000 Retail value was $9000. They offered me $3000 trade in for one of the highest rated compact SUV's on the market. Laughed and walked out while youngster tried to tell me how he came up with the #. My father had the same experience with Serra and unfortunately they gave my old man a bath. Guaranteed they were gonna slap at least an $8000 price tag on the CRV. Look, i get car dealerships are legalized misrepresentation and deception. Just stick to your guns with these types and walk out the door if they can't even give you an honest price. Famous for their "only" price on vehicles then expect you do dicker and deal with them on the low ball fraud they try to pull on a trade in. Hypocrisy at its best.Erroll the salesman was pleasant and nice.

I own a 2007 chevy suburban. It has 80000 miles, I bought an extended AUL warranty to cover the repairs about 2 years ago. Every time I bring the car to this dealership for service I get the worst experience. I had to bring the car three times so that they could finally fix the problem, I don't think their service team look thoroughly to find and fix the problem. I live about one mile away from this dealership, and I tell you I would never go there any more. There is no respect for the customer's time, and convenience. I think that any mediocre mechanic will do a better job than them. the only difference is that with a regular mechanic you get one on one explanation, and better understanding, and for sure, a smaller bill. If GM wants us to buy their cars, they should have better censorship of the local dealers that abuse the car owners.

Had a 7:00 a.m. Tuesday morning service "appointment". Took over an hour to get "checked in" and they never got to my car to look at it until Friday afternoon(behind I guess). Once they looked at my car they were unable to determine why the service engine light comes on, or the gages stop working periodically. Really, there is no code stored from the service engine light? The automatic trunk release does not work and they could not figure out why, said they needed another $200 to "further diagnose" why the trunk release does not work. $350 to diagnose? I told them the low coolent light keeps coming on even though it is not low and there are no leaks. They filled the low coolent and said it was fine now (never checked the sensor so I am sure it is not fine). My car is a Cadillac XLR, and it is my second one. I used to have it serviced at a dealership that has been closed due to GM restructuring but I know that this specific car needs a mechanic that has had training in XLR due to the specialized electronics. This service plaza is a complete rip-off, they should have told me right up front that they did not have an XLR trained mechanic. They also should not have made a 7:00 a.m. appointment if they were not ready to look at the car that day.

Called to inquire about an Oldsmobile Intrigue that was for sale. I simply requested pictures of the car that were not included in the online ad. I was told by the associate (Jennifer) they would be sent later that day. She never sent them and never called back. When I called later that day to follow up as to why she had not sent ANY pictures (I told her that cell phone pics would suffice). She rudely informed me that she was too busy to take any. I called the following morning and dealt with someone else and was told the car was sold. Apparently the right hand doesn't ever seem to know what the left hand is doing at this place. I would not trust these people to sell ice to igloos if their lives depended on it. The two people I dealt with were incredibly rude and negligent.

Had my Chevy S-10 worked on, new radiator, new air conditioning compressor and front end work plus alignment. After the work was done, the truck still pulled to the right. The technician told me he would realign the truck after I purchased new tires. I took the truck to another shop and they aligned the front end with the existing tires, and there have been no more problems. Al Serra offered half my alignment money refunded, but I don't see why I have to pay for poor quality work at all. I want my alignment money ($60) refunded in full....

The Al Serra dealership sales staff was friendly and answered all of my questions about the Envoy. I've been buying my cars from Al Serra for years and even though I live closer to the Patsy Lou Williamson dealership, it's worth the extra 5 mile drive. The sales staff does not pressure you into a sale. It's a friendly and relaxed enviroment. The service department and body shop are second to none.

I have bad credit and Scott went the extra mile to obtain financing for me. He never made me feel like a second class citizen, and was able to help me when others wouldnt take the time. I will buy again from him in the near future.
