One of the better car buying experiences I've had. Blake was really great to work with and he went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of before we took delivery of the truck. I'm really glad I made the trip to Fairhaven (over an hour away vs. other dealers that are only 15 minutes away from me) to work with the team at Alden. Highly Recommend!

If you are in the car market, you need to visit Alden GMC and ask for Justin and Damian! They helped me find my dream vehicle, a 2021 GMC Acadia AT4, and I couldn’t be happier!! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, Justin and Damian went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, respected and welcome. Making this purchase was a big decision for me and Damian worked with me and my budget every step of the way. Before I left the lot in my new AT4, Justin took the time to review all of the incredible features this vehicle has to offer. Knowing I wanted to change the GMC emblems, he kept me updated with the order status of them and helped me set up an appointment with the body shop to have them installed. Justin also helped me set up my first service appointment, which gave me peace of mind knowing I do not have to worry about that in the next few months. Every time I have been to the dealership since, Justin and Damian make sure to say hello, truly making me feel valued and appreciated. I have to say that Alden Buick is the place to take your care when need to be fix. Mike the service manager is always there to work n explain everything to you. And there mechanics are top notch. I always bring my car there. Great job guys. Keep it up.

It was the had. No high pressure to buy the vehicle. All of our question were answered, the pricing was good, we felt we were treated very nicely. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends who may be looking for a new car.

I saw a cars.com listing for a used car that Alden had listed. I responded through cars.com got a call and an e-mail withing 24 hours. Discussion was straight forward about the car and what I was willing to pay. Too far to travel to dealership unless to came to an agreed price in advance. The discussion with Chris Baty was both courteous and professional. In summary my offer was below their desired price so no deal.

I recently visited Alden Buick in Fairhaven, MA with an interest to purchase a Buick. I test drove 2 of the cars and the sales person pushed hard for me to buy the cheaper car without knowing how much I was willing to pay for the car. Both cars were on my price range and I was more interested in the higher priced car (only higher by $4,000) which was still in my price range. After test driving both, I was still set on the higher priced car and told the sales person that I don't know if I'd like the lower priced car even though he pushed that it was a "Great Deal". It WAS a great deal but I preferred the other car which he didn't even bother selling it to me. When done with the second test drive of the lower priced car, I still showed interest on the first car. The sales person then told me to look for a car else where. I felt offended and left. A week later, I purchased a 2015 Buick Verano priced $2,000 higher than the used car I so wanted at Alden. This place needs to work on their customer service appeal. What kind of business are they in? - the turn the customer away business? Sales person didn't even care to talk to me about making a deal on either car. Too bad, I actually liked the first car I test drove at Alden. I don't recommend this Dealer to anyone. There are other Buick Dealers that can provide a better customer service. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the sales person actually let me test drive both cars when he initially started our conversation with "Should I trust you to test drive the car?" - Seriously?

I had no idea buying a new truck could be this easy. Marc was very knowledgeable and more than friendly. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and worked harder than anyone anywhere else to get the exact price I was looking to pay. I've bought many cars in my life and I only wish I had met Marc years ago. If you're looking to buy a new or used car or truck it would be in your best interest to go to Alden and ask for Marc Mello. He is an asset to this company and I look forward to buying more vehicles from him for everyone in my family. This was my best experience ever in a car dealership. Thank you Marc for making this whole process simple.

Went to this dealership service dept with a few different GM vehicles I've owned and may I say I wouldn't look anywhere else or even let anyone else touch my GM vehicle. These guys really know there GMs and never questionable when you leave the service dept. whether they fixed it right or how long is the repair going to last. Brought my 97 Pontiac Grand Prix in for transmission repairs and tuning and felt like my car was in good hands and they kept me informed throughout the repairs of what if any others repairs were needed. Also brought my 05 Pontiac Grand Prix in for service recently and accessory installation and they once again came through with flying colors. You ask them a question no matter what and they are on it 100% of the times. Just a very great unquestionable service area to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Prices can at times be a bit much but well worth it.

My car has been in to service for the same problem twice. If i were to total the amount of time I was with out my car i would have to say about 1 1/2 months. Im sending this because Roy and Bill have been so great with trying to find the problem. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the car i purchased. We paid a LOT of money for it and the reliability of it sucks.

Although it took me three visits to the service shop in order to resolve my issue, I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine desire to assist my problematic service need. Roy was professional, funny, apologetic and empathetic. I've been doing business with this location for years and have not always felt that the service agent understood what a significant inconvenience it is to be without your personal vehicle, as well as the angst of wondering how much the repair will cost. Had i encountered that indifference again, i likely would have taken my car elsewhere rather than return for a third time to drop my car for the same issue.

What a great experience! My 2008 Saturn Vue's sunroof was not working (after sale installation at time of purchase). I could not find any dealer to repair. Alden Service Dept. (great guy-friendly and informative)suggested a company in RI. I called the company and they called me back in 10 minutes, assisted in reprogramming the sunroof and it now works! Thanks for a great experience!!

Excellent service! Rui is very nice and helpful. He supplied me with a loaner car which was very nice. I had a brake job done and got new tires. My car drives like a new car! I will definately return to this dealership for service. They were excellent in every way!

I usually never fill out surveys but I feel that the employee that helped me deserves some recognition. He was very friendly and helpful. Also, without me having to ask for a car to use so that I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership, he offered right away and I appreciated that very much. And the price was very reasonable. I hope that I get the same service everytime I go there!

They were friendly, gave me what I wanted for my trade, gave a good price, found a truck with the options I wanted. overall a good experience. I am a return customer. The place is clean. they always serviced my prior vehicle properly. John was a very good salesman

My husband and I were in the market for a Truck and never considered buying anything other than a Ford. However, after hearing my sister rave about her Envoy and her husband's Sierra, we decided t give GMC the benefit of a doubt. We were very impessed with John's eagerness and patience to show us around.John went above and beyond what was expected of him. We had our children with us and John was a natural at keeping the kids happy and entertained as my husband and I negotiated prices and the deal. Well done John! He is an asset to the company. I will be back in the near-future.

My experience was good. I had two recent car problems and both were handled very promptly, I was kept informed about the status and price, and the dealership was very accomodating, I was given a ride to work, and also picked up which was a huge help.

Went in for service and Rui was very prompt and courtesy. I would recommend a friend or family member to deal with someone as professional as Rui. It makes it so much easy when you get great professional service that when you have a problem there is not hesitate to who would call.

I have needed some warranty work done as well as several oil changes. I am always greeted with a smile. Extra effort is made to make sure my wait is as short as possible which I appreciate very much. I will continue to have service work performed at this dealership.

This is the 7th vehicle I have purchased from Alden's, 5 of those vehicles were purchased from Mr. Araujo. Therefore, I am obviously pleased with him as a salesman, as well as Alden's as a dealership. John is one of the main reasons I like to deal with Alden's.

I started using Alden Buick GMC when the GMC dealer that I purchased my Envoy from was no longer a certified GMC delaership. I have to travel farther to get to Alden Buikc GMC, but the trip is well worth it. The service department is exceptional, honest and they set realistic expectations of wait time. I have been going to Alden Buick GMC for over a year and each time I leave I feel confident my Envoy has been serviced well. I highly recommend Alden Buick GMC.

Own a 1997 Gmc Savana and 2004 Park Ave Ultra - both purchased new at Alden and both maintained entirely by Alden. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service (or sales). Service writers are very professional and the service techs are truly honest about what should or shouldn't be done. They do not waste your money. They're right up front about whether repairs are needed at that time or could wait. All the service techs are my kind of mechanics.

My car gets me to multiple job sites and is, in essence, my office away from home. My Saturn had multiple problems and Rui was extremely helpful, polite and professional. He made my needs a priority and saw me immediately. While in service Rui kept me informed of what was happening as he and a technician made the extra effort to salvage what they could. This meant that we could avoid ordering and waiting for a replacement part, which would have cost additional time and money. Further, Rui went out of his way to accomodate my last minute need for a replacement car. The bottom line is that my car was barely running on Thursday. It is now back to 100% (well, almost... it is a Saturn, after all) and I was on the road again within 24 hours. That surpassed my expectations.

Fabulous service dept and body shop. I've bought three new trucks from Alden in the past 2 yrs and the experience has been wonderful. From the sales department to the service departmart everyone is helpful and does great work. When my truck was vandalized and needed body work, the guys at Alden not only did a great job, but did it quickly, worked with insurance and made a bad situation a little bit easier.In today's day and age of law suits and poor customer service, it is a pleasure to find a business that you can trust and where things can be done on a handshake and a man's word. Customer for life.

The service and the service advisers are all ways going out of the way to make sure my needs are taken care of. I have been a customer of this dealership since 1984 and have enjoyed doing my new car buying there.The owner seems like he knows all of his customers.This is something that I like.Karen Belanger has been my advisr for about 13 years and I prefer to have her wait on me because she does a great job.

I have brought my 2 Toyotas to Alden for MA inspections and maintenance service for several years. I have always been very impressed with the promptness and courtesy of the staff in the service department.When a repair is needed, the procedure is explained fully and the total price is told up front. Every effort is made by the staff to help the customer (ex. shuttle service back home, and in my case, a pick-up at home the following morning when the car was kept overnight at my request. Alden really cares about customer satisfaction and makes every effort to help the customer in every way! VERY NICE PEOPLE!!

A girlfriend of mine referred me to this dealer years ago and Ive never been disappointed. The sales staff has always treated me with fairness, patience, and respect, and the service team is both honest and efficient. Ive recommended this dealer to friends in the past and I will continue to do so in the future.

Shopped here for their top of the line SUV and ended up VERY disappointed. Went through phone calls and emails (yes I document everything) to ensure I would get the right deal when going to the dealership, and when I got there...the price changed by over 2300.00. 5 hours of wasted time and the usual we are only making 500.00 on this car line. Avoid the trap and get a confirmed quote in writing from the sales manager in email before coming. My quote came from a sales associate...doesn't count

As is the case with most dealerships, they will have their hand planted firmly in your wallet from the moment you step foot onto their showroom until you sign the contract. In my case, Tony agreed to include taxes in my down payment, but when it came time to write up the financial paperwork, he suddenly had no recollection of the conversation.<br>The other thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was when Dave, the finance manager, called me the day after I bought my truck and informed me that I had to drive back because of a mistake that I had made when filling out the loan paperwork. Maybe it's just me but doesn't he get paid to make sure the paperwork is correct before the customer leaves?<br>This wouldn't have been so bad except that I live an hour and a half from the dealership and when I did drive back, it amounted to me scribbling over top of what I had already signed.<br>Also, I made an appointment ahead of time to see the vehicle but had to wait when I got to the dealership because one of the salesmen was driving it and had left it at home. Great coordination.<br>Overall, the staff I dealt with was very arrogant and sneaky and I would not recommend this dealership.
