Because I live so far away, I never know how long it will take me to get there, doing other errands along the way. I always make sure that I am early rather than late. My appointment was at 2:00; I arrived at about 12:45 or so. They were able to take my car in right away and I was back on the road by 1:20, long before my appointment. I was appreciative of this since it was snowing and I had a long ride home.

I like the fact that, I can call or text Amy and tell her what I am looking for and she gets right on it. I ordered my truck and Amy made sure I was updated daily as to the progress of it. This makes the 5th vehicle I bought from Allegheny Toyota (4 from Amy) in the last 18 months. I enjoy doing business with Amy. I will continue to buy from her as long as she is there. She is on her game, and is informative. You have a good Sales Person in Her!!!

Everything went so smoothly, although we had a few setbacks, which were entirely mine, and were handled quite well. Chris was such a pleasure to work with, had everything ready when I got there, and as always, Ryan was at the top of his game. He is such a an amazing person to work with. Service Dept was wonderful. The young lady listened to my extra requests, had arranged for me to have a courtesy car and when every thing was finished she went over each point in detail and told me about a small leak in my tire which I fixed today. Love Allegheny Toyota !

I drove in and was greeted with a smile and "good morning are you Ms Adams"? I gave them my keys and was told that there was coffee if I wanted and to make myself comfortable while I waited. I walked around was greeted by the owner. I saw my salesman and we were having a very nice conversation and then the service manager came and told me my Rav was finished. I was pleasantly surprised that the work was done faster than I anticipated. I never want to take my vehicle anywhere else.

My experience at your dealership was excellent. I had purchased 2 trucks there in a month, sales people, finance, sales manager could not have been any more polite and helpful. You have a great bunch of people there. Keep up the good work. I was unable to come in on the second purchase, Amy went the extra mile to sell the vehicle. My wife and I both had to work, she brought all the paperwork and the truck to our places of employment to close the deal. Anytime I asked her a question she would give me a promt answer and if she was not 100% sure she would find out without guessing. I will definitely buy from there again.

I was looking to purchase a 2012 Toyota Highlander, last Friday, June. I had been to Diehl Toyota earlier in the day (met immediately upon entering). My husband was in A. Crivelli Subaru Dealership (we were met within 10 seconds of entering) next door finishing the paperwork for his new Forester, so I thought I'd get some info from Allegheny Toyota and look at the Highlanders that they had in stock. I was in the lot looking at Highlanders for at least 10 minutes. No one came out to see if I needed help.I went inside. Looked around the showroom. Still, no one asked if they could help me. I then went over to look at a 4Runner that was beside the salesmans cubicles, thinking that if I looked at the vehicle, which was infront of them, that someone would come over. They weren't busy, except for chit chatting and drinking coffee!!!I continued to stand there, looking in their direction. No one got up. Several workers (service?) passed by during my 25 minutes of standing there, but none of them cared enough about the dealership to ask if I needed help. Yes, I could have asked for help, but I shouldn't have to in a car dealership. A dealership that really wants to sell cars would be, should be, aggresive, helping a potential customer immediately. After 25 minutes of standing there, feet from all of the salesmen, I went to the service area. Asked to see the manager of the dealership and was taken to him directly. He did apologize, but the damage was done. He tried making excuses for the salesmen, but are no excuses. Because I was a woman alone??? Hopefully not, but it is either that or the salesmen didn't want to sell at $36,000 vehicle.I went to Diehl Toyota and purchased my Highlander where I was treated well. If Allegheny Toyota was the first Toyota dealership I went to, I may not have gone to another. I had looked at Subaru Outbacks, which is what my husband liked. It would have been very easy to have just gone next door and purchased an Outback.

In late January 2007, I purchased a used vehicle from a private party in the Franklin, PA area. I wanted an inspection of the vehicle before I purchased. The seller recommended Allegheny Toyota as likely to have the technical savvy and equipment needed to perform the service. The dealer undertook the involved inspection (well beyond the state safety inspection) finding several items that I would not have found had I chosen to inspect the car myself, performed some mechanical repair on a couple items they found, and brought in a body work expert to deal with a slight fender dent. Chris and the other service staff I dealt with were understanding and patient with my situation. Their technical expertise fit the needs of the vehicle and they explained any issues and proposed solutions with ease. Im very glad I had the opportunity to work with this dealers service department.
