I look online to purchase cars anymore. it allows me to get features I want at competitive price! calling or contacting a dealership online can be iffy, but this dealership contacted me back several times and in a timely manner. I didn't end up purchasing from them but will keep them on my future purchasing list!

I was inquiring about a car from the dealership to purchase. During the entire process, the salesman was not helpful at all. The car I wanted was way above market value and I wanted to have a better deal. The only thing they can say is that the car is "priced to sell." Which is ridiculous. Warning, do not try to deal with Ronnie. He says that he will call you back but won't return your calls or email for days ato a time. The worst communication I've ever received.

0ur sales team, Herman and Steve were very fun to work with. No pressure, just very professional knowledgeable service. I would certainly buy from these two again and again. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle . Thank you , Kerry & Lorie

Arrived back home after extended vacation to find a "dead" Traverse in garage. Tried everything I could think of without success. Called Eric in Service Dep't and he provided professional advice and suggestions for solution to the problem. I took his suggestion to let dealer come out and tow auto into their place to correct problem and to also take care of "recall" on auto. Technician Mike came out and was extremely professional in the way he loaded auto and just left me with a "good feeling". Picked up auto after 1:30 pm and I knew they would keep all weekend. To my surprise, two hours later, I received call that car problem was corrected and "recall" taken care of and was ready for pickup. I did and everything was perfect. Thanks to Eric and Mike and to the dealership for excellent service. I will highly recommend to anyone.

Sold us a really bad Chevy z71. Tires were bad. Lights didn't work. Spare tire was flat. Dealership also lied to us about the price.
