I would never buy from this place ever. Keep your money in your pocket. Bought a car I really wanted. This car has given me nothing but problems. First of all the car's water pump went up. They fixed that and made me pay half. This still ain't fix right. They call themselves doing a tune up but did not put the coil pack on it. Now I need to put a catalytic converter on it. I am calling my lawyer today!

My family and I are happy to have purchased a car from Alpina Imports. We were referred by a neighbor. I did check them out online and was a little torn about some of the reviews but my neighbor assured me that these guys would take care of me! So happy with our Honda Civic! Thank you

Guys... i have ever done this before, i mean writing a review, but i was compelled by the smooth and honest way the folks at Alphina Imports handled my transaction, i went for a trade in and bought another car, same day just in as space of two hours, i was done, ready to go home with my new car... it was simply awesome, they handle the tags, xoxoxoxo... i will recommend anyone to them, anytime, any day. customer service was also warm and professional. all of these for a very good sale, i couldn't ask for anything better. Try and see, U will be Amazed!

I have been coming here for years and have never had not one problem. I have recommended them to family and friends they too have bought cars here and love it. You are never rushed or put into something you don't like or cant afford.

My buying experience here was amazing! Friendly people great service. I was able to find a car I fell in love with! I was super stressed about getting a car, I have bad credit and didn't have a lot to put down. However when I walked into alpina after having been in four different car dealerships with no luck and let downs. Tameeta instantly found me an approval gave me a variety of cars to choose from within my loan range and even worked with my down payment! I bought the car five days ago I went in today because some moron hit my tail light and cracked it no decency to leave a note nothing but the owner of alpina told me not to worry we will order the part and put it in for you no charge! And to add told me it would be done in less then thirty minutes now if anyone can say anything negative about a place that will fix issues that they are not responsible for and also make it top priority they are just liars who are miserable and want to make a good dealership seem bad! Alpina imports are excellent and helpful and all and all best dealership I have ever been to!

Great service and good deal with awesome finance rate. Had one minor issue with car the day after purchased and it was immediately taken care of. This was my second car purchased here and I would do so again.

Alpina Imports has consistently given me the best service when it comes to car buying. My most recent purchase of my Range Rover Sport was easy, simple and I absolutely love my car. I've bought a few cars from them before and will continue doing so!

My experience at Alpina Imports has nothing but friendly, patient and supportive. I purchased my car over a year ago and I cannot express the number of times I have called with 911 calls on something being wrong. Every time I have called they have been more than willing to fix, help or direct me to get the jib done. I am looking for another car and so is my son and we will only be looking at Alpina.Thanks guys for all you do.

Buyer Beware !! Purchased a Mercedes from Alpina Imports and drove it home... When I got home dashboard lit up in red saying "battery problem take to work shop". Paid with trade $25,000. Not given a owners Manuel and afraid to drive it I took it to a close by excellent mechanic...he told me alternator went bad and wore down battery and had to be replaced, he told me cruise control not working & fuse box had to be replaced, and found bushing missing that he also repaired...fixed with a cost of $941.00. Robert, the owner told me he repairs all the cars himself and since he was on vacation and NOT able to fix the car told the girl in office to tell me he is not paying the $941.They did not honor the guarantee. Everything sounded great before the purchase and after you drive off you are on your own for $$$$ repairs. I see I am not alone with problems that occur after sale at Alpina Imports. Just read the other reviews for Alpina Imports.I was suppose to get the owners Manuel when Robert returned but he didn't have one and he told me he would get one on Ebay and send it to me...Sent from my iPadYour review helps others learn about great local businesses.

I bought a work van from this dealer a month ago and when I took it to my mechanic, he advised I needed some small service work completed. I visited the dealer and spoke with the owner who advised me he would help me out on the repairs even though they were not under the 30 day drive train warranty. I took him the bill and received a check in the mail a few days later. I was happy to see he stood behind his word. It is hard to find people like that these days. I am completely satisfied.

Our car was involved in a total loss so we decided to search the web for an identical car. Two cars came up in the search that looked promising-one in MD and the other in VA (we live in PA) We stopped at Alpina Imports first and dealt with Robert. He was laid back with no high pressure sales tactics. We looked over the car with a fine tooth comb and sat down with Robert to negotiate the price. He was pretty tough, but we all ended up content. He sold a car and I got a good deal. Very nice people! Didn't feel like driving to VA anyways.

I went to the website and saw a Chrysler that I fell in love with. I called them and the young lady told me to come in to see what she could do for me. They showed me the car, I loved it, she ran my credit (didn't think it would go through) and I drove away last night. They were super friendly and patient with my grandkids. I already told my neighbor about them and he has an appointment for Friday.

I like this dealership because...when I purchased my vehicle they had the exact vechicle in my price range and they gave me the monthly payment that I wanted and i was in and out very quickly and when I had trouble making payments they worked with me.
