I visited this dealer on Tuesday, November 15, to have my tires checked on my 2094 Sienna XLE van as the tire pressure warning light kept coming on. Dan Steele had already helped me with his issue about three weeks before this and it seemed to have been fixed, but the light came on again. He was really good about finally getting to the bottom of the problem and the technician ended up cleaning and resealing one of the tires that had low pressure. He was concerned that I had made several trips out there about this and did a great job getting it fixed once and for all. He has gone the extra mile before when I have had a problem with this car or my 2004 Prius and I cannot thank him enough. He listens to the problem and has gotten issues fixed on both cars in the last couple months. They do a great job at this dealer with their Service Dept and I have never taken either car anywhere else. I am very grateful for Dan's expertise and patience in finding solutions for problems with my older (but still wonderful) cars.

I stopped by Anderson to have them take a look at my Camaro to trade in on a new 4Runner but the numbers didn't work for me. Keith kept coming up with ideas and different vehicles for me to consider without having to trade in my Camaro. After some hemming and hawing I got a great new (to me) 4Runner that had been the finance guy's truck. I'm very happy Keith didn't let me leave when I first wanted to, and stuck with it until I was able to pull the trigger.

The Lexus facility of Rockford is exceptional in their Customer Service. I gave Steve Anderson my target monthly payment I was trying to meet and between Steve in Sales and Ben in Finance, they met that target. The dealership made you feel welcome and helped you meet your objectives. Once the car was finalized and the papers signed, Steve helped teach me all the ins and outs of all the electronic interfaces that are on these cars. I went to my bank to finance this vehicles and Lexus along with their preferred bank had the best interest rate. My bank advised me to go to them because they could not meet those same terms.

Troy, Ryan, and Ben were very flexible with a price we were comfortable with. We spent 2.5 hours with Ryan on a Friday night trying to make our dream car come true. Although it was a great deal we realized it wasn't the best fit for us at the time. The following day we came back and worked with Ryan for another 3 hours. The car he had in mind for us was perfect and the price was competitive to the great deal we missed out on. So we didn't feel like we really missed out but actually got the right car in the end. Both Troy and Ryan never pressured or pushed us into buying something we weren't comfortable with. In the end we got the right price and the right car. On top of a great deal for the car, Ben worked with us for another hour to get us the right warranty deal, the best finance package and discounts with a cherry on top. Very professional and friendly staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This is the second new car buying experience I have had from Anderson Toyota. The first time I buying it was on the care I received from the salesperson. The second time was even better! Julie Rush really took time to listen to me and tried not only to get me a great deal but also the best car for me. The Finance office was equally great with Ben Bleed. When I first met Andy Brouer the salesman I was impressed on his professionalism and he never once pressure me into a sale. I told him what I wanted and he went to work and with the skill of Don his manager found what i wanted and accepted my price I was willing to pay. I just bought a new RAV4 and I spent over a week visiting various Toyota dealerships and working through the process. This was my first experience with Anderson Toyota, and it was wonderful! I met my salesperson, Eloy, when I was driving through to take a quick look at the RAV4s. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I returned to test drive the RAV4. I was considering leasing for the first time and felt well informed about the process after talking with Eloy. I am grateful for the effort that was put forth to locate my ideal version of the RAV4 (color, features, etc) and how quickly it was relocated to their site (within one day). I appreciate the kindness, respect, and patience that was shown toward me. When I didn't understand something about the lease, Eloy made sure to explain it well and confirmed my understanding before moving on. In the beginning, I felt that leasing a new vehicle for the first time would be a daunting task, but Eloy made it smooth and simple, and actually fun! It was a pleasure working with Eloy throughout this process, and he truly went above and beyond in serving me. I must note that the rest of the staff members at Anderson Toyota were very friendly and welcoming, as many of them made an effort to introduce themselves to me and took the time to make sure I was being taken care of. I am highly satisfied with my experience, and I look forward to enjoying my new RAV4!

Went to Anderson Toyota to buy a new or used van. Talked first with Jeff. Talked about a lease. Doug the manager suggested waiting until the next day to look at an used Sienna that was coming in. Sounded more what we were looking for. I appreciated him considering that as an option for us. Talked with Ryan the next day, test drove the car. We were sold. They were flexible on the pricing and the negotiating process was easy and straightforward. We were able to get down to the price that I wanted. They were very friendly and worked well with me. Made it seem like it was a good choice. Were not overly forceful or aggressive. It was a great car buying experience. The only thing that I would change. I asked for a couple of things to be done (safety inspection, details about the financing, specifics about the deal, etc.) At first they were agreeable, but did not follow through. When asked, they said not to worry about it. Eventually, after bringing it up a couple of times, they followed through. Otherwise great!

Went car shopping to help my Mother purchase a new smaller SUV after she moved to Rockton from South Padre Island, TX and she needed a better equipped vehicle for our Illinois weather. Stopped in to Anderson Toyota to look at small SUVs and were assisted by Dustin Oleson. He was very helpful and explained all the different features we could get in the vehicle we were interested in and took the time to show up difference options available on the vehicles that were on the lot. My mother had a trade in and he did a wonderful job negotiating a great trade in price and walking us through the buying process. I would highly recommend this dealership but most importantly I would recommend asking for Dustin Oleson when you are at Anderson Toyota and you will be well taken care of.

We stopped into Anderson Toyota in Loves Park unexpectedly when we found a nail in one of our tires passing through on a road trip. We got right in and got the tire fixed no problem. During our quick wait, we decided to talk to Josh quick about my upcoming lease expiration in 3 months ..."since we were here". Well-we are now driving away in a 2016 Highlander and leaving our new tire on the old Highlander! Josh is very friendly and knowledgeable and was very patient with our traveling tribe of two kids and a new puppy and I would highly recommend working with him on your next new car adventure. Working with the "Mikes" (Miethke & Sartino) was a very positive experience, from my first visit simply to look at the cars, to final delivery of our new RX 3 months later. I've purchased many new vehicles at various dealers over the years and have had my share of not-so-positive experiences. I was particularly impressed with the teamwork the "Mikes" demonstrated. I walked in without calling to see if a car I had seen online was available. To my pleasure it was! Ryan helped locate the vehicle at one of the 5 locations in the Anderson facilities. We drove over, got it and took it for a spin. The buying process was a bit long (as long as expected for a car purchase) but I got the vehicle I wanted so I'm happy! Ken made the financing a speedy process and he was great at explaining every step along the way! Doug is definitely a sales manager: We haggled a bit but in the end I was satisfied!

We were in dire need of a new vehicle, after looking for a month we had our sights set on the Toyota Tundra. We called Larry Bergquist over at Ford and he said he would take care of us. Such an amazing guy. When we got here we were welcomed in the entrance. It was a really warm welcoming. Andy Brouer was very friendly and knows his stuff. He could take you out on any car and no matter how complicated the radio looks he can explain it with ease. We are so grateful we came out! I originally came in back in February 2016 looking for a new vehicle, but were waiting for a tax return. Our salesman Al Smith was patient and went over multiple options and vehicles, until we finally decided on a RaV4. While we were unable to purchase during our first visit, Al Smith continued to monitor his inventory and contacted us every time a vehicle may have fit our needs. Finally, our tax return was received and of course we came back to Al Smith. Once we were in, he actually set us up with the perfect Rav4 with speed and accuracy. I pulled into a very busy service center, there had to have been 8 cars before mine. I needed an oil change and and my phone needed to be connected to my car. Eric came right out and connected my phone and bought it back to me in the waiting area. He told me it might take an hour for my service. About 30 minutes later he came and got me, went over my cars condition in detail, and gave me a free car wash coupon. Just a delightful gentleman! He took so much time out of a very busy day to take care of all my concerns. 5 stars!

Josh, our salesman, met us at the door to greet us. We went to Toyota inquiring about a lost title but ended with a vehicle purchase! Josh is clean cut and has the appearance of a salesman. He is courteous and patient. He went out of his way to show us at least three vehicles and to test drive them before a decision was made. No question was insignificant for him to answer. He also followed through with his promises even though he was very busy with other customers.

Had a 350 GLK Benz that I loved but there just wasn't the room I needed for the grandchildren. I wanted room for three carseats that I could leave in since they are such a pain to put in and out. I also wanted easy access, good safety features and some bells and whistles for me. Test drove SUV's and Vans and settled on a 2016 Sienna XLE AWD. Yes, at 57 I'm back in a van and the functionality of this vehicle is perfect. Josh got me the van at the price I intended to pay, explained and demonstrated the features of the car so I could easily understand and even delivered my car to me in a town 30 minutes from the dealership at the end of his long day. At 8:30pm he was helping me set my garage door opener even with a storm brewing. I truly appreciated his efforts and the experience I had purchasing my new vehicle.

We have been looking at several different vehicles for the past month. Almost bought another, but the salesman was a bit too arrogant for our liking. Came just to look and maybe test drive the Rav4. Jeff was very knowledgeable and informative. There was never any pressure like some other people we have dealt with. We had one more vehicle we wanted to test so told him we may be back. Didn't like the other vehicle. We drove through the Toyota lot every day looking at the Ravs. One of those visits we saw a new one, perfect color, and in our price range. Jeff wasn't working but Andy came out and, again no pressure, took us for a drive. We loved it. Went home to think it over and came back today and bought it. The service was perfect from both Jeff and Andy. We never felt too pressured or disrespected and were treated fairly in the deal. We would definitely recommend coming to Anderson Toyota, especially if you can deal with Jeff or Andy!

jeff spiess is our salesperson for the second time we had a prius v that got totaled in a accident a week or so ago. we wanted a sea pearl green prius v and jeff got it for us in just a few days. Jeff has been very good to work with. He is prompt and very good at explaining things. He is really good. The car did a great job of protecting the driver and passenger space as we hit a cement wall at a very fast speed and did not have leg or other injuries you would expect. The air bags and seat belts did their job. My wife suffered a broken sternum from the seat belt, but that is much better than going through the windshield. So we give the engineers an excellent rating.

The 2016 RX350 is the second new RX we have purchased from Steve Anderson. The process was honest and straight forward. John and Matt were both very helpful in our purchase as well. My wife and I purchased a 2014 Lexus 350 through Keith Kruchten at Lexus of Rockford on Perryville at Riverside. We had discussed with Keith, six months prior to the sale, what we were looking for. In December of 2015 we received a call from Keith saying that a vehicle matching the description of our needs had just come in. We immediately made an appointment to view the vehicle with Keith. We came in today to take care of something in the service department, and Frank approached us while we were waiting in the service area and mentioned the vehicle exchange program. We told him we were thinking of taking a look at the cars today. Soon after, the service department had contacted Al with our appraisal request. They both worked with us to discover the car that we were potentially looking for. We took a test drive, and loved the car that they found for us, and decided to buy. They were both very helpful and answered all of our questions. We then met with John in the finance department. He was able to explain everything else to us, and answer any questions that we had about our options. Overall, the experience was easy and enjoyable! Everyone was very nice and helpful and we appreciated the help and advice.

Normally, I dread the experience of car shopping, but Anderson Toyota made the whole process enjoyable! Danny was so friendly and knowledgeable, and he put me at ease and discussed all my options. Love my pre owned SUV. Jeff Klock gave us 3 options for our budget. We bought a new RAV4 from Anderson and the experience was easy and enjoyable. We have bought several cars and this was quickest with the most friendly service we have had. Jeff S walked us through the vehicle and was our guide through the process. He was fantastic. Kristi was our internet rep and was super responsive and easy to work with. I worked with Andy Brouer in closing this deal for Steve Anderson/Dave Pearson. He was very personable & made me feel welcome, as did Dave. I road the Amtrak from Indy to Union Station then took the Metra out to Palatine where my nephew picked me up & brought me to Rockford. After about 5 and a half hours of travel, I was pleased that a deal was struck & that I will be driving home a new, used truck that is in mint condition for my husband. He has been in need of a new vehicle for over a year so I am ecstatic that the search is over & he will be driving a much safer truck...It is even red for Christmas! I found the whole process went very smoothly and the dealership to be a very nice place to do business. :)

This was my first time ever buying a new car. As soon as I walked into the door, I was kindly greeted by Al. Great Salesman, not too pushy, yet he knows what he is talking about. I personally won't buy something from someone if they are too pushy, but Al Smith was excellent at this. He knew when to let me think, and he knew when to let me know interesting facts. Al not only is a great salesman, he is also a great conversation holder, and I view this as a very important part in buying a car, because I feel that it is important to have a connection before you spend so much money on an investment, such as a car. My husband and I came to Toyota specifically in the intent of leasing a vehicle. We were unsure of purchasing or leasing, however leasing made sense for us. We were able to get an amazing deal in our desire price range. This is our very 1st time purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. We have always purchased used vehicles with cash in the past. I have always had honda's and my husband has had toyota camry for the last 8 years. We have been happy with our experience thus far at the dealership in Rockford, IL. We have dealt with Andy B as our salesman. The customer service has been outstanding. They've been very flexible and helpful, answering all of our questions. We put a "down payment" to hold the vehicle we desired and they held it on the lot for 1 week until we were able to come back and purchase. My husband also had a trade in and was of fair value. We ended up leasing a 2015 Rav4 XLE AWD. We are happy to try leasing and hope it is a success.

After having my vehicle in for a rather large service almost a week ago, my check engine light and tire light came on. I called service looking to set an appointment to get it fixed. The young lady I spoke with on the phone her name Heather I believe insisted I bring my vehicle in at my earliest convenience. She was so understanding and told me that she would inform one of her advisors and they would be expecting me. Once arriving at the service department 5 minutes later Tony welcomed me and said he had been informed of my arrival. He had me in and out in about 20 minutes and was very helpful.
