The staff in the Service Dept. are very friendly. Tim Then is very knowledgeable. He told me what he thought my problem might be before they even looked at it and he was right! Very impressed with Tim. The Manager was also very informative when he came back from taking my truck for a test ride to see if was fixed. He explained everything to me. I actually enjoy going there and chatting with everyone. Jason in the Sales Dept. is also someone I make sure I talk with when I am there. Always enjoy talking with him. They all should get the BEST TEAM AWARD!!!!

I just recently purchased a new Corolla from Anderson-Webber Toyota Scion Lincoln in Dubuque Iowa. I had an awesome experience with Adam Tigges helping me every step of the way! Although the dealership did not currently have the exact car I was looking for, Adam found the exact car I wanted along with all the features I was looking for and he found it for a better price than the other dealerships I spoke with offered me. Adam really worked with my budget and made it possible for me to get the car I really wanted by finding the best deals. The best part is it only took a few days to do all of this!! Adam made buying a car less stressful as he took it apon himself to find me exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with the corolla and my experience purchasing it. I would highly recommend the dealership and Adam Tigges to everyone!!

I have just purchased my 4th Toyota from the Anderson Weber dealership. I started with a Corolla and am now on my 3rd Camry. Jason Farrey has been the car salesman I've dealt with and has always worked with me to get me the best price. The Service Department is 100% behind the cars sold by this dealership. Everyone I have dealt with at Anderson Weber is very friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of their way to satisfy their customers. I have not had one bad experience with this dealership and have highly recommended Anderson Weber to my family and friends. Ironically, my recent purchase started out as a routine scheduled maintenance trip to Anderson Weber. Enroute to Dubuque, I called the Service Dept to see if I could get serviced, never thinking I would get in that same day. The Service Manager obligingly scheduled me in and while my older vehicle was being serviced, I went to visit Jason Farrey. Just for kicks, I shot a figure at him for what I would be willing to pay and needless to say, ended up driving a 2014 1/2 model home that same day. The last thing on my mind when leaving for Dubuque that particular morning, was trading cars.

We went to the dealership on a fact finding mission to test drive a Rav4. We met Adam, very personable, ask us questions on what we were looking for in a Rav4. He took us to there inventory, did a complete walk around explaining all the mechanical details as well as Toyota's safety ratings on the vehicle. Took a test drive, returned and decided lets see what kind of a deal we can make. Pleasantly surprised how easy it was to negotiate with Adam and their staff. Felt we received a fair offer on our trade in so we completed the deal. We left that day with a new car, remember we went there on a fact finding mission but got a deal we couldn't refuse. Adam was very welcoming, friendly and professional. After our deal was completed, he has a history of taking pictures with his clients by their new car. I'm a huge Bucky Badger fan, Adam was even good natured enough to pose with a Bucky emblem in a picture of the two of us. Hopefully he won't be harassed too much. I highly recommed if you are looking for a new or used Toyota, Visit Anderson Weber and ask for Adam Tigges, I know you will have a great experience as we did.

I took my vehicle out for the 2nd maintenance check/service needed on my 2013 Rav4. Not only was the service excellent, (fast) - everyone was friendly too. I have back problems right now, therefore I was going to have their driver take me home. However, once I got there, with the service only taking around 30 minutes, I figured out it wasn't worth it, so I decided to stay. I noticed that there were chairs in the waiting room that allowed me to put my feet up. The waiting room is awesome - it had a nice atmosphere, TV and was just great to be in a comfortable chair while waiting. I would recommend service at this dealership to any of my friends, co-workers etc. Thank you for the great service!

I recently purchased a vehicle from a local dealershiop other than Anderson Weber and with much regret, I admit I made a big mistake. The transaction was a disaster from the very minute I walked in the door. Not only was the transaction a mistake but chosing to have my vehicle serviced at that dealership was also a mistake. After 2 attempts to fix my vehicle, the dealership consulted with the professionals at Anderson Weber. Anderson Weber's Service Department gave advice on what should be replaced to fix the problem. With many implications of my inconvenience to the dealership, I was informed (when I reached out to them after not hearing anything) the problem was fixed. The day after I got my vehicle back, the check engine light was back on. I took my vehicle to a reputable service department and was advised it did not appear the advice given to fix my car was taken, It was later admitted by the service manager of the dealership where I purchased the vehicle that a 'work around' was done in order to try to save them time and money. Please note, I am paying for a service agreement that I purchased without being informed there was a deductible. My vehicle was in the shop a total of 5 times before the problem was reconciled. I also requested to have the oil changed 3 times and it was not done. I have requested service records since the purchase of my vehicle and finally received them, only after filing a complaint about the dealership. Although I did not purchase my vehicle at Anderson Weber, when I went there to follow up on the suggestions for repair (after my vehicle was taken there two separate times because the problem could not be identified) I was greeted with smile. I also did not feel like an inconvenience and was treated like a loyal customer instead of being called 'ungrateful' by the owner. The repairs I requested were completed after the FIRST time asking. I did not have to take time out of my day to call and sit on hold for extended periods of time (greater than 10 minutes many times) to see if my car would be ready when I was told it would be. Since Anderson Weber serviced my vehicle, I have not been stranded and have had no further problems. I was treated with respect and kindness even though it was known I was not there to make a purchase. After being called ungrateful by the owner, being treated with disrespect and as an inconvenience, having my bank illegally debited and being called a liar, hearing justifications regarding everything that went wrong with my transaction, which was admitted by the owner, time lost from work, being stranded with my 2 year old, payments that were guaranteed not being honored, disappearing paperwork from my file, generic service records (when I finally received them) stating very little information and no diagnostics or repairs made, cancelled face to face meetings.....I could go on and on but the point is, that I know as an Anderson Weber customer now, I will not have to worry about any of this again. The staff at Anderson Weber not only deserve my thanks for proving not all dealerships only care about only themselves and customer loyalty is of no concern, but also recognition and praise for their claim to have pride and integrity. It is well deserved!!!

I've been taking my Toyota RAV to these guys for over six years. They were very good six years ago and they keep getting better and better. They explain everything very well, give me an estimate of how long the repairs will take, provide an exceptionally comfortable waiting area (with WiFi), are extremely courteous, answer all of my questions, and show that they value me as a customer. Recently, my "Check Engine" light came on, and they took me immediately and had it fixed in a short time. My recent experiences have been exceptional.

My husband took my car in for a diagnostic test and an oil change. Two possible problems were diagnosed and then taken care of. The waiting area at AW is comfortable with oversized chairs, reading materials, a TV, computer & wi-fi access plus a choice of coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as fresh fruit and water. The staff are accommodating and helpful.

I have done business with Anderson-Weber Toyota since April of 2008 when I purchased my new truck. I have always gotten good service. It can be very costly. What I mean about that is I recently took it in for a "tune-up" that was going to cost $200 (did not include oil change, checking alignment, rotating tires which is usually part of the "tune-up" as I have that done elsewhere now because of convenience) so felt it was a little high because of not having that done. I refused fuel system cleaning at $145, Brake fluid change at $110 and Frt nd Center Diff - $220, which would have brought the bill to around $700.00. It seems extreme. I was also very confused by the new way of checking in. It appears that only one person can do that now. Don't know what that is all about. I would also like it if the service advisor would explain the bill before paying it. Instead the bill is sent to the front desk where the bill is paid. I typically do not look at the bill until after getting home. The bottom line is that I have been treated well over the last 5 1/2 years and have always gotten good service. The above are just a few thoughts that I always have in the back of my mind. I also had the vehicle "detailed" while it was there. Wow, VERY SATISFIED. Truck looks like new inside and out.

I recently bought a used vehicle from Anderson Weber Toyota in Dubuque, Iowa. It was a very good experience. I had been looking for a used 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner with less than 100,000 miles, in my price range, and close to where I live, which is in North Dakota. I became aware of a 2001 Toyota 4Runner with 77,xxx miles for sale at Anderson Weber, via the Internet. I am a conservative and cautious person by nature, so I was a little hesitant when considering this vehicle. Being as it was a Toyota dealership, I believed the vehicle would be accurately described and the price fair. I had some questions about the 4Runner and the salesperson, Otis, answered them honestly, accurately, and promptly. I put a deposit on the vehicle and flew out on a Friday to pick it up. Otis picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. I checked out the vehicle, filled out the paperwork, and was on my way. I drove the 4Runner 700 miles back to North Dakota without any problems. Without reservation, I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Anderson Weber Toyota. Otis, the salesperson, was courteous, professional, honest, and sincere throughout the experience. The vehicle is what I expected and was accurately described.

I just purchased a used car from Anderson-Weber and am very satisfied. I went there to test drive an Avalon, but decided it wasn't the right car for me. I did leave my name and number and Otis called me promptly when the car I did end up buying was traded in. He was very helpful and quick to assist. We have bought 4 cars from Anderson Weber. They have always worked well with us and have always given us a fair deal. You can get your car fixed there for decent rates. You can get oil changes at cheaper rates when buying a car there. All of their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would not go anywhere else for my car.

I always enjoy taking my Ford F150 truck to Anderson Weber for service. The truck is getting to be 15 years old so it is important that they find anything that might be getting bad and they alwasys let me know of any problems and the cost before they do the work. They always have it done when they say. And I just love the $10 customer loyalty discount I get for a oil change!

I bought my 2007 Camry Hybrid in Utah in 2006. After 158000 miles the first minor repair manifested: a "rattle in the rear" was properly diagnosed as a need to replace the rear sway bars. The price was estimated at $112+ taxes. The time was estimated at 1 to 1-1/2 hours. The rattle is gone; the cost was $105; and the time elapsed was 1 hour 15 minutes. I'd say that was great service. While waiting I walked & then sat in the comfortable waiting room actually nodding off in the peaceful atmosphere. I hope I didn't snore... Thanks Anderson-Weber Service Team!

I own a Honda and have always taken it to AW for service, even though I didn't buy it there. The service department is top-notch. They really listen to your concerns and are straight forward with the diagnosis and cost. There are no surprises at the cashier window like at other dealerships. Everything at AW is clean and welcoming -- it's obvious that the people in charge care about customer satisfaction .. The shuttle vehicles are clean, the restrooms are clean, the service waiting area is clean. The waiting area is, like someone else said, like your own living room at home. Real chairs, not doctor office chairs. Great coffee. Lots of reading material and internet access. It's relaxing to wait for my service to be completed. Everyone on the staff is friendly and it's obvious that they really care about their jobs. The shuttle is fast and the drivers are friendly and easy to talk to -- which makes you feel at ease. The office staff is quick and knowledgeable. I've never had to wait in a line to pay for my vehicle.

We keep returning to this dealership for our cars and related service because (#1) they sell a quality of product - Toyota; and (#2) the sales staff (Chris Ludescher in particular) and the service department reps (Bill Stiermann, John Wilhelm, among others) treat us courteously and are professionals in their respective areas. While some prices seem a bit high at times (for both the product (cars) and service - perhaps due to little, if any, nearby competition?), we appreciate the efforts that have been made to contain and/or lower costs without sacrificing quality, and to pass those savings along to us as customers when possible. We appreciate the consumer friendly hours of the Service and Parts Departments, and the availability of loaner vehicles and shuttle service is also high on the list of "likes." The mutually agreed upon repair work is done right and completed on time the first time, 99.999999% of the time! That's hard to beat, and a definite plus about A & W.

They always suggest things that could be done, are on top of all the maintenance both scheduled and required from ware. They are nice about not pressuring you into doing things you want to wait on or just don't have the cash to do at this time. The shuttle service provided seals the deal and keeps me coming back even if I can get an oil change cheaper with a coupon somewhere else. Thanks!

I believe this is the 5th Toyota that both my husband and I have purchased from Anderson Weber over the past 25 years. I have always received exceptional servicing and general maintainence on all of our vehicles over the years. Both the sales and service staff are pleasant and go out of their way to meet my needs. The lounge area at AW is neat and clean and offers beverages, fruit, a TV, assorted periodicals as well as a computer to use while waiting for the vehicle to be serviced. I am a fan of Toyotas and can recommend it as a reliable and well manufactured vehicle. It meets all my requirements for a functioning vehicle and requires very little maintainence.

I have been having my car service work done at Anderson Weber for over six years now. They have always been fair priced and honest with all of my vehicle repairs and service needs. Having a mechanical background myself and watching how they explain the difference between needed repairs and recommended repairs to other customers is refressing to say the least. My daughter had a car problem while she was visiting us. She was 85 miles from her dealer and it was a friday. They gave her a new loaner car for 3 days so she could get back home while her car was being repaired all covered under warranty for no charge. I highly recommend Anderson Weber for service work and will likely give them a call on my next vehicle purchase as well. They treat you like a welcome guest.

My car died -- turned out it was the alternator. But my job requires that I be able to respond instantly to emergency calls. When I said this to the service guy, he said "We'll take care of you." And they DID. The car was repaired the same day for a reasonable price. I checked the price -- and it was very fair, so they clearly did not take advantage of the situation.And they were very nice. Courteous, professional. I'd go back.

From the minute before I stepped in the door I was at ease to meet a whole staff of people that didn't pressure you or make the car buying experience a dreaded one. We told them what we were looking for with type of car, price, mileage, etc & immediately went on a test drive- they didn't try to up-sell us. When we inquired about the asking price they gave the answer immediately, no asking questions trying to keep us there longer than necessary. Being from out of town we weren't ready to make a purchase that day & the vehicle we were looking at & interested in sold the next few days. I called our salesman to tell him we wanted to work with him & to keep an eye out for anything else they got in that meet our wanted requirements. A few weeks later I got a call on a Saturday saying they were getting a leased trade-in on Monday. I personally thought it was great to hear from him on the weekend. The next week we drove the 90 minutes back to the dealership & bought the vehicle. Again, service remained great as they took down all our info earlier in the week to speed the process come the day of purchase. If our sales rep didn't know an answer he would find out call back within minutes, he never seemed to care about the amount of questions we had & again there was nothing but honesty with him. I enjoyed working with all depts of the dealership & will definitely recommend & go there for all future vehicle purchases!

Vehicle taken in for a regularly scheduled oil change and service discovered the water pump needed to be replaced. The dealer replaced a high beam headlight on one side and a low beam headlight on the other side, which was quite a process involving removing the bumper because of the high voltage lights. They arranged for the manufacturer to pay 90% of the cost, and they completed the repair in the time that they had suggested that it would take.

I went in last Thursday for my regular oil change and they changed my oil and my oil and AC filters. On Sunday morning my husband noticed a large pool of oil under my car. Seems the maintenance person forgot to put in the oil plug. Luckily we were still able to drive the car the 26 miles back to the dealership and they did quickly perform the repair. I now have a mess in my garage and I have lost the trust I had in their maintenance personel. Not sure if I will go back again.

AW's customer service personnel treat me (an older woman) with respect and concern. No one ever talks down to me. Conversation is professional and friendly, advice is easily given and always helpful and honest. I appreciate availability of loaner cars when needed. A loaner is offered--I don't have to ask if the service will take over about 90 minutes. I appreciate easy access to the internet on a dealer provided computer, as well as wireless internet readily available for use with my laptop. I am a teacher, and know I can take homework to do during service and repair times. The coffee, tea, and fruit available in the clean and very nice waiting area is appreciated by customers and staff alike. Service often takes a bit shorter than predicted time. AW facilitated the original lease for my car, and the salesman treated me with respect and care, answered all questions, and explained all the paperwork and terms clearly.
