Richard Hervieux was the main person I worked with during the sale. He was so wonderful and went above and beyond what I expected from someone selling me a car. He was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of information without making me feel belittled which I have felt from other dealers in the past especially being a female. He made me feel like family and really made me feel special while helping me find the perfect truck.

I needed to wash my truck so I went through the Apple Auto car wash as I always do. The temperature outside was app. 26 degrees, so I thought everything would be fine. During the drying cycle, the front bug grill shattered. I know that add-on parts are not covered in car washes. I went into the main building and saw Josh, the person who sold me my truck 2 years ago. He told me they would take care of it and pay for it too! I was very impressed with that. It was replaced immediately! The entire staff was friendly and happy to have my business. What a great dealership to do this for me! Thank you!

My wife and I had to really stretch out our tires the tread was down to a 3mm. Last Friday one of the balder tires blew so we had to get 2 tires and get them mounted right away on a Saturday. I had no problem in getting help from Ted Ruevers to order 2 tires then have them mounted on the busy day of the week. I used to be an apple employee but now that I am not I was taken care of really well. Saturday Greg Harrold and service manager Chad helped me on my way to safer driving and great pricing for an emergency expense!

I went to Apple Auto in Northfield originally just to test drive a few vehicles. I had a small idea of what payment amount I could afford, but that was about it. I gave my sales man Larry ideas of what kinds of cars I liked and he did the rest. We drove one used car that I really liked, and I asked him if he had any other ideas for me to try - he did. He got me into a brand new car through a leasing program, which was something I was interested in, but had never really considered. He really took the time and explained the pros and cons of a lease and made sure I understood it. I was so excited to leave the dealership with a brand new vehicle for around the same monthly payment as a used one. I will be going back to them again for all my future car purchases.

Visited Saturday with sales guy Uwe. I put $500 down on a vehicle to hold it until Monday evening after work. Uwe's statement, "I need $500 down to mark it sold so no one else can buy it. I drove there on Monday at 3PM to finalize negotiations for my trade and purchase a car. I test drove the car one more time and walked past some customers that gave me a strange look. I sat down with an employee named Josh and he informed me that those customers were purchasing the car I had on hold. Classy move Josh, Uwe and Apple Chevy of Northfield. The most satisfying part of the experience is that I didn't spend any money with this dealership. I hope my review prevents others from making a mistake by purchasing a car from Apple Chevy of Northfield.

I brought my vehicle in at 0930 for a 1000 appt. Oil change and a winter tire changeout, with placement of winter tires onto new rims. It took until 4 pm for the work to be completed . I think 6 hours is too long a time for the required work. The work though was satisfactory.

My husband and small kids purchased a car here in November. They were very friendly and helpful. The waiting room had children's toys/coloring, there were drinks available, and there was a clean bathroom. The transaction was very smooth. Zero problems. We take all our vehicles to Apple Chev, and we have Fords. They are very honest with what is wrong with the car and stand by everything they do. Absolutely no complaints. We will continue to take our vehicles there and will recommend them to anyone else needing car service. We have also purchased two vehicles from Apple Chev and had no problems with that process either. In fact, they were able to get me a better interest rate than my own bank. Great and friendly staff too, they won't make you feel like you don't know what you're talking about, they listen and are very understanding. It's nice to have a dealership in Northfield that has a quality product such as Buick and Chevrolet. It took approximately 3 months to make a decision as to whether to purchase a 2015 or 2016. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We never felt pressured to make a decision. We have purchased several cars from Apple and our last three cars Larry Anthony was our salesman. We feel Apple has always performed all our repair services as needed, therefore, giving us a reason to be a repeat customer.

My car is 7 years old and sounded like it was on its last mile. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and my car is now running like it was new. Northfield Apple Chevrolet is the best place to take your car. I had a loaner car the whole time my car was being repaired, which was so convenient. I didn't need anyone to drop me off or pick me up. Very nice and helpful staff. Nobody likes to have to get their car repaired, but if you do this is a great place to take it.

we bought a 2014 new Chevy Impala from Adam Andreason...the whole experience was great. The car has some minor things that needed to be taken care of like cleaning of the interior and fixing a scratch on the drivers side door....I did not even have to ask about these items Adam had the dealership take care of them before we pick up the car...along with having a new battery put in the car since it had been sitting so long. When it came to pick up the car my schedule changed so Adam has the car brought to Apple Valley so it was easier for me being that I was 38 weeks pregnant!!! I enjoyed the whole car purchase process and would highly recommend your dealership and Adam as the dealer to work with!!!

Stopped in one day to look around. Uwe was outside on the cart. I asked about an Encore and Equinox and it all went well from then on. I bought a 2015 Equinox and got the options on it I was interested in. I like it. I do see that there is a blind spot when I look to the right out the back. The panel is too large, I think, but it is in the design.Not much I can do about that. I wish I had a net for the trunk. I had on it my 2008 Equinox and I would like one in this one. The book said it would be under the trunk covering the tire. Did not fine it. Other than that, I like the car and I know it will be a great vehicle for me. Rides very nice, quieter than the previous Equinox and what's more fun than a "New Car"?

This was my first vehicle purchase from Apple Chev, however I was very impressed with the entire car buying experience. I have bought several vehicles from other dealers in the past in the Metro Area, however this was by far the most pleasant purchasing experience. The staff members I worked with were not high pressure in any way, however were very knowledgeable of the vehicle and the manufacture offers available to me. The finance side was very easy to work with and painless in the entire process. I traded in a two year old Silverado and was very happy with what I was paid for my trade in and the entire "final numbers" process. I would highly recommend Apple Chev to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from a dealership that is knowledgeable, fair, and honest in its practices.

Several years ago my husband and I bought two cars from the former Furlong dealership. My husband and I were shopping for a new car and drove to Northfield to do so. When we stopped by a car we were interested in, Art Ingersoll came to answer any questions we might have. He explained to us all of the features the car possessed, the price and dealer's rebate, plus showed my husband what features could be installed to provide easy access to the passenger seat. He was low-key and told us to take as much time as we needed to make a decision. After we purchased the 2015 Buick LaCrosse , Art delivered the car to our Faribault home and explained thoroughly all of the features the car possessed. He helped set up the On Star program and was very patient in answering all of my questions. His knowledge of the workings of the LaCrosse was phenomenal. Art is an excellent salesman!

2 thumbs up, it would be more but I only have 2 thumbs so you do the math. I stepped into the shop and was temporarily blinded by the bright white glow off the spotless floor. I knew that my Tahoe would be in good hands. The service manager did a great job and I would venture to guess that he could perform a heart transplant with nothing more than a paperclip and needle nose pliers if asked to. When they finished the oil change and tire rotation I think they slapped the rear bumper and yelled good game, I'm not 100% sure because I was too busy chowing down on popcorn and free soda! You just cant top that kind of service.

We just bought our 2nd vehicle from Apple and would go back. I've spent countless hours driving around to other lots just to be verbally, physically and mentally abused by the salesmen just to score a deal but Apple made buying easy. Jake was great to deal with, not your typical flying monkey that you see at the other dealerships. Jake made my family feel safe throughout the entire buying process. I truly believe that the 1986 movie Rambo was loosely based off Jakes life. I have no doubt that he could give a Chuck Norris style roundhouse to a bad guy if needed. I would recommend Apple Chevy to friends, family, bums living down by the river and complete strangers because lets face it, great customer service is hard to beat. I've had a lot of cars in the past and if any of them could have gone 88mph I would have gone back in time and bought from Apple instead of the other salesmen who wanted to waste my time by "talking to their boss". I'm not sure if Jake had something in his eye or if he was tearing up knowing that he made another customer happy but I would like to believe that it was the latter. Thanks

We came to Apple Chevrolet/Buick in Northfield for the purpose of buying a used vehicle or leasing a new one. Mr. Staerk "introduced" us to the Chevrolet Equinox and explained the lease terms. Coincidently, a 2015 Equinox had just been unloaded from the transport and it met our needs perfectly. Within an hour or so, we had leased this Equinox for a three-year term. Mr. Staerk's experience and consideration probably made this the easiest automotive purchase we've ever made.

The sale men was top notch, but when I had a problem with the truck not starting the dealership didn't want to help me fix the truck at all. I ended up paying $3000.00 to have the truck repaired and this was only 60 days after buying it. So I was not very happy with that. Even if the dealship would have fixed it and just ask me to pay for part I would have been happier.

I searched everywhere for an older Chevy 4x4 pickup and finally found one at Apple for the price I was willing to pay. My salesman was very honest and up front about the truck. My only complaint is, when I got home my brake line along the frame burst. I was told they did a safety inspection on the truck, I guess they didn't check the brake lines. This is something my salesman would know nothing about so I know he was being honest with me about the truck to the best of his knowledge. This is a minor repair and I did buy the truck "As Is" so I'm very satisfied with my purchase :)

I went to Apple Chevy to pick out a new vehicle for my wife. I had ideas of what I was looking for and I was shown a couple vehicles that came so close to what I was looking for that I had to get one for her. I am not a local resident of Northfield but saw the car, a preowned Corvette, on their web site. I contacted them by phone and they described the car and encouraged me to come visit. Upon arriving at the dealership, I dealt with Uwe Staerk and found him very easy to work with, no pressure and answered all my questions with considerable patience. The car was all it was described to be and I wanted to purchase. I did have many questions and was somewhat concerned by the distance from my home, but was assured it would not be a problem. In addition there were other issues concerning date and time of delivery, financing, etc and the entire staff was very easy to deal with.

Lee Wyatt is an excellent sales person. He is personable and really makes sure you are satisfied with our selection. He first met my wife at the bank that she works at and has nurtured a relationship that made my wife at ease to discuss options on purchasing a used car for our daughter. He was very patient and waited until my wife was ready to do this. When we came to the dealership, we were greeted immediately and even though Lee was finishing up with a client, he got another salesman to take us out on a test drive.Lee is excellent and I would recommend him to my friends. We did our paperwork with Justin Olson, the General Manager. He was friendly and really put us at ease during the whole process. By the time we came to doing the paperwork, it was after the store closed. You would not have known as we felt very welcomed.Here is a team that defies what the public feels about car dealerships. We'd exhausted our search for the car we wanted in the metro and northern outstate areas before finding our car online. We received a call back immediately from Justin Olson the night I reached out about the car. My trade was a little tricky because of the miles but Justin was upfront about what it was worth and we thought it was worth making the hour and a half drive. When I got there they were prompt, courteous, and delivered on the trade-in without trying to haggle it down or argue any of the usual "dealer tricks." The best price on the car was more than fair, it was actually lower than the one I'd found closer to home. The wonderful mechanic, Jed, was kind enough to uninstall something in my car that I really wanted even if it was a hassle for him. This was a fabulous experience and we fully intend to visit again when the time comes for our next car.

I have gotten my oil changed at several dealerships/body shops. I had a coupon for here and did not expect much. When I got there, they were courteous, despite me presenting my coupon. They were engaged, friendly and kind. Very kind. It was the first oil change where I was presented with a good review for my car: I did not need an air filter change, my tired were good, I was not going to get in a possible car accident if I didn't get x,y,z checked out right away. It was fine, my car was fine and all I needed to do was pay. Not schedule future appointements or anything. And then I was still offered a free car wash, despite having a coupon!! It cost half of what I usually pay for a synthetic blend oil change, (even less with the coupon.) I actually would consider buying a car from here very soon because I felt they were honest, and had integrity. I think I found my new oil change place.

I purchased a sports car from this dealer that was priced above blue book value. I know, Silly Me! There where a few problems with the car that the dealer agreed to fix. After two months still nothing fixes. After three months one of the issues fixed, the second and third issues are still open. After four months the second issue is fixed but with two, yes two, one week stays at the dealership and $1000 cost to me. The third issue they have tried to fix twice but still no fix. I finally got smart and took the car to another Chevy Dealer. After 45 minutes at this other dealer the issue was fixed along with other issues Apple Valley caused trying to fix the orig issue. I realized that Apple Valley Chevrolet is one dealership that I will never go back too. A very expensive lesson learned!!

I took my truck in to get a heater switch replaced. Later in the day, I got a call that my truck, with 45,000 miles, needed the back set of brake pads replaced. When I pick up my truck. I was given a bill for over $2,000 for the brakes. I then asked to see the old parts. No one could find them. The bill showed that they had to pull both back wheel axles to change the brake pads. I checked with other garages. None of the other garages pull the back axles to change brake pads. I will never go back to Apple Chevy again.

Mike Deaver who is one of the sales reps seems to be very difficult. I would describe his approach to be quite aggressive and rude. He hardly return calls and hanged up the phone on me once. He should be re-trained and MUST learn how to address customers. I will advise future customers to avoid him.

I purchased a new 2012 LT Siverado from Apple Chevrolet Buick Northfield on June 09, 2012. I purchased the truck using sales consultant Melissa Stauffer. I had met her a couple of weeks ealier while I was shopping the lot one evening. Melissa stayed after hours that evening to answer a few questions me and my wife had about the truck. She told us that she was in the business of helping people get the vehicle they wanted. I didn't really think much of that statement at the time...having heard similar statements through the years, I just thought...OK. So...with Melissa's help I decided to purchase the truck and did so with some upgrades, one of which the materials and labor would be done off site. I would mention at this point that I have a tendency to look for workmanship that is well above the average! I was a little nervous and spoke with the General Manager Justin Olson briefly, he told me not to worry if anything wasn't to my liking Apple Chevrolet Buick would back me up. When this remote work was completed I was very displeased with the workmanship and thought that is was poorly done. I talked with Melissa about some options, maybe cleaning up the work or re-doing the work. At this point I was nervous about owning the truck. I was in a conversation with the sales manager Dave Wolf and Melissa...they told me if I was unhappy with the truck that they would just get me a new truck...and told me this with no hesitation! I had vacation coming up in a few days and needed the truck for the vacation. Well I gotta tell you, I just came home from my vacation and yes I'm driving the Siverado that Apple Chevrolet Buick Northfield group found to replace the first Siverado...happens to be identical to the first. I would mention that getting this new truck took some doing on there part, but they did it and I had a great time with the new truck...perfect. I've never written a review of this sort, but felt compelled to write this. Now that I read it...I'm thinking...doesn't really do this group justice. What a great group of people! And as for Melissa Stauffer...she really is in the business of helping people get the vehicle they want. I just can't say enough about her, she is genuinely concerned about her customers...she's Amazing, just amazing! Once again Melissa...Thankyou!

Bought my daughter her first car at this dealership. We were treated very well - the salesman was friendly but respectful, honest and knowledgeable. My son will need a car soon and we plan on returning to this dealership for that purchase (if they have a car that he wants). This dealership is 1 1/2 hours from our house, but it will be worth the drive if we find a car there for him.

Uwe Staerk is a no pressure type of guy. Everything that he said was straight forward and he adapted to my needs and concerns. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and usually the salesperson is the most unpleasant part of the buying experience. This time was different with Uwe Staerk. Uwe was pleasant and polite, not abrasive and over-powering. I highly reccomend Uwe Staerk if dealing with a salesperson is something you normally don't look forward to.

I have done business with Apple Chevrolet, formerly Furlong Motors, for the past several years. I purchased a 2003 Buick Century at this dealership and have had ALL service work done here. The service department is fantastic...accurate and fairly priced. Customer service is above and beyond!!! Names to mention: Chris Hayes, Ted Reuvers, Ty, Jake, etc.A week ago I was ready to trade this 2003 for another used car and easily found the car I was interested in on the Apple Chev. website. The car was moved from another Apple dealership to my neighborhood dealership without my even asking for my convenience. I loved the car, the price, the financial consideration...a perfect experience. I would not go anywhere else and have not had any reason to do so. My sales person was Larry Anthony--superb!! I had an amazing experience at Apple Chevy in Northfield for many reasons. First they were able to get my car in right away. As I pulled into the service area I was met by Ty the service manager. He helped me and my 2 children out of the car. He then explained everything he was going to do and showed me to the newly remodeled waiting area. In addition to the large chairs in front of the TV, they also have a few high tables to work at. Since my children were occupied in the kid room, playing with blocks at the kids tables I was able to get some work done while I waited for service to evaluate my car. After a little bit Ty came to check on us, letting me know it would only be a few minutes longer. When he came back he explained the current issues to me and included some recommendations about parts that should be monitored. He and his team were then able to fix my car and still accommodate my schedule! Now my car runs great and they made it an easy and convenient process.

Chris Hayes is best service adviser I have ever worked with. I have worked with many across the country. He is genuine, and personable. He did all he could to fix the problem. He made sure the best technician would be there the day I would bring my car in. It has taken two tries to fix the problem and as always with cars he was open to the fact it may take another and to call him immediately if it does. I have been looking for the right truck for myself for a while. Many trips to many dealerships. When I went to Apple In Northfield, the family friendliness was there. I explained exactly what I wanted and they found the perfect truck for me. It was never a problem to call and ask questions, emails were sent back to me promptly. I felt all of my questions and concerns were answered honestly. Thats what a GREAT Dealership is all about. The customer service Outstanding! For the financing part, he found an interest rate that was so good I about fell off my chair. Outstanding! Everything about my experience was positive. I have 2 more vehicles to find for my daughter and a son. I will not go anywheres but to Apple in Northfield when that time comes. They have excellant service, honest people, family orientated salemen and That is what I want, That is what will keep me coming only there to purchace all of my vehicles.

Sales Manager Dave Wolf was probably the best sales manager I have ever worked with. Very professional, very business minded and extremely fair with trade in price. No need to negotiate as he gave me a great trade value immediately. The one price for the new vehicle made that side of the transaction extremely easy and enjoyable also. The sales person Larry Anthony was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He was willing to spend as much time necessary explaining the new car, its features and the On Star system. He had a very good knowledge of the product that he was selling. The finance/paperwork person Mike was also very knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm sure there were many others whom I did not meet who also made our experience very enjoyable.I would recommend this dealership and these professionals to anyone looking for a pleasant and fair vehicle purchase. I know they will be my first choice for any future vehicles.

Worked with Kevin Ward and the whole experience was perfect. First went on to their websites and searched for cars, so didn't have to waste time driving from dealer to dealer looking for the right vehicle. Found one at another dealer that belongs to the same dealer group that the Northfield location is in. Called Kevin on a Friday to ask about the car. He had it brought to the dealer in Northfield by Saturday morning; by Saturday afternoon I drove out of their lot with my new car. The whole transaction was flawless and they even helped with, and beat out, the credit union that I was going to finance it with. Ended up financing it directly with the dealer and got a better deal, hands down. But Kevin made the whole experience very easy, stress free and even enjoyable. I love the car, it's everything I could have hoped for and more. No complaints, would use them again and/or recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Kevin!!

After extensive research on the car I was looking for and what it was worth, I found that Apple Chevrolet Buick Northfield priced it very fairly. After calling to inquire on the vehicle I was contacted by Dave Paradise. Dave was very professional, friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. Thanks to Dave's personality and Apple's business model, I felt ZERO pressure to buy quickly or consider other more expensive vehicles. No games; everything up-front. This was very refreshing as I hate the games normally involved in buying a car.The car had a few minor things that needed to be fixed, and Dave saw to it that it was done quickly and made it as convenient for me as possible. Mike knows what the term customer service means - he is freiendly and really cares about every customer - whenever I bring my car in for service, Mike always explains to me what needs to be done and why in terms that I as a consumer and woman an able to understand - I am always on a limited budget which Mike is aware of so if I need repairs or service, Mike makes recommendations in a prioritized manner so I repair the most cruial items first - whenever I call, Mike always has a smile in his voice, he knows who I am and is always willing to work around my schedule - if I need to leave my vehicle overnight, Mike will arrange for a loaner vehicle for me - whenever I have had repairs or service, I leave confident the work has been done correctly and as economicaly as possible - I never fell ripped off or over charged or that I had work done that wasn't really necessary - Mike is as honest as they come - if you are looking for great service for your vehicle at an affordable price - Mike is your guy - Mike stands behind the work that is done and has alot of integrity - you won't get better customer service anywhere! Really!

I found a vehicle I was interested in at the Apple Group location in Shakopee online. It's a bit of a drive but wanted to drive it. I was referred to Caleb from a friend and was given his number. I contacted Caleb and asked if this vehicle could be transferred from the Shakopee dealership to Northfield which was much closer. Within 4 hours I was notified by Caleb that the vehicle was on site for me to check out. When I stopped in later that day I was put in contact with Dufffy by Caleb and we took the truck for a test drive. Long story short I walked away with it. Duffy was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable through the whole process. I dealt with more people here in a much shorter time period but everybody was friendly. Sitting down to finance with Michael (I am pretty sure that was his name) was painless, he offered me the warranties and other options, but never tried to pressure me inter any of the things I didn't want. I would definitely buy from this location again.

Dave Paradise is by far the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He patiently listened to what I wanted in a car and helped me determine which make and model would be the best fit for me. (He also helped me rule out a few cars that I thought would be perfect to me. I am so, so thankful that Dave gave me the inside scoop about those cars. After what Dave told me, I knew they wouldn't work at all for me. I am very, very glad for Dave's information because it saved me thousands of dollars and years of driving a car that ultimately wouldn't work for me.) When we finally decided which car to go with, Dave knew everything about that car. He gave me tons of information about the engine, how hard/easy the car would be to work on, what parts typically go out on that car,etc. It was like talking to click and clack! I snowplow so when I brought my 2009 2500 Silverado in because of noise when the vehicle was in four-wheel drive. Chris immediately had my truck test drived and correctly diagnosed I had front differentail issues (all under warranty). Had my rental car delivered to me. daily updated me on progress and three days later had my truck done. Chris is very friendly every time I stop in there..always a smile on his face even when he is very busy. Professional, Friendly and Efficient..what more could I ask from my local Chevrolet Service department.. Give Chris the big slap on the back..he is a fine rep of this dealership's competency!! Go Chris....

they had the truck i was looking for, sales team was no pressure until we got to the numbers and lets make a deal today so we meet the end of month quota, turns out there was some things should have been fixed if they were found during a total car inspection so as a customer i would not have had to make 2 more trips back to dealer 65 miles one way, to get fixed. and 1 item was $160.00 they said they needed me to pay for it because of the price, its the best they could do.and it did not work when it left the lot. I guess they were better as far as the trade as a dealer other than what it cost me in miles and paying for a part that was bad, if you buy used there don't leave with car until every thing is working...

This experience has given me a new look at "used car salesman" -- David Paradise actually listened to the obscure things I'm looking for in a car (one key being a large rear window; do you realize how tiny they've gotten in recent years?!?) and has patiently helped me navigate the trade-offs in price vs. mileage vs. gas cost trends vs. comfort. I used to be a "buy from friends and stay away from dealers!" guy; thanks to David's work that has changed! Very impressed with the selection and opportunities available; now I just have to sit down and choose a car before mine falls apart completely. :)

I was so impressed with Dave! I gave him a list of things that I needed to have in my car (mileage range, AWD, price, etc.); right away he found the exact car that I wanted in my price range. During my test drive he answered all my questions and even took the time the set up a second test drive so my fiance could drive it. Dave put up with me calling with questions almost everyday until I finally purchased the car. He was never pushy and so helpful. Even after purchasing my car, he was so helpful with dropping off my license plates at work and helping me with any other questions or concerns that I had. He goes out of him way to make sure that everything that the customer wants they get. I am so thankful that I got to work with someone like that. I would recommend anyone to him.

As a newcomer to Northfield I was uncertain who to contact regarding my interest in purchasing a new Buick Regal. Without hesitation my son and daughter-in-law said call Kevin Ward. I did and it was the beginning of an excellent relationship between salesperson and shopper. From our first meeting I felt at ease. His attention was focused totally on what I hoped to find in a new car. He rode with me as I drove a Regal which was on the lot. Had I been unsure before, this confirmed that "Yes! This is the car for me." There was never any pressure to add extras which I felt were unnecessary for my driving needs. When I made the decision to purchase a car he quickly began the search for just the right one. It was brought to Northfield only to discover a large scratch on it. I might not have noticed it before purchase but Kevin would not accept it. So the search was on again. Another car was soon found just what I wanted. It was delivered to me in mint condition. Before I drove it off the lot Kevin spent an hour with me explaining all the dials, buttons, etc on the dashboard. I was always completely at ease with him. We were looking for a car for my college aged son and a neighbor had recently worked with Dave and the dealership on a new car purchase and suggested giving Dave a call. Dave was able to email us some choices that were in the price range and model year we were looking at. Dave went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the process and was very patient with my son's questions and concerns especially since it was his first car.

The firest thing I said to Dave was I only want to see cars that will give me 40+mpg and Dave took me right to it. He explained the whole car, answered all my questions and was upfront about the tagged price. He sowed me aroung the Service Center, the sales dept and introduced me to several of the staff. I had just come from Harry Browns in Faribault and he match and out did thier offer with information that Harry Browns did not offer. The next day I went back to Browns to give them one more chance to do better. Dave was very patient with me and won me over, I never really felt pressured by Dave Paridise, he was very upfront with me. He introduced me to two people that just purchased a Cruise Eco, said nothing, just let them talk without interference. I am very please with APPLE and I will recommend them to my friends.Daniel A. I'm still at the very beginning of my new (used) car hunt and Dave was VERY helpful without being pushy. I feel he was very knowledgeable and was genuinely interested in getting me into a car best suited to ME.

After my oil change visit my husband noticed a large oil stain in the driveway. He called the dealer to explain that we had just had service there and he thought that something must have went wrong. After a few days of the car sitting it appeared ok however, a few weeks later I was a quart low on oil - seems odd to go thru oil that quickly in a 2009 G6. I stopped at the service garage to explain my situation, I told them that I travel for work and would need a loaner to use while my car was being worked on. No problem, I made the appointment and dropped my car off on a Monday night. Tuesday morning before 11 a.m. they called to tell us that they found the problem - O ring on the oil filter cap was cracked they replaced and cleaned the engine. I had my car back by noon and the bill was under $17.00. Very professional guys and nice to work with.

My business started with Apple Chevrolet by looking on the intranet for a new car. My husband and I had some very specific details we were looking at for our new vehicle. I first had contact with KiKi who was able to locate 6 vehicles that matched our pool of what we were looking for. We really liked two of the vehicles, so between KiKi and Kevin an appointment was set up and two cars were actually brought to our local dealer in Northfield. Larry is who we met with at first and he was great for answering our questions and helping us to obtain what we needed in order to get our car. Kevin finished up with us and helped me to finalize this deal!! Great team work, great dedication and great customer service!!! Thank you all!!!

We cannot rave enough about our experience at Apple with Dave Paradise. We went in on a whim one Saturday not thinking we would be able to get a payment in our range, get out of our current loan and find a car that fit. We made the decision at about 6:10pm, after they closed at 6. Although the dealership was a ghost down we were never once rushed.The finance guy, Dave and the Sales Manager were great to work with. We couldn't be happier with our experience and will be buying all cars from there in the future.

Dave was exceptional to work with. He educated us on many things to think about in the car industry and worked very hard to find us exactly what would meet our needs. We were not sure what we wanted so the process was a little stressful on our end, Dave asked some great questions of us, giving us things to think about to narrow down our search. This eliminated so much of the stress of buying a vehicle. I have recommended him to many of my co-workers and family already. Thanks SO much Dave!

My experience at Apple Chev in Northfield was one of the most pleasureable car purchases I have made. The deal was not pressured in any way, the employees were all making it a pleasureable visit, and the deal was done in a reasonable time. Kevin Ward started out working with us on the internet and the deal came out of his working with us and never pressuring us, the way I like to be treated.

Tom really made a great deal happen for us. We are very happy with him and the overall dealership in Northfield. We needed to trade down on our car to free up some cash. We had an idea of the deal we could make as we priced it out on the internet. Apple was more than fair with us. He met our needs and in an afternoon, we walked away with a check and a contentment that only comes from knowing that the deal was very fair!

Tom was terrific. He went out of his way to give us an opportunity to test drive the truck a couple of times and was great about answering our questions and letting us know the things the dealership did to improve the condition of the truck before we purchased it. He even double checked with the previous owner on a couple of things we were wondering about as far as it's past history. Tom introduced us to the manager who was equally friendly and helpful. We would definitely visit this dealership and sales person to purchase another vehicle when needed.
