Went with my daugther and her boyfriend to look for a car for him. Unfortunately he was unable to get one that day. One of the cars he looked at was bought by my daughter, a 2010 VW Passat Kumfort wagon, which i also liked, but i found a 2006 Ford Freestyle Wagon, which is the one that i decided to trade my 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan in on.the Freestyle had less miles on it. Our Salesman Zack has a world of patience, because all told it pretty much took most of the day to get thru all of our paperwork and info put into computer. So far so good with the Freestyle, no complaints yet. Hopeing that whomever had it before me took good care of it, as i will do. I believe the better you keep your vehicle the longer and better it will run for you.

When I drove through the lot, Rich came out to ask what I was looking for. I had found an SUV on cars.com that I was looking at. He got me into a test drive. It was not what I was looking for, but they had another Yukon that they let me test drive. It was a very good experience, I was able to test the car have it checked out. I really liked the openness about the work done and the pricing being set. Once I made my decision, they worked with me on my financing and we had the Yukon that weekend without any issues. Great process and experience all around.

It was a bone-chilling Saturday in December, and few were out car shopping. Carol Madson met my wife and me, in the lot. We were reluctant to get out of our warm car, but Carol was willing to brave the elements, right along with us. She understood exactly what we needed and helped us view/test drive and even brought several cars indoors, where it was warm. I think we met everyone working that day. Even the maintenance man (Frank?) chipped-in to chat with us and help out. It was as though we were all old friends. Although we didn't purchase that day, we have purchased three vehicles through Apple Auto Group previously, and will definitely keep checking this lot. As a side note, this review was not solicited.

We were in a car accident that totaled our van and started a totally unexpected car search. We were weary of car shopping and used car salesman buy the time we walked through the doors of Apple Used Autos in Shakopee.We were met at the door by Carol Madson and she was a breath of fresh air. She quickly found out our needs, budget, wants, and had a list of cars with keys ready for us to test drive in no time. She pointed out pros and cons on each vehicle and didn't sugar coat anything to get a quick sale. We never felt pressured or hurried. She was great. These sales people do not work on commission and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this dealership for used auto sales. We ended up purchasing the first vehicle we saw and was able to drive it home that day.

Didn't have a running car. Had to get it towed from work. Didn't have much money down and had me in an 8 year newer running car and out the door by close that night. Great friendly customer service and overall very caring.

I went to Apple Used Autos because a friend of mine strongly recommended them, and I'm so glad I did! They were extremely friendly, and willing to work with my needs! I met with Dacy and Carol, and both of them went out of their way to help me find the best car for me. They work for their customers' satisfaction and needs, rather than focusing on making as much money as they can for themselves. Tom also helped me a lot with trying to get the best deal with my loan. I know it was a lot of work, because I have terrible credit, but they didn't give up until we got a bank that was willing to work with us. I am so grateful to everyone at Apple Used Autos, and now have a car that I love!

I found my auto online, got connected with Scott, and it ended up being a "smooth as silk" purchase. There was no pressure and no drama. I was looking online for cars when I stumbled upon Apple Autos. While looking around the site I found several cars that I liked. I called up sales to ask about the availability of the cars. I drove up the next day and Dacy immediately came out to help me. I looked at the main car I was there to see and Dacy also showed me a few other cars in my price range. I came back a week later and ended up buying a different car that Dacy had called me about. While at Apple Used Autos, I never felt like I was being pushed into anything. Dacy and the other salespeople were very nice and helpful. Everyone was very accommodating.

they had the car i wanted, at a fair price, everyone was nice. and if you compare their prices to someone like walser, walser was selling the same car i just bought for another ~$5000, theres no haggling here and although you could haggle a honda dealer down further, thats a lot of time and effort, not something i was willing to do.And its a reliable dealership, the buisness feels very professional and overall i felt very comfortable here.

My husband and I recently decided the time had come to replace my car. We had checked other lots and found a couple "that would work" though nothing I fell in love with. Rich Hervieux learned that we were looking and reached out to us with a couple of options that might work. I found "MY CAR"! I shopped online and went to test drive one car and ended up with another. It was a very easy buying experience. The only issue was that the car I bought had some issues that were supposed to be a part of their inspection. After some back and forth, these issues eventually were resolved but I had to push a little bit. In the end they wanted to make sure I left a happy customer...which I am.

I visited Apple Used Autos because of a car I saw online. Rich Hervieux was who helped me. He was pleasant, helpful, not pushy, honest, and fair. I also worked with Chad in finding a fair trade-in value for my car. I made one visit and left in my "new" car. It's honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. I found the car online and called Apple Autos about it and scheduled an appointment. The Sales Consultant was Dacy Williams. I had about a five hour drive and Dacy was kind enough to call on my drive to make sure I was still on time and had the directions. Dacy let me look over the car thoroughly and then take it for a test drive. She even had a mechanic put it up on a hoist for me so that my father and I could look underneath it. Overall, the price was great and Dacy was awesome to deal with!thanks, Andy

I love my Nissan Altima and I would recommend Apple Used Autos to anyone. Dacy was very nice. The only thing I was not happy about was that the cost of the car was misquoted (a bit higher than the online stated price) on my pre-approval loan application.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and my oil changes are done quickly, so I have overall had good experiences. The reason for 7 stars was because of the limited hours I can come in for oil changes, and one small issue I had on my last visit. I was supposed to get a free car wash with my oil change, however I was told that they were "running behind" and since it was late in the day, I would not be able to get one. The staff member was polite and courteous and asked if this was ok, or did I want to reschedule or come back? It is difficult for me to make time in my busy schedule for an oil change, let alone just a car wash, so I went ahead with my oil change anyway. It's not a huge deal, but I thought I would mention it, as it was difficult to understand why there would be a backlog of cars needing to be washed - it didn't make sense.

We located a car they had on Autofinder.comWe went to look at the car and decided the one we went to look at wasn't in very good condition. So we took a drive around the lot. We saw another car there that looked interesting and the price was in our range, so we checked it out. Our salesman Steve came out to check on us. He went for the keys. He handed me the keys, and it wouldn't start (the coldest day of the year). Steve told us he would get it running right away. We went to get some lunch and returned. It was running and waiting for us. Took it for a drive. We bought it. Steve then had the service department put a brand new battery in it for us at no extra charge.We are very happy with our experience and our car. All is good!!

Traded in a more expensive vehicle for something more practical. There was a reasonably priced vehicle available. When I asked they stated they had not done an inspection on the vehicle and they did not know if anything was wrong with it. I doubt that.Out of convenience I had them inspect it at my cost (lesson learned). My concern was the head gasket and belts. "Everything looks really good, a small leak out of the oil pan, and you should probably replace the axle". That seemed reasonable so I allowed them to fix the axle.I took the vehicle to my mechanic for a tune up and timing belt change. He had quite a different story regarding the condition of the belts and the head gasket. Unless the dealership mechanic is a complete idiot, and maybe he is because there were two extra quarts of oil in the car, there is no way he should have missed that head gasket. There was belt dressing everywhere to keep the squeal hushed.I did call the sales manager who's response was there is a 5 day return policy. Well that's great but it's not an excuse to deliberately lie to me to sell a vehicle. Had the team been honest with me up front There might be 4 stars up there!I would also add this business has a 'F' rating on the BBB (Better Business Bureau ) for multiple unanswered complaints. Something I should have researched prior.

I shopped online through Apple and submitted an inquiry regarding a Toyota they had for sale. The next morning I got a phone call from Phil asking when I would like to come test drive it. We arrived at the dealership within half an hour after the call, the car was parked out front and ready for me to test drive. Phil was friendly and did not pressure me to buy. I got a fair trade in value on my car. There was one minor door noise with the car I was purchasing and they immediately took it into the shop to fix it. This took a little longer than we were originally told but it was the only reason for the 4 star ratings.Edit** My car was making a slight squeal when cold. It started to get louder and more persistent. I was told the belt was new when I bought the car and it was advertised as so. I brought it in and the belt was fine, but the technician at Apple Auto had failed to properly tighten it. Lucky for me it was an easy fix requiring no new parts.Also, My 21 day permit is about to expire so I called the dealership to see if my license plates had arrived. After speaking with four people and being put on hold four times no one is able to tell me whether or not they are in. The last woman finally asked for my phone number and offered a call back when she has an update. Poor organization...started out as a 4 star experience but when it was all said and done I am not sure I would go back.**Another update** Received a phone call from the manager late afternoon on the day my permit expired stating my plates were in. I drove straight to the dealership after work, arriving around 6:20pm. I walked into the show room where there were two women working and one client. One of the women made eye contact with me and walked away. She went to the desk and leaned against the side of it, paying me no attention. I waited to make sure she was not with another client that I was not aware of. After a bit I ended up having to approach her and tell her why I was there. She reacted as if I was bothering her, walked around the desk to get my plates, and explained to me that their service center was closed so she "hoped I had someone who could help me". There was no offer to extend my permit and schedule a time for me to bring the car in or even an "I'm sorry, the service center is closed would you like to take these home or can you come by when they are open between the hours of ___ and ___". I have no problem undoing a few screws and swapping plates myself, but one of the screws is tightened down to the point that I can't even get it to loosen, I guess it is a good thing I have someone to help me! I would never go back there or recommend this dealership to anyone. I work in customer service and this is absolutely not how you treat someone who pays for your goods and/or services.

Living in Bismarck North Dakota and the oil boom hitting it is almost impossible to find a good car for a reasonable price. We had found a Pontiac Vibe at apple online with car soup. We met Dacy and she let us test drive the car. She was very helpful and considerate, answering all of our questions. They allowed us to take the car to a repair shop and found that it was in good working condition. Bought the car and drove it back to Bismarck. I've been driving it ever since without any problems.

The people at Apple Ford in Shakopee are extremely helpful, no hassle, no hurry, sales people. If there's a problem they'll get to the bottom of it and get it resolved, whatever it is. There selection of vehicles, new and used is incredible. I've never been in a larger place with so many cars or trucks to choose from. There facility is spotless clean. I's definitely go back to Apple Ford in Shakopee.

I inquired about a few vehicles and I never got anything more than a thank you for your interest, someone will be contacting you shortly. week or so went by and I finally got a response that the truck they had was sold, and they sent me information on a bunch of more expensive trucks that I had no interest in. seemed like they just tried to up sale, and wasn't interested in my price range

My sales consultant, Antwane Woodard made my experience at Apple Used Autos extremely comfortable and stress free. He was honest and straight forward when answering questions regarding the purchase of my new Lexus. The small issue I had regarding a "weird noise" in the passenger door was promptly taken care of and the repair and reason for it was fully explained to me. He didn't try to dodge my concern or down play it in anyway. I met with Antwane twice and each visit was friendly and professional. I would recommend this dealer ship to anyone looking for a quality used car with great customer service.

Went into this dealership after I had found a truck online. Was approached by a Steve B. and was shown the truck. Took it for a drive, loved it, and came back the following week and bought it. Bought it Friday, on Saturday, the check engine light came on. I brought it in to a local mechanic, first thing he says after looking at the code given was "give it back". He says it will be at least $1,000 to fix. I call the dealership and talk to Judd, who is actually the only guy who seems to care whatsoever about a customer, and he tells me to bring it back so they can check it out on Monday. I show up on Monday and ask for Judd, to find out it's his day off. Instead of pointing me towards Steve, who was my "salesman", they send me to the service manager. He asks what I want to do and I say, "well I would assume you would fix it." Then the wonderful "salesman" Steve, who happens to be five feet away and doesn't even acknowledge me, comes over and right in front of me, leans his head on the desk and tries to tell him that nothing was promised to be fixed and that he knows that. They end up taking it out for a drive and tell me it needs $2,500 for a new transmission. Like they didn't know that beforehand? In the end, they had to take the car back, being that it was under 300 miles or 7 days. Needless to say, I will NOT be back. The only reason I put the price at 5 stars was because it was a good price, and now I know why. Friendliness was a 3 because the service manager was also very nice.

I live in Grand Forks North Dakota and i really needed a new car, especially before the snow fell. I was hoping to find a car that was more sporty, a manual transmission car, hoping for a 6 speed, a sun/moon roof, AWD fun and reliable. when I got there Dacy came out to help me out and asked what kind of car I was looking for and i told her, this car was not there when I got there because someone else was test driving it. I found a car that I wanted to test drive so she went to get the keys right away and we went for a drive, when we got back the Volvo was there and i wanted to look at another car so she got the keys for both, my main interest was the Volvo so we went to look at that and it had just about everything I wanted so we went for a test drive. I loved the test drive, so we pulled up next to my car and my dad looked at the car and he approved of it. Then because I needed to get rid of my car I wanted to do a trade in, they looked over my car, took it for a drive, and they gave me a price on it, it was a good price that i wouldn't refuse so I took it. Dacy got all the paper work all ready for it and we did everything that we need so I could take the car home. It all went very smoothly and i like the car a lot. It was a good experience for my first time buying a car from a dealership. I think you very much.

This dealership was all around the best one I have visited in a while, and let me take a moment to explain why. I was approached and helped within the first minute of arriving at the entrance. The employee who helped me had an extensive knowledge of cars and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The first car he ended up showing me was the exact car I was hoping to find. Every member of the staff who helped me choose my vehicle went far above and beyond what I have experienced at other dealerships in regards to working out a payment method and getting me on the road as soon as possible. In particular, Antwane Woodard not only treated myself as though I was a friend, but he invested himself in my purchase as though the car I was buying was going to be his own. All in all, the honesty and professionalism I encountered here far exceeded my expectations and resulted in me making a purchase from people whom I now trust. I would highly recommend this dealership and the services their team provides to anyone looking to make a dependable decision. Shaun is a great guy with a kind and real personal touch. I would have given his great all the way across if it wasn't for one small detail I felt would make him a great sales man. That is tell the truth or just tell it the way it is. Integrity is a very big thing for me. I know he will do great things but a customer with some year under there belt will see through the junk sales people use to sell. Thank you and I will call you Shaun when I am ready to buy that next car.

I purchased a Ford F-150 after it had went through their "inspection" but they failed to find that the gas tanks (its a dual tank) were leaking, the exhaust system has some leaks, the front right wheel bearings were coming unpacked, and that the oil pan gasket was leaking oil. The way that the engine is situated the only way to get to the oil pan is to take the engine out of the vehicle (5 hours of labor at $107 per hour) and take the pan off that way. A new dual tank for the truck was $250 and 2 hours of labor to put it in. To repack the bearings it was 1 hour of labor. So besides what I paid for the truck, I spent over an additional $1,000 in repairs because their service people cant notice a rusted hole in a gas tank, unpacked wheel bearings, or oil dripping down from the pan. The truck runs good and shifts smooth. The sales guy didn't push me to buy anything that I wasn't found of or didn't like. The best part is that I was greeted as soon as I pulled in to their parking lot. So long story short if your buying a used car from them, take it to your mechanic to have them inspect it for anything.

CarSoup had a NISSAN Maxima at Apple Used Autos Shakopee and I went to this dealership hoping that it was still available. Within minutes after arriving, I was warmly greeted by Shaun Williams, one of the salespeople. The Maxima was available, so we went for a test drive and I was truly impressed with Shaun's extensive knowledge about NISSANS. In fact, he knew quite a bit about cars in general which really helped me compare similar makes/models to the NISSAN Maxima. After talking with Shaun, I knew that the Maxima was the car for me. He even made the financing go without any problems. I brought the car back to the dealership to have undercoating and sealant applied to protect my vehicle, and Shaun was there to tell me exactly what was being done. The car was returned to me looking like new! Shaun is the perfect salesman...down-to-earth while still being professional, listening to what I wanted in a car within my budget and not pushing me into a higher priced vehicle that I couldn't afford. And above all, he's honest. I've had the Maxima for almost two weeks, and I can honestly say that I've never been happier with a car purchase, and I've never had a better car salesman than Shaun Williams!

Everyone there was fantastic! The customer service was great and every helpful. The overall feeling of the dealership was above what I've seen in other dealers. All the staff at apple auto treated me good. I picked out a ford 2005 escape that I found online. I went to the dealer, looked it over and bought it. The car ran great. After I had it home about a week it was acting funny. I took it back to the dealer long story short they tried to fix it for free. But the car was in need of an expensive repair. The people at Apple said not to worry and to have a look at all their dealerships and pick a new car. Eric my sales guy was so great. He spent four hours with me. We went to apples three locations we test drove every vehicle I was interested until I found the right one. A newer 2008 Escape. Eric Never once tried to talk me into a car he was not in a hurry he was not pushy. But he was instead in helped me find the car that best fit me and my needs. I tip My hat to all the workers there at Apple Suzuki. They took what could have been the worst car buying experience ever and made it my best. The sales staff was great but don forget the shop guys. Tom and his staff really took good care of me. Even though I live one and a half hours away I will be bringing my car there. I know I can trust them to do what best for me. If you are looking for a good used car apple auto is a great place to do business.

All the staff at apple auto treated me good. I picked out a ford 2005 escape that I found online. I went to the dealer, looked it over and bought it. The car ran great. After I had it home about a week it was acting funny. I took it back to the dealer long story short they tried to fix it for free. But the car was in need of an expensive repair. The people at Apple said not to worry and to have a look at all their dealerships and pick a new car. Eric my sales guy was so great. He spent four hours with me. We went to apples three locations we test drove every vehicle I was interested until I found the right one. A newer 2008 Escape. Eric Never once tried to talk me into a car he was not in a hurry he was not pushy. But he was instead in helped me find the car that best fit me and my needs. After crushing the Apple Group web site and finding the car i needed, I drove to the dealer (Apple Suzuki) and found the people there extremely friendly and helpful. After buying the car I thought was the one, I got it home and realized in fact it wasn't the car I wanted. I right away visited the web site and read their policy's and terms for car buying with them and they in fact have a exchange policy. One phone call to Steve B and we found the right car for me and made the exchange without a hitch. I'll surely e doing all my car buying business with the Apple Group in the future.

I had a great buying experience with my salesperson, Bob G. I bought a Kizashi SLS soon after being quite impressed by the test drive. Bob was an easy going guy and went the extra mile to be sure I was informed and content. I liked the rest of the staff as well. My wife now has her second Suzuki SUV, loves it, and has been having it serviced at Apple Suzuki. That's how my interest began. I've met the service guy and the parts guy and got a real sense of their care not only for a great long term service relationship, but for the idea of spreading the word about what a remarkable car Suzuki builds. Thank you Apple Suzuki.

I found the vehicle I wanted online and it happened to be at Apple Suzuki. Called for an appt. to come look and by chance was routed to Bob G. What a great guy to work with! The whole crew was open, honest; never had a hint the "slick car salesman" bit. They just helped me get the car I wanted at a great price.

I found the vehicle I wanted on line at Car Soup. I called Eric and he arranged a my trade in, financing, and I was in my new vehicle that very day. The dealership even helped me switch some equipment to my newer vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.

Eric was very helpful throughout the full process of us purchasing a vehicle and followed up even after the vehicle was purchased to ensure everything had been taken care of. I had a positive experience at this dealership. I had found a vehicle online and was impressed at how everyone worked with me to get all the financing arranged so that I could purchase the one I wanted. Greg was my salesman and walked me through the entire purchasing process. All my questions were answered. Greg was great to work with. We called ahead to check on a car they had on the lot. When we got there, we test drove a few and decided against both. Greg suggested we look over their inventory, because they were an Apple dealership. Long story short we found a car we wanted to look at, but it was at a different dealer. Greg drove down there on the spot, we test drove, and bought the car. Apple Suzuki has a very fair no haggle policy. In the excitement of moving from dealer to dealer, and looking at cars and paper work, we forgot to get the second set of keys. Called Greg, and they are in the mail. You really couldn't ask for much more.

Shop for your next vehicle at Apple Auto Group and you're in for a great experience! I remember the 'old' method of car shopping. Prices and car info often not posted, high pressure sales, and the ridiculous, time-consuming game of 'write down the price you want to pay and I'll take it to the sales manager ... gee, he said he just can't let it go for that, here's the number he's thinking...'? At AAG, the price is clearly marked in every vehicle - and that is THE PRICE. What a refreshing concept! The salesperson (Bob) was helpful, knowledgeable, and patiently answered my questions. My trade was priced in minutes, and the finance process was a breeze. Everyone - and I mean everyone, was friendly and helpful. This is how the car shopping experience should be structured! Had trouble with my tire pressure monitoring system, had a nail in my tire and they fixed it and recalculated my tire monititoring system right on the spot. Very helpful and very professional.

Being African American, we don't alway get treated fairly at dealerships, before I went to Apple Suziki, I went to a dealership maybe a half block away, now of the sale people would even come out side, I guess their lost. I had a wonderful experience, and I have ready referred this dealship to my friends.
