He is super knowledgeable, helpful and provided me with accurate information that better fit my needs. He had a great follow up with me during the entire transaction. Had a great experience with the staff at Ardmore Toyota, particularly Cody. My wife and I were looking for a new car because we are expecting a baby soon. Cody was super knowledgeable and reviewed all of the safety features of various models we wanted to look at. He was very flexible with us when we couldn't make up our mind about what car to buy. I went yesterday to test drive a Toyota Camry Hybrid and worked with Austin. I did not buy the car. The numbers did not align with my budget. And as the world is aware, it’s the worst time to buy a car. However, I would be remiss if I didn’t comment on Austin’s professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, and demeanor. He was not pushy in any way. I respect that. I was candid with him when I arrived and told him if the numbers did not align with my budget, I was not buying the car. He actually spent some time with me sharing his knowledge of other makes and models that might be closer to where I wanted to be financially. He was EXCELLENT! I wish all car salesmen/women would take the time to actually listen to the customer, listen, and ask questions. It’s a no-brainer, but it seems to escape most. Everything from my first conversation with Danielle, to John(?) the manager, and finally, Austin, was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Ardmore Toyota to friends and family.

After you make an appointment, you are in for service and out in a very short time, and, so far, I have not experienced problems being found just to add cost to my bill. Of course, labor cost could be lower, the part is often cheap, but the cost to fix the car is another story.I see the same workers in the store, which tells me that you treat your employees OK. Try lowering cost for repairs and treat your customers the same.

I particularly liked the courtesy everyone showed, from calling me to remind me of the appointment, to the Service Desk and the thoroughness of the initial inquiry, to Wayne, who drove me home and back, to the call to help me make decisions about approaches and solutions, and costs. From the very beginning when we first came into the showroom we were treated like friends. Sheldon came right over and introduced himself and immediately we knew we had come to a first class dealership. There was absolutely no kind of sales pressure at all, Sheldon only wanted to make sure we were comfortable and could find what we wanted. I usually visit at least two dealers to compare prices but this was the first time that I did not bother. Anne and I knew we would definitely be purchasing a new car for her and Sheldon and Ardmore Toyota was the place. We had to order what she was looking for and every few days we would receive a phone call from Sheldon keeping us informed of the order. Anne's one concern was that the new car have very low mileage on the odometer and Sheldon made sure that would not be a issue and he would do whatever it took to make sure she was happy and excited with her new car. It was through talking with Sheldon that we decided to get the paint protection as he told us he had it on his car and was happy so far. For the first time it was a fun experience buying a new car. When the car arrived we had the pleasure of meeting Carl who would be doing all the paperwork. Once again it was like dealing with a old friend and he did not use any sales tactics or pressure to induce us to sign on for extras. He explained all the options and costs and gave thoughts on future issues that might or might not arise. This was the first time ever I have purchased a extended warranty on a new car and the only reason I did so was because of the way Carl presented everything. If at any time in the future a family member or a friend mentions that they are thinking of getting a new car I am going to strongly recommend that they visit Ardmore Toyota before making any decision. The car is the same from wherever you purchase it but it is the dealership that makes the difference and in this case Ardmore Toyota is in a class all by itself. A great experience from start to finish.

My husband and I went to Ardmore Toyota to check out a used Prius. We weren't sure if a Prius was the car for us, so our goal was to see if we were comfortable in one, and then spend a month or so researching to determine if the specific car we test drove was what we wanted, or if there was another Prius that was better. Ed Sullivan took us for a test drive, and he was lovely to work with. He was very laid back and by the end felt like a friend. However, perhaps a mistake, but we went in knowing that we weren't ready to buy... and were kept there for an hour just talking about price when we just weren't ready to make a commitment. I suppose we could have just left, but it was our first time at a dealer and we just didn't know what we were in for. I also wasn't a big fan of the way prices were bargained, meaning, the person who sets the price never talks to you directly (the sales person talks to the price-setter just out of earshot, but the price-setter, perhaps because we were being stubborn and not buying, said, "I hope they don't buy the car!" loud enough for us to hear... that was a turnoff). This was our first time at a dealer, and we have only been to one other since, so this may be normal business practice... but I wasn't such a fan of the pressure from the price-setter. Still, if you're going to buy a car from Ardmore Toyota, Ed is definitely a great, low-key guy to work with.

I was treated courteously and accommodated. The one mistake was in the paperwork where the correct mileage was changed, and therefore the return service mileage was incorrect. I think that it was complicated by my coming too soon for maintenance based on automatic message from the car. in fact, it only reflected tire rotation, not oil change and I didn't understand. So, I came early but asked for the oil change anyway. But the mileage listed is wrong. Also, I assume it was synthetic oil used, but the paperwork never specifies.Overall excellent service and experience. Thank You.

Rich was an excellent representative. We wanted to lease a Corolla and he patiently went through all of the options and answered all of our questions. He also assisted in calling insurance companies and found a much better deal for me. I always felt he was giving us good advice, and it made me comfortable enough to drive out of the lot with a car. Londale and Jason both were excellent in person. I had spoken to Steve and Jason on the phone previously and everything price wise was as they quoted on the phone. Londale took time when I got there in person and walked me through options and the deal paperwork smoothly. He was polite, engaging and courteous. .without trying to corral you with high pressure, everything you want in a sales rep. While I was waiting on paperwork he was diligent on checking in upstairs to get me out swiftly but that part was out of his control. I would definitely come back to this dealership

Everyone was just so unbelievably friendly. I have never bought/leased a car from Ardmore, but I have my car serviced there and they DID NOT Dissapoint. I would rather drive the extra miles for the excellent service. Extremly staisfied, made leasing a car so easy. John Lin was amazing. Awesome setup with games and food and everyone from the valet parkers to the GM were awesome. Cannot say enough about Admore Toyota experience.

From the moment you pull in the driveway, you are greeted with courteous service people who are prompt, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Rob was excellent in keeping me informed of the progress on fixing my sunroof - twice! - and made sure I had cars to drive - twice! - while my car was being serviced. The service was good. HOWEVER, THE HUB CAP WAS NOT ADEQUATELY REPLACED ON TO THE TIRE AFTER THE TIRE ROTATION WAS COMPLETED.... AND THE HUB CAP WAS LOST! I RETUNRED TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THIS MORNING TO EXPRESS MY FRUSTRATION. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I HAD THE TIRES ROTATED AND EACH TIME, I HAVE LOST A HUB CAP. MY COMPLAINT/ISSUE WAS NOT CHALLENGED AND THE HUB CAP WAS REPLCED WITHIN 15 MINUTES.THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES.

Drew, service adviser, handled this emergency beautifully and should be commended highly. Please let him know. We had an emergency flat the evening before we were headed to NYC to attend out son's wedding engagement proposal. With little time, Drew, located the replacement tire, not in your stock, and ordered it that very evening. He made sure it was installed byn noon, when we had to leave for NYC. This dealership sold me used car which was in totally poor conditions, convincing me that this is a great car which belonged to Doctor. Salesperson Teresa was pushi and feel no shame for the fact that she is totally lying to me! Also they sold me "so-called" very good maintenance plan named "Warranty solutions", I purchased COMPREHENSIVE option and when just after 3 week car has been broken, dealerships service told me that this repair is not covered by the plan. The problem was in catalytic converter and exausted manifold, which cannot broke in 3 weeks. After dealership understood I will not bring them any more financial benefit, they totally lost interest, and not just interest even respect to me. They started to behave in a very rude manner. When I came to talk to Used Cars Manager John and told him: "Hi!" He answered: "Goodbuy!" can you imagine? Never buy cars from this dealership. They care only about their own benefits and never care about customer!

Since I'm an early-riser, I was able to get an early morning service appointment for my first 5000 mile check-up/tire rotation. I arrived on time at 7:20AM; had the valet take my car; registered with the service advisor; sat down and had a cup of coffee; and was out of there before 8:00AM!!! I hope all of my future service appointment go as fast!!!

We were having a problem with our Camry's catalytic converter that unfortunately required returning to the dealership several times. Josh, the service manager, apologized for the inconvenience, explained the problem and arranged for a loaner until the repairs were complete. He even went as far as to drive the car home to ensure that the problem was indeed taken care of.

I was in the market for a used car which can always be a scary process. I found a very reasonable Toyota Corolla at this dealership that I was interested in. I contacted the sales rep Ryan online and he was very courteous. He checked to make sure the vehicle was still in stock and sent me a link to fill out the financing application online. The dealership is beautiful, clean and fully stocked with really nice cars but the best part of this place is the people. Customer service at Toyota of Ardmore is top of the line. Every person that I encountered was polite and ready to assist. This was not the phony type of nice with the half smile. These people are genuinely friendly and they made me feel very comfortable during the buying process. I bought the used car but it is almost like new. They obviously keep all of their cars in good condition. This is not my first experience with a car dealership but I will say that it is by far the best. This place will absolutely be my first choice in the future for car purchases and as a recommendation to family and friends. Many thanks to Ryan Jones, Mike, Allison and the rest of the Toyota of Ardmore family for making me a happy Toyota owner.

Saw a SUV online called on Sat. morning at 9:01 a.m. showing my interest and explaining that I was from out of town and am willing to give deposit over the phone and fly in the same day for delivery. Ryan (Sales man) was very friendly and told me to fill out pre-approval form at their website which I did immediately and wait for a call back. After hearing nothing for an hour I called and was told by Rob (Ryan's Boss) to give him another 15 mins. Then, I receive an email from Ted (some un-known person) asking to fill out another credit app which I did and called Ryan back to confirm that they got it, just to find out and I quote " The vehicle was sold, Management made a decision to sell the vehicle" and this was at 11.30 a.m. If this is what kind of work ethics this dealership has then they should have told me from the start that this is how they treat customers with mis-leading information and hopes. Very un-professional!!! Definitely I do NOT recommend them!

I regularly get my car serviced from Ardmore Toyota. Previously I had gone once to Sloane Toyota but their service was not good. I switched to Ardmore Toyota and liked them instantly. Their friendly service, acceptance of competitor coupons and most importantly, they do NOT fleece you by suggesting needless repairs. Only what is needed is recommended. A friend recommended that we go to Toyota since she had good experiences there. We had gone to another car dealership and was disappointed in our dealer's knowledge and service, so we decided to go to Toyota. It was very good. We found a used car at a surprisingly good price. This has been the second time that I have bought a vehicle from Mr. Woodard. Let me tell you how good he is. In 2008, I bought a 2003 Mazda Protfrom Mr. Woodard courtesy of the used car section at Central City Toyota. I needed the car in order to go to school. Once I graduated and paid off the Mazda, I went to Mr. Woodard just to see about trading options. Mr. Woodard pointed me into the direction of a 2006 Matrix. Not only was this car nicer than my Prot but it was up to date and what I needed. Woodard calculated figures and found a way for me to purchase the car that day. Shocked and impressed, Woodard shook my hand and congratulated me on my new Toyota Matrix. Tim Woodard exemplifies great customer service at Toyota.
