I am very happy with my purchase from Allways, it was a great deal. Jessica was my sales person and she couldn’t have been nicer. She was very professional and honest. I fact the whole team at Allways Are awesome. I was treated with respect and friendliness. I’m definitely a customer for life, and would recommend this dealership. That being said I purchased a used F150 super crew from them and they treated me as if I were buying a new truck. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️thank y’all very much 😎

I went in to get my vehicle safety inspection done. I was not sure if they would do it on Saturday. The service advisor Carolina Zulaica was very nice. She took my information and it was done in very little time. I also inquired about tires as I will need some in the near future. Their prices are competitive and road hazard warranty is included. I was impressed with her professionalism and her knowledge. In the event you need repair or tires I would recommend giving them and her a call.

I definitely see why people go to San antonio to get things done for there vehicle how the heck are you going to start with 300$ then jump to 400 for a brake bleed job and there excuse was why it jumped to that much is because (we used mopar brake fluid)and yeah a bleeder screw washer a box of washers are like 10 bucks and a can of brake fluid is 8 a bottle!! On top of that they took two days to do the dam job !! I understand making money but not just making numbers up to make money!!

I always dread car shopping. Between the time and signing, it can be overwhelming, but I can’t thank the Pleasanton team at Allways for making it painless and working so quickly. Jessica had everything lined out for me and got me in a vehicle that not only I was comfortable in but fell in love with. She was told what I was looking at, price range and she ran with it and knocked it out of the park. From there, Ron lined out the contract and took the time to explain in detail my paperwork. I didn’t feel rushed and was able to ask any and every question that came to mind. As I was signing, Josh and the guys in the shop were detailing and waxing my car so that when I was done signing I didn’t have to wait a second more. I can’t thank you and your team enough for helping me. I was impressed at how together their team worked to make sure that their customer was taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you so much..... and bonus, my kids fell in love with my new car just as easily as I did. Thank you Jessica, for making this process an enjoyable one! I can honestly say, they really look to take care of you.

Beware if you go to this dealership. They lie to you and try to make it seem like you are getting something extra. It was funny because the salewomen told me I was paying 1k extra for 3 years of maintenance. Once I signed, a different person comes in and says it's not true and you get one year "FREE" maintenance. So basically they make you pay extra money for nothing. I would recommend going to any other dodge dealership for your needs. Just to be clear, Jessica was my salesperson and once she realized that she lied to me, she quickly left the office and I didn't see her anymore. I can't stress enough to beware at this dealership. They honestly don't care about you and want to make as much as they can off you. I recommend that you give them all zeroes on the survey you get after you purchase. I'm still waiting to receive mine. I guess they put a bogus email in the system so you can't honestly review this horrible dealership.

The reason I went to Atascosa was Wyatt Arp in Seguin, where I bought the truck, had to repair it 3 times and each time the problem re-appeared. With each repair, they kept my truck for 3 ti 5 days and at the cost of 2300.00, I decided to take the truck to you. I was told by JP Automotive that you were the best place close by. At the present time the truck is runnning like it did when I first bought it. Ron

While out of town stock showing this team got us out of a bind. We were stranded and they located us a vehicle and shuffled us to the front of the line to get us home. I will be driving back 5 hours for my future purchases.

This dealership was horrible. It was my worst experience with any dealership. I used cars.com to notify the site I was interested in a vehicle and was contacted by Larry. I was wanting to setup a time to see the vehicle for for almost a week it wasn't even at the dealership I contacted and I was told it was getting cleaned. After a week I contacted the site again to check on the status and it was apparently missing a DEF tank, after 2 weeks or waiting and contacting the dealership, I just took the time and drove to the dealerahip , which was 100 miles from my house,(they knew that). Upon arrival the truck was still not completed, it was drivable, so I decided to drive it, after driving it, I wanted to nogotiate a price and the dealership rose the price on me by $4,000 more than offered on cars.com. Their explanation for this was because they bought a bad trade in with the previous owner, I had to pay their expense for the def tank that was missing if I wanted to buy the truck. After giving the dealership another week to accept what was already considered overpraised for the vehicle they still refused to accept my offer and never called back. If you decided to go here, expect them to low-ball you on prices and waist your time.

I have had dealings with several South Central Texas auto dealers recently. I was really tired of half-truths and games. Theses guys were straight up and did just what they promised. Michael McCoy was a huge help as a salesman and even delivered the truck. I recommend these folks for sure!

I inquired info on a posted add on cars, sales person contact me without any knowledge about the vehicle. Later on the day call me back and mention the vehicle was sent to an action.. Over a week later vehicle still posted on cars.

This was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would not only purchase another one, but refer everyone I know to do the same. I remember the last time I purchased a vehicle and it was a nightmare, I spent all day and was not happy with the deal that I got. Well, this was completely different...I not only closed the deal in one hour, but Charlie loaned me his truck until mine was clean and ready! Charlie is the BEST salesman PERIOD!

From start too finish my purchase was painless. My wife and I are very bussy and we live about 100 miles away from the dealership so We had too conduct our purchase over phone the salesman was able too get everything taken care of, and also went beyond his job duty and stayed late on evening and waited for us too arrive and pick up our new truck which was our third truck we have purchased from Atascosa dodge and soon we will be back in too purchase our fourth....
