If you're in the market for a new car ... go to the Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership! What a great buying experience!!! We met with Kerry several times to find our perfect car. We decided on buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee and couldn't be happier! Kerry and Scott gave us a good trade in on our old car and worked hard to find us the new Jeep in the color we wanted. They were patient and never acted irritated over our demands. When it came to signing the papers, Pam was amazing with the numbers! She gave us so many options for financing that it was hard to decide which one to accept. I have purchased other cars in past years, but have never experienced such a tight, knowledgeable team as at this dealership. A great experience!

Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is the BEST Dealership we have ever dealt with. Our Salesman Blake was knowledgeable, not pushy at all and listen to our wants and needs. Pam in financing was very efficient, honest and a pleasure to deal with. We live 15 mins away from another Ram Dealer in Jacksonville but were not impressed with them so we drove 45 minutes to St Augustine. Well worth the drive.

I had the pleasure of meeting Hayden Lewis last Saturday. My son and I knew what we wanted and Hayden made the process of buying a used truck very easy! I wanted to get the vehicle looked at by an outside mechanic in Jacksonville. Hayden said they didn't usually allow a vehicle to be driven outside of St. Augustine but he jumped right up and got approval and Hayden made that possible for Monday as my mechanic was not working on Saturday. I came down to St. Augustine to the dealership on Monday morning and met Hayden who was already prepared to get me on the road up to Jax. He went out of his way to communicate with me every step of the way and that was such a pleasant experience! While I was gone, he prepared all the paperwork with his business manager, Pam Walls. That made it a very quick process once I returned. I would recommend highly asking for Hayden right when you walk in the showroom at the dealership as he is committed to serving your needs and he delivers! Both Hayden and Pam were such a pleasure to work with!!

I have been dealing with Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep since 2004 when I purchased my first ever Jeep. In 2009 I purchased my second Jeep and sold the 2004 to my grandson. When he sold the 2004 it had 110,000 miles plus on it. The 2009 Jeep had 105,000 miles on it. Today 4/29/2016 I purchased my third Jeep a 2015. All my Jeeps were Grand Cherokees. For service on all my Jeeps I went to Atlantic Jeep for service. No other mechanic touched the Jeeps. The service in all areas is great and they bend over backwards to keep costumers happy. The salesman I purchased my first two Jeeps has retired.I did how ever get a frenziedly helpful salesperson Kerry Hall.we had him working over time trying to please us. I hope Mr Hall is still there in three years when my lease runs out. His costumer service etiquette is beyond what is expected in a salesperson.

From the moment we walked into this dealership there was no pressure. Everyone was so nice. We called about this vehicle first. It was just as advertised. All questions were answered and we bought the Tahoe. We have bought a lot of cars new and used in 43 years of marriage and this was by far the best experience. I just wish we had know about this dealership a long time ago. Even though we had to travel to the next city it was well worth the trip.

I recently purchased a fully loaded 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I have to say, this was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. My salesperson, Hayden Lewis, was great. We test drove three different Jeeps and Dodges, called with several questions, and text Hayden over the next couple days with more questions. When we were ready to purchase a Wrangler, Hayden went out of his way to find a perfect match at a dealership over 300 miles away, had the Jeep at the dealership the next day, had all the financing set up ahead of time, picked me up at 9am the next day, and delivered the vehicle to me in 45 minutes, including time in finance manager Pam's office signing all the documents (which she had ready and waiting). When I discovered the back soft-top window on the Jeep was scuffed, I brought the Jeep back and Hayden quickly installed a brand new back window, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I don't think I could have asked for a smoother purchase.

Walked into Atlantic Dodge 6 weeks ago just looking at the Dodge ram when I met Greg Morris he was very professional and answered all my questions. He even suggested that I order the truck I wanted instead of settling for something on the lot. I stopped by today, while on Vacation in St. Augustine, for service on my 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. I had a headlight out and needed a repair. I talked with Lauri Rumph, Service Advisor on the phone and she told me to come in anytime. I came in and she arranged for the repair right away and within a very short time had the new bulb installed. Very friendly, fast and convenient service. Thank you for your help.

Todd Riggs is a great salesman with superb customer service. He strived to get us the best deal... And he did! I highly recommend Atlantic Dodge Jeep Ram. They have beautiful new cars as well as used cars in pristine condition. My husband and I came in earlier in the week and were lucky enough to have Todd show us around. We test drove a used 07 Wrangler in excellent condition. Before we left, we listed off a few details we were looking for in a Wrangler. Todd kept his eye out for our dream jeep. He called us just a few days later about our dream jeep!! We hopped right over and bought it that day! It wasn't even on the lot for 12 hours after we bought it. He got it detailed with a full inspection to make sure nothing was wrong with it. It drives like a dream. My husband and I have been looking for a used Wrangler for weeks. We are relieved the search is over, and that we got the best deal with Todd!

I had a very nice non pressured experience when I purchased my new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Dealership in Saint Augustine FL recently. My Sales person was Frank Procell who had assisted me through the dealerships process of assisting me in my vehicle buying endeavor. Frank is a very personable and down to earth person himself, easy to communicate and relate with from start to finish. No deceitful sales tactics, no pressure sales, just friendly, cordial, professional and above all ethical. I went to the Dodge Jeep dealership in Jacksonville beforehand, had spent 6 hours at that dealership and in the end didn't get anywhere whatsoever with that dealership. their presentation, sales tactics were deceitful in nature, drawn out, door revolving never ending. They would not order a vehicle of my choosing, they wanted and insisted on dealing with what they had in inventory on lot only and not ordering a vehicle elsewhere factory direct. Upon arriving at Atlantic Jeep Dodge Crysler in Saint Augustine it was almost like taking a vacation what a relief it was to workout a deal within a few short hours and had the vehicle prepped by the end of the next business day. Frank Procell my Sales Person had introduced me to the GM of the Dealership & Sr. Sales Mgr also. ATL has very informative business practices, ethical practices above all and easy to negotiate throughout negotiations. I would highly recommend Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Dealership to anyone who wants an easy transition, non pressured sales tactics and an enjoyable experience then go to Saint Augustine and buy your vehicle from this dealership. ATL is a smaller dealership than Jacksonville but you will be glad that you came to them for your next vehicle buying experience. We were looking for a new auto. We spoke with Jerry, at Atlantic Dodge in St Augustine, who was very informative and seem to know exactly what we wanted. He gave us very good figures and we told him we wanted to look for awhile. He gave us no pressure, although he did follow up with one phone call with some better figures. After looking around we went back to Atlantic Dodge. Jerry was gone to school for some updating. A very knowledgeable salesman, Don Fowler, worked with us. He was awesome and the best salesman I have ever dealt with in 69 years. He knew exactly what we wanted, had answers to all questions except 2 and he searched and found the answer for me. He put no pressure on us and made us feel extremly relaxed and comfortable. We would go back if we were in the market for another car. Love our Cherokee.

My wife and I had been researching trading our 2014 Jeep Patriot for a Dodge Caravan because we have a new granddaughter and the six of us just don't fit into the Jeep (or our other vehicles) anymore! We were nervous about it because we love the Patriot but since it was only 1-1/2 yrs old we thought we were "underwater" (owe more than it's worth) But... we'd bought it at Atlantic for a good deal and had a good interest rate, so it was a "push" we didn't owe more than it was worth! We got the Caravan SE we wanted and our payment was only $20 more a month, including an additional bumper to bumper maint. plan and gap coverage! Mike Elkin in sales made everything transparent, he showed us exactly where every penny was going and Pam Walls in Finance got us a great rate. We were done in just over 2 hours!

We found the vehicle we wanted on their website and were able to arrange for the purchase before the vehicle even arrived at the dealership. At 7 PM last night, 12/16/2014, after seeing a used car on the website, I called the main number at Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and Pam Walls answered after 7 and I shared why I called. She took my info, checked on the status of the car I was interested in and promised to follow up early the next day. Before 8 AM I had a text giving the status, had a salesman assigned, Mike who is wonderful, and in less than 24 hours I was driving my new car home! Walked into Atlantic Dodge on a Monday evening. Test drove a Grand Cherokee, and TA let me take it home for the night. Returned the next morning and purchased the vehicle. I had test driven numerous SUVs and 3 different dealerships. This was by for the best experience I had, and the Grand Cherokee outclassed the competition.

If you are not a smoker you can smell smoke in a car that no one else can. I bought a used car from the dealership that had been a smokers car and the dealership promised the would resolve the problem. Well I complained that it still had a smokey odor and they did a complete interior shampoo, I still smelled it and again he wanted me to be happy and again a complete interior shampoo. People said I was being picky but I could still smell smoke. This time he personally intervened as he also is not a smoker. They scrubbed the Roof, Carpets, Doors, Seats front and back and cleaned the air ducts. What can I say .... I am happy, it is great and a pleasure to deal with a business owner as committed to customer service as Mike Lowe. Just know that no matter what they stand behind their cars. Thanks Mike.

had an appointment 730 am....help not friendly at all from the time walked in the door. one was out front smoking and the others on the computer never looked up. once checked in. they did not know how to start my old dodge....glow plugs dah....then the number one mechanic? hit the start 4 times then I had to instruct them on how to start the truck. just wanted oil change...will do it myself next time

We all know how much the car buying experience really stinks. You find a great car and then spend HOURS trying to get the numbers and paperwork finalized. Not here! I just bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was truly the best car buying experience I've had. They are down to earth, not gimmicky and don't try and push a bunch of stuff you don't want onto the final price. T.A. was my salesman and he was the BEST! He was quick to get the paperwork thru, got my vehicle prepared and me out the door within no time. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

We are travelling from Nova Scotia, Canada and needed a warranty service on our vehicle. We were also having problems with one of our tires. The dealership exceeded our expectations with drive-in service, no appointment necessary, and they were able to fix the nail puncture in our tire. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The price for both the service and repair were excellent. We definitely feel that we had outstanding service from this dealership. Thank you.

Only one car was returned when I searched Cars.Com for a van by minimum year and maximum mileage and price. That was Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Unfortunately for me, that was about 150 miles north of my home in Melbourne. I called Joey Cassata, the Internet Sales Manager for Atlantic and he described the vehicle to me in detail. I mentioned to Joey that my credit was somewhat mediocre and I didnt want to make a 150 mile trip just to find out I didnt qualify for a loan. He took all of my information and some wizard in the finance department got me pre-approved with great terms and even managed to get some of the banks fees waived. Only one matter remained and that was my trade. I wanted to trade-in my faithful traveling companion of 10 years (my car, not the wife). I explained the condition of the vehicle, in great detail, to Joey and told him where I wanted be, dollar wise, after the trade. Understanding that he couldnt commit to a dollar amount over the phone, he said he felt meeting my goal was conceivable. After a couple of days of passing information back and forth, my wife and I made the long drive to St. Augustine. We got done to business immediately upon arrival. Their car was exactly as Joey had described it and I was pleased with their offer for my trade. On to the finance department where I was presented with many options for financing and warranties.Overall, the entire process went exactly as desired and planned with absolutely no surprises. As I told Joey when we began negotiations, I can get a good deal on a car right here in Melbourne, but I am looking for a GREAT deal. Atlantic and there staff did not disappoint and my 150 mile return trip to Melbourne was with a smile all the way.

I had been looking for a 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet for a couple of weeks. I found a nice Black one on the website of Atlantic Chrysler Jeep Dodge St Augustine. I called and spoke to the internet manager Joey Cassata. I asked Joey if the price was really as advertised, then asked him what the price was for a cash deal. He told me so I liked what he said and drove down to the dealership to look at it. He opened it car up and started it and let me look it over. I then said I liked what I saw and reconfirmed the price and then said UI was going to think about it. He said no problem, here is my card. I was shocked, that he did not try a high pressure sales tactic that I am used to. I actually thanked him and said thank you for not using high pressure sales on me. He said no problem. I drove home and continued to do more research and found that his deal was the best for the options I was getting. I called him back two days later and reconfirmed the price as a cash deal. I then drove down to the dealership today and bought the car as agreed to. Joey was upfront from the start, no hidden fees. Everything he quoted me verbally was what I paid today. Joey then, showed me everything about the car, introduced me to the service department and parts department and to the manager of the dealership. The whole experience was pleasant and I got a great deal and value. I would recommend Joey and the dealership anytime.

Went in to my local St Augustine dealer, second time I've been there. Bought our first new car from them in 2007 and have been using them for service of all our vehicles ever since. Quick to provide transportation to work when I have to leave the car, and they even give me a place to work with internet access when I have to stay on location. Went in to test drive a used Mercedes and ended up falling in love with a Chrysler 200 Sport. Sales staff did awesome job of finding me one in Cherry red with a sunroof and killer sound system! Car is loaded with bells and whistles but Finance staff managed to keep my payments lower than I had!
