I dropped into Atlantic Honda to see the Honda Fit that my grandson was interested in an met a gentleman name James Wells he was helpful in anserine the questions I had and made the purchase with in 15 minutes I picked up my grandsons car in 2 days and was very surprised that Atlantic Honda gave me a full tank of gas when generally when you purchase a new car the dealer gives you 1/8 of a tank just enough to drive to the gas station. My sales man James Wells and the finance manager were both very professional. Yes I will go back to make another purchase for my younger grandson as well with in the next 2 years. Helen Karwowski

I just bought a new Honda Civic and I have to say everyone at the dealership has been great. Friendly, helpful, the process was quick and easy. Rick Anthony was great. I am very happy with my car. I did have a problem with the trunk and I took it in for service and Romeo and Alex helped me and they to were great. They fixed the problem in 5 minutes and I was out. Great Service... PS Turns out the trunk issue was my fault :)

Went in for a used car and met with the best, most professional gentleman (salesman) I had the pleasure of meeting.(Uncle Mike) worked with me diligently to make a deal that fit my budget and the amount of miles a day I would be driving, along with concerns of $$$ fuel/gas consumption every month.When (Uncle Mike) and I ran out of options with finding a certified economical or hybrid used car that suited my every need especially budget, comfort and economy, He took the bull by the horns and created options for me to trade in and purchase a new car.I'm now enjoying a 2017 State of the art!, Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, averaging 55mpg (clean pass vehicle)(Uncle Mike is a seasoned veteran of the automotive industry, a true professional with a great deal of knowledge and experiences, I highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a used or new car on long island.His stories are pretty funny too!Grateful;Nicolas A. I have brought my car to many dealerships over the years, and never have I been satisfied until I went to Atlantic Honda. Nick was extremely attentive, courteous, and professional. I came in on an extremely busy day and Nick made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. He made me feel very comfortable and ensured me that I was in good hands. Diego was extremely patient and friendly throughout the whole process. We came in the first day to look at cars and we really we just beginning our process. There was lots of conversations and information that was given to us. We left that day to look at other cars but we returned to get the car at Atlantic because of the many positive interactions with had with Diego and staff at Atlantic. After looking at other dealerships with used cars that were clearly not in the best condition compared to Atlantic mint conditions of their cars I was delighted to purchase my vehicle from them Diego was a pleasure to deal with during this process and I clearly would go back there again.

I finally had the opportunity to buy myself a new car. This excitement left after three different Honda dealers gave me the worst experiences of my life when it came to buying a car. These dealers had rude salespeople, lied about having the car I wanted just to get a down payment in hopes of stringing me along until they got the car in, or lied about having the car so when I got there, they hoped they could convince me in buying a different car or last year's model. One dealer even had the audacity to try selling me a damaged vehicle (bumper was clearly damaged and poorly repainted) as a new vehicle. I almost gave up but as a last hope, I went to Atlantic Honda and was immediately greeted by Joanne. Joanne was absolutely amazing to me. She listened to me, listened to what I wanted, promised me promises she could keep, and was absolutely straight forward with everything. There were no games, no hidden scams to try and get me to buy something else, and the finance people did not push anything on me after I said no to all the packages. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Atlantic Honda! You made buying my 2017 Civic Hatchback painless and easy. Thank you again Joanne, you were amazing!

I have purchased many Honda's over the past 35 years and currently own 5, in our household. I have had good experiences and bad, in the past. After having a terrible experience with another local dealer a few days prior, I cancelled the sale of two vehicles on delivery day, and headed over to Atlantic. By chance, we were greeted by Joanne who was knowledgable and straightforward. She honored the prices we requested and made the transactions a great experience. The staff was professional and efficient. They also DID NOT have "high pressure" finance people, like another dealer who will remain anonymous, who/which, by the way I truly despise! Instead, the two gentlemen we dealt with were exactly that; Gentlemen. We picked up our 2 new vehicles last night and couldn't be happier. My daughter now has her first car, a 2017 HR-V and one of my son's now has a 2017 Civic Hatchback. We love them both!Thank you Joanne, you were great!

I had a really nice car buying experience here. General Manager Rick Alessi greeted me (offering us some homemade coffee cake) and Joanne Lloyd was our Sales Representative. Joanne was extremely informative, helpful, patient, and friendly. At no time did she ever make me feel pressured to make any decisions that I wasn't comfortable with. In addition, Joanne stayed over two hours passed their normal closing time, to make sure that I was happy with everything. Ron in finance was helpful and patient as well.

I really loved the service. I was waiting in my e-mail for the survey but I never received it so i decided to look for the dealer rate so i could share my great experience at Atlantic Honda. Alex Tinnirello was very understanding of my needs and friendly. I go there at 7:30 in the morning for oil change, battery and tire rotation. I thought it was gonna take so long but i was very fast. After a frustrating, exhausting & stressful three weeks visiting Honda dealerships all over Long Island & Queens in search of a used CERTIFIED Honda Pilot i was ready to call it quits and just go with a different make, but i decided to give it one more try with Honda & headed down to Atlantic Honda and im glad i did! Upon entering the dealership i was greeted by a staff member and i was personally walked over to the used inventory dept of the dealership & introduced to Jesus Ramirez (salesperson) & Matt Byrne(manager). There Huge Certified Honda Pilot inventory depicted exactly what a Certified Honda Pilot should look like(new tires,new brakes, limitied flaws on paint & interior), unlike other Honda dealerships in Long Island who's certified Honda Pilots resemble vehicles that should be heading to auction & were not worthy of being stamped Honda Certified!! & to make matters worse they were asking for top dollar!! Jesus was extremely patient,helpful,honest throughout the entire process & was able to get me in the Honda Pilot of my choice. Also special thanks to Manager Matt Byrne for also assisting on the sale and making it possible for me to make the purchase! Upon picking up my 2013 Honda Pilot exl it was flawless and triple detailed & Jesus threw in some custom all-weather Pilot mats!!! My family made countless visits to Honda dealers in Nassau & Queens. It became frustrating visiting Honda dealers who had vehicles in less then certified conditions priced at top dollar.We also received poor customer service...But, then we came across Atlantic Honda where they exceed our expectations they had outstanding customer service (Jesus Ramirez) and Manager Matt Bryne. We just bought a used Honda CRV from the pre-owned side. When we got there Anthony was very friendly and informative. We waited to see about our trade in. The next day, Anthony called and asked us to come back in and he would try to get us into the car we wanted. We spent a few hours there with him and Richie and by the time we left with our new car, we were treated like family. Anthony went out of his way to get us a deal on the car. We will be coming back for our service and for future cars. Thank you guys for a great experience.

My mom was looking for a pre-owned minivan and we visited Honda since she like the Odyssey. My sister recently purchased from them so we thought we would check them out. They showed us everything my mom was interested in and the way they cleaned their pre-owned vehicles were as if they were brand new. We visited other dealerships and saw they did not previously clean the car. That was a huge statement to my mom; to show off a car with dog fur on the inside was a deal breaker for gong with another dealership.The staff that worked with us were awesome. They were super helpful, answered questions that we had and even gave us their cellphone's numbers if we had questions or concerns with anything and needed to get into contact with them. When it was time to pick up our minivan, Eric in Finance went over and explained all the paperwork that needed to signed and there were a lot of papers. When we purchased a brand new Nissan 2 years ago, they did not explain thoroughly everything we had to sign. Jesus, our sales consultant, had the day off but he came in just to help us with the minivan and explain all the features that came with it.

This is my 6th car leased Atlantic Honda. I first met Mr. Joey Naim 8 years ago at a very bad time in my life. I was newly divorced single mom with 2 daughters. I needed a reliable car for myself and my daughter who was of driving age. Through Joey expertise I was able to lease a car for myself and my daughter where other dealerships turned me away. The team at Atlantic Honda was AMAZING!!! They treated my family like their own. Since then I have leased Honda's since 2008 with Joey. My second daughter is driving a Honda now ! I came to Atlantic for curiosity about an ad in the Newsday not to actually make a deal. At Atlantic, I met with Mr. Rodriguez, a very friendly and supportive sales agent. He sat us down and went to various scenarios. During this encounter, he appeared to be very honest and willing to help us decide on making a deal. It did not take long for us to say yes. Mr. Rodriguez was the reason. I commend him and Atlantic for helping us finding the right deal.

Just want to say that John Marshall was wonderful to work with at Atlantic Honda. He was so patient and knowledgeable. This dealership is top notch because of guys like Nicholas Squeo. Nick always goes above and beyond for his customers. After 7 weeks got CRV back filthy with dead battery .It was in for air bag recall. Had to complain to get car back. I was told finally that it was ready and it would be cleaned. No updates while they had it for seven weeks. .Covered in leaves and dirt and dead battery.

I went to Atlantic Honda to buy a new 2016 Honda Civic EX after Smithtown Nardy Honda started to change the terms of our agreement at the last minute and made their Civic more expensive. Not only was the Atlantic Honda salesman more open and upfront about how much it would cost, but they beat Smithtown Honda's original deal BY FAR. It honestly felt like I was just hanging out at the dealership and then they gave me a car in the end. Painless, fast and simple. I highly recommend Atlantic If you're looking for a Honda, they'll match or beat any other deal you walk in with.

Went to the Atlantic Honda dealership to either lease a new Honda Pilot or buyout existing lease for 2013 Honda Pilot which was leased from the same dealer. Got the runaround. After many calls (about 1 a week) prior to appointment about lease equity and to come in and to apply the lease equity to a new car. Went to the Atlantic Honda dealer today, met with the same sales agent that I leased my 2013 Honda Pilot from and they checked the car for lease equity. Went to bathroom with son and sales agent was gone and had us wait 20 minutes. Sales agent finally came back and showed me pricing sheet for 12,000 miles when i wanted 15,000 miles which was much higher than what I paid for 12,000 miles and started selling me on putting down $5,000 to get a higher payment for 12,000 miles than what i paid for my 2013 pilot for 15,000 miles. Didn't say anything about the lease equity which was what i came in for. I asked and he said there was no lease equity since my car was in an accident (hit and run when i was sitting at light) which i would have mentioned had i been asked about it. Then I asked about interest rates for buying out 2013 pilot and then the finance guy came and after running my credit could only tell me it would be in the 3's (%). Couldn't give me an interest rate after running my credit. The finance guy acted like I was dumb. I told him i can get a better rate at the credit union. I walked out and went to the credit union and got a 1.99% interest and bought out my lease. Felt like Atlantic Honda really didn't want my business. Since I had purchased 2 cars from Atlantic dealers in the past including the same Honda dealer, expected a better experience and more transparency. The pricing sheet they showed me was not the best price. Used to be the best price for car dealers and is no longer the best price anymore. Really wasted my time and gave me the run around. I expected more since I had purchased the car from the same dealer. Don't bother coming here. No longer the best price on cars and didn't want my business.

I came in late Wednesday not even looking at used because I wanted very specific things. Out of chance I happened to talk to Mr. Terrell Carpenter who went out of his way to look for the exact car I wanted. He found me a gem of a car. Nicole Plumitallo in service made sure it was all done up in time for me to pick up. All the guys at Atlantic are amazing Mr. Zheng made sure we found the best deal explaining everything in detail and of course I can't mention Atlantic without mentioning Mr. Rick Alessi the legend of Atlantic. I really just wanted to leave a review to thank Jason Yang and Atlantic Honda. When my car died suddenly and I needed a new one fast, I was immediately stressed out. I walked into Atlantic Honda just to look because I was unsure of what I wanted but knowing I liked the look of a Civic. I had quickly looked at the features online and thought the car seemed way too techy for me, but I liked the look and size of it. Jason was an outstanding salesperson! He explained everything to me, he was so patient and answered questions without me even having to ask or think of them. I wanted to look at another car brand just for my own peace of mind, knowing I just didn't buy the first car I looked at, and not only did the car not even compare to the Civic, but it just showed me the differences in dealerships/selling styles. Needless to say we went back to Atlantic Honda and I drove home in my new Civic an hour later. I would recommend Jason and Atlantic Honda to anyone looking for a new car. He was so thorough and I never felt pressured to buy. Overall it was a great buying experience and I'm in love with my new Civic!

Its been 12 years since I shopped for a new car and was delaying the 'buying process' for quite some time as I did not want to go through the perceived hassle of car shopping and have always been wary of car salespeople, often with good reason. No pressure sales is what we experienced at Atlantic Honda when dealing with Chip Reese. Everything was explained in detailed regarding the purchase of used Accord. It took longer than usual to process because the bank incorrectly voided one of the applications buy the staff bent over backwards to accomodate us and make us as comfortable as possible. By the time I left I felt like they were family. Great experience which is why we keep going back. The atmosphere is NOT high pressure, the sales men and managers are great.

This has been one of my best experiences at a car dealership. Ron was very thorough in explaining the features of both the Honda Civic and Accord 2016. He answered each and every question and had our best interests in mind. We were never under any pressure to close the deal. We in fact spent a considerable amount of time in evaluating the cars, went back and then returned the week after to close the purchase with a brand new Honda CivicDave Moore also helped us in getting a great deal. And to top it all Dave Shapiro from Finance was extremely professional and also readily changed all the paperwork when we decided to modify some of the Financial options we had originally agreed to. Overall I will highly recommend this dealership for their expertise, professionalism and for a great buying experience.

This was the best car buying experience I ever had. It all started with Sharyce the Internet coordinator. She responded to an Edmund's quote request. I told her how much I wanted to pay and she went to her manager and got me my price. She handed me to James Andrew Wells, the salesman. He was the best. He located the color I wanted and coordinated the accessories. He kept me informed every step of a the way. I was able to apply for the financing on the Internet. I was very nervous that everything seemed so easy. It was all handled by email or over the phone. I asked questions about getting an extended warranty so he gave me over to Dave the finance manager. They couldn't meet the quotes I got from other dealerships. He apologized for not being able to meet the other quotes. I was very worried that something was going to go wrong once I got to the dealership. It went great. There was no pressure. James showed me all about my new car. I don't remember thie name of the person I signed the financing but I must commend him , he told me that Atlantic was a different kind of dealership. They wanted to make it a good experience. I felt very comfortable driving it home. My husband passed away last year so this was the first time I handled this by myself. Everyone I came in contact with was great. I have the car home and I love it. I can't thank them enough for the fabulous worry free service.

Joey helped out a lot, he took me over to the used car lot and showed me a couple of Certified Pre-Owned Civic's and Accord's and was kind enough to take me out on a test drive for the car. When it came to actually purchasing one, him and Jose explained how it would be beneficial and better off to lease a 2016 Honda Civic, which I did. I appreciated that he was looking out for my best interests and wasn't just trying to make as much money as possible off of me.

Upon walking in to the new showroom at Atlantic Honda Bayshore I was greeted by both a customer service rep and a sales rep. I walked in feeling valued and appreciated, not rushed, and not feeling forced into any situation. It was extremely relaxing to say the least. After sitting down and reviewing what I WANTED with the salesman they were able to not only service my needs but exceeded my expectations. My salesman Mr Jason Yang is a man that knows his product and can make what I am always fearing, a dreadful experience at a dealership, a seamless and smooth transaction. The next part of my experience at Atlantic Honda was dealing with their Finance manager Mr Dave Shapiro. Once again I would like to reiterate I was treated like gold by not only the people that greeted me but all the different reps I dealt with. Mr Shapiro sought out to find me the best possible lease programs that fit by budget. Furthermore after figuring out some of the programs would not be the most beneficial to my purchase Mr Shapiro went out of his way to reach out to his supervisors to find me the best possible deal. Which leads me in to one of the last representatives I had the pleasure of dealing with, a Mr Rob Kiernan, one of the head sales managers. He walked in to the office and had one mission, he made sure I left with the exact car I wanted (trim and all) at the price point I felt comfortable making payments on. I want to say thank you to everyone from the girl who greets people at the reception desk all the way to the sales reps and finance reps I dealt with. I cannot say how happy I am with my new car and how happy I am that this process was painless. Thank you for everything Jason Yang, David Shapiro, and Robert Kiernan. I've never had a problem with Atlantic dealers. Granted there are people that have had bad experiences at any dealership. However this is my second time to Atlantic dealer. The first time was Nissan and this time Honda. Neither time have I had any problems. Great salesmen each time also. Nissan was Carlos Kellner and this time at Honda I had Jesus Ramirez. But great salesmen and had no problems either time.

I HATE car shopping, and I really, really am not a fan of car salesmen. JJ Marshall was my car salesman first in 2010, when I leased my very first car on my own. My white 4-D Civic treated me well, and so did JJ. In 2013, I came back for my Honda CR-V, and, in 2016, I came back for my Pilot. He never speaks out of turn, is always communicative, and is efficient. Pilots are hard to come by, and he was honest. He said it would take some time, but he kept in touch while he found me the perfect truck. He did the paperwork before I even came in! He is such a true gentleman in his career and life!

Recently bought a 2016 CR-V and their customer service was excellent, especially the coordination between the sales floor, finance and management. They made me feel valued as a customer, even calling me back after the sale to help me update my phone pairing (my contacts didn't transfer for some reason). Also gave me great deal, i got a brand new car for only a few thousand more than the used one I was looking at and had me out of there in 3 hours start to finish! Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend them (Chip Reese was our salesman).

It has been awhile since I bought a new car ( ten years to be exact!) and to be honest, I wasn't looking forward to it. Three weeks ago I had went to another Honda dealership and was very turned off by the way they treated me, they didn't take me as a serious buyer. Not here at Atlantic!! Karla was a perfect salesperson for me, she was relatable, not pushy, and completely helpful- As I sat there, I felt like I was sitting and talking to a friend, not one of those pushy sales people types. Before driving away in my beautiful new car Karla sat with us and managed every setting of the car to our liking, set up the bluetooth, made sure that my phone, music, an life synced up. If you are one of those people who like me, was nervous to deal with car sales I highly HIGHLY recommend Karla. We had a very nice experience with the staff at Atlantic Honda. Our salesman, James Galgano, was helpful, knowledgeable, and NOT PUSHY. He was patient and understanding of the fact that my husband and I were cautious about making a big purchase. We also spoke with another gentleman, I believe his name was Rob, (or Ron...Rick? (Sorry, I'm awful with names) that was helpful, as was the gentleman in the finance department that took care of that end of things. We feel we got an honest and fair deal, which is of the utmost importance. As was the fact that we were granted some space and time, over a few weeks from first coming in to look at cars. We will, likely, come back when the opportunity, or necessity, arises.

I was blown away when I walked into Atlantic Honda. I had been car shopping for what felt like, forever. I had also been scorned from a few other dealerships, so when my father and I walked into Atlantic Honda he told me, don't get your hopes up, who knows what will happen in here. As soon as we sat down with Joey, we could feel the difference. He didn't just see us as another contribution to his paycheck, he saw us as people. of course there was some bad news from the credit check. According to credit karma I have a 730, but according to their bank I had a 649 due to late payments on my student loans. A crushing blow, just as I think we're on our way to sign the paper work. David Shapiro worked with me and understood my situation. He reviewed everything and was able to get me approved. I am very thankful to the both of them for my new car.

I have purchased two cars from Atlantic Honda. The first car I made an offer for 21,300 and the offer was accepted. I was excited about the purchase and signed the paperwork to later find the numbers had been been reversed to 23,100. The most recent purchase I wanted all season mats in the car. I was given the bill of sale where I was asked to sign and pay my taxes, first payment, bank fee and dmv. Then I was asked to pay for my plates separate. When I questioned the dmv fee, I did not get a copy of my purchase agreement. Later on when I questioned the 200 dollars I was told it was the taxes on an incentive which was not true. Be careful with your purchases and double check your figures BEFORE you sign any agreement!

We were lucky to encounter a wonderful sales person named Muhammed. He listened carefully to us and was able to work effectively with us to get the car we wanted at the price we wanted. I brought my certified used car in for service because it said it needed an oil change. When I checked the book the symbol on the dash also said the oil pressure was low on the car. The car also made a clanking noise when it shifted. Mainly in reverse. I got the car back from the service department that supposedly gave the car a wash as well. The car was in worse condition than when it went in. The Windows front and sides of the car were filthy. When the guy puts the car in reverse to hand us the keys the clanking sound was so loud uncle Mike the sales man was concerned. We had gone to him with these concerns as well and he was looking at inventory to help us trade in one vehicle to another for about the same price. To make a long story short. They pulled the 2 other cheaper cars out of the inventory while we were waiting for service. Had me my husband and 4 year old waste a whole day, ran my husbands credit all for nothing. I am so disgusted at Atlantic Honda. I will make sure everyone knows about my experience. The only answer I got from Richie the boss was to drive the car until something happens or breaks. What does that mean for my family. Maybe an accident on the highway. An update. We did speak to a manager Richie and Frank. They still have not refunded our money were very nasty and uncooperative. The parts department Alison charge a $60 unauthorized payment on our account. Richie's response was do what you have to do. So I did. Contacted my bank and am disputing charges and put a complaint with the better business bureau. Will not stop here will take it to headquarters.

Not only would I purchase another vehicle from Atlantic Honda, but I would recommend family, friends and anyone else interested in finding a vehicle to visit Atlantic Honda. I put off trading in my vehicle for months because I did not want to deal with the painstaking process of visiting the stereotypical car dealership where everyone swarms you as you enter and immediately you feel like they'd sell you the garbage cans if you show interest. However, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by staff but not overwhelmed. This made me feel like they actually cared about me and not "the sale." The staff....(FRANK T, LARRY, CLYDE, GM RICK AND MANY OTHERS0 were the most helpful and professional group I have ever dealt with. They did not try the low-ball me with my trade-in, and I found a vehicle on their tremendously stocked lot immediately. HUGE THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT ATLANTIC HONDA!!!!

This dealership is incredible, especially the salesman Jesus Ramirez. He made me feel incredibly comfortable for my first purchase at this dealership. Now to be completely honest, when I got home I noticed a bump/crack in the one area of my trunk lid. I wish that they would have pointed this out, but to be honest there were enough times that I've passed the car or had the car in front of me and did not notice anything wrong. Therefore, I blame myself more than anyone else, including the dealer. I'm the one who should have done a thorough look over, even after my test drive. So, other than that, go to Atlantic Honda. They really take care of you and their certified pre-owned vehicles feels as if they are brand spanking new from the moment you drive off the lot.

This was for first visit to Atlantic Honda. After visiting other dealers our experience at Atlantic Honda, specifically with Ron, was great! We did not feel pressured or that typical "games" with numbers were being played. Everything was in black and white for us to see and review before making a decision. Rons knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in really helped use to make an informed decision. We felt confident we made the best choice purchasing our 2016 Odyssey Touring edition and will definitely be repeat customers.

Ron was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had worked out a possible price for leasing the day before and when I called to tell him I wanted to go ahead, he reserved the car to make sure there would be no problems and was true to his word about the price. He answered all my questions and gave me all the time I needed. After he had completed the sale and was showing me some of the features in my car, he noticed some dirt (I didn't even notice it) and took care of it right away. I purchased a new 2015 Civic this week. The negotiated price was fair and was arrived at quickly. What I most appreciated was that there were no additional "delivery" or "dealer" fees added to the price. When I went to pick up the car, everything was exactly as we had agreed to. They took the time to explain the optional maintenance plans but in no way pressured me to accept any of them. My car was delivered spotless inside and out.

The Service Department was so exceptional in customer service that I would recommend to anyone who is driving a honda. Everyone was friendly and accomodating, but the whole expirience of buying a new car took too long in my opinion. There was some confusion with the tags, registration, and insurance that I don't think would have happened if they were better organized. It also took a very long time just to print the paperwork once everything was agreed upon. Overall a good expirience and a very friendly salesperson, but I wish the whole expirience could have gone faster. We were there for 6 hours even though we knew what we were interested in purchasing before arriving.

On Saturday, April 30,2016 I noticed my inspection was due on my 2015 Accord. I went over to Atlantic Honda and even though I did not have an appointment and the dealership was extremely busy the Service Manager, Romeo Mejia came out to greet me and assure me my car would be inspected as soon as possible. From the second we walked into the dealership until we walked out with our new Honda 6 hours later everything was top notch. Anthony our salesperson has a lot of patience. Especially when dealing with a family of 4, and 2 of them are teenage girls. He sat with us for over 3 hours, let us both myself and my husband test drive the cars. Then let us look thru the lot at the colors that were available on sight and then what was available at their warehouse. Ended up picking a color at the warehouse. Anthony even followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with our new car.After getting the car, we had a tech person, sit with us for around 30 minutes showing us how everything works. He too had a lot of patience because I had a lot of questions.Anthony and everyone else we dealt with were professional and not pushy at all. To keep all of the kids entertained and even some of the adults that were waiting for service, they had manicures,, massages and complimentary popcorn and hot dogs.Will make the trip back to Bay Shore the next time we need a new car even with it being at least 45 minutes away.Roberta and Steven

Anthony was by far the best dealer I've ever dealt with. My husband went to look alone as I was at home with a napping 2 year old. My husband found the minivan of my dreams and asked Anthony to hold onto it so I could come see it, instead of holding it he jumped in the van with my husband and brought it to my house. By the end of the day we had put a deposit down on the van. Anthony worked with me on pricing and adding roof racks. It was an absolute pleasure purchasing my dream van with Anthony and I would highly recommend using him.

We needed to get a car quickly for our college age son. His current car was old, had high mileage and was not dependable. Although we have always bought American cars, we had heard about the great reputation and longetivity of Honda cars. We went online and found a used car in our budget. Atlantic Honda promptly contacted us and we set up an appointment. Our salesman was Jesus Ramirez. He introduced himself, shook our hands and had a big smile. He listened to our dilemma. We also advised that we never bought a Honda before. Jesus was very knowlegeable and experienced salesperson. He explained about how Honda designs car that last and answered all of our questions. We went for a road test on the car we were interested in. It was perfect for our son. Good condition, low mileage and the car was cleaned, had new fluids, brakes and ready for sale. Jesus also helped us to get a great price and gave us a trade in on our son's car. What more could we ask for? We will definitely return to Jesus and Atlantic Honda for our next car. The car purchase was stess free and we thank Jesus for the great sales service and Nick Squeo who helped us get extra keys made for the car. All around excellent experience!

Ali found the vehicle I wanted--even though I didn't know I wanted it. The exact Pilot I looked for was not in stock at Atlantic, or any other dealership in the area. Ali showed me all the different vehicles that were ever so close to what I wanted, but not quite right for me. He had one Pilot with more equipment than I wanted, but which fit all my other desires PERFECTLY. The price of the car was well within my budget and only marginally above what I expected to pay for a car without this equipment. In addition, he asked me what I expected my trade in was worth, and agreed to my price with no haggling. He did a fantastic job.

I just purchased a new 2016 Honda pilot touring March 30, 2016 from Atlantic Honda in Bayshore New York. I was referred to sales consultant Jesus Ramirez from a friend of mine. When I called Jesus he made me feel comfortable immediately. I explained to him that I needed accurate financial numbers to make my decision on purchasing a new car from him. He called me back in 15 minutes and got down to business. no games, no lies just straight talk. I purchased the Honda the next morning. He guided me through the process as if I was his family. He walked me throughout his facility and introduced me to auto tech Jose Espinal and service advisor Nicholas Squeo. Walking back to the showroom he introduced me to Ben a parts advisor. Once back in the showroom he introduced me to finance manager Dave Shapiro ( who got me a lower interest rate from Honda then the rate I received from my bank). I asked General sales manager Frank Fardette if Honda sold giant gift bows because the car was a gift for my wife, he told me no we don't but I'll give you a bow to surprise your wife but please return it. Overall, This is my fourth new car purchase. Atlantic Honda's people made the atmosphere relaxing and very pleasant. JOB WELL DONE HONDA. I returned the bow two days later. Thanks again Jesus. I had a great dealer, Rick Alessi, he was great, organized, he was polite, professional and thoughtful to my dad, sister and myself being there. we were trading in two cars for two new ones and he was great with helping us make decisions, explaining the process, reasons for pricing, negotiating with my father who can be stubborn but all went well and the three of us walked out very happy. My experience at Atlantic Honda was excellent from the minute I walked through the door. I had the pleasure to work with Rich Alessi (GM), Brianna Ray (sales), John Marshall (sales), Charles Zheng (Finance) and finally Kris Hernandez (Service). I can not say enough good things about them. Mr. Alessi made a point to come and introduce himself to my wife, children and myself. He went as far as occupying my children while I was working with Brianna and John. Brianna and John are top notch, no pressure, no BS sales. I had issues and anxiety over returning my current Town and Country Lease to a third party Bank (US BANK), but Brianna explained what I needed to do and put my mind at ease. John Marshall was awesome and very knowledgable about the 2016 Odyssey we purchased. I then had the pleasure to work with Charles Zheng at finance where there was no pressure to buy this, or that, he was very professional and helpful in closing the deal. After picking up the car we experienced a slight electrical problem and had to return to the dealership. Everyone at Atlantic, from Mr. Alessi, to Brianna, to John, to the service department were very quick and happy to help. Mr. Alessi personally took control of the situation to ensure that my wife would have her new Odyssey to show everyone on Easter Sunday. They went out of their way to fix a problem that originated from the factory. I had the pleasure to be helped by service advisor Kris Hernandez. When I had to bring the car back in on the Saturday afternoon before Easter she made sure she did everything in her power to help. Mr. Alessi and Kris both worked to get me a loaner for the rest of the day so that my Odyssey could be fixed. Three hours later I was contacted by Kris, my car was fixed, washed, and ready to go. She even stayed after her shift to make sure she could deliver my car back in person. Overall I could not be more impressed with the entire staff at Atlantic. They are professional, honest and stand by their customers. I brought in my 2008 Hyundai Elantra to trade in for a 2016 honda civic. I was not really looking to lease but was given a better price for my trade in to lease rather than finance. After a lot of negotiating my salesman gave me what I was offered from someone willing to buy my car privately. After a lot more back and forth I got my payments down to what I wanted per month and my pay out of pocket down as well. Overall it was a long day but Phil really worked with me to get what I wanted.

I dealt with Tony Cucinella. He was so great. I've gone to other dealerships, and no one was like him. He helped me get a great deal with a car that I fell in love with. I purchased a pre-owned Honda accord V6L in October 2014. Uncle Mike Leopold was my sale person. At the time of purchase, I was told by Uncle Mike that new tires were placed on all Certified Pre-owned Cars from Bay Shore Honda. During the negotiations, I presented a competing offer from Jamaica Honda, same car, for substantially less money. He asked me to call them to see if it included new tires. It did not. We purchased the car. On Saturday, March 12, 2016, one of the tires developed a leak on the side wall. It could not be repaired. I went to All Weather Tires in Huntington. They iinformed me that these were not new tires but manufactured in 2011. I called the dealership and left a message for Mr. Rick Alessi, the General Manager of Bay Shore Honda. Mr. Matt Byrne, the Pre-Owned Sales Manger called me. I explained the situation to him. He said he would investigate with service department. I never heard from him again. I called approximately 3 more times. Matt (last name not given) in customer sales called me. I explained the situation to him. The fact that one of his sales person made representations during the sales negotiations bore no bearing on any responsibility on the part of the dealership. "He should not have said that". Mike (customer service) said he might have been able to do "something" if I brought this to his attention about a week after purchase. I fail to see why I wouldn't think in a 1 week, 2 weeks, or 16 months that these were not new tires. In addition to this review, I have lodged a complaint with Honda Motor Corporation of America.

This dealership was very courteous from the moment I walked in the door. They did beat the price I got from another local dealership by 40 dollars a month on a lease. They were much more willing to work out deal on the new Pilot when the other dealer I went to wouldn't budge on the price. I would definitely go back. They told me they try to beat competitors prices by at least 500 dollars so if you have a quote from another dealership they are worth a shot.

I give Atlantic Honda 5 stars because they had no idea I was coming (it was a spur of the moment decision), I was in a rush to get to my grandson's birthday party, and they got me out of my old civic and into a new one in under 2 hours! Not only that, they saved me $$$$!!! I highly recommend Joey and Atlantic Honda! Not to mention, the cars are AWESOME and get GREAT gas mileage! Thanks guys!

I brought my 2012 Insight in for a service light and it turns out that a defective spark plug caused damage to the motor. Before I bought the car my salesman (Anthony Cucinella) expressed the benefits of buying a certified Honda instead of a non-certified. It turns out that the motor had to be replaced and I was worried about out of pocket costs and how long I would be without a car. Not having any loaner cars available, Liz Murphy knowing my concerns made sure I was able to get a loaner car for as long as I needed until the motor issue was rectified. Nick Squeo kept me posted every step of the way and I was happy to receive a call from Nick letting me know that Honda was putting a new motor into my car without any out of pocket costs. Now my car is running better than ever thanks to the Atlantic Honda Team. I want to thank Anthony for advising me on a smart purchase, Liz for going the extra mile to make sure that I had a loaner vehicle, Nick for his knowledge and excellent communication and the unknown technician who did an excellent job. I am seventy years old and have been purchasing cars for 50 years. I have purchased or leased 3 of my last 4 vehicles from John Marshall at Atlantic Honda. I do my homework before shopping getting current resale values on my existing vehicles,reading reviews on new vehicles ,reviewing options,credit ratings etc. This is the only place where my research is comparable to the information being presented to me. I do not have to play any games like "let me see if my boss can do any better" or " if you can put more down we can get you a better finance rate" . These are honest ,straightforward people and my wife and I appreciate it.. Would I recommend this dealership to others? I already have. Many times.

My wife went to Atlantic Honda to have her 2009 Honda Pilot serviced which she has done since we purchased the vehicle new at Atlantic Honda. She enjoys going there because of the fantastic Customer service she always receives from there service center. I told her to look around at the NEW 2016 Pilot, which she did, but did not like the styling of it. She looked at several of the Pre-owned Honda Pilots and came home and said she saw several Pilots that she liked that were pre-owned. I went down a few days later and met with Sales Rep. Anthony Cucinella. He was professional and courteous, we looked at several of the vehicles that my wife had showed an interest in and were able to work out a great deal. Both Anthony Cucinella and Rich Lobraico made the process both smooth and accommodating. I cant thank you both enough! She loves her New to Her 2013 Pilot and could not be happier. Thanks !!!

One of the things I dislike most, is buying a new car. I hate to haggle over price and having to compromise what I really want for the sake of being able to afford it. What I loved about my experience yesterday, is that John Marshall heard me. I told what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay for it. I went into the dealership at approx. 4pm and literally drove out with a brand new Honda three hours later! Atlantic Honda is happy and I am happy. That's the way it should be!

My husband and I were interested in replacing our GMC Acadia and had set our sights on a Honda Pilot. We decided to start at the Atlantic Honda dealership in Bayshore where we were introduced to Uncle Mike. He took the time to find out what we were interested in and then shared all of the pertinent details regarding leasing, financing, certified pre-owned cars and much more. After he had answered every question we had, he took us for a few test drives and continued to inform us about the cars. We decided that we would buy the Honda Pilot. Our decision was based upon the great deal that we were given but also on the wonderful service that Uncle Mike provided. He was patient, kind and extremely understanding. He listened to our needs and provided options that were tailored to our unique set of circumstances. I scheduled my appointment with my old salesman John Marshall to purchase my second Pilot since my 1st one did its job and protected my children in a massive accident and was totaled beyond repair. We looked at 4 different Certified Pilots because I want what I want and he found it, again. I have been dealing with this dealership since they opened their doors in 2006 by using their service department with my Honda Civic from another dealer. I have purchased every Honda through here and always had great experiences.This visit, I learned what they meant when they CERTIFY their used vehicles. My Pilot was so new to the lot, it wasn't truly inspected for resale, but I wanted it. Well, needless to say, it needed new tires, new brakes, oil change, transmission fluid change, and all the other stuff that gets done. I became a fun fixture in the dealership, but it was worth knowing everything that was happening to benefit the SAFETY of my young children. Richard LoBraico personally discussed why things were taking so long.Other staff were keeping me company and providing me with conversation such as Dave offering my doughnuts. At the end, Anthony took the time to show me my new Pilot since it had different features than my older model. I LOVE the TEAM effort.I go in there and see how the sales reps treat each other and the management treat other employees and the staff treat the customers, and I can't say that it's a family. I have seen the same people since the beginning and that's the number 1 reason I continue to return with MY business.
