Overall the service was good. Some of the services were higher ticket. Unfortunately there is not another shop locally to compare prices charged. As always, the Staff was great. The new facility is awesome.

Spotted car I was looking for online and drove to dealership to check it out. It was just as advertised. Put a deposit the AMEX card and came back the following week to pick it up. Dealership had drive pick me up at the train station. Within an hour of arriving at dealership, I was on the highway headed back home. Not high pressure sales like other dealerships. Pleased with my purchase and the way I was treated at this dealership.

Don't normally do reviews but these folks did me right. Purchased a used Toyota with just the photos and the integrity of Steve Huett and it was an excellent transaction. Car was as advertised and it has been everything we had hoped for. I don't normally make large purchases without a direct eyeball on the item but this was all done over the phone--including the shipping to another state. Again Steve Huett is a man of his word and served us well.

My wife and I just took delivery on our new Audi that we had ordered. I cannot comment enough on our sales adviser Steve Colter. When we first looked at new cars he was well informed of the differences between the different trim line and engines of the vehicles we were looking it. Steve was able to place our order, correct one tiny error in the order system before production and kept us informed of the progress from start to finish. Jordan the finance manager, sat down with us and went through all the details of the purchase as well as additional services such as Audi Care, etc that we could add on. Upon delivery of our car, Steve greeted us as we walked up to the door, had the car ready for a test drive and made sure we were acquainted with all the bells and whistles before we left the lot. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will certainly use Tom Williams Audi and Steve again without hesitation.

My wife and I purchased a used BMW from Tom Williams Audi/Porsche. During our test drive we noticed the driver side mirror would not move, and upon deciding to purchase the paperwork included repairing the motor. While the repairs were performed satisfactorily, it took almost a week and a half of going back and forth (the reasons we were given were that the wrong part came in first, then an additional part was needed, then some other part was actually needed, etc.). The day after we took possession of the vehicle, the service engine light came on. At first it seemed like it could have been a loose gas cap, so I replaced the cap and the service engine light went off. After a couple of days, however, the light came back on. This time I took the vehicle to an independent shop and had it diagnosed. The VANOS solenoids had to be replaced and new oil filter installed and additional oil change performed. This ran just shy of $600. Within a couple of days of taking delivery we also discovered the trim around the front windshield has become dry rotted. Pricing parts to replace these pieces myself, I'm looking at just under $350. To be fair, I should have thought to inspect these pieces during the test drive, it just did not occur to me to do so. I'll chalk that one up to lessons learned. Finally, we are now going on having the vehicle for three weeks, and it still has not been detailed properly as promised. It was vacuumed and wiped down (maybe even with a damp rag, but was not detailed as promised). To make a long story short, while I was initially quite pleased with the salesman's honesty and candor, or at least the impression of such, the follow-through and subsequent issues without assistance mean that I cannot recommend Tom Williams as a dealership to do business with. Words of advice: take the time to truly inspect any used vehicle you may be interested in purchasing from Tom Williams, and I would highly recommend not accepting their word on any service performed without verifying as much as possible with an independent shop. In the end, we are content with our purchase only because of the low mileage and planned longevity of the vehicle we chose to purchase, but definitely not happy with the issues we've already experienced and the complete lack of prompt service and follow-through we've experienced.

Tom Williams Audi Porsche gave me a great deal on a 2011 Toyota Camry with only 7,500 miles on it. I did a 500 miles radius search and couldn't find anything that came close to the deal that they offered. I took a big chance by driving 311 miles to purchase a car that I only seen pictures of on the internet and it was everything that they promised. I would definitely buy from them again. The staff was very friendly and down to earth and not like the pushy salesman I'm used to at dealerships. Ask for Mark Colvin when you go here if you want the best deal you ever got on a vehicle.

This was the first time I purchased a vehicle from a dealership outside of my state. At first, I was a bit apprehensive about making such a large purchase from a dealership that wasn't around the corner from my house; however, the staff at Tom Williams Audi made this experience all the more pleasant and worthwhile. I purchased a 2014 Audi RS7 and drove from Miami, FL to Birmingham to trade in my BMW, all because of the level of service, professionalism and price I received from Jim Hardy, Lee and Greg. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile and questions of concern regarding my journey. Jim even offered to carry my bags in! Moments following my arrival, Jim immediately processed my trade-in and Lee brought the RS7 around so we can take it for a spin. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and walked me through the setup and customization process. We then went for an exhilerating drive on this two-lane stretch of road through the hills with bends and twists in abundance. It was there where I fell in love with the RS7! This entire experience has shed new light on the dread and skepticism associated with buying a car. The people at Tom Williams Audi are working hard to change that perception, and they have succeeded. Everything required by the representatives of Tom Williams to close the deal was unusual. I arrived to their dealership with a pre approval letter for well above the negotiated price for the vehicle. In past car purchases, I have always completed the paperwork at the dealer at the time of signing for the car purchased. However, Cy requested that I pick up the check at my bank before I came over to get the vehicle. Even though I thought that this was requiring an unusual burden on the purchaser ( which the bank manager agreed with), I stopped by the bank during lunch today (2/13/14). Unfortunately, When I arrived at the bank, representatives of Tom Williams had not faxed the required information for me to get the check or even begin the paperwork. I had even communicated to representatives of Tom Williams that I would be at the bank that day. Tom Williams was lacking in customer service by requesting the unusual step of my picking up the check. A car purchase should not be this difficult in this day and age of technology. I know that the check could have been transferred from my bank to Tom Williams without my taking time out of my busy work schedule. Why would they want to make the car buying experience harder? I have a theory.I do not know if Tom Williams wanted to sale the SUV to another customer at a higher price than I negotiated, but I find it odd that not a single representative called to inquire how they could make this right after my wasted trip to my bank. That is just common courtesy extended to a customer in any business.Sadly the representative from Tom Williams Automotive DID NOT live up to their motto to "treat the needs of each individual customer" or "demonstrate our commitment to excellence!"

Steve is fantastic. We went to Tom Williams to scout out Audi SUVs and Steve made sure we got a chance to look at everything we considered. We always get the feeling from him that he's trying to take care of us and our needs instead of just selling something. I bought my first car from Steve (Audi A4) and will always think of him as the go-to-guy for others down the road. He works on the Porsche side, so if you're looking for an Audi it's more than worth a trip to the other side of the building.

I spent about three weeks finding the perfect vehicle. I found it at Tom Williams Audi. The price was excellent and the value was great for the type of vehicle that I ended up purchasing. I called Hannah everyday and she was always friendly and helpful with every step of the process. She worked tirelessly to get me into the vehicle that I wanted and made every effort to ensure that I was happy before, during, and after the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism, value of vehicles and quality of staff.

Salesperson was very kind and friendly, but beware I was lied to a lot. Good thing I did my research online, dealer said I could not purchase a 2014 A4 with just Navigation, but checking the Audi website I was shocked that it is possible to purchase an A4 with just Navigation. If you can take you business somewhere else, it is recommended, don't believe anything the salespeople say. Although on the flip side, the dealership was very clean and had decent snacks (compared to other car dealerships). The paperwork took about 45 minutes to about an hour. Another warning, don't expect to receive any help after you've bought your car from here. I called and called Steve at least 3-4 times after I bought the car, and have yet to receive a reply. Good price on the car though, got it below Truecar, and the Audi MSRP.

My wife and I purchased a used 2009 Audi A4. My wife was alone when she purchased this car and I instructed her to ensure the tires on the vehicle were good. Mark Colvin told her that they would not put any vehicle on the lot that had 50% or less tire life and this vehicle's tires were in good shape. My wife took the word of this salesman and drove the vehicle off the lot. Once she arrived home I investigated the tires and found them to be in poor condition. Also, the vehicle's alignment is clearly off and the car shakes at interstate speeds. We have taken the vehicle to two different certified tire service centers and both places said they are in bad condition. In addition to this problem, they lost one of super expensive keys and gave us an owner's manual to an Audi TT. They did correct the last two problems. Ironically, while we were at their own service department a mere 2-3 weeks later getting our new key programmed, they provided a free multi-point inspection and they stated that the tires needed immediate replacement. We attempted to contact the general manager Chris Cull regarding this matter and he will not speak to me concerning this problem. Although, we love the car, this dealership will not be receiving any of our future business. If you do use this dealership I would inspect the product thoroughly and with a bit of knowledge because your ignorance may become their upper hand.

We were using USAA auto buying service to location a dealership near us. The information on the exact car we wanted was sent to Tom Williams because the dealership was a True Car Pricing dealership. Shortly after submitting the information I received a call from Hannah G. we went over all the information on the car. She said they had the exact car in stock. This was a surprise to me because we had been to Atlanta the week end before looking so I ask her to give me the VIN # on the car. She read off the VIN number. Even though I had their True Car Pricing from USAA I asked her the price. She put the phone on hold then came back and told me someone was test driving the car at the moment. I told her we would drive down the next day but could she email me the price, which she did. After 4-5 driving we were exiting off the interstate to Tom Williams dealership when we received a call from Greg. We had no idea who Greg was but my husband told him we were almost there. When we arrived at Tom Williams we were greeted by Greg. i told him we had been talking to Hannah, thats when he told us Hannah worked for him. He then told us that (Cy) would be bringing the car around in a few minute and directed us inside. Greg then made mention of the color of the car, i told him that is not the car we called about. He then went and pulled the information that was forward to them from USAA. Once he realize it was the wrong color he started back pedaling. He said that he could get the car we wanted. He went in the back and came back with a different price than the price Hannah emailed me(I have the email). We kept trying to get him to explain why the car price was so much more than the price she gave me with the only difference being the color( the charge for the color should have been 495.00) He couldn't explain that, so we kept asking him were was the car they thought we wanted. He could never show us the car. During all this I asked him for the VIN # of the car he said he could get for us. We asked him where was the car located. He told us Kansas, I said thats the same VIN# the saleman in Atlanta said he could get for us. My husband told him we were going for lunch and would come back. During lunch we discuss all the lies we were told in a very short period of time. When we went back to Tom Williams after lunch I told Greg we had many questions he could not answer: 1- where is the car? 2- why did the price change? 3- When did he realize they didnt have the car? 4- Did a magic jennie make the car disappear?( we never met or seen Hannah or Cy while we were there so I am guessing the magic jennie got them also). The car he said he could get was not in Kansas, it was in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area. We drove 4-5 hours on my birthday to get a car that only existed in their minds. If you are considering Tom Williams..Run the other way, unless you enjoy lies and a little bait and switch.

All I can say is WOW.. We dealt with Cy on internet sales . The men from this dealership are EVIDENTLY rewarded for bad behavior and when I called for a Gm well all I got was a TOOL. We had agreed on price with CY and he kept changing the terms . We live 4 hrs from dealership and asked for a Buyers Order but Cy said he would not give us one . He wanted a 2k dep but refused to give us something binding us to the SUV we had wanted to buy.. All I say to anyone even thinking about going to this dealer is to RUN. When you have a Sales Person( CY) tell you just because you drive a Linclon Truck doesn't mean we want to sellto you and we choose whom we sell to.. No surprise though this place is owned by Sonic Automotive which has horrible reviews on everything from Service to how they treat their customers. I complained to the GMS > Lowell . He didn't even call us back... Ridiculious..

I visited the dealership with my mother who has her heart set on an Audi Q7. We entered the dealership and had to search for someone to help us. They did not have a Q7 and the salesman told us that we could check back at the end of the month when they might have one... He didn't seem interested.We walked over Porsche part of the dealership to look at a Cayenne, since it is in the same class as her 2011 BMW X5. The greeter ignored us, and was somewhat rude when approached. He asked if we needed help. A few minutes later, they finally found a salesman; the same guy from the Audi side. I had to be a bit pushy to get him to show us the car I was interested in. He did not offer a test drive, but was kind enough to point out that the cheaper versions were around the corner.My family has bought 3 vehicles from the BMW dealership and 1 from the Landrover dealership which are part of the same group, but will not be buying a vehicle here. Their website states that they are enthusiastic about selling Audi's; the only thing they were enthusiastic about during our visit was getting us out of the dealership. We obliged.

I went to Tom Williams Audi to purchase an S5. I was there with my mother and we walked the lot for quite some time looking at vehicles and no one came out to greet us or ask if we needed any help. That left me with a very bad impression of this dealership. As a luxury car buyer and someone who has friends who purchase luxury vehicles I would never recommend this dealership to them.As far as I'm concerned, they lost my business and possibly future business from potential buyers. Good luck with such lousy customer service. Your company needs to start from the drawing board and learn how to treat customers with the respect that you would want.I ended up going to Atlanta and had an excellent experience. I will not be bringing my new S5 to Tom Williams Audi for service. I'll drive to Montgomery if I need service.

After speaking with Lee Goodson on the phone I visited the dealership and was greeted by Michael Corley. The service was very good and within three hours I was driving away in my new vehicle. I would recommend Tom Williams for future car purchases.

I was looking for a used vehicle. Alonna locate several vehicles I "thought" I wanted. After much indecision on my part, Alonna took the time to help me sort through what I wanted in a vehicle and the best fit. Still undecided, she called me one day and said she had located the perfect match for me. I went to the dealership, test drove the vehicle, we went through it - going over all the items on my checklist and it was a fit. When I picked the vehicle up, it was clean and Alonna made sure every detail was in place. While I was at the dealership, the staff was always friendly and professional. I have since been back to the dealership for servicing and have not been disappointed in the way I have been treated or the work done on my vehicle.

I was recently, searching for a higher end - used vehicle and decided to visit Tom Williams Porsche Audi. I was immediately greeted by Lee, a salesman who was friendly and very helpful. Even though I wasn't looking to purchase "new" just yet, he still spent time with me and patiently answered my novice type questions. Even though I am not ready to purchase a new Audi at this time, I will most definitely be buying it from this dealership when I do!

Took 2003 Audi A6 Quattro in for service to have timing belt changed. They had provided an estimate of $1865 over the phone. I confirmed this with the Service Manager. Later that morning received a call that they had discovered that the harmonic balancer was falling apart and had damaged the cover and the car would not be drivable unless these were replaced. Estimated cost was additional $535 for parts with no additional labor. Parts were not in stock and would have to be ordered and it would be two additional days before the car would be ready. There were no prior symptoms of this problem and you would think that if the problem was bad enough to damage the cover there would be some noise or other indication that there was a problem. However, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume this was a legitimate problem. My main complaint is the overall customer service. When they called to tell me car was ready, they provided me a final cost that was $100+ over the previous estimates. Even worse, when I arrived to pick up the car the "real" final cost was even higher ($2600) which was $200 over the estimates. No one could explain why the final cost was higher. How could they not know the real cost when they called to tell me the car was ready? Also, you can never get anybody to answer the phone when you call the Service Department. It always goes to voice mail and you have to wait for someone to call you back. Not the kind of service I would expect from an "upscale" auto dealership (or any auto service provider for that matter).

I came home on leave to purchase a pre-owned A4, I'm currently stationed at Robins AFB in middle georgia. First off the salesperson had very little knowledge of the vehicle she was trying to sell. The vehicle that I ended up purchasing was delivered dirty inside/out, with 1/4 of a tank of gas, repairs promised in my buyers contract were half done, they gave me my trade in vehicle as a loaner car while they allegedly serviced the the A4 I purchased. I had to ask my salesperson to clean the car after 4days and 3trips to the dealership. Worst of all after only owning my A4 for less than 3weeks the alternator goes bad. I purchased a 2008 Certified pre-owned A4 Quattro, now I have to ask myself how does a vehicle that was certified by a certified Audi mechanic is sold with a defective alternator and squeaky brakes pass an 300 point audi inspection with those issues? Finally when I call back to the dealership about my issues the only thing she seemed to be concerned about was the low rating I submitted on a survey about my experience with their dealership. Audi's are great driving machines, however if you are in the birmingham area and are lookin to buy an Audi I would strongly suggest you take you business elsewhere.

I used this dealer before for a 2007 A4 and was looking to purchase a 2009 Q5. They would not meet my trade in price on the A4 or willing to order or get the Q5 I was looking for. They wanted to sell me what was on the lot and I did not want what was on their lot, so I went on a search for my own car and found it at the price and terms I wanted over the internet at a dealer 100 miles away. Needless to say they had a firm buyer and I walked away to a dealer in Montgomery. I only use this dealer for factory serice and they are always slow on that and have never called me when my car is ready. They are only used for service, because they are close to my house. I must say I get better service on my Ford than my Audi, but I do love my Q5.

I took my A6 quattro in for service and when finished, I found greasey hand prints on the armrest of door and console. I pointed this out to them and they gladly cleaned them. However after driving sixty miles home, I smelled burnt oil after opening the door. So I raised the hood to have a look and to my shock I saw the oil cap missing and oil covering the engine compartment. I also found an eight inch long gash in the drivers door paint that was not obvious in the shade at the dealership when the car was given back to me. I called the service manager to voice my discuss with them and he was very apologetic and offered to send me oil, a new cap and a free car detail on my next visit! Why would my new car need a detailed just after the first oil change? Also he had no concern for the engine after the loss of oil.<br>On another visit (same car) for a recall, I was given a rental car from Enterprise, my car had been placed in a storage area and forgotten about for a month! I finally called them to inquire about the delay and was told they had norecard of my car being written up for service and I had to prove it to them by the Enterprise records via a phone call.<br>So the next call from them is to tell me that they could not find my car! So I politely tell them that I will report it stolen to the Jefferson County Sheriffs Dept. if I didn't hear fom them in two hours.<br>They found the car in a storage lot, dirty, would have it finished in two days with a detail job and I could pick it up. <br>Well they lied, it was still dirty, I got charged on my credit card for the rental and they refused to pay up until my lawyer got involved.<br>I'll never go back........
