I had a wonderful experience buying a car here. Communication was outstanding, service was excellent and friendly, the process was easy, and I believe I got a good deal. The salesman was Ernie and the managers I spoke with, Jason, Dave, and Josh, were all great to deal with too. Carrie communicated with us via email and set everything up, and all of that in the course of one afternoon. Thanks again!

After a month of car shopping and having terrible customer service everywhere we went there was finally the light at the end of the tunnel and it was this dealership. I had the pleasure of experiencing the best customer service through none other then the salesman Ernie Alvarez. Also the usually arduous process of purchasing a vehicle was made quick and refreshments were offered to make that short wait just a little more comfortable. Check it out for yourself. Audi exchange was a pleasure to deal with in the purchase of my slightly used 2019 gti. They were about 2 hours north of me so most of the deal was completed online and over the phone before I made the trip. The car was exactly as pictured and described. Ernie and Gonzalo were great to deal with once I got there. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Audi exchange in st Charles.
