Wow! Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had! Jerome was our Audi Specialist who helped me drive away with ease in a Mercedes ☺️ He made the process so easy and was beyond kind. We had gone to carmax thinking it would be an easy process and were treated pretty poorly. He was amazing and I highly recommend this location for all your vehicle needs! The entire staff was friendly and customer service makes the difference! Thank you guys for all of your help and making me a very happy customer! 🤍

I was very pleased with the service I received at Audi Huntsville. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. I really liked the video I received by text of the technician going over the car. My windshield had a small chip in it. Jeff called me to inform me that they could repair it for a small cost and it wouldn't take any extra time. That saved me from making another appointment to have it repaired. I appreciated the attention to detail!

We had a wonderful experience at Audi today. After searching online, we spotted a beautiful A5. We filled out the online inquiry and asked specifically for Harry who we had spoken with in the past. He promptly contacted us and set up a time for us to meet him. At the appointed time, he was ready with the car. He was very thorough and the entire process was easy and painless. We were in & out in less than 3 hours. Everyone in Audi was very professional and courteous, there was no badgering, and no hidden agendas. We highly recommend Harry & the Audi team for new and used needs!!

My husband and I had such a great experience with Audi Huntsville. The team was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My husband worked with Mark and Eric- and got him an amazing deal on a Q7...so good in fact I decided to trade my vehicle in for a new Q5! We won't go anywhere else for vehicles now!

I had an outstanding experience at Audi Huntsville. Mike Reed is exceptional and very easy to work with. Mike took the time to explain the key features of the vehicle I was interested in, and our negotiation on pricing was transparent. These guys are very fair up front and do not force you to haggle for a good deal. I would absolutely recommend Audi Huntsville, and Mike Reed specifically, for any new vehicle needs. This was an excellent customer service experience!
