I'm writing this review a week removed from picking up a new A6 from Audi Minneapolis. I worked with Tom Ekers. I felt compelled to post this review when, honestly, I never write them. Hopefully other car buyers find this helpful.I labor over purchase decisions like this. I do a lot of homework, research prices, features, options, all of it. I do so much research that I sometimes get a little "stuck" - meaning it's hard for me to get out of analysis mode. If you're the kind of person who has an Excel file comparing all the make/model options with pros and cons, then you buy cars like I do.Anyway, during my buying process, I went over to Audi Minneapolis to do a few test drives and just to gather info. I worked with Tom, and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He spent a lot of time with me, answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed. And, most important for me, never made me feel pressured in any way. We got in the weeds on options and technology, and he was very knowledgeable - as you'd expect from a dealership of this caliber. I ended up leaving with a beautiful A6 that has been a joy to drive. I've noticed that their inventory of new and used vehicles are just in terrific shape, which isn't true of all the dealers I visited. Given all the energy I put into getting a car, it should be a fun and enjoyable experience. That's what I had this time, and I appreciate the level of customer attention they give you at Audi Minneapolis.And Tom's follow up has been great. He even offered to set up an additional appointment to meet with me to go through all the technology in the car in detail...which I may take him up on.Great experience and will be going back to them for our next car.

I have been a satisfied customer of Audi Minneapolis' service department for a number of years so when it was time to buy a new car I wanted to include them in my search. I was looking for a newer used A4 to replace my 2002 A4. The salesman I worked with was Joel Heinen. He kept in contact with me during my search, listened to me when I told him what I was looking for, and searched the inventory for cars meeting my requirements. Joel is very knowledgeable on the Audi brand and was able to provide answers to all my questions on the spot. He suggested I look into financing through Audi which ended up getting me a better interest rate than I could through my credit union. When I picked up my car, Joel had it in pristine condition and took the time to help me understand how to navigate through the car's technology (radio, climate control, dashboard settings, etc.). Overall it was a great experience working with Joel and Audi Minneapolis.

I searched online for a Toyota Venza and found one that fit my needs/desires at Audi Minneapolis. Tom Ekers (sales) was very helpful and friendly in the process of my test drive and inspection. I am very happy with my purchase and really pleased with the price that I paid.I refuse to shop any dealer that says they are a "one price" shop. I was happy that Audi Minneapolis recognized the importance of negotiating with the buyer and offering the satisfaction of successful buying experience!

We recently traded in two used Audis and purchased a 2017 Q5 from David Falkman. The entire process went very smoothly, and David was a fabulous guy to work with...very knowledgeable, warm and friendly, efficient and extremely helpful! He was very patient in explaining the many technological aspects of the car to a female senior citizen who is a little behind in technological abilities, and he demonstrated much patience and willingness to get together anytime to go over things if I was having any difficulties! Working with David was a first class experience!

Lindsey Clements was such a pleasure to work with. I knew what I was looking for and she was very helpful in finding me the exact vehicle. We communicated online and set up a test drive, when I arrived, the test vehicle was ready to go. Once I was ready to buy, she helped me locate the vehicle (it was out of state) and had it shipped in. The day of the purchase was so easy! The whole process was amazing and took almost no time. The sales person that I worked with Mr. Joel Heinen. In a former life, I trained sales professionals, so I know a good one when I encounter one. Mr. Heinen certainly meets the criteria of an excellent sales professional. He was cognizant of my buying needs and interests relative to the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable, relative to the vehicle and was able to accurately respond to all of the questions that I posed to him. Finally, he found a vehicle, configured the way that I requested, in very rapid fashion. As an aside, it was the only such vehicle in the country. And, his post-purchase service, so far, has been great.Additionally, the other people in the dealership that I encountered (receptionist and financial closer) were very professional

It was time to purchase another car for my son. I was on a very limited budget!!! Because of that, you are at risk of buying a "lemon". No 30 day warranty or anything similar to cover myself. After along four day search, I stepped into the Audi Dealership, was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. Had some small talk with her until Chris Cohen(Audi Brand Specialist) came out.I told Chris about my situation, he was very professional...matter of fact it was like meeting a new friend.Within two hours I had brought a excellent (14) year old car. And was the proudest father on the block!!! Lol.God bless Chris and the Audi dealership, and may they have their best year ever!!!

My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle to replace her 2009 Chevy Tahoe for quite a few months. Since we live in northern MN we do a lot of shopping on-line. She had found a couple different vehicles that she liked so we planned on heading down for a day of car shopping. We called the dealership about 5 minutes before it was closing Friday night and got a hold of Matt Frost. We set up a time to meet with him the next day and drove down to look at cars. We took 2 different vehicles out for test drives and eventually agreed that the Audi Q5 was what we wanted.Matt was very informative and helped us out a lot when it came to understanding the options of the vehicles that we were looking at. He was extremely knowledgable when it came to the vehicles and really made us feel comfortable with making a decision. He was genuinely interested in what we were looking for in a vehicle and I would 100% recommend him to anyone that is going to Audi of Minneapolis to look for a vehicle.The dealership is the best I have been to when it comes to the level of professionalism of the staff and facility. The facility is so nice, clean and well taken care of. You can tell how much pride is taken by the staff, because of that I will be bringing in my Q5 for all of my service and maintenance work for sure.If you are in the market for a high end vehicle and a great buying experience I recommend that you go to Audi of Minneapolis and ask for Matt Frost to be your sales person.

Marija Trence was great! My car purchase could not have been more pleasant. After a hit and run driver totaled my (college student) daughter's car, I dreaded car shopping - and we had a limited budget. Marija was nice and helpful and after we agreed on a price, she gathered the necessary information and when we went back to complete the paperwork with Michelle, it took about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommed this dealership. The staff that helped us, Marija and Michelle were great to work with.

You want an Audi? Talk to Lindsey. I showed up wanting an Audi. But which one? The problem with a car purchase in 2016 is getting your salesperson to listen. Not an issue with Lindsey. Not only is she knowledgable, but she is very patient. I don't remember the number of cars I test drove with her, but I guess that's the point: it was a blast. I found an A4, and I am completely happy.

In November 2015, me and my wife landed in a situation where we needed to buy a car urgently. We had a limited budget and had certain things in mind for a car. I researched a bunch on Carsoup.com and created a list. We had already car shopped previous weekend and talking to car salesmen was not something we were looking forward to. However, when we ended up at Audi Minneapolis showroom, our guy David Falkman was very pleasant to talk to and to do business with. He showed us the car, 2007 Mazda 6, and showed equal enthusiasm and professionalism as, I'm guessing, he would have selling a brand new Audi. He took us out for a drive, answered our questions. We were very happy with the car and David helped us through the sale process as well. Throughout our process, David helped us a lot which was very refreshing. He had the car washed down for us. Also, when I indicated some issues with wiper blades and called him, he actually had a recommendation which wipers to get and called his mom to ask which ones did she buy last weekend. We felt we got very personal care working with David Falkman and Audi Minneapolis. I highly recommend David and Audi Minneapolis. Hopefully next time, we can afford an Audi and would love to have David sell us one.

I have appreciated the design of Audi for a decade or so but just recently acquired one and cannot see myself driving anything else in the future. Right at the start the service was friendly, inquiring and informative. Nothing close to sales pressure or steering towards their direction for a sale. Audi Minneapolis is definitely customer oriented not sales oriented and they figured out the philosophy makes sales. Both Sales and Finance sides were friendly and helpful in their efforts to meet my expectations and requirements. As far as my car is concerned, the A4 met expectations or imagination of what it I thought it would be like driving and left them in the dust. From interior design and convenience to driving comfort match performance I now understand the confidence behind the team at Audi. I went into Audi not sure what I was looking for, the sale guy Ben Peyton was great! Very patient and knowledgeable. Ben spent a lot of time asking question that I hadn't even thought of, helping me fined the car that was right for me. I must have test drove every car in the showroom and after ever one Ben just smiling would ask what I liked about it? (He knew I was having a blast!) I ended up buying an A4 2017, I love my new car! Just wanted to note the terrific job Matt Frost did when my husband and I stopped by the Audi dealership last Friday. Despite a very busy day there with customers Matt took the time to show us every car that might work for us. When he test drove the A3 first, he demonstrated many features on the car and performance qualities I hadn't known about and wouldn't have discovered if only we had test driven the car. Despite that what I was looking for was rare--a light colored interior--Matt hunted a few down and let us take our time considering them. He definitely put an Audi in the running in our car search. We had an awesome experience buying our Q5 TDI from Audi Minneapolis! Lindsey Clements was great - she is really knowledgeable. We were able to test drive the Q5 on Tuesday, then close the deal and pick it up on Thursday. Nick first showed me the car, and since Lindsey was off when decided to close the deal, he also was there when we took delivery. Aandrea the F & I manager was also great to work with. The whole process from start to finish took appx. 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. They were fair with my trade in and I walked away very pleased. This is the second time i've purchased an Audi from carousel and both times I worked with Mark Landy. Mark is great to work with and even made the process of getting out of my lease simple and painless in order to purchase my next car due to some changing family needs. Mark is fun and personable and made the process simple and easy. In addition, I never felt like Mark was pushing me to make a decision, simply presenting the facts. Well, this is my 4th Audi. My first which I just traded in, was a 2006 A3 Turbo which I was in love with. I did not want to part with it. I've been through an A4 and I'll be honest it was not my favorite. I switched it out for a Q5 in 2014 and my wife and the kids love it. Me not so much. I'm more a sports model look and feel type of guy. Hence when I started shopping around (and I only shopped around at Audi) for a new model Audi, I was intrigued by the eTron especially since it was still a wagon and I was not a big fan of the current A3 sedan. I liked the look and feel of the eTron and was set on making a decision. About a day or two prior to giving Mark Landy (Audi Sales rep) my decision, I was perusing some independent eTron reviews and from a price perspective it was comparable to an S3. I was very intrigued since the S3 was totally in line with the sports look and feel I was after. I did a quick online quote and that same evening I emailed Mark to find me one. One was in stock and two days later I was back at the dealer to seal the deal. Needless to say I am thrilled with my S3 and thrilled with the service provided by Mark Landy to find me what I was looking for! Definitely an Audi fan for life...

I have done a good share of business with Audi Minneapolis over the last handful of years related to servicing our A6's (neither of which were purchased there) and I just had my first purchasing experience with them... I would be remiss if I didn't single out the world's greatest Brand Specialist: MR. DAVID FALKMAN! The top attributes which influence the probability of a successful transaction (aside from the vehicle itself) are 1) the ability to listen, 2) knowing your stuff, 3) knowing when and how much additional information to provide, and 4) being likable... Mr. Falkman surpassed all of those expectations and then some so I not only look forward to working with him again but I can only hope that auto buyers can be so lucky as to have such a graceful experience. Walking into a dealer lot can be intimidating as a single person. But I had confidence in knowing that a co-worker bought previously (and several times) through Abdallah El-Sanjak and he recommended I use him. Lucky for me. Abdallah was a pleasure to work with. We have been consistently treated with respect and concern by the sales and service teams. Our "go to" people are Joel in service and Mark Landy in sales. I say sales reluctantly as that is the last thing he does...he learns what is important to you, educates you on opportunities and let's you decide. He wants what we want. After driving Lexus, Infiniti and Nissan brands for well over thirty years, last year (after much research) we decided to purchase an A3. A fabulous choice; so when we started looking for a small SUV type vehicle recently, we took what we thought was a good look at all of the choices on the market. First and foremost, Mike was awesome. From the minute i made a cold call for a sales rep to call me back all the way to when i drove the car off the lot, the entire experience was professional, easy, and transparent. Not to mention the car is beautiful and the actual deal was excellent. I first met David Falkman about 13 years ago when I almost purchased a pre-owned Corvette from the Carousel lot. Two things have stuck with me since then: 1. I should have bought that car. 2. Our experience at Audi Minneapolis was a bit different. My wife and I went looking for a Q5-either new or used. We were met by David Falkman who we soon learned was the son of an acquaintence from years ago. While catching up on his family, David took us for a test drive in a new Q5 but also informed us of late model used cars, specifically a 2015 Q5 2.0T. We left to decide what we wanted to do. When we returned days later, David met us at the door as if he was waiting for us. We learned that the 2015 Q5 we considered earlier was sold, but that a 2014 Q5 3.0T with all the desired features had become available. As a bonus it had the certified used vehicle warranty. David patiently walked us through the purchase experience and we drove home that day in our first Audi.

Came in for service on my A4, had been thinking about upgrading for a while. The night before the appointment I requested online quote for a Q5 in stock. I was immediately contacted by Chris Cohen who called me to ask my needs and tell me he would have the Q5 ready for me in the morning to try out. When I arrived to drop off my car for service, Chris was waiting with the car. We looked it over, talked numbers and he had multiple options available to me by mid-day. He explained the entire process, potential trade in values, leasing vs. buying, etc. That night I drove home my new Q5. I love my 2015 Audi Q5 TDI ! Working with Chris Cohen at Audi Minneapolis was a pleasure. None of the runaround typically associated with the car buying experience. We were easily able to communicate via text and email - conducive and helpful with my busy schedule. The Q5 was my 2nd test drive of a long search for my next vehicle. At the conclusion of the test drive, I cancelled my other appointments for that evening. This was a great vehicle, but due diligence awaited. Two weeks, 13 vehicle test drives and many dealerships later, Chris's follow-up came at the perfect time to revisit Audi for my wife to schedule her own test drive. During our 2nd visit we met Lindsey Clements. Lindsey was equally amazing and a pleasure to work with in Chris' absence. On learning that my car was terminally ill (in fact, beyond life support) I shot off to the Minneapolis Audi dealership. I knew that I wanted an Audi, I just didn't know which one. Within two hours I had purchased a great second hand Audi TT, and am delighted! I knew a little bit about the vehicle having done some research, but the questions one mulls over when you are beginning to turn your mind to buying a new car are different to those that come to mind when you have your hand on your wallet. The sales guy who helped me (Kevin Keeney) was very good to deal with. Knowledgeable, helpful and relaxed. He went above and beyond in making it an pleasant buying experience, and at no time did I feel pressure to buy (which would have made me run a mile). Nor did he oversell the car. He answered questions, added helpful observations from his knowledge of the car and its performance, and provided useful comparator information on other cars. Candidly, I don't normally fill in these sorts of reviews, so my doing so is testament to the value of the experience.

I recently bought a 2016 Audi A3 from Sean at Carousel Audi. The experience couldn't have been better. Sean was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I asked a lot of questions about the vehicle. My purchase was a little more complicated than normal because I was leaving the country for a couple of weeks a few days after I bought it. Sean made sure that I got to bring the vehicle home immediately so I could have some fun with it before I left. I recently purchased my first Audi, an A3, and had a great experience. Chris Cohen was very knowledgeable, and remained very patient and helpful as we completed three test drives. Through our discussions Chris developed a good sense of what vehicles might interest me, and although I ultimately purchased the A3 that I originally had my eye on, I enjoyed the test drive of the S3 and the technical information provided by Chris during the drive. Bought a used Mercedes from this dealer. Every aspect was smooth and on time with all questions answered and a respective negotiation to the final deal. The only con I had was later discovering the windshield had a chip I missed on my inspection that had been poorly repaired so was not repairable by a qualified glass company. Maybe was not done by this dealer but would have appreciated having it pointed out to me as a potential purchaser.

Our sales associate, David, was a pleasure to work with. We were eager to buy a car (ours was dying), we went in one hour before close and had the deal agreed upon with everything we wanted. As we purchased a Lexus from the Audi dealership, understandably, David wasn't as familiar with all the Lexus bells and whistles. By the next day when we picked up the car and finalized sale, David had all the information and the car shining like a diamond. I was at Carousel a few weekends ago for a test drive and was in again last Friday to pick-up my new Audi. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the customer service I received and what an enjoyable experience you and team made the car buying experience for me. Mark Landy was exceptional throughout the sales process, even offering to come in on his day off to take delivery. Additionally, Mark and I went back and forth on a few options and he was able to get the wheels I wanted in short order. Despite the wheels showing up a day late, Mark was in constant communication with me the entire time, making it a total non-issue. Delivery and the trade-in process was quick and easy and Mark was kind enough to follow-up Monday to ask how I was enjoying my time with the car, again offering to take me for a coffee or talk with me about any features I havent figured out how to use. In my experience, these types of customer service interactions are pretty rare and its refreshing to know that there are companies out there that still make this a priority. When its time to get the wife a new car, I know exactly where I will take her first.

We were referred to David Falkman, Audi sales specialist and we stopped in on a busy Saturday without an appointment. I would recommend an appointment. David was top notch, he made time for us amongst his busy appointment filled Saturday. He juggled people test driving vehicles and answering all of our questions very well and not once did we feel any sales pressure that you always "dread" at a dealership. David is full of knowledge and passionate about the Audi product, telling you all the facts and his personal opinions and experiences. We have never bought a new car before, but looking at new vs used in the Audi category we found a better value in new. If the Audi is as good a vehicle as all the reviews and friends opinions, I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. A great sales guy and a great product, hard to beat that combo.

I just got the car because I am an Audi lover but they made no effort to get it sold. A friend recently bought a new A6 from Mark Landy. My Lexus ES 350 was totaled and I mentioned my interest in looking at Audi's. He said his experience with Mark had been very positive and recommended him if I decided to go that route. I did and he was right. After a test drive and discussion about cost of the vehicle I opted to buy a certified pre-owned A6. Mark was very helpful in getting to that new vs. pre-owned decision. He strongly suggested that we set up a two hour appointment on the day I took delivery of the car, which I did. He wanted to ensure I was able to utilize the technological features that were most important to me right away. We spent the full two hours in the car "practicing" and it was very helpful. He has offered to set up future appointments for the same purpose and even offered to come to my home to help program the garage opener. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best buying experience ever. This is my first Audi and I have owned the car for one week. While not ready to endorse the product, Service Department or facilities yet I will endorse Mark. If the other experiences are what I expect them to be, I'll look no further the next time I buy a car.

I recently purchased a used car from Audi Minneapolis in Wayzata. We were looking for a used Lexus CT 200h, which is really a smaller version of a Prius (my wife does not like Priuses, so this was a compromise). Audi had a really good price on one on their lot. When we arrived we were meet by Mark Landy. Unfortunately just as we arrive another group also wanted to look at it. So while we waited, we got to take in the sights of the Audi dealership. This is a really nice place. All the people were very friendly. The expensive Audi cars are incredible and best of all they have really good free snacks and Starbucks coffee. After a while, the other group left without buying. However, Mark got tied up with another customer. Instead of making us wait, he took us out to the car and let us test-drive the car on our own. We really liked the car, so Mark crunched some numbers for us, got a preliminary on financing, and a bit off the price. We decided to do it and put down some cash to hold the car as it was too late in day to close the deal, and I really like being able to sleep on it before signing the papers. Kathy took care of the closing the deal. Had to go through the push to finance extra warranty of which we were not interested. However, she did get us to purchase extra protection for the exterior/interior as it is really nice and we have big dogs, and she said any dog damage would be covered. For the application of the protection we needed to drop the car off for the day and pick up a loaner. As a loaner, they gave us a very nice Audi A6, which was the nicest loaner I have driven in. While I had it back for the application, I also wanted them to look at it as a squeaking noise had popped up in the CT. Mark looked it over and found out that I did not have the back seats completely hatched. Mark assured me that if anything else happens in the next 30 days, just bring it in and that Audi will deal with it. Overall, it was great working with Mark and Audi Minneapolis.

I had a great experience with Darren at Audi Minneapolis! I'm in no way in the market for a new Audi, but luckily they have a great selection of pre-owned cars as well. Darren was great with helping me find the very best car within my price range. He was very straight-forward about cost and didn't push me out of my comfort zone budget-wise. I was able to test drive a car, get financing, and drive off the lot in my new-to-me Saturn Vue all before lunch on a Saturday! The car I purchased was in PRISTINE condition and I've been extremely happy with it. Onviously they're great with Audis, but don't let that fool you, they can help you with any type of car purchase!

When we walked I we were immediately greeted by Kevin the manager and offered beverages and then asked what we were looking for. He matched us up with Seth who was great to work with. No pressure feeling and the dealership gave us a great price on our trade in not to mention the great price on our 2011 Q7 we purchased. We would happily buy there again. I had the best experience at Audi minneapolis! I have been wanting an Audi for 10 years and when the day came, Charlie the GM and Brittany in sales took great care of me. They walked me through the different types of options. They also set me up with winter tires so my S3 can have maximum performance in winter. Luv our Audi Q3's. Both my brother and I recently purchased a Q3 from Audi Minneapolis. Both Darin and Mark were great. I saw a Q5 on the road and I liked the style. Decided to look up on the internet details on the crossover and found that there were Q3's coming in. Learned a lot about Audi through all of this. The vehicle is wonderful. Drives great through snow, rain and sleet. Is real quiet and and very, very comfortable for a small SUV. Just the size we both needed. The Q5 would have been too big for us but the Q3 is perfect!!! Thanks to everyone at Audi Minneapolis who helped us. I called and put money down before they even came in and thank God otherwise probably would not have gotten a Q3. Darren has emailed and called me back since we bought them to see how we liked them and see if we needed anything else. We both would definitely purchase another Audi!!!!

I was looking for an Audi online, and this dealer did a good job on the descriptions and taking good detail pictures post here. After my research, I sent them a message says I am interested in a car, a friendly Specialist Abdallah contacted me very soon. I enjoyed working with Abdallah El-sanjak for my purchase of a 2015 Audi S4 Prestige with full leather seats. He also worked hard at teaching me the new features of the MMI and Audi Connect. The Simoniz detailing of the exterior and interior of this silver car (Florett Silver Metallic) made it really looking spectacular. And the Zurich Shield will add to its safety. This is my 4th Audi to date. My late wife Sylvia and I started this trend in 1994. My 1997 Audi A4 and my 2010 Audi S4 are driving around in the State of Virginia. Bravo to Audi Minneapolis!

When I first went in to Audi of Minneapolis it was just to look around and see what kind of vehicles they had avlaiable. David Falkman took the time to sit down with me and talk about what type of car I was interested in and what kind of features I would like in my "new" vehicle. Since he didn't have anything that exactly met my criteria he began searching for me and would contact me personally with any updates or possible vehciles for me to check out. Finally he found the PERFECT one and I couldn't be more happy with the Audi Q5 I purchased through him. This was the first vehcile I have ever purcahsed and David really made the buying process go smoothly. Since buying my car David has kept in touch and offered to set-up a time at my convenience to help me get my vehicle set up and go through some of the features and how to use them, you can't ask for much more than that!

I recently purchased my second Audi from Audi Minneapolis and found the process to be seemless. For both purchases, I worked with Abdallah el-Sanjek who provided excellent service and worked to answer all my questions. Abdallah didn't pressure me but instead focused on my needs to ensure that I would be happy with the car I bought. He answered all my e-mails with questions in a timely and thorough matter. Abdallah's work doesn't stop after you sign the papers though. When I bring in the car for maintenance, Abdallah always checks in with me to ensure there are no problems with the car. If there is, he immediately works with service to have the problem corrected right away. Abdallah gets "10" for his great service!

I recently purchased an Audi Q5 and I love that car. It has everything I wanted in a car and some more. Richard Buskers was my sales person and he did a fabulous job to explain to me that this could be the right car for me. He was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and I never felt any pressure of having to choose this car. Every time I and my husband walked in to the dealer ship he always met us with a smile. The whole sales process was very fast and professional. After the purchase Richard spent an hour with me explaining all the features this car is equipped with and I know that I can always stop by if I need further information. The Audi Dealership's customer service was awesome! When my family and I were being helped the staff was so helpful and really showed they cared. Everyone was so welcoming and happy! I had done a lot of research online before scheduling a test drive of a 2013 A4 at Audi Minneapolis. I used to own an A3 and had to let it go when my twin babies were born. I considered the purchase of a few other cars (Volvo, Subaru), but I just really wanted another Audi. David Falkman was very helpful and enjoyable throughout the process. I met David Falkman in the lot about 2 minutes after I drove into the dealership. It is apparent that he is a professional. I ended up purchasing a 2014 S4 that David was ultimately able to trade for with Audi's dealership in St. Paul. It was an effortless experience on my part, which I very much appreciated due to my schedule. I also appreciated the treatment I received from Patrick when completing the purchase paperwork. No pressure to purchase the extras, but options were fully explained. As has been my experience also at the St. Paul Audi dealership, they understand that they are dealing with adults who can purchase elsewhere if the car buying experience is a poor one. The extras I did purchase were applied about a week later, and that experience was also just as I expected: courteous, timely, helpful. Great job all around.

My new Audi A3 is the fourth Audi I have bought from Mark Landy at Carousel in the past three years. Mark was kind, considerate and very knowledgable. The features we wanted were not readily available, but he managed to find a car that ticked all the boxes and was able to hit my price. I will continue to buy from Mark and Carousel as long as they continue to take care of my needs and are pice competitive. Their service is first rate. I'm flabbergasted to read some of the few negative reviews of this dealership. They bear no resemblance to my positive experiences. As for the A3, I can't praise it highly enough. This car is more fun than my A7 was, and that one was twice as costly! The A3 turns on a dime, snaps your neck when goosed, and has a killer B&O audio system. Perfect for me to park and get through traffic with ease. Big enough to fit my 6'2" spouse who always wants to drive it.

You wouldn't think it hard to write an excellent review when you show up to a dealership knowing exactly what you want. No questions about it, you are there to test drive that vehicle fully knowing you are going to buy it. I was that guy. I knew what I wanted and I was only doing myself due diligence by driving the Audi A4 Avant. In the tri-state area, there were 5. Of the 5, one was blue so I already knew my options were limited and I was perfectly ok with that. I told Darren exactly what I was looking for, I wanted in an Audi A4 Avant, I drove the blue one and was sold. Great car, couldnt be happier with it. Coming from a string of European cars in my past, Volvo, Mercedes, BMW, the Audi A4 is an outstanding automobile. The only thing off about the whole experience was that almost everytime after talking to Darren, I always seemed to have to reconnect with him to ensure follow up. Final trade-in price, final sale price, final financing % (could Audi beat USAA), final pick up of the vehicle due to minor body work being done, a missed opportunity by Audi to outfit the car with mud flaps (which I wanted). I have nothing negative to say about the dealership or its personnel, everything worked out great and I love the car. I just didn't feel that I should have had to make all the extra effort to ensure all the loose ends were getting taken care of. Isn't that their job?

I looked at and drove several different brands to the car that I bought and a large part of deciding on my A7 was not just the great ride it had but how comfortable and accommodating David was to deal with. My wife,and I found a 2015 Audi A3 on line at Minneapolis Audi. We went there to purchase the A3. Got in the front door,and found 7 other customers waiting.We asked the receptionist if the automobile we were interested in was still available? She replied "I don't have access to the inventory,but I'll take your name". While waiting I observed as many as 5 other potential buyers walk in then leave because there was no one there to answer questions,or help. My wife,and I proceeded to look at inventory ourselves in the lot. After about an hour(which during this time no one even approached us to offer help) I managed to flag down a sales person. I ask if the vehicle we were interested in was still available. He checked his computer,and said yes it is,but the price posted on the internet(their own website)was wrong. He then checked with his manager, and told us the price was actually $3000.00 more!!!! This dealership has got some major problems, starting with management. I can't imagine how I would be treated once they had my $$$$$! They've lost me as a customer,and possibly a few more that day. Who wants to wait 1 hour for help when your ready to spend 35 to 50 thousand on a major investment? Also, how can they advertise one internet price then up the price $3000.00 after you've drove out there to buy the car? Very bad business!

I bought a pre owned Audi A4 from Audi Minneapolis a year ago from a sales lady named Lynn. Lynn made the buying process an unpleasent one. Unfortunately, I wanted the car so bad that I over looked this. Months after buying the car it began to shutter and broke down on the side of the road. After this happened two times I called Lynn to estimate a trade in for the car since it was already having major issues already she was so rude over the phone that I decided just to leave it. Now the car is having oil consumption issues and has been in the shop 3 times in the last month and out of the last month I have had my own car maybe 7 days max. Audi corporate refuses to help. The service manager at Audi Minneapolis refuses to help as well as the general and store managers. They sold me a bad car and refuse to help get me in something different they say the issue is fixed but they have been saying the issue has been fixed for over a year. I would never again buy an Audi or a car from Audi Minneapolis. The staff is RUDE, and UNHELPFUL. The cars are junk and their used cars are always priced above blue book value. I have another story about Lynn the sales lady as well. A while back my friend went in to buy a brand new A4. She knew the exact one she wanted. She is younger and drove not the nicest car. She walked into the dealership prepared to pay CASH for the car. She walked up to the sales lady and said I want to purchase that car right there right now. Lynn looked over at her and said " And how to you suppose you will be paying for this car?" My friend promptly answered cash and put her in her place! I would recommend if you buy an Audi to go to Maplewood instead. I bought one Audi there and it was a great experience besides how the car held up.

We have had many dealings with the Audi dealer on Wazata Blvd. and each time was very unpleasant. We currently own 2 Audi's and have purchased a total of 5 Audi's in the past. Initially went to this dealer first and was treated disrespectful on multiple visits. Their attitude was very snobbish. We currently own a brand new S4 and a Audi Q5 S-line. Now looking to purchase a R8 in the near future. Our colleague is shopping for a Q7, went to the Wazata dealership and he too was treated horribly. We are very well treated at the Maplewood Audi and we have purchased all of our Audi's at Maplewood. We simply cannot understand how 2 dealerships filtering from the same corporation can treat their customers completely different. I believe the location of Audi in Minneapolis has played a major role in their success. If they were in a different location, they would be out of business. Thumbs are way down for them and that is such a shame. We are so relieved we didn't buy from them because having to return there for maintenance service would be dreadful.

I purchased an Audi A7 and am very pleased with the purchase. Coming from a recent BMW purchase, I must say the actual sales experience wasn't that different. The facilities at Carousel do not match the BMW dealerships, and that is okay. What I did not like was the fact that I was told the 2013 Audi A7's would not be arriving until late Sept or October. I looked here and low and behold, early July and the 2013's are arriving. Had I known this, I would have waiting a month to purchase a new 2013 as I feel I could have received the same deal. I guess bad me for not doing my research and trusting my salesman. Tough for me to believe the salesman did not know the 2013's were coming in July. Still love the Audi.

Within minutes we met Darren Ostern and through his kind, funny and informative approach we suddenly became very interested in purchasing our first Audi. Charlie Aul took the time needed to answer all of our questions about purchasing a new 2012 Audi Q5 vehicle. We have previously owned 3 different used Audi sedans and trust and appreciate the engineering and design considerations that made all 3 of these reliable, high mileage vehicles (greater than 150,000 miles each). We currently own a certified pre-owned 2006 Audi sedan. Charlie patiently explained and demonstrated the engineering improvements and enhancements that are contained in the 2011 and 2012 models. This helped us feel comfortable about purchasing a new 2012 vehicle. Being recognized as a loyal brand owner made the price of this new vehicle a good value. The customer service is beyond excellent. I have never had a bad experience with anyone connected with Carousel Audi. From the General Manager,Bruce Bonine, the sales rep, Lynn Dalieden right on down the line to Reed, the wonderful Valet; all have been exceptional gatekeepers for Carousel Audi. We dealt with Charlie Aul on the purchase of a new A8L. We had money down on a used A8L and he and the dealership were very flexible on changing the order. in fact they brought in another vehicle (3 considered) from a sister company for us to drive.
