Marcella was very knowledgeable and worked with us to figure out exactly what model fit our needs, but mostly wants. We were looking for a convertible and had already looked at Infinity (doesn't offer one yet), BMW (didn't like the look with the top up) and Mercedes (felt it was overpriced). The Audi car sold itself, but Marcella helped us to really fall in love with it. And then to top it off she personally drove up to the dealership in Fort Myers to get the exact car that we wanted. What more could you ask for?

I had not leased a car in years, always preferring to buy. Leasing makes more sense for me these days and after evaluating other makes and models, I finally settled on the A6. John Holman introduced me to Brad Crandall, who made the experience easy and painless. A great guy as an individual, and as the consummate professional, he knows his business -- as does the entire team at Audi Naples. We had one financing hiccup that was quickly overcome. Luis made the car buying experience a pleasant one. Even though we were not sure what we are looking for, he was extremely patient to listen and then show us all the options until we found the perfect car for us. Along the the way his happy and non-pressure approach was refreshing. I never thought I could negotiate a car online, through email and calls. Its unheard of. John and Anthony were very attentive and answered nearly any question i threw at them. We were able to talk car prices features and even had pictures sent when they weren't on the site just yet. They truly went above and beyond their call of duty at this dealership... I really appreciated all the work Jamie put in to help us at Audi Naples. He provided us with all the information we needed in order to make the right decision that was best suited for me (lease vs. buying). I felt confident about purchasing from Jamie and best of all, he didn't make me feel pressured at all. The car is exactly what I imagined purchasing too. To complete the purchase I worked with Michael in financing (for routine paperwork, no financing), and he was so friendly and also easy to talk to. We have a 2014 A7 that was coming off a three year lease this summer, and wanted to purchase it. Between Troy Head and Ted Daly were were led through the process in no time at all. Their professionalism was of the highest order.There were a few dings on the front bumper, and Troy took the car to a nearby body shop and has arranged to have them repaired at a very modest cost. He also had the car detailed, and when we picked it up we found that he had even filled the gas tank!We have owned or leased Audis and Lexuses since 1986 (with one BMW thrown in for good measure), and have always felt that Lexus provided superior service to Audi (and to BMW). This was the first time ever that we questioned whether that is still the case.I have a Lexus that I will be trading in in a year or so, and if Audi's service departments here in Naples and at our River Road dealer in Bethesda, Maryland, can maintain the high standard set by Troy and Ted, I could see myself switching over to an Audi.Kudos to Troy and Ted.Best,Steve Feldhaus

I had not planned on purchasing a car in Naples and had actually been window shopping at other makes. We just stopped by Audi Naples and it was a revelation. John Holman and Steve Barry were very helpful, low key and both my wife and I were surprised to leave a dealership with such a pleasurable experience. As a result we went home, did some research and made an offer on an S3, which was accepted. Lowest price, probably not but fair and reasonable certainly. Part of the package included shipping the car to our home up north which the dealership handled without a hitch. The dealership has a "technologist", Alex Morales who came to our house to teach us how the electronics work. Believe it was appreciated. I haven't seen that offered at any other dealership. These guys are good.

This is my second purchase with Jamie. He goes above and beyond what one would think a car salesman would do. So much so that when I was rear-ended while sitting at a light in Clearwater, I actually called Jamie when the dust settled. My beautiful 8 mo. old Audi Q5 was totaled. I was luckyto be in an Audi as I was told, per the Audi certified collision guy, "all the safety features worked perfectly". Hence, Jamie searched and found a year newer Q5 with everything that I wanted on it. I'll be picking it up this week. I could not be happier with Jamie and the Naples dealership!!

I'm sorry that I ever brought in my VW to the Naples dealership. I had always taken my car to the Fort Myers dealer with good results. My experience with the Naples service department was nothing less than a disappointing disaster. I spent well over a thousand dollars on a problem that they misdiagnosed and I had to tak it back for another $1500 "fix". Needless to say this did not fully solve the problem and I spent hundreds more dollars at a competent garbage to fix problems caused by the Naples dealership service department. I did purchase a new vehicle from the Naples Dealership but will only take my car in for routine maintenance.

Marcella explained to me how Audi cars handled and compared to other German cars. I asked about this. She explained the different series of cars and what each would do for me. She was patient and did not push. She made sure I met the key senior folks. It was a posit experience which is saying a lot for a car dealership.

We had looked at a few pre certified audi cars at Audi Naples last January and were treated by a friendly and courteous salesman, Jamie Schutt. We didn't purchase at that time. But, when we were considering buying new this March we remembered Jamie who continued to maintain contact with us throughout the past year. Our experience in purchasing our new Audi Allroad with Jamie Schutt could not have been better. We are from out of state and first visit Naples Audi last year. At that time we met Jamie and were impressed with his knowledge and sincerity. We sought him out this time, and were able to conclude the purchase very smoothly. We knew that we would be driving the car back to our home state with a temporary license plate that would make it a little more complicated in our home state. I purchased a Q3 at the beginning of this month. I spent several hours with Jason Giardine who was patient and accommodating. At the end I felt comfortable with the final decision. I picked up the car the next day. Also, the financial process went smoothly since Michael Schutt was informative and easy to deal with. After sale is very important to me since I did not know how to use all of the options available in the car. Alex Morales has been my go to person. I email him with a question and he always answers timely. But the emails were after the initial two meetings we had, one on one, to learn the car. The other day I had a question and dropped in without an appointment. Alex had the answer and quickly showed me in the car. I feel confident that they will be there in the future with whatever comes up.

Although Steve did not sell me my 2012 A6 (my salesman has since left the dealership), Steve has been my go-to guy since we purchased. I have always been very happy with Audi of Naples. I have found Justin and Jody in the service department to be proficient, thorough, and knowledgeable in all of my dealings with them. They consistently go above and beyond in completing work expertly and in the time promised, plus providing me with timely updates as work progresses.In December, I began looking at possibly trading in my 2006 Audi A4 for a newer model Audi. At that time I spoke with Jason in the sales department - I told him I was still very much in the looking stage, but he took considerable time with me explaining several options that I might want to consider. I really appreciated his knowledge and patience with me since I had a considerable number of questions. We spent the better part of an afternoon, and I left with several good options and ideas.This past Friday, I encountered an unforeseen mechanical issue that pushed ahead my new car decision. Friday afternoon Tamas was kind enough to take me around the showroom and provide several choices for what I had in mind. I knew within two models what I wanted, but I also knew my budget put the brand new cars out of my reach. Tamas took the time to show me a multitude of choices in their certified pre-owned and used car fleet. Despite going late into the evening, Tamas showed great patience with me and considerable knowledge of the vehicles as we explored many different options. I was most appreciative of how he focused on what I was specifically looking for in a car and helped me narrow my search.Saturday my wife and I returned, took a test drive and decided on the car we wanted. Upon our return we sat down with Tamas and Jason the general manager and spoke about what we might do about the trade in on our car. Jason was involved because the mechanical failure we had experienced with the A4 was a significant one. We had always had our car serviced there at the Audi of Naples and although the service department was in no way responsible for the mechanical failure, Jason took into account our long allegiance to the service department there and made us a more than generous offer on our trade in. In addition, Jason and Tamas both worked very hard to put us in the car we had chosen at a very fair price. Not only that but Tamas stayed well after the normal closing time to go over all the details of our Audi TT so that both my wife and I would feel right at home with our new car.Ive always felt that a deal is a good one only if all parties are satisfied at the end of the day. I hope that Tamas and Jason were happy because I know that my wife and I are as pleased as can be with our purchase, and we feel that the folks there at the Audi of Naples did all they could to make us a fantastic deal!I was hoping to actually put off our purchase until the autumn when we could pay cash outright for the car; however, the demise of our A4 pushed our schedule ahead a bit. Tamas pointed out that we could finance the balance at 2.9% until we paid the car off later in the year. That fit right into our plan, and I was happy to go with that idea. He was even gracious enough to print out a payment schedule that clearly outlined exactly our monthly payment. After signing our paperwork, we headed off to the finance department where we were offered a four year forty-eight thousand mile warranty which would lower our percentage to 1.9%. My wife and I had already discussed the extended warranty and felt it was a great investment and the 1.9% was just an added bonus.Sadly, despite having a credit rating just a bit higher than 790 it turned out that the rate I received was actually 4.9%. . . , because the car was a 2010 model. I was a bit disappointed that the percentage rate mysteriously changed from 1.9% to 4.9% but I was willing to bite the bullet because of being able to pay it off within the year. If I would have had to carry that rate for the duration of the loan, I simply couldnt have afforded it.I would highly recommend dealing with Justin, Jody, Jason, Jason, and Tamas at Audi of Naples They have taken very good care of us and I look forward to doing continued business with this outstanding Audi family.

On Friday February 5,2016 I visited your dealership to look at the Q5. The first person I met was Steve Barry. He showed me around the dealership and the lot and took me on a test drive. I was merely looking when I arrived and you were my first stop. Needless to say I was impressed because 5hours later I drove home a new Q5. Steve was excellent handling not only the sale but also the negotiations on trading my 2007 Porsche.This is my first Audi but the experience leads me to believe it won't be my last.My wife and I spent 90 minutes with Alex Morales today learning all the technology aspect of the car. I have bought a lot of Luxury cars in my lifetime. Audi, BMW and Mercedes mostly but never have I had such a pleasant buying experience than with Jeff Sawick of Audi Naples.Jeff was the best ever. He has the perfect demeanor for his job. He is nice, over-considerate, incredibly knowledgeable and never pushy. I decided on Audi because they went the extra mile. Mercedes basically told me look at other cars and then come back because they did not have what I wanted. The Mercedes guy actually argued with me and told what I should buy. Jeff walked me thru my options and made several sensible recommendations based on my driving. He never wavered and never tired of all my questions. He knew his product inside and out. This, I believe, is becoming more and more novel in the industry. I bought the Audi because of Jeff and the dealership but mostly Jeff. I will always buy from Jeff because he is the best I have ever worked with...period. I never write reviews and this was a pain to do but I was sooo impressed with Jeff that I had to do this. If you want a seamless purchase into a new car, Jeff is your man.One last thing. I had some problems downloading all my contacts into my car system. I was getting pretty frustrated but the service department rep Joey, figured out it was with my phone, solved the problem on MY phone and now everything works great. We met with Anthony Caponi our salesman and Jason Meisel the General Manager of the dealership on New Years Eve day with the express purpose of "looking" at the A6 and to consider it to replace our MB on its lease expiration. We knew we wanted to select another MB, a BMW or an Audi. Having owned all of them at some time we were identifying the best one for us. We were in Naples two weekends ago on a get off the island weekend. We had been looking for a new to us German convertible. We looked at an A4 at the Mercedes dealer right next door to Audi Naples. (See my review of them on their Facebook Page) It was a miserable experience. The next day was Sunday and we were due leave for home later in the day. While having coffee, we looked at the used car inventory at Audi Naples. Why we didnt stop in there on Saturday when we were in the area, I have no clue. There were two possible cars, according to their online inventory. Unfortunately, they werent open on Sundays. We drove over to the lot and found one of the two vehicles; we later learned that the first one had been sold. We were very interested in the second car. The very next morning (Monday), I reached out to the salesman. It took most of the day going back and forth, but we came to an agreement on the price and the car was ours. We had originally talked about trading in our existing Mini Cooper on the new to us A4. After talking with them, they offered us a very fair price on the trade. In the end, we sold the car locally to a friend who needed one. We made arrangements to rent a car and make the 5 hour drive from Key West on Friday. Jason G picked us up at the rental car drop off and drove us to the dealership. We filled out the paperwork and received LOTS of instruction on all the features of the car. Jason took time to work with my wife to assure she knew how to put the convertible top up and down. He also worked with her to set up the memory seats, mirrors, and clock. About two hours after we arrived, we were driving off the lot with our new to us car. If you are looking for an Audi, please call or email Jason G! I recommend Audi Naples! I purchased a 2015 Audi A6 from Audi Naples as a result of a nationwide internet search and the positive reviews received by this dealership. The sales team I worked with, Joe Pozzo and John Holman, were very honest and knowledgeable about the Audi brand and the car I was interested in buying. I say this because they described the car accurately and sent me a video of the car to make sure I had an "almost as good as being there in person" experience. John Joseph did a good job getting a great (low) financing rate. Ted Daly and Tamas Nagy followed up with the details and addressed questions along the way. The car was shipped (arranged by Audi Naples) to my home location in the Boston area. The A6 is better than described (extremely clean and looks like new). Overall, very Good Experience with Audi Naples.

Went in on October 31st not expecting to buy a car just intending to browse. Found a car we really liked (the Audi A3, 1.8) and the sales team did a great job of getting us the right price with no trouble at all, possibly the easiest car buying experience you'll ever have. Steve Barry was extremely pleasant to work with and a great guy, and likewise for Jeff Birr. Would recommend to anyone!

I came into the store to buy one car but I ended up buying two. Reason...the experience was quick, efficient and hassle free. I tried to lease an A5 for my California residence but the dealer in California couldn't perform on a custom order. Jaime at Audi/Naples found the car already in the States, did the paperwork, overnighted the docs to me and the car was on it's way to Northern California. What could be easier. He just made it happen.

I met John Ripoll, our salesman on his first week of work. At that time I was looking around as I had three months until my lease was up. On numerous return visits he was helpful in the extreme. Probably the deciding factor in my decision to lease the Audi A4, other than the features of the car, was the great service John provided. As a former Lexus and Cadillac owner, I am looking forward to my new car and my relationship with the dealership.

After countless hours of research I knew exactly what I wanted when I visited Audi of Naples. Steve Barry was my first contact with the dealership, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable with the car I decided to purchase. My wife always admired the Audi automobile but was not a fan of the car buying experience. So I did some advance work on her behalf. I met Tamas Nagy, an Audi Brand Specialist, and he superbly and pleasantly guided us through the entire experience. Before we knew it, my wife decided on a Audi model that she loved, selected an interior and exterior color, came to a meeting of the minds on a fair lease and the papers were signed. My dream car had been an Audi sq5 for a while now and when me and my boyfriend came to the Naples dealership to look around, we could not have gotten to work with a better salesman, Steve! A poll shows that a person would rather give up sex for a month rather than deal with a car salesman. This is not true with Steve Barry. He was helpful, fair and very easy to work with. When I go back to Naples Audi, he is the only salesperson I will deal with.

I went to Audi Naples on a last minute whim. I was sold on a different car at a different dealership but a last minute online search turned up a pretty crazy cool car in my price range. I called and was assigned to Jason. He greeted us outside almost before we even got out of our car. He is the height of professionalism and friendliness. His knowledge of the car I wanted to look at was superb (I still text him now and then with questions). He explained all the features and more and worked with us extensively to find a price that worked for us, even throwing in discounts for floor mats and an extra key chain for the spare key. All in all my experience was incredible. Jason is the man! I'm now sold both on Audi (this is my first Audi ... And car to boot). I'm a brand man now and wouldn't work with anyone other than Jason. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

My wife and I had not purchased a car in 15 years! Living in Chicago, we had a 2001 vehicle with only 55,000 miles on it. Obviously we were leery and unsure what to expect. Our initial thoughts were BMW 3-series and Audi A3/A4. We visited the BMW dealer first and were very unimpressed. Next stop, Audi Naples. Steve put us right at ease as soon as we met him. He took the time to understand our objectives and steered us towards the right vehicle. We ended up with a sweet pre-owned Audi-certified 2015 A3 that was absolutely stacked with options and had only had 3400 miles. We both work and Steve stayed late three straight nights (Mon - Wed) to make sure we had test drives (we also checked out an A4) and got our questions answered. He went above and beyond to get us comfortable with the A3 and with the Audi brand. We feel very comfortable with our purchase and the long-term relationship we will have with Audi Naples. We highly recommend Steve Barry and Audi Naples for those of you considering an Audi.

Great service, everyone was extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond. This isn't your typical car dealership where they want to just sell you a car (I mean, of course they want to) but they let you take your time and aren't super pushy to make you uncomfortable. Quickly compared different car options and showed all of the features and specifications - making my decision very easy. Probably won't be the last car I purchase from there!

There was no push and hassle with looking and then returning to buy a car. All options were presented to us and a great test drive with an invitation to come back at any time and look and experience more automobiles. The auto we finally selected had many options and new technology, which Steve patiently demonstrated and watched me do the hands on leaning. Nothing was hurried or pushed as in our past experience with new car sales at other leading car dealerships. I have to return of course for "check ups", on questions, concerns, or added advantages to the car. This, I know will be painless and easy. Loaners are arranged so there is no need to ask for a ride to and from. I think I am going to really enjoy driving a new audi. It feels right! Karen and Dwight

Sales associate was Jason Giardina and Finance Mgr Michael Pierne. If you want to have a great experience buying a car, work with these two gentlemen! I've purchased my share of cars over the years but the integrity of this dealership was great! I drove from Tampa to buy the certified Audi and they did a great job of not "OVER selling" to get me to make the trip down. I was in and out in four hours which has to be a record! Do your self a favor and request these men to have a great experience.

I came from NH to look for an S5 car in FL. I found this beautiful 2013 S5 that looks and feels like new. The whole transaction from test driving the car to taking delivery took a few hours. This is because of the great people who work at this dealership. My sales person John Holman went above and beyond and stayed late on the eve of the 4th of July to show me all the features of this car. He also called after the sale was completed to make sure every thing was OK. I highly recommend this dealership. My interest was in a certified SQ5. I located a 2015 car at Audi Naples, and emailed Michael Schutt. Through a series of emails and conversations, all of my questions were answered, including the value of my trade in. I thought it to be too low, and, living 150 miles from the dealer, did not want to drive that far without some confidence about making a deal. Michael suggested an alternative which gave me more information, and were able to come to agreement. When I arrived, the car was in exactly the condition it had been represented: perfect. Michael intoduced me to his asssociate, Tamas Nagy, to work though the transaction.Tamas started the process as if I had walked in off the street, making sure every detail of the transaction was in order. I was given every opportunity to walk away from the deal if I was not happy with any aspect of what had been agreed to over the phone. His professionalism, humor, and product knowledge made me comfortable in agreeing that I had made the right decision. We worked through all of the numbers and Tamas introduced me to Michael Pierne in Finance. We discussed the various after sale coverages available, all presented without any pressure. He was knowledgable about the value of the programs and the costs, and forthright about how meaningful each alternative might be. We concluded with all of the title and tag work, and, since I would likely not be servicing my car at Audi Naples, all the documentation I would need to make that transition.Then, back to Tamas, for driver training, starting to work through the systems the car offers. Personally, I read manuals only as a last resort, and am pleased that the controls are far easier to grasp than they seemed in the beginning. This is my third Audi, I traded a 2004, so the 2015 is like a rocketship compared to a horse and buggy. But it's an Audi, and you can see the linkage between then and now.I consider myself to be a career professional salesman. As such, I always enjoying buying, to see how the exchange of something for something is done by others.The time I spent dealing with Audi Naples had no negatives at all. From the first inquiry to the last wave in the rearview mirror, every person was courteous and helpful. The entire staff project the feeling that they enjoy where they work.As for Michael, Tamas and Mike, they are skilled and professional in every sense. Honest, ethical, and doing what is in the best interests of the customer. Each of them treated the business as if it were their own, and like I was the last customer in the world. We just had our 2012 Audi A8L delivered to Atlanta yesterday from Audi of Naples. Tamas was our sales person. I found the car on their web site and called for more information. Tamas was very helpful from the first call. We purchased the car site unseen and relied on Tamas to be my eyes and to relay the true condition of the vehicle that photos can hide. He told me that the vechicle looked brand new and sent me additional photo via text and email. I don't usually like to buy things site unseen as I am a little A type and have been annoyed before with people not being honest. my wife really wanted the car so I put my trust in Tamas. He did not disappoint. The condition is beyond my expectation. If some one said the car was actually brand new I would have believed them. We are both really pleased and its refreshing to have some one do exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and to have gotten a fair deal on the car. The dealership staff was very knowledgeable and explained Audi Technology and the different models efficiently and understandably. I had been to a couple of dealership already and none compared to the customer service received, from the waters, to the cappuccino, to the ambience outside and inside the dealership; it truly made for a great car buying experience. I live in Michigan and was days away from placing an order for an RS7 with my local dealer. I was vacationing in Naples and stopped by the dealership to look at paint colors. It took a lot of effort on his part, but he managed to get me my RS7 three months earlier than any other dealer could deliver one. Although that involved a lot of luck, his persistence and effort on my behalf was exceptional. He knows and loves Audis, especially the RS7. He is a very nice person who is genuinely excited for me to be driving such an awesome car. In fact, sometimes I thought he was more excited about the car than I was! I walked in to the dealership thinking okay I will take a look before I purchase another car I was looking at. Ended up leaving feeling educated. Tamas took the time to answer all my questions and to listen to my car needs. With lots of travel in my current life I decided to go with a diesel. I have never owned one and had my doubts. But I got to ride both cars back to back and I was sold. Picked it up Saturday and drove 1300 miles the next two days. Only took somewhat over two tanks to get me there. I am sold! Drove away in a new A4 yesterday, which was not the plan when we went to the dealer just to check things out. This one replaced one of our older secondary cars. My husband and I are both in sales and management. Steve did an outstanding job, listening very closely to what we said, reading the cues properly and coming up with a deal that worked so well, we could not resist. Great guy to work with. I have been a Lexas customer since 1991 About a year ago I decided to consider other possibilities. After studying other reports, Consumer Reports and friends who owned Audi's I decided to give it a go. Being an Engineer myself I was very impressed with what I found. John was a wealth of knowledge and very helpful in the entire process including making the final del.We actually purchased two new cars. The S5 and the Q5. The Q will be here this week. A wonderful car buying experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and had considered other dealerships. After speaking to Internet Manager Michael Schutt I went into the dealership. I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist(Michael's mom) and escorted by Michael to met Jason Giardina. Jason is an amazing person and is very knowledgeable about his product. He also knows that listening to the customer's needs is what closes the deal. He is a great teacher and tutored me on how to use the controls after the test drive and again before delivery of my vehicle. He didn't try to oversell me. He just gave me what I wanted. I also got the opportunity to work with Jamie Schutt (It's a family affair)because Jason had a previous appointment. Jamie was amusing and effectively completed my paperwork so that I could speak to Mike P. the finance guy. Mike P. explained everything and made sure that he answered all of my questions. I had leased my Audi A7 for three years, and when it came time to trade it in on another one, my sales person. Jamie Schutt, was a tremendous help. Jamie not only suggested we test drive many models, he even went so far as to call me when other previously owned cars came in that he thought I'd be interested in looking at. Not realizing that there was an Audi dealership in Ft. Myers, my husband and I drove from Punta Gorda to the Audi Naples dealership and were rewarded with an excellent experience and a new car. I saw the vehicle online and worked with internet sales (Michael Schutt), overall good experience drove in (about 1 1/2 away) and the car was waiting for me to test drive. No hassle, no typical car dealer experience. The Audi Brand Specialist, Jeff Sawick, was very knowledgeable, knew a lot about Audi and the details of the car I was purchasing. It is important to say this was my 4th Audi purchase, and this is most knowledgeable, comprehensive (explained things no one else before took the time to) experience I received from Audi. I highly recommend the team here. Even the Finance Director, Ted Daly, was a pleasure to work with - pleasant, explained line items in the final documentation, honest and respectful. After walking out of two other non Audi dealerships the previous day, I sent an email to Audi and was contacted by Michael Schutt. I explained to him that if I liked the SUV enough I'd be prepared to purchase that day but only if I got a fair price for my trade and a fair price for the Audi without the runaround. We were up in the air about the direction we were going to take with regard to the replacement of the 2012 SLK350. We had replaced a Cayman S with the Mercedes and were incredibly disappointed with its fun to drive quotient. But lifestyle and professional changes had made us ambivalent about whether we were moving forward with an SUV, a coupe, or a sedan. Walking through the door of Audi of Naples, my wife and I were a dealer's nightmare. The only definitive was that we were going to dramatically cut our monthly payment. Steve was infinitely patient as we test drove everything that seemed remotely interesting. Audi Naples should conduct customer service conferences and tutorials around the globe. They epitomize best practices from start to finish. While traveling from Virginia to Florida, the a/c went out on my 2012 A-6. By good luck and coincidence I happened to see the billboard for Audi Naples. I called and sweet, friendly Gina answered the phone without me having to wait on endless hold or navigate a quagmire of prompts. After explaining my situation, she pleasantly accommodated my family vacation schedule and assured me that Joey would expertly and efficiently handle the problem. Even upon arriving early, the team greeted us warmly and genuinely, did a thorough examination of the exterior while Joey, who had already researched the issue, informed us about the probable cause and solution most congenially. The waiting area was pristine, clean and stocked with goodies. The car's repair was completed on time and the car was washed and vacuumed to perfection. I hope the team gets national recognition as they certainly deserve to be honored and recognized as a model to be followed. Thank you very much.

In fact normally I wouldn't take the time to fill in surveys, however Jason Giardina and Michael Pierne went above and beyond and came to my rescue. Jason was very personable and easy to talk to. I asked a lot of questions and he knew all the answers. We test drove the Golf TDI I liked from the internet, fell in love. I had to go home to think it over for the night and make an appointment to go back. Jason was prompt, when he said he would call to set up an appointment he called. We set it up an hour before they closed. I arrived, the paper work was started and he gave me options. We came to an agreement and I then met Michael Pierne. He is remarkably patient. We did some price comparisons and went back with the information and wanted them to have the sale. They reviewed everything and their pricing was better. I have been a Buick owner for the past 30 years and after researching Buick, Mercedes, BMW and Audi online and at dealerships I decided to purchase an Audi Q5 2.0. I was greeted in the Audi show room by Jason Giardina who was very pleasnt and courteous and did not apply any sales pressure at all. He thoroughly explained the benefits of an Audi and never discredited Audi's competition. After I purchased the car Jason was extremely helpful and patient in explaining to my wife and I how all the features worked. When I got home and could not program the garage door opener Jason came out to our house and programmed it for us. I have been buying cars for the past 61 years and I must say working with Jason and the people at Audi was the most pleasant auto buying experience I have ever had.And to top it all off, this car has more pep, comfort and ease of handling than I ever imagined.

Looked all over the Naples, FL area for a reasonable lease of a pre-owned convertible. The folks at Audi/VW of Naples came up with far and away the best deal, finding me an A3 with almost no miles, in mint condition, for a great price. Plus, the sales team -- Vlad and Michael -- were incredibly helpful throughout the process, including follow-up. This could not have been a better experience.

The dealership was extremely busy with year end sales, but worked together to ensure I was taken care of. The professional staff was able to handle my transaction smoothly with split visits in the same day. I came in to look and test drive, but had to leave for the office to finish my day of work. The group pulled the car I wanted out of service, it was going to become a service vehicle, and ensured all questions were answered regarding my trade in and pricing prior to my return that afternoon. The customer friendly staff worked to get the price where I needed it and presented a fair end result.

I hate buying cars. Always feel the pressure. Not so here. I left the first day thinking about how that was not a stressful experience. Troy was awesome. Left the 2nd day with a car (Audi A3 Cabriolet) and a new friend. No work has been done on the car so I can't comment on the quality of work. But their service department appears to bend over backwards to be helpful in every way. And everyone has everyones back at this dealership. It feels like a family.

Even though I dropped in without an appointment the staff made sure to welcome me and make sure I was taken care of quickly. Our experience started months ago when considering a replacement vehicle for my Wife. We have had great success with the VW brand though we wanted to move up into a more refined Audi with better options. After reading endless reviews that compared the A3, CLA250, and BMW328/320 models, I came to the conclusion the Audi A3 2.0 had the best fit. We live closer to the, "Other" Audi dealership in SWFL but felt forgotten after just one visit and noticed the stock was less then half of what Naples Audi had to offer. On our first trip to Naples Audi we were greeted by Jamie Schutt, I was instantly blown away with the knowledge Jaime offered and noticed he was an attentive listener. Jamie considered my entire request and only educated me by suggesting other options. Jaime consistently stayed in contact and one morning before Audi Naples was open, I had emailed pictures of the perfect Audi that was coming into stock that day. Ultimately my Wife and I arrived at the dealership the same day. We were assisted with Jamie and Steve Barry throughout the process. We never felt rushed or pressured and everything went extremely smooth. I was impressed that the Manager Jason Meixel stopped over to make sure we were happy and that everything was OK. We bought a car from Cris Torres and cannot say enough wonderful things about him! My husband and I are visiting Naples from Chicago. We are only in town to buy a second home for seasonal use. While here, my husband decided to take a peek at the new A3 that we were maybe considering buying for our daughter. We had 100% absolutely NO intention on buying a car here. We told Cris not to waste any time on us, because it made no sense for us to buy a car in Florida. We live in Chicago. So, naturally, we should buy the car in Chicago rather than drive it all the way back home. However, we left the dealership with a new car, to my own amazement! Cris is fantastic, to say the least, and a HUGE asset to this dealership! Although we had no intention on buying a car today, we are very, very happy. We felt no pressure, but were motivated to move forward with this transaction purely by his genuine nature and honesty. He did a great job for us and we're thrilled to give him our business. Great service from Joey even though I bought my old Audis in Colorado. Great integrity from the dealership. I signed a deal. Ordered the car and lost my paperwork. When my new RS5 was delivered to the dealership, I made them jump through hoops to send me a copy of the P.O. that I had signed, showing the price that I had agreed to. They sent it to me even though I was probably sort of rude. When my wife and I went to pick up the car, the new salesman Steve Barry who I had never met (the sales person I made the original deal with had left the dealership), told me that the original salesperson had made an error on the price that I was quoted (the quote was too high). So, even though I would never have known the difference, Steve reduced the price to the accurate level. Then he proceeded to give me a great introduction to the car. That is genuine value and integrity. I will tell everyone.

My wife and I had been searching throughout Florida for a low mileage, "like-new" 2010-2012 white Q5 Premium Plus/Prestige for 3 months. When one popped up online at Audi Naples I immediately contacted them and got an immediate response from Michael Shutt. He was tremendously helpful, answered all of my questions, quoted me a good "internet price," and even went out and took pictures and videos of the vehicle with his cellphone and sent them to me, He also immediately sent me a copy of the original sticker as well as the Carfax report. When we arrived at the dealership, we were met at the door by Wayne Clark who greeted us by name and immediately escorted us over to the vehicle, did a thorough "walk-around" with us, pointed out every "bell & whistle," and escorted us for a test drive. They worked with us on the price of the car, as well as our trade-in, and we purchased the vehicle on the spot. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and totally professional. There were a few items that they wanted to take care of before delivery, and I had a list of 7 or 8 items. When we came back to pick up the car, everything had been done, and the vehicle was perfect. Wayne spend about 20 minutes with us going over everything, he set up our cellphones with the bluetooth, and explained every operation. He was very patient, didn't rush us, and answered all of our questions. He truly knew this car "onside and out." We live in Sarasota, and this dealership is a 90 minute drive away, but it was totally worth it. I am happy to give this dealership, and especially Michael and Wayne my highest recommendation. (And trust me ... I am not the easiest person to please!)

I came to Audi Naples to complete a car quest. Audi was the last on the list of 3 comparable automobiles that I was interested in. My sales person, Steve Barry was as helpful, informative and obliging as any sales person can be. All of my questions were answered succinctly and competently. Issues that were previously a blur became clear and understandable. Mr. Barry brought various A6's from the inventory lot for us to test drive. His explanation of the varying features and electronics aboard the vehicles was edifying. The A6's themselves were overwhelming. The other luxury sedans became a distant memory. I went to Naples VW because I wanted to test drive a VW Jetta. That is how I met Jeff Weissert. I was very pleased with the car and Jeff's 'salemanship': pleasant, knowledgeable, willing to help y above all, not pushy. After the test drive I parked the car next to an Audi A3. That car caught my eye immediately. I was somewhat reluctant to ask Jeff about the Audi, since he works for VW. He told me not to worry, if I want to drive the A3, he'll make the arrangements. Searched the internet for a soft top vehicle and selected the Audi A5 Cabriolet, Found the one I liked at the Naples dealership. Requested an E-Mail quote which was sent quickly and I scheduled a time to test drive. On Friday 9/5 my wife brought our Audi in for service. We are in the market for a new car and had looked at the A5 convertible. While looking at inventory on the lot, she spoke with a sales person. He wrote plainly, a quoted price for her.Not being an expert in the field she asked and was told it was the total price "out the door". In our discussion I said I believed they would add tax and registration fees. When she called today to go in to purchase the car, the story changed from the written quote. Not only were tax and registration fees added, but initially they "forgot" about the discount program discussed but also added a $600.00 dealer fee. From a consumer view this very much seems like bait and switch. To me, "out the door" should be all that the dealer receives. I could understand the tax and registration fees, they do not go to the dealer. Certainly the $600 dealer fee is dealer profit. FYI, I will be also sending this to Audi corporate and check into the legality in Florida as we are from New Jersey. Not happy at all with Jason or a supervisor who was put on the phone to say "That's the way we do it"

After going through online negotiations with several dealerships, I just purchased a new A6 from Audi Naples and couldn't be happier. Dealt with only 1 sales rep (Michael Schutt) and he was excellent with his dealings. Very respectful on the phone and via email (no pressure felt whatsoever), gave an extremely fair price, and came off as an honest individual (rare in car sales). Met him briefly when I went to the dealership to pick up the car, and he came off just as respectful/pleasant in person.Wayne Clarke went over all of the specifics of the car and was patient with explaining everything, because the A6 has a ton of new technology that can seem overwhelming.Thanks guys for making this a great experience.

Mike and Jamie Schutt were an absolute joy to deal with in my recent Q7 purchase. They were incredibly responsive and reasonable in the negotiation of both my new car purchase AND (perhaps more importantly) the value of my trade in. Too often, the salesperson and the used car department don't help each-other enough. In this case, they did a great job to get both sides of my transaction done. Customer service-wise, this could not have been any better. Mike and I conducted the entire transaction over the phone, via email and via text with all paperwork sent to my home via overnight Fedex. I found the car I wanted via TrueCar, but none of the local Miami dealers would honor the transaction and none even got close on the trade-in value of my old car. Mike and Jamie understand how Millenials purchase things. We use apps to order food, Uber to order a ride, Amazon to buy stuff, and we watch TV on Netflix. There is absolutely no reason why car purchases cant' be done the same way. Until the rest of dealerships catch up with Mike and Jamie, there shouldn't be an Audi buyer under 40 years old making a purchase ANYWHERE but at Audi of Naples.

I began looking into purchasing an Audi A4 Quattro about 1 month ago. I live out of state from this dealership (Indianapolis) and they were not on my radar for the first 3 weeks of my quest. I began looking at Audi's in Indianapolis and found that the prices were quite high, thousands of dollars higher than MSRP, and I could not get local dealers to call me back. I spoke with a friend who drives Audi's and he recommended that I call Audi Naples and inquire with them about my desire to purchase an A4. Within about 10 minutes of visiting their website and filling out my information, I had received a call from Michael Schutt and we began to talk about their selection of A4's. I never felt pressured into a vehicle that I couldn't afford, or wasn't interested in. I have a very particular set of requirements and a price point that I had to match and Audi Naples was able to locate a car for me that met my requirements with no problem. I flew down to Naples less than 1 week from my first contact with Michael to pick up the A4 that I had selected (2014 A4 Quattro 6 Speed manual, Premium with S-Line Package, Midnight Blue). John Holman, met me a the airport in his personal car, and drove me to the dealership to complete my transaction. The dealership was exquisite. They had my car detailed (it was already new, 58 miles at purchase) and washed, and had the entire service team install a protection package that I had opted for so that I could start my 19hour drive home sooner.Audi Naples saved me around $8000 off the vehicle price compared with quotes that I had received for local Indianapolis dealers and my lease price was over $200 less a month that local quotes which allowed me to pick more options! Their team had answers for all my questions and their customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend looking into purchasing from Audi Naples even if you aren't local to the area. They provide the best customer service I have ever experienced from a car dealership. I will be looking to purchase or lease another Audi in a few years time and they will be my first call.

I went to Naples Audi and was greeted promptly by Michael Schutt (Internet Sales). He then advised me that he would turned me over to Chris Torres, who is an Audi specialist. I spoke with Chris briefly about what I was interested in, and he had already had a vehicle for me to view. We went outside where he went over the vehicle in detail. He was also able to answer any question I had.I was also introduced to several other employees. All were very courteous and professional.The dealership was was very clean and they offered different amenities for their customers while waiting for service.Overall my experience was excellent, and I commend Chris Torres for his knowledge of the Audi and his professionalism.

My family and i had a great experience at Audi Naples this past weekend. I researched/ test drove many cars before i came to the conclusion that i wanted to purchase an Audi. While visiting other dealerships i encountered pushy, aggressive sales consultants. It was the complete oppostie at Audi. Jamie was very knowledegable about the car and made the process very enjoyable. After purchasing the vehicle he went through every feature/ gadget to make sure i felt completly comfortable before i drove off the lot. The following day Jamie even called to check in to make sure i did not have any additional questions/ concerns about the vehice! Great experience- would definitly recommend!!!

We needed a vehicle with unusual characteristics: head rest of passenger seat had to be removable, seat had to recline fully to marry with rear passenger side seat. My wife is a decorated disabled vet and we must travel by land from South Florida to CT monthly -ability to recline is key, as is excellent mileage and reliability. Audi of Naples turned up the perfect vehicle.Michael Schutt fielded my email query, did his homework, and established that the seat could be maneuvered in just the way we require. Without him, this deal would not have been done. Mike Pierne was excellent to work with: low key but determined, exceedingly well informed. The transaction was smooth and the briefing Mike gave on the vehicle was the most complete and intelligible I have experienced in many years of buying new vehicles.

First time in 40 years I purchased a car over the internet. Mr. Michael Schutt and Mr. Mast made me very comfortable with full disclosures about the vehicle and prior service/ownership of the car. They answered all of my questions promptly and to my satisfaction. The vehicle was Audi certified, had an excellent carfax report and Mr. Schutt did a 360 degree inspection of the car with me by phone. He took the time to explain every minor blemish and how he would have the car detailed to remove them. He did exactly what he said he would do and the car arrived in the exact condition described. I trust the dealership and would certainly go back to Naples if they had the car I wanted.

I started by inquiring about a car I saw on their website. They contacted me promptly to tell me the car was no longer available and asked if they could help me find something else. Great! Unfortunately, this is when it started to go downhill. Each time they e-mailed me, they asked what car I was looking for, for my phone number, and a time when I could come to see them. Each time I responded, I would describe the car, ask that they contact me by e-mail instead of phone, and tell them I would go to the dealer once we've located a car and settled on a price. Rather than actually find any cars, they kept insisting I visit them. We went around in this circle a few times before I finally gave up. I'm now wrapping up my purchase at another dealership while they're still asking for me to make an appointment to visit the dealership.

Having purchase more than 70 cars in my lifetime I have come to appreciate a seamless transaction. The main reason I bought my Audi from the Naples dealership, when I live about 170 miles away, was largely due to the professional actions of Mr. Michael Schutt. Mr. Schutt addressed all my concerns, managed to develop a relationship via e-mail, was always courteous and respectful. Given today's American youth, working with Mr. Schutt was a breath of fresh air. Final negotiations were executed with Mr. Joy. Upon arrival, Mr. Pierne greeted me, and proceeded to execute the paperwork just as discussed the day before. There were no complications, no re-negotiations, excuses, or explanations. The deal was the deal.As far as the staff in general is concerned,they are all very professional and friendly. Delivery of my car occurred after hours, at no time did any of the staff make me feel as an imposition. Some of you might say the deal is done they made a profit, indeed that is the point. The deal was done, the paperwork executed, the profit would be realized. This is not the first time that I've had a car delivered after hours, however, the staff at Audi Naples remained cheerful and understanding throughout the entire process. Some experiences with other dealerships were just the opposite. Once the paperwork was done, they are off to the next sale, and I felt an imposition.I eagerly await the release of the new Audi R8, at which time I will once again, with pleasure, call upon Mr.Schutt to orchestrate another seamless and enjoyable transaction.My only regret is that I do not live in Naples to have my car serviced there.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I contacted Audi of Naples via the Internet because I was interested in the new 2015 A3, Erin got back to me quickly, with a fantastic price, so I scheduled a test drive. I met Mike when I arrived at the dealership, there was no pressure, he really worked with me to find a car that I would like and one where I could get the most bang for my buck. That was the hard part, Audi of Naples has a large selection of cars, but once I found my A3 everything else was easy. Audi of Naples gave me more than I expected for my trade-in and the Internet pricing they gave me on the A3 was phenomenal. Mike even delivered the car to me the next day. Thank you Audi of Naples.

I've had experience with many dealerships in the past, and none of them had the knowledge, followup, and courtesy that Audi of Naples had. Being an individual who stays in touch with the latest automotive news, I was very impressed myself at the knowledge that Jamie had on the vehicles that he sold. In fact, all of the employees that I worked with drove an Audi - something that I rarely see when I walk into a dealership. That says a ton about what the employees believe about the vehicles that they sell. The dealership answered all of my questions, had great followup, and didn't pressure me into any sale that I wasn't originally comfortable with. I have already mentioned Jamie, Mickey, and the dealership to several of my friends and co-workers, and I wouldn't have done so if I didn't get the kind of service that I did. After working online with MIchael Schutt we were invited to visit Audi Naples and experience a demo drive in the gorgeous Q7. We met John Holman and shared some Detroit and Michigan state highlights and then went out to drive the Q7. We were extremely impressed with the experience both from a mechanical perspective, quality of ride and engineering, along with the low key manner of our guide, John Holman.To be perfectly honest we had not intended to buy that day. Afetr reviewing numerous options, vehicles and discussing the basics of the Q7. We asked John if we could take a few moments and have my present vehicle, a Chevy Trailblazer SS, appraised. We reviewed the asking listed price on the Q7 and began a very pleasant negotiation that ended with Mickey Joy coming in to explain the dealerships position in the transaction. We had the absolute feeling of being treated with the highest respect and noted that none of the usual tricks employed by other auto dealers, i.e., holding car keys, delaying appraisals, bringing in "The Closer", were absent. I knew too well how to go about a purchase that I wanted and with no feelings of a confrontation that had been presented in past negotiations with local dealerships. We felt none of this. They let me feel in total control, there was no pressure to buy, only response to questons we asked and explanations of finances, drivabilities, engineering, and dealer responsibility.We returned 3 days later to take delivery of our Q7. John ran me through a tutorial of the electronics necessary to get me underway. He also followed me to our home, a journey of 48 minutes, to install our garage remote system into the Q7. Both John Holman and Mickey Joy assured me that any time I neede transportation and/or a loaner vehicle for overnight service, one would be provided. Our total experience at Audi Naples made us feel that we aquired a group of new friends from the Schutt brothers to John, Mickey and JJ who helped us through the tedious application process and recomended products that would keep our Q7 shiney and brightly new. Came in to help daughter get her first car that she was paying for. Wayne met us at the door and was very polite and professional. We explained what she was wanting an Audi A4 Premium Plus Quattro and a few hours later my daughter was getting her first new car. I found the people I worked with at this dealership to be easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I will say that the dealership's phone and computer system did not work as well as they should which made communications, at times, difficult. The only really negative comment I would make is that the car I purchased was advertised as having 5,700 miles on it but when I signed the odometer certification is actually had 6,400 miles. When I pointed this out I really did not get an adequate response as to why this was the case. Not enough to impact my purchase decision but I feel the dealer should be more careful and proactive in this regard.

I saw the car I wanted online and spoke to Michael and told him that I would be in town and wanted just to see the car. I didn't think we'd be able to negotiate a mutually agreeable price. Michael met me there and introduced me to Wally. Both were friendly and easy to work with. A good, fair price was negotiated. Michael and staff at Audi Naples are some of the best I have ever dealt with in the auto sales industry. I was an out of state buyer asking about a car that was out of my budget. Micheal continued to work with me until I was within my price range and was confident enough about the car to get on an airplane and fly to Florida. They picked me up at the Ft Meyers airport, and took very good care of me while going through the complex process of buying a car. The sales personnel service at this dealership is excellent! They are definitely there to sell a car with lots of work and perseverance!We were kept in a loop with the kind of car we wanted by the salesman, Chris Torres. He is young, energetic, knows his products and will learn on the job the things he does not know as far as maturity in salesmanship. He is a real asset to your dealership as far as we are concerned!The financial salesperson, John Joseph was knowledgable and nice, but his presentation on the "after the sale information" needs some adjusting. His information was too overwhelming at the time of the purchase. We are arranging for payment for the car and he is trying to sell us all optional packages to include in our payment. And there were too many! Would not recommend that part to anyone, some of the options should be included in the cost of the car. I would have preferred one price all inclusive! Having to make decisions on --do you wanted tinted windos, do you want insurance on the paint, do you want this or that???? Too much! Overall, dealership was a pleasant experience for us. Of course it's the creme of the crop inventory, sales personnel reflect that!

Quite honestly, this is the first time that I have ever taken the time to provide feedback on a dealership experience. As we all know, buying a car is seldom on the list of most satisfying experiences. In the case of Audi of Naples, Jeff Sawick our certified Audi sales consultant delivered a buying experience that was by far the best I have ever experienced. I dare say that he helped to make buying a car enjoyable. Jeff is professional & courteous, as well as, knowledgable and most importantly offered my wife and I his personal support throughout the entire process of selection, test drive and delivery. He was very generous with the time spent helping us learn the operation of our A5 Cabriolet. Throughout the experience he was patient, humorous and a delight to do business with. Jamie Schutt did an excellent presentation of the vehicle attributes, comparing the Audi 5 and 7 to each other and then to the BMW and Mercedes.He did not try to oversell me but provided an enjoyable experience. We drove from Palm Beach County to Naples, a 2 hour drive to buy a car from Cris Torres at Audi Naples. None of the dealers on the east coast had the vehicle we wanted in stock. I found OUR CAR online, called and left a message. Cris returned my call and after a brief conversation concerning a deal, we decided to drive to Naples. Cris was not just kind and friendly to deal with, his professional manner in handling the deal and his delivery of the car was superb. We were not allowed to leave the dealership until all questions were answered and we were fully confident in operating the navigation system, power top and other features of our S5. Troy Head was a delight to work with. He was very knowledgeable regarding my new Audi, answered all of my questions and was very thorough in pointing out all the bells and whistles. He set up our cell phones on Bluetooth and even came to our house to synchronize the garage door opener. We had considered a BMW and a Mercedes, but were ultimately sold on the Audi and with the presentation Troy offered.

Mike was great. Listened to our needs, made suggestions, did not pressure us at all. I called ahead, he had a car ready for a test drive. During our test drive his team evaluated our trade. We came back, struck a deal with a minimum of hassle, and we drove home in our new car that day! Made the whole transaction very easy. My 2011 Audi Q5 has exceeded all my expectations involved in acquiring a new car. In fact, so good that I decided to conduct a trade-in for a 2014 Audi Q5. Michael Pierne is the Audi Brand Specialist I have been working with at Audi Naples. He has been most helpful in making the experience as easy as possible without sacrificing quality and customer relationships. Every step of the process was carefully and completely explained without the usual rush. In the course of the negotiations we hit a minor snag regarding the interior color and Michael was able to overcome the problem without a hitch. This will mark the second Audi I've bought from Jeff Sawick at Audi Naples. Jeff's knowledge of the car is exceptional. Performance capabilities, internal technology, etc. These high end cars are extremely complex and Jeff is able to explain everything in great detail. The team effort at the dealership to deal with my sale was impressive. Jeff, the general manager and the sales manager dealt with me debating over which car to buy for months - something most dealerships would not have had the patience for. The team brought high level expertise on comparing Audi to other luxury car manufacturers and ultimately closed the deal with an attractive price relative to market.

Given an unusual schedule, I found myself shopping for a new car while on vacation. The Audi of Naples was my third stop and the service was unmatched. The delivery went great (I ordered the car). They even lowered the price at delivery because Audi gave them some better pricing from the deal we negotiated. We arrived at Audi of Naples with the intent of visiting 4 other dealerships before making a purchase of a (used) car. We were greeted by our salesman, Jeff Sawick. Jeff was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. We spent about 2 hours looking and test driving cars. We were very comfortable with him and didn't feel pressured at all. We ended up buying a car that day and felt we were given a fair trade in price on our Corvette. Jeff's personality, sincerity and knowledge kept us from any further shopping. He is truly an asset to Audi of Naples and look forward to returning next year when my husbands lease is up on his BMW. My wife and I had visited Audi of Naples and saw a used vehicle that we were interested in, left the dealership and returned home. After returning home, later in the day we used the live chat feature on their website. This is a very nice feature if you have questions and are not in the Naples area or may not have time to go to the dealership. All questions were answered promptly. After "chatting" with the dealership they ask if we would like to have the car brought to us at our home! We accepted, Rex Manchester brought the car to us, answered more questions, plus we took a test drive. Rex is friendly and knowledgeable on the Audi product line as he was able to give the specs. and features of the vehicle. The time Rex spent with us was over 90 minutes, at our home.A few days later a deal was made. As is stated on their website "We never claim to be the lowest, but we do claim to be the BEST at a price that the market determines as fair!" This seems to be a fair statement in our transaction. Everyone we had contact with was courteous and eager to satisfy.

I was looking for a Blue Sepang Audi RS5, whch was a very difficult car to find. My dealer, in Springfield, MO, was not able to find one due to political reasons, which was understandable once explained. Therefore, I went on my own search. The dealership that I first encountered would not work with me in regards to methods of payment or trade in; they actually requested me to take time from my busy schedule and drive 10 hrs to sign paperwork and even negotiate payment and then drive another additional 10 hrs at some other point to just pick up the car. I then ran into this dealership where they made everything incredibly easy. They understood my busy schedule and, in fact, also worked with the fact that I was gone for a week at an important conference. We did most of the negotiation over the phone as well as the finance application. The final paperwork as FedEx'd to the conference center and signed, of which they paid for both ways. They paid for shipping of one vehcile and in a manner that would make me feel at ease. They evaluated my car via an iphone video of my trade in and offered a good value. I am now expecting my car sometime next week and I am excited. My experience with this dealership was top notch and would definately recommend Audi of Naples to anyone, and, in fact, I may be a return customer despite being located in Springfield, MO. Thank you for the great work!

I was driving from the Fort Myers area to Miami when my oil light came on in the car. I've never owned an Audi before (but absolutely love my S5!) so I wasn't sure how far I could drive it. I was close to Naples so I looked up the dealership and swung by. It was the lunch hour but they took my car in right away, added a 1/2 quart of oil, offered to wash the car (which I declined because I had an appointment in Miami) and got me on my way in no time. It was the only dealership that didn't try to force false numbers down my throat or constantly tweak the numbers just to make a sale. It was my first purchase of a used car through the internet and I was understandably a bit apprehensive. I dealth mainly with Jason Meixel and David Mast who were both responsive, professional and helpful. I was provided with full service records and other information that I requested. I found the negotiation process straightforward and honest on their part. Lou Vlasicak, Audi Brand Specialist was very professional and had a comprehensive knowledge of the car I was interested. He was also very sensitive I was a widow and this was very difficult. My husband was interested in an Audi 6 series and wanted me to consider the vehicle. Lou Vlasicak helped me through the whole process. I was comparing a BMW 5 series and was not at all knowledgeable with the Audi's. I live in West Palm Beach where there are six Audi dealers in South Florida, while Audi of Naples is a 2 hour drive away on the gulf coast. However, Audi of Naples has their inventory on their website including options and photos of the actual cars. So when I saw that they had the exact car I wanted, I e-mailed them and was very pleased when Chris Muller was able to provide a great price not only on the new car, but on my trade-in as well! Everything was set before I even had to drive over there, so pretty much all I had to do was go pick up the car!Chris Muller was very friendly, had a comprehensive knowledge of all the car's features (and being a new Audi with the MMI nav system, there are a lot of features!), and most importantly of all, he was very sincere and straightforward.The dealer did a great job detailing the car, and after a couple of hours, I was driving home in my new car with a big smile on my face, partly because of the awesome new car itself, but also because I was extremely satisfied with the overall purchase experience!

There is a reason that this dealership has such good reviews. I dislike the car buying experience. I find it entirely frustrating that most car salesman and dealerships use the same prescribed, illogical sales techniques which are frankly insulting. However, Audi of Naples was different. It was a much more smooth and easy buying experience than I am use to or expected. They provided a fair price and a great car. The whole process could have been less than smooth, but Audi of Naples, Jason Meixel, Josh Palmer, and Tony Canglin did a great job at making it quiet smooth. I appreciate this, and I highly recommend them.

I had pretty much made up my mind to buy a different brand of car, and then called Volkswagen of Naples on a whim while I was out grocery shopping. Erin was friendly and knowledgeable, and she didn't hesitate to answer my questions over the phone. Because the phone experience was so pleasant, I blew off my errands and drove straight to Audi Naples. I ended up test-driving a VW CC and loved it. Two days later I went back to the dealership to look at the car again, and... I drove home in my brand new CC. The general manager, Blair, and the manager, Chuck, were both involved my in my deal along with Erin. Everyone involved in my transaction was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Purchasing a new car is not something my husband or I ever like to do. However, from the initial contact by the salesman (Lou Vlasic) to the signing of the final papers, the experience was very positive, professional, accommodating and pleasant. Not that we want to buy another car anytime soon, but we would certainly return to this dealership and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Excellent service from sales and finance department at Audi of Naples that listened to my needs and provided cordial friendly environment to do business.I am pleased with my purchase and have peace of mind with extended warranty. This is my 4th Audi. I can't afford the new Audis, but I have enjoyed CPO, and used Audis and have built a good relationship with the Audi service department in Clearwater.

Lou was so low key it made car buying a dream (and the Audi A5 convertible sells itself anyway). Fabulous service -- bought over the holiday weekend, and they came and retrieved the car on the next business day from my house to do the required battery check and protective coating work. Would highly recommend Audi Naples, and Lou, for a great car buying experience.

The staff was wonderful at Audi of Naples. They were kind, professional, informative, attentive, and not pushy. We felt welcome from the second we entered until the time we left. The staff stayed late to complete our purchase and made the process as easy as possible. We also traded in our other vehicle which they even drove to our house the following day to pick up. Furthermore, we purchased the vehicle "as is" and there were a few minor issues noticed after purchase that they were happy to help us resolve....excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Audi of Naples and especially Paul and Lou.

We were searching for a new Audi and looked at Audi Naples website to see what they had. Decided to make the trip from Fort Myers to check them out. Lou was very friendly and patient with us. We test drove the A7 and fell in love with it. They had exactly what we were looking for in color and options on the car. They made us a great deal and we purchased it the very next day. Everyone was great to work with!

Had a great experience buying a 2013 Audi A5 cabrio right off the truck with the pickle man. Everything that was promised was delivered. He helped weigh the options between the models I was stuck between. They also did a very good job selling us. I guess they knew we wanted an upgrade and had the car detailed for us to see it in it's spotless state before we even committed to signing.They made the trade in very profitable for us and were pretty close to where we wanted to be. They even came to our house to pick up our other trade so we didn't have to drive back a third time. Once committed and approved for financing the whole process took under three hours and we do not have to go back to get the metal tags. The office was slow, the entire department was either detailing the car, filling it with gas, expediting plates and financing.The car is beautiful and is brilliant on the road.

Although we walked in "just looking" on a late Saturday afternoon, and left with two new Audi's, it was a great experience. We always felt that we "purchased" the cars and were not "sold", i.e. pushed into making a decision. The sales reps we talked with did their best to accommodate us and to meet our budget concerns. The autos, of course, are fantastic. I traded a Mercedes and I enjoy driving the Audi better than the Mercedes. The next day, our salesman, Lou, called to thanks us again. Nice touch.Thanks, Guys.

In addition, they treated me well and did not try to high pressure sell me which to me is a big turnoff. David Faulkner my sales person, is a very personable salesman. This is car #2 for us, and with Chris specifically. We live in the Fort Lauderdale area and the drive over to Naples is well worth it. All 5's from us because the customer service is great, the showroom and waiting area are great (nice coffee/espresso machine by the way!), service is fast and we got a fantastic deal on our S4.

I walked into this dealership for the first time and received World Class customer service.I live in West Palm Beach and I drove more than 2 hours to buy my car from Audi Naples because I had a bad experience with my local dealer. Chris and John were great, got a great value for my trade in and a great price for my A3. Had some coffee while Robert from financial was working in getting the best loan rates.. So I walked in, Test drives , info , chats and documentation and 2 hours later, I was driving my new A3 home.Will definitely buy again from Audi Naples... Highly Recommend them.

Jeff Sawick is the by far the very best Sales Person I have EVER worked with and I have bought 4 Audi's in 3 different states. I would recommend this dealership and more importantly Jeff to anyone. He is honest, straighforward and passionate about his work. I dont know who was more excited about my new S4 me or him!!!!!! He genuinely cared about my experience and did everything possible to make it painfree. I should also add the finance end of my transaction was also very easy. Ted in Finance was great. Again couldnt say more about the wonderful experience I had.

Josh Palmer was pleasant and courteous. The complete transaction was performed over the internet prior to physically seeing the vehicle. Paperwork was completed by the time I arrived from Orlando. I spent approximately 30 minutes at the dealer after inspecting and test driving the car. I would most definatly do business with Audi Naples again.Skip in the service dept assisted me with a new pair of Rims of which he worked with me on a fair purchase price and offered his cell number if I had any questions or concerns about the rims prior to me coming back to the dealer for purchase. Hands down Skip, Josh and the rest of the Audi team was a pleasure to work with. Great service and professionalism.

This is the second car I have leased with Jeff. He is the best salesperson....not pushy, but very attentive. He is beyond knowledgeable on all the features of the various car models, and very good with his tutorial of same. He is also attentive to the customer's needs and open to honest give and take. He listens and doesn't push an agenda. He's the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. His follow-through is attentive and continual. I give him an A+++++++.

AJ was knowledgeable and got us a great deal on a new Audi A5. When we returned the next day he spent a lot of time with my wife, going over the features of the car she hadn't seen the day before. We don't feel like we got the "hard sell" - AJ made it a very pleasant experience and when we left we didn't feel like we had been engaged in a battle. This is the second Audi we've bought there and one of the reasons we went back was because of their salesmen and their service dept. Great dealership!!

Very pleased with my experience. None of the stereotype "high pressure" salesman routine. Had one trip for minor warranty work. The work was fine but communcation from the service dept. had room for improvement (I had to keep calling for updates). Personally I've always preferred GM cars as a rule but this car was mainly for my wife's use and she has a fondness for VW. Our finances were limited which limited our choice of cars but we're quite happy with our Jetta.
