After a long day dealing with other car dealers, our last stop was Audi Norwell and they were a fantastic. We arrived close to closing without an appointment and Kyle our sales person was great. The car we wanted to drive was waiting for us after a quick call vs. another dealership that was very unorganized and couldn't even find a car for us to drive and we had an appointment! Just bought my 3rd Audi from Audi Norwell. I've been wanting an A7 for a long time and was fortunate enough to find a pre-owned beauty. My salesman Nick Losee was great. He took me through the car and all of it's nuances and then out onto the highway. What a great car to drive. Working in sales and in customer service my whole life, I know a good asset to a company when I see one. Kyle White was an above and beyone sales person. Not only did he make me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived, but he also was extremely knowledgable about the cars being sold. My husband and I came down to Audi of Norwell to look at a Ford Explorer we saw online. We were greeted by Scott McDonald who showed us the car. Scott was knowledgeable about the car and was great to work with. After taking the car for a test drive we knew it was the car for us. Just purchased a pre-owner Jaguar from Audi Norwell. I have bought a significant of cars over the past 20 years and I have to admit that this was by far the easiest & smoothest purchase. My initial contact with my salesman, Scott McDonald, a month ago was the start of a great buying experience. Today I returned to the dealership to purchase the car, was greeted by Scott and the process started. He got me thru the paperwork process with no stress. All the individuals that helped with the purchase were fantastic. The final contact was with Andrew Dunn, Business Manager made completing the final paperwork a breeze. I recently bought a pre owned Audi Q5 from Audi Norwell, although I was impressed with the car, I was not impressed with my salesman at all, or the service. I was assigned to a salesman named Josh M., he was a young kid that has no customer service skills. He did not know one thing about the car, and when I asked a specific question, he would counter with some Audi Norwell catch phrase like "we only put one out of twelve cars on this lot" He had no power, he has to continually run back and forth to the managers office, he was texting while I test drove the car and not answering my questions. He did not take the purchase of my new car seriously at all. After all of this, he told me they would deliver my car 3 days later, when it turned out they could not meet that deadline, I requested a rental car, which they blew me off for about 3 days. I FINALLY got my car 10 days later, from when I signed the paper. But what really got me, is at the end, when I received my car, I was so in love with it, I decided to be nice and text Josh and said "car looks great, thanks for everything!", to my surprise Josh did not even text me back. I mean, come on, his whole job skill is to please me and make me happy, and he could not even do his job and text me back and say "your welcome, glad your happy"?! To be a salesman takes ZERO SKILL, all you have to do is be there for your client and do everything and anything the client asks. This salesman JOSH WAS AWEFUL, A POMPOUS LITTLE KID THAT DID NOT SHOW ME ANY RESPECT OR CARE IN THE WORLD. BEWARE OF THE SALESMAN YOU CHOOSE AT AUDI NORWELL.

My wife and I have been dedicated Audi owners for nearly 30 years. Last month, my wife was involved in a fairly serious accident, and her 2008 Audi A4 (purchased from the newly-launched Audi of Norwell in 2011) when another driver ran a red light and t-boned her car. Fortunately, she walked away from it without a scratch. The A4 wasn't so lucky. After appraisal, it was deemed a total loss and we were suddenly in the market for a replacement. There was never a question about where we would be shopping. We went to Audi of Norwell, and I asked for Scott McDonald, who had sold me a new Q5 a few years ago. Scott took care to select cars for my wife to test drive, and in the end, he sold her a "new" 2013 A4 from their inventory of certified pre-owned cars. Scott is our new "go to" guy now. He was great with me in 2013, and he was awesome again now. He was straightforward and clear on our options, and was extremely professional in closing the deal. When delivery time came, the car was pristine and ready to go. I would also commend Greg Brennan, the business manager, as well as Wayne Cahill and all the guys in the service area who prepped the car. We look forward to a continuing (and long) great relationship with our Audi dealer in Norwell!

I walked into Audi Norwell with an above average knowledge base of cars, especially Audi's. I wanted to trade in my 2010 Nissan for a new 2016 S5 lease. Sam Doxsey had helped my mother purchase an Audi Q5 a few days earlier so I sought out his help.Having never leased a car before, Sam made the process extremely easy. Taking me on multiple test drives with multiple vehicles over the course of three visits. He was extremely knowledgable and passionate about the cars Audi Norwell sold. Sam made sure I got all the special incentives available as well.I have to say, the part of the car buying process that people look forward to the least, the negotiation, was really quick and painless with Sam and Sam's manager. I told Sam if he could match the lowest price of the two I brought in that I would take it. Needless to say after 2 minutes with his manager, Sam came back with paperwork and the deal was done.After I decided to Lease the S5 Andrew Dunn (Audi Financial) went above and beyond his responsibility of having me fill out paperwork. My experience at Audi Norwell was seamless. I initially talked to Ryan Sullivan (via email) who was extremely informative. He answered all of my questions. I did not feel any pressure from him at all. Once I decided to take the plunge and lease a Q5, I stopped by at Audi Norwell. Alex Voevoski walked me through the entire process. Went to the dealer to see about getting my first luxury car and had the pleasure of working with Alex V. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the Audi (as well as other brands I asked about for comparison). He helped me find exactly what I was looking for with zero pressure to buy on the spot. Alex gave me several options to consider and gave me the time I need to make my decision. So different from previous experiences at other dealers where they were trying to get me to sign on the dotted line immediately. It truly was a very stress free and easy experience. They have a beautiful new building and the "vibe" is not your typical high pressure tactics people dread. They respected my time and everything flowed along smoothly. I purchased a 2002 Nissan Maxima from Audi Norwell. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was by far the easiest and most comfortable i have ever felt at a car dealership. I just bought my second car from Audi of Norwell and if you are buying an Audi i don't know why you would go any place else. The dealership is spectacular and the customer service and amenities to match. When we bought a new Q5 last year the pricing and negotiations were straight forward and we were able to deal directly with our salesman Paul Copeland without the trips back and forth to the manager's office and the other games that were played at other local luxury dealerships who shall remain nameless.We just bought our second car from Paul and went the certified pre-owned path this time and again had a great experience with their first offer being spot on and then an amazingly quick close, registration transfer and coloring book for our 6 year old to keep him entertained while we processed the everything.I look forward to buying my next car there when the time comes and if your in the market for an Audi this is the place to go!

I arrived 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday night to look at a CPO S4. Jeff Johnson was excellent to work with and responded quickly to help me decide to purchase the car. I got all the paperwork in that night (after closing) and was able to finalize things the following day. Jeff kept me informed of the progress of the last remaining paperwork and made sure the car was ready on Monday. He then drove it up to my work (almost an hour north in Lexington, MA) for me to take delivery. My prior car buying experiences have been lengthy ones where I felt I needed to stay on my toes to ensure I didn't get swindled. Since I was in a rush this time around, I let my guard down a little. Thankfully, my experience with Audi of Norwell was quick, easy, and I got a good deal that I didn't have to work so hard for. I came away from the experience stress free and excited instead of exhausted and glad it was all over. Excellent experience overall. I recommend you contact Jeff if you're in the market for an Audi.

My first Audi ever. I was very excited. Went there on Veterans Day. Told my salesman I would be there for 9am. Showed up on time only to have to wait 45 min because some other guy just showed up without appt. That was the first error on them. Take new car home. 5 weeks now and I get a bill from my traded in vehicle with a late payment. Call bank and they tell me car has not been payed off. It is now Dec. 17, still trying to get dealer to pay off car. THEY SUCK! Especially for being Audi. I should have gone to Norm Wagner in Shrewsbury. The General Manager Craig can't even give the courtesy to call me back. I will keep calling or pay a visit.

Four things stood out here: 1) My salesman, Tom Smelstor, was exceptional. Apart from his professionalism, he was just a great guy. Warm, easy to talk to, genuine - the polar opposite of the car salesman stereotype. And - the price negotiations took 5 minutes. Easy peasy, and I was very satisfied with the price of the car. 2) Everything that was promised to me, they delivered perfectly, and on time. Paperwork, a few open issues with the car, the financial aspects - all handled without headache. 3) The car was perfectly prepped. I bought a nearly new used car, but the level of detail they showed in preparing it for delivery was exceptional. I usually find some nits to pick when it comes to this stuff (as I am a picky person), but not in this case. 4) You might say, "Well of course you got great service, you bought an expensive Audi." Not the case! I bought a 2012 Mazda6 - the cheapest car for sale on their lot. Even so, the experience from beginning to end was outstanding.I've purchased 25+ cars over the years from dealerships big and small, and this was one of the best. I highly recommend Audi Norwell. And ask for Tom when you arrive.

I bought the A7 with saleman J. He promised to deliver the car with buff out the heavy scratches, do the full detail and tinted the car. He kept the car for 6 days on the lot and nothing has been deliver as promised except for the last minute tinting. He slapped 2 bolts onto the rear plate, delivered the car and because there were only 2 bolts, it make noises when I drive on the highway. I wrote a letter to bring these matters into the sale manager attention. I was asked to bring the car back on Saturday 24th for the buff, detail and take care of the plate plus the malfunction sensor on the car. The buffing was addressed, the full detail and the plate still remain. The car is still dirty, in fact it still have the adhesive left over on the windshield where you have all of the sale stickers on it. About the plate, instead of putting another 2 bolts on it to keep it in place. They broke the frame and left the issue as is. Nice, well done. Mike, you assured to me personally that with your involvement the issues will get address and I will be satisfy afterward. Am I happy and satisfy? This is the worst experience I ever had in my whole life. I bought so many cars in the past from small to well-known dealers in MA and they all were great. They delivered what they promise, on time and with satisfaction. They even follow up few days after to see how everything goes. I do not think I have the same experience at your dealer. Remember, you represent Audi in the great town of Norwell. Do you know much time and effort I have to spend going back and forth to the dealer to get these issues address? And I really do not have to because they should have been addressed in the first place. Have I say enough? This is my first Audi and it is going to be my last because of the terrible service. I thought I would trade it in for a new A7 within 2 years and refer you some of my clients but I guess the relationship will end here. Thanks for the lousy service and promising at this location.

My girlfriend and I recently bought a car from Jeff Johnson at Audi Norwell. It was the first time in either of our histories of buying cars that we felt like our salesperson had our best interests in mind. Jeff was a class act, from setting up our appointment (and working with us far past closing time) to signing our paperwork. He operated like a trusted advisor and we appreciated that. We would gladly buy another car from Jeff, and we would recommend others to do the same.

I did not buy a vehicle from Audi Norwell but I wanted to leave a positive review because of Scott McDonald's excellent customer service provided. Dealing with Scott, mostly via email, was easy because he actually promptly responds to email requests and was willing to provide pricing, on both the vehicle I wanted to purchase and on my potential trade-in. Without every stepping foot into the dealership, we negotiated a very fair deal, which saved me alot of time and gave me valuable insight into market values.

I just purchased a used car from them. I had done my homework and knew what I was willing to spend on this nice new car. My dealings were one of the best car buying experience that I have ever encountered. The building was a little crowded and cars all over the place however in their defense they are building new dealership and are in the middle of all of that. I dealt with David as my salesman. He was straight forward and honest. I know what you are thinking a car salesperson that is straight forward and honest... its true. Having been in sales my whole life I tend to like to "play the game" sometimes, however I found myself at ease with him. I took the car for a spin, told them what I needed out of my trade, (they came within $500 of that number) That was close enough as I felt I was getting good value on my purchase. I do not make reviews often. This one just warranted it.

I found an interesting listing through the cars.com site and was put in an inquiry to this dealer. They were responsive to my inquiry and I ended up buying the car! I was actually in the process and close with another dealer but decided to visit this dealership to check it out before closing on the other car. What I got was a completely different experience (much better). I was well informed on the market price for the preowned I was looking for, and unlike other discussions I was having these guys were extremely reasonable and we agreed very quickly. Financing, purchase, and pickup were a pleasure. I'd definitely recommend them for your business. A true class act of an operation.

I went to Audi of Norwell last week to look at several of their pre-owned vehicles. The location is very accessible, right off the highway. The building is immaculate and set up extremely well. I was treated with amazing customer service from the very moment I walked in the door. Terry was behind the front desk and was extremely helpful. I also met with Craig and Mike who were really great and very helpful. I looked at several cars and eventually ended up purchasing a VW Tiguan. It is perfect! Arthur was really helpful in answering all of my financial questions. This is the type of place I am so happy to be working with, knowing how well taken care of I was and will be down the road. It is a comforting feeling. I was fortunate enough to meet and thank the general manager, who is awesome!! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall Audi of Norwell is well run and a place I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from any day.

I have been using this dealership for service since 1978. I have always been impressed with their courtesy, skill and how much they care about my cars. Overall a great dealership.
