If you are in the market for a new vehicle, this should be your ONLY stop. When you purchase a car you are also purchasing the service of a dealership. I've had 25 years experience at this dealership and there's a reason for that! They always go above and beyond the call of duty to make things easy and to correct any problems. Phil Mark at Mercedes is not your average sales person. He's professional, accommodating and does everthing he can to help you find exactly what you want and need. He puts you first. No pressure! The bottom line for him is your experience buying a new car. When you are spending this kind of money you need to do that with total trust. You can do that at this dealership. I will hopefully shop for more new cars in my lifetime, but I will never shop for another dealership!

I had our new car in for its 5000 miles service. I was a little late to my appointment but the girls were courteous and got me right in to get started. Appointment took just as long as expected and they kept me informed as things were moving along. They even cleaned the car before giving it back. Keep up the great work everyone!

We bought a 2013 Certified Pre-Owned Volvo XC60 from this dealership and could not be happier. After searching the entire East Coast for nearly 2 months looking for a great deal, we finally found it right down the road at Audi of State College. Reid Saupe was the sales associate we dealt with. His superior knowledge and level of customer satisfaction gave us the confidence that we were getting what we wanted. I was searching vigorously Audi RS5 for over two months. I called Audi State College and Jarvis Lawson picked up the phone and his customer service was fantastic. He sent me a detailed video of the RS5 and explained what packages this car contained. This was a fantastic buying experience and the car was delivered as promised. My experience with your service team was very good. Catrina was excellent. She took the time to fully explain all the work and costs and I really appreciated that. I also appreciated the use of a loaner car for the time my vehicle was at your shop. The one thing I would mention is my car was returned with a completely empty tank. When I dropped it off, it had at least a 1/4 tank of fuel or more. I mention this because I know you ask your customers to return their loaner cars with a full tank of gas. As a courtesy to your customers, it might be a good policy to return their car with at least as much fuel as it came in with.I have owned this car (Audi A4) for 10 years. My only complaint is the cost for maintenance of the vehicle. Repairs/parts over the life of the car (not just this specific incident) have been substantially more expensive than other cars I have owned. Add to that premium oil, gas, coolant, etc. over the years and the costs really add up. I expected that to some degree when I purchased the Audi, but I have to say it will be a significant factor in my next purchase. I realize that reflects more on the brand than on your service team. Again my experience with your staff was very positive.

First of all, everyone at the service center was very welcoming and helpful. Because I was having a minor problem with my 1999 Audi A6, Catrina had me speak with Tom, your mechanic. This was so helpful and, I believe, put us on the right path to solving the problem. I also had an oil change and general servicing which was done very professionally. Above all, there is communication between your service people and the customer which is so helpful and much appreciated.

Trish is very helpful and very thorough. Everything was taken care of as requested. At the last minute I even asked her to check out a small dent in my door to see if it could even be fixed and to let me know and I would have it done later. She had it evaluated and gave me the name and number of the person who does those repairs for the dealership. Great service. I love that my car gets washed too!

I waited for my 55,000 mile service to be performed and the 4-5 hour expected wait time was under 2 hours so I was very pleased to get back on the road to my home in Williamsport which is a 70 mile trip from the dealership.Trisha greeted me with a smile upon arrival and answered my many questions concerning my expected service.

I've been driving my Q5 for 3 years and 100% of my service was performed by this dealership. They definitely create the wow factor with Trisha leading the service department. I've never had a better customer service experience than. Get when dealing with Trisha and this dealership.With 75K miles I considered trading my '10 for a Q5 2013. While my initial visit to the dealership to pursue a possible trade, I was disappointed with my experience. In the end it was nothing more than a bad timing issue. Once I approached the dealership about my concerns they addressed everything, and I mean everything to my satisfaction. Brian Kansala, as the sales manager, did everything possible to make sure my experience not only met but exceeded my expectations. He did just that.I look forward to a contiining relationship with Audi of State College and sharing my experience with friends and colleagues. As a business owner myself, I understand the value of customer service and making the sale a true experience.. There are several reasons for my giving this dealership my highest rating. The service manager is very friendly and easy to reach. After only one visit she remembered me and knew what car I owned and needed to have serviced. The entire service department operates in a very professional manner. When they promise to have a car ready at a certain time, it is ready, serviced correctly and competently, and clean. Written explanation is usually provided, describing what was done and why. Compared to other dealerships I have done business with, State College Audi is better in every way!

Purchasing our new Audi Q5 at Audi State College was like a breath of fresh air, both literally and figuratively. It was located in a beautiful rural area surrounded by rolling hills and farmland, and the buying experience was nothing like the high pressure dealerships we are accustomed to in the NY City metro area. My wife had her heart set on a certain color combination (Cuvee Silver/Chestnut leather) that was very hard to find. I discovered Audi State College by searching the internet for the vehicle. They knew how badly she wanted this exact Q5 but quoted a very competitive price nonetheless. The trade-in of our 2007 Hyundai was also part of the deal. We were at their mercy because they had given us an approximate sight unseen value beforehand. Not having physically inspected the car we were afraid they would play games and offer less when we actually showed up at the dealership. Instead, they judged that the car was in excellent condition, and gave us a credit of $500 more! Overall, the staff was professional and cordial. The Showroom Manager Mark and the Business Manager Matt were both great. Our salesman, Devon Feighner, was soft spoken, patient, and had an unbelievable knowledge of the vehicle, especially when it came to the technology features which are amazing but can be overwhelming. First he took time to inspect the Q5 with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was spotless and in perfect condition. Then Devan sat next to my wife and went through all the controls and features. He answered every question of hers with calmness and with answers that were easy to understand. Devan even invited us to call him anytime in the future and he would be happy to explain anything again. Highly recommended. Our whole experience was so pleasant that we are convinced that the long ride to Audi State College was well worth it. We had no service issues, but the concerned and trustworthy character of the dealership gives us no reason to believe their service would be otherwise.

I used to go to Fiore dealership in Holidaysburg PA but since they treated my friend and my old neighbor in an unpleasant way, I switched to the guys at state college. In my opinion, they are much better than those non-trustable guys at Fiore especially after they got a new building for Audi with a spectacular showroom that makes you feel you are in a true dealership. Though I had some issues with them not fixing some of my problems from the first time, but overall experience is good. Also if you are looking to get a god deal on Audi, Volvo, or VW go to these guys at state college and they will never let you down.
