What a great experience!!! Joseph Kim our sales rep was amazing. He helped us every step of the way. We drove in from out of town to pick up a New Rs7 and the dealership heard we were running late and kept the store open until we arrived. This is a first class place with amazing people working their. The whole experience for my husband and I was 5 Stars. I would highly recommend this place if your in the market to buy an Audi.

I found my 2018 Nissan Rogue online and reached out to find out more. Shane was the salesman I worked with. He was kind, courteous and respectful of the deal I was wanting/needing. He was able to get me that deal and within a matter of just a few hours! He picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. I drove away with my “new to me” car about an hour and a half later. There was no “surprises” and the deal we made was the deal I received. All of the staff at Audi West Houston were very kind, helpful and easy to work with. I wished I was driving off in one of their new Audi’s! Maybe next year. 😉 I would highly recommend Audi West Houston!

Overall customer service process poor. Every time you call their service with a question, albeit the simplest of queries, the answer is always "someone will call you back" and then you don't get a call more than 50% of the time. This experience has been consistent. E.g., I recently had a flat tire and requested advice on what to do. Despite my specific questions around warranty, the dealership made me travel to the location only to be told that I cannot avail my warranty on that day since the warranty folks were "off". At the end, they blame everything on the people who answer the phone and there is little coordination between the rep who answers the phone and the dealership.

When my brake pad light came on, I called Chien in the Service Department at Audi West Houston. He got me an appointment 2 days later, and he arranged for a loaner while my car was being serviced. The check-in and check-out process were both very efficient. And now, my brakes are much better.

The service department at Audi West Houston is truly the best I've ever experienced. It's world class! Far better than Ferrari,Porsche, and Mercedes service locally. We have two Audis serviced at Audi West Houston including regular scheduled maintenance as well as any needed repairs(which are few) without any problems what so ever. As a matter of fact, Jon,(Service Writter), Mike(Service Manager) and Jose (Service Tech) always make my wife and I feel at home and truly welcome. This service department is so good that Audi should study it and strive to make all other Audi service departments just like it. After the purchase of a car, which is usually over fairly quickly, it's the service department that you live with long term. Audi West Houston is professional, does quality work quickly, and will be the reason I'll buy another Audi.

First impression, they say last longer. Trust is one of the qualities of a good business, and so far a decision by one of the managers in this dealership has shown to me that they can be trusted, or one of the decision makers cannot be. I ordered a car through this dealership,(a privilege I gave them- I could have done European delivery through another dealership) waited for three months and finally got told that the vehicle has been sold. Maybe I will write another review later along the line, but I am not convinced, this is dealership to deal with.

I went to get my oil changed 2 weeks ago and paid over $400 for it and today while driving my oil sensor starts beeping and I pulled over to check my oil and my oil was black and the oil was at its minimal. I called and spoke to Gwendlyn who was very rude and told me that the sensor was probably bad and that if I didn't let her speak she'd hang up on me. She was really rude!! Also, come to find out it wasn't a bad sensor because when we poured 2 quarts of oil in it the sensor light went off. I will never come back and will be filing a dispute with my cc company.

Had to pay almost $2500 in extra labor and parts during a recent trip to a new dealership (I've moved out of the Houston area), after they discovered that the work done by Audi West Houston was...well...I'll let you be the judge of what to call the work done by the good people at Audi West Houston. From my latest service report: "left broken bolts", "coolant hose was mounted incorrectly", "engine control module holder was not installed back correctly", "broken bolt to the holder", and "pinch (sic) wires in the harness"Of course, Audi WH claims that because the warranty on that repair had expired, they won't do anything. Nevermind that they were the only ones to ever service the car, and of course it would have never been discovered as long as the one's who did the shoddy work to begin with were the ones checking the vehicle. The car was purchased CPO from them, and they showed me maintenance records that they had been maintaining the car before I bought it.To recap, no one touched the car to do work on it except for Audi West Houston staff either before or after I bought the car until I moved across the country and the new dealer found all the mess AWH left behind.I've been taking my car to a independent shop for the past year and half and they keep finding things that make me wonder how any car that comes out of Audi WH's shop stays on the road. Do yourself a favor, and if you need work done on your Audi, look for a good independent mechanic. Avoid these people at all costs.

I was looking to trade in my Mazda and I had my eyes on a 2016 Audi A3. Initially, we couldn't come to terms with a price that I liked. However, salesman Magdy worked tirelessly for me and worked with me and the manager to get the price down to what I was comfortable with! Greetings Mr General Manager, Unfortunately, my earlier call did not reach you. I left you a VM.I am writing to see if you can review the matter and Credit my account for $447.88Reason? On 5/23, I bought my A8 in for couple issues - Lane Assist and ACC unavailable. After an hour, service rap advised me the cause was with non OE windshield and need re-calibrate which is $447.88 I authorized it. Few hours later, I asked for update. Servcie Rep stepped away and John was kind enough to assist me. He told me re-calibration does not work with no OE windshield but ACC is working and LA does not work.. Service Rep came back later, she told me both LA and ACC are not working and need OE windshield in order for calibration to work. . She suggested to replace the windshield and it is in stock. But, I questioned her stating John told me ACC is working. She stepped away and came back and stating that the camera is not working...etc.At that point, I have no confident in her and would not authorize any more work and asked for invoice. When I saw the invoice and asked I am being charged $447.88 while problem is not fixed? But, she insisted that the way it is. So, I decided to take up the issue later (cause I need to get back to work and I've been at AW from 7 AM - 1 PM).My issue is Service Rep SHOULD TOLD ME RE-CALIBRATION MAY NOT WORK WITH NON-OE WINDSHIELD AND I WILL PAY FOR THE SERVICE RENDERED!! IF SHE TOLD ME, I WOULD HAVE NOT AUTHORIZE THE WORK AND DISCUSS OTHER OPTIONS. (the fact is both Lane Assist and ACC were working until both failed couple weeks ago?? )Then, I consulted the matter with Service manger on 5/25. He told me he will contact me asap to set up appointment to replace OE windshield and agreed my request for FREE re-calibration. Mr. GM it's been 3 business days (or 7 days) and I haven't had any update from your Service manager or Serv rep..At this point, I have on confident with with Audi West to fix my problem. Hence, please kindly consider my request to re-reimburse me the $447.88 Regards, Follow is he e-mail I sent Audi West GM after second visit .Mr, GM, ,I wish I didn't have to write this.but I was compelled to giving the unpleasant experiences I had. Another Service manger responded the earlier e-mail I sent to you. He promised he will do it right if i give Audi West another chance....so I did.Unfortunately, it didn't.Issue ONE:I bought the car in on Monday to replace windshield and re-calibration - it should be 1 day's work but it wasn't done until Wednesday. Issue Two,when I was in your shop last time, Gaylyn told me windshield is $700 and installation labor is $150. But, windshield on invoice is $922 ( Audit Central cost is $750). It's perplexing. Issue Three, Mike promise he will delivery to car to my house yesterday, it didn't happen. I have no issue picking up the car myself but - a promise is a promise.Issue Four, After I pick up my car, I found radio, Navigation, Phone, entertainment and manual button on steering wheel is not working. (Invoice claim $69 worth of multi-point inspection is free - how did Audi West missed all these issues? Was that just a line to make Audi West looks good?But, to Service manger's credit, he did honor his two promises (1) to waive re-calibration and (2) apply re-calibration dollars of previous visit to the cost of windshield, but I have to ASK for second item. Otherwise, Audi West will charge me full price on the Windshield. But, still I firmly belief your company over charge me on the windshield. As a professional myself, I found my experience with a supposedly professional Audi West appalling.Regards,

The Audi A 7 is a unique driving experience. Lexus has been my vehicle of choice for over twenty years. Now, Audi is my forever choice vehicle. The Audi West Houston staff is the best and their facility is "second-to-none." My sales specialist, Amadou, was extremely helpful. He followed up the sale with phone calls to make sure everything was going well. The tech specialist, Krista, and the service consultant, Johzanne, are superb professionals. On a scale of 1-to-10, my overall experience at Audi West Houston is 12! On a side note, my Audi A 7 is "raising eyebrows" everywhere I go. It is a beautiful vehicle and a joy to drive.

I took my car in due to a leak, which ended up being the water pump. The price, $1180, was a little high I thought. After leaving the dealer for lunch I discovered a very loud grinding noise when backing up. I took it back to Audi the next day and they could not duplicate the problem or find anything wrong. The next day, with the problem still occuring I took it back to Audi so they could try to find the problem again. The next day they called me and said that the mechanic had left an old part stuck in the engine which was causing the noise. No apology or compensation was given. I am a little disappointed in a very expensive service being done so sloppily.

Purchasing my Q5 with Kendrick at Audi West Houston was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Kendrick took the time to learn what we were looking for, showed us multiple options, and worked with us to get the car for a great price. He let us test drive several cars, and even helped me install my daughter's car seat in the back of the Q5 so I could see how it would fit, how the rear AC would feel for her, etc. Kendrick was knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicles we looked at, and he never pressured us. The whole experience felt like a breath of fresh air after visiting a high-pressure sales, pushy environment at a different dealership the previous day. The ease in which the first salesman approach us was appreciated. He answered our questions very professionally and informed us of the variations the cars came in and the configurations. I took my R8 to Audi West for routine maintenance and my service advisor told me that the interior is a bit wet (drove through some high water during recent flooding in Houston). After insurance approved the repairs, I was able to pick up the car in about 5 weeks. When I picked up the car, there were several issues:1. There were about 26 additional miles on the vehicle then when I dropped it off. Audi West says this is normal as they need to take the car out for test drives and normally they have to make sure everything is working and it requires driving extensively. 2. The car had a very odd smell, like that of a hotel room, ie, someone smoked in the room and they sprayed air freshner to mast the smell of the smoke. Again Audi West says this is normal since the car had water damage, they spray air freshner to mask the smell. However, if they replaced all the carpet with new factory replacement unit, why would there be a smell? The smell is still in the car even though I bought my own air freshner and have been spraying for days and it will not go away.3. The ashtray cover was broken. My service advisor was kind enough to offer free replacement immediately when I told him. This was really the only good part of the experience. However, it still means I need to take an extra trip out there to get it installed.4. The car was filthy when they delivered it, they said it sits outside everyday since they don't have room inside. Asked me if I want them to run it through the automated car wash! I told them "No", you have damaged the paint enough already but letting it sit in the sun for 5 weeks. 5. I just happened to have purchased a vehicle and was picking it up on the same day. This was a used 2009 A4. Funny enough, the A4 was perfectly detailed, down to shiny paint, clean interior, shiny rims and tires, making a perfect delivery.

It seemed like one day to the next I had an Audi.... my dream car. However, I applied for the loan online, talked to the salesperson and agreed to the deal over the phone. All I needed to do was test drive it. Got to the dealership after fighting traffic for over an hour and the car was not there. Waited around for an hour and no car. Test drove a car "exactly" like the one I was buying so, I was "sold". Went to pick up MY car the next day and it is not "exactly" like the car I test drove. It does not have navigation and a few other perks. AND it has 1000 miles more than it was advertised and sold to me at. So, there were some character flaws (as with all car sales men/dealerships, I guess) in the deal but, I am still happy with my car and the deal I did get. Manny, the sales guy, did the best he knew how and made my car shopping pleasant.

Stopped by Audi of West Houston on our way back from a recommended dealership in Katy. We're from Seabrook, so Audi of West Houston is way out of our way. We stopped just to look, not knowing if Audi was within my budget. My wife and I were shopping for her an SUV. Thankfully, we were introduced to Shawn Echols. Mr. Echols actually listened to what we were looking for. He introduced us to the Q5 and accompanied us on two test drives. Mr. Echols did a fantastic job showcasing all of the Q5's features. After the test drives, Mr. Echols escorted us inside and thoroughly explained price points, financing and rebates available. The whole thing was no pressure. My wife was in love with the Q5. The next day I called Mr. Echols, worked out a great (honest) deal and picked up our new Q5. I would gladly drive from Seabrook again for the experience we received from Shawn Echols.

The dealer recently moved its service center to a much more convenient location for me. It is a nice, clean facility and service is good. Disappointed that the car (Audi A8} gets only 25k miles on a set of tires. Had to replace the tires twice in 50k miles and they are not cheap!. Explanation given is that the tires are low profile and wear quickly. We have two other cars with similar tires and have had much better wear experience with them. Doubt I would get another A8.

We planned to buy new, but just bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 A6 at Audi West Houston. We love the car and this dealership! Shaun Hannon was our sales specialist, and he communicated with us online and by phone, to make sure we got the car we wanted. The dealership did partially flood before we could purchase the car, and although our car was not in danger, Shaun checked out our final pick from top to bottom, before we even took a test drive. Financing was super easy, and we were able to do so much online and via text/email, to buy the car. Signing the papers went quickly as well. A few days after we brought our car home, we returned to Audi West and met with the tech consultant, Krista. She spent 2 hrs showing us how to work the many safety and technology features of our car. She was so helpful and thorough. Just today, I had a question about service, and Mike took the time to answer all of my questions about the process, over the phone. The staff we dealt with at this dealership, made us feel like they valued us as customers. We feel we bought a great car at a great dealership.

I had been looking at new SUV's for a few weeks at it was time to upgrade. Went I stopped in to Audi West Houston to take a test drive I had NO intention of purchasing that day. I had done my reviews and knew the Q7 was a superior vehicle. Working with Shawn Echols and his great salesmanship led me to purchase the new Q7 that day on the spot. He demonstrated everything and was so willing to work with us to get a deal and a trade in value that we know was fair for both parties. Without his eagerness to assist over and above I more than likely would still me making a decision as to which vehicle to purchase. Everyone as the dealership was very friendly and the new facility in beautiful. I look forward to working with Audi West Houston for years to come.

We were in the market for a pre-owned Audi Q5. I've always thought car salesmen only cared about their own interests (commissions from sale), and we came in expecting to experience that. But after meeting with Shawn Echols, all that changed. He is an exceptional salesman - professional, zero haggling, not pushy, and will work with you to get you the best bang for your buck. Shawn Echols gave us a great deal on a brand new 2016 Audi Q5 and a fair value on my trade in (2011 BMW 535i). He worked to ensure we got the car we wanted - features/specs, and color (exterior and interior). We felt ZERO buyer remorse. My wife wanted an SUV and I suggested we try some of the Luxury or top of the line SUV's. About a month ago we went to Houston (we live about 45 miles west of Houston) to look and drive some SUV's. Our first stop was Audi West. Greg Wales was the first sales person to meet us and we told him we were just looking for now. He understood and for the first time in my 43 years of buying automobiles, he did not pressure us once. We told him we had a Travel Trailer to sell first but we would be back once it sold. We left feeling very at ease. Greg called a couple of weeks later to see if the trailer sold and that was it. No..."Well you better hurry up because we can't hold these cars!...or anything to that effect to make us feel like we needed to buy. When the trailer did sell, my wife called to let Greg know we were coming down. Greg said he would not be able to meet us due to the death of a close friend. He stated that David Demarest would take his place and would be glad to help us. David was very kind and very helpful. Test drove a Q5 and David showed us all the neat stuff about the car. We ask David to give us price for the Q5 and what they would give for the trade-in and he did. I told him I never bought on the same day of an offer and had to think about it. David did go get the Manager to come speak with us who was very nice but he did something I really dislike. The Manager said, "What would it take to sell you this Q5 today"...or a facsimile thereof. Again I told him I had to think on it and I would be back with an answer within a week. At that the Manager and David said thank you and we went on our way. Exactly a week later we visited and made a counter offer which they accepted and we bought the Q5. The whole experience was enjoyable and we plan to do our future business with Audi West.

Spoke with David about 6 months ago when visiting the dealership, showing interest in a number of different models. Wasn't sure which one to buy. We were in the market for a new SUV with a third row and we looked at the BMW X5, Lexus GX460, and Acura MDX. We loved our Mercedes ML350, but it didn't have a third row. After shopping around at all the dealerships, Audi West Houston had what we were looking for, the Q7. We were impressed with the team at this dealership - our salesman Shawn Echols was great, he listened to our needs and made the deal happen very smoothly and hassle-free. We were on the road to Austin when our 2005 Audi A6 started smelling of fuel, again. We had been taking it to a local mechanic who I liked but ended up dissatisfied with. Since we had to get to Austin and it clearly wasn't safe to drive smelling gasoline, we decided to give Audi West Houston a try. Not only did they get us in right away mid-day on a Saturday, the bent over backwards to accomodate us even helping us find a nearby rental car so that we could continue our trip. Turns out the previous mechanic hadn't done complete work on our fuel pump. Fixed it for under $200. Our service rep was fantastic! Now, that's the start of the story. While our 10 year old A6 was my dream 40th birthday car, we were getting close to parting with it. The week after we got back from our trip, I came by to meet Dave in the sales department. He was great. Very nice, happy to answer any question, let me get a feel for the new A6 on the highway, and not pushy at all when I told him I wasn't ready to pull the trigger. He asked if he could follow-up and I said okay, and he did. The following Saturday we came in a bought our new 2015 A6. 3 months later, we're thrilled with it. Yesterday, I drove my wife's car and now we're in the market for a TT for her. We will be shopping at West Houston Audi.

Audi West rocks!! This last buying experience at Audi West could not have gone better! I have owned (5) Audis over a 15-year period, am very loyal to the Audi brand, and never had a better buying experience... from the initial online/phone inquiry to the negotiation process all the way to finance. We were also very impressed with the car selection as well as the different price points... not 100% of the vehicles were top-loaded and full of unwanted options. Our Sales person JT Taylor listened during the initial negotiation, understood our expectations, and delivered on each of the agreed price points as well as options we wanted for our next Audi. Even though there were delays getting the S3 out of the port of Houston (Customs), JT gave us a loaner car for the week until the car arrived (talk about taking care of the customer). Thank-you Daren, JT and team for the "attention to detail" to the customer and a great buying experience - we are looking forward to future business at Audi West.

Recently bought my SQ5 at this dealer. Love the car... Unfortunately when I tried to schedule an appointment for the car's first scheduled maintenance I ran into a host of issues. I started off trying to schedule an appointment online. After selecting the make and model year I got an error stating "Maintenance services are not available." Very odd... I tried the old fashion method and called the Service number listed on the website. The phone rang 20 times and I was disconnected. Called back no answer. Third time after ringing for a while I was transferred to the front desk. The front desk then politely transferred me to someones voice-mail. I left a message and still have not received a call back. Pretty bleak service. Looks like I will need to track down another dealer to service my ride.

From my latest service report: "left broken bolts", "coolant hose was mounted incorrectly", "engine control module holder was not installed back correctly", "broken bolt to the holder", and "pinch (sic) wires in the harness" Of course, Audi WH claims that because the warranty on that repair had expired, they won't do anything. Nevermind that they were the only ones to ever service the car, and of course it would have never been discovered as long as the one's who did the shoddy work to begin with were the ones checking the vehicle. Do yourself a favor, and if you need work done on your Audi, look for a good independent mechanic. Avoid these people at all costs.

Terrible communication, terrible customer service, overall disappointing experience. I love my Audi, but I wish I would have given my business elsewhere. The communication was terrible, e-mails not responded to by the finance team, appointments not being fulfilled due to weather, but never being informed to that being a problem. Reception was spotty at best when I arrived. HUGELY disappointed. Wish I would have taken my business else where and I will in the future. Great car brand, terrible representation.

I purchased a used 2008 Lexus LS460L from this dealer that sells cars from $5k to $100k and expected to not get much attention or respect. I was treated like a King and followed up with. We worked a very fair deal after only one offer. The car was driven to my mechanic by the staff to be checked over as subject to my mechanics approval. The car was clean and ready for delivery at the agreed on time. When my ship comes in I will buy a new car form this dealership again. Ask for Tri and he will take good care of you!

I've always wanted an Audi, but I can't afford a new one, so I finally treated myself to a gently used A4. There is no need to buy a new one, since they hold up so well. My car looks brand new! My salesman, Daren, met me right away. He found the perfect car for me, and I definitely got the royal treatment. I've purchased cars in the past, and it had always taken way too long. At Audi West Houston used cars, it didn't take long at all, and I was made so comfortable while the paperwork was done. I'm hooked on Audis now, and I'll never go anywhere but Audi West Houston used cars to buy one.

I have a 2004 MDX and have loved it. With the miles creeping up, I decided it was time to start a new chapter in my car life. I went to Momentum Luxury Cars/Porsche Audi West Houston and met Tri. He was really easy going but knew what he was talking about. I usually dread the experience, but this one was different. He put me at ease, offered me coffee right away, answered all of my questions with patience. By the time I left, I was happy in my 2013 MDX. He even said he would personally wash my car when I came in! Now that is customer service.

I don't understand how some people had a bad experience, mine was Great! Some people get a little snooty because they own a Audi or Porsche I think. Anyway, I love this location and the staff. I believe it was a lady name Sandy who helped me get some work done on my 2012 Audi. She was very helpful, and funny. I definitely will be back to this location!

My husband and I came in last Saturday looking for a car we saw advertised on the internet. We were quickly greeted by an awesome representative, Bernie Dvorak. The car we liked was better than advertised, and even saw another we loved too. We had a lot of trouble with our credit union getting the deal through, but Bernie helped us through it. 3 days after a nightmare with the credit union we drove off in an incredible car, and a friend. The service, time and care Bernie took into helping us was unsurpassed to any other I have experienced. (He doesn't know this, but we call him Uncle Bernie :) I would recommend Bernie Dvorak and this dealership to anyone!

Was looking to buy a Q7 and visited the Audi West dealership. The salesperson, Dave Satia, was a pleasure to work with. He thoroughly explained the features of the car, took us on a test drive and made sure we were happy with the purchase. He texplained us about the deals we would receive and was completely up front and honest with us. The purchase experience was not pressured and they answered all my questions. The trade-in value on my prior vehicle was reasonable. They even helped me get a great interest rate on financing. All in all a great experience and would recommend them and use them again.

My wife & I were looking for a new Audi and had been to another dealership inside the loop and were not satisfied with the service we were receiving, so we decided to go to the West Houston dealership. When we drove up, we met Ken Simon and were instantly won over. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly customer service oriented. He asked us what we were looking for and immediately showed us different options. He thoroughly explained the features of the car, took us on a test drive and made sure we were happy with the purchase. He showed us the A6 and A8 and we decided to go with the A8 because of the additional space, the performance and the overall more luxuriousness of the car. Once we decided on he car we wanted he did not beat around the bush about price, he told us what sort of deal we would receive and was completely up front and honest with us. Frankly, I am not one to typically take the time to write a review, but the overall customer experience is the reason I have chosen to do so. I highly recommend him and the dealership and we are loving the car!

Searched on Cars.com and found the new (used) car I have been looking for 2010 Chevrolet Equinox LT with 38,000 miles. My wife & I got to the dealership and we were greeted warmly and we were able to see the vehicle we found on Cars.com. The car was better then advertised. We informed them that we had other cars at other dealerships we wanted to look at and at no time did they down grade other dealerships and other vehicle brands. We loved that and were impressed. They did try to make us a deal before we left which was where we wanted to be but we needed to see more then just the 1st car we looked at. They understood and we ended up back and purchased the vehicle at an even better price. If you go there to look or willing to purchase ask for Bernie Dvorak in Sales, great to deal with we recommend him.

- bought a pre-owned BMW X5 in Jan 2012 with CPO (confirmed by Sam Seddiki - Pre-owned Sales Manager)- had minor issues after a year and was told that CPO was not active by the BMW Dealer- Pre-owned Sales Manager - Sam Seddiki was NOT helpful- Met with Greg Chapman (Sales Manager) and Alan Stubs (General Manager)- They were quite friendly and resolved the matter - They accepted the responsibility for the repair - got my car fixed at Momemtum BWM (total cost of approx $4500) - gave me an Audi loaner during the repairNote to self: Review all the paperwork and warranty/CPO details on a pre-owned vehicle before signing the deal. Do no take the sales person word for it. They will promise the moon (irrespective of any dealership)

Recently purchased an Audi A5 from Audi North Houston. After browsing at the cars in the show room for a few minutes alone and asking the receptionist whether sales staff was available, I was left standing for another five minutes. I finally approached a sales staff who 1) did not introduce himself 2) did not greet me with a smile, proceeded to ask whether he could ask me. This was the beginning of the 4.5 hour purchasing experience for me at Audi West Houston. Another few key points I was not satisfied with are: 1) sales staff was not knowledgable regarding finance plans - 2 hours of back and fourth 2) Sales staff left out the discount agreed upon once I agreed to purchase the car (says it was unintentional, I think otherwise) 3) After explaining that it would take two days to fund my bank for the down payment, sales staff was very pushy to close the deal the same day. Net, I got the car I wanted, the deal was average, the experience was one I expected from a used car dealer lot however I even had a better purchase experience at carmax than at Audi West Houston. Hope this aids you in your purchase.

I purchased a used car from Audi West Houston. This is the first time that I purchased a car without actually seeing it first because I live in Florida. I purchased a 2009 Acura RL and it was priced well. My experience with the sales person was less than pleasant as he always made excuses that he was busy and almost acted like I was hassling him because I wanted to purchase this car. It took almost 3 days just to establish the final purchase agreement with the correct numbers. It was then another week before I could get the car shipped to me with continued excuses. I am sorry that I keep saying excuses, but they were just that. I am not very tolerant of excuses when I know they are just that. I am a manager of a busy local mortgage company and well understand the angle of customer service while under pressure. This salesman kept trying to feed me lines like I was clueless. Needless to say I finally got the car....I was pleased overall in receiving the car, BUT the car was shipped without being detailed at all and looked like it had been either sitting on the lot for 3 months without being touched other than the occasional test drive. I mean come on I am buying a LUXURY car and you would think I would at least get a detail??? Within 1 week of getting the car I had to pay for a decent detail ($120), buy a new battery ($100), new windshield wipers ($20) and an oil change ($40). So I had to come out of pocket $280 within a week of getting the car and most of these things should have been done at the dealership prior to shipping this car to me. I am a reasonable person and was disappointed by these extra expenses and called to speak with the manager or GM. After I was shuffled around about 8 different calls to numerous different full voice mailboxes I finally got the so-called GM on the phone. I explained my frustration and he was very calm and explained to me that he was just about to go into a meeting with the manager of the used car division and he assured me he would personally make sure I was called back to find a happy resolution Well here we are almost a week later and do you think I have received a call back??? You guessed it!!!! If you have to buy a car from here becasue the price is too good to pass I understand, but for any other reason I would highly recommend AVOIDING this dealership, it's sales people, management and any other advertising from them because I would not believe a thing they said.....dirty car dealers and I hate to say that because one of my best friends is in the business.

We called this people to buy a car, kept getting the round about, also the kept giving us different prices, never a straight forward answer. They definitely would not negotiate with us, I have a very excellent credit and their financing rate was 4x what some other bank gave us. These people seriously are not ready to sell their cars.

Inquired about a certified pre-owned car....went back and forth to make a deal. When dealership wouldn't budge we gave up. Called a few days later to inquire about the car and see if they could meet us half way. At this point the dealership won't call us back or even give us the courtesy of telling us that they will not make a deal. Yet they keep sending us emails asking if we have purchased another vehicle yet or if they can provide us more information about the vehicle. We emailed them back....yet still no response. The lack of customer service is unacceptable! I don't feel we should continue to contact them... They should try and sell us a car!!!!

This dealership is a huge RIP OFF, do not and I repeat DO NOT buy a vehicle here. We shopped around for a vehicle at a few Audi dealers, this dealership offered a price $250 less than any other, decided to purchase here on a Sunday. Time to sign papers, there is a $500 DEALER SERVICE CHARGE attached to bill, when inquired was first told it is a $500 fee on all foreign vehicles required to be collected as a tax, when inquired more, was told it was a fee approved by Texas DMV that the dealership must collect.I informed finance guy that I will be calling Texas DMV to verify this, he said go ahead as he is 100% sure they can legally collect this $500. Monday, called Texas DMV, they are shocked, they said there is no approval by their office for this dealership to collect a $500 fee on any foreign owned vehicle. Texas DMV requested I file a complaint with their office.I called this dealership after talking to Texas DMV, the finance guy said "oh, I was not aware that Texas DMV did not approve this, that is what I was told in training to say, you must talk to manager". Spoke with manager, told him what Texas DMV said - his answer was "well check with our corporate office, they have filed all the paper work allowing me to collect this $500". Called Audi's corporate office, they are shocked to hear about this - never filed any paper work for this dealership to collect this $500. Corporate office requested dealer give a refund, dealer is refusing. When pressed by Corporate as to what this $500 fee is for - manager finally admitted it's a fee for a loaner vehicle when servicing"There were two other fees that we insisted be removed before signing papers. I wished I had waited one more day, called Texas DMV first but please do not let the same thing happen to you. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE at AUDI West HOUSTON.

My wife has an A4 coming off a lease. We were interested in a new Q5 because we are expecting our first child.My wife made an appointment for Wednesday at noon. The dealership called and rescheduled to Saturday. When we arrived we were greeted very rudely and informed that we would have to wait for an unspecified amount of time to meet with Greg the Sales Manager. At the time we observed Greg sitting in his office with another sales associate. They did not appear to be very busy.After waiting for a time we inquired how much longer the wait would be. Greg came out and explained that "Audi is the hottest car in the world right now" and that they "do not normally take appointments on the weekends". I explained we had a confirmed appointment. Greg said we would just have to wait in a very condescending manner.After considering our discussion I thanked Greg for making our car buying decision easier and we headed to a competitors lot.I would recommend West Houston Audi to anyone.

I inquired about a used 911 earlier in the year. A sales rep. called we discussed the vehicle and set and appointment. I arrived on schedule the sales person was paged and did not appear as I waited for about 10 minutes. The sales manager was paged, he was unresponsive as they must have left for lunch. I explained my time is valuable I'm not going to wait an hour for someone to sale me a car. Inquired recently about another vehicle received a hang up call a few days later, called the numnber back. The salesperson had a walk in, the internet salesperson apologized about my previous experience and the current non available salesperson, inquired about my schedule promised a follow up in the middle of the week when my schedule permitted, no follow up. Just go direct to a wholesaler or an individual. Not the type of high end dealership that you want to give your money too.

Recently had the 40K Maintenance Service performed on my Audi. When I dropped the car off I had mentioned that the hard plastic seat backs were pulling away from the actual seat. When I came to pick the car up, I went to look at the repair and it was not performed. The Service Advisor apologized told me that if I left it overnight he would have the seats fixed. Came back the next afternoon and the repair was completed and to my surprise, they did not charge me.

Went to this dealer ready to purchase a Q5 they had on the lot. First, they lo-balled us on our trade in offer on our A4(no surprise). Their explanation for that is that they have to sell it as Certified Pre-owned and that costs money. Sorry, but that's your expense, not mine. Also, when you BUY a CPO car, you pay more, so they are double dipping there. We had gotten an offer from Carmax for $2500 more, so that was not an issue, we were going to proceed with the purchase. When we were presented with the invoice, there were additional charges that are pure profit and not charged by other dealers: $500 for their "Dealer Service" program, which is a fee they charge each customer to pay for their loaner cars. $297 for etching the VIN # on the glass, which is already done. Their admin/doc fees are also inflated, making the total price almost $1000 more. We left, and went to North Houston Audi, owned by Sewell, and ordered our Q5 from them. Audi West and Momentum Audi are both owned by the same company. Obviously business is good since they didn't seem to work with us to earn our business and didn't seem to care we went elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

Service department not responsive to returning calls and could be more friendly. Left messages with receptionest and salesman but no return calls from them or service department for four days. Finally service guy returns call but gives me name Frank and when I call back asking for Frank no one there by that name. My 2010 Q5 is 6 months old with 1200 miles, I hope all future service calls are more responsive than the first one.

Horrible experience with service dept.! They had no idea what was wrong with my TT. So they started telling me different things I needed fixed. I got a couple of them fixed, and the problem was still there. Aren't they supposed to be experts on Audis? It takes them forever to get in touch with you. I never would have went there if I had read any of these ratings first. Next time I will do my research! STAY AWAY!!

Summary: Absolutely abysmal experience with sales. Played the classic bait and switch game on us, wasted our time. Do not expect a transparent deal, and don't bother trying to deal with them via phone or internet. After being stood up, without any excuse, I was helped helped by someone who was marginally uninformed about the product. I contacted Dana the next day and was able to successfully negotiate (I thought) a deal on a specific car; we confirmed the numbers via telephone and discussed financing -- I was assured that they could beat my bank's rate. I told them the deal was acceptable and that I would be there within the hour to finish the paperwork. At this point I was informed that someone else was interested in the car and it was being test driven, so I "should hurry if I was interested."Upon arriving, I was allowed to test drive the car, and Vern demonstrated its features, because the other buyer's "deal wasn't firm." After being assured that the car was ours, suddenly, it was sold again, but miraculously, another vehicle at a significantly higher price was still available. When I assured them that there were no other vehicles on the lot that met both my price and feature requirements, the original car (again miraculously) became available.When the paperwork arrived, the price was NOT what was agreed to, the payment was over 100$/month higher than I had calculated, and the salesman "didn't know" what interest rate was used. (I had advised them prior to this that I had outside financing at ~4%; I later calculated their rate to be in excess of 7%). They feigned poor communication with my original contact at the dealership as the reason for these "errors."During this time, I observed 2 other sets of people test drive the car that was promised to me. I can only imagine that they'd been given the same bait-and-switch treatment. At this point I demanded the keys to my trade in, and the Vern and Joe (sales manager) both had the audacity to appear shocked. The only thing I can say good about this dealership is they gave me back the keys quickly, probably because they thought I was about to blow a gasket in the middle of the showroom.

Brought my CPO Audi in for a problem with water in the passenger side floor. Was told that they would not fix it under warranty because the part had been tampered with. I had owned the car 3 weeks, the car was still under factory warranty. I had also mentioned I had something rattling in the back of the car, they told me that another dealer had done the work improperly, even though it was an Audi dealer, they would not fix the work under warranty. I will never bring my car to this dealer again.

I had the most horrible experience. I have an 2001 Audi TT convertible. When I brought the car in for warning lights that appeared, I informed them of a leak in the top and was ASSURED the car would be kept in a dry place.Three weeks later, I picked my car up which was parked outside in the pouring rain. They'd removed my fuel door button (was not able to gas up) and my dash lights did not work (they work now). My turbo was out, check engine light was on, there was no gas in the car and my cd changer didn't work. I just want my car in the same condition as when I dropped it off. I spoke with the service manager, Dusty, who disrespectfully informed me that it was all my fault for bringing in a car with a leak. When I told him I was assured it would be kept dry, he once again rudely told me it was my fault even though they left my car in the rain knowing it had a leak. I am not upset that they will not return my car to the original condition. I am incredibly upset at the disrespect I have received. An apology is all I am asking for.I called Audi Customer Care who contacted Dusty. He is exercising his right to refuse service to me. My only option is to contact the BBB and let people know how horribly I was treated.I am in the process of moving overseas. If the issue is resolved before I leave, I will gladly remove all negative reviews.
