Auto Express eliminated all of the stress associated with buying a vehicle. Everything went so smoothly and fast. They had the exact truck I wanted, at an excellent price. The staff was very professional and the dealership is beautiful. The fianance team set me up with payments comfortably within my budget and an interest rate lower than I expected. I am very pleased with the service and my new vehicle.

I'm definitely not the easiest person to please, especially when it comes to sales people! But I have to say, Justin Sutton, worked very hard at getting me the car I wanted to be in and I love my new Infiniti!! Justin was patient with me and knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at and he listened to what I was interested and not interested in! If you are upfront and honest about your situation, he will go out of his way to get you what you are looking for. After we found the car that I was absolutely in love with, he had me working with Tim Britton in the finance department, and Tim is definitely great at finding the financing that worked best for me!! He got me the payment and interest rate that was phenomenal!! Thank you guys for all your hard work!!

We reached a deal prior to my arrival which was quite a distance from Erie and they were true to their word upon arrival. I had nightmares about buying a new car, as the last time I did it I thought it was going to take forever. But my experience with Justin Sutton was awesome. He got the car ready for a test drive as soon as we got there. Then he got all the paperwork together that he could as quick as possible. I would recommend him and Auto Express to anyone. It was a lot easier experience than I thought it would be.

After months of trying to decide whether to lease a Fiat or not, I finally did it today. My salesman put up with me for three months. He, Justin Sutton, exceeded my expectations. He never bugged me, just helped, he worked very hard for me, to get what I wanted and needed from a vehicle. He is friendly, and helpful. I have never dealt with a salesperson so honest and down to earth. I can not say enough good things about him. He actually made the car buying process easy and relaxing. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and Ian Kocan helped make that experience go smoothly. First and foremost, he respectfully treated me like an individual, not like some places that try to pull one over on a young lady that doesn't know much about cars. He inquired my likes/dislikes about the car I had and then found a Fiat that matched the criteria and let me take one for a spin. I wasn't planning on buying a new vehicle when I stopped in, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity he offered to me once Tim in finance worked up some numbers. He did such an awesome job fitting me with my new Fiat 500L. He even filled up the gas tank before I left. I never ever thought I would drive a Fiat, let alone own one! If you're looking for a new vehicle, DEFINITELY go see Ian at Auto Express Fiat of Erie. Oh, and I LOVE the coffee cup that got thrown into the deal ;)

First I did my research on line. I had narrowed the models I was interested in to 3. A Jeep,Redegade, a Honda CRV a Fiat 500L. I went looking for the make and models that I wanted with a list of options that I wanted. I talked to the sales reps. did some test drives and settled on my first choice which was the Fiat. I showed Ian Kocan my list and he did his best to get me exactly what I wanted. As a matter of fact the top item on my list was a remote starter and this peticular model did not have one which was going to be a deal breaker they made arraingments to have one put on. I would have no problem going back to this dealership for another vehicle.Thank you Ian for making a very difficult decision easier.

Had a wonderful car buying experience working with Bobby Nagy last week. I ended up buying a Fiat 500x and found that everyone at the dealership was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful.I also have to give credit to the cars themselves as I sort of ended up test driving the Fiats on a lark, but was so impressed I bought one the same night.Dealership is very well stocked too, so there is lots to test drive and they likely have a car that is configured the way you want.

Ian model of customer-centric service by going above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at the best price, The used car had an as is warranty, but Ian went to bat for me to order a new headlight cover for me at no additional charge. He also provided the history of the vehicle which made me feel much more comfortable . I love my 2005 Chrysler 300 Hemi . I certainly recommend Ian and Auto Express Super Store Erie to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Justin was great to work with. While he is assertive, he is not pushy (I hate pushy sales people). He was very kind to my sister who was with me, well informed about the vehicle he was selling, and happy to work with my husband who was at home in central PA. I was happy with the deal Justin worked for me, and he responded positively to my desire to get a little more money for my trade. I will gladly refer any friend or family member who is interested in buying a new Fiat or if interested in a used vehicle I will suggest they take a look on the lot at Auto Express Fiat of Erie. Oh, I almost had an OSIF -- I can't wait to get back home and show my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek to my husband!

Bobby was so very nice right from the beginning when I emailed about my fiat! Even keeping him after hours on Saturday, he was still happy to go out of his way for me. We had small issues with my 500x on the 2nd day we had it.. Bobby drove an hour to pick up my car, bring me a loaner, and fix my car. Bobby is a wonderful salesman and the entire group at Express fiat in Erie are great! Thank you!

I was in the market for a Suzuki SX4 and not only found one that was used but it had low mileage but was in great shape and happened to find one on this lot while on the way home from getting an oil change for my other vehicle. Justin was on the lot assisting me within a few minutes and gave me a reasonable amount for my trade-in when we started talking numbers. This was my first time at Auto Express and it was a great experience. I have bought vehicles from a couple other dealerships in the area but none of them offer a discount for veterans like Auto Express does. I think I found a new favorite dealership.

I had been looking for awhile to replace my aging Lexus RX and Auto Express always has a nice selection of quality used vehicles. Bobby Nagy was patient with us through the buying process. We always have our own mechanic look at any vehicle we buy. Bobby actually drove the vehicle and met me at my mechanic quite some distance away and waited for the verdict. The car was solid and in good repair. I am pleased with the deal, the car and the dealership. I will consider them for my next purchase.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I love my new Fiat 500l! I was initially looking for one with a white roof and after a minor misunderstanding, Justin offered to put the white roof on the one I wanted for free! He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and even gave me his personal cell phone! Talk about great service! When I went to pick up my new car, it was discovered that the front windshield was broken. So we set up a time to have the windshield repaired and the white roof installed! In fact, I am headed there today to drop it off! I am even going to be receiving a loaner while my car is being worked on! Everyone that I have talked to at this dealership has been wonderful, respectful, and helpful! I highly recommend Auto Express Fiat of Erie to anyone who is looking to purchase a car!

My experience was one of the most positive and energetic experience I have ever had when dealing with a salesperson. Justin Sutton was one of the most honest and personable salesman I've ever worked with. My situation was not the easiest and he made my "Major" problem into a minor ditch to jump over. I would recommend anybody to go see this guy. On top of that my new Fiat 500L is awesome!! They even tossed in free lifetime inspections. All in all it was fantastic. Rant over.

I worked with Ian to buy my 2013 Fiat 500 Sport. I drove a couple models, even though it was about an hour from closing time. I think Ian gave me a fair price as trade for my 13 year old car and I was able to purchase this car for the amount I wanted to budget for a car payment. He took car of most of the details and I really do love this car the more I drive it.

Although I live a couple of hours away, Auto Express had the Fiat I wanted, and they were able to work with in my fairly tight budget constraints. Justin really went above and beyond to make this a great experience. He sent photos of the car to make sure it was just so, and was thorough in keeping me informed of all the paperwork and such. The car was in perfect condition at delivery-- beautifully presented in the delivery bay. It was worth the drive. I love the car and the experience.
