Staff was friendly but were selling cars by auction? Wasn't able to see a price until I gave a large check for a down payment and personal information and put in a bid. I did not like the process at all. Price was too high for a vehicle that was scratched up and not even detailed. I found several similar cars online a lot cheaper than their asking price. Showed no proof that they would clean the vehicle, buff out scratches, or do a full inspection, just a verbal promise. The entire process was fast-paced, most staff and customers without masks. It definitely was not a fun experience 😕 I won't oust them completely because they were very friendly and maybe others would find this appealing, but not for me!

Best used car dealership around! I’ve bought 5 vehicles from Mark Rudy there, and he’s always gotten me into a nicer newer vehicle with ease! I highly recommend The Auto Group to anyone looking for a nice used vehicle with a great warranty!

We received one of those flyers in the mail from these people that are carefully worded to make us think we had won two new cars or $100,000.00. So we decieded to stop there since we were going to be in Mt. Pleasant anyway. Of course, the flyer was a "come-on" in an attempt to get us to buy or maybe lease a vehicle from them. To be fair, I did walk away with a new $2.00 bill.

If you want a good deal and great people to work with you. Go to Auto group see Brandon or Cody great guys ! Just got my husband a new truck , got a awesome deal ! This is the secondt truck in 7 years , couldn't get friendlier and efficient group of people . So go to Auto Group a great bunch of people !

Decent selection of cars, however the deals are not as great as they make them out to be and they are incredibly pushy. Try to get you to make a sale the same day, do not leave you alone to view the cars, and will talk you into a vehicle you don't really care for just because they want to make a sale
