Car began with problems almost immediately, within 15 days. Impossible that they were unaware of the 3000 worth of needed moter work I was told that we caused the damage. The only "help" I was offered was 400$.

We were looking for a hard to find BMW 535i GT. We found one online at this dealership which was 50 miles from our home. We called Jeannie who confirmed that the vehicle was still available. We were determined to make it to the dealership in order to view, test drive the vehicle. When we arrived one and a half hours later, Jeannie had already started the paper work, prepped the vehicle for our test drive, washed the vehicle, etc. My kids loved the car, as did my wife but what impressed us the most was the ease at which Jeannie made this a comfortable buying experience. We were the last ones in the dealership and Jeannie stayed with us even though she was scheduled off half an hour earlier. Our hard tags arrived quickly via FedEx after we completed our Maryland inspection. I mention the inspection because Jeannie advised us to use the electronic form to expedite the inspection results which contributed to our speedy tag arrival. Jeannie was very responsive to our calls and left an incredible impression with us. We'll gladly drive the 90 minutes for our next used car purchase. Jeannie is the best!

I went to Auto Trademark just to look around and see the inventory, Did not see anything i wanted at first, I met Pedro Rodriguez and he found me a beige BMW X3. I was very interest, so Pedro gave me his undivided attention and work getting me a proved for the loan and the value of my trade in BMW 330i. I left Auto trademark with a new BMW X3 ...That I Love. Pedro is the best salesman I ever met and there are some pretty bad one out there. I would definitely recommend Auto Trademark / Pedro very very nice guy Very Professional, and polite. Hi Pedro!!!

I would give them a zero I walked in first of all took about 20 minutes for someone to noticed me they were just standing around talking to each other second of all I get there the cars pictures online looks nothing like the car real-life it has scratches and dings and dents all over the one there the one online is way better I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!!

Farhan sold us a used VW for commuter car. Sales process quick and easy, no pressure. The car had some issues which he promised to fix. Our schedule was crazy but weeks later he followed thru with his promise to make repairs. Keep in mind this was a verbal promise. Seems like Farhan stands behind his business and seems to be a man of his word. Will be going back for future autos.

First off I will say that I went to look an a fairly competitively priced Fiat 500 Abarth. I took my wife, and young son to look at this car. It took them around 15 minutes to acknowledge our presence. Even though the sales person was 8 feet away and taking a private phone call and smoking. When he finally came over, he took my drivers license, and took 15 minutes to "find the keys". THEY ACTUALLY LOST THE KEYS TO THIS CAR!!!! Now for the car: The car was VERY dirty inside and out. Looked like someone dumped chips all over the passenger seat, and cup holder area. Also, the "sales" person told me that a scratch that was all the way to bare metal was a "minor scratch", and "not to worry about that". They low-balled my trade, and generally gave off an "I don't give a crap, give my the money and get out of my face attitude." Needless to say, I did not buy this car, and even if he was to call me back and give me an extra $2,000 off I wouldn't buy it. This dealership needs to learn some customer service, and negotiation skills....

I went to look at a car on 2/14/15 and ended up buying it. Drove it around for the day, but it ended up breaking down. Keep in mind this car was 100% as is. I called the sales manager, Farhan, and he called me back and told me to have it towed to the dealership. I got it back a few days later, and it ended up not being resolved. Awhile later I got the car back, with a used motor in it, broke down 2 days later. I ended up returning the car to the dealership and getting a refund. How many small dealerships will do that for you, especially with an "as is" car? Farhan is very nice and understanding, and was super helpful. Jeanie in the office is super nice and personable. They have nice cars on their lot, just be sure to have your mechanic (with any used car) look it over. I will definitely consider going back in the future for another car.

First off, Zeeshan was attentive, friendly and extremely patient with me throughout the transaction. I was in the market for a BMW SUV (with a manual gearbox - a tall order unto itself) and Auto Trademark had exactly what I was looking for. The X3 I bought runs and looks great, and it will certainly be "in the family" for several years to come. Zeeshan was even kind enough to get me some new floormats and clips for the license plate holder (special order) from BMW. Nice! Can't say enough good things - great job.

I drove from about 300 miles away to purchase a 2006 Nissan 350z from this place. I was a little worried about some of the reviews I saw from people. I couldn't tell if they were real or fake. The car I bought is in good condition there were some exterior scratches that weren't mentioned and my tire pressure light was on in the car, and still is. The customer service is good though, they got me in and out in about 45 mins, and also helped me return my rental to an airport about 25 mins away. The car wasn't cleaned thoroughly though just vacuumed and that's it. The biggest thing I took away from the dealer was the low price and the low mileage. Good buy Real decent experience

bought a 2007 Civic Si in August 2014. This is a no frills, like it -- buy it dealership. I drove over 60 miles to cruise this strip where there are many dealers. After seeing and driving 2 cars here I needed to go no where else. I asked many questions and attempted to get a further discount from this dealership and was unable to. However, the condition of the car and the CARFAX and the test drive was all I needed. The price was there the documentation was there and the salesman was there. I bought the car with concerned the mileage was too low for the vehicles age despite the CARFAX......I haven't looked back since. The car has been exactly as described and the deal was better than any deal I found within a 150 miles of my home. Thanks for being up front! the only other thing I can say is it some people have no concept of buying a used car. Dealerships do not know everything the vehicle has been through and it is unrealistic to expect them to. The earth is 25000 miles around so if a car has 75,000 miles on it it has been around the earth literally three times no one can know or remember what that car has been through. Perhaps your standard should match that of the used vehicle you are searching for. And of course lastly your finance should match as such as well.

For the first time in my life, I decided to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The supply of used Jeeps are plentiful, however the pricing is quite variable and a consumer must be careful not to buy one in in need of thousands of dollars in repairs. Enter Auto Trademark....who came highly recommended by USAA and has an established track record and buying arrangements with them. I found the exact car I wanted at a great price. I worked entirely via email on the transaction with Farhan, their sales manager. He was responsive, polite, professional and never tried to use any pressure or tactics while selling the car. He encouraged me to have the vehicle independently tested to be sure I was happy with the car - and basically gave me the car for most of the day to test drive and have inspected. I learned after the (very successful) inspection that their dealership also takes care to make sure they inspect cars and make sure know what they are selling. The entire experience was refreshing, right down to the personal ride they gave me to return my rental car (I was an out of town buyer). I highly recommend Farhan and the team at Auto Trademark. They have a fantastic selection of cars!!

I found a great 2006 Honda Odyssey through them that had very low mileage (54K) and was priced $2.5K under the Kelly Blue Book price. When I pointed out that one of the the power sliding doors was malfunctioning they immediately had a mechanic check it out. They ordered the part and replaced it free of charge - as you would hope. I did have to come back for this, but what can you do? My mechanic inspected the van and said it was practically new and that I got a great deal. The salesman, Farsan, who attended to my wife and me was extremely polite and helpful. In fact, everyone there was polite. It's an older building, but they maintain it well with comfortable couches and clean restrooms. The whole process was painless and quick, but of course we paid cash so there were no financing complexities. My family and I love this van!!

Cars.com made it easy to find the exact car we were looking for and Auto Trademark made the buying process as easy as possible. We emailed them a few days before coming down to identify which cars we were looking at. Farhan quickly responded and continued to email in the days leading up to our visit. He pulled the three cars next to each other for easy comparison and had us quickly test driving them. We went in with specific interests and pre-arranged financing, but he kept the process moving so we could get in and out.

Just purchased an awesome Volvo c70 at Auto Trademark in Manasas! Drove over 75 miles each way because they had the right car at the right price. There is no such thing as customer service with the dealer, especially Pedro...He is so rude and so quickly to be on the defensive side when you question the condition of the car. I thought dealers are supposed to make you want to buy not drive you away. If you ever decide to buy from this dealer, i will stay away from Pedro.

I drove from Washington DC to look at a 2008 Saturn Aura. It was a 40min drive. I get there Jeanne was ready to take my service. Once she pulled up the car I took it for a test ride and notice somethings wrong. So she immediately went to find another car. I took the other car for a test drive and fell in love. She made me feel at home when purchasing the car. Also I had a little trouble with the insurance companies giving me one price then I get to the dealership they tell me another. So Greg Ortiz came and recommended me someone he knew in the insurance company. Then once that process began I pulled off with my car. Great service!!!!

I am writing to let the car buying public know about a smaller dealership with a big heart and friendly people. I appreciate the outstanding customer service that Mr. Pedro Rodriguez and team provided last week when I visited Auto Trademark (703-361-6882), to purchase a truck I had seen posted on Cars.com. When I walked in the dealership Mr. Rodriguez and staff was very attentive and helpful. Rather than just being focused on making a quick sale, he was very knowledgeable about the 2007 H 2 Hummer that I had expressed an interest in purchasing over the phone. He answered all my questions and highly recommended test driving the vehicle and looking over the car fax before making a decision. After test driving the truck, I met with Mr. Rodriguez about financing the vehicle .Because of Pedro Rodriguez and his team efforts, I was able to replace the truck of my dreams that had been totaled earlier this month. Saying customer service is poor would be an overstatement. The staff are unprofessional and unmotivated to sell. Vehicles are overpriced by a few thousand above what they're really worth and they don't budge on price. In my opinion, this dealership preys on uninformed customers and I don't plan on returning.

Two Weeks ago I happen to drive pass this lovely dealership and I spotted my dream truck that I have been wanting for a while. I pulled over to take a look in the inside and feel in love, I thought to myself I have to take this truck home with me. So I decide to finance this vehicle and went straight to talk to Pedro. He was the best finance/accounting manager that I have ever dealt with and he honestly made my dream come true. Thursday was the day that I stopped by, and Friday I was driving off the lot. The buying process was so smooth and easy, it was too good to be true. This was a great experience and I will return in the near future. I was looking for a vehicle for 3 months. I came across AutoTrademark on the internet. I drove there Saturday just to look at their cars. Everything on the lot was beautiful. I had no intension of purchasing a vehicle right away but I came across the GMC Acadia and I knew I had to have it. The staff was very friendly and not pushy salesmen. I have shopped for many cars in my life and never experienced a more hassle free car buying experience. I had been searching online for almost two months when I came across this rare one of a kind Lexus ES350. It had all the bells and whistles that I did or didn't need. Perked my interest so I gave them a call, a gentlemen by the name of Zhee picks up the phone and confirms he still has the car on the lot. I informed him that I lived about an hour to an hour and half away and was not sure if I could make it to see it that night, he was very accommodating as to saying that if I did come and was running a little late he would stick around....first good sign. When I got there, the car was spot on and exactly what I was looking for. I didn't end up buying it that night but went up the following night which inadvertently was Zhee's day off and I didn't end up contacting him until I was 20 minutes out. He ended up coming in on his day off and I purchased the vehicle which was this past January. Zhee was the best salesman I had ever had the pleasure of meeting(not pushy, honest and a straight shooter). Thank you Auto Trademark for providing a honest service and the best car buying experience possible!!

I stopped past Auto Trademark after calling in and probably had the best car searching experience ever! I called in and talked to Jeannie and she couldn't have been more helpful. She told me to come in and took me on a couple test drives, gave me great advice on cars, credit and insurance and was very personable as well. These are not regular care salesman/saleswomen, these are people who are driven by building relationships with customers, while making sure they have a great experience, as well as putting them in the right car. Did i mention they have an amazing selection, with the most affordable prices. If your searching for a new car, go to Auto Trademark, buy something! They'reDj great! The End :)

I have had bad experiences buying cars in the past, for that reason I hate going to dealerships. I saw a vehicle online that I wanted. I completed my application online about two weeks ago and was approved. My husband talked with Pedro Rodriquez on several occasions. Finally, we traveled from Richmond, VA to buy the car. What a great experience we had!!! We met Pedro who was very helpful and professional. He took the time to answer all out questions and explained everything. There was no pressure from him or anyone else to buy the car. The bulk of the paperwork was done before hand. We were in and out which pleased me the most. We purchased a Mercedes Benz from Auto TradeMark and I must say that we were impressed with the quality of vehicles and customer service! Farhan Nawaz and Pedro Rodriguez were very helpful in selecting our SUV. The vehicles we test drove were very clean and mechanically sound! We purchased a GL 450 "As Is" and after the transaction we had a Certified Mercedes Mechanic conduct a diagnostic and maintenance check! We received good report that the vehicle was in "Great Condition" and only needed minor repair such as "brake pads and roters". Even the Mechanic was impressed with how clean and well maintained the vehicle was. We will definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from Auto TradeMark in the future and will recommend them to our friends and family!

I found several vehicles I wanted to look at in the Mananas area and this place was the first one I stopped at. This X5 had the lowest miles of all 5 cars I was thinking of buying. The sales person was always polite and gave us a great "cash" price for it. We were going to finance the car there but he told us to try NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION since we are both military. We ran down the street joined the CR and got pre-approved for the "cash" price of the car. Within an hour we came back, did the paperwork and drove off the lot. He was never pushy and did not want us to pay in house prices for financing since we had pretty good credit. This was a very pleasant car buying experience. These folks are pros and treat you with respect - give them a try in you are in the market!

The place has really nice cars, but surprisingly they don't hound you like most car dealers, and give you a really relaxed environment. Z is who sold me my car, but I had did my research so I was ready to purchase right away. It took less than 30min to get everything done and my new car with 30 days on the tags. Gene was great in customer service and answered all of my questions. I bought a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer and the car is in great condition for an awesome price, my MD inspector was surprised about how good in shape the car was. Some of the individuals are not that friendly but Z and Gene were great! Thanks again!

I recently bought a car here from "Zee". I test drove the car on a Sunday and when I arrived on the lot with my father we started walking around to find the specific car I was interest in. We had to walk around the whole lot and couldn't find it, nobody approached us and asked if they could help. We finally went inside and had to ask to talk with someone, they informed us the car was at their other lot and drove it over so that I could test drive it. It was raining that day so when the stereo had lots of static I attributed it to the rain. I bought it that week on Thursday, and in the days between I was in contact with the dealership almost daily. One of the days I called, I spoke with someone in the sales department and he gave me a quote for the "out the door" cost of my car. I specifically asked "does this cost include the safety/emissions, the title, the tax, the registration fees, the dealer fee, ect.?" and the sales person said "yes, this includes all of that". Well when I went to buy the car I was given the same cost but Zee informed me that it did NOT include the tax, the registration/title fees, or the emissions!! It only included the dealer processing fee and their own "tax". When I asked about the safety/emission he told me the safety had been done and was good for one year but that I had to do the emissions on my own. I was like "that's fine I guess" (but I was upset about all the extra costs that were adding up). Then when we were done with everything my Dad (who went with me) asked "Is the car all filled up and ready to go?" and Zee said "oh yea, its all filled up and they brought it up front!". We got out to the car and not only did they NOT fill the tank (which is just common courtesy) but the safety wasn't good for a year, it expires in October! The next morning I was taking pictures of the car to show my friends and I noticed that they didn't even bother to wash the car either! The detailed the inside but didn't wash the outside! I love the car but I'm extremely disappointed with the dealership. The radio is still extremely static-y which is annoying but I was planning on getting an aftermarket radio anyways because the one that came with it didn't have USB capabilities. Overall though, I can't believe that they are Pentagon Federal Certified! Also, if you are sensitive to the smell of cigarettes or have asthma, I would avoid this dealership. Their offices reeked of stale cigarette smoke!

Zeeshan was very helpful when I bought my used car. The only thing I suggest is that you ask about the price with and without the sales tax. You can either pay the sale tax through Auto Trademark or directly to the DMV.

We were in the market for a new van to replace our current van following an accident. Auto Trademark was recommended by our insurance carrier as a "certified dealership" and I can see why. They had great vehicles, the sales staff was very helpful and applied absolutely no pressure to buy. Zeeshan was our sales rep and he was very knowledgeable, courteous and flexible. After making a copy of my DL, we took the van we were looking at for a spin and ended up purchasing it that night. Even though the dealership closed at 8pm, we stayed there until almost 9pm without complaint (it took us a while to drive there and did not arrive until the evening). Would buy from Auto Trademark again and highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a high-quality used vehicle.

We had been in the market for a used Minivan for a while. Our family did not need a new vehicle immediately, but we were looking to see if something fit our budget and passed our mechanics inspection. We had been monitoring all the online car sites and when something looked good we would go and test drive it. We had a few that we liked, but for our budget, they had more problems than we could handle or our mechanics advised us to not purchase the vehicle. So on another routine trip to check out a van we stopped into Auto Trademark. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were clean and welcoming. Zeeshan was the salesman who worked with us and he was great! Unlike previous dealers there was no wrangling about taking the vehicle to our mechanic. Two days later, after we both test drove it, my wife took the van to our mechanic. They came back to us with a list of repairs that had to be made to the van and a list of maintenance recommendations to ensure that the van continued to be well maintained. Zeeshan took the list and the "had to be repaired" items were taken care of at a cost to the dealership. We felt this was a fair deal and came to terms on the vehicle and drove away with it a day later. Our mechanics checked-out out the repairs and said that they were good, so we seem to have gotten a good deal. Our experience was excellent and our family is very happy with our new, to us, minivan.

I purchased a used Lexus yesterday from Auto Trademark. They had an excellent selection of cars, that were good values. They were easy to work with, no pressure at all, and didn't hesitate to show me and let me drive any cars I wanted (rather than pushing a car on me that I didn't want.) I would definitely go there again.

I am sort of a repeat buyer for AutoTrademark. A couple months ago, I took my brother in-law here to purchase his Jetta. He lived about 20 miles away but it was way worth it. Fast forward to 5 months later, I end up moving in the area for work and needed a second car. I did my basic searches on cars.com but AutoTrademark's selection was much better than anyone else's locally. I show up at the lot with no appointment and re-introduce myself to Farhan. He says he remembers me but who knows if he really did. That doesn't matter. What does matter is he had two cars in-stock that were within my price range and were both very clean. The 3 series that stood out to me most was the 6 speed. I test drove it, found no issues with the car mechanically, (there were some cosmetic issues, but what used car doesn't?) I told him I'd return because I was in the process of finalizing my financing. The next day I came back and the car was gone! Little did I know he put it in the back for me sort of as a courtesy hold. I was relieved to hear see it was still there, and after one last look at the automatic, I made my decision to make the purchase. The buying process was easy, no-hassle, no BS, no frills. They have a fixed dealer fee which is posted inside their store and charge you the mandatory city tax. You have the option of doing the registration/tags yourself, or you can have them do it. I chose the former. I know a lot of the reviews on cars.com for this place seem a little fake so always take it for what it's worth. I will definitely check back with these guys any time I or any friends/family have car-buying needs.

So I was in the market for a Honda s2000 for awhile and I happened to see an ad for this particular s2000 here at Auto Trademark. Initially I thought that the dealership was too far but being that the price was nice and the car looked so clean in the pictures I gave it another look. I finally decided to go check the car out which was about 3 and a half hours from where I lived but due to my work schedule the earliest I could actually get there was around 8:30 at night which is after they close. All of that changed however once I got in contact with the down to earth straight forward Pedro. He and I agreed to set up a date to go check out the car and when I did we knew I was in a time crunch but nonetheless he gave me his cell number so I could call him when I was near. I got to the dealership at 9:00 pm and Pedro still met me there with his wife and kids just so I could see the car (if that isn't first class service than I don't know what is) and boy was I glad because I feel in love. I did not get the car that night but I was determined and a few days later sure enough I was on the train headed down to get the car even after that grueling ride home with out the s2000 a few days before. Purchasing the car was easy and straight forward no games or gimmicks just good pricing. Thanks to Pedro's expertise in financing he was able to get me the best rate ever at 1.84 apr on a 48 month term!!!! Wow!!! Thanks Pedro and Auto Trademark, this is the best car ever!!! Give these guys a chance you won't find a better deal and a cooler guy than Pedro

Bought a nice Miata ten months ago. The only comment my mechanic made was that the timing belt would need to be replaced soon. To close the deal, Auto Trademark said that I could come back within a year to have their mechanic do the job at a favorable rate. Ten months later, they honored the deal. Happy with the initial purchase, and very happy with the follow through.

My wife and I needed to find a safe, reliable car as our kids are starting to drive. We live in MD and found a Volvo at Auto Trademark that was a very good deal. During the MD State inspection process our mechanic ran late. Since we faced about a 3 hour round trip in rush hour traffic I called Auto Trademark and asked about my options. Farhan made it possible to cover the rest of the transactions for the sale completely online. This saved us a considerable amount of time. During our car shopping and purchasing process we spoke to almost everyone in the shop and every time we were greeted pleasantly and politely. This really made it an enjoyable process. When making a decision about this dealership read each review carefully and look at the background of the car. We did. The true integrity of this business will be clear. I highly recommend this family owned business; everyone here takes real pride in their company.

I had a great experience here. No pressure and excellent prices. I saw the car I wanted and took it for a test drive and it was great! I took the car to my mechanic and they did a full check up on the car and said it was in like new shape and they advised me to buy it. My sales guy was Zeeshan and he was the best!!

Great car and the experience was very smooth and hassle free. I made a 6 hour trip for my X5, because it was the exact color combination I was looking for. Being I was driving 6 hours I wanted to make sure t was exactly what I wanted. They did a walk around on the car and told me exactly what I was getting. The car fax was listed free right on their site and there were no surprises. In reading some of the other negative reviews, I'm glad I made the trip.

Had Zishaun for a salesman looking at an 07 manual GTI coupe with custom wheels and relatively low mileage. Price was really good, he scanned my drivers license and let me take the car for a spin by myself. I expressed my concerns with the computer configuration in the car and he resolved them by going through the menus. Also got the extended warranty to be covered for a little while. Good deal, you just have to know what you're looking for as they are a wholesaler and buy and sell all the time, just like Carmax or any other one. Would recommend to others.

I bought a used car here long distance and had it shipped to me 800 miles away. End of story: The car is in better condition than I expected. The dealer listed a sunroof and the car didn't have one. The salesperson told me there were no marks on the car. There were but not where he described. He also told me there were two floormats. There were four. So the morale of the story, have any car checked out by a trained independent inspector. Oh one final note, anytime I called for the Salesperson, I was directed to a voicemailbox which was full and I had to redial and explain not to transfer the call. Very annoying!

My buying experience was a good one. They loaded lots of photos that gave a true reflection of the actual vehicle. Some dealerships deceive you via photos. They were professional and did'nt draw out the purchase process. Some dealerships force you to spend a half day with them to transact a simple process. I would recommend purchasing from these guys!

Auto Trademark is the perfect place for first time buyers to purchase a car.At age 23, I recently bought my first car (2008 Ford Fusion V6) from them. I was very confused about the whole process and Genie, Sales Associate, helped me sort things out. Knowing the rumors about car sales associates I checked her financing suggestions with my bank and she was completely correct. Similarly my bank, in order to complete my financing paperwork, needed an extensive amount of paperwork all of which Genie got without any complaints at all.She also let me take the vehicle to my mechanic for a pre-purchase look over without any complaints. Turns out the car is in perfect condition and my mechanic said I got a great deal for the car. Overall my experience at Auto Trademark was great! Buying a car is a huge hassel (as I have just learned) but working with a dealership with sales associates that are easy going and do not play games makes the process bearable. Genie and the rest of the staff were very helpful and honest. I visted several dealerships before and did not recieve the same respectful treatment.

When I initially spoke with a sales person by the name of Pedro he was kind over the phone. Once I went into the dealership to speak with him he presented an aggressive approach towards me. Once I purchased the vehicle the car wouldn't start when I was on my way back to the dealership to have it looked at for other problems. The vehicle stalled on the way out there as well. They kept the vehicle for a couple of days to see if they could find out what the problem was. When I finally picked the vehicle up the tire went flat. They didnt want to come out to assist me with repairing or exchanging the tire. They sent me the wrong persons tags and registration. If I had the opportunity to reverse my contract I would have never done business with this dealership.

This was the first time I ever bought a car that was not local. I was really skeptical and didn't know what to expect, but once I got there and met the people I felt completely comfortable. They are very nice and everything went smoothly...we got a great car and a great price. It was a great experience and I would definitely buy from them again.

I recently purchased a 2008 Chevy Aveo from Auto Trademark. The vehicle was exactly as advertised - it was in excellent condition and the free Carfax Report was accurate. If you can pay cash or get your own financing, you can buy a great car for less than book value. The buying process was easy and hassle free. The salesperson I delt with, Farhan, was friendly and honest. Do your homework before you buy any car, but I would recommend Auto Trademark to anyone looking for a decent late model used car.

Every dealership I went to I had a horrible experience, all of the saleman are so aggressive. Not this place, the salesman I dealt with was very calm and gave me and my wife all of the room we needed to make a decision. We were allowed to test drive a few different cars and when we found the one we liked they even let us take it to our mechanic 20 miles away to have it thoroughly checked out. I would reccomend this place to anyone who is looking to make a smooth purchase.

If I had read the reviews of this dealership before I went to purchase my vehicle, I wouldn't have went. I'm glad I didn't though, because I found a beautiful one-owner corolla here. They only made 6,000 of this particular model. I don't even think the dealers knew how rare it was. I really liked this place. It's a 6-speed manual with 90,000 miles. Everything on it feels new, even my mechanic commented on it. They didn't breathe down my neck like the other dealerships did. In fact, I didn't really see a dealer until I was ready to make an offer. I walked in, they asked me what car I wanted to check out, they gave me the keys, and I test drove for as long as I wanted. I knew what I wanted, so the lack of a dealer all over me wasn't a problem. If you need the dealer with you to explain the car to you, this probably isn't the place for you. Overall, my dealer (I believe her name was Jeannie) was fantastic. I love my car. I would definitely buy another from them based off this purchase. Side note: their extended warranties are unimpressive. You could probably find a better one someplace else.

I purchased a 2003 Mercedes e320. Nice car just minor issues but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. After paper work was signed I was told that I needed to bring the car back to have a "gps" tracking device installed. I live 90 minutes away so I told the salesperson Greg I would have to come back so he said ok. I missed the appointment for personal reasons and was gonna bring it the following Saturday. Before I could take it back or call the dealership I started receiving these threatening text from a lady who worked there here are the text: Mrs J this is auto trademark, I need to hear from u by noon, we have been trying to reach u for 5 day, if I do not hear from u I will be starting the repo process Ok so I see u know we r calling and not taking the call, we r going to repo ur car because u r not following the steps necessary for funding, again I need to speak to u by noon I was very shocked to get threatened with repossession on a vechicle I only had a week. I was upset & thought it was a scam. To make a long story short I brought the car back to get the "gps" tracking device and I got there at 4 and was told I had to drive 10 minutes to there shop to get it installed. We didn't leave the shop until after 6. Buyers beware of the financing anyone they offer, what cost are u getting financed.

Test drove a Mazda3. It looked nice and had a clean CarFax. I was told the power steering pump had just been replaced. I test drove the car and was considering making an offer. Luckily, I took the car to my mechanic for a look. The car had been wrecked--the entire right side had been repaired (not a good repair job either) as well as portions of the left front wheel well. The struts were leaking and my mechanic said that the power steering pump was definitely not a new one. Took the car back and told them what I had found out and all the sales people acted shocked. They asked if I was interested in another vehicle. I just left. I would NEVER buy a car from this place--ever!!

I found a car on cars.com website and it was priced at $7.995 when I got to the dealer (Auto Trademark), they told me that it was $8.995 (One thousand dollar more). They stated that the Internet price was a cash price. Be very carful when dealing with this dealer.

My wife and I found this dealer had 4 cars listed that we were interested in. We told the sales person what cars and he had all the cars available to look at within 15 minutes with keys ready to go. We drove two of the 4 and were very pleased with the condition of the two. The buying decision and process was made seamlessly.

Don't be snowed by detailing cosmetics or low mileage. If you buy a car here be sure to have a mechanic check it out carefully even if you are familiar with the vehicle. Saved from me making a bad mistake.

I called ahead to make sure the car I was interested was available, drove 20 miles to the lot, and they told me the car was in their nearby storage lot and would take 5 minutes to arrive. 20 minutes later, I asked where it was, and they said they'd call to see. 5 minutes later, they tell me one of the workers took the car for the day and it wouldn't be available for hours. Ridiculous that they'd assure me it was on the lot while they let their coworker take it for a joy ride all day. The dealers were sketchy anyway. While I was waiting, I looked at 2 other cars that looked okay from the outside, but the rotors were rusted and the interiors were trashed and smelled bad. Stay away - you get what you pay for.

This dealer called in english to pick up the car from another lot and then called back in Arabic or something. He told me they were putting gas in the car and that is why it took so long. In fact they were spraying the car with water to suggest that it was just cleaned. This was to cover up that the car had been flooded and make you think a little water got in when they cleaned it. The whole car was soaked and smelled.. Even the manual inside the glove box was warped and soaked. Beware.
