We have been driving MB cars since 2002 and always look to Autohaus first for buying/servicing our cars. My first encounter was when I had a 2002 ML that I was looking at upgrading. The Benz dealership closest to my house started playing the typical slimy car sales games...low ball trade-in, salesman running back & forth to the sales manager, trying to convince me the sticker price was their cost, etc... We left there & went to 3 other Benz dealerships. Autohaus played it straight and earned my business: reasonable trade-in, minimal haggle games on the new car and no funny business on the finance end (except for trying to get me to purchase wheel warranty). That purchase got me in the door as a customer, their service department and loaner car program have sealed the deal to keep me as a loyal customer from that point on. Gary Lombardi takes care of me every time I need to come in, no matter if it is a warranty issue or a paid service. He's one of the best service people I have ever met. Over the years I have talked with some of the other service people as well. All are highly professional and are 100% on their game with taking care of customers. I have since purchased/leased 6 total cars from them. I will be looking for Benz #7 in a couple of months and they will be my first stop. I always shop the price to keep them honest, but have yet to be let down. Needless to say, I don't shop them too hard any more. Keep up the good work guys. By the way, I'm in Barrington, but drive over 30 min out of my way just to deal with Autohaus. Their service department is that good!

5 stars for a dealership is very rare. BUT... this actually deserves 5 stars. I am a small business owner and purchase cars for business & pleasure very often (about 3-5 cars every couple of years). I have dealt with many dealerships in Illinois. They all offer good service when purchasing a vehicle ... but not many offer exceptional service AFTER you make the purchase. I purchased my first certified used Mercedes Benz from Autohaus in 2014. I ran into some minor issues and expressed my dissatisfaction- as soon as I did this I received a call from the Sales Manager Bob Ruscitti. He gave me an offer I could not refuse and I was a happy camper! So, being happy I sent my brother in: He purchased one ML new. and one GL used. both cars are solid and no issues. in 2015 I purchased a ML 63 AMG high end car. Had some issues and again Bob, Ken Dunaway (service), and Ricky (sales), all came to the rescue to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I am talking MONTHS of working together with Mercedes corporate, Regional reps, managers, and everything to remedy MY ISSUES. I truly felt like I was their one and only priority and customer. I have never felt such a caring group from a dealer!! It really blew my mind and it made me loyal not only to the brand Mercedes but also to this specific dealership. The point is that this dealership treated me like a loyal customer from the day I walked in and purchased a 30K car and treated me the same when I purchased a 120K car.... The sales rep ALWAYS texts me back, Bob the manager gets back to me no more than 1 hour later, and the service department always answers all my questions and concerns. I hope that all customers that walk in through that door get the same experience as I do. 1) I don't want to look like a liar and inaccurate yelper and 2) if you guys treat everyone like this you will be even more successful and in business forever. This was my personal experience. Let me give you the layout of the dealership: The dealership is kid friendly, bottled water, grade a coffee machine, awesome tea selection, and they usually have food on the weekends. There is no kitchen just a customer area. There is plenty of parking in front of the building. Service department: Once you're assigned a service adviser they have a great communication system. You can call, or receive text message regarding your vehicle or if you need to make an appointment. They provide brand new loaner cars and it's always fueled up, clean and ready to go. They're flexible and always work on your schedule. I am not kidding. New car delivery: They go over the whole vehicle with you. They make sure that you know your vehicle before you get off the lot. They're always willing to throw in extras when you're purchasing a new car- they're not nickel and diming you. My salesmen for the last transaction was Ricky Pena- Grade A person. I hope you guys check these guys out. Easy to get to. Great to work with. And creating a business relationship with your dealer will always work in your favor. Thanks for reading. I had a pleasant experience with the whole staff at Autohaus on Edens. It started a few months ago with Ricky Pena. He worked with me during my vehicle search process taking test drives with me on a few vehicles. After the test drives I settled on the vehicle that I wanted to order. Ricky asked me what colors and options I would want and the ordering process was complete. All I had to do was wait for the vehicle to be built the way I wanted and delivered to the dealership. I went to Autohaus because they took care of me on the last vehicle I leased. Autohaus is everything I expect in a Benz dealership, clean, sleek, and modern. This past weekend I was able to pick up the newly arrived vehicle that I ordered. I met Ricky and we started the paperwork, he was courteous and respectful of my time. The general manager Mark introduced himself and I thanked him for letting me customize one of the dealerships first allocations of the new 2016 model I wanted. Next up Al Mondello described the leasing and financing options available. I remembered Al from the last vehicle that I leased from Autohaus. Al quickly went thru my options and I settled on a purchase over a lease. Nahrain was my product concierge she helped me get familiarized with the vehicle. She went over all the features in the vehicle and assisted me with the customization of the settings. The whole process was efficient and organized. A great experience with Autohaus on Edens and I would recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes-Benz to go see them.

I have never encountered a more corrupt and unscrupulous dealership in my life. For a period of time in 2014 I made the worst decision in my life as a car owner - I picked this dealership to service my car. After they "fixed" several things (only to literally break on my way home) I should have known better. They of course had reasons why they needed to bill me again for fixing the exact thing again, so I followed along. A mile in, a mile out - right? Anyways, after the leaving the dealership on one of these occasions I was driving home and the car began to shake. This frightened me so naturally (and gratefully) I slowed down and took the next exit off the highway. As I'm driving to find a place to pull over - I kid you not - one of my wheels literally detaches and my car literally grinds into the ground. Keep in mind, this is ON THE WAY HOME from the dealership! The next day I call Autohaus & they completely deny any wrong doing! I have the car taken a look at from 3rd parties and they all agree : these guys used a power wrench and completely stripped the lug nuts on the wheel, causing it to fall off. This cost me roughly $20,000 in damages ranging from mechanical to body work. Please, please, please - avoid this place at all costs. Learn from my costly mistake.

Was interested in a 2014 e550 at their dealership and they wouldn't even follow-up with me on questions that I had or pictures that I requested. Told me that they would send me pictures and they never did. It's as if they didn't want to sell the car. I find that to be very lazy. I ended up purchasing at another dealer who had a better rating than Autohaus. I am very happy that I did not purchase from a dealership where the employees won't even take the time to pick up their phones and call someone or use "technology" to take a picture and send it to a client who is serious about purchasing. In the end, I purchased a 2014 E63 from a much better dealership. I would never recommend any of my colleagues to purchase at Autohaus. I already advised against it.

Horrible customer service. Service managers have no people skills, terrible at responding. Facility is outdated, something that you would never expect for a dealership that sells luxury brand. If you want your car to be washed prepare to spend at least couple of hours at the dealer. If you want good customer service I encourage you to go to a different dealership!

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned S550 from Oleg in Aug, 2014. He claimed he has been working at the the dealership for 10 years. But, he couldn't even give a simple instruction of how to open the S550 with a key blade stating that it was the wrong key blade. It took about 4 months and made me run around to local dealer to finally find out the key blades are correct all along, what was missing was the right operating instruction. Oleg is really incompetent. Do not trust him, as he has misrepresented the condition of the car.The CPO certification and inspection indicated that bumper was repaired and cut, scratches, gouges fixed. But, I found cuts and lots of scratches at the bottom of the front bumper. They denied selling the car in that condition. But, the used car sales manager was dumb enough to send me the original listing photos, when zoomed in, they clearly matched the bumper damaged I complained to them earlier. I challenge the dealer to show me photos indicating no such damage as I claimed. I had asked them earlier to pick up the car from my residence about 40 miles to give them the opportunity but they refused. Later, when I saw the evidence in the photos, they changed their mind. They wanted to pick up the car to inspect it at the dealer. I could no longer trust them to touch my car. If they could lie in the CPO report, what else would they do to my vehicle unsupervised? I gave them the opportunity to come inspect in my residence but they never responded.Don't be fooled by their low internet prices. There are hidden costs that you don't see. I got estimates from Mercedes recommended body shops; it would cost around $2000 to replace the bumper as the cuts/tears were so severe, they are beyond repair. Autohaus would not pay a cent. Youre better off buying from an honest dealer at a fair price.I had reported them to Better Business Bureau and the Illinois Attorney General.

Excellent, all around customer service! I found the car I wanted through cars.com and directly sent an inquiry and questions to the dealer. They got back to me immediately and were able to work with me to get into my price range for the car I wanted. When I arrived at Autohaus, Roosevelt was beyond helpful! I had already done a test drive a couple weeks before at a different dealership, but when I got into the car with Roosevelt, he showed me so much more that I was not previously shown. He went into details and took the time to explain all the features of the car. I fell even more in love with the C300 4Matic and was really excited for my new car! Thanks for the great experience!

I purchased my previous car from Autohaus On Edens in Northbrook in 2007 and couldn't be more pleased with the purchase and service over the years that followed, so much so that I just purchased my next new car from them. Suzanne Wadina was my saleswomen. Excellent response to all questions, also helpful and more than accomodating in my trade-in of my vehicle. It was a pleasure doing business with Suzie. Turned in a leased car on an early release offer. Payment for new car and payment for old car crossed as always pay for the month in advance. I ended up paying lease for both new and old car for the month. Autohaus refused to refund me for the time I was paying for 2 leases. My calls to finance office are not being returned. My interactions with the sales manager have been been disappointing to say the least. How many times a month are they doing this to other customers who because of automatic payments are not aware that this is happening!!

John in the Service Department at Autohaus is absolutely positively the most conscientious and diligent service tech that I have ever encountered. He has been taking care of my Mercedes S430 for years and always amazes me. He is friendly, responsive and always looks out for my best interest. John is clearly a valuable employee and Autohaus is very lucky to have him. It is also really nice to know that the outstanding customer service dosent stop after you purchase your car from Autohaus. This was the second time I worked with Earl, I've never met someone who knew their product as well as he does. He made all the technology easy, I feel like a pro now. (all my friends want my car now) I got a great deal on the 2nd car I bought from Earl, and have worked with the service department at Autohaus before and love the free car washes. I have just completed my third lease with Autohaus. Obviously I am pleased. I have had the same salesperson for all three leases, STUART FISHMAN, who is getting to be like family. He understands exactly what I want in a car and never tries to push anupgrade that I cannot afford. I love my car, especially the 4-Matic which makes me feel safe in the winter. As a single woman, I really appreciate Stuart's concern for my safety.

Unethical people. Bottom line. talk too much and try to charge you as much as possible. Shame.Same job you can get done elsewhere for a fraction of that price: proven fact. Scare tactics is also being employed to make you frightened for safety of your vehicle, so you signed up for the service being pushed on you right away.

I have an '05 SL65 AMG that was purchased in late of '06 from a non MB dealer. I have several dealers in the area that I interviewed and considered using for service. I'm a very mechanically minded individual who likes and appreciates fast vehicles. I was concerned about a dealer who could do me justice in servicing a V-12 AMG with 604hp and 738 ft.lbs of torque and not be taken advantage of by taking it for joy rides wheneven I brought it in for service. After meeting with Gary Lombardi and deceiding that, even though he has a bit of a active personality and a vocal mouth, we get along extremely well. He knows his stuff. After hours, he, too, is a car guy and appreciates quality equipment. His staff of mechanics are very knowledgeble. John, along with a senior apprentice Jeff, are very dedicated to their job. Knowing this gives me a comfort that my "Baby" will continue to purr right along.PZ

Absolute high quality in every sense of the word. Called in looking for a new E Class and lady on the phone (not Sales Rep) was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. She setup an appt where I met with a sales manager. Test drove 3 cars, rep was very patient and courteous. Saved a bundle of loot too. Highly recommended.

They lied about the car being detailed when I bought it. It had many scratches, switches were missing, only recived one key. Sold me a wheel warentee package whitout me knowing by just putting it on then invoice which I didn't see until I got the car home. Sold me a paint shield which when applied the car was scratched, it was applied again and the car was even worse. would not give me my money back for the bogus paint shield. . And it took 7 visits total between having the switches replaced, to pick up the second key, and have the paint sheld put on. It was horriable!! Stay away!
