We purchased two cars in three months from the Egg Harbor Twp. location. Great process, consistent buying experience (great), fair trade-in offers and our sales consultant, Isaac was awesome. The best buying experience that this 57 year old (usually critical) person has had. And... it happened twice in three months. They have 100's of cars to choose from and if the vehicle you want is at one of their other locations, they will quickly have the car sent to their location and free of charge. That's how we purchased car #1. Everything is above the board. I will be back again and you should go there when you're ready to purchase your next pre-owned vehicle.

I was browsing in the Egg Harbor Township Auto Lenders when Ed Nunez asked if he could help. "Just looking", I replied. Having recently retired and on a fixed income I was reluctant to purchase. At that time, I explained to Ed what I would like and what I could afford. Ed assured he could work with that. Ed showed me a number of options in my price range. He made it so easy to help me make up my mind to purchase. He is, without a doubt, the most laid back and easy auto salesman I have ever come across in sixty years of auto purchasing. I would recommend Ed Nunez and Auto Lenders to all my friends in the market for an auto. Needless to say, I drove out of the dealership in a car that I sought and could afford, completely satisfied.

Just bought my second car here. We walked in with a general idea of what we wanted, and was pointed to the right car right away. You get all the time you need to look around and test drive, and everything you say is actually listened to, with no attempts to sell you anything you don't want. This was the easiest car buying experience ever. Our sales rep, Anthony Russo, couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. He was able to answer all our questions and quickly address any concerns (which were minimal). Loved the 'no haggle' price method. It was a breeze to check comparative pricing and I found Auto Lenders to be more than fair.

Auto lenders was an absolute dream to deal with. My husband and I feel as if everyone we dealt with was genuinely looking out for our best interest. Chris and everyone at Auto Lenders were very friendly, and most importantly honest. They never fed me lines or showed any interest in anything other than getting me to go home in the right car for me. Do they want you to buy a car? Yes. Of course they do. It's their job. But they never once put the kind of pressure on me that I've experienced at other places, and that goes a very long way with me.

I started using Auto Lenders service department for oil changes on my other car, while waiting I have browsed the showroom and lot. I then decided to look for a new car for my wife. Everyone we interacted with was great and it was really a stress free experience. From the initial contact via telephone, to the salesperson Patrick Pizzi, down to Brian, the finance manager, they all made us feel like they genuinely wanted to get us the best deal they could. First, we (my wife & I) drove into their lot & rode up & back all of the rows, checking out the cars without having a mess of salesmen run out and try to nab us like most dealers do. We checked out the cars for about a half hour and found one (2014 Ford Fusion) that we really liked. Then we walked in & asked to see a salesman - we were never hassled from the start. It turned out that the car had just been trucked in - it hadn't been entered into their system yet, so there was no price on it. We initially were just checking...but when he told us the price (combined with less than 11,000 miles on the car) we had to buy it right away. The salesman was fantastic - no pressures or hassles and the price of the optional warranty was fantastic. There was no junk in the lot - all clean vehicles. I would always do business with Auto Lenders and recommend them to everyone. Great place.

I had been thinking about different crossovers and decided to stop on on my way home from work to check out a few different cars. They have so many to choose from I was undecided. Then they had the crossover I had talked about a few months back, but was too pricey before. This crossover was right at my price range!! So I test drove it and a few others. The salesperson was so nice and easy going, not pushy at all! They were able to get me everything I was looking for and checked the car fully before I drove my new used car home that evening! Had appointment to meet with salesman Chris Langley to test drive a 2014 Chevy Silverado. Chris had the truck staged and ready to go when we got there. After a brief introduction to the vehicle my wife and I were allowed to do the test drive by ourselves and we greatly appreciated the opportunity. While we were out Chris had another Silverado pulled out and ready to test drive if we wanted to, which we did. We chose the first truck, and Chris pleasantly worked out the details and final pricing to our satisfaction. My wife and I both enjoyed the experience and were happy people on the drive home from AutoLenders. The Egg Harbor dealership had many vehicles to look at, with knowledgeable staff to answer questions. We recommend them to anyone.

Ed Nunez approached me in the lot and I told him I was interested in test driving a few trucks. He laid out the trucks I asked for and a few I didn't see. Total no pressure and but he was there to review my options with me. I didn't get the one I had found on my midnight recon but ended up buying one more suited to my needs. Prices were where I needed to be and the whole process was painless and quick. From Ed, to the manager and financing to service all of my needs were met. My salesman was James Murphy, He was honestly the first Car Salesman that I dealt with WHO Was NOT the stereo typical type. There was no Games, No Push, No Pressure to look at the vehicles and ask simple questions. My wife and I went together and you all know how the typical sales people are they lean in to the Lady in hopes to make them fall in love with a vehicle only to secure the Male to buy it. We were allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive with out a question or direction to take. Upon our return we scheduled a follow up appointment with Mr. Murphy for a possible purchase date. I got a friendly Email about our last visit and a Thank-You for our visit. WOW a Thankyou? instead of a pressure tatic. I recently purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty and had an excellent experience. As soon as I began talking with Mike Hodgins, he made it know this was going to be a stree-free and relaxed experience. This was important because I was a first-time car buyer and had stressful experiences until then. Not only did Mike answer all of my questions but he treated my girlfriend and her questions as if she was also purchasing the vehicle. I did notice that all of the cars were in pristine condition for a used car dealer. So, it was easy to get my decision down to the Liberty and Altima, the two vehicles I was interested in. Once I test drove both, I had a difficult decision choosing between the two vehicles and Mike was very patient and answered any questions we had. He did not push me towards the more expensive Altima. Which proved to me he wanted to help me pick the right vehicle for me. Once I chose the Jeep Liberty, it was 40 quick minutes and I was on my way home. I could not say enough how nice and easy going everyone there was. Even Brian, the Finance guy, kept the mood light and made us feel comfortable despite me being nervous purchasing my first vehicle. I will recommend this dealer to everyone and anyone and will be back in the future to purchase my vehicles.

For the first time, I actually had a great experience with a dealership. My salesperson, Tom Hernon, was the best. He listened to what my needs were, did not push me towards purchasing a car I could not afford, and very pleasant and friendly. I wanted a car good on gas but also safe with multiple airbags, etc. He took the time to look up the different cars for safety, etc. I finally purchased a Nissan Sentra. Everyone I had to interact with was great and it was really a stress free experience. From the initial contact via email, to the salesperson Isaac, down to the finance manager, they all made me feel like they genuinely wanted to get me the best deal they could. I told them the car I was interested in and what I could swing payment wise and Isaac made it happen. Everyone worked as a team to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. I was looking for a smaller SUV to replace my old Expedition. After test driving 2 vehicles I told Stephan I wanted to drive a Ford Escape. They only had one and it didn't meet my criteria. Stephan found me what I wanted at one of the other Autolenders locations and 2 days later I was driving home in my 2012 Ford Escape. Stephan was definitely not your stereo typical car salesman, there was no pressure, he was patient and listened to my concerns. I LOVE my car, it is exactly what I wanted.

This car purchase changed my outlook on the experience of buying a car. It was really so much easier and quicker at Autolenders than it has ever been at any other dealership that I have purchased from. The salesman was great and very kind. He was hard-working and quick. I was a little upset that they were trying to give me a lot less than my old car was worth, but we negotiated that and I got what I wanted in the end. he perfect car purchase experience. Salesman - Mike Hodgins was great. Extremely accomodating...listened to our needs/thing that were important to us and delivered on each of them. I had already done my research on price, what I was looking for, etc. Their starting price...was the price it would take me 3 trips to the "managers office" in other dealers to get to. Then he also continued to go above and beyond to ensure we got everything we wanted and needed. I was also greeted by one of the sales managers, Brett...who went out of his way to make sure everything was going well. No hassle...no haggle...(i know it's a cliche and all car dealers advertise this, etc..), BUT, here it is the truth. I purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey with 27000 miles...and it looks, feels and even smells BRAND NEW. While I was there, I had my wife and 11-day old daughter with us....I spared the guys in sales and left the other 2 monsters at home. Long story short...I would HIGHLY suggest and recommend Autolenders of Egg Harbor Township...I assure you that you will not be let down. If you've done your research with price, you'll see their price is right. An almost IDENTICAL van (model, mileage, options/etc), came in at almost $4,000 more...and that was his "final offer", that he couldn't guarantee past this weekend.

Mike Hodgins is the complete opposite of what most people think of used car salesmen. Anyone who is hesitant to shop for a car because of pushy salesmen should go to Auto Lenders. We were recommended to auto lenders by a friend who recently bought there. Well to say the least I'm glad we took their advice. We ended up buying a town and country from Stephen. The customer service was great! No pressure and they ended up giving us more money for our trade in than any other dealership. The van had a few minor scratches that I noticed and asked them if they could fix them at no charge, it was no problem! Highly recommend auto lenders to anybody looking for a great experience. An outstanding experience in buy a car athe Autolenders in EHT. Salesman Tom Heron was patient as I took several days to make up my mind. Was willing to bring cars from other locatiosn that had what I was looking for. And was willing to wait as i took my wife and family around on my third visit. Selling process was simple and they matched a price and loam rate that I wanted to work with. AS I was buying after an accident I had no trade and was waiting on the final check from the insurance compan. They were kind in waiting until the insurance check cleared for my down payment that came from that check. Great experience all around as well we will be taking our older car to them for work as they have the experienced mechinics and know how of the model.

I had a mostly good experience with The Auto Lenders dealership in EHT New Jersey. I got a great price on a 2013 Toyota 4Runner. My 4Runner looks new and has low mileage. The Toyota dealership down the road had two 2011 4Runners with more mileage at a higher price. The employees at the dealership were all very accommodating and friendly. I feel I was low balled a little on my trade. But my biggest issue is that when asked how long I wanted to finance I said 60 months and I didn't realize until I started signing the paperwork that the loan was for 72 months. I reluctantly went through with the sale but I will be refinancing at a much lower 1.9 percent rate with my bank for 60 months.

Best overall car buying experience I've ever had, the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My credit is not the best, while I was getting the "run around" from another dealer I filled out their online application, was pre-approved over the phone. My wife and I went down to test drive a few cars, once we made our decision the paper work was done, car was detailed and we were on our way home with a very nice Jeep Compass 4x4 in about an hour. I sought out many dealerships within a 30 mile radius of my home, even visited a few. However, I always walked away frustrated and empty handed. My last hope was when I walked into Autolenders. My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience purchasing a car from Auto Lenders in EHT. It was easy and without the pressure usually associated with purchasing a vehicle from an auto dealership. I never felt like I was being pressured or that I had to haggle to get a good price for the car I was purchasing. Greg C. was a wonderful salesman, and I was completely satisfied with the expereince. Being a single mom and woman I was afraid to car shop On my own in fear of being hassled, pressured and taken advantage of.. I was very pleased with Mike for all his help and a hassle free experience. Within two hours I was able to get in and out with a newer car than I had planned on purchasing! I just bought a 2009 Nissan Altima Coup from AutoLenders and I am very happy with the service and the product. I had been shopping for a RAV4 for over a month. Saw the one I wanted online - with a third row seating - it was located in Lakewood. Someone called me within 5 minutes, put me in contact with Issac in EHT. They sent the car down and held it for me until I could make it in. When I arrived the car was waiting. The pricing was great, no pressure, and I got the exact vehicle I wanted. Everyone from Issac to the GM treated me with patience and respect - how refreshing!

From the moment I walked into the door, Greg was welcoming and asked if I knew anything about Auto Lenders. When I told him no, he gave me all of the information I needed to know that I was at the right place. I knew what I wanted to buy, and he did everything he could to make that happen. I would like to thank my salesman Mike Hodgins for his help in the buying of my C300 Mercedes. Mike made me feel very comfortable right away. And made my transition from my BMW to Mercedes seamless. What truly impressed me is the understanding and patience displayed even when I got a bit unreasonable with my demands for the car. Mike went out of his way and worked with the entire AL team to make sure all my needs are satisfied. I am not an easy customer. I have been with BMW since 2002. Entered the showroom knowing what I wanted from Auto Lenders on-line inventory. The car was in the showroom. Sales person was very helpful and not pushy. Drove the car home for my wife to test drive. We both liked the vehicle and the price, returned the next day to complete the deal. I recommended Auto Lenders to my sister-in-law and she was also satisfied with her purchase.

Chris Langley went above and beyond for me and I appreciated greatly. He was so patient and and never rushed me. In the past, I hated shopping for a vehicle at a dealership. Auto Lenders of E.H.T. changed that. There was no haggling and I fealt no pressure to buy. They recommended the extended warranty and I also thought it was a good idea. Overall, my experience was very good. I would recommend them to a friend.

Checked pricing over the weekend and decided to buy new for the same money. How can a 4yr old car be the same price as a new? People do your homework because they obviously are overpriced. Check all fees found some scammer fees like window etch too!

I've never had a more pleasant experience buying a car. I truly mean that. Never once during my experience with sales rep Michael Sabatine did I feal like I was actually dealing with a car salesman (no offense to anyone but hopefully ou know what I mean). I went in told him what I was looking for, what other deals I was looking at and he simply said this is what we can do, hopefully it works out.. And it definitely did! Everyone from mike to the sales manager to the dude that detailed my new Jeep before I left were great to deal with. A modern day dealership with customer satisfaction in every step of the process. Michael Hodgins and Craig Johnson took my online request and contacted me for a smooth sales transition which resulted in purchasing a 2008 Honda Accord. Most of the work was done via email and telephone. They didn't waste my time and I didn't waste theirs. Once, approval came in from a lender, we scheduled a test drive. The vehicle was correctly listed on the website with current photos. Car looked good on the website and better in person. Michael Hodgins did an outstanding job explaining every step of the procedure, the car's features, the warranty service AutoLenders offers, and he was friendly. Craig Johnson handled the financial portion and was tentative to my needs and respectful of my spending limits.I have never felt this at ease when purchasing a car. What a pleasureable car buying experience! I had never visited Auto Lenders before, but I certainly will again. I got the car I wanted at a good price. I felt very comfortable looking for a car from the moment I walked into the showroom. I have to thank Michael Sabatine for his help in choosing my new car. I had such a great experience at Auto Lenders! I will never shop anywhere else. After leaving a previous dealership totally stressed out, I had called a friend to vent. After telling her how I was bullied and couldn't believe it, she suggested I stop at Auto Lenders. Wow, what a differnce. I had met Michael Sabetine who was so pleasant and helpful. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. I felt no pressure and was able to take my time stress free. The best part, I was able to own a much nicer car than the "other so called dealership" was leasing me. This was the most pleasant car shopping experience either one of us had ever had. We were looking to test drive a few different vehicles and Stephan went over the features of each vehicle in detail and had each vehicle we wanted to test drive ready to go as soon as we were done testing the prior one. We ended up purchasing the first one we drove and we are estatic with it. They quicking processed us thru in an afternoon's time in a quick and timely fashion. Stepan, our salesman, was very knowledgable, personable and professional.

This was the first time I had ever used Auto Lenders, as I heard of it from a friend but was very pleased with the outcome. I was able to trade in my SUV for a Volvo that I have wanted for a long time but didnt think I could afford. Had a great experience at Auto Lenders purchasing a used car for my son. My son saw the vehicle on their website but it was in another location. I called Egg Harbor and spoke to Todd Nelson. He had the car transferred to Egg Harbor and my son and I took it for a test ride the next day and within a couple of hours we were driving it home. Todd was extremely helpful in the process. I would recommend Auto Lenders to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a great price. The sales staff was great, and very accomodating. The truck was originally located at their Williamstown showroom and they transferred the truck to EHT so it would be more convenient for me. I did not have to bargain or haggle with them over the price, and the whole process took less then two hours. The staff also did not try to inflate the price of talk down to me just because I am a female. WONDERFUL! GREAT! PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! I will definately purchase from Auto Lenders again.

I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Auto Lenders in the last year and both times had wonderful overall experiences. The staff is all friendly and helpful, no sales pressure at all and they can make reasonable financing under almost any circumstances. On 8/3 I walked into the showroom in need of a new car, but was skeptical due to my current situatio. I went in meet with Todd Nelson I explained I need you to be totally honest with me either you can help or not he said I will be honest and I will also do what I can to help you started the paperwork and within 1/2 hr he called and said come and pick out your car. I explained what I was looking for by the time I went back he had the car picked out all I had to was test drive it the whole process was so amazing the hospitality by Todd Craig and Tom and the other guys were amazing they were so attentive to me I felt they were really working to see that I was happy this whole experience was so amazing thank you guys you have truly made a big difference to me and my family may GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY

Thanks to Michael Sabatine, I recently purchased a car that I love at the Egg Harbor Township Auto Lenders. Mike was great to work with, no pressure but great follow up. He took the time to understand what was important to me and worked with me to ensure I found the right fit. In addition to Mike help, Scott Goldman, the General Manager, was very helpful. Having recently moved, Scott did all the leg work for me to make sure everything with DMV was updated very unexpected bonus! Finally, when it came time to buy, every bit of the paperwork was ready, I've never experienced that before. They are a great team I would recommend them to anyone. P.S. I had my three grandchildren with me on my first visit and the entire team was very accommodating and patient!

Contacted dealership thru internet,was contacted by Mike Hudgins,answered every question we had ,also had car delivered from Toms River dealership to our location in EHT was so impressed with courtesy we received with absolutely no pressure to purchase as some other agencies in area. we were able to drive it home by 8:30PM same day. Met at the door by Michael Sabatine. Was there to trade-in my Acura which I previously had purchased there. Michael showed me various Hondas.
