I have had a very bad experience when purchasing my previous vehicle . Not only did they sell me a lemon they jeopardized my credit with fraudulent financing. Needless to say I was not looking forward to purchasing another vehicle. Corey Goodall , Mike Smith and the owner of the dealership Automax, made it very enjoyable. Not only do I love my Mercedes, I'm also rebuilding my credit that was compromised at my last poor experience. I highly recommend visiting Automax before you go anywhere else.

Let me start by saying prior to the end of my contract with Automax I would have recommended them. Though before each payment was due they started emailing and calling, which was weird cause the payment wasn't due. Overall I ignored it though as the truck did great for me, Mike Smith was great, etc. But then everything changed. I traded my Truck in at another dealership for another truck. The payoff was part of my financing on my new truck. I printed off the receipt which showed I was owed 167.01 in change for overpayment. The 1st time I called they said I would get it the following Friday. Now they say the overpayment made to them should be paid back to me by the new place I bought the truck from which is a joke. I would tell anyone thinking of going to Automax to really check your options. Their finance side is a complete joke, though Mike and his sales team were good.

I purchased a 2006 Dodge Challeneger and within 2 days of having this car the check ingine light was on. Called the dealership and was instructed to bring the car to them and it may take up to 72 hours for repairs, they refused a loan car but expected my car payment.After having the vehicle for 1 week attempted to get a tune up and when I lifted the hood it looked as if nobody had been under this hood since 2006 besides that this has now set me $300. They sold me a lemon and the only thing they could say is once you sign papers the car belong to you. no matter if it had been the next day from purchase the car is your responsibility. They claimed there is a 12 month warranty that cover transmission and engine with a $100 deductable. Well I don't anticipate any help from AutoMax but they have to know that what goes around comes around.

My car got repossessed on the morning of my aunts funeral which was on a Saturday January 9th. I went up there to let them know that I still wanted my vehicle. I was told that no one would touch anything in my vehicle.I went Monday January 11th to get my vehicle and my wallet with all my credentials in it including my children's socials was gone and a couple other items were missing as well. I can't believe they stole my stuff. They didn't even have my car 2 days and allowed the guy that towed my vehicle to bag my belongings up and now my stuff is gone and I still have to deal with them knowing how they did me. Not a good feeling at all. I really regret ever going to this place Lord knows I do. And who knows how many other people they have done like this but nobody ever did anything about it. I would never recommend trusting them ever. They were supposed to make sure that my belongings were safe and they did not. I feel so violated I really do.

I didn't want to give any stars but it said I had to make a selection and one is the lowest. They are supposed to work with those of us with not so perfect credit. They state up front they don't use your credit your job is your credit. Really?? We've been at our jobs 29 years and 8 years, live in a home and yet our credit was used against us. For as much as the down payment would be we could have bought a car with cash. They say and advertise one thing and do another and the morons are still calling our phone!?! Don't waste your time!!!!!!

I went to automax well prepaired, looked up the value of my trade on kelly bluebook and nada also had been offered 12,500 the day before at another dealer. We took the vehicle we were interested in for a test drive and askes Rob to get avalue on our trade while we test drove and told him we were looking for 12,500 to 13000for our trade.When we came back from test drive he had not had someoneprice our trade and ask us to fill out a credit app so we did.Our credit is flawless.After discussing some concerns over the carfax which we were given the run around on (almost three hours of continual running back and forth)Rob told us thier pricing was better than other dealers so thier tradein number would be less. He then offeredus 9000 for what the other dealer and nada and kelly bluebook said was worth between 12000 and 1300, at this point we knew we were at the wrong dealer. We then demanded our keys and were stopped by TRob and sales manger I saiod in no way would we do business with them. i told Rob why did you waste our time. I told sales manager I told Rob I wanted at least 12500 and that's when Rob showed his true colors and piped in that I said I wanted 11000. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AS A LOT OF OTHER REVIEWS ON LINE TELL SIMULAR BAD STORIES. I should have listen to my gut feeling after reading those reviews. They only print good reviews on thier website. Check on line under automax reviews you will see that they get more bad reviews than the average dealer. The only thing worst than dealing with cheats is dealing with LIARS AND CHEATS

These people are scheisters. I and two other friends have had terrible experiences on this lot with cars not working properly shortly after we bought them. Personally, my experience was that when I bought the car I specifically asked if anything in the car had been rebuilt and where it came from. I was specifically told that there was nothing wrong with the car and that all the major parts were originals. Come to find out, the engine quits while I'm on the highway and I took it to a mechanic who told me it had been put together with a "duct tape job" and it looked like the engine had come from a junk yard. When I took it back to confront them about this, I was told that my independent mechanic was wrong so I took it to another one. Again, I was told the engine was rebuilt. This time I found it near impossible to get ahold of the owner at Automax. He dodged my calls and physically was not there often enough for me to get to see him. The employees just kept telling me I would need to speak to the owner. In the end I had to get one of my husband's friends to fix the engine for cheaper than a mechanic would do it. Never received any relief from Automax.

Ripoff, conartists. Lied about insurance. They sell you a "fake" insurance policy, and you still have to go out and get your own. The policy only covers their car, not the state required liability, which is illegal. The insurance commissioner will be paying them a visit soon - so I hope they are reading this and ready to reimburse their customers for the scam they ran.
