I bought a 2015 tahoe and also purchased every extended warranty you can get. My shocks went out on it and they won't cover it they said they don't cover wear and tear and wanted to charge me over 1,300 for 2 new ones. I will never buy anything chevy again.

This was by far the most convenient way to shop for a vehicle. I searched on-line to find the make and model of vehicle I was looking for, with the equipment I wanted on it. I actually went through my credit union's member services auto program, which simplified the buying process even more, but for that reason I never went to the dealership. It was quick and easy and i would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu from this place, my third car in the past 4 years that I have bought from them. With the first two cars, my old license plate was transferred to the new car, and the salesman placed the old license plate on the new car behind the temporary slip for the plate. With my 3rd vehicle, I was again told that the plate was being transferred, so I assumed they would put it in the new car as usual. Fast forward 3 weeks, I get my registration tab, and when I went to put it on my plate, my plate was missing. I emailed my salesperson, Justin Matusow, to call me and help me resolve the situation. Instead I received a string of emails from him in a conversation that basically told me that it was my problem, because I MUST have lost the plate, because they "don't make that kind of mistake." So now I have to take time off from work to go to the MVD for a duplicate plate. So I lose time at work and I have to pay for the plate replacement. AutoNation did NOTHING to help me... they didn't even look to see if my old car was still there at the dealership. WORST service ever in my life. I will no longer purchase my vehicles from there, nor will I recommend AutoNation to ANY(ONE.

It quite possibly was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! Considering my husband and I have purchased approximately 10 new vehicles in the last 30 years that is saying something. Ira and Charlie were very helpful, and patient, especially when we changed our minds at the last minute on which truck we wanted to purchase. I went in to Auto Nation Chevrolet on Friday December 18, 2015, and I had the best car buying experience in my life. I have purchased 6 vehicles prior to the vehicle I purchased at Auto Nation Chevrolet and I have never been treated so well in my entire vehicle purchasing life. The Finance Director Scott is UNBELIEVABLE! As my kids would say Scott is all that and 10 bags of chips; but I truly can not explain in words how AWESOME he was and I will never forget him. I will recommend Auto Nation Chevrolet to all of my friends and family.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived and directed into a lane for service. I was asked how my Equinox was running and if I had any concerns.I was shown to the waiting room and the refreshments available.They told me it would be 2 hours and it was exactly 2 hrs. We brought our truck into Bay #6. The service manager there was very helpful, sincerely interested in helping us get back on the road. The diesel mechanic did a wonderful job of repairing our truck. As we waited, I discussed a possible trade for a new truck. Even though we did not reach an agreement, I was treated very kindly by the salesman and the boss. Got promised a price got another price took finace forever for paper work after. Car brought had issues not getting car plates after 2 months ...finace never called back after so many voicemails .. Asked to speak to manager by the name scott sniffins never got a call either. My Husband & I recently went in to purchase two vehicles I was tired of always putting miles on one good car, I had looked into multiple different dealers to go to for promotions & what not's but the email I received from Roger Aguilar at Superstition Springs Chevy did it all, he was very understanding very humble and up front & all though I worked with many other associates who were also very helpful-Lisa Verdugo & sales manager George B, I have to say that when a few things got forgotten or when we were so frustrated & ready to leave & not complete the deal it was the kindness of a finance manager who gave us lunch..yes that's right lunch! & Roger Aguilar who defiantly jumped into action & made things complete! Due to recent life changes I will already be looking into upgrading my brand new 2015 Chevy Equinox and wont go anywhere else but back to Roger Aguilar and the great team that surrounds Superstition Springs Chevy! Good experience, no long hours of haggling with the sales manager for the price on a trade in. Very courteous and efficient, also enjoyed the low pressure sales pitch and NOT trying to push something on me that I didn't want. Also had a door ding That needed to be removed through pointless dent repair, that was scheduled and taken care of in a timely manner also.Over all rating of AutoNation sales and maintenance departments is top notch.

I started on the internet, progressed to coming into the dealership after the internet sparked my interest. I had a small problem with the number of contacts I had before and at the dealership. I had 2 different contacts from the net, followed by a sales manager (internet)at the dealership that I spoke to who handed me off to another sales person (#3). That person was very helpful an we completed a deal. I still have some regrets from the purchase of the truck, we did not make a point of getting everything we wanted. We settled for what we thought we where getting. Our mistake, I didn't do enough homework before the purchase and may have missed a discount or two. Again my fault.

There was some misunderstanding as the auto that I bought did not have cruze control. I told the salesman that I took long trips and had to have cruze control. When I tried to ingage the cruze control, it would not ingage. I returned to your dealership and explained the problem and the sales manager went to some different solutions and finally settled of replacing the steering wheel as the simplest solution. Hopefully this will satisfy me. Other than this item, I am completely satisfied with the Cruze and when the control is installed, I will be satisfied with the dealership.

The air was working when we got there,but now it was blowing Hot air.for 30 minutes we endured till we arrived at our Auto nation dealer. Incredible service! I went in for a pit stop and oil change. My advisor Gonnell noticed a recall and told me everything was going to be taken care of. It was a very long wait time but the waiting room had entertainment, food and drinks to keep me distracted. The advisor finally come out and told me everything was done and did a multi-point inspection and even replaced a really bad battery cable for me. I was blown away of the extra service done to my vehicle. The amount of service done to me and my vehicle has earned the dealership a loyal customer, thank you.

Sales associate Keith Hickman is to be commended for outstanding customer service and expert knowledge. Keith's demeanor was friendly and an excellent "work with" customer attitude. Keith took his time to explain to my wife and I all viable options. We are elated with our 2015 Silverado LT purchase.E-Comm Director Brian George's customer service was outstanding as well. Our one and only very NEGATIVE experience came at the hands of F & I MGR Chris Tilden. Chis was way too insistence on selling us extra coverage and was also insensitive to our budgetary needs - he almost made us walk out on the purchase. To topped it off he did not even shake our hands or said anything once the signing of sales contract was completed. Gad, bad customer service.

Ivan was my salesman and boy was he patient, I drove him crazy going back and forth from all the models, and that was very important. He also kept us up on all the information of what was happening during the financing never just left us sitting there wondering what was going on, once we recieved the approval which was quickly being it was a holiday (memorial day). He had the car move to be detailed. The entire process from finally pick to leaving the dealership with payment amount to name of finance company was less than 3 hours and I was home by 5. and I didn't get there til about 2pm. My Battery died on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. My 2013 Spark was jumped by AAA, but the dealership where I had purchased my car was closing in 10 minutes. I was treated like a rockstar by both my salesman and the general manager. I was given a wonderful deal on a 2015 Camaro which I thought would not be possible with my bad credit. To top off the whole experience while I was in with finance signing all the papers the general manager came in and reworked the numbers to allow me to get the ultimate extended warranty, free tint, window and tire coverage and almost every ad on for the same payment agreed-upon. I was traveling through Arizona and the check engine light went on in my Chevy Silverado. I contacted AutoNation and they not only fixed the problem but when they found out that I was on a long trip pulling a trailer they also checked out everything else. I was staying in a local RV park and they took me back to my trailer while the work was being done and then picked me up when it was finished. I was very pleased with their service and their willingness to answer my questions. I would certainly recommend them to others.

I first met Mario Elsberry when I began looking at vehicles outside your showroom. He was very personable and asked if I wanted to take a test drive. I told him I just started looking and I didn't know what I wanted. Mario told me he had just recently began working at the Dealership. After taking a test drive, we looked at other vehicles on your lot and another Salesman, Robert Diggs, came over and asked if I had any questions. After a few hours of looking and talking with both Mario and Robert, I decided on a Sonic. Robert was very patient with me in deciding on model, color, etc. I also appreciated being shown various features of the car, along with setting up On Star and XM radio. I am very happy with this car. I've had 2 calls from Mario checking to see if I have any questions or concerns and 2 e-mails from Robert. I really appreciated this treatment and will NOT hesitate to refer family and friends to your dealership. I returned to get my windows tinted 6 days later. Tom Lord in the Service Department was very helpful. The work was done in a shorter time than originally estimated. It was a pleasure doing business with Mario and Robert. They are excellent assets to your Company. I hope Mario and/or Robert are there when I purchase my next car. Before I came to your Dealership, I went to another in the area and I was very disappointed when I left. I didn't test drive a car. One Salesman was only interested in dollars - how much I wanted to spend, down payment, and monthly payment. I didn't know because I hadn't decided on a car. These factors depend on model I select. I have a 2014 Chevy Traverse that I bought new from this dealer, and the experience was surprisingly pleasant. Unfortunately a problem developed with my OnStar system, and I did not have a lot of time to get it fixed before leaving AZ for our summer home elsewhere. In its current state the OnStar was unusable. Because of circumstances beyond the control of the service technicians, to get my car ready by April 30 would require the intervention of the management in the dealership, Mark Thomas, Service Mgr, and Warren Miller, Gen Mgr, working directly with their contacts within General Motors. These two men did absolutely everything they should have, and could have, to resolve the problem. They kept me informed by phone speaking to me directly offering detailed explanations as to the cause of the problem, and the solution. When they couldn't reach me they left messages. Last week the part arrived at the dealer, I brought my car in, and waited in the clean, comfortable waiting area for an extended period. I had been offered several options but chose this one. The OnStar system has been working perfectly since. During my lifetime I have purchased several cars from several dealerships around the country. This dealership is without a doubt the best I have done business with. Their service department personnel has helped me with routine matters before like oil changes, and yes, it takes awhile to get the job done. But that is true no matter where I get an oil change unless I'm the first person in the shop. I highly recommend this dealership, and in particular the following personnel: Warren Miller, General Manager; Mark Thomas, Service Manager; Robert Diggs, Sales.

I sold my car that I originally bought at this dealerships and was told that I could get a reimbursement for the remainder of my gap insurance and maintenance plan. Autonation Chevrolet Superstition Springs was very unresponsive from the beginning. I suppose because I was getting money back and not spending money with them I am not worthy of good customer service. Phone calls were never answered and e-mails were never replied to so I finally had to go in to the location to speak to someone to find out what needed to be done to get this refund. I spoke with Adam Middaugh and Thomas Sullivan and submitted everything to them and they said they would take care of everything from there. I was told that I would receive a check within in 4 - 6 weeks from Autonation. Here it is 8 weeks later and I haven't received a check so I e-mailed them to see if they could check on the status of the refund. Three (3) e-mails later and 2 voicemails left and I still have not received any sort of response. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from this dealership but unfortunately they will never get my business again as I have learned that you are only a priority to them if you are giving them sales and your money.

I had to take my car in for its first maintenance trip, but having bought my car at a dealership 3 hours away, I had to find a closer dealership. There were only a couple of issues... more of a "it would have been nice to know this" than a gripe and now that my "first time there" experience is out of the way, they shouldn't be an issue anymore. Outside of the following things, everything else went absolutely perfect. Everyone was really friendly and the shuttle service was great! Would definitely recommend.1 - The first is that I scheduled the appointment online and for whatever reason, it wouldn't tell me that this was a covered maintenance trip. I was sure I shouldn't be charged but making the appointment showed me that I was going to be charged in the appointment summary. 2 - When I drove up, there weren't any signs that told me where to go. I had to ask around and ended up asking other customers at first. Either way, there doesn't seem to be a central "check in".3 - I dropped off my car at 1pm or so. I chose to have the shuttle bring me home but they didn't pick me up to get me back to my car until around 5pm. I wasn't expecting it to take that long and it would have been nice to have an estimate for how long it was going to be.

This was the BEST car buying experience ever. I'm a 53 year old woman with lots of car buying experience and generally, I'd rather have a root canal than go to buy a car. I usually have zero respect for car salesmen. They are the brunt of lots of jokes for a reason. This experience was unlike any other car buying experience for me. The people at this particular dealership made me feel cared for like I do by my family. They were transparent and did not play games. I did research ahead of my visit and even visited a different dealership in the valley. Our salesman at Autonation listened, showed me what I needed to see addressing all of my concerns, and sold me a car beyond my expectations. I will be a repeat customer next time I need a new car. Very friendly staff throughout visit. Speedy!! Hardly got the first page of the newspaper read. We were there for our 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Left Minnesota with only 1500 miles on our 2014 Traverse. Boy, do we love that car!! When we got here I couldn't remember how to run some of the features on the car,- especially the radio- so came over to the sales floor. 2 very helpful young men walked me through all my questions. Have already bragged about our experience this year, as well as experience last year with our 2005 Chev Silverado. But that is another story. Only concern, it is hard to find the entrance driveway. Signage is small.

What a breath of fresh air! I am a snowbird that was treated like a VIP! I had a recall on my key switch and stopped to see if they would help me out. The service manager said "Yes, we have the part to fix the recall, if you have an hour to wait, I will get you in right now." It was done in less than an hour. The mechanics did a great job, were clean and friendly.... no more issue. Before we left Utah, I tried to get my dealer to fix it before we left. They said they didn't have the replacement part, give them my phone # and email, and they would contact me when they could schedule me. Still haven't heard from them. If I ever need anything done, this is the place I will bring my car. When it's time to buy another car, I will buy it here. I believe they will take care of any needs or issues. Thanks

I brought my 2008 Malibu in for two recalls: steering column and brakes. For any work done in the past, I would give this dealership 5 stars but not this time. The technician who worked on my car did not put the panel back correctly so there was a gap on the right side next to the steering column. I didn't notice it right away so I ended up having to come back a second time to get it fixed -- annoying.

We are grading a 9 vs. a 10 (4 star vs. 5)only because we were quoted an out the door price for service on our vehicle that was later rescinded/increased. Also, at 49K miles, we flushed out transmission as recommended however, upon reviewing with GM the recommendation was 80-90K? Thank you kindly!

I went in for the ignition recall service. The overall service was good and people were friendly. My only complaint is when I made my service appointment online and received the email confirmation, the service rep still had no knowledge of my appointment. He was still able to squeeze me in, but the job took about 6 hours instead of three.

The previous time I came to get an oil change I was so upset. I waited 6 hours. I promised I was not coming back.However this past Monday I had to go for another oil change and everywhere else was booked. However I came and met Mr. Tommy Duarte in the service department. He was so friendly, knowledge was impeccable. A major plus he didn't try to get over on me because I'm a female (I have experienced that entirely too much with maintenance on my truck). I usually find car buying especially odious and time-consuming, but Autonation made the process pleasant and friendly. I used the Consumer Reports Car Buying Program, which gives you the "rock-bottom" price on the car, so you don't have to fight about pricing. They connected me with an Autonation Direct representative. The reps aren't commissioned, so their only job is to help you find what you want. The rep, Chip, was a super-sweet guy who helped me.find a car with the exact specs I was looking for, helped me complete my loan application over the phone, and set an appointment with Justin at Autonation Chevrolet Superstition Springs. When I went to meet with Justin, he already had the car ready for me to test drive. He explained all of the car's tech and was especially knowledgeable because he drives a different model year of the same car. When I decided to go forward with the purchase, he helped me set up my Bluetooth and OnStar, explained the service package, and gave me a tour of the service facility. Signing the paperwork and making the down payment took about 30 minutes. As a stressed-out working law student, I really appreciated that I didn't have to waste my valuable time haggling and filling out reams of paperwork. I really like the fact that they gave me the star treatment even though I was buying a less expensive car. I will definitely recommend this dealership and the Consumer Reports process to everyone I know who's in the market for a car, and I will definitely use them again!

They redid all the paperwork on what had been her second choice. They never said anything about her having the other car for a week. I was always very happy with AutoNation Chevrolet Superstition Springs, until my last experience. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to change the oil. Why? Because they had a staff meeting in the middle of my oil change. I understand the need for meetings, but really? When there are over 15 customers in the waiting room? And we recently bought a new Chevrolet Silverado at Freeway Chevrolet (November 2013) - the experience was far superior than our experience in December 2012 from AutoNation Superstition Springs. Sorry guys, I thought we had good experience with you. But Freeway Chevrolet upped the game.

When trading in an almost new car, the salesman said they were giving me a great price on my trade and I was only loosing about $700, which I was OK with. The monthly payment looked about right for this amount, too. It wasn't until looking at the finance paperwork with the finance manager that the real loss was over $7,000 and the loan payment amount was more than quoted and for a much longer period. It's a learning opportunity for me: Never let them know your spouse has her heart set on a specific car, always review the numbers when sitting with the sales person and be careful with who you trust. It's completely my fault for being so trusting. Everyone was very nice, but after all is said and done, I feel like I need the knife pulled out of my back.

These guys are really professional. I would describe as the best new car purchase experience in 40 years! Corresponded first by email, followed up by visit. We ran into a couple of glitches with Ally Bank, but the AutoNation team placed the lease elsewhere and we got the car we wanted, for the price we wanted, and even a higher trade-in than expected. I took my Suburban in because I had a problem with the battery draining overnight. Something was drawing excessive power when the vehicle is shut off. I was told that the service charge to look at the vehicle was $68 but I would only pay that if they found something and I refused to fix it. They told me right away that they found the problem. My alarm was malfunctioning and draining the battery. So I said can we just disconnect it. The service manager Vince said no it has to be removed because of the way it is wired it can't simply be disconnected. So I paid $150 to remove it. I was told it no longer had the drain and was fine. I took it home and left it parked for 2 days. I went out to start it and it was dead. I called and was told to bring it back in. I received a call a couple of days later that they had now found the problem. A penny was stuck in the cd player and was causing a short. That made no sense as the radio has no power when the truck is shut off and Vince said that it must be moving around and when they tested it before it probably wasn't in the right position but when I drive it it slides into a position causing a short. Sounds like a load but I was assured this would fix the problem. I said I can remove a penny and was told that would be bad as if it wasn't done correctly it might short out other things. It cost me $70 to remove penny from the cd player (no I did not get to keep the penny). Then they kept the truck for 3 more days just to be sure it was fixed. I was told they went out and it started right up every day. I went to pick it up and the battery was dead in the service parking lot. Vince said maybe he started it too many times. Apparently you can't start a vehicle daily and expect it to run. So I left it there and said I want it fixed and am not paying another cent to do it. No it has been there for over a week and no one has called me to tell me what it going on. I am done with this place.

These other visits took 2 hours to get no where (as in, no deal was made just back-and-forth slow process with sales people). We brought our newly acquired 2011 Aveo in to check on a leak that we had been told was from the transmission pan gasket. Not being aware this could have taken several hours we were taken aback when told we would have to leave the vehicle and return when it was finished. We had not made this sort of arrangement and were even more concerned when told we lived outside the shuttle service. Our Service Adviser, Henry Dibin, took extremely good care of the situation. The problem with the leaky tranny was taken care of and a recall service on some plug wires was done at the same time. Also, the vehicle was washed, we didn't expect that, and we had the tires rotated, at the advise of Henry. We are well pleased and because of the care we will return.

Power Chevrolet of Superstition Springs is by far an outstanding dealership. I have visited several dealerships over the past month in search of a new car. I found the same things in common everywhere I went, the salesman didn't have much knowledge of the vehicles they are selling. As a consumer, how do I purchase a vehicle from a dealership where a salesman cant stand behind there product with simple knowledge? I then found Marty, the salesman at Power Chevy. He is extremely knowledgeable of every feature and option of the Chevy Equinox and took the time to LISTEN to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was more concerned about making me happy then making a sale. He searched all the inventory to find what I wanted. When he couldnt locate an Equinox with leather. He went out of his was to find a solution and that was to have it installed for a very reasonable price. Listening and customer service is key and Power Chevy has found that key in Marty.Marty referred me to Jorge for the financing of the new vehicle. Jorge was very knowledgeable and professional. He kept my payment in the range that I asked for. He worked very hard to find me a great interest rate. On the day I picked up my new Equinox, the process was fast and easy. Marty showed me every option and feature in complete detail. He took the time to explain and set up On star before I left. I met with John to sign the loan papers. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained all of my options for the extended warranties in detail. What really impressed me about John is he took the time to log into his own On star account on his phone to show me how it worked remotely from an Iphone. My overall experience with Power Chevy was excellent. I just received an email from Marty today, he wanted to let me know that if I have any concerns or questions he was there for me. I am really impressed by this dealership and the employees they have working for them. I will be a returning customer in the future not because of the "deal' or the "price", but simply because of the knowledge and the service I was given.

I purchased my 2007 Chevy Cobalt from Power Chevrolet on 5/6/12, and on that day everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Every visit since then, and there have been many, has been the exact opposite. After 2 weeks the sun roof and windows stopped working, and the low coolant light came on. After getting very upset that I had only owned the car a couple weeks, they offered to do the repairs at no charge. A couple months later my battery went dead. I asked them if they put new batteries in the car, and they said that they just check to make sure the battery is good before selling it. He also said that since we're in AZ, batteries die quicker. I told him I've lived in AZ my whole life, and batteries don't die after 2 months so he replaced it for free. In September of 2012, my breaks stopped working so they fixed the calibers, but I had to pay the $200 warranty deductible. I also told them that my car had been accelerating when I'm in second gear and I have the gas and clutch released. They said the calibers would fix that problem, but it wasn't fixed. In January of 2013, my check engine light came on, and the accelerating was getting worse. They fixed 5 different leaks in the engine, repaired the front hub, replaced the serpentine belt, replaced the thermostat but did nothing to repair the acceleration issue. In fact, the service guy told me I was lying and that I must be pressing the gas because that's not possible. They had my car for 6 days, and they didn't offer a rental until I called repeatedly, and they had already had my car for 3 days. I had to pay the $200 deductible again. I have called them numerous times to try and resolve these issues and find out if they're truly doing full checks on my vehicle since a new problem comes up every couple months. They either don't return my calls or tell me that cars need repairs as they get older. Thomas James is the only good employee in the entire place, and he is the only reason I got the first two repairs done for free. Everyone else, including the general manager won't return my calls or do anything to work with me. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB.

Came to the dealership to look at new 2013 sedans. Due to construction we were trying to find where to park/exit, etc. We looked at a few on the south side and were looking for a salesman. We saw there were more cars on the north side and drove there to look After looking we were trying to find out how to get out. A salesman on a golf cart came speeding up and I explained that we were starting to look at cars but had not found help and now were looking to get out. When I told him we would have to come back because we needed to leave he very patronizingly told me that I obviously was in a hurry and had better slow down on his lot. I said "excuse me?" and he replied "you heard me, slow down. Get moving". I started to ask why I was being spoken to like this when I had been polite in explaining the situation but decided against it. There are too many Chevy dealerships in the valley to put up with a rude attitude. I am sure I can find someone who wants to sell me a neew car.

I continue to get outstanding service, fair prices and am always treated like my car is the only one they are working on. Marc was great at communicating the details of my service and ensuring my vehicle was completed when promised. Please note I am writing this review almost 9 months after my purchase. I generally don't care to write reviews online but after a sit down with my last sales consultant, I told him Id take some time out of my day to write a well deserved review. We had been looking for 4 months for a new car. We looked around at other dealerships and not one of them really wanted to work with us. But Ed Stralko and Thomas James did everything in their power to work with us and get to us to our price. I was very happy with the friendliness of all staff members and I feel like we've continued an ongoing friendship with Ed outside of the dealership. I am pleased to say that I would send anyone that I know looking for a new or used car to Power Chevrolet in mesa and talk to them. And can say that I will be back to buy another car someday. WARNING DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP purchased a 2007 aveo here over 5 years ago and their customer service just gets worse. From the minute I sat down to do the paperwork they were dishonest. I told them I didn't want their theft insurance for $750 and they said sorry its automatic. Then I find out my car isn't even made in the USA it was made in South Korea. After two months the car's interior started falling apart and when I brought it in under warranty they said sorry that's not a defect that's abuse! The paint rubbed off all over the console and to clean my interior I followed the directions and just used a damp cloth. Well after owning the car 5 years now I've replaced several parts and no wonder the aveo was discontinued what a piece of junk. So I went in July 31 2012 and purchased a window switch. I took it to Pep Boys and a mechanic plugged it in and it didn't work. So two hours later brought it back to Chevy superstition springs parts department and the nasty guys that run that department told me too bad you opened the bag no refunds. This is the way I'm treated after buying a junker car for 15k and several parts. I even had another part on order. I would never buy a part or a car here ever again. I really wish the president hadn't bailed them out with my tax money. I hope this dealership goes out of business because they have the worst customer service I've had ever witnessed. And the sales people all sit in one golf cart ready to attack you!!

I live a mile from this dealership so it would be very convienent for this dealership to be "my dealership" but I avoid Power Chevrolet like a plague. I have never bought a car from them, gotten any service done, or purchased any parts from them. Not because I wasn't looking to do so, but because they don't give me a chance before they run me off the lot with the sarcastic, rude and anti-customer service attitudes. If you are a customer looking to use this dealership, do so at your own risk. The only employee at this dealership that I have worked with that does a great job is Thomas Muccilli. Management needs to take lessons from Thomas on how to properly treat customers. Here are my specific examples: 1- last year I was looking to buy the new SS camaro, and the sales guy totally told me stats about the car that were totally false. i.e. "The camaro has 460 hp" etc. I ended up buying my Camaro from another dealership in the valley. 2-I needed a small grommet part for my camaro so I went down to the parts department and asked for the part. He replied, "I've never heard of that part..." and that was it. The parts guy didn't even offer to help me find the part! 3- I drove up to the service department to get my oil changed, the guy asked me if I had an appointment and I said no. He told me it would be 2 hours before he could even get me in! There were NO cars in the service bay! So I drove down to the dealership I bought the camaro (without an appointment) and they had me in and out in 45 min! 4-I went outside to talk to some sales guys about the ZL1 and all they said was hey didn't have any, I asked if I had to order one and they said yes and just sat there! I have heard of no pressure sales, but that is ridiculous. I then told them I was going to look at the lot and they didn't say anything back at all and just sat there watching me. Needless to say, I WILL NOT buy my ZL1 through Power Chevrolet on Superstition Springs Blvd, in Mesa, AZ. I attempted to reach out to the GM of the dealership and he didn't call me back.

Power Chevy at Superstition Springs is very rigid, inflexible, and generally does not care about selling vehicles. We were there a total of 3 minutes before the salesman (not sure of his name, but honestly did not care to remember much about this smarmy individual) declared that he was "not budging" on any prices. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! HORRIBLE SERVICE & HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!

I had purchased my 2010 SS Camaro from Ed at Van Chevrolet of North Scottsdale. I had Returned early this year to seek out a Suburban LTZ for my wife and had learned Ed was no longer with Van. I had Submitted a call to find out he was all the way out in mesa. I can proudly say I made NO mistake going the distance to work with this young man once again! He made us feel instantly at home from the start and displayed no pressure. I was floored by his knowledge of my wife's new suburban; He had answered all my questions very thoroughly and made me conferrable in my decision of purchase. I will continue to go the distance to work with Ed. This is a young man who is going to grow and do well in his profession and based on his presentation of both my Camaro and my wife's Suburban; He is very proud of the the product he sales.

On the 9th of Sept, I had my car fixed at Power Chevrolet. I paid for it with my ATM card and was charged $695.00 for the service. On the 14th of Sept, I was checking my balance and saw a second charge for the same $695.00 on the 13th. I called them and was informed that I needed to call back at 11:00 A.M to talk to the head cashier. She called me back and informed me that there had been an error and I, as well as others, had been double billed. When asked why they had not called to inform us the answer was that it would have been to much work to call the people they did it to. After a long discussion, the answer was that they were not going to do anything to expedite getting our money back and I was hung up on. After calls to the general manager, Friday and Monday of the week, when we asked for him,he was not in for the day, however one rep actually said he really was only at lunch and he never returned our calls. Went in and spoke with the customer service rep on Friday and she said she would get back to us on Monday. Monday at 1:00 , we finally called her again to find out what they were planning on doing, NOTHING. Called twice to ask if any other manager might be able to help us, was sent to 2 voice messages. The third phone call,I explained my frustration and they said they would go and find someone and not put us in a mailbox, waited 3 minutes to have someones voice mailbox answer. After 6 days now we we still do not have our money back. I have spent numerous time on the phone and a trip there to speak with them and they still have the $695.00 without even an apology. It would of only taken a phone call when it happened, instead I have been inconvenienced no end and have kids in new york that couldn't get accomadations because my card was turned down and they were out on the street and lost there reservation. Call me before you use these guys, thanks 480-414-8862

Our sales person, Fred Long was very helpful-answered all questions. Made us both feel welcomed. From the first minute we met Fred, we felt that he had our best interest in mind in finding just the pickup we were looking for to pull our travel trailer. We recommend Fred for all of your needs in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Our experience during the purchase of our new truck was great. All of the staff at Power were great-offered cold drinks, snacks. Made us feel appreciated. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from a Power dealership and will go there again when we are ready to buy again.

My visit to Power Chevrolet began with a service issue on a vehicle that I had purchased last fall from another valley dealer. The fact that I did not take the car to that dealer should indicate my more than bad experience. The people had Power Chevrolet go above and beyond for their customers. Beginning with the red carpet in the service garage to the way they make you feel. They make their customers feel that they count. There were so many issues with my old car that I looked at a new car purchase. Luis Becerra went to bat for me and got the job done. Rick Ballester was fantastic at making sure my needs were met. Steve Gause made sure that I understood the new car and all of its features. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs. They should have the highest ratings possible.

I was interested in trading in my '07 1500 Silverado for a new 3500. They did not have any 3500s on the lot and told me there was one on the other side of town. He then decided that I did not need a 3500 and proceeded to pressure me towards a 2500, which there was 3 on the lot. He showed me a couple and when I started asking questions about differences between the 2500 and the 3500 all I got were a lot of eye rolling, sighs and muddled answers. I suggested we go back inside so we could find the answers. I sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half. I even asked if I could just order the truck I wanted from the manufacture, which one would think a dealership would jump at! With all the exasperated sounds from him I almost asked him if I was bothering him by wanting to buy a vehicle!! Also the dealership had no literature on the trucks and spoke to me like I was just a stupid girl even though I knew more about trucks then the salesman did. Needless to say I left and went across the street to the GMC dealer, which was awesome! (ask for Rip, he is so great and no pressure!)I then thought like a business person and decided to call the Sales manager of Power Chev. Haha...very funny. He apologized and told me up and down that it was no problem to take care of me. He wrote down all my information and the kind of truck I wanted and said he would get back to me on a price. ( I really wanted a Chevy...) I have NEVER heard back from anyone from this dealership. I guess Power Chevy does not need my business because the sure acted like they had more important things to do then sell me a truck I wanted.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. My wife and I went by the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to look at a used Corvette that we saw in an Internet ad. Justin Matusow met us when we arrived and showed us the vehicle. He was able to answer all our questions about the car, and moved another vehicle so we could take it on a test drive. There was no pressure to get us to buy the car, and when we sat down to go over the price, Justin provided us with both the retail and wholesale price numbers. The vehicle was fairly priced, based on the Kelly Blue Book numbers we had researched, as well as other similar vehicles we had seen for sale. We received a fair value for our trade-in, and within a couple of hours after arriving there, we were driving home in a Corvette. We completed the paperwork after the dealership had closed for the day, but Justin stayed around to make sure that everything went well and to make sure we could drive the vehicle home that night. Overall, a great car buying experience!

I took my Silverado in for an oil change, tire rotation and 27 point inspection. The service adivsor Mike Debartolo told me I needed $1000 worth of maintenance items done. The quote included nearly $300 to replace the rear brake pads and $600 to replace a water pump. A second opinon at another shop said the pump will need to be replaced eventually but is in no danger of failing soon and will be happy to do the work for less than half the price the dealer quoted. What really ticked me off was the high pressure sales pitch from Mr. Debartolo suggesting that the engine will be completely destroyed within a couple weeks. This is not professional behavior and I will never take my business there again!

RUN and don't ever look back! I had been going to this dealership since 2002 with my chevy zr2 blazer. Been there 15 plus times. In 2007 I had the fuel pump replaced and had a lifetime warranty, which means they would replace free of charge to me for the life of my Blazer. I moved to San Diego and as of October 2010 the fuel pump went out again. Called Stephanie in service and told her I couldn't find my receipt and asked her if she'd fax me a copy. She said no problem. Didn't receive a fax or a call back so I called the following day. She said sorry but she was busy and she had to go through boxes of stuff because they did something with their computer system. I called back and ask for the Manager (Fernando) . He acted like he was going to help and asked me for the VIN number. I took it right off old receipts from them. He called me back and said he couldn't find any trace of me and asked me to send him a copy of an old receipt. I did and 4 hours went by. I called back and left message. Fernando called me back and said we purged all your files and can't help you. I said thats not acceptable and something has to be done. He said SORRY. I told him I'd take action against them and write a review on the internet about how they do business. He actually laughed at me. I contacted GM and they took a report and said they can't just erase files like that and said they'd talk to Mr Fernando. Well, I'm happy to say I found my receipt so Power Chevrolet will have to pay even though they purged all my files. So, much for the 100 percent satisfaction they print on their receipts. Save yourself and go some where else!!!

I am disgusted at the service we received at Power Chevrolet dealership. We purchased a new 2009 Suburban at the end of July that started to stall on us while driving (we almost had two accidents as a result). The dealership attempted to fix it, but agreed with us that the vehicle was unsafe and they said they understood I didn't want to put my family back in it given the nature of the problem. The first stalled incident almost caused me to rear end a car with my three kids in my car. It happend twice after that. They agreed to put us in a new Suburban with 0% financing (just to be nice), but what they didn't do was apply our paid off Tahoe trade in ($8100), the $3000 cash we gave them or the $2000 rebate we received on the first one. They said they "fixed" the car with the upgrades GM sent them, but no one could guarenntee it wouldn't happen again. After hours of us waiting in the waiting room, they presented us with loan for thousands more than what we paid for the other one and did not take off anything since it was being considered a "trade in." We signed reluctanlty because the safety of my family was at stake if we continued to drive the vehicle. I'm sickend that they would do this to us. They had us over a rock and a hard spot that forced us to choose being taken for over $10,000 or keep a lemon that jeopardised the safety of my family until the Lemon Law kicked in when they would of had to return our money. I really thought they were working for us to help us and sell us a quality vehicle, but in the end they sold us two Suburbans and made a killing off us. Shame on them.
