Wife made appointment for oil change on 03 2500 diesel.was given $65 estimate. Billed $115 after done. Maria said she didn't know it took 10 quarts. If service advisors aren't trained or capable why are they there. Called today was told mgr would call me. No call yet. Hard to believe $50 mistake in est. Haven't found any goox chevy dealers yet.

I initially emailed the dealership to make sure that the car was still available. I communicated all week with the salesman who assured me that the car was available and understood that I was driving an hour from out of town to come and see it (at 38 weeks pregnant). We even started the financing process online. We waited a half hour for anyone to help us then waited another 15 minutes for them to locate the car only to be told that the car had sold. He could have checked on the availability of the car at anytime during the week and saved me 2 hours of my Saturday morning and babysitter time. This was a huge disappointment, I would never step foot in this facility again.

I brought my 2014 Silverado to be serviced and have the seat bottom inspected. It felt like the seat would shift when entering a driveway or turning a corner. It was not a recall on it but there was a service bulletin to add shims to it. It feels like it is fixed. And they did it quickly . They told me I wasn't going to get my truck until about 4:30 that afternoon I told him I needed my truck sooner I guess they jumped right on it because they call me in a half hour later and it was done. I was very happy with the quickness

I would definitely refer the sales and finance team to friends - we thought they all did a great job. Unfortunately, can not say the same for the service dept. - we went to the service dept after an AutoNation employee referred us to the dept -? We had questions - and we felt we disturbed the 6 employees who were in a circle talking and the service employees were not helpful. Also, when we p/u the truck after a permacote appt. we were given a dirty truck - when asked if they could clean it, it took an hour and we still were delivered a dirty truck. As a manager in my field of employment, this level of service would be unacceptable.

The deal was direct and easy. The car was cleaned and ready to go. Finance took a long time to get going, as there was someone in front of us who apparently couldn't make up their mind. I would have hoped to have someone else available, but chevy did a good job keeping us entertained while we waited.

I usually hate the car dealer experience but Autonation Chevorlet was pain less thanks to Lexi Anaya she was very polite and courteous she worked hard to get the answers for us we needed, her attitude is what brought me back after talking with other dealers. Let me start by saying that I have bought 5 cars & trucks over the years from the Valencia AutoNation Chevrolet dealership & I can't remember a better car buying experience than this time. It was refreshing to not be pressured or pounced on by a salesman the second I stepped onto the lot. The sales consultant, Mani Benavidez who helped me, knew more about the truck I was interested in buying than I expected. Mani really took the time to show me all the features about the 2016 Colorado I purchased. He was one of the best informed sales consultants that I have ever dealt with. I can't say when I plan on buying another vehicle, but the Valencia AutoNation Chevrolet dealership will be my first stop when I do!

Tim Leary and Mark genuinely helped me get a new car. I had previously bought a 2015 Chevrolet Spark from another dealer unfortunately a tree fell on it and total wrecked my car. My insurance paid me back to buy a new one but my previous dealer could not give me a good deal so I scouted for new dealerships. Thankfully a friend recommended me to Chevrolet Valencia. I just came in without an appointment and we were quickly accomodated by Tim and Mark. I told them my story and without hesistation they offered me a good deal on a new Chevrolet Spark. Manni was a great salesman he made the car buying enjoyable and easy. He went the extra mile to make me happy and ensure that I got everything that I was looking for. The only thing I could say poorly about the experience was that the financing process could have been better I had to go back two additional times to make all the paperwork right I'm an easy going person but for others it might have been a negative experience for them to come back.

I found the service staff at AutoNation in Valencia to be great. Easy to deal with, and made for a smooth process when having my truck serviced. It was also helpful that they provided complimentary shuttle service to and from my home, so I did not have to wait around at the dealership.

Zuleima and Dillion were awesome! They beat the pants off the deal one of the other dealers was offering and the whole buying process took less than an hour which I think is some kind of world record! They were also diligent in helping me resolve a minor issue with my car after the sale by calling GM on my behalf instead of just handing me off to the service dept. The car is awesome and I am amazed at how far Chevy has come in the past few years. Great job all around!

I called and explained to the service writer what I needed done to my vehicle. When I dropped it off at the after hours drop off I even wrote the exact same service request. When I called the next day to check up on my vehicle the service writer was confused on what I needed to be down and started in authorized work on my truck. After I complained to him that this is not what I wanted done he refused to call be back when the vehicle was complete. Then when I went to pick it up he did not want to give any kind of apology or explain what went wrong just said go pay for your car over their. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism from Power Chevy in Valencia and being this was the second time this happened at this dealership I will take my repairs to another none Power dealership. Even though it would be a inconvenience for myself and my company, I believe that good customer service goes along way to continue to have return business in this day and age.

There was a strange metallic rattle underneath my new truck. Of course the first time I brought it in for inspection the noise wouldn't happen. The advisor understood and suggested that I bring the truck back with no appointment needed when it happened again. Two days later I returned and had the mechanic ride along until he then heard the noise. The next day, after many hours of labor, the mechanic removed the piece of welding rod that was rolling around inside the frame. The advisors always understood my concerns and even they were shocked with the results. All of the service personnel were friendly and professional during the whole experience.

I brought my car in for a recall repair. According to my monthly OnStar report my vehicle also needed an oil change, but I wasn't sure that was accurate. I discussed it with my service advisor and he said that according to my service records, mileage, etc. I did not yet need an oil change, which obviously saved me from spending approximately $75 unnecessarily. I appreciated the honesty rather than the dealership taking advantage of me. Despite the fact that there is a Chevy dealership in my local community, I have always taken my vehicle for service to Auto Nation Chevy Valencia (where I purchased my car) even though it is 45 miles away due to the great customer service.

As I have stated before in my surveys for this auto nation dealership. Everything is First Class. From the check- in to the service to the check-out where everything they did to my Equinox is explained. Maria is a top notch service agent. I like the information I am give as to what my car is needing in the way of accessories ie. This time I needed windshield wipers. Just great service. And this place is super clean. Bathrooms, waiting area, service area, and my car is washed! Can you believe that. Wonderful. General manager is seen greeting customers who are in the waiting area offering coffe, water etc. very pleasant young man.

My wife and I walked around the new 1500 trucks without any sales person bugging us and that's what we liked. When we were ready that's when we went to get a sale person. We were told to see Mr. Michael Sellhem about trucks and he made us feel like we were old friends and we told him what we wanted in a truck and he found that exact truck. The sales person was very courteous and showed us all the options that could fit our requirements for a new car purchase. He took the time to explain the different trim levels and allowed us to experience the features of each trim level. Ultimately leaving us to decide what vehicle and trim level fit our needs and wants. I literally coasted into the service driveway as my Tahoe's alternator died. The service group was great and took care of me right away. I knew, since it was after 5pm on a Friday that I would need to leave my vehicle overnight - no problem. I received a call from my service advisor the following afternoon that my vehicle was ready and due to my schedule they were kind enough to leave it out for me to pickup at my convenience. I first sent an email inquiry about the 2015 Chevy Silverado. I got a response from Emeka. He was very helpful in trying to get me what i wanted and the color. I went out to see him 2 times and no deal the price was too high and the payment were a bit much for me. So we kept in touch and finally last day of the month. He called me with what I could handle. He really worked hard to make this deal happen. (sorry for being such a pain). I appreciate all that he did for me. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation last week. I had an appointment and was waiting quite a while. This should have been a tip off of what was coming. I spoke to the Service Representative and she was pleasant. Later that day I was told that my vehicle had several leaks. Power steering leaking, brake fluid leaking, engine oil, differential and transfer case. I was told I should change my hydro booster immediately, along with the pressure lines. I looked at their recommendations and chose not to do these repairs and get a second opinion. The next day I had a huge oil stain from some fluid leaking out of my truck. I called the service rep and asked to speak to the Manager, a person named Matt. I told him my vehicle was not leaking when I took it in and now I had a huge leak. He said its leaking because we told you it was leaking. I said it was not leaking like this and they must have done something. He said we do not do that. He went on to say that I was trying to get work done for free. Keep in mind I just paid over $200.00 the day before. Additionally, Matt did not offer any solutions to the problem, he simply insulted me with his remarks. I told him his customer service was terrible and that I would not be back to Autonation Chevrolet again. I said I would not give them a favorable review, Matt the Manager chuckled and said go ahead and do that. So here it is. Lastly, I got a second opinion and the problem was discovered. I had a 3 inch coolant hose that had a small hole in it. This hose was leaking coolant and causing everything too appear as if it was leaking. The repair was a few dollars and I was on my way with no leaks. I drove my truck nearly 1,000 miles with no issues. All I can say is that Autonation tried to have me repair non existent problems which would have cost me thousands of dollars and when I questioned the problems I was confronted by a very defensive Manager that accused me of wanting free work done. The fact is that the true problem was not properly diagnosed. If they would have thoroughly checked my vehicle or asked me to bring it back and check it again, maybe they would have discovered the real issue. Terrible experience and I will not be back.

Everything about my service was perfect except for 1 minor incident....I noticed everyone was receiving a car wash after their service was completed, however I did not receive this same treatment. I was looking forward to having my car washed but was very disappointed when my vehicle was completed and still remained dirty when everyone else had received a car wash detail. After my remaining warrantied oil changes are finished I will not be returning back for any service as I don't want to be let down again. If there's anything that can be done to keep my loyalty and business I'm very much open to suggestions

When I pulled up to the dealership service department, I was immediately taken in and helped. Once all the paperwork was taken care of, I was showed to the waiting room. Had my HHR in for a recall repair. I had to call the Dealer several times to just get the parts on order, make the appointment, and to find out if my car was finished. CS could've been more proactive. The staff was friendly and the repairs seem ok. But would never go to a Dealer except for Warranty or Recall issues.

Lack of communication - Had to call them several times to find out what was going on with my Mailbu. They rebuilt the transmission. They had the car for 25 days. The positive part is that at least they paid for a rental car for me to use during that time. When I picked up my car the receptionist didn't want to give me any paperwork right then, she wanted to mail it, I insisted that I walk away with the proper papers. Overall I am not impressed.

After getting the runaround with my local Chevrolet dealer/service department for weeks on a couple of minor matters (to them I suppose?) and being in the local area to AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia, I decided to stop and see if I could get some assistance. Not having made a reservation/appointment for assistance I didn't expect much...Well to my surprise all concern from the parts to the service department (Sandy) provided me outstanding assistance. We were elated (wife & I) as to how fast and their explanation of every step they took to assist us. Definitely would come back for service assistance, even though I leave a distance from here (approx. 1 hr driving) and would recommend to friends and family.

This is my 3rd truck I have purchased from Mike Selhiem at AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia. I always have had a great experience and most important, great price. even the service dept is outstanding. from Jerry Hicks to all the guys in service, they provide great service and fix it the 1st time.

The only reason why I am docking 1 star is because the receptionist never seemed to understand what I was asking. I would call and ask for the same sales man and she would always respond with "who" and a long pause. Other than that my experience working with the team was awesome considering most of the deal was done over the phone.

If you are looking for an auto dealership that cares, look no further than AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia. Anyone from the General Manager Chuck Coya to the Service Manager Matt Gooding, and their staff (like Jerry Hicks) will assist you from start to finish. Don't go any further than to AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia. You have found a dealership that is on your side as a customer and there for your needs after the sale.

I received a notice from Chevrolet about my 2011 Equinox. Since I drive so many miles it was difficult to get it on sooner. With just 528 miles left on my warranty, I made the appointment and took it in. Steve handled the service call flawlessly. The next morning after evaluation, I was informed that a huge amount of work would be done cost free, under the warranty. Steve phoned me the following week to pick it up. Upon my arrival I found the work to be perfect to my liking. Steve took the car from me and called me the next day. Upon my return he assured me they had found a minor problem in the previous work, rectified that situation and test drove the car a number of miles to assure all was fixed. I am completely satisfied with this facility and their employees. If you need a service advisor at AutoNation Chevrolet, ask for Steve!!

The service department fixed my car with out an appointment, not only the minor repair but they fixed the recall at the same time... The Service Manager was wonderful... The entire experience will make me give up my local mechanic...

2013 Chevy traverse has transmission problems. Our traverse is just over a year old & has had transmission work done three times. I have been told that there has been a few traverses brought in with same problem. The dealer itself is good, no complaints.

We were looking for a bigger car than we had, and we like the Equinox because of the space it has, we found it at Chevrolet in Valencia we loved it, customer service was amazing, nice warm people, the whole experience of buying a car was easy and really smooth. Im looking forward to buy another car from them.

This review is for SERVICE only. Jerry is the "man" in service. Always takes real good care of me. Sandy and Robert are equally awesome. These are REAL people, unlike the plastic, evil sales staff and the greedy Financial staff. I got duped into buying a vehicle at a monthly payment amount I cannot afford. I asked for help to re-finance, but to no avail. Jerry and his staff in Service is the only reason I would ever return to Auto Nation/Power Chevrolet Valencia.

I emailed by application and was contacted immediate stating to come down and test drive the car. I was at the dealership about 1 1/2 hours and drove away in my new car. After signing the original contract the Finance Manager called me back stating he got me a better rate and lowqer payment, so the following day went down and signed the new contract. I would recommend AutoNation to everyone. Thank you AutoNation.

We are very happy with Valencia Chevrolet. We called them to tell them we were coming to look at a particular car, they said they would hold it for us until we got there, which is good because we had one just like it sold out from under us the week before. We looked, drove, negotiated and bought. When I say negotiated it was not a hard sell at all, but a very nice and quick back and forth with Charles the sales manager and Jennifer our sales person. I really cannot say enough nice things about Jennifer, Charles and the finance guy, though I can't remember his name, sorry. I have had several e-mail follow-ups from Jennifer making sure that we are happy with our purchase and to see if we have any questions or need any help with the car. They processed the paperwork quickly and got us out on our way. No hard sell from the finance guy either. I highly recommend them, they are a class act.

Sent request for pricing info to this dealer several times. It took the Internet manager, James Booth, several days to finally get back to me. We scheduled an appointment to take a look at a Silverado, however, when I arrived the vehicle's battery was dead and wouldn't start. After about an hour I came back and it was still dead. They advertised some pricing on local commercials, but wouldn't come remotely close in honoring it. Will try and rip you off on trade-ins. Doesn't respond to inquiries in a timely manner. James Booth is not a professional. Avoid at call costs. Had much better experiences at AV and Rydell Cheverolet.

I walked to the dealer to buy a suberban truck and I got shocked from the way I been treated really bad from a sales manager when I wrote what I am offering for the truck he just pulled the paper from me and through it in the trash in a bad way his name is seth landesman I bought 19 cars over my life from a dealer never seen rhat treat from any of them.

I negotiated the purchase of a used Corvette last week while traveling. I worked with two different sales people plus a sales manager via email over the weekend. We had finalized the deal on Tuesday with a written confirmation that I would pick the car up Thursday. I was traveling in Mexico, which they knew, prevented me from coming in sooner. I had setup the appointment confirming my visit to purchase the car as well. On Thursday morning, my bank had contacted the purchasing manager confirming the VIN and information so I could pick up the car. During lunch, I went to the bank to pick up certified checks for the purchase and setup insurance for the vehicle. I had an appointment set for 4:30 and then emailed saying I could come in earlier at 3:30. Only then did they tell me they sold the car to someone else! They didn't bother to call or email me. The only way I found out was I emailed them asking for an earlier appointment! I went in after going to the bank to cancel the checks to speak to the GM. He said that I didn't sign a contract for intent to purchase which NO ONE actually told me about. The emails don't count he said. He effectively said it was my fault I didn't get the car. They were not professional or believe in trust. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership. Go somewhere else! Pay more if you have to! I am just to avoid them.

The car was perfect and very clean when delivered. The sales staff was very helpful and explained how to work everything. Our salesman was very nice and took great care of us. We love the new car and only wish we could have gotten a Camaro too!

Thanks to Power Chevy for a totally seamless experience. I'm 63-years-old and have purchased several cars, this was by far the easiest car deal I've ever done. All the paperwork was filled out when I got there, the salesperson's demonstration of the vehicle was awesome and everyone from the salesperson to the General Manager over delivered every step of the way! !
