I had been looking Tahoes for a while. I found this dealer on car gurus and immediately sent an inquiry on a particular vehicle on a Sunday. Within an hour Jay (salesman) had contacted me. He was more than helpful every step of the way. We did everything via the Internet and phone. I was able to drive down on a Saturday and they truly has everything ready to sign, etc. I definitely will be going back in the future!

Courtney Welch takes customer service to the next level! I have never had such an easy going and trustworthy salesperson. She went out of her way to find all of the bells and whistles I wanted in my new Camaro and I LOVE IT!!! About two years ago, I purchased a small Sonic hatchback from her, and this month, I was ready for an upgrade. Courtney took care of every detail from start to finish, and her sales manager, J.D. went above and beyond to try and get me the lowest interest rate and best payments possible. I highly recommend Courtney. She is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, and she doesn't get pushy or demanding. She takes pride in what she does and cares about her customers and it shows. We are going back tomorrow for vehicle number with Courtney - because we know we are in good hands!

If you have a Chevy auto, this location is by far the best service I have had each and every time over the years. I put lots of miles on my Chevy Traverse and always want to use a certified Chevy service. I did not purchase my vehicle from AutoNation but switched to their service department three years ago. I have had the same service tech over the years, Chad, and I appreciate his taking ownership over my service history. Communication has been good. Follow through has been awesome. They have worked with my extended warranty, assisted with recalls, and frankly been an exceptional service provider truly committed to my satisfaction. I *hate* taking my car in for service, but I am 100% satisfied with the work, communication and price for the services through AutoNation.

The OBD light came on in our 2012 Chevy Cruze, so I called late on a Wednesday afternoon (10/14) to make a service appointment, noting that I'd need a loaner vehicle because I work full time. I was transferred from the appointment staff to a service team members' phoneline, who did not answer but returned my call first thing the next morning. I scheduled a dropoff first thing Monday morning (10/19), but did not note the name of the team member with whom I made the appointment. When I arrived Monday morning, a team member asked who I made the appointment with, and then could not find my appointment in the system. He took me to another team member, Donnie, who also couldn't find my appointment, but apologized and began the process of getting my vehicle in for the appointment. There was no loaner vehicle prepared for my appointment either, but again Donnie was able to work with the staff to find one. The repairs were made without a hitch and I was able to pick up my car the next morning. The staff is always a pleasure to work with here, but it's frustrating to have to work with *one* of them at a time, or for the appointments to be set up such that only one service member can assist the customer. I understand that this is supposed to foster a relationship between a customer and a team member, but it would be more efficient to share appointments between the team members, so that any problem can be addressed by any team member at any time.

Everyone at AutoNation is always pleasant and easy to deal with. Nobody likes having to get their car serviced or repaired, but AutoNation makes it as painless as possible. I made an appointment and didn't have to wait at all to see anyone, the car was fixed when I was told it would be, and the cost was what I was told it would be (and was very reasonable). I was very pleased by what can be, but wasn't, an annoying experience. I would recommend them to anyone. (I bought my car from them two years ago, and would recommend that experience as well.)

I got a used certified car from here. The sales process was long and not satisfactory. I felt like they were trying to make a sale and did not seem to care about the customer at all. I do not recommend buying a car here. I've been here 3 times for service. Before that started I got emails saying an appointment was made for my first oil change. I did not talk to anyone. I came at the appointed time and was told that it was an automated message and I did not put enough miles on to qualify for my free oil change. I got 1 year of free oil changes as part of my buy. The first actual oil change after that went fine. On the second oil change, I asked them to take a look at my radio because I was getting very bad reception that started about a month after my first oil change. I was told that they did not have time and that I would need to make a morning appointment. I made one for this morning and dropped the car off at 9:30. I asked how long it would be and was told a few hours. I came back at 1:30 and it was not ready. At 2:30, I asked how much longer and was told that they do not even know what's wrong with the car. It's after 3:30 now and I'm still waiting. No updates on how much longer. Service here sucks.

My dad is a master mechanic but lives in a different state, so we have used Autonation Chevrolet for our Tahoes and have always been very happy with how well and how quickly they have taken care of our vehicles. It was good. They had to keep the car overnight so they have me one to use. Very nice people but the prices for labor are a little much. The biggest problem they were out of pop corn...ugh.

One summer evening when I was six years old I walked out my front door and headed across the street to see my best friend. When I reached the curb a guy who was dating my best friends sister pulled up in a car, the likes of which I had never seen before. I continued across the street and the driver told it was a new sports car made by Chevrolet called Corvette. He went on into the house and I stood there for ten minutes looking at this amazing car. I thought to myself, "man when I get big I am going to have a Corvette. Now 62 years later I finally got big. I went on line and searched numerous Texas Chevrolet dealers for the one I wanted, Night Race Blue, manual transmission, with the Z51 package. AutoNation Austin was the only dealer with that model. I met with Salesman Brandon Burch and we came to an agreement. The only thing needed to make this Corvette perfect was changing the blackout split spoke wheels for brushed aluminum, which Brandon arranged to be done. Now I am driving a life long dream, thanks to AutoNation and Brandon Burch.

I bought my Chevrolet Spark from Auto Nation (North Austin Location) in 2013; the purchase experience was excellent! Then, my first service due was also a great experience; however, soon after there were three recalls for various problem with my car that were NOT handled well. Further, my a/c still does not work properly, which was one of the main recalls. Additionally, when my next service was due (it took over a week to finally get an appointment--I had to leave numerous messages)even though I had a coupon I discovered it would cost over $100 for a mere oil-change, check-up and tire rotation; Patrick said that the coupon only applied to "used" cars--which by then my Spark was indeed used. I went elsewhere for service, and will most likely continue to do so due to the cost and this experience. With all of that said, the reason I still give a decent rating (8) to this dealership is for two reasons; Debra and Eileen (who are hands-down the BEST) and my recent experience with Donny. My battery was dead, and since my car only has 18k miles, it was under warranty. Donny actually answered the phone (I did not have to play phone-chase for days as before) and he scheduled the service within 24hours. Not only that, but he also kept me informed and called me when the work was complete. Therefore due to this recent experience, my faith in this dealership has been renewed! In closing, my advice to whomever is reading this message is this: How customers are treated once the sale is complete matter a great deal as to whether this dealership will be recommended to friends and family!

In my search for a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, I began working with Tommy Landoll who was the sales rep who met me in the new car sales lot. I sent a request for a quote after seeing an Equinox listed thru cargurus.com. It seemed to be a really great value, but when I could finally get there, that SUV was already sold. I found out though, that the one advertised was actually a demo with several thousand miles on it. So when I went for my appointment, I drove a new one with only 6 miles on it. I really liked the vehicle, and they were able to meet my offer to purchase the vehicle. Feel like I was treated great, and I really enjoyed working with my sales person, Jay Morris. A recall postcard was mailed to me so I requested an appointment to have it serviced. I met the lady cashier and she was quick to give me her attention. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to answer all my questions. At the appointment, I did not have to wait for someone to attend. He explained clearly why I had a recall postcard. His description of what he would do to my "recalled" keys was very clear. When he was done, he was prompt to call my attention.The atmosphere at the waiting room was clean, with food and drinks availability, chairs positioned comfortably semi-around the T.V. and surprisingly, I was able to read a magazine with great enjoyment. The A/C was well controlled.Something for you to learn, the car parking lot or service lane was one thing I disliked. Too crowded, seriously too small and corner lanes creating difficulty for opposite lane drivers to drive by to exit in timely manner. I could not find a parking spot until I had to steal a spot reserved for a 'car for sale' next door! I wasn't worry about my car being interested in by a potential interested buyer - it's too crappy for anyone to even look at (actually, actual bird craps all over my car, anyway). Thank you.

I had been trying to find a new car for over a month in DFW. I could not get anyone to help work with me to try and find what I wanted or listen to what I wanted to pay (monthly and down payment). Everyone continued to come back and say "that's just not going to work" or "I will continue to look to help find what you want". The truth is, they never called me back. They never e-mailed me. We decided to update our 2000 Chevy Malibu. As we are Costco members, my wife called Costco Auto Plan and was referred to "George" at Autonation N.Austin. During our test drive, George explained many of the improvements and features of the current Malibu line. It was a very pleasant experience and we drove home in a 2015 Malibu LTZ the same day. Jay Morris was hands down one of the better salesman we have ever dealt with. As well as sales manager Ronnie. They listened to us. They heard what we were looking for and what we had in mind and they did not try and push us to anything other than what we wanted. Highly recommend jay. Another thing also is my wife and I just got married not even a week and jay had a sign in the car we wanted to test drive that said "VIP, I'm waiting for Mr. & Mrs. Duran" that's the kind of family touch we really have never experienced before. I came into the dealership expecting to test drive a 2015 Chevy Colorado that was an exact match to the build I put together online. The sales individual told me that the truck was not in, but we could test others of the same model and specs just not the color I wanted. He then showed me what the color would look like on the Colorado. Seeing the color in person was way different than online. He then had me test a model exactly the same specs just different color. Being a larger individual, the vehicle was a bit too small feeling for me. I was not happy. The sales individual informed me that I may like a Silverado more, and gave me the pro's and con's difference between the two. Exact statement "Once you get in, your going to love it but this is your decision." Hence, I tested a Silverado and LOVED IT! The color was exactly what I was expecting for the Colorado to be, the vehicle fit my size much better, and it came with all the perks I was looking for (plus many more). I expected the sales individual to be pushy to get me to buy, but he was extremely down to earth. He let me and my wife decide, provided all the information needed, and made us feel comfortable and relaxed.

Every part of the sales experience was fantastic. My rep Cory Welch was and is first rate and he made ordering the car a breeze. He also was very professional when I took delivery. My only complaint (which had nothing to do with Cory) was that I was kept waiting for over an hour and a half just to see the finance person for an ALL CASH purchase. Apparently there was only one working that morning, and I was told there were 4 transactions ahead of mine, so I was kept waiting. All I wanted to do was write a check but the dealership "process" wasted 90 minutes of my time for no good reason.

We went to all of the Local and Surrounding area Chevy Dealerships looking for a specific car, a Chevy Malibu LT. AutoNation had the Best Deal and by FAR the Best Customer Service. Visited Autonation after finding one of their used trucks online. When I got there they did the typical used car tricks, which was a little annoying, but once they would not come down to my price point, I simply walked next door to their new car showroom. Bought great new truck for about the same price with all the awesome GM incentives. By the end of the 4-5 hour transaction the make-ready shop had gone home...so had to pick truck up few days later. When I came back to get the truck they ran me out of there as fast as they could...when I got home I noticed there was no inspection sticker no front license plate holder??? When I called I got my salesman's voicemail...still have not heard back from them??? Sure hope they honor the 2 years worth of oil changes.

I took my truck in for an oil change and an inspection and also because I thought the muffler had a hole in it. To begin with I made an appointment to have a simple oil change and waited 2 hours for this service to be completed. They rotated the tires that day and 2 weeks later when I had a flat tire realized that they had not put the wheel lock back in the truck. This resulted in me having to return to AutoNation to have a the tire leak fixed. I went in early that morning around 8:15am, I waited 2.5 hours on this visit because the service guy who checked me in didnt tell the new service tech that I was even there. Patrick my new service tech then proceeded to have a very condescending attitude and basically just told me to keep waiting. I had already been waiting 2.5 hours for a very simple tire patch. The story could have stopped there but NO 3 days later the same tire is again low. We aired it up at the local gas station and thought it was probably just something with the sensor. Gradually over the next 3 days the tire looses more air so I take it to Discount Tire where they inform me that the patch that was put on the tire was leaking and they find another nail in the tire that AutoNation didnt remove the first time. He suggests that I take it back to AutoNation because patching a patch is not an option. So I make an appointment for the next day, 2 hours after getting there Im informed by Patrick that the tire needs to be replaced. (well duh, I told you that when I got here.) So instead of taking responsibility for a leaking patch that cannot be patched again or the fact that they left the nail in there on the first visit, they tell me that the nail they didnt remove is too far into the sidewall and Ill need a new $205 tire. When I question why I have to pay for a new tire when its their patch thats leaking and causing me to need a new tire, Im assured that its not the leaking patch but the nail thats causing me to have to get a new tire. I find this very frustrating because the guy at discount tire offered to fix the nail the night before but wouldnt touch the patch because of the liability. I decide to take the high road and just agree to get the new tire because lets face it Ive been at the dealership for another 2 hours and Im ready to leave. I tell Patrick that I have road hazard insurance and we will want to use that to help pay for the tire, he again is very condescending and tells me that road hazard doesnt pay for new tires. At this point I have finally had it and go out to the truck to grab my warranty paperwork and guess whatI DO have new tire replacement coverage with my road hazard. He was entering a completely incorrect car into his system to verify my coverage and had the audacity to have me listen to the recording as the automated system told me I wasnt covered. Well if you enter the correct VIN number into the system it works just fine. All in all I spent 6.5 hours dealing with AutoNations inability to efficiently service my truck. I will NEVER use AutoNation for service work again.

It was an enjoyable experience. It was an in and out sale in that the suburban I was trading in was being bought by a member of my family with them trading in another auto on the one I was trading in. There was not any pressure as I had done a lot of exploration prior to going to Automation. I had contacted 6 other dealers and knew the prices and options. I knew what I wanted and what options I wanted on my auto. Mark was very professional in the way he handled the sale. I would go back to him if I was buying another auto.

I had been looking for a Corvette for several months but I had not been able to make a deal. GM had advertized a military discount but the dealerships would not honor the discount on Corvettes. Sometimes I could get close on the price but then they would not give me what my trade was worth or they would give me a good price on my trade and not discount the Corvette. So never got to the drive out price I was looking for then I visited Autonation . Ruben Orrantia asked what deal I was looking for and Autonation made it happen. Something no other dealer could make happen,they made a deal in less than hour and that includeda dealer I had bought a car year from for the past 30 years.I have found myself a new dealership !

We gave the salesperson what we were looking for in a car, he opened his computer and one by one omitted the ones that didn't meet our criteria and within a few minutes he brought around exactly what we were looking for without trying to make us settle for something less. We reached a deal after short negotiations and left that afternoon with the car. Papers were signed and money changed hands in a fast and convenient manner. We did have a problem with a tail light which we returned with the following day. Apparently it had a crack so it was replaced and the car was again in our possession a few hours later. Everyone we dealt with were knowledgable and customer oriented.

She was communicative, knowledgeable and Pleasant to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Autonation.In addition to the good experience with the salesman, I was surprised with the extra amenities I received (free oil changes and tire rotation for the next two years) with the purchase of my Vehicle. The added perks helped boost the experience. However I did sit down with their finance department to discuss financing rates and felt that I was a bit pressured into buying add-on's that I really didn't need. In fact, if I could do it again, I would prefer a different financier. Other than that and the amount of time it took to purchase the vehicle, the over all experience was good (B+).

Our impala was doing strange things electronically, but intermittantly. Difficult to accurately diagnose if it won't act up when the mechanic is working on the car. Took quite some time to be sure of the necessary repair as we didn't want to spend $600 on a body control module and not fix the problem. Mike Reece, the service coordinator loaned us a brand new Malibu until our Impala was repaired. When they finally isolated the problem, it was, in fact the BCM as suspected. The car was then repaired promptly as soon as they were SURE that was the problem. I'm happy they took the time to find and fix it right the first time, not just replace parts hoping that will fix it. Thanks, Mike!

I am always happy with what they do but there are a couple of glitches to get there. I have OneStar and know exactly when I have to do what on my car and so does AutoNation. Well, last month they finally called to make an appointment because the milage and the oil life indicated that it was time. I was already waiting to make an appointment because I recieved a recall notice on my Chevy Traverse that said that theire are no parts available right now but I would be contacted as soon as the parts are there. So why doing the inspection when the parts are not there yet? I could safe time doing both at the same appointment. That does not happen. The woman who wanted to make an appointment told me that she did not know about the recall and that somebody would call me. Of course nobody called. I called Mr. May the head manager and left a message. And again, of course, no call back. I called again made an appointment for the inspection because my state inspection was about to expire. The service manager who I was told to have an appointment with was not in when I went to have the inspection done. I was lucky somebody else had time to take care of my car. The requested services were done quickly and my waiting time was under an hour. That was good but of course nothing could be replaced regarding the recall because the parts were still not there. This was a month ago. I am still waiting for Autonation to contact me to have the airbag fixed. Three stars for the general friendly staff, the work done on the car and the time I had to sit there waiting. I also have to mention that the customer service with calls back, the reaction to OneStar notifications and messing up stuff in the past makes me want to switch service garages.

We arrived at dealership knowing exactly what we wanted and had already reviewed their website to gain information on their inventory and prices. We chose the Tahoe we wanted and asked them to call us once all the paperwork was ready to be signed because we did not want to spend the entire day at the dealership. We were called backed to sign the contract . We arrived about about 8:45 PM and did not finish till about midnight. Very painful process we were trying to avoid.

We had a wonderful experience with our little sales lady Courtney and she gets 5 stars for sure. The only problem we had was with the finance person who had us waiting a very long time which we didn't appreciate especially since we had a 2 year old with us and had a long drive ahead of us to go home. Courtney really jumped through the hoops so to speak and treated us with utmost respect and she was so good with our 2 year old Grandson which really impressed us especially since he had so much energy to burn. I had been looking online for a new vehicle for awhile, I really wanted a Tahoe!! I finally found one that I liked at Autonation. I inquired about it and, unfortunately it had sold over the weekend. But - Ruben Orrantia got in touch with me and asked what I was looking for. I told him everything that I wanted, down to the colors I liked and extra features (DVD player for kids). I also had financing arranged and told him guidelines for that. Ruben went to work and found me the Tahoe that I had been looking for!! Not only was it everything that I wanted - it was much more. When I went in for my test drive, it was right up front ready to go. My Tahoe was perfect!! I never thought buying a vehicle would be such a pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice. We were greeted right away and taken care of. The process was amazingly fast. Everything was explained clearly and we are very happy with the deal that we made and with the vehicle we purchased. We had to make some changes with my financing, Ruben and the people at Autonation made it happen. From beginning to end Ruben and everyone at Autonation made this a great experience. I stopped by AutoNation on the way to another dealership and found a car that I would enjoy. The sales staff was quick to assist while I was walking through the lot looking at different vehicles. We quickly finalized the price no haggling as the price was close to where I wanted to be. The only part of the process that was agonizing was getting to the final document to sign. Other than that I enjoyed purchasing my new Camaro and enjoy driving it very much. AutoNation is a place that I would do business with again.

I've purchased my 2014 Chevy Volt form Autonation West , Austin TX, on Hwy 183 . My sales person Ruben Orrantia, was friendly and professional. Delivery was on spot and trading my previous car was seamless at reasonable price. They had the largest selection of Chevy VOlts in Austin, had the color I wanted with the options I wanted. New car price was one of the best in this area for this car. Finance office experience was a bit tricky but turned out good in the end. Overall I am happy with this dealership and I would shop there again.

I recently purchased a 2007 Mercedes SL-550 from Charles Ball. I was buying this car on faith since I lived in upstate NY, but I research and searched for hours, weeks. My initial research didn't show this car and after getting a couple of no calls for follow-ups from other dealerships, this car showed up. Well I'm so glad those sales people didn't call. This car was the perfect car !!! First, great price for the year of the car, 2nd clean CarFax and Autocheck and let me tell you , there were lots cars that didn't come back clean. So, I made my initial contact to the dealership and with in several hours Charles had emailed me back. Charles was great, never pushy, answered all my questions and I finally made the plunge and put my deposit. I flew into Austin, where Charles picked me up and the car was sitting outside. Now this was the 1st time seeing the car upfront and able to touch it. The car was in EXCELLENT condition for the year and amount of miles 60k on it. I knew I had picked the right car !!! Charles let me examine the car and test drive. No issues !! We then walked inside and started doing the paperwork for a smooth transaction. With in the hour I was proud owner of a beautiful SL-550 . Thank You Charles Ball , you were PROFESSIONAL in every way and made me feel at ease !! PS I then drove the car to Dallas and the car was AWESOME !! No issues

Being 5 hours from home, our Tahoe suffered some significant mechanical issues. chad in the service department was helpful and informative , yet we ended up trading and buying a Silverado from Courtney. Mark introduced me to Mr. Rafael Valdes, General Manager, who assisted me with the purchase price and the value of my trade. These two individuals are very courteous and professional sales people, a plus for AutoNation. The gentleman handling the finance portion, Mr. Ian Robertson, is a very qualified individual and a salesman as well. This dealership is a dishonest bunch who fail miserably at the basic pillars of customer service. I bought a car from this group of dishonest jokers so I get a no star review for myself. They charged me from something on my sticker that I never received and they out and out lied about a demo car that someone else had for an undetermined amount of time. They lied and said it was on their lot for service and dealer use. Go somewhere else in Central Texas. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere.

I had already done considerable research on the Chevrolet Cruze and came to AutoNation Chevrolet Austin with interest in purchasing a Cruze. I was aware of their online specials and prices ahead of time and knew that they would have a diverse inventory on their lot. The process was quite slow; some of that was expected of course, as it does take time to look at vehicles, talk in a friendly fashion with the sales representative, and then to go through the financing process. Overall, I got the color and version of the Chevrolet Cruze that I was looking for at a price that I was willing to pay with a financing rate that was also in my acceptable criteria prior to coming to the Dealership.

Tom Rote, my salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I had, yet did not try to press me into a decision. Being a first time car buyer I was nervous about what kind of experience I would have, however if I would have know how great of an experience I was going to have I would have gone months ago! I am impressed by not only the transparence of the individuals I worked with but also their ambition to make sure I got what fit my indidual needs. We had an excellent experience everytime that we visited with AutoNation. Mark took care of our every need. Even when AutoNation didn't have a loaner car to give us for the day (no fault of his since customers didn't return cars when they should have) Mark found us a step stool to use for the day so that my Mom and I could get in my son's truck. Mark went above and beyond to take care of our every need. From the minute we met on the property until we drove off with our new car, we were very pleased with the service and attention that we received. I appreciate that I was shown in detail how to work all the new features on my car. Mark even helped me set up my bluetooth before I had to drive my new car back to Houston.

I brought my 2012 Corvette in for an oil change and a vibration where the dash meets windshield. Pat Moore researched the vibration and found a recall notice that matched the symptoms exactly. The recommended fix was performed and corrected the problem. Kudos to Pat for getting an annoying problem fixed! Facility is undergoing major upgrade, so can only give it an average.

I came in on an appointment. after telling the sales person i was a disabled veteran. when i arrived two hours later, they had unsold lot vehicles parked in the handicapped spots, They with held my keys 4 times after asking! FOUR TIMES! through the entire negotiation while pushing me at a price that was high end on my price line then tried to negotiate me down from the model i wanted because of my credit only to trade in at a loss value after 6-8 months for the car i wanted... LOST the back of my remote starter for my car and told me "It's a sign from God I should buy that car"... IT's a sign of incompetence. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

I had recently been interested in getting a new vehicle, but wasn't sure of what I wanted. I had walked into the dealership and was greeted by a friendly representative--Mr. David Chapman. He was an amazing salesman! He had listened to all my ideas for my new vehicle (interior design, safety ratings, gas mileage, etc.) and was able to suggest a few models that would work for my budget. After a few test drives, I fell in love with a Buick Verano and, ultimately, I decided I had to have it. Even though the vehicle wasn't at their particular lot, he managed to track it down, drive it himself to my local dealership--all in the middle of the POURING RAIN!!! His effort helped get me the the absolute best car I've ever owned!!! He also worked with financing the vehicle for me and in helping me fill out the paperwork. He is an excellent employee and couldn't be any happier with my new car!!!

The salesman, Ken Hunter, at Champion Chevrolet in Corpus Christi is probably the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. I walked into Champion with a trade in and told him what new car I wanted and he found exactly what I wanted, paid off my vehicle and I even had a little equity left over to put down. I had been to several other dealerships in Portland and Corpus before I went to Champion and no one made me the deal that Champion did. Love my new car and the gas mileage :)

This place has horrible customer service. A young family member of mine recently bought a car here and was tricked into buying a bunch of extra overages. When I called the managers to complain the guy said that the bank puts on the coverages. So then I called the bank who said that wasn't true. I talked to my own bank that I have banked with for over twenty years who told me it was all a scam. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. By the way did I mention I had to leave messages five times before anyone called back?

I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from David Byers and simply put, I have never had such an incredible experience from a car purchase as I had on this one. David was honest, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of not only the vehicle I was purchasing but the process to own it. I have been in retail sales for over 10 years and learned so much from my time with David. I had such a good experience, that when I or my wife is back in the market I will come find David and allow him to wait and find the vehicle for me. After I had a horrible experience with another dealership on Friday 2-10-12, I was refered by a friend to this dealership. Justin was great he looked for what I wanted and was even willing to transfer a vehicle from another champion location to his location if need be. He was very polite and honest, the price was a fare price that i ended up with for my 07 Chevy Equinox...the experience was Excellent, I'd go it all over again everything turned out great!
