I am 100+% (just very) satisfied) with how AutoNation, my sales representative, and the other people (finance, parts, management, etc.) working with him have treated me. From walking in the door with questions, to deciding and ordering, and keeping track of the order/build/delivery process, I have been respectively and warmly treated without ever being pressured or anything negative. My truck was recently serviced for a paint issue at delivery, then to apply paint protection, and window tinting. All was handled efficiently and to my satisfaction without issue and the service manager kept me up to date on the progress of the service. I have no concerns with recommending anyone to give them an opportunity to help you meet a need or desire.

Our service advisor Carl Ross provided excellent 10 out of 10 service. Carl went above and beyond to make sure our service needs were met on our Gladiator. Our future service needs will always start with a phone call to Carl and we know we’ll get 5 star service. John in the parts department took great care of as well with our Mopar lift. Turned out fantastic and with superior service. Both these gentlemen treated us with professionalism, respect, and courtesy.

Carl helped get my Jeep renegade oil changed and corrected the recall issue. He was greatly helpful and very courteous and answered all of my questions when I asked even some of the questions regarding other things that I had of been experiencing with my jeep that weren’t in regards to the oil change or the recall issue. I have owned way to many cars in my 30 years than I care to admit..... 15 at least and all have been new. Bruce Weiss made this the best experience I have ever had! My grandmother who went with me even stated that she has never met a nicer cars salesmen. You won't be sorry going to Bruce Weiss! He will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with when they buy, he is not pushy and even ask me if I was sure on the Durango R/T I bought. Buy a vehicle from AutoNation jeep Yes.Have your vehicle serviced at nation jeepxxxx no! Apparently a 36 month free replacement on a battery doesn't qualify for a battery that's a year and a half old that just died on me. Told one thing by one person, something else by another. Not to mention the hour and 45 min oil change with appointment made a week in advance. Bought a battery at Costco. They stand behind their word.

The past couple years I have used AutoNation Dodge to purchase and do all the repairs on my vehicles. The last couple years there have been a lot of changes to the service department which are not good. The new service manager there has changed the way they operate to the point that they don't operate. The last couple times I've taken my car in I have had more stuff found that did not need to be done than what I actually took the car in for. 45 days ago I took my car in for a horrible gas smell they said it was a bad gas And replaced it. The car also went in for a noise in the air conditioner that I knew was a actuator for that heat door, that was repaired. However while it was there in their inspections they found metal in the power steering fluid and said that the power steering rack needed to be replaced but it was on backorder. A couple of days ago the gas smell was so bad coming from my car that it made my wife and two grandchildren sick in the car. My wife said she would not drive a car anymore which I can understand. So I took the car in after trying to get a hold of the service writer that I have used there for a long time and never got a call back after I left messages. None of the other service writers that were there bothered to tell me that my service writer was out sick and that nobody else was handling his work so my car sat there for 2 1/2 days and I never got a call, again left messages no call back. So I went to the dealership and took my car back and proceeded to go straight to another dealership. I got a ride home in their courtesy shuttle which took all of 20 minutes the wait and the trip as I was unlocking my front door the dealership was calling me to tell me that the car would be ready early afternoon that they had found the problem and fixed it. While they had the car they also checked the power steering and said there was no metal in the fluid that my rack was operating properly and there was no problem with it. I have lost all faith in AutoNation Dodge and will not return there. There has been such a turnover in personnel in the service department from the manager on down and so many changes that nobody there seems to know what is going on or what to do. It is a shame that it is come to this because after being a very loyal customer for over 12 years I have no problem in finding somewhere else to take my vehicles. You know you would think that after reading a few of these reviews they might figure out that what they're doing in their service department is not working figured out guys if I treated my customers the way I was treated last two times I was there I would be out of business. I worked with two gentelmen, Sales Manager, Bruce Weiss and Sales Associate Eric Ledger. Bruce was my first contact a few weeks before I made this purchase. I had originally wanted a used truck they had advertised, but it was gone by the time I called (because they made someone a great deal).Bruce then sent me an invoice on a brand new truck and it was such a great deal that I decided to get it. I was waiting for my house re-fi to close so I would have a good down payment. Bruce told me not to worry that they had several of these vehicles in stock and I didn't have to worry that it would be gone before I got my money and that I could call him when I had the money. And then he did exactly what he said. He didn't bother me with pointless contacts. When I got the money I went to the dealership and got the truck of my dreams.Bruce wasn't available but Sales Associate, Eric Ledger walked me thru the rest of the process. He is very knowledgeable about the Cummins engine and pointed out the many extras he was able to get on the truck and still stay with in my budget.Every morning when I look at this truck in my driveway I get misty eyed cause it will make so many adventures possible with my family..I'm very happy with this truck and it was a great car buying expierence.Dustin was the finance guy and he was very patient and explained every line and every number on the contract. I'm an accountant so l like to read every line and trace numbers between documents and Dustin helped me no matter how late we were there. (we left around 10:30pm)

Took my vehicle in for Warranty work and had oil change done did oil didn't check fluids at all charged me 95 dollars oil change didn't fix window problem . took vehicle back to Autonation chevrolet and fixed window problem right away , Chrysler is a joke will never go back again

Went in thinking used, and walked out with a brand new 2016 Challenger SRT 392. He was even offering me time to think about it, he wasn't pushy at all. I was looking to purchase a new truck, searched online even stopped at a few dealers. found a Ram 2500 online spoken with Bruce Weiss on the phone on Thursday afternoon, had a appointment to meet Friday. My Wife and I went for a test drive and was impressed by the appearance of the truck. Decided this was the one for me. Bruce was very helpful and courteous with getting every thing lined up. He handed us off to Dustin in the finance department he got us a lower rate than either of our Banks had quoted us and really explained the protection plans. I would not have any hesitation in purchasing another vehicle from them.

I took my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the AutoNations service department on May 26, 2016 to have my front driver seat fixed. I also wanted to receive one of my free oil changes. Kevin the service advisor requested a tire rotation which I also agreed to have done. I told Kevin my service advisor that my Jeep was under extended warrantee for the seat issue. When I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased multiple warrantees to cover the Jeep Grand Cherokee form bumper to bumper. In fact, the financial advisor who sold me the service contracts shared with me that if I had any problems with the leather seats including rips, ink marks, wholes, or electrical parts that my warrantee would cover the fixing of the issue of even replacing the whole seat if needed. But I found out over the phone today, according to my service advisor Kevin, the broken front seat was NOT covered under the extended warrantee contract since the issue was a broken part. Therefore either Kevin or the financial advisor who sold me the contract was not telling the truth. Either way over the phone I told Kevin to cancel ALL requested work except for the free oil change. I decided I did not want to do business with an unethical company who would sell me a $45,000 dollar SUV plus extended warrantees and not honor their agreement! I asked Kevin to send the shuttle to pick me up at home right away so that I could get my Jeep Grand Cherokee. After 1 hours I called back because the shuttle driver had not arrived. Kevin shared that the driver was in Black Canyon City. I cancelled the request and had a friend drive me to AutoNation to pick-up my Jeep. When I arrive and went to sign the paperwork there was a charge on the invoice for tire rotation. Kevin said the service department did the tire rotation before I called. Kevin did remove the charge from the invoice. The cashier said my car would be outside the waiting room doors. It was not outside the doors at the pick-up area but in the back of the building. I walked to the back of the building to retrieve my car. As I got into my Jeep I notice that they did not wash it as stated they would do with the oil change. I plan on taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee to another ethical dealership to have my front seat fixed and to receive better customer service. My advice to anyone reading this letter on all the social media sites Im posting this information, is do not do business at AutoNation in Phoenix, Arizona!

I'm starting off by saying the the salespeople that I dealt with were great, Kyle and PJ are both awesome. But when it got to finance it was a horrible experience and when all was said and done I felt like I got cheated, talked down to, and robbed by a guy (Joe Ng) that did not know how to do his job and should not be working in the position he is in I hope this review helps so Joe doesn't get the chance to do this to anyone else. So with that said I think a good finance person can look at your credit and your income and at least get you close to what they offer you. The deal was sold based on the possibility of a longer term. After looking at all my credit and finances Joe decided it wouldn't be a problem to get 100 months and a certain payment. A couple days after signing and taking delivery of the vehicle, Joe called and left a message that I needed to come in and sign more papers; he said it was not a big deal. After 2 days of Joe not returning my calls I drove down to the dealership. Joe tells me he couldn't get the length of financing we discussed (now telling me there is only one lender that offers it, and that would have been nice to know up front) and that my payments are going to be almost $100.00 more a month xxx major fail on his part. I asked Joe what other lenders he tried? He said only 1 because I told him I only wanted to try one B.S. He then said there was nothing he could do, not before backpedaling on several other things hed said previously. I was leaving the dealer without the vehicle when the sales guy (who saw I was pissed) stopped me, told me to wait and within 15 min came back with a better deal, better finance, not what I wanted but something I could work with. Why in 3 days couldnt Joe do what someone else did in 15 min???? If it was just JOE, there would not have been a sale What kind of finance person is HE??? All in all, before this Ive had good experiences with Autonation Dodge - North Phoenix. After this experience I will not be doing business with them again if this is the kind of people they have sourcing loans for them.

In January 2016, I purchased a new 2015 Jeep Renegade. On Friday, May 6, 2016, I contacted Bruce Weiss to get a part for my rear window wiper. Bruce told be me he would call me back to see if he could locate the part. In less than one hour, Bruce called me back and told me that he had the part and all I had to do was pick it up! 6 Hours to buy a car. when I denied purchasing warranty/ Gap... That's when things went Bad. General Manager seen me and my family for 6 hours and never said hello, How are you, nothing. submitted my credit application several times after we came in with an approval.. Was told they didn't want our business several times! Still in Shock!

Sales is fine, but this is the worst service department I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. The first time I came in, someone stole the I-Pod out of my Ram console. I was finally reimbursed, but it went downhill from there. No one meets you when you come at the appointed time. You have to go look them up, and not once has the service manager I was supposed to meet actually been there, so I get shuffled off to someone else, who of course knows nothing about my appointment. Today was the last straw. I made an appointment because the check engine light was on. It is now 8 hours later and my supposed service manager still hasn't called me despite my three calls to him (BTW, no one even answers their phone here!). I have no idea when I'll get my truck back or why the light was on (it's under warranty).I'll never buy here again.

Unfortunately I have a rather sad and upsetting experience. We have actively been looking to purchase a couple of vehicles the primary one was to be a Dart, which was to be my 16 year old first car. And the second a replacement for our Optima; we where looking to do a two car deal so that it would fit into our budget. After visiting a few dealers we got into some serious negotiations. We got close on a deal but we felt like we needed to save a bit more and sadly had to walk away. That night I did some searching online and found the exact car my son wanted on truecar.com located at this dealership for the price we where willing to pay.That next morning I took my son and we went down to look at the car and get the deal done. When we got there the said the car was already done, which I thought odd since we had searched just that prior night. Anyway they did tell us they would be willing to do another car with the same features for the same price, we were excited and my son immediately began sending his friends the news along with some pictures. We started looking for the second car but where struggling to find something within our budget. Our sales rep suggested we just finalize the deal and let my son go with his new car. Now the really sad news we sat done and this new sales person which we hadn't spoken with before sat down to work on the numbers. Immediately we knew something was wrong as the numbers he presented us where actually higher than what we talked about just the night before. Basically, what he had done was reduce the price of the car according to what I had found, which was great but in order to get his numbers decreased the amount of the trade in we had already agreed upon. After that we just left. If this was just me I would have been upset, but having my son sit there when he basically was thinking we had a done deal, which I had thought too, was extremely disappointing to see the look on his eyes when he realized it wasn't going to happen and the humiliation I'm sure he felt when he was going to have to let his friends know. And all of this just the day before Christmas.

Dustin at Jeep Autonation is amazing! I went there back in February looking at Jeep Grand Cherokees and after looking I couldn't find anything at that time. Dustin was kind enough to let me call or text him with any questions for the next 4 months. When I went in again (4 months later) I was looking just to look, but when I got there I found the Jeep I'd been looking for. (It wasn't even on line yet and it literally just got put on the lot). In no way did Dustin push me to buy this vehicle. It was priced right were I wanted it we just had to work off the trade in. After they looked at my 08 chevy impala they gave me WAY more than Kelly Blue Book. Once we started with the paperwork I needed to get my husband's signature as well. Only thing was he was at work. They let me take the vehicle with the paperwork up to him (in cave creek) for him to sign. Everyone at Autonation Jeep was great to work with but Dustin was fantastic! No haggling and didn't make me feel like a sale. He worked with me for 4 months without knowing if I'd ever come to and buy from him. I will never go to another dealership again. Autonation gave me faith in the car buying experience (unlike bell ford). Hands down the best dealership in the valley!

After emailing Mayone Nevils mayone.lnevilsatfcagroup.com at the Chrysler Corporation Headquarters, the oil burning smell in the cabin of our Fiat 500c is gone! Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram took good care of us. We will never use the Scottsdale Fiat dealership. They had our car for t days & didn't do a thing to it. They told us there was nothing wrong with our car. Mayone got the Area Vehicle Manager and the Field Engineer and Kelly Scott (Service Lane Manager) involved at the Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Phoenix, AZ and after a couple of hours they got our car fixed!. And so far it is staying fixed. We can't say enough good things about them. Repair problem and fix: Oil was leaking from exhaust manifold studs and did stud removal and installed studs with Loctite and replaced the oil drain plug to fi the problem. Thank you Autonation Chrysler and a special Thank You to Mayone Nevils at the Chrysler Corporation Headquarters, who got the problem resolved. Al and Trish S.

As the old saying goes, "let the buyer beware". They have 2 large bags at this dealership, one full of "I am sorry for your inconvenience" and a larger bag full of excuses. By the way, the excuses are below the line of accountability. They do have one person that I know of whom demonstrates accountability, responsibility and true customer service, Bethann Schnell, but other than her, you will be hard pressed to find anyone else. Will not recommend to anyone.

I had my 2009 Dodge serviced at the service department at AutoNation Chrysler North Phoenix on I17 and Bell Rd due to a recall notice for a faulty timing chain and timing chain cover. I picked my car up when service was finished and before I arrived at my house less than 2 miles away the check engine light illuminated. With the major work entailed in replacing the timing chain and cover it is no coincidence that the check engine light came on before arriving home, someone messed up. I returned the car back to the service department and requested that the check engine light be investigated and repaired. A different service manager than the one I had dealt with before called to tell me that the check engine light is not related to the recall service as it is emissions related and that it would cost $420 to repair. I requested that they prepare my car for me to pick up so that I can get a second opinion. Before leaving with my car I requested a quote which they were hesitant to provide. I insisted that if they are recommending repair that they should be willing to back it up with a hard copy quote. They provided me with a discharge paper and hand wrote that the repair would cost $250 which is curious because I was quoted $420 on the phone. After leaving the dealership I purchased a diagnostic device which confirmed that the check engine light is emissions related and I simply reset the indicator and the light has never come back on again. It certainly appears to me that the dealership could have taken simple trouble shooting steps to remedy the issue rather than quoting me an unnecessary charge. Further, considering all these circumstances, it appears that the service department intentionally caused the check engine light to illuminate prompting my return to afford themselves the opportunity to quote me for an unnecessary charge. Either way you slice it the service department at this dealership demonstrated incompetence or malicious intent that would have unnecessarily costed me $420. I recommend that any consumer that values integrity and honesty stay clear of AutoNation dealerships as these circumstances reflect poorly on the entire chain.

He misrepresents what a product is when working with customers.The dealership allows their salesmen to lie about the products being sold and will not correct the issue when it is brought to their attention. I was mislead to believe I was buying an all the time 4WD Cherokee only to find out it is 2WD.Then instead of taking it back they try to force me into a different vehicle at a higher dollar amount.Terrible costumer service and extremely dishonest. Beyond the typical "It is a great running car" type of dishonest. Flat out lies about what a product is even when specifically asked about it.

Bottom line, they're always loyal to me so I can only reciprocate.The promptness, courtesy, quality and price have always been nothing short of exceptional.Today I dealt with Mr. Rick Stubbs (service manager) and he went above and beyond to take great care of my needs. He even matched a great quote I got from a private specialty Euro Service Center in Tempe, thereby saving me a trip and a bunch of moolah.It was done expeditiously with the same care and attention accorded me in the past. No reason to go elsewhere. In fact I'd not only willingly give them five stars but the Sun and the Moon as well, since there is only one of each of those. Dishonest. Avoid and buy elsewhere! I just purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from this place and was completely scammed by their entire sales team especially the sales person, Peter Campbell. We negotiated certain things before finally coming to terms as anyone does when purchasing a car, however when I came back to actually make payment and take possession they had added a number of items back onto the purchase agreement. I guess I should have known better than to trust car salesmen, so I didn't re-read the contract. Things they added or lied about include:$399 for window tint - agreed to removed from price, but put it back on$626.29 License fee - actual fee to AZDOT was only $258.06They also tried sneaking an extra .25% on the APR we agreed to which I did actually catch. I found the vehicle I had been looking for online. I had gone to the dealership to check it out in person. Open the door and BAM it was as if a ginormous ashtray had been tossed in my face. It reaked of smoke! Dwight and I spoke numbers and it seemed my budget was of none of their concerned so we were going to walk but oh NO, NO, NO I immediately was approached by Ray who claimed we can't let someone go with excellent credit like yours let's make a deal! While "negotiating" I found he knew absolutely nothing about either vehicles. Weird, how is one to negotiate products he knows nothing about. Ray, Dwight, and some other random followed my parents and I out to the vehicle telling us how perfect their deal was! How is only three months over the term you want! It's only five more dollars more than the payment you can afford! Oh and Ray that slime ball hit on me inappropriatly the WHOLE time. We left with the promise that they would smoke bomb the car and we'd talk tomorrow morning. Did our research and found that if we indeed wanted a vehicle with these features we needed to jump on it. So we accepted the deal we went through the paperwork with George the finance guy and when it came to warranty we said no. I couldn't afford to spend another $1600 on warranty. So then we dealt with another guy convincing me to get the warranty. My answer again NO. Another guy comes over, then it's Dwight and Ray with the news that "suddenly the radio isn't working. But don't worry warranty will fix it." Furious, shocked, emotionally drained we left. Six hours of this bull crap and I had left with nothing because I refused to purchase Chrysler warranty for a Hyudai vehicle! Thankfully BILL LUKE on Camelback gave me a kind, hassle free experience and I found an even better car. Auto Nation was nothing other then a terrible experience. If I were to rank them on a scale of one to ten I would honestly give them a triple zero for their lack of class, honesty, understanding and all around way of doing business.

Most Definitely the worst Dealership in Arizona, bought a 2008 scion TC from this dealership, i was ripped off with my trade in. the scion i bought had several problems that showed up within a week of driving it off the lot. i took it in to get the issues fix and was told that they couldnt help me. problems included bad brakes, bad wheel alignment, rattling sunroof, the hood prop fell off and the AUX on the radio did not work. i brought it in to get the problems fixed under the 60 day bumper to bumper warranty, but that was not honored. i got a hold of the manager and was told its not their problem even though it was a part of the license and sales agreement. also after i bought the car i checked with the bank they financed me with and i owed more than the agreed price on paper. sadly its down to the layers now to get what is rightfully mine. i would not recommend this dealership to anyone. they dont even deserve the 1 star i gave them in the rating.

This had to be one of the worst car buying experiences ever. I wanted to buy a car and nobody would call me back or work with me. I was offered one price by Charles via text and they would not honor it. Ray C called me and wanted to earn my business, he said he would call me back within a few hours with all of the details. I wanted basics such as purchase price, sales tax, title & registration fees (which Charles felt was completely confidential for some reason). Never received a call back. I called and spoke to Thor (maybe his mighty hammer was not working this day) and he told me Ray was out for a few days and would send me the information. He did send it to me, but the purchase prices was nearly $4K more than what Charles gave me. I sent him back an email with the screenshot of the text and no reply. I then called and asked to speak with Eric, the General Manager. He was completely useless. He could care less about it and obviously did not want to try and sell me a car. He said they would never sell the car for what Charles had promised and acted like I was making this up. I read him the complete text messages as they were written. I offered to come in and show him and he wanted no part of it. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership due to the complete lack of customer service and misinformation. This is usually a good indicator of how future service will be. There are plenty of Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge dealers in Phoenix and highly recommend you try a different one.

I purchased a used 1999 Mercedes SL500 with 69,000 miles from Salesperson BethAnn Schnell. Dealership is located in Phoenix and I am in Tucson (100 miles away). I communicated with BethAnn through the internet as well as by phone prior to driving up to view. She laid out all of the facts of the car including the carfax history and the shop records of all the repairs done to the car by her dealership prior to putting the car for sale. She also texted me numerous additional pictures that I requested. We prenegotiated a price and I drove up the next morning. The car was everything BethAnn had indicated, and more. We closed the deal promptly and I was on the interstate heading home before the rush hour. I am 60 years old and have been buying cars since I was 16. I have lived from Chicago to Los Angeles and in between over my years. I can honestly say that thanks to BethAnn, this was one of the most smooth and enjoyable car purchases I have made. Kudos to Autonation Chrysler Jeep and especially to BethAnn Schnell !

Just bought a used truck here. Salesman said truck gets over 20 MPG. It doesn't. Said truck had MP3 player. It does not. Said he ordered extra key with alarm. He did not. Said truck was gone through and inspected. One week later, truck in shop getting new tires, new shocks, and many more repairs done. We got truck back and guess what! Still Freaking broken and now has to go back into shop. Unbelievable we have owned this less than 2 weeks and it's been in shop for over 1 of those weeks!!!! Now it has to go back in!!! Finance guy sold us 2 yr warranty YET never mentioned the $200 deductible every 12K miles. This has been a nightmare and I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO BUY FROM THEM!!! It's pretty sad that this dealership doesn't train their salespeople to know there product and then for the finance guy fail to mention anything about deductibles for extra warranty is just pathetic! Shame on this dealership!!!!! The only good thing that is going on is the woman in the service department. Seems to be the only one with a brain and conscious in that place!!!!I went online tonight and did online chat with Erica Jones and asked nicely who I could send a complaint letter to. She posted and generic auto response and the abruptly ended chat. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? No one in this dealership is willing to help us out even though they say to call and they will. We call and they are rude!!!

I took my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in today for my first oil change and after reviewing the invoice I discovered that Mopar Part# 68101997AA was the motor oil used for the oil change. A cross reference of this part number shows to be 5W-30 oil and not the 5W-20 oil that is recommended by Jeep for the 5.7L Hemi. When I called the dealership to ask why they used 5W30 instead of 5W20 I was told that they only have one "bulk oil" container and sometimes it has 5W-20 and sometimes it has 5W-30 oil, depending on the time of year, and that all standard oil changes are done from the bulk oil container. I was then told that they do have 5W20 in bottles but the customer would need to pay more if they choose to have oil put in their car from bottles. What? So a customer would need to pay more to have the correct viscosity that is recommended by the manufacturer?

I was walking around the lot looking at new trucks when coach and mark drove up and asked if they could help me, I told them I was just looking whill I got my wifes oil change in her car. They asked me what I was looking for and I told them and said I didn't see any, Coach said they had one and took me over to see it. I fell in love but knew it was not going to happen, coach told me what they could do for me and gave me a great trade in price for my truck without even seeing it. I left and came back with my truck and was out of there in two hours singed, sealed and delivered with my new 2012 3500 megacab 2 wheel drive. I went back the next day and coach and mark showed me how to work everything in my new truck. They were AWSOME! And Jerry in finance was great to work with and a really nice guy did everything he said he would and more. GREAT PEOPLE!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Power Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Bell Road in Phoenix. After shopping unsuccessfully in Tucson, I visited Power's website and found the vehicle I wanted. In order to see the vehicle and make purchase my fiance and I made the 2 hour drive. The price was good and the customer service/communication was better than I'd expected. During the test drive, I pointed out front bumper cover was not completely secured to the driver side fender...I asked if that would be taken care of and my salesperson, William "Coach" O'Boyle, assured me it would be. The first area I deducted a "Star" for was financing. The sale was going smoothly until we ended up being hussled/haggled for additional things we didn't want (i.e. tire coverage, paint additives, etc.). I had already communicated that all I wanted was the extended warranty. It nearly got to the point of us just leaving because we were beginning to feel pressured. Nonetheless, we closed the deal and left.On our way home that night after the purchase while we were driving east on I-10 we heard something literally tear off of the vehicle. I immediately pulled over to a service station and we examined the car. We didn't notice anything apparent missing and continued home. A couple of days later, I went to our auto shop here on base and put the car on a lift and that's when I noticed parts of the driver side fender splashguard/liner (i.e. the driver side engine cover) were missing and the liner itself was not complete secured with the necessary pins. That's what I assume must've fallen off. I believe all of this is related to the bumper cover not being attached properly to the fender. It appears to me that either the previous owner or a driver on a test drive ran over something that dislodged the fender and damaged the liner and it wasn't repaired properly.According to the CPOV checklist I was provided during the sale, all body/trim components were checked out and certified. Therefore, at this time, I'm trying to patiently work with the dealership to get this repaired. I'm currently hunting salvage yards for wrecked 200s so that I can get the parts and repair it myself. This is the reason I deducted the second star. I've called the dealership 3 times...twice placed on hold so long that the line disconnected. The third time, I was told someone from service would contact me about setting up an appointment to bring the car in...that was a week ago and I still haven't heard from anyone but I keep getting email reminders to provide a feedback, so here it is:Great salesmanship prior to a deal but be prepared for second-rate customer service once you sign on the dotted line. Finance is going to drive you crazy trying to make more $$ on extras. Make sure you get everything taken care of before you leave with your vehicle otherwise they'll leave on your own. They're not bad...just focused on their bottomline more than you're complete satisfaction.

STELLAR experience. In 2006 I had a really bad experience at Power and purchased my last vehicle from another dealer. I explained this to Mona and really went to look at the Jeep to have another dealer trade for it so I would not have to purchase from Power. Mona changed all that. She is competent, kind, funny, knowledgeable and extremely detail oriented. EVERYTHING went smoothly, and the Jeep sitting in my garage is EXACTLY what I wanted. i've been lied to, time after time. they keep working on my car, and are not able to fix the many problems. i've called the manufacture, and doesn't qualify for lemon law? ok, you can't fix it, now what? main problem, is engine tends to run-away. and they call that a safety feature? engine rattles like crazy and other issues like trans shifting issues and a grinding sound while driving and on and on. i've been asking the dealer, and dodge to fix it, or stand behind the product, and neither has happened. i'm stuck with a dangerous car and they can't/won't fix it. i've had one car crash because of the run-away engine and still they said it's a safety feature. ok it's a safety feature, then why have we spent so much time trying to address a safety feature. don't buy a dodge, don't go to this dealer, don't do it. i spent 30 grand trying to be a dodge lover, and yet i'm not. 2010 dodge journey is a dangerous car, a dangerous car. my wife won't drive it. i thought about trading it it, but the next dealer didn't want the car because of the run-away issue, and the crash put me way upside down. i'm stuck with a dangerous car and now one else wants it including dodge.

I went to look into purchase a truck and possibly trade in my Dodge Viper. I found the truck I wanted and entered their showroom. They wanted to check out my vehicle and asked for the keys, I told them I would take them to the car and they can inspect with me there and that they were not going to drive my car anywhere to "inspect" it. They then wasted 3 hours of my time as they talked in the back and gave me the runaround and refused to talk to me. When Ii asked what was taking so long, they just said it would be a "couple minutes". They then came back and offered my $19k for my car, which was half of what bluebook is in "fair condition". They said that they do not go by bluebook, but that is what they reference on their own prices. It was a giant waste of my time.

I am very familiar with my vehicle and what to expect from a service center. I took it in for repair pricing and to discuss options. I spoke with Brian Abbott in Dodge Service and have never been treated so poorly and was personally verbally attacked by him. He was so arogant, he got in my face and yelled and began to argue with me. I left the dealership and immediatly called to make a complaint with no results. The sales manager i originally spoke to told me it was an internal matter and he forwarded me to the service director John Occoner. It has now been 5 days and the director for service still has not contacted me or any other company representative. I will never deal with that company or Power Dealer again!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER! I provided all the info they asked for to get the financing completed on my new vehicle and thought all was well....so not the case. Four weeks later the financing is still not done and they now want a cosigner. I said okay, I emailed when I ran into an issue on their site and never got a response. They call and treat you like a criminal because they failed to do their jobs correctly in the first place. When I point out that I have been nothing but honest from day one, that their salesperson took it upon himself to change information on my application and had they really listened to me or had better communication amongst themselves..the deal would have been done weeks ago...all I get is a story about how their "buyer" was gone or how they have called but I never answer. I called them out on that and stated that if they had called...why no messages...why do my phone records state that I have answered or returned every call. To which they never have a valid response. After four weeks of stress these people have the audacity to tell me they will "unwind" the deal because I said something their finance manager didn't like....after four weeks of putting me through hell, I let it show how upset I am for an instant and they resort to scare tactics. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

Me and my husband went to this dealership for servicing our 2005 Dodge Neon. We knew our oil needed to be changed, the battery was about due for replacement, the brakes were squeaking, and the car alarm was going of for no reason. We figured we'd bring it to the dealership to get everything looked at by the dodge professionals instead of a repair shop, plus we had amazing service over at chapman Hyundai every time we brought our elantra in. This place was horrible. First off, i looked them up online, and on their own website they had a link to schedule an appointment online, that lead to a error, webpage does not exist. This didn't bug me at the time, mistakes on websites happen, and it wasn't that hard to call them. Scheduled the appoint and then we showed up. First thing we noticed was how unfriendly the staff was, no one there wanted to talk to us, and when they did it was as if the communication was horrible between employees. First, when we dropped off the car they told us they wouldnt even try to fix the car alarm and didnt suggest anyone to gonto. Theyntold us to look it up online. We called firestone within minutes and though firestone didnt repair them, theyngave us the name and number of a place that did. Then, we explained what we wanted them to check and do one the car, and they said it would be half an hour. We were impressed by this initially, it seemed like fast service. One hour later, they said the car was done. We figured the work would take about an hour or so, so the extra time didn't bug us so much yet. We paid and found out they had only done an oil change. They told us they'd talk to us about the car inspection when they brought us our car. It took them half an hour to find our car, and a lady also waiting for her finished and paid for car said that she always has to wait at least half an hour before they find her car. Once they brought us our car they did not speak with us about the inspection at all. We were still stumped as to why they didn't fix the breaks or replace the battery. The paperwork they gave us indicated that those items needed to be replaced, along with other problems we would have liked to have them fix or at least talk to us about. No one there was very helpful, and we were getting fed up having to wait an hour and a half for an oil change we could have gotten at jiffy lube in 20 minutes. They did charge us about $4 less on the oil change than at jiffy lube, so their prices it seemed were better, but no worth it at all. Right after we got home we immediately called up friestone and told them what happened and we scheduled an appointment with them. Next time we're just bring it to firestone the first time.

JOHN JOHNSON THE FLEET MANAGER AT POWER DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME. HE TREATED ME LIKE AN OLD FAMILY FRIEND AND REALLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET ME INTO MY NEW 2012 JEEP WRANGLER. I WENT TO SEVERAL OTHER DEALERS BEFORE RECIEVING A REFERRAL TO JOHN. JOHN WAS ABLE TO GET ME IN A BRAND NEW 2012 FOR LESS THAN WHAT BILL LUKE CHRYSLER JEEP OFFERED TO GET ME INTO A USED 2010 WITH 40K MILES. HE GAVE ME THE HIGHGEST VALUE FOR MY TRADE AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET THE EXACT VEHICLE I WAS LOOKING FOR DOWN TO THE MAKE MODEL COLOR HARDTOP & INTERIOR. THEY DIDNT HAVE IT ON THE LOT BUT THANKS TO JOHN AND HIS COWORKER COACH DRIVING TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN (DURING RUSH HOUR!) THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME IN MY VEHICLE THE SAME DAY WITH NO PROBLEMS. I LOVED THAT HE REALLY LISTENED TO ME WHEN I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND WHERE MY BUDGET WAS AT. HE MADE ME AND MY FAMILY COMFORTABLE WITH THIS PURCHASE AND AS A BANKER WITH JPMORGAN CHASE I WILL BE SURE TO SEND OTHERS HIS WAY!

They do not even deserve one star. I have never had a more horrific experience. After six hours of negotiations, we made a purchase that we could not pick up until the day since they did not have the car on site. (This was after they told us they sold it to someone else and tried to sell us an upgraded vehicle. When we didn't want the upgraded vehicle, the car was somehow no longer sold to someone else and they offered us a deal.) We then purchased the vehicle and signed the purchase paperwork/contract indicating that the car had less than 45 miles on it and they let us know that we could pick it up once it got to their dealership the following day. The next day, they called us to tell us the car had 541 miles on it and will this be a problem. Really!? We picked up our money and they will now not return our calls. I would not go back there if they paid me.

I am in an open BK. I went in and told George my issue. He said there is no way you can get a car until you are discharged. Then you will only qualify for 12000 for the next three years. I said well why have I been working with other dealerships and finance companies and been fine. So he went and found out that yes I could get one depending on my creadit score. He can back over to me and said well if you are working with these companies why havent you gotten a new car. I said because I havent found one. He said you wont find one you like for a long time you just have to take what you can get. I said I am leaving obviously you dont need my business and I am not going to be talked to like that and disrespected got up and walked out. When I got home I pulled up the list of approved dealers that work with the bk financing companies and guess what they are listed on multiple list. What a joke.

I recently had an issue with my car not starting and brought it in to be looked at. I was told that it was my battery and it was still under warranty and would not cost me a dime. It doesn't get any better than that.

Brian always takes care o me when I need to bring my Magnum in for service. He is curteous and always makes sure I have everything checked over in the car to prevent unexpected problems. He also gets me "in and out" as quickly as possible.

I arrived without an appointment and was quickly & kindly assisted. Replacement of tail gate handle was done immediately.The labor cost was high but I was so happy to have it done so promptly that I can not complain.

I came into Power Chysler, Jeep, Dodgefor an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. They were able to get me in and out of there within 30 mins. The staff was very friendly and willing to go out of there way with all of the customers that were there. The only thing that I wish was different was when I've had my car at different Chrysler Dealerships for oil changes I've always had a free car wash that came with it to keep my car looking good going down the road.

I have been in many dealerships and have had a lot of work done. They definately didnt do anything wrong, but they also didn't go above and beyond to be exceptional. I don't recommend any dealerships to others. I think people should go in and decide for themselves.

I had to call regarding a battery problem on a typical, blistering hot day in Phoenix, and was so relieved to have them tell me to come right in, and that it would immediately be taken care of. Another issue was that the handle that you can use to hoist yourself up into the seat (SUV, with a step up into the vehicle), had pulled away and was hanging there, useless and ugly. But none of it was any problem, everyone was helpful and friendly and the waiting area was pleasant. The service waiting room was perfect, with comfortable seating, tv, magazines, snacks and drinks available. I was out the door and on my way with everything in perfect order within an hour!

My work truck died in flite late in the afternoon, I called Adam and a tow truck was sent.The next mornning (friday) I got a phone call and was told what the problem was and they would have to order a new injection pump and the lift pump was in stock,and the truck would be ready on monday.got there monday and the truck was ready at noon as promised! Gene did an awsome job repairing my truck, as he always does and Adam again took very good care of me. My trucks and car will never see another shop as long as I own them!Again Thank You bothe for the great job!Dave Baker

I was hocked to find out that the service person I made the appt with was gone but the other people were very friendly. I brought my car in to have an oil change and tire rotation/balance and I only had to wait 30 minutes for this. I was impressed by how friendly and quick this service was, I am just sorry that I don't remember their names. Thank you

The only negative is the amount of time the service took. I was told 35 minutes and it was about an hour and 15 minutes to complete. With that said the quality of the work and the attention I received from Brian is and has been top notch.

Needed some service and radio repair done on our 2000 Concorde. Adam greeted me and listened to my needs very attentively and promised to handle it quickly. When Adam found that the OEM CD changer was no longer available (my radio problem) he informed me right away, allowing me to search for and acquire an OEM replacement. After dropping off the part, it was installed and the rest of the services completed in a very acceptable time frame. Your response to and resolution to our service needs on both of the Chrysler vehicles we have had has always been fast and satisfying. Thank you.

I take both of my dodge vehicles to this location to get them serviced, and I have been a SOLID customer for the past 3 years. One of my cars is a Dodge Charger SRT8 in which I am very picky on who gets to look and work on my car. One of the things that I really like is thier attention to detail for example, when my Charger went into get a Coolent flush the Technichion working on my vehicle noticed some of the fan blades that are used for the radiator were broken. It was replaced under warrenty. Another example is when I get my cars tires rotated, the SRT8 Charger has 20 inch wheels and have Brembo brakes. These brakes create a TON of break dust which is almost impossible to clean unless my wheels are taken off the vehicle. When I get my car back my wheels are 100 percent clean inside and out. That's going the extra mile and something I would not get anywhere else. The service advisors are knowledgable, friendly and are not pushy when recommending services. I trust this dealership to keep both of my vehicles running at peak performance and in proper working condition.

I was treated promptly and professionaly by the service advisor Jacob Toczek upon my arrival for my appointment.He and i discussed what was needed and i was done and on my way in no time.I would like to personally thank Chris Crawford the service director for helping me recover some of my out of pocket expenses incurred because of a brake issue on my vehicle.With his help i was reimbursed $271.58 from Chrysler Corp.I feel he went above and beyond in helping me obtain this reimbursment. I've used Power Chrysler for all of my maintenance and warrantee work for my jeep. I also used them to install a lift on my jeep. I have always had good results. Brian has always treated me well and keeps me up to date on the work.

Service outstanding. First time I took it in, the new car had had a minor accident in which the front grille was jarred out of place partially. The body man had quoted me $250 to fix that and repaint a small spot on the front bumper. I hadn't had time to leave the PT Cruiser at the body shop but when I went to the first service appointment the mechanic snapped the grill back into place and moreover didn't even mention it! Totally amazing! Great shop.

I needed a new(er) car but I had been waiting for the right time. A friend referred me to Power Dodge and assured me they'd be able to work with my credit score. They found the car I wanted at another dealership across town and had it brought over for me. I didn't know dealerships would do that for you!
