Great experience working with Anthony at AutoNation Ford Valencia. He ended up getting me a great price on a 2016 F150 - better than I had expected. It was a no pressure enjoyable experience. I had the experience of leasing a car recently at AutoNation Ford and Fadi Hillo was the person who helped me. Fadi did an incredible job of explaining things to me and to my Daughter about the features of the car and how it operated. The car is a 2016 C - Max hybrid and in my opinion a steal for the price. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford! and if you want great service ask for Fadi!

This was a first-time service visit for my 2016 Ford Mustang. The outdoor person was very polite and approached my car as soon as I pulled up. He directed me to the service office. The service person, Robb, was also very polite, amusing, efficient and informative. The staff inside the office seemed to get along very well with each other. I went into the customer lounge area to wait. Inside of one hour my car was done. Oil change, filter change, tire rotation, wash. I was quite surprised at how little time this all took. My appointment was early A.M. and as I sat in the lounge I noted the cars lining up for service/repair. So, this site was busy and apparently people choose to be there. Payment was quick and easy. In short, I had a very good experience and feel comfortable to bring my car here again.

My experience at AutoNation Ford Valencia was rather pleasant. My sales agent Dixon Falodun was very professional and accommodating. I appreciated his patience, knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in but mostly - I never felt like I was getting hustled. He's a cool dude. The finance staff was on top of their game as well. Roy and Howard took very good care of me. I felt uplifted rather than drained as I have many times before at different dealership. I'm super stoked on my new car and the smooth transaction. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford Valencia.

Customer Service was horrible. No one answers the phones except the salesman (of course) and they won't help get the right person on the line. I was never called back that my vehicle was ready, or that they had to replace a part that needed me to pay for it. I had to drive to the facility to ask a service adviser if my vehicle was ready. Then drive to drip my rental off before picking up my car. With regards to repairs, they were charging $400+ to replace 6 spark plugs even though the warranty work they had to do was in the same area of the engine, taking apart the manifold to reach the coil that needed replacement. Charging 2-hrs of labor to do a 30-minute job for the mechanics.

The folks at Autonation Ford Valencia were great! Their friendly staff helped me find the perfect used car! They really bent over backwards to give me a great deal and made my car buying experience as stress free as possible. Hello V.A.N This JULIO and Sandra.. I was interested in the ford fusion Energy w/ carpool stickers..I earlier that day came from Rydell Northridge because I researched they had the car I was interested in. I must of walked around the lot several of times and no one came out to assist me. I actually had to ask for help. The car didn't work out for me it had high mileage and due to their Service I wasn't satisfied. So I saw a second that I was interested in at your Lot. As soon as I got to the Lot. I was greeted by George Fielding I was like WHOA they actually come to you.. Well the car didn't work out for me either but I kept doing my research on CARS.COM I found my Car in "TUSTIN" Autonation. Sandra was in West Hills Hospital having Surgery and was Hospitalized for a whole week. George was amazingly helpful in picking up tthe car in TUSTIN (I Dont even know where Tustin is) George asked I can take you the car to the Hospital if you like? George wasn't desperate in trying to make a Sale. He knew that I wanted that Car. First of all my Car is 2013 w/13,000 miles! I was like perfect done deal. George and I communicated back and forth on working the Numbers.. On his day off he had his CoWorker and Manager and the Financing Dept Step in! BOOM! George exceeded all my Expectations made the Numbers work pretty amazed on the Number and DELIVERED my Car to our HOUSE with my Wife recooperating from surgery. The salesman was very friendly. I had no issues with him. The process was very lengthy though and they didn't really describe what they were doing in each step. Before I went in and even after I went in I had told them that I was already approved for a loan through my credit union and that I had a check for them and did not want to finance with them. They still tried to finance the vehicle through them and they tried to sneak it in. They tried to have me sign the finance papers by acting oblivious to the fact that I had already told them I had a check for them from my credit union. And even after I went to hand them the check the finance guy tried to get me to finance with him by saying that it was the same thing. I had to push the issue and he finally took my check. Now after having the vehicle for 3 weeks there are things falling apart on it and the dealer hasn't been very helpful in helping us fix the issues. The vehicle we bought is a 2015 Ford Explorer that had 38k miles on it. The passenger front door panel is falling off and they want us to pay 825 dollars to fix it. We bought a certified pre-owned vehicle because we wanted to lease of mind that things would go wrong with the vehicle. Unfortunately that is not the case and we now have a car that is 3 weeks old to us with a door panel that is falling apart and the dealership has not been very helpful in getting this issue fixed for me.

Made appt. took the car in no record of appt. I made it in person with an. Advisor. Had my car 12 days, while I was on vacation to save them car rental. The car was there for 2 recall maters and routine oil change. Called before coming in just to make sure it was ready. Which the person who took the call was rude and after asking if it's done and her rudely saying Yes she didn't that my name and when I drove 26 miles to get my car they didn't do the oil change and said it wasn't big deal they could do it now while I wait. I was just coming come after being on 12 day vacation and school starting the next day but I could wait! And if I didn't double check I would have sent my daughter off to college not thought about it til Christmas break! The engine would have blown up! I have bought 8 new cars from this dealership in past 30 years! One of the main reasons was because of my service( miss you Mike Owen) I will not ever go back and I plan on sharing this and poor custom service with all of Santa Clarita. I have tried the past 4 visit but that's it!

The service department was very nice, Howard is who helped me and he was great. I was greeted right away and everyone was very nice. I did however have a problem after I gave them my keys. I went to go get my stroller and car seat out of the car while I waited for my husband. it was over 100 degrees that day and I was holding my 10 month old while trying to get the stroller, then once he was in the stroller get my car seat and walk to the side walk. Not one person came to help me and multiple sales people walked right past me or saw me struggling. While I waited for my husband I was accidentally standing in front of an 'employees only' door and multiple employees walked in and out of it and said "excuse me" because my car seat was in front of the door and no one offered to help me move it. I love ford and have bought 2 cars from ford, but I was very disappointed with the customer service that day.

Buying a new truck is extremely stressful especially when you can?t find the truck that you want. AutoNation Ford worked really hard to find the truck that I wanted. I had two other dealers tell me that they were going to find me the right truck and neither one of them called back. Ultimately, I bought a truck form AutoNation and received a fair deal. I don?t believe that there is such a thing called a great deal. The dealer has to make money on the cars they sell. Because of this, my expectations are to get a fair deal and I can only give 4 out of 5 stars. If I ever find a dealer that is willing to not make a profit and give me a great deal I will give them five stars. I would shop at AutoNation again.

I have been going to this dealership for the past 10 years I have owned my truck. This by far was my worst experience I have had. This is all do to the service advisor. This person is representing your dealership and does not have the skills to be doing so. Not calling me about the status or not even calling me back. I asked her twice about fixing my wiper system and yet when I picked up my truck up and drove home I noticed it was not completed. The service advisor thought because she took care of my car rental that I should be grateful when in fact I don't care about the money. I wanted my truck repaired and common courtesy to call me back. To even make the situation worse when I called her on my way home and left another voice message she texted me back instead of calling and apologizing for the tech not completing the service. There is more to this story but I don't have time to continue on.

Bought a new car from another dealer and broke down...8 hours from home. Howard arranged for a rental car so I wasn't stranded on Memorial Day weekend. Howard called with an update and the car was repaired and ready at the time promised. All other staff encountered were equally helpful and greeted my family and I with courtesy. The initial circumstances leading to my being brought to the dealership were horrible. Everything changed when I stepped out of the tow truck. What a great team. If I lived closer I would be a regular customer. I am sorry I live at the other end of the State, eight hours away.

The sales team behaved very unprofessionally. I have purchased many cars and a lot at this dealership, this was by far the WORST experience. And..............since the salesman won't stop emailing me to complete a survey, this is what he gets. I wanted to buy a Ford Edge but I wanted a particular color interior and engine size. I also wanted the Titanium level of trim. AutoNation did not have it in their vast stock. When they realized that was the one I wanted they found it for me. Tyler Colbert was such a breath of fresh air as a salesman and he really worked with me. I would buy another car there anytime.

I had tested 10 different makes of cars before deciding on buying my Ford Escape. I had several salesmen in the process and they were all really awesome. They were so knowledgable about the car which really helped sell it to me. So many other dealers have salespeople that don't know much about the features and it doesn't do anything to help sell the vehicle! Everyone at Auto Nation Ford in Valencia was helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgable. They all seem to act like a huge team family. I definitely recommend anyone to buy their car from here!

The customer service at Auto Nation iis the best I've encountered in a long time! Also, I was prepared to pay for my 20,000 mile service, and it was FREE! A matter of fact, my 10,000 mile service was free also. I am so impressed with Auto Nation. I can't stop telling people about it. THE FREE POPCORN and BOTTLED WATER tastes great! ?My other car is a Mercedes, and in 10 years of driving it, I've never received service like Auto Nation's.

Scheduled an appointment earlier in the week to bring our 2013 Focus in on Friday due to a recall notice and e-mail. When the vehicle was dropped off on Thurday night I was told that they were very busy and may not get to it until late Friday, if at all. I guess having an appointment doesn't mean what I thought it did. They were finally able to check it late Friday and determined that a part had to be replaced which would not be in until Monday. Didn't appreciate finding out late Friday that they would need to keep the vehicle through the weekend. The repairs were made and the car was available to be picked-up on Monday afternoon. Definitely appeeciate the ease in drop-off and pick-up, much more so for picking-up the car. The repairs seem to be properly done - car definitely runs smoother. Did not appreciate being down a car for almost 96 hours/4 full days with no warning. Would only get recall or warranty work done at any dealer. and nothing else. The private mechanic I have used for 18 years has saved me thousands of dollars. Definitely worth driving the 20 extra miles..

First, I call Dealer and ask if they are open on Saturday for service and am told, yes. I go there 8 am and am told they only do oil changes on Saturdays as there are no mechanics there to look at my overheating problem. The following week I get an APPOINTMENT for 7am on Friday. I told them, I thought the radiator fan was not working, as I never saw it come on. After leaving the car all day, I call at 5:30pm to see if it is ready as I haven't heard from them. They tell me that they haven't even looked at it yet and won't be able to do so until Monday and want me to leave it there all weekend. What was the purpose of having the 7am appointment if they didn't even look at my car??? Wasted day! On Monday afternoon, they call me and say I need a waterpump because it was leaking, but the fan was working ok. Maybe, but I never saw it leaking on my driveway after checking numerous times. They told me they would have to order the part but couldn't get it done until Wednesday, two more days. On Wed. I call them at the end of the day and you guessed it, it wasn't done. In fact they hadn't even started it because they said they had to do someone else's car first. Now they have had my car for 5 days and not touched it! Now promised for Friday. When I complained about not having a car for a week, they offered rental car which was covered under my warranty. Great! Why didn't you tell me the first day? So, Friday they finally finish and when I pick it up the paperwork says they had to replace the fan because it was still overheating despite the waterpump replacement. Gee, sounds familiar!! Poor customer service! However, the service rep. Greg Speer, who probably had nothing to do with servicing the vehicle, was very nice.

We have been car shopping for quite a while using Cars.com and reaching out to local dealers. We found an advertised truck and clicked the check availability button. Within a few minutes, Tyler responded and we began the process. After a few emails and phone calls we were on our way to the dealership. Upon arrival, we found a vehicle that we liked even better. It was a very low stress process. We were able to do all of our negotiating around a comfortable table over a cup of coffee. They were very fair with our trade-in value and we did not ever feel that we were being taken advantage of. Spending money to purchase a new vehicle is a big thing for us but the experience at Auto Nation Ford was very pleasant.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Sunrise Ford of North Hollywood. They were sleazy and I felt like I needed a shower after dealing with Victor, the Finance person. I had a great experience here. I'm a college student and a first time buyer, so I was excited and anxious for the purchase. My sales guy, George, was extremely accommodating with me coming in to look at some cars. He was really patient and friendly. He made a list of exactly what I wanted and showed me just that. I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for, a Ford Focus Titanium sedan. It was a long process since I'm a first time buyer, but everyone there was doing what they could to make this a positive experience for me and help me out in any way that they could. Once the whole finanancing process was done with, George took the time to show me how everything in the car works and answered all of my questions. I walked out of there with the Focus and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend this place!

I had no intention of buying a car, I just tagged along with my boyfriend to view the card that he wanted. After spending some time looking at some daily driver cars for him, I decided to look into possibly buying one of my own. I ended up test driving a Mazda CX-7 and fell in love. As a first time buyer, I had heard all the horror stories about the process of buying a car and was a little nervous. I was pleasantly surprised however to find how willing AutoNation Ford was to work around my requests. I worked primarily with George Fielding and appreciated how I didn't feel pressured into making one decision over another. George listened to me and worked hard to understand my needs and desires and pick the best car that fit me. If I didn't want a feature or package, I wasn't pressured into purchasing it. The day of purchase, I wound up working with Dixon Falodun and was equally pleased with his services. Both men made themselves readily available to any questions I might have.My only complaint about the process was about how confusing the proposals were. The cost of the same care seemed to change with each proposal, and I kept being told not to look at the total amount of what I am paying but to only focus on the monthly payment. It was confusing to see the numbers change so much and understand why or how,. I realize this had nothing to do with either George or Dixon, but was really a "numbers game" played with someone in the back room. Overall, however, I am happy with my Ford 2016 SE and would buy from this dealer again.

Stopped by randomly and discovered the Ford Fusion and decided I'd get it if the price is right. Because I have kids I wasn't able to sit at the dealership for hours and negotiate so I went hope and the dealer I spoke with and myself emailed for a few days until I was satisfied with the price. Everyone was kind and courteous despite meBeing a little difficult. Once we agreed upon the terms I came in and signed the papers and drove off in my new car. Fast and easy and affordable. The only only drawback was that I wish the dealership had more snacks and drinks available while we waited.

I got a quite reasonable quote from them four weeks before I visited AutoNation FORD Valencia . About three days before the visit, they notified me FORD has introduced the Label Day specials and made it more attractive. When I arrived at the dealer, the sales person Branden Bender drove us around the lots to find the car I was looking and we finally found it. Mr Bender was very professional in explaining the price differences with different models/options and what FORD discounts we were qualified for. It didn't take us long to reach an agreeable price. The purchase process was quite smooth without a lot of hassle.

The buying experience was very different from other dealers that I have used in the past. The gal I dealt (Online - Ecommerce Salesperson) with had a very approachable, non-pushy way about her. She made me feel at ease, as buying a car is a very stressful. She setup my cell phone for me and showed me all the bells and whistles the car has. We gave each other at hug at the end of my purchase. The financial manager was also awesome and made that process a breeze. From previous conversations, Dixon knew what we wanted and he called us right away when they got a few in, as this model did not start shipping until after the first of the year. The experience was wonderful however, I suggest that they have more than one finance manager on staff on any given day as there was a long wait to finish my paperwork.

Went in on Superbowl Sunday to test drive a new Ford Escape. The service was great. Chris T. showed me all the features of the new car and was a great help. A few days later I returned to the dealership to buy the car and was helped by Dixon P. and Mike, both were great in helping me buy my first car. I can't thank them enough for making the process easier and fun. I recommend all of them to those who are looking to buy a vehicle from Valencia Ford. Thanks you guys!!

They say no haggle but I found that I needed to ask for what I wanted. It saved me money. Very nice and knowledgeable team. I appreciate the advantages of dealing with a reputable company that has the customers interest at heart as well as making a profit. I am glad they know you can do both.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My sales man Mirza Baig was extremely responsive to all my needs and was also patient, as it took me a while to make up my mind as to what car I wanted to buy. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. AutoNation Ford may be a little smaller then some of the larger high volume monster dealerships in the Valley, but don't be fooled by all their advertising gimmicks. AutoNation was still able to give me a super great price, with much better "one on one" customer service then other dealerships. A+++ rating.

I had a good experience at the Valencia AutoNation Ford. I went in just to look but ended up buying my Ford Escape. Mr. Rutherford was very courteous and helpful. This was my first experience in buying a car by myself. I am enjoying my Escape.

I was looking to build an F350 crane truck with a very specific crane. Bill Henderson was my salesman and he was great. He got me a quote very fast and got me a very good price. I appreciate great fleet service with fair pricing and no funny stuff. Bill made my purchase very easy and I will definitely be buying my next truck here. Also Amin the fleet manager was also very helpful.

This was the worst car buying experience Ive ever had!!!! I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. From the Internet sales rep Steve Lewis to the Finance person Ty Woods I have never dealt with such dis-honest, self-serving people. They wouldnt accept my Capital One Blank Check (this is a pre-approval with Capital One) because they told me Capital One declined me. They were so kind as to find me a bank that would finance me that was of course through their finance department How convenient! They made me feel like an absolute looser! Like they were doing me a big favor and I should be so lucky!!! When I called Capital One to find out why I was decline since I was already approved with a blank check I was told that they had declined an application from AutoNation Ford because I already had an approved application with them and they werent going to approve 2 applications for the same person with the same car! I was told by Capital One that they did that so I would see the supposed decline and use their available financing at a higher rate I might add. Steve the sales person knew nothing about the car he was trying to sell me (its a good thing I had already done all of the research myself) and had me come back to the dealership twice. This should have been my first clue! Ty Woods NEVER listened to me. I live in a small mountain community where the only way to get mail is at the Post Office via a PO Box. The USPS doesnt even recognize our street address and I had to provide a utility bill to show my physical street address. I re-iterated several times that all correspondence should be sent to the PO Box. The PO Box is our mailing address, and we do not get mail at home! 2 months later Im still waiting for my license plates and registration Why? Because they sent my physical address to the DMV and the DMV mailed my plates and registration to my home address which technically doesnt exist with the USPS so they were returned to the DMV!!!! I will never go back!!! Please think twice about buying a car with AutoNation Ford Valencia if you want a good car buying experience. If youre looking for a horrible customer service experience with lying and cheating than this is the place for you!

Everyone was very Friendly. My sales Associate, Jacob R. was very inviting, down to earth, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me. I appreciated that he listened to my questions and didn't force unwanted information on to me. He stayed by my side through the whole buying process, and has kept in touch afterwards to check in and see if I have any questions. I would definitely recommend visiting and checking out this dealership.

I went to automation ford valencia because it was closest to my home and although they did not have what I wanted in there innovatory they went out to another dealer and found what I wanted. The buying experience was no pressure and a wonderful experience I cannot give a repair report because the truck is only 4 days old all in all I would recommend them for a new car or truck purchase.

Bought a 2014 Explorer XLT a few weeks ago - very painless process. I made an appointment with Roy Witmer to come in on my lunch hour and when I arrived Roy was ready to go and the vehicle I had preselected from the website was clean and ready to go. After a quick test drive, back to the office to go over the paperwork for the new vehicle as well as the turn-in of my existing lease. We agreed on a deal and I returned to work letting them know I'd be back after work to finish the deal. When I returned, the new vehicle had been detailed and Roy took it to put gas in while I was waiting for the finance guy. Finance was probably the least friendly person I met at the dealer and I had to ask him for paperwork I knew I needed but he hadn't offered to me - glad I've bought/leased a car or 2...or 15 over the years and knew what to ask for. Other than that, the facilities definitely aren't up there with Galpin...no Starbucks in sight and the soda machine is outside...but for the short amount of time I was there it was comfortable enough. Can't say enough good things about Roy though - if you need an easygoing, friendly, knowledgeable salesman - give him a call.

Had a great experience. The internet sales team at Auto Nation Ford in Valencia searched for multiple cars for me before my arrival. When I showed up to look at their inventory they were more than helpful showing me multiple Explorers. The buying process was painless and casual. They have been great answering my questions after the sale as well. Second car I have purchased from this group in Valencia. More to come!

Automation was the best. We went to Galpin first because we thought they had the best prices but when we sat down to make A deal sticker price went up $2,000 could not get the payment we needed . Autonation there was no haggling we told them what we needed and we got what we wanted. Everyone was nice especially our sales person Phil Redrow. It was so nice not arguing back and forth for a good price we were presented with the best price right away . And we have purchased at least 15 different cars from other dealerships.

I live in Valencia and recently had my Father's F250 serviced at AutoNation Ford Valencia, they treated my father so well and did such a good job that I decided to purchase my new F150 from them. It was the best buying experience that I have ever had. It was fast, effecient and fair. If this is the way that al AutoNation stores operate I will purchase and service all of my cars with AutoNation.

Never been lied to so much in my life. I was told I had a deal so I arranged financing only to be told that the truck I was buying was not there and I would have to wait for three days for it to arrive ( I was told it was getting a utility bed that I wanted built) three days later the truth came out. It was not there. It was in another dealers inventory and they sold the unit. They told me that they could order me one but it would be $4000 over the previous price. DRIVE TO GALPIN

This dealership wants to sell vehicles. I drove 1 hour to this location and was not disappointed. The local dealership where I live didn't want to deal. So I headed to Valencia, California where they met my needs. Go and see for yourself. I recommend Autonation.

My wife and I worked with Howard Rutherford at the dealer to lease our new 2013 Ford Fusion Energi. It was great to be able to walk in, give him the layout of what I knew, what I needed to know and what my current finance options are. Howard worked with us and the other staff at the dealer to make sure we had what we needed with the price we wanted to pay. The location is clean, the staff is nice. One of the best parts, they did not make me feel like they are trying to hide from you. The floor is well lit, the offices all have glass walls. The staff was more than willing to talk to us. It might be the simple things, but it makes a difference when you can look back at the end of the deal and know that they are willing to take care of you. Howard also helped when I had a few simple questions a week later. That is great to me!

I don't even know where to begin. This was the best car dealership I have ever had the experience of working with. Every single person was pleasant and I enjoyed speaking with all of them. All of the staff members through the process from managment to financing were top knotch. My car salesman, Roy, was definitely on my side and helped me in every way he could. Including follow up calls later that day in order to make sure everything was to my level of satisfaction. Again I can't say enough good things about not only the dealership but the experience of buying a car from AutoNation Ford in Valencia. Five star staff.

Where do I Start, 5 Stars all around, I got 3,000 more for my trade than Galpin Ford offered, Better price on a new 2014 GT and it had all the options that I wanted. You see Power Ford of Valencia is owned by a network of dealers that is 5 x larger than Galpin Ford could ever be. So they were able to easily locate the car of my dreams, When Galpin only tried to shove the wrong car that they had in stock down my throat. The General Manager Dennis Hawkins went out of his way to shake my hand and thank me for giving him the business. The salesperson , Steve Jones was a first string salesperson, really a cut above. No hassle interaction and STRAIGHT talk pricing. If you want to call Steve he answers at the first ring (661) 907-1235 and if for any reason he does not answer he is busy selling your neighbor a car so leave a message. Trust me it's worth waiting for a call back. This is not some BS review someone asked or paid me to do. This is 100% genuine and you will not regret it.

After a terrible experience at another dealer, I was pleased to find that Power Ford Valencia was genuinely interested in getting me in to the truck I wanted. Before driving to the dealer, I gave my salesman Carl Lythcke a stock number (from their website) and when I arrived he had the truck ready for a test drive. Also, I had my grandaughter with me and Carl had some crayons in his desk for her. THIS WAS TRULY THE BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I was in the market for a Ford Edge SEL model. I heard of Power Ford online and contacted them. I spoke with Carl who is their internet manager. He went over the costs of the car and gave me their very best price-no haggling involved which I really liked. As the particular car I was interested in wasn't in stock at their lot Carl found one and personally went to another dealer and picked the car up. What service!! David in the finance dept. was also a pleasure to work with. He explained all of the forms to us very clearly and got us thru the process of all the paperwork in a very timely manner. All in all a very nice car buying experience.
