Mr Santos discovered a recall on my 2017 Santa Fee and in addition to rotating tires and oil change, he ordered the part for the shifter that was recalled and the process to get the car fixed under warranty was wonderful. Thank You Mr. Santos for doin such a great job.

I bought a car, from Hyundai Mall of GA, to eventually give to my son. At the first service I got to know Mr. Fisher who booked me in and gave me a lot of information about my car that I was not aware of. Over the next few services I got to know and trust Mr. Fisher and his group even though all the news was not always good (nails in two tyres), but at every visit, more was done than I expected. The care was cleaned, a thorough explanation of the service, coupons provided even though I did not have them when I walked in. Little things like this, and the rapport with Mr. Fisher make it hard to go to another dealership for my next new vehicle. I trust him and he spent time discussing the new Santa Fe Sport with me, which will be my next vehicle. He is not officially in the Sales group, but he sold me a new car because of his interaction and the way he represented Hyundai.

I really don't like the whole car buying experience. I avoid it mostly by waiting about 10 years to purchase a new vehicle each time. However, my recent experience at Hyundai Mall of Georgia, specifically with Justin Stavish (salesperson), was different than any I had ever experienced! I had narrowed down my choice of new vehicle between a Hyundai and Honda. I went for test drives at multiple dealers of each manufacturer. I never felt ANY pressure at Hyundai Mall of Georgia, and, in fact, was encouraged to "shop around". They confidently knew I would ultimately make the right decision! Once I had decided on the Hyundai Elantra, I then researched pricing. The financial discussion at Hyundai Mall of Georgia went smoothly and agreeably, and what normally can take 2 - 3 hours, was accomplished in about 1 hour. Most of that time was signing paperwork. The finance person went over all the options I had for payment and extras, and while he made sure I knew what I was accepting and wasn't accepting, I never felt pressure to take anything I did not want to pay for. I would definitely recommend the Hyundai Mall of Georgia dealership to all my family and friends! And, Justin Stavish is the salesperson I recommend!

Had to return to the dealership to get a new Key Fob for my new Santa Fe I just purchased. Assistant Service Manager Cassie Keelling was very nice and professional. She advised me there were a couple of TSB's to do on the vehicle. They were able to perform one while I was there but had to order parts for the other. She always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and the work was completed in a very timely manner. If you stop in for Service look for her, she wont let you down.

MOG Hyundai trains their staff to wear customers down. Know what you need before you enter there . They have great autos but NEVER COME ALONE. IT IS WISE HAVE SOMEONE WITH YOU coming into that dealership. Make no mistake they are there to make money off of you and not just give you a great deal. I asked Dan the finance man to remove my locking lug nuts and put them on my new car. He gave me a sad story just to keep them on my car. they proceeded to wear me down by showing me demos and trying to convince me I needed products after I chose the car I wanted. Next time I will buy online because he wants to spend 2 days and 9 hours buying a car they wanted? The Experience REALLY SUCKED!!!

I decided to do business with this dealership while visiting my daughter and awaiting the arrival of my first grandchild, who lives in the area. At the time, my son-in-law informed me that he was in the market for a new vehicle, to replace one of their family cars, and was looking at Hondas, Toyotas and Hyundais, the later based upon my positive experience of leasing a 2013 Sonata. Since my 2013 was coming to end of its lease and the dealer I leased it from in NJ had recently changed hands I decided to accompany my son-in-law in his search of a new car. We were very satisfied with the professionalism displayed by Lawrence Smith, as well as that of the GM, and other employees. I had found AutoNation Mall of Georgia on Google, and the high ratings they displayed were absolutely true. In addition, pricing was right and so the both my son-in-law and I were both happy to do business with the dealership. My only concern at this time is the difficulty that I'm having in registering my vehicle in NJ. However, the person I'm working with at the dealership to get this done has been very helpful, and has convinced me that she is working diligently to accomplish this task

This is the 4th Hyundai overall, and 3rd vehicle purchased from Mall of GA Hyundai . Amra Karic was absolutely fantastic. She is outgoing, professional and absolutely an asset to the Mall of GA staff. It is because of her that we have returned. We traded in a recently purchased Tucson due the serious safety issues regarding the transmission disengaging while in drive. It scared us to death. Mall of GA Hyundai met my expectation by trading me out of the Tucson into the Santa Fe, which we love so far. Price was great, Amra was exceptional but that is where our excellent experience ended. When we met with finance (I paid a cash difference) it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. Mind you we have owned over 60 vehicles over the years. El Rico was our Finance person. He started off extremely friendly and was conversational. Then once he offered extended warranties, paint protection and the like, it went down hill and very fast. El Rico clearly doesn't understand that "no" means "no" . He became belligerent and that quickly turned to an attitude when I declined the options he was trying to sell us. He questioned us with "why in the world would you NOT want any of these options? I again, for the 4th time now said no. I tried closing the conversation stating "Look I have owned over 60 vehicles; chances are I wouldn't experience the full benefits of any of the packages offered" He then said very curtly " well, I have sold more cars in the past 45 days then you have owned in your lifetime" Really?!?! Had this not been at the end of the paperwork process I would have got up and left. Bottom line: Amra is the reason they have kept my business.

The day I went to Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia I was a little apprehensive based on past experiences; I anticipated having to wait for service or feeling overwhelmed by sales personnel. Every part of this experience was better than expected. The car (Sonata Limited) was far and above every other car in it's class - and trust me, we test drove them all! The price that was agreed upon was lower than expected, and we didn't have to haggle for hours to get there. Our salesman was very informative, but not pushy. You could tell that he really wanted to make sure we were in the right car, and not just trying to push us to buy. Highly recommended.

Justin Stavish, our sales rep, was very professional and patient. He answered all my wife's questions without fail. He went beyond customer service by going back-n-forth between two store locations to retrieve our personal car and retrieve our umbrella that we left behind. Also, Martel Williams, the store manager, and El Rico Williams, the finance manager, were very patient with us and friendly. They also answered all our questions. This was a wonderful customer experience. The dealer is far removed from my home but it was worth the drive to save the money we saved. I'm just not quite so sure that my wife will want to travel so far (20 miles) for the routine maintenance because we have another dealer about 4 miles from our home.

The folks at Hyundai Mall of GA were very accommodating. They met me at the renal car locations where I was turning in my car. I have bought 3 hyundais from this dealership. they are willing to buy back a vehicle that is in great condition and that's how I've purchased 3 since 2012. they are pretty fair with their pricing and negotiating. however, the back office that handles the financing leaves a lot to be desired as far as after care follow-up is concerned. I had a matter that could have been resolved rather quickly and I must have called 4 different people about 3-4 times each before I gave up and decided i'd have to go there in person. not cool.

I had a genre of car I was interested in but wasn't familliar with the Hyundai offerings. Amra introduced herself and showed me several cars that would possibly meet my needs. I actually visited the dealership three or four times before making my decision and purchasing my sonata. I had been looking at the Honda Accord and the sonata. My decision was influenced greatly by Amra's patience and willingness to allow me to work through my process. She made me aware of information that would allow me to compare the cars without trying to do a hard sell. I will definitely recommend Amra as well as this dealership to anyone looking for a car. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and very good to work with.

Excellent Dealership and team to deal with. I emailed Martel Williams with specifics on the car I wanted and how I wanted it configured. He replied back very quickly with an out the door price I really couldn't believe. I worked with Martel Williams and Jim Truglio through the email process until my deal was done. Only thing left was the trade-in when I arrived at the dealership. They gave me what I had expected it to be. They had the car ready for inspection and test drive upon arrival. After that, all I had to do was sign the papers. Oh the price did change once I got there. They left off a rebate :) and THEY brought it to my attention. Another $500 off the low price they had quoted me. How many dealers would have done that? No back and forth between salesman and manager like at most dealerships. A dealership and salesmen you can trust. What a concept! This is my 4th Hyundai, but my first from Auto Nation in Buford. I will be back in a few years when I am ready to trade up. 2016 Sonata Limited/Ultimate.

Very happy with the sales staff, Martel and Manjic were great. Had a lot of problems with the paperwork. Rebate not included initially so had to meet Finance off site next day to sign new form. Could not be issued temporary tag. Told there was a hold from the tag office. Numerous calls turned up no issue. Still do not have tag paperwork. Also, still waiting to receive payment for trade in. This part of the process has been unacceptable! Never had this much hassle in the past.

When a problem arose with the car I had picked for purchase, Auto Nation located the same car at another location and Mike drove it to the dealership the same day. On my first road trip with the car, I got a piece of metal in one of the tires. The car's system alerted me to the problem in time for me to reach a safe location. I was a little unsure as to my best course of action so I called Mike. He reminded me of how to locate the roadside assistance phone number and explained the process to me. He even asked me to let him know when things were resolved. It helped to talk to someone I knew. Roadside assistance arrived promptly, put the spare on, directed me to a nearby location where I could get the tire repaired and I was on back on the road in very little time. I feel I have made a great decision both in the car I selected and the people I chose to do business with.

Bought a new Hyundai Sonata Sport. Within weeks of the purchase the radio entertainment system start acting funky. Essentially when the car was started first time in the day the screen would blank in and out, change into multiple colors, go dead, come back alive and finally on most days after a minute or two it stabilized. It took three different videos on three different days, to show what it does. Took it to a dealer in Duluth and one in Conyers and showed them the video. Although they accepted what the video showed, they told me I had to leave my car with them overnight, so they could simulate or emulate I should say, the dysfunctional startup, so they could order me a new radio under warranty. I didn't want to leave my car and decided I'd wait until the entertainment system died totally to have it addressed. Well, it did die for two days, then came back to life doing the wacky startup. So I showed the videos to the asst. service manager (Mr. Dalton) and top mechanic at AutoNation Hyundai. After looking at it, they said, "we agree it is dying". They ordered me a new stereo system, told me when it came in, installed it and it is working fine! (Mr. Dustin the other service writer, sat with me in my car to make sure all things were working right! The point is they, 'saw the issue, accepted the issue and did something about it'. I didn't have to leave my car. It wasn't that complicated, geez! So it was my first service on my new Hyundai, right? So, obviously AutoNation Hyundai will be my first stop for future service. Dalton or Dustin.

Just bought a car from them last week and it was an easy experience. I felt they were able to come up with terms that I could work with and they were very helpful. I bought a used car that didn't have an owner's manual/service manual with it and they offered to send me one. I haven't received one or had anyone to tell me that they had sent for one. That is the only reason I haven't given 5 stars. I would not discourage anyone from going to AutoNation Hyndai, however.

I had a problem with my 2011 Hyundai Genesis proximity sensors working intermittently. I had taken the vehicle multiple times to Rick Case Hyundai service department for service but they could not fix the problem. I took the car to AutoNation Hyundai and spoke with Associate Service Manager (Dustin Nelson) and he said they will fix the car. A warranty part was replaced and the car was fixed in 10 minutes. Now that is what I call excellent service. I will now take my vehicle to AutoNation for service and keep them in mind when I am ready to purchase another vehicle in the future. I highly recommend this dealership especially for service.

First - the highlight - Willie Coleman was one of the nicest salesmen I have done business with. Anyone purchasing a car here should seek him out. His communication was outstanding. His demeanor is very hospitable and accommodating. My wife and I were driving by the Auto Nation Fiat and noticed a used vehicle we were interested. The price on the windshield drew us in. Willie was quick to provide us with the information we requested, and we were allowed to take the vehicle for a very thorough test drive. We worked the deal smoothly, and purchased a vehicle we were very pleased with. The only minor "grievance" that I have with this dealership is the exorbitant documentation fee. This fee was almost twice that charged by a nearby dealership that I purchased a used vehicle at last year. Fortunately the sales team was willing to work with us to make that hurt less. Honestly, due to this fee, I now know to ask this question first!

Willie Coleman is an excellent sales associate. He is thorough, makes sure you get all the information you will need and he works as your partner, not as a high pressure sales person. He follows up in an effective, non-pushy way, and he makes sure everyone else at AutoNation has done what they are supposed to have done for you. The only reason I rated the buying process as a 4 rather than a 5 is the finance paperwork phase of the process. Like most other dealerships, AutoNation still has not brought this step of the process into the 21st century. I waited an hour for a finance manager to become available. Most of the work could have been completed before someone tries to sell me an extended warranty - which is what I believe drives this step of the buying process. So even though this step was a negative, it is not a reason not to go to AutoNation because you likely will encounter the same thing at every dealership. Willie introduced me to a Service Adviser (Rhonda) who made me really want to come back here for service. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership.

After negotiating in good faith and agreeing to a fair "out the door" price, my paperwork came back with the price plus their "non negotiable" $699 fee. Be aware that what these guys say is a price is not really the one you are getting. I wasted 50 miles and three hours and left angry and dissatisfied.The 699 fee was about 10% of the value of the used car I would have purchased.

This was our 2nd car purchase from this dealership in less than a month. Elizabeth worked with us over the internet to arrange price on new car and to have car ready when we got there. The sales Manager El Rico offered us a very good deal on our trade in (which had minor damage to front bumper). The car was ready our front, detailed with welcome VIP mat. Elizabeth spent time going over all the features of the car and making sure the car was perfect for us. We watched her going over a second car for another customer. She went over the car with the detailer very carefully to make sure was perfect and no spots. The General Manager Lance stopped by to make sure we were happy and being taken care of. Finance department worked hard to earn our business, we advised we were already approved through our credit union with a very good rate (2.29%), he asked if he could try to beat the rate do loan for us. He was able to get a us a better rate of 2.09%. The whole team went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and happy. This dealership is 2 1/2 hours away and we would go back to buy from them again even with the long drive. Of all the cars I have ever bought, I have never been treated so well from start to end (including after the sale).

This was my first experience buying a new car. I worked with Mark Cook and his sales manager Joe Baptiste. These guys were so great. They never pressured me in any way, bent over backwards to help, had excellent communication skills, and genuinely just wanted help me get the exact car I wanted. There was no price-haggling needed - they presented me with rebates and discounts right off the bat, knocking almost $6,000 off the price in one move. I thought the price was great and the buying process was completely painless and trouble free. I would happily recommend these guys. Not to mention the cars themselves - Hyundai has got to have the highest quality cars on the market right now at the best price. I still can't believe I got so much car for so little money. I came back to Autonation Hyundai Mall of GA several times to do follow up test drives to compare the Hyundai vechicles to other models that I was considering. We all know how car shopping can be - we haggle prices with the sales people, we jump from dealer to dealer to try and get the best deal, usually just to argue about price anyway. This could not be further from the truth when it came to AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia. The quote they gave us online was EXACTLY what they offered when we got there. They had our car in stock, they let us test drive it, and most of all they listened to us. After going to 2 other dealerships and playing the "car" game, we ended up here - we were in and out in 2 hours. I went to AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia for my first car purchase after a friend of mine had a positive experience there. I did my research online and found the car I wanted, then showed up at the dealership. After informing them that I knew what car I wanted and needed to be in and out quickly (had to get to class that night), Dwayne took me to the car to test drive. When we got back, I told them I would be back the next day to sign the paperwork if they would send me the drive-off price to review that night. Joe sent me the price that night, which was lower than I'd expected. I accepted the price and asked Joe if he could get the paperwork ready so we could finish up everything the next day. When I showed up, I was in and out in under 45 minutes, paperwork signed and keys-in-hand. It was likely faster because I set up financing through my credit union, but I was very impressed that everything moved so smoothly. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new Hyundai.

If it were not for the great efforts and wonderful customer service of Curtis, I don't know what we would have done. My husband I found the car we wanted online, went to the car lot and test drove it. Curtis didn't try to pressure us or sell us on something else that we didn't want. He was very patient with me while I tried to explain what I wanted (when I wasn't even sure if I knew!). He took the time to show me multiple cars meeting my qualifications and inside my price range. I took some time looking around myself and going to other dealerships that day but ended up back at AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia because of the exceptional customer service I had already experienced. Long story short, both Michael and Curtis were able to assist me in test driving a few of their used Hyundai Tucsons (I was in the market for a small SUV after my previous Hyundai Santa Fe had been totaled). I ended up finding one that was the right fit at the perfect price (well below estimated value on various websites) and honestly had fun doing it. I even had to return my rental car by myself somehow and they assisted me in driving to Enterprise and driving me back to the dealership.BONUS: After dealing with all the paperwork and working with Wesley in finance (who was also amazing!) and being handed the key to my new car, I realized when I got back home that I did not have the keyless remote fob or an owner's manual. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealer. The sales associate and the way I have been treated by the service advisor and my limited experience with the Parts Department have always impressed me positively. I will continue to use this dealer for my service and maintenance, and I expect to make another purchase here in the future. This dealer's prices are fair and appear to be very competitive. I have at least three Hyundai dealers closer to my home, but I will go the extra distance to use Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia.

I like hyundai sonata hybrid, it is nice car and is not very satisfied with 36 - 40 mile / gallon or MPG 37 combined city/hwy , and made average new vehicle 25 MPG, and my question is ? Where is the avertising for 37 MPG ? Because my wish was low miles per gasoline gallon!

Dalton Fisher in the service department is amazing. Not only does he have a warm, calm manner he went the extra mile to help me. I couldn't be more greatful. I explained to him that I have a bad shoulder and can't wash my front window...he washed all of them for me. My contract on my blue link package had expired, I asked him if he could call and get me reconnected, he took care of everything for me (I did need to pay for this...the reconnection not the call.). He was so patient with me that I was really touched. I worked in public service all my working years, this man is outstanding. I love this dealership, this is my second Sonata and couldn't be more pleased. By the way, being older I even got to give Dalton a big hug.

I've never bought a car before, and went to a different Hyundai dealership prior to this one. The other was awful and almost made me reconsider buying, but Autonation was friendly and accommodating. The salesman wasn't too pushy and was fairly patient. The finance guy was very helpful and managed to lower my interest rate and final vehicle price without me pushing him hard. Overall, a peaceful car buying experience with a decently friendly staff. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a Hyundai.

We recently purchased a new home, closed on Tuesday, June 9th and had to go out and purchase a new car on Saturday....talk about stress! I've sold Jags in the past and so was aware of all of the processes required. Have to say that El Rico Williams and the folks at AutoNation in Buford, GA were incredible. El Rico spent all of the required time with us to inform us of all of our options and we ended up driving off the lot with a 2016 Elantra with everything we could possibly desire instead of a 2015 model. El Rico has been following up with us continually to make certain that we are 100% satisfied with our purchase and WE ARE! Love the car and all of the great features Hyundai has included on this model. My husband is 6'4" and he fits into it perfectly. It's spacious enough when you drop the back seats to fit lots of moving boxes into it and has a truly incredible open and comfortable seating area. We have a 2003 Santa Fe that we have over 230,000 miles on and she's still driving great, hence the reason we when back to another Hyundai...after my husband's Jeep bit the dust here recently. I would highly recommend El Rico and the staff at the AutoNation in Buford, GA to all of our friends and especially the 2016 Elantra. We've already had friends and neighbors admiring it. Great drive and value for the price!!!

Recently, on Tax Day, 4/15, I had the pleasure of purchasing a new car from AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia. I originally spoke with Fred Scott. While speaking with Mr. Scott on the phone, I brought up their website to review the inventory on their lot. After finding a couple cars I thought may meet my requirements, I scheduled to meet Mr. Scott the following morning between 10:30 and 11:00. When I arrived, I was not swarmed by a pack of hungry sales persons. That was a pleasant welcoming. Instead, a friendly receptionist greeted me. Since Mr. Scott was not available, he asked another person to take care of me; Mr. Willie Coleman. Willie was OUTSTANDING!! He took time to allow me to ask questions about the different models. He explained the differences between models in a manner I could I understand. At no time did I ever feel rushed. Also at no time did I ever feel he was eager to make a sale. Willie is very courteous and professional. For example, while I was waiting, he offered me coffee, which I gladly accepted. They also had other drinks available. After selecting a new Hyundai Sonata, he took the time to explain a number of options that he thought I would find beneficial. His time and patience with me was greatly appreciated. After 35 years of buying cars from numerous sources, e.g new, used, curbstone, from friends, I found Willie and AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia to be the best encounter I've ever had.

El Rico Williams kept calling me as my 2013 hyundai elantra lease was ending and leaving me messages to call him. I wasn't going to return his call due to a previous bad experience while leasing my 2013 elantra. I was just gonna call hyundai and buy my elantra at lease end. I have enjoyed the car just didn't want to visit the dealership again. I decided to return his call and explained my issues of past with dealership. He apoligized and said give himself and the dealership a chance to make it right. I went and that is exactly what they did! The dealership had changed management and what a difference i could tell as soon as i arrived. I was greeted in parking lot and showed me to El Rico Williams. El Rico introduced me to Joel the sales manager. They bought my 2013 elantra out and put me in a new 2015 elantra for about the same price i was gonna pay for payoff of 2013 elantra . Wow! What an experience all the way thru getting it financed down to the car being detailed and fueled. El Rico you convinced me you are "the car guy" at Autonation Hyundai ! The whole process was quick and easy, El Rico Williams you are the best !

We had been looking for a new car for our daughter for a while and had settled on either a Kia Forte or Hyundai Elantra - both highly rated by Consumer Reports. We negotiated the deals via email and had initially decided to go with Rick Case Kia. The problem was that when we took the time to go over to Rick Case Kia they refused to honor the deal that they had agreed to in email. Very much like the typical "bad car salesman" experience you hear about so often. At that point we were done with Rick Case and Kia in general and decided to talk further with AutoNation Hyundai.That turned out to be an excellent experience. We negotiated with Joel Allen the sales manager and El Rico Williams via email and agreed on a deal. When we walked into the AutoNation dealership the experience couldn't have been more different that the Rick Case experience. They were pleasant, professional and great to deal with. They confirmed the price we discussed, completed the paperwork quickly - even going through the financing (better rate than our credit union) with the Business Manager, Wesley, was a very painless experience. None of the "hard sell" normally associated with that part of the car sell. I highly recommend taking your business to Joel and El Rico at AutoNation, I'm certainly glad we did.

I took my Hyuandai Elantra in for regular service. I met Willie Coleman and Melvin. I had received a few calls about trading in my car but wasn't sure I was ready for that. But these guys made the process so easy. Willie went above and beyond in helping me find the car that was just right for me at this time. I decided on a Santa Fe Sport which is the biggest car I've ever owned. But the safety rating and room really made the decision easy. It is my third Hyundai car. found the perfect used car on cars.com and called the dealer. Talked with Paula Sosebee by phone, who answered all questions and invited us in. Car looked absolutely showroom new. No hard-selling. Paula was very knowledgeable and supportive. She let us know exactly what to do, as we were using our own financing. Picked up the check, came back next day. Car was waiting and detailed nicely. Sanober Nichols, in Finance was also very efficient and nice. Got us out in very short order! Will buy from Paula again and will refer friends. Very nice experience, for what is normally a high-stress, takes forever process!

I usually dread dealing with dealerships...hate the haggling back and forth, long waits for them to talk it over with their manager, etc. That wasn't the case with AutoNation Hyundai at Mall of Georgia. I did my research, had a ball park figure of a fair price when I walked in the door, so I was pleasantly surprised when they did not make me wait, plus met my price. My salesperson, El Rico, was not only very professional but just a nice person to do business with. I am one of those female buyers who would rather get a root canal than have to deal with buying a car from a dealership! Well, that is a past mindset now that I have dealt with AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia. El Rico Williams was my customer service agent and he didn't waste my time with those back and forth tactics that are so annoying. After doing some research on the internet, I had a price in mind that would work for me. As I was planning a Christmas trip to Disney with my adult daughter I scheduled a routine maintenance check at Hyundai Mall of GA. I thought I'd be there for an hour and head out to finish a host of errands. I had taken the day off because not only am I a teacher full time but I also drive for Uber and my car is very important to me. While I was waiting Fred approached me and asked me about looking into a new vehicle since mine had 94,000+ miles. I truly loved the idea but knew my credit was not where it needed to be for such a purchase. Poor Fred was so patient with me since I refused to be victim to "the sales pitch". He checked on my credit, had my Santa Fe looked at and drove me around in a new Sonata. ( I wouldn't drive what I didn't think I could have) After much work on Fred's part and lots of patience on his part they were able to get me into a 2015 with my payments remaining within my budget. It was awesome driving to Orlando in my new car on one tank of gas. I'm back at Uber again and my riders are all excited to be in a new vehicle and enjoying that new car smell. Thanks Fred

I have had a recent terrible experience with Carriage Kia so I really dreaded buying a new car and dealing with ANY dealership, but Willie Coleman made it much easier that I expected. Wille demonstrated so much patience with me. He wasn't pushy. He didn't try to sell me more car than I wanted. He helped me find the car I wanted to achieve my goals. I would recommend Willie to anyone looking for a new car for the best price with no hassle! My only recommendation would be for the finance person to be just as kind after you turn him down for the add on service plan, extended warranty etc. as he was before. The buyers purchase or denial of these plans should not affect his behavior. I understand that this is his job to sell these products, but they are not for every educated consumer and this should not change how you are treated.

I have purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Jinetta Brown, Sales Consultant at the Mall of Ga location. She was very helpful from start to finish to make the experience as painless as possible. I was still in love with the car I traded in and had been driving for the last 8 years. The Hyundai has a lot of extras that I wouldn't have expected and more room than it looks like from the outside. It will seat five and has loads of trunk space. The preferred package is worth the extra money (Bluetooth and cruise control, etc, that you can operate from the steering wheel) and heated seats are just a few of the options that I didn't have before. Great gas mileage, best warranty of any other car I had looked at is another benefit. The car handles really well and I can't say enough good things about the staff at Hyundai Mall of Ga. Very professional and helpful each step of the way. Jinetta was so helpful explaining everything about the car and went above and beyond to help me. Great Job! Carolyn H

I moved to Buford a few weeks ago from New York and needed a car immediately. Prior to my arrival I communicated with the sales manager and he guaranteed me that his team would definitely find me a car in my price point. He also offered to pick me up from my home since I was not familiar with the area and without a car. I arrived on a Friday and was introduced to Fred Scott and Willie they both were amazing, accommodating, and very patient with me. I was shown several vehicles and finally decided on the Kia Sorento and very pleased with my car. After my purchase Fred sent me an email stating if I had any questions to contact him. My family and I had a great car buying experience at Mall of GA Hyundai recently. I called the dealer to schedule a test drive and spoke to Regina in customer service who set me up with Tonya our salesperson. From the moment we walked on to the lot we were treated first class. Tonya took us on a long test drive in a Santa Fe Sport through back roads and highway to get a good feel for the vehicle. We drove for about twenty minutes before getting back to the lot and was asked if I wanted to drive anything else. Mind you, It's almost closing time and we had no plans for making a deal. We took her up on her offer and decided to test drive the "turbo" package. We had a good time and laughed a lot. After a week of doing more research, I finally decided on the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I took my old car to get appraised which was quick and easy. I still hadn't made a decision on which package to get, so Tonya quoted me some prices on a couple of different models and showed me the invoices. Not at any time did I feel any pressure whatsoever to buy a car. I went home with a brochure and decided to think about it. That evening I reached out to Tonya and told her that I wanted a Marlin Blue Turbo. When she got back to me, she said they didn't have the color I wanted, but they could find it. The next day Joel one of the sales managers called to let me know they found several Santa Fe's within 150 miles that they could get if I wanted. All I needed to do was go to there and sign some paperwork, so they could go get the one I wanted. I drove to Mall of Ga Hyundai to meet Tonya and sign the transfer forms. Before I signed any papers, I asked her what they had on the lot that most matched the vehicle I wanted. She went outside and got the Cabo Bronze Santa Fe Sport and we sat in it for a minute. She then told me to go park it next to some of the other colors for comparison. I'm so glad we did that, because after much debate and some "alone time", I decided on the Cabo Bronze. Once the decision was made, I went home to get my wife and her checkbook! I couldn't believe how easy and fast the buying process was. We were in and out of there in no time...amazing! The car was cleaned, filled with gas and ready to go. Tonya spent some more time with us showing me all of the features I needed to know before leaving and we were done. I know this review is a little on the long side, but maybe somebody out there is like me and can't decide on what to invest their hard earned money on and need something to show them a sign. If that's the case, do yourself a favor and give the folks at Mall of Ga Hyundai a chance. We were treated first class every step of the way and couldn't be happier.

I went ot Auto Nation Fiat for a new Fiat. I was quite specific in what I wanted and in no hurry to make a purchase. After several months of not seeing what I wanted I did see a cute trade in on the lot. It was being sold "as is" and was a bit pricey. After two weeks it was still on the lot and the Fiat I wanted had still not materialized. I looked more closely at the trade in. the sales rep was very patient with me and answered every question I asked. The test drive was fine and I chose to buy the trade in "as is". I have been very happy with my car. The purchase price was negotiated, the pick up date was negotiated ( i love a bit far from the dealer) and the follow up has been professional. IF I ever need to buy a car again, I will go back to this dealer.

I just recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Azera which is a CPO vehicle. My husband purchased a 2010 Sante Fe from Hyundai Mall of GA a couple of years ago. We had a great experience then and continue to come in periodically for scheduled service visits. I have had my eye on the Veloster for a couple of years now and went to the dealership a couple of weeks ago just to test drive one. I purchased a brand new Hyundai Sonata a couple of weeks ago and I had a great experience! It was very easy (although lengthy, but when is buying a car not?) I was able to find exactly what I wanted and what I was comfortable with in regards to payments without feeling like I was being pushed into anything. I had gone a few places before coming here and I just wasnt getting the right feel from any of the car dealers. They were either way too pushy, seemed friendly but more of a fake friendly, all they cared about was selling a car. Here at Auto Nation I felt the dealer I worked with genuinely cared about me, he wanted me to do what I wanted to do and was not pushing me towards anything I didnt feel comfortable with. It was a very easy process and I HIGHLY recommend coming here!

I bought a used vehicle from autonation a few weeks ago they did very well with helping me get in the car and with the paperwork process. I left right after work and got there right before closing they had the paperwork ready and car cleaned for me which was the only plus. But about 2 too 3 weeks after my purchase the starter goes out on my vehicle so I contact autonation and ask will they repair or help with repairs since it hasnt even been 30 days since I left the lot. They denied me multiple times and done nothing to help or try to help me. I had not even got my tag or insurance not even made my 1st payment on the car and they still would not help out what so ever. So I would not recommend Fiat autonation in Buford Ga for this very reason. They do all they can to get you in and get a sale but as soon as you leave the lot they could careless about you or the car. So there for I will not ever buy a vehicle from them again.

This is my fifth hyundai. I have always been treated so great at the dealership whether I am going in for a trade or having my car serviced. The service department and representatives there are very thorough and dont push any repairs on you that are not needed. I have a great warranty and they always do what is suppose to be done and make suggestions for upcoming servicing just to make sure I keep my car running great without any extra repairs... I just love my Hyundai. This is probably my last car purchase since I am near 70 and I work part time and just have my Social Security but that is why I feel confident with my last purchase, the Sonata, which is alot of luxury for me and has plenty of room and gets good gas mileage and is a very pretty car. I get lots of compliments on it. I am proud to be a Hyundai owner, and would recommend Auto Nation Dearlership to anyone looking for a good honest deal for a good car with great warranties. Thanks to Rhonda and Joe and to all the service people that I do not see. God Bless all of you and your dealership to continue to thrive. With Customer Service that you give you will have no problems keeping happy customers. I always recommend Hyundai's when I talk to someone who is thinking of trading. My wife and I were looking to purchase a pre-owned car last weekend. We went to several Hyundai dealerships in the area, all of whom were very rude and pushy. As the last stop for the day, we came to AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia. We were welcomed by a sales woman named Julie. She was very easy to work with and did not push us to buy anything we didn't want or need. She showed us a 2011 Veracruz that they had on the lot. My wife loved it and we told Julie we would come back the next day to work out a deal. On our way home, Julie called and said that they had received another VeraCruz - which would be Certified - and asked us to come back. To make a long story short, we worked out a great deal with them and they even helped find the best financing deal to suit our needs. We will never go back to the other dealerships (Rick Case). Julie and her fellow employees - Joel (Manager), Brian (General Manager) and Nick (Financing) will go down in our books as the easiest and best car buying experience we have ever had.

For almost two weeks I had spent almost all night long looking through the Internet at car dealers in Atlanta for a yellow or red if I had to settle for it in a low mile well maintained 95 or 96 Corvette. I have a 98 never seen a raindrop black Corvette with 21,xxx miles on it but I wanted a C4 for my daily driver. I had almost committed to a trade for a red 95 model with 87,000 miles and it was at a dealer on the west end of town which would put it only around fifty miles from home. The. Next night suddenly it appeared, a yellow 95 Corvette and in the pictures of interior and exterior it appeared to be just what I was looking for and I filled out the form. The next morning I received a call from Martel Williams from AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia. He was very helpful and informative without being pushy. It was a 90 mile drive and I had to be assured that the car was in good condition which Martel did. Upon arrival I found the car to be as he said it would be and after road testing the car we came to an agreement after a short negotiation. The entire group that I had any contact with were very sincerely friendly and courteous.

This is the 2nd car I have bought there. Paula was a joy easy to work with and made the experience a good one! I was surprised that the used Jeep I wanted to buy had some rust and issues with leaks that were not even dealt with before putting on the lot. This made me very skeptical, but they did repair everything for me. The detail job was also not good. There were dirt and leaves still in the glove box and the back seat pocket. Kyle, the manager, was very friendly. The finance girl, Porcha (?), was very rude and short with me. I did not buy any of the extended warranty stuff, so I guess she was not happy about her lack of commission and I really don't care. She should be nice regardless!!!

Playing the old bait and switch game. Lured me all the way from East Cobb during rush hour to Buford. I asked the sales guy 4 times before I drove out, "this deal won't change"? He lied. Got me in the door, did the test drive, ready to close the deal then boom! He then said, oh, I was mistaken. Then the manager came out and said...." But we can sell it to you for THIS price! These guys are shady and no one plays these games anymore. So go buy your Hyundai from someone you can trust.

I bought a 2013 Elantra limited from Jinette Brown. Over the phone, I told her what I would pay for the car (all inclusive, out the door) and she worked with her team to get the price down to what I was willing to pay. We agreed on the price and I took my wife to test drive the vehicle. After we test drove the car we realized that we need some accessories, Jinetta included them and we bought the car in less than an hour. Like any other business they tried to get a few hundred dollars more when we were closing the sale but who wouldnt right? I stayed with my price and we closed the sale. My wife is happy with the car so that makes me happy!

He asked us about our needs in a car and showed us the options and features of the car. He was by far the BEST sales guy I have ever came across. We purchased the New Vehicle instantly, we felt safe and well taken care of when visiting Auto nation Hyundai Mall of Ga. Defiantly a good place to purchase a car. Plus the Finance department is so fast and quick, they explained everything on my loan. We would highly recommend going to see Julian when purchasing your next Hyundai vehicle." This is our second Hyundai we have purchased. The 2006 we had previously ran great. The reason for the new car purchase was an auto accident. We purchased the Elantra Limited automatic- this car drives like a dream. We love the roomy interior and the trunk space is awesome! The heated leather (front and back) seats and Bluetooth package, controls for the radio, cruise and trip information on the steering wheel are great. Our in-town fuel mileage has varied from 28 to 30 mpg and we are looking forward to our next trip to see what our highway mpg will be. If you're thinking about a new car purchase- and you want the most out of your money, I believe you will not go wrong buying this car from AutoNation Hyundai and Julian.

I bought my wife a 2013 Santa Fe Sport here in September, 2012. The experience then with Saban was very easy and relaxed and the dealer did everything they could to make us happy and get the sale. It was good enough that when my car started to die in June, I stopped by. Andre met me almost immediately and won my business. After taking my time and looking at other cars and other dealers, I showed up one afternoon and walked out later in the day with a 2013 Elantra GT. I think that my repeat business is a decent indicator of how nice these people are to work with. I only gave the "Buying process" less than 5 stars because the financing team was working with a customer buying 3 cars at once and they didn't stall him long enough to let the guy with only one get in front of him.

I have recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra which is a dream drive. I have never experienced in all my 50+ years such customer service, sales and financing as Autonation Mall of GA demostrated. I had already had my financing in place and did my homework regarding the car. Needless to say the financing manager offered to see if he could "beat" my financing with the supulations I had placed on him. Wow he did!!! Saved me money in this tight economy. My sales staff couldn't do enough to ensure that I had the deal i wanted and went home next day with my new car. I strongly recommend Autonation Mall of GA Hyundai and suggest you ask for Eli Rico or Elizabeth. You'll be amazed and not sorry you purchased from them. Keep up the tremendous work and smiling. It was a pleasure (and not all car purchases are a pleasure or fun)

I started my Genesis coupe 2.0T two days ago, and it was like it did not get gas. It eventually started and down the road just started to choke like it does not get gas. I stopped and when trying to start it again it was just turning the engine. I had it towed in thinking is was some blockage somewhere or some sensor. The guy from the dealership call me to say the engine was seized because the oil was old. He looked at the sticker in the window, and yes I was way over my service. I always run my vehicles on Mobile One. I take blame for the fact that I did not have the oil changed on time, but I had no signs of any issues. No engine light, no oil light, temperature gauge was always low, even on that day it seized. The person at the dealership(Larry) just said it did not want to turn and when the opened it up they saw oil sludge. They refuse to repair it under warranty, the car has 44 0000 miles on the clock. I also purchased a Hyundai Protection plan for $1894 dollars (Platinum plan). I call the company in Florida to find out if they will cover it. The person told me no. When asking what the difference then is between a normal warranty and this expensive extended plan his answers was is was not mandatory and nobody forced you to buy it I am willing to go all the way with this, but for now just want to warn potential buyers to stay away from Mall Of Georgia Hyundai

I was looking to trade in my old 2003 Honda Accord for something new. I had a very specific request for the 2013 Hyundai Elantra SE Coupe 6-speed manual. Andre Johnson, my salesperson, was on-point, very helpful and made the purchase fairly simple and easy. Even though the didn't have the car I wanted in stock, they were able to find it 200 miles away and had it driven up there to the Mall of GA location the very next day for me to pickup. I spoke with 4 dealerships in looking for this car and TeamHyundai was, by far, the best. They didn't give me the price I was looking for until I was closing off because I had gotten an offer from another dealership but I was going to have to wait for that dealership to get the vehicle in. TeamHyundai had the vehicle and matched the price. Buying the car was a smooth process. Paula was a great salesperson to work with. She wanted to find the vehicle I wanted in my price range. She was not pushy at all, but came across very sincere in helping me with the purchase of my new vehicle. She even went out and bought lunch for me while I was waiting for all of the paperwork to go through! Paula was a new associate and AutoNation does a great job in their training because she was more helpful and knowledgeable that salespeople at other dealerships who had been there for years. On things she wasn't familiar with, a more experience salesperson, Leah, was there to help and she was great as well! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, as well as the process of the purchase from TeamHyundai. Stress-free. Worry-free. Unbeatable financing (seriously - I shopped around on my own for a week and was approved for multiple loans through various credit unions and their financing beat all of them).

I bought a Hyundai Sonata from Mall of Georgia Hyundai and am very satisfied with both the "buying experience" and the car. Andre Johnson was very friendly and helpful in explaining the details of the Sonata and its various features - also the features of the dealership. There was a very minor problem with the gas cap door which the service department handled satisfactorily and quickly while giving me a loaner car while the work was being done. I also thought that the price was very good, as was the dealerships "lifetime" extended warranty on the power train.

From the receptionist to the salesmen, our experience was terrible. Absolutely no customer service skills and complete lack of communication on their part. Took 4 days to even get a response from them after I made several calls. I was told numerous times they would get back to me, without doing so. I had to initiate every call and the process was extremely exhausting. Finally after tracking down a head sales manager, I was finally given an answer, after being told they would call me to let me know the decision. (Of course I had to call to find this out as well) I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and will also be telling everyone about my experience with them. The excuse that a salesman is "new", does not make up for conducting a business in this manner. Completely ridiculous in my book. A little common courtesy goes a long way as does customer service.

As part of the process, I was introduced to Elizabeth Van Heusden who could not be more professional, making sure that i had a full understanding of the value of both the car and making sure my Hyundai experience would not leave me second guessing. Purchasing the SantaFe through Team Hyundai was a quick, easy and seemless transaction, with very reasonable pricing. Several months later I can say say that the Team Hyundai experience continues to be above my expectations, as good as any dealership I have conducted business over the past 20 years. Chris had the car ready to go upon my arrival for a test drive, honored my AAA savings certificate and met me on what I believed was a fair price for the car. Chris Hall sold us a beautiful black 2010 Vera Cruz SUV. We are enjoying it so much, and especially love the bluetooth in it, as well as the seat warmers and dual temp controls in back seat. It has all the bells and whistles. It is a very comfortable car to drive in and we recently took it to Nashville and were very pleased with it's performance. We averaged 20 miles/gallon which is great considering it is a V-6 and has 3 rows of seats. The buying process was painless and we got a very fair price on it as well. I had the pleasure of working with Joel on the recent lease of a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I had seen the photo in the brochure depicting the white model with all the upgrades. Joel worked with me to locate one in transit and we moved forward with the lease transaction. During the interim while we were waiting for the car to come into port and clear customs, etc., my son's 1995 truck broke down. Since the cost to repair it was more than the truck was worth, we went back to Joel and signed a another lease for a 2012 Hyundai for my son. Both he and I are very pleased with our vehicles and would recommend Joel as a sales person who takes the time to listen to your wants and "wish list" items for a new vehicle. I've also had the opportunity to take both vehicles into service for routine maintenance. Rhonda and the service staff have been very responsive and attentive to my needs. All in all, I would rate Team Hyundai Mall of Georgia very high in terms of customer satisfaction and would recommend them to any prospective Hyundai buyer.

Chris was the only salesman out of the three dealerships I visited (and the *many* others I contacted by email) who would actually give me a quote over email! And the car was actually still there when I visited the dealership! And he put no pressure on me to buy/ upgrade with expensive options, etc., etc.! Chris was so courteous, and so knowledgeable about cars in general; he made it pleasant to buy a new car. The only (minor) complaint I have is with the finance department. My finance guy tried every trick in the book to get me to finance with them, even though I made it clear that I was financing through my bank because they were giving me awesome terms. And he had the wrong vin# and/or price on the final buyer order. Just make sure you read everything *before* you sign and you will be happy.

Vern we felt put forth an honest effort and made us feel good about the deal. Team Fiat/Hyundai Mall of Georgia has a great online webpage to help you search for the car you want and compare all the details without having to leave your living room. I found the car I wanted to test-drive and left an online message. I was called the next day by Johnathan Burnett, he was very courteous and helped me set up an appointment. I knew he would be expecting me. He had my car pulled up and ready for the test drive. He even insisted I test drive it on highway and city streets. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly. It was easy to make the decision to buy my car there. Johnathan even helped me return my rental so I could drive my car home.Sam Memmolo assisted me with the payment procedure and laid out some options and was very helpful. Once decided, he made it a fast and easy transaction.It really doesn't get much better than this. I've been a Lincoln man for over 20 years. Ford offered me a lower interest rate to purchase the MKS. Comparing the two vehicles was night and day. The engine was much smoother and tighter on the Genesis than the MKS. Martel Williams not only blew the competition out of the water, his knowledge of the product was superb and impeccable. I was not only convinced by his expertise of this product. He got my best friend to trade in his sonata, pay cash for a hybrid and transfer service over to the mall of Georgia.

I have had an excellent experience with Team Hyundai from the minute I stopped in just to look. My salesperson Saban really took care of all my needs. As soon as the car I was looking for came he called me to make sure I could get there in time to be able to see it. The service dept has also be excellent. Appointments are easy to get and the folks there have taken really good care of me when I get there.

Great friendly stuff that makes sure when we agreed to certain info they do not change their word on you. We did not feel any press to buy the car. We test drove it one and came back after 3 to close the deal they where able to match best deal I got at my credit union. We had a smooth transaction doing business in buying our used town & country from them. Will recommend them to friends and family.

Overall pleasant experience. In and out in a couple of hours. Fair price on my trade and although they didn't budge on the new vehicle price, it was the lowest price in the state for similar vehicles and I couldn't argue that. Minus one star overall for being told by finance mgr that changing the oil myself would void factory warranty (as a reason to purchase a service plan). Would buy from this dealer again.

Dealing with Martel and Lynn was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They are both very professional and the entire process was a breeze. When I return to this dealership for service on my car, they go out of their way to make sure I am accomodated. First time we went in lookin to see if they had the car I wanted in an automatic. After being ignore for a while, I finally snagged someone and asked her. She told me she would run in an check. She didn't. Instead she found some other couple and asked them if they needed help and ran off showin them cars. This should've been the first indicator to run away. Then a man asked us if we needed help, we asked the same question an he ran off to go find is someone. After a while we had someone walking us around. They did not have the car we wanted in an automatic which was fine because I merely wanted to test drive one and see if I liked it. Elizabeth is a very nice woman, I will give her that. I told her exactly what we were lookin for but that we wanted to test drive one, any one, before we went looking for a certain style. 3 weeks go by and we were in the area so my husband suggests maybe we should go by and see if they didn't have any. We pulled in to see one being looked at by a couple that was an automatic. So they had gotten one. When I asked someone about it, he told me he had sold another automatic that morning and that this was the last one. Well that couple that was looking at it decided they wanted it and bought it. I asked the woman why she never called me when she had gotten 2 in and she said I told her I wanted to test drive the exact style I told her I was looking for. No, I wanted to test drive an automatic period. She then wanted to let me test drive the one the couple were buying. Now, they weren't deciding on it, they were actually signing paperwork. We told her we were uncomfortable with it at least 6 times. She told us that if the keys were still in the box that they hadn't technically bought it yet and she would hurry and see if she could grab them. Still, not comfortable driving a car someone was buying. I mean, if I were signing paperwork in an office, it would peeve me off to see a dealer letting someone drive the car I was signing for! Thankfully the keys were gone because we were seriously about to just leave before she came back out. I've since stressed that I was looking for any automatic in that car as I simply wanted to test drive it to see if we should even bother looking at it. Still no call 2 weeks later, I give up, there are several at other dealerships a few miles farther, I will be test drivin one at a different dealership this weekend. I'm glad we didn't end up dealing with them, if it was this hard to get a test drive on an expensive car that we had said we were almost definately buying soon, I can only imagine how hard it would be if there was a problem.

i was told the deal was done and all i had to do was come by ..drive the car..get my car appraised in person and sign the papers. well i was pretty much called a lier and told the deal wasnt gonna work. the salesman said i told him my sorento was an ex model with a sunroof and leather seats. my car is an lx model with heated seats. why would i lie about what the model of my car is, plus they had my vin# the whole time. i have never been so pissed off at a dealership my entire life. i will never step foot near that place again. i recommend that if your in the market for a hyundai....go somewhere else. this dealership is full of liers.

Nothing less than fraud!!! Purchaced a new car on Dec. 17th, 2011 and it is still not registered. Can't drive it due to the dealer not registering it. They do not return phone calls and when you do get ahold of them they lie to you and string you along with such lies. I used TrueCar.com to get a quote and Hyundai Mall of GA was one of 5 dealers that responded. When I arrived the paperwork was supposed to be completed and waiting to be signed as I was going out of town for the holidays. This was not done. In fact, they new I was turning a car in at another dealer just a couple of miles away and picking up a large check of which the salesman stated they could except for down payment. They played games until 5:30 with the paper work and then delivered the car at the agreed upon price with only one problem; it didn't have the $1,700.00 worth of options on that it was supposed to have. Now here I am with no car all dealers closing, now way to get to another dealer, completely stranded and they now cannot take the check from the other dealer. I have to sign new paperwork, and take the car without the options or be stranded without a vehicle and no way to get one without waiting until morning...what to do. It does not end there. I have since moved to Texas and the car cannot be registered here because all the paperwork originated in GA. I am making my payments, insurance payments, etc.,etc., etc. The Ga Governers office is now trying to aid in the process. What a mess! I have huge out of pocket expenses because of this, have no transportation and the list goes on. Do not trust them! Do not believe a word they say. I would not buy a car from them if they were the last car dealer on this planet with all the cars. I would do what I am doing now...walk! Lynn Freeman the General Mgr. only reached out to me when the corporate of Auto Nations insisted that he do so. He then proceeded to promise me for three weeks that they would make me whole on all aspects of the deal only for him to send me an e-mail on March 7 stating "that there was no lack of diligence on their part. WOW is he self diluted or what. Then he threatens me with legal action of slander and defimation if I go public. Well guess what Mr. Freeman, it is my legal right to go public with your actions of fraud and lack of due diligence by not fullfilling your fuditiary obligations under the lease purchace agreement which constitutes material breach of contract. Also for anyones information; slander and defemation is only if the statements are not true. Ha! I have so much recorded on this whole fiasco it will make your head spin...SO BRING IT ON!!! PLEASE!!! IT IS MY INTENT TO MAKE SURE AS MANY PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF YOUR LAXIDAZICAL AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES AS POSSIBLE!!! HOW DARE YOU LIE, CHEAT AND DEFRAUD THE PUBLIC...ME AND WHO KNOWS WHO ELSE! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MESS!!! POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, BEWARE!!! ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS HAD THIS OR ANYOTHER TYPE OF PROBLEM WITH THIS DEALER, PLEASE CONTACT THE GOUVERNOURS OFFICE FOR THE STATE OF GA, CONSUMER AFFAIRS. PLEASE DON'T DELAY.

These guys---Harley (sales) Joel (bus mgr) and Lynn (general mgr) were fabulous....really made me feel like I had a team working with me (vs opposing me) helping me get the right car at an attractive price. Very straight forward, full disclosure without any crazy surprises, no pressure, pleasant guys to work with. I used to audit car dealerships as a CPA and was sooooooooo expecting a nightmare, heh,heh. What a very pleasant surprise. Woohoo!!!!

I made an appointment to go there and was very satisfied with everything and left there in a couple of hours with my new 2012 Sonata.

I can honestly say I normally despise the car-buying experience. I'm the person who, when they give me a price, leaves. I don't like the bantering back and forth. That's why I sent an email inquiry in. Martel Williams wanted my business and made it easy for me to make a deal and not put myself though the normal painful experience. I can't say enough about how accommodating he was, and he was working against another quote I'd gotten from a different dealer. Very professional, quick responses, no time wasted, no b.s. I walked away happy. I will tell others about him.

Checked the inventory to find the different cars that i inquired about. This dealer is Awful!! I recently tried to purchase a new car from them. I visit the dealership twice. The first time I went to see a car I called and told the I was coming out to have a look before I left the house. I drove an hour to get there in traffic only to be told that it was sold. They called me few days later saying that the had found me another car. I told Elizabeth the numbers I was trying to accomplish and she said she spoke to her GM and that they would make it work. I then gave a 500 dollar deposit to secure the car. When I arrived at the dealership they presented me numbers that were not what we agreed on before I came in. They would not honor what they had agreed to do. What waste of time this place is! Don't bother with this dealership they don't care about you or your time!!

I received a no-haggle internet price quote from Joel at Team Hyundai on a 2012 Tucson Limited, so I arranged to visit the dealership that same afternoon. When I arrived, Joel was with another customer so his brother, Julian, stepped in and handled the transaction. They had the vehicle I was looking for, but I did want a sunroof (I opted for the Limited with no navi and no panaoramic sunroof) and they had a sunroof installed for me by an outside vendor that they use so that it would be covered under warranty. I picked up my new Tucson later that week. Joel and Julian are both great to work with. I continue to call them with questions and they always seem happy to hear from me. Two wonderful guys at a great dealership. Obviously, I highly recommend Team Hyundai in Buford.

The atmosphere at Team Hyundai - Mall of Georgia was truly a team approach. Our first contact was via the internet and Joel responded quickly to our inquiry. When we arrived that afternoon, to look at the dealership, Joel was involved with another customer, so Martel filled in as our first on site contact. Martel's enthusiam and professionalism "jumped out and grabbed our attention." After the test drive he offered for us to take an extended test drive for a 24 hour period. During this time we were able to make sure that the Tucson was capable of delivering on the hills in North Georgia.On the day we actually bought our Tuscon the team approach continued. The evaluation of the 2005 Ford Ranger was handled expeditiously and fairly. The actual time to "haggle out" a deal took about 25 minutes. The traditional back office sales manager sat down with Martel and myself to get the numbers worked out (A VERY REFRESHING CHANGE IN DEALERSHIP TACTICS). In the end a Win-Win agreement was reached. There was a delay in completing the paperwork, as the financial guy was dealing with a complicated sales transaction. During this waiting period, Martel, Joel and others were very pleasant company. The flower guy came in on his regular Friday visit and Joel bought a beautiful bouquet of roses for my wife. Another sales guy shared an extra desert.Our meeting with the financial guy was handled very positively and quickly. Martel had delayed his departure to make sure that all of our questions were answered. He took the time to take care of the blue tooth install and made sure my wife, the main driver of the vehicle, understood the basic features. They lost my second key and lied and said the previous owner never gave them one. I spoke with the previous owner. He did. After many messages and emails I have yet to receive a response. They did nothing to make this right. A new key is over $600. I DO NOT trust them. Integrity is an essential part of sales!

Unreal experience. My salesman Martel Williams was not agressive or trying to sell me something I didn't want. Not only did I get a good price Martel found a additional discount because of my service in the Air Force. Team Hyundai not only gave me a price I could live with when I came back to pick up my new car I found out the vehicle was a few hundred dollars less. That was pure honesty. I put a lot of miles on a car and I will be back and I will be asking for Martel. The 2011 Sonata is supposed to get 35mpg on the expressway and my second trip out I got 39mpg. Our sales rep Elizabeth was excellent. She is very helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Her knowledge of the Hyundai product line is exceptional. Team Hyundai Mall of Georgia really needs sales consultants like Elizabeth to represent the dealership to the public. The car we purchased is in big demand and had to be ordered. Consequently we were not able to negotiate the price. After a 17 day wait, the car arrived in perfect condition and was delivered by Elizabeth in a highly informative and professional manner. My only complaint is with the general manager who cashed my check and processed the loan well before the car was delivered. In the end it was Elizabeth who made the difference and saw to it that we were justly compensated for the loan interest and lost interest on the down payment check. If you decide to buy a car from Team Hyundai Mall of Georgia, be sure to ask for Elizabeth.

Where to start with this dealership? We were ignored as we walked around the lot (which isn't always a bad thing), but when we went into the dealership to ask some questions, we were also ignored. For 10 minutes. Someone finally asked if we needed help, then disappeared. My wife and I decided to leave (we had a cranky 3-year old with us, too), and as we were getting into our car, a salesman approached us, Jonathan Burnett II. Things didn't start off well with him, either. He was a little rude and didn't listen to us. On his first trip back into the dealership, he brought out keys for a Elantra...when we had asked to test drive a Tucson. On his second trip into the dealership, he got the correct key. But forgot to get my license. So, after his third trip back into the dealership, we were finally able to test drive the Tucson. During the test drive, we made it clear that we weren't buying a vehicle that day, just exploring our options, and trying to narrow it down so that we could make a decision in the next week or two. We had a question about changing the interior color, so we went into the dealership after we returned from our test drive. That was a big mistake. We reminded Jonathan that we weren't buying a car right now and that we just had a few questions. After taking some information from us, he disappeared for 10 minutes. And the next thing I know, he's got a paper with numbers and figures on it in front of me. The high pressure sales pitch had begun. When I made it clear that I had to leave and got up to leave, Jonathan ran to get a sales manager - Joel (whom he called Joe). Joe took the high pressure sales pitch to another level, so I walked out and we left. Avoid these folks. There are much better and more respectful & professional car salespeople out there...

I contacted Mall of Georgia literally in the middle of a very bad exchange between myself and the people at another dealership. Rick Case Hyundai had sold me a 2011 Elantra Ltd and when I had questions about the amount and told them I had another dealer who would beat their price things became very ugly. Martell took no less than four calls from me during this because I was being bullied into accepting a deal I didn't want. He had me speak with his manager as well as the finance person prior to even arriving there when they weren't entirely sure I would even come in afterward to buy the car from them. Upon arrive at Mall of Georgia Hyundai I was greeted warmly, offered something to drink and had every single aspect of the sale explained to me. I did not feel pressure in any way and was treated like a guest from the time I arrived until the time I left. This dealership is 90 minutes from my house but I am more than happy to make the drive back up to pick my car up on Monday. I could have had the car later that evening but I had to head back home. What started out as a nightmare ended so well. I know people are wary of car sales man but I truly believe this dealership and Martel in particular are about the best you'll find.
