I have an check engine light up, have 1 recall for computer and needed to install air filter. Drove in without appointment at 7 am on Saturday, hoping all this small issues can resolved fast before a lot of people come in. Was initially declined service without appointment, but after speaking with manager car was taken for service. Been told that have to come back late in the afternoon and can not wait. Shuttle driver - Champ was amazing gentlemen and drop off and pick up a great experience, negating all bad vibes of bringing car in and long wait. He fixed all experience for me.

My sister in law and I came here so she could get her first car, we were greeted by Diane Peach and she was very nice, helpful and funny. she had to leave so she asked her partner Wilfredo to help facilitate the deal. He was very good as well, no pressure. He kept saying he was going to take care of us, but we were very surprised when we took the delivery of the car. He was able to get us into a much better package. If your looking for a new car go see Wilfredo, trust me you won't be disappointed. Also the sales manager Rob Hassan was very helpful and friendly.

I recently bought a new 2016 Nissan Rogue SV from AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines. Having already done my research and test-driven several different crossovers, I had decided I wanted to purchase a Nissan Rogue SV with the premium package and almond interior. I called several Nissan dealerships in the South Florida area to inquire about availability and pricing. When I called AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines, I spoke with both Nicholas and Kenry; they both knew exactly what vehicles they had available (unlike representatives from most of the other dealerships I called) and were clearly knowledgeable about the Rogue and its various options/features. They also demonstrated patience and professionalism when answering my questions. Thankfully they had three vehicles that fit my criteria. We discussed and agreed upon a price on the phone and they said they would have the cars I wanted to see waiting out front when I arrived.My husband and I drove to the dealership and sure enough, Kenry and Nicholas were both waiting for us with the three cars ready. I inspected the cars and drove the blue one around the lot - I decided that was the one I wanted. From there, they simply drew up the paperwork and we were done!I had read horror stories about bait-and-switch and upsell tactics people encountered at other dealerships, and I'm pleased to report that couldn't be further from my experience at AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines. Kenry honored the price we had agreed upon, and he and Nicholas both provided excellent customer service throughout the entire (expedient) process. This is how car buying should be.

Wilfredo was very helpful. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive vehicle, add-on features, or anything like that. The particular vehicle I saw on the Internet has just been sold to another customer, and he quickly found another at the same cost which was identical in features. There was none of the hard-sell for extended warranties, etc. from Wilfredo, and the staff. Of course, some were offered, because some people actually like buying added options, but everything was polite, and the deal I wanted was concluded without conflict.

Called in to get a price sent on by email ,went over it so decided to visit dealership went to buy cash but was told the price given was for financing with them only not even Nissan financial, no where on the forms sent to me had that I have to finance with,them left and went to another dealer who did the deal , would not recommend this dealer I would blame the management, who knows how many people they did the same , get your disclosure in order.

So far, I have made two appointments for maintenance and "both times" I have had a very bad experience . The first time, when I showed up they said "You don't have any appointment" and after waiting " for about an hour" I asked if my car was ready and they said "no" is not ready yet. And I saw my car parked in front and I said: yes, That is my car!! and He said "no, that is not your car" and after I insisted, He went and make sure and He came back and said: oh! Yo really know your car...yes, it is your car and is ready!!In my second appointment for an Oil and filter change, I had no problem getting in and they took my car immediately . The advisor said: Go to the waiting room and we will let you know when your car is ready , but again after waiting one hour I got up and asked if my car was ready, and they sad "NO, not yet, we will let you know, but I saw my car parked and I said: that is my car!! and "yes" I was right , that was my car and it was there, ready and 'nobody' went and let me know that it was ready, .It was hard for me to find my keys!! Nobody knew where they were!!!After 5 days of this appointment I noticed that my car was leaking oil!!!! I took my car again ( I had to cancel my work appointments ) and they said that the oil filter ( that they changed 5 days a go ) was " no good".Horrible service, Horrible Customer Service!!! I am tired of this place!!!!DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!!!

Arrived with my car at the appointed time, Service writer Gary, took down the information, and I was told it would take about 1.5 hours. I waited in the very comfortable lounge. Car was ready on time, and they cleaned the windows and vacuumed the interior. Excellent customer service.

I walked in and saw Nick, and he immediately walked over to help us out. We sat down with him and he was able to help us within the hour to settle on a deal. We test drove it, looked at the multiple options we had with the Altima and decided with his guidance. When the manager ("Andy Power") came, we introduced ourselves and asked him if we can get a better price for the car. He immediately said: This is a loser car and I can't give you a better price. I'M NOT STUPID!. We asked him: why are you talking in this way. He responded by saying: I'M SPEAKING ENGLISH! we told him no one was saying that you were stupid, we are just kindly asking if you could give us a better price and you could respond nicely by saying sorry this is the best i can do! AND he also said that we had to make up our minds because it was 8:15 and they will close at 9:00 and he had to keep some employees just for us !!! even though there were other customers in the showroom! He didn't even have the courtesy to apologize ! He just got up and said go think about it. I told him the deal is off!! you are a disrespectful person and I left. I will NEVER go back to that place again and I will make sure that this complaint will reach his superiors.

Upon entering driveway for service, staff was extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was promised to wait for 30-45 minutes for service and that is exactly what happened. Went to this dealer with no intentions of buying being that I was shopping around. My family and I were greeted by Grace, whom now I can say is by far one of the best sales rep ever. Grace asked us what we were looking for and took us around and showed us what was available. She answered all our one thousand questions and was very patient with us, even under the rain. Grace was very informative about the car we were test driving. She was explaining every single detail about the car and what the car could do. Cannot say enough about our experience with our sales rep other than it was great and stress free. I recently bought a brand new 2015 Nissan Altima and I'm very happy with my purchase. I love everything about it from the color, the interior and all of the nice features it has. What I really loved the most about my experience at Autonation Nissan in Pembroke Pines was the Customer Service I received. I was attended by Robert Diaz and he did an amazing job. Robert Diaz explained everything very well and I felt like he went above and beyond in his customer service. just a great guy. Also a shout out to Michael who I think was from Jamaica who was very helpful and friendly and provided great customer service as well. All in all, I had a great experience at Autonation Nissan in Pembroke Pines. The entire purchase process was without question, very satisfactory. Mr. Cordero not only took the time to follow up with me during the week up to the weekend when we visited the store. I bought a Toyota Venza 2009 from this guys and Sergio the "sales manager", Pedro "sales man" and Mary "repairs representative" they have been very professional and have provided me with lots of information and advice. They have also been fair and attentive. A 2009 Toyota Venza in a very neat conditions and the also offer you with good maintenance plans that includes transmission, engine, tires, front axle, etc. While you waiting for service you have a TV in that waiting room, water, coffee, A/C vending machines, etc. they do not take long either, they are pretty fast and clean.

He said yes, that everything was right. His offer changed when I arrived there: Final number: +20K (way off from $16,800); plus no LEATHER. Plus he tried to trick me with the financing, giving me a 4.99% plus a need of down payment. FYI: Nissan is financing for 72 months at 0.0% in these model and is valid up to 3/2/15. And he knew that.My opinion: I have visited 3 dealers so far. In my opinion this Bob Jones is a lousy unscrupulous seller. He will use whatever resources he can to steal your money of your pocket. I think that our perceptions are influenced for what we really want to get from a business deal. On May,2014; I went to Auto Nation of Pembroke Pines and my experience with Jose Ramirez was different from the reviews that I have read. He was very honest and sincere with the numbers. He recommended me to check other dealers if I was not happy with his answers. I did not take it personally. This was a business. I did not get what I want BUT I had the option to take it or leave it. I just needed to make my decision and I made it. :)

Went to autonation Nissan pembroke pines yesterday Sunday November 23, 2014 to buy a new Nissan maxima. The sales person Jose Ramirez did not greet us professionally and refused to offer me the same price on a car that was offered by his own company at kendall on the same car but with a different color. He then lied to me by stating that he had talked to his manager and there was nothing he could do. He told me to go buy the car at the other place. I asked to speak with the manager who stated he didnt know anything about it but was super rude to us to the point that even my wife questioned if they wanted to sell the car. The name of the manager is Andy Power. I am a current nissan owner. I own a maxima and a 2015 altima and I have never experienced such a horrible level of customer service in my entire life. I will never again visit or buy anything from autonation specially pembroke pines. They dont care about their customers.

I don't believe I ever heard of Auto nation until I applied for a job with them, then about a week later my mother-n-law expressed the need to purchase a new vehicle. After comparing different dealers I went back to this auto nation website and sent a email, behold I got a response within moments and it was the wonderful Bob Jones. To say the least we went in and didnt get a chance to meet Mr. jones but he recommended a wonderful gentleman by the name of Abby, what a wonderful experience it was he was very knowledgable regarding the automobiles and he didn't rush us in the decision, mom was satisfied and didn't want to wait. Great dealer to check out if you are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

The experience I had with my salesperson, Earl Marks was one that I'll never forget. Upon meeting Mr. Marks, I immediately felt a sense of comfort and ease. Mr. Marks made me feel like I was one of the family. He seemed to genuinely care about my situation, was concerned with what was truly best me. I also admired the way in which he was able to clearly provide information to me about my choices and options when purchasing a car. His last words to me went something like this. Can't believe what a totally professional experience I had with a new car purchase. My "servant" for this transaction was Brian Troch, what a jewel. I'd like to take him home with me to continue his attentativeness to my very wish. If he were up for adoption I would pick him. At the ripe old age of 71 this was my first new car purchase. Do I need to tell you how many hoops this young man jumped through to put all my ducks in a row for me. He treated me with respect, dignity and took care of all the complication, requests, changes, and questions I had. Color of car, make, style, availability, insurance conversion, license plate transfer, etc. I can't comment on the other salesman, but I was lucky enough to get one of the best.

Visited AutoNation with my son who wanted to purchase a car. This was out first stop and ended up being the only one since we purchased a new Nissan Sentra from Jo Dash. He was very accommodating since my husband was at home and Jo agreed to take the car for him to see. Both my husband and son loved the car. I had a horrible service experience at Weston Nissan, they changed my transmission but left everything, including the splash guards loose. When I returned they charged for unnecessary repairs caused by their improper repair. I promised myself to never return to Nissan. My car began to make a grinding sound and I was forced to have it serviced. Not wanting to return to Weston I found an Autonation Nissan near my area. They listened to my concerns and did an excellent job cleaning up the mess left by Weston (missing and loose bolts). They also made sure nothing else was left loose. I felt that my service advisor, Christopher Landrove, genuinely cares and shows pride in his work. Christopher and his staff restored my faith in Nissan and I will be back for my regular maintenance.

This was my first expierence buying a car from AutoNation Nissan at Pembroke Pines. My saleman name was Rogelio Sandoval which was a very good saleman and very knowledgeable about his craft. He knew his product and explained everything to me I needed to know. i was very impress, and I would recommend AutoNation Nissan to anyone. Where there is a good there is some bad. i purchase the car on Sunday 11 may 2014, On Monday I had my son call back to the saleman and told him my car that i traded in I left my CD player in it and to see if I could get it out. (97 Kia). The saleman said he would check to see if it was possible. On Tuesday we call back to see what was the outcome, and the saleman was off that day. i had a question for my Finance manager (Mr Gilberto Matias) about my paperwork and he was off unfortunately the same day as well. The customer service Rep ask me if I would like to speak to another Finance manager and I said "Yes I would". She transfer me to another finance manager but I got his voice mail, let a detail description who i was and what I was calling about. The finance manager never returned my call. The next day my saleman tells my son after he came to the dealership, the CD player is gone. I don't know the proper procedures with trading in a car and I am sure once I turn it in nothing belongs to me anymore. So I am out of luck. I understand that but it really didn't sit well with me. i really was looking forward in the other finance manager returning my call because I had serveral questions. Other than that....my experience with AutoNation Nissan was good,

I was helped by Noel Amaro, best salesman I have ever have the pleasure in dealing with and that says a lot. usually salesman are pushing rushing and upset if you don't leave that moment with a car but Noel was patient, found the right car for my wants and super positive. And now I am driving a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8 and LOVING IT!! Took me couple of days to decide but once i did it was a quick process. Jesus Torres made my shopping easy and was 100% ready to walk me through the inventory. He talked to me about engine performance, parts, mileage, and gave me a test drive. I had an amazing experience with RJ Dwyer at the Pembroke Pines Nissan. I drove up from Coral Gables to work with him based on a recommendation. He was able to put me in a better vehicle than anticipated and facilitated the process such that he told me what day to show up to sign to get the best incentives and didn't waste my time. No haggling, no run around. He did the best he could for me and it was actually better than i was expecting. Love my new Murano. A good guy who I will go back to next time. Plus, I'm a total novice so I certainly could have been taken advantage of.

I went in to just look for a new car Abby Ganges was a amazing worker. I went in to a get a red 2013 Nissan sentra as the one in the showroom but sadly the room in the showroom had many scratches Abby did everything possible to make me happy to get another car from a different Nissan dealership or fix all the things i see wrong with the wrong. After trading in my old car and Abby giving me the best deal possible i was very happy with the prices and was very happy with the silver sentra i have chosen. I went to get to this dealer for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2008 Altima. My check engine light was on as well so I wanted to know what the problem was. When I pulled up, a gentleman by the name of Telly(not sure if that's a nickname or his real name) greeted me, asked how he could help me and politely walked me over to someone who can assist me. Since a few things were getting done, they actually offered to bring me home and pick me up when the car was ready. Telly, the man who greeted me drove me home and was very polite the whole ride. He asked if there was anywhere else I needed to go, and since I did need to pick up my glasses at LensCrafters, I asked if he could. He was more than willing. I'm not sure if he's allowed to do that but I was so grateful. At the end of the day, they sent the van to pick me up when my car was ready. Unfortunately, it wasn't Telly who picked me up and this guy had a completely different demeanor. Didn't speak to me the while time and was on his phone. More like a cab ride, which is fine but a "hello, how are you doing" would've been nice. Overall, my experience here is always pleasant and now knowing that they can drop me off while my car is being serviced is another reason why I will continue to go there. When i got there my car was fixed, check engine light was gone(apparently it was just a bad sensor) and I left with no problems.

MY AUTONATION NISSAN EXPERIENCE2/18/13 On 2/18/13 I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima S Model. My sales person was Florian Godoy. I had searched for a car for 6 months before I made the decision to purchase a Nissan. Florian was extremely helpful & friendly. I was told at the time of my purchase by both Florian & the Finance manager, Eric Hernandez that my car came with satellite radio. Unfortunately it did not come with satellite. But since we asked & were specifically told that it did, Florian said that when the adapter comes out for the 2013, that they would install it in my car free of charge. Each month Florian follows up to let me know that he didnt forget me & he is still waiting for the adapter. I appreciate his follow up.4/17/13 I noticed a puddle in the back seat on the floor on the passenger side of the car. I called Florian and he made an appointment for Friday 4/19/13 for me to bring the car in to have the first oil change done & to check where the water was coming from. Nobody had ever ridden in the back seat of the car, so we had not noticed the water. That evening I sucked the water out of the carpet. The next day it rained & the car flooded again. It was not just damp, there was a puddle in the back seat.4/19/13 I took my car to AutoNation Pembroke Pines Service department and saw Lazaro Prats. My car was serviced & Lazaro told me that there was a plug in the bottom of the rear passenger door that was not put in correctly at the factory so the water could not drain properly & it would overflow into the floor of the car. He said they replaced the plug & it should be okay. I asked if they sucked the water out of the car. He said no, that they dont do that & I would need to take the car to my own detailer & have the water sucked out. That afternoon I paid $60 to have my car detailed & the water removed. This was a Friday.It continued to rain all weekend & my car continued to flood. Each day I would suck the water out of the car.4/25/13 I returned to AutoNation Pembroke Pines to speak to Lazaro & Florian. The carpet had started to mildew from all the water. I left my car with them so they can find where the leak was coming from. They took out the entire interior of the car. On 4/26/13 Lazaro called me to tell me that that had not located the leak yet but they took the carpet out of the car & would clean it before it was placed back in the car. I asked him to replace the carpet because I did not want mildewed carpet put back in my car. He stated that he could not do that. I asked why & he said & I quote, Nissan only replaces parts that are defective & mildew is due to human err & the carpet could not be replaced. I explained to him that I did not leave my car window open & that this was due to a factory defect & it was the factory error & I wanted to speak to the Service Manager. He said he already spoke to him & he wont replace it. I asked to speak to the GM & he said he already did & it couldnt be done. I hung up on him & called Florian. Florian said they could not replace the carpet. I told him I bought a brand new car not one with mildew & I wanted the carpeting replaced and that I was going to call customer service. I sent an email to Customer Feedback on 4/26/2013 at 11:26am. Within 20 minutes of that email being sent, I received a call from Andy Power stating that I was right, I should not have to live with mildew in the car & he would replace the carpet. He also stated there were two other cars at the dealership with the same problem. I went to the dealership to see those other 2 cars only to find out that was a lie. There were no other cars there. He was just trying to make me feel better. I also explained to him about what Lazaro had said to me & he apologized. They still had not found a leak in the car. 4/30/13 I spoke to Lazaro in the morning & he said they could not find a leak in the car. That afternoon, they took my car through a car wash & the car had a puddle in the back seat again. It also poured that afternoon & my car had a puddle again but they could not find where it was coming from. He said they had ordered the new carpet & once the leak was found, the new carpet would be replaced. I asked him about the car being disassembled, he stated they had only taken out the seats & the console. At this point, I am very unhappy because I bought a new car & the interior has been totally disassembled. 5/3/13 I called Lazaro on Friday afternoon to see what was going on with my car because I had not heard from him since Tuesday. He said they still had not found where the leak was & that someone was coming from Nissan the following week to look at it. He said the water was coming from the front of the car & running to the back & settling on the floor in the back. Possible the windshield was leaking so someone would be coming out to reseal the windshield. I was not happy because I purchased a brand new car & the car is being taken apart piece by piece. It is no longer new. He said he would get back to me next week.5/8/13 I called Lazaro to find out what was going on. He stated that the person from Nissan was there & they believe they found the leak. It was in the firewall. He said they would have to take out the dashboard & the front fender to repair it. I am really upset now because even more of the car had to be disassembled. This is definitely no longer a new vehicle. I expressed my dismay & he said he understood but everything would be okay. He would call me once they fixed it. 5/9/13 Lazaro called me in the morning to tell me that they found the leak & it was fixed & they were testing it to make sure it wasnt leaking anymore. If everything was good, they would put the car back together & I could pick it up later that day. He said & by the way & I quote, they didnt have to remove the dashboard or the fender. They were able to fix it without removing them.I went there at 5:00 pm to get my car. Lazaro says to me again, they didnt have to remove the dashboard or the fender. I was relieved. He sent me to the cashier to get my paperwork & my keys. I look at the paperwork & it states right on the paperwork that the dashboard was removed & the fender was removed. I said to him, you lied, it specifically states they were removed. Why lie? He didnt know what to say. I immediately went in to speak with the GM David LaBella. Now I dont trust anything this service department has to say because they have lied to me. I tell David my problem & he was not aware of anything to do with my car. He said they have not had any other problems with the Altimas. He called Kevin the Service Manager in to his office to discuss the situation with him. Both stated that Lazaro had not asked them about replacing the carpet either. There is another lie. At that point Mr. LaBella apologized for the problems & told Kevin to check with Nissan to see what they would do to compensate me for my troubles. I went & got my car & left. When I got home, I opened the passenger door & it was making a clicking & rubbing noise. The fender was not put on properly & the door was rubbing & pulling the rubber stopper. You could see on the body line where the fender meets the roof that it was not on properly. I immediately went back to the dealership to tell them. Kevin looked at me like I was a crazy lady & didnt know what I was talking about. Justin, (one of the service guys) understood what I was saying & agreed. Kevin said he would order new rubber stoppers & would call me when they came in. I also told Kevin that they had put 70 miles on my car while it was there for the 15 days. He looked at the invoice & said, no it is the same mileage as when you brought it in. I said that is what Lazaro input but how could it be the same when I know they had to drive it around to see if it would leak & they took it to 2 car washes while it was there, so there was no way the mileage would be exactly the same. But 70 miles was a lot of miles. Kevin said that next time I should take a picture of the mileage. He just blew me off.5/29/13 I took my car back to the dealership to have the rubber stoppers replaced & they straightened the fender so the door did not rub. I dealt with Justin. He was very professional & caring. At this point I am concerned with the carpeting in the car & the previous work that was done because I was lied to several times & I have no trust or faith in what they have done at this dealership. The carpeting in the back is so tight & hard it has no give to it. Feels nothing like any other new Altima. I am worried they did something to keep the water from reaching the carpet if it leaks again. It feels like something is under the carpet. I am also worried about damage to the wires & stuff under the carpet & dash because the water ran from the front firewall to the back of the car. This dealership is totally untrustable & unfortunately I can't go anywhere else because it all stems from the original work that was done on the car from the leak. 6/18/13 Around this date, I called Mr. LaBella to let him know that I had not heard anything from Nissan about compensating me in any way for my aggravation. He stated that he would look into it. Approximately 3 or 4 days later, I was contacted by Megan from customer care. She extended an offer of one year free oil changes. I explained to her that my aggravation was worth more than $50. I would only need a couple of oil changes in that time frame. I went into detail about everything that had happened so far. She asked me if I would like to take the car to another dealership to have it looked at. I explained that I would like to do that. I told her that I didnt want to take it to an AutoNation dealership because they would probably just cover up for each other. She stated that she would call the dealership in Weston & get back to me. She stated that she wanted to resolve my worries.A week or so later, Megan called me back to say that the dealership in Weston said I should take it to another AutoNation dealership so that they could look at it since it was AutoNation that did the work initially. He said factory warranty would not cover him looking at the car. So I told Megan I would take it to my own person to have it looked at. I did not want to go back to AutoNation.7/9/13 I had called & left a message for Megan because my car had a mildew smell coming from the A/C when you first started the car. I said there must still be a leak somewhere behind the dashboard & it is getting into my A/C. Megan called me back that day & told me to take it to the dealership in Weston. I called & made the appointment for Saturday 7/13/13 at 9:30. This car is a lemon!!7/13/13 I went to the dealership in Weston. I asked to speak with their Service Manager so I could explain the situation. I told him what had happened at AutoNation & that now I have a mildew smell in my A/C. He said he had spoken to Megan & he told her that if I wanted him to look at my car that it would cost me $130 an hour because the factory warranty would not pay him to look at it because he did not do the work the first time. And if it was still leaking, then AutoNation would have to be the one that fixes it. So now I have wasted another hour of my time because someone didnt follow through. It was a Saturday so nobody was in their offices so I left several not so nice messages for Megan, David LaBella, 1-800-Nissan-1. This car is a lemon. One problem after another. About 2:30 that afternoon, I received a phone call from Tony, (Asst Service Mgr) at AutoNation Pembroke Pines. He said David asked him to call me & have me bring my car in. He says he knows exactly what the problem is. It is the evaporator in the A/C. It must have gone bad. We will change it out & it should be fine. The car is 5 months old. The evaporator should not go bad. It is because everything got wet when the car was leaking & has caused damage.7/14/13 I take my car & drop it off at AutoNation Pembroke Pines. I find out at that point that my buddy Lazaro has been fired because of what happened with my situation & the way he spoke to me. 7/15/13 Megan called me apologizing that the Weston dealership had turned me away. I explained to her at that point that this car was a lemon & I am requesting an exchange of collateral. She said she would put in that request & would get back to me within 10 days.Later that afternoon I went back to the dealership to pick up my car. Tony explained that they replaced the evaporator. I explained to him my frustration & he stated that someone from Nissan would be at the dealership on Wednesday afternoon to discuss the problems with my car. He handed me the keys & we left.7/16/13 I called Tony because he had not given me a copy of the paperwork from the evaporator problem. He faxed it over to me. I read over the paperwork & it states that they cleaned the evaporator, not replaced it. JUST ANOTHER LIE!! They cleaned it & every time I turn on my a/c, I get a big smell of air freshener because all they really did was fill it with air freshener instead of replacing the evaporator.7/27/13 Again my a/c smells like mildew & a musty smell comes out of it when you start the car. Also, when you adjust the a/c temp you hear 3 loud clunking noises. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK!!! It never did this before they cleaned it or whatever they actually did to the a/c on 7/15/13. 7/29/13 Sara from Nissan calls me to tell me they arent going to do anything about my LEMON CAR. They will not do an exchange of collateral or a buy back. I tell her I want to appeal that decision & speak personally to the person who went out to the dealership to discuss this with them. She stated & I quote, I am the supervisor & there is no one above me for you to speak to & the decision stops here & this is our decision. Is this true Mr. Jackson & Mr. Maroone or Carlos Ghosn. She has the final decision. I cant appeal? There is nobody above Sara that I can speak to? Or is that just another lie to try to shut me up.So, I have a 2013 Nissan Altima that smells like mildew. When my family gets in it, some of them immediately get congested. I have to rent a car when I go to Palm Beach where my entire family is because my NEW car is making everyone sick. AND AUTONATION & NISSAN will do NOTHING about it!!!! I am so disappointed & disheartened that I am riding around with signs on my car telling people not to do business with AutoNation or Nissan because they dont stand behind their products. I have pictures posted all over my FaceBook page.I have to get the word out so nobody else gets hurt by these people.I have another appointment on 8/17/13 to take the car back AGAIN for the a/c smell & the Clunking noise. They should just replace this lemon!!!!I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN & I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AUTONATION AGAIN. I WILL TELL ANYONE & EVERYONE THAT WILL LISTEN TO MY STORY SO THAT THEY ARE ALL AWARE THAT YOU DONT STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a very LONG day car shopping, and a couple very bad experiences at 2 other dealerships (will not mention dealerships name as I am also given them a special review) We ended up here in the late afternoon. We were politely great by Earl, and he proceeded to show us around to what I was looking for, Frontier trucks. I liked what I drove, but did not like any package, but did like a blue truck that caught my eye. Asked if they had package I wanted in color I wanted. Mr. Earl found me one at another one of their locations and off we were to negotiate. In the end I got the interest rate I wanted and a fair price for the vehicle. There was not much haggling back and forth as they pretty much were straight forward with the numbers (last dealer I dealt with did not even have price of vehicle on the window! said "prices change everyday") We came to an agreed amount, they pretty much matched the trade in value I received quote from CarMax. 2 days later (my fault because I worked following day and was not able to pick up truck then) I went to pick up my new toy. Truck was spotlessly clean in and out, full tank of gas and was waiting under their service overhang. I had not spoken to Mr Earl since Sunday, this was Tuesday, I told him I would pick up at noon. I was late, it was raining. He said he parked it there to keep nice and clean out of the rain till I got there. He was a gentleman, polite, patient and we will definetly do business there again. I have even already referred a friend who is looking for a truck to go see Mr Earl. Thanks Giorgio

I bought a New 2013 Nissan Altima SV, staring $21,892 at AutoNation Nissan in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The Altima is comfortable inside , the driving is smooth ; until now I don't have any complain, in other words. I am satisfied with my new and first Altima that I bought . Also I like how the salesman ( Jose Ramirez ) treat me . When I went to take a test driving , he gave me the car key's , told me and showed me the way where I could go for the test drive ,and he let me alone with the car , he didn't go with me for the test drive. I took the test drive alone , and I liked this detail , he trusted on me , I really liked it .

I basically purchased the car by internet. I put my information on the nissan website and they asked me to look for the closest dealer, being AutoNissan of Pembroke Pines the one. I received a call within a minute and gave the representative my info. This my family's fifth Nissan. My third (2007 3.5SV Altima, 2010 SV Maxima,2013SL Altima) and two for my daughter (2007 2.0S Sentra & 2013 1.8SR Sentra). All for Autonation. The deals are great and the customer service in the sales, service and part departments is exceptional. Looked at Toyota Camry,Honda Accord, Kia Optima and Hyundai Sonata, while all nice cars and nice dealerships, Nissan and this Autonation store was the best all round. I traded in my '10 Lancer for a '11 Maxima. In general I got a good deal on the car and they only fixed some of the things I mentioned in the car like scratches on the front bumper so I brought back the next day and they gave it back to me on 4 days later. Jose Ramirez was my salesman and his service was OK. The thing I didnt like was that they did not provide me with the second intelligent key as finance guy Sergio said "we tried to reach the previous owner but we couldn't reach him or he didn't have it" so I asked him if as a courtesy I could get it from them and he said they barely made any money on my car so I would have to buy it and just by looking at the Carfax, this car had been initially acquired by a dealership in Sacramento, CA and then transferred to Maronne Pembroke Pines in '11, and it had been there since that time as a loner or demo car. Jose stated that it was a loner/demo when I was shopping. So the previous owner thing was just BS and if they hadn't made any money they wouldn't have sold me the car in the first place. The Lancer I traded in I gave it with the 2 intelligent keys. I'm still waiting for this dealer to show some courtesy on this matter !!!

I had the worst customer experience ever at Maroone Nissan of Pembroke Pines. My family and I I visited this dealer looking for a Nissan Altima deal on Sunday 20th. No agreement was reached then but at night, I sent Jose Ramirez, the sales representative that had worked with me the day before, an email stating the price and requirements that would allow me to conceal the deal. Next day, I have Mr. Ramirezs confirmation on my written request. In his email, he ratified he had his sales managers approval -Andy Powers, to move forward with the deal. I called Mr. Ramirez right away to double check that all my requirements would be met. He answered he had already sent a written confirmation to my email. I took my time to explain to him once more I needed to be sure about this deal for me to take another day off at work. He insisted me to meet him at the dealer since the deal was approved already pending to my credit verification. When I drove 15 miles to the dealer once again, everything was changed on the papers ; the numbers did not match my request. When Mr. Powel was questioned about this irresponsible change he claimed he was not aware of the email content since he simply could not read Spanish. Sales representative/sales manager approach was extremely poor, immature and cheap . This was definitely a team set up that left behind a bitter taste on the way this dealer is run. Such unprofessional response should not mirror Autonations best interest. I would take the time to write all possible reviews to prevent other people go through such a disrespectful consumer treatment.

Our sales rep, Tony, showed us some cars, helped us choose what we wanted and test drove it with us. That car was sold, so they ordered a car exactly the same and that car came in after 6pm and it was held for us for 24 hours. The next day when we came to buy that car, Tony came in on his day off and stayed for at least 6 hours, just to walk us through purchasing the car, which I love. We bought a Black 2013 Dodge Avenger SXT Plus and I have always wanted to buy a Dodge, I have always like Dodge vehicles, trucks too. I also wanted to buy American. We are very happy with our purchase, which now has 100 miles on it. Thank you Tony and thank you Dodge.

Kevin has since recommended Tony Figueroa whom I find to be customer friendly also and walking in Kevins' footstep. Overall, great experience there, always greeted with a smile and offers of assistance from the moment I drive up to the department. No unnecessary waiting, a vehicle is made available to me if a significant wait would be required, and that's where I met another customer friendly employee in Jason (rental car service). I feel like a VIP at Maroone Nissan!

THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE.....Run as far as you can away from this place, sell you lies and when it comes time to make good on their word, they flake. Liars!!!!BUT!!!!! After I sent an email to the GM about the experience, he immediately called me back, was very apologetic about my experience I had with the prior sales rep. He immediately addressed our concerns, he made the deal work and we just bought a new car from them. Management seems to have a clear understanding of not offering excuse after excuse of why things may have no started out right, but simply just fixing it. Thanks again, and I will admit when a wrong has been "righted" and it has....thank you again, you definitely earned our business.

Saw several used cars in their inventory on the internet that I wanted to try out. I called and made an appointment with a great salesman. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I didn't buy the first day there but made an appointment for the next day. Same great service the second day. We couldn't make up our minds between two of their vehicles. There was no pressure from the staff. They were very patient. When we made our decision, the wheels started turning and they were working feverishly to get the car ready and prepare the mountainous amount of required paperwork. From the salesman to the finance people, there was no pressure, a very friendly environment, and a great experience.

I had routine service performed on my 2009 Altima. I debated whether to go to an outside facility like a Tire Kingdon or Jiffy Lube because dealerships are generally much more expensive. However, in the end I did go to Maroone Nissan and guess what, the cost was comparable, the service was performed quickly and the car was checked for any issues it might have. The first person to greet me was Mr. Horner who is the Service Manager. He treated me with respect, told me it would take about 30 minutes and I would be on my way. It did and I was. Everyone was pleasant and I would recommend them.

Working with Brian and Dave was a pleasure. Brian came out to greet us with a smile and immediatly went to work looking for the exact car I was looking for. I was very specific with what I wanted and Brian was able to find it for me. He explained all of the features of the car and then gave me directions for taking it for a test drive. When I came back we sat down and talked about the vechile, my thoughts, and my interest. Although he wanted to get me into the vechile, he was not overly pushy, and he worked with me, and I went home with a car that night! It was a very pleasant experience!

This was my first time going to an dealership looking for a car. I started online and then was contacted by Mr. Guillermo Vasquez. He gave me all the information i was looking for and was very helpful. The first time i went in the car did not meet me requirements but him along with his office manager i believe Mr. Paul Wright promised me to give them 2 weeks and they will make it happen. Not even a week later im driving the car that i wanted and it fits ALL my requirments. I plan to be with nissan forever i love my car. The office that Mr. Guillermo works out is about 25 minutes away from where i leave but I will always come back to that one. The car was cleaned it had a full tank of gas. Mr. Guillermo even helped me to get car insurance that same day. He was great. If i could give him a bouns i would myself. Everyone there were beyond friendly and very helpful. I have already told my friend and when she's ready i know just where to take her. My new car was a birthday gift and now ima be a very happy birthday girl all thanks to Mr. Guillermo at Nissan of Pembroke Pines.

Stay far away from this dealer. The service department is very dishonest. They will charge you for services that were notperformed. They will just tell you that everyone has to pay for it (disposal charge). The service dept. employee we spoke to informed us that they will only help you out if you have been a good customer to them. I guess they don't want any new customers. Stay Away!!!
