Dropped my vehicle off for vibration at highway speeds and pulsation in the brake pedal when slowing down. Made the appt. 2 days in advance, but my vehicle sat for over 24 hours before even getting looked at, with no communication from Autonation. The problem was blamed on warped rotors caused by my "large tires" that are STOCK SIZE. Front rotors were turned. Vibration was worse, and had a loud thumping noise from the front that could be felt throughout the vehicle. Called the service department immediately to report this possibly unsafe condition only to be told that nothing could be done until the following week. My vehicle was unusable over the weekend, and returned to the service department first thing Monday morning. The vehicle was picked back up that afternoon, with a new rotor since the run-out on the recently turned rotor was worse than before my first visit. The interior trim has significant scratches and the vibration at highway speeds is worse than before the first visit. Will not return to this dealer, even if I have to drive out of town to another dealer. Do not go to Autonation Toyota in Corpus Christi, TX for service. On a positive note, the dealership was clean and looked professional.

Purchased a used 2009 Toyota Camry which by the way we got an excellent price on. It is the little things that just irked me. First and foremost, we got the car late in the evening. After I signed the paperwork, I got on the highway only to find out I had twenty miles left on the car. In other words, there was no gas in the car! Secondly, I get to the military installation and get pulled over because the temporary registration was expired. This was all when the sales agent told us everything "was good and taken care of". I can admit that I should have checked all this, but once again this was nine in the evening and I was ready to drive home an hour away. At that point, I just wanted to go home. Although we got a great price, definitely do not recommend going here. A few days later and our tags plates come in. My wife picks it up at the dealership. Sure enough, the salesman takes his time to go the bathroom and does not even offer to put on the plates. Completely unprofessional and no regards to customer service. Do not recommend having Mark Beverly as salesman.

Great buying experience. Laredo didn't seem eager to get what we wanted (2016 Highlander LEPlus). AutoNation Toyota Corpus Christi went out of their way to get me the Highlander we wanted. My wife's favorite color is blue and even though they did not have it in stock they went ahead and they got it for us and that is what I call "customer Service". The salesperson (David) was very courteous and helpful. Even though most of the transactions were done online, when we got to the dealership, our vehicle was ready to go. He went ahead and explained the instrumentation and other highlights of the vehicle. He seem eager to make sure we were satisfied with our vehicle. We are sure to recommend David and the dealership to family and friends. Thank You David and AutoNation Toyota.

My husband and I came from San Antonio and purchased a brand new 2016 Toyota 4Runner from Autonation Toyota Corpus Christi and what a fantastic buying/shopping experience!! Justin Bourdon and Donnie Bregman were fantastic - couldn't have asked for better or more knowledgeable staff. We were able to get top value on our trade-in and they gave us a great purchase price. Justin was so professional, yet really easy to talk to and very thorough.. He was able to answer any and all questions we had about the vehicle. He also showed me how to operate everything from my navigation to helping me set up my bluetooth. I have been purchasing brand new vehicles for more than 25 years and I have to say this was definitely one of the best experiences I have had, hands down. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, AutoNation Toyota is definitely the place to go!

They never checked the tire pressure. but paper shows they tested and everything ok. my tire pressure below 30 for all tires. Not happy with service they give. if you have please check your car tire pressure before and after service.

I went to Toyota automation because my check engine light went on because of my gas cap being loose. As I was leaving I saw my car sales man Joe Harris and ask him a few questions about trading in my Corolla for a brand new vehicle. The timing went by smoothie and joe was able to find me an excellent deal on a 2016 Camry SE. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and the service! Didn't only experience I didn't like was that the financial section as to where the final contracts are done, I found the financial clerk too aggressive in selling the dealership services. Overall, the salesman Mr. Todd was excellent in rendering sales services and always seems to want to address any issue regarding the unit. I drew the short straw and didn't know it, when I went into financing after working out a buying agreement w/ the salesman and sales manager. Of course I paid more for the vehicle than agreed upon. But that's my fault for not paying close enough attention to the numbers. But it wont happen to me again, because I wont deal with the finance department again. The service department has been fast and courteous, I receive a printout of all maintenance work performed to date, and future required maintenance by date and mileage keeping me informed.

I came into auto nation Corpus Christi to kill some time... I ended up trading in my 15 year old truck that u got nearly $6000 in trade it was crazy. All that towards my new to me.. 2012 tacoma Trd sport. The salesman G.R Serna was excellent, he was straight to the point on what was needed from me and made the process so easy all I did was sit there and he gave me an answer and the deal went from there. The finance guy was awesome even the GM introduced himself to me. I came back to get my truck undercoated and same great service as I received a rental car to return back to work. Awesome place.

Looked online curious about getting out of lease to on option, received a call the next morning from Marc Diaz. I told him exactly what I was looking for and when I got there for my appointment he was helping someone else and got Arnold Balboa to show me cars selected. I had told Marc I would like a white Toyota corolla, dark interior, cruise control and all electric. The first car Arnold took me too had it all and some! I didn't even have to look at another car, and I have to say I have had Corollas before but the 2015 are just awesome!!!! Also Alex Chapa whom made the deal complete was great pleasure wrapping up the sale and Anthony finalizing the paper work. I've been with Toyota since 2006 and wouldn't want to trust any dealership more. We went into AutoNation on Memorial Day, an extremely busy day for car shopping. We were greeted by Brad who took the time to really get to know us. He drove us to multiple lots because we were looking into purchasing a used Hummer. The few we saw we weren't interested in for one reason or another. Brad told us he knew the perfect vehicle for our family and it's wasn't yet on the sales lot it was in the back. The second we saw it, a decked out Ford Expedition, we knew that was it. Brad worked us into a great deal and the next day we drove home in it. We never considered a Ford, but thank God for Brad. We are beyond pleased with the vehicle and it is a perfect fit for our family and fit right I to our budget with an extended warranty. Everyone involved was so kind and accommodating. Excellent experience! My husband and I researched the perfect vehicle, which ended up being a Trail Premium 4Runner. Love the look. Love the feel. Love the color. Love, love, love! We narrowed it down to one specific color, model, submodel, etc., and Joe Harris located it and got it to us within two weeks. The purchase process was quick. Finance managers were sharks felt pressure to purchase extended warranty even though they continued to say they weren't pressuring. I would recommended someone to dealership BUT I would fair warn them about the finance dept. Blowing smoke and using their personal situations to try and sell. Not flattering!!

Was looking for a newer, low mileage Lexus and this dealer found what wewere looking for on the first day. Had the auto brought in from another dealer and presented it to us for our inspection all cleaned and detailed. It looked brand new.The price was fair and we went with it. They had one of their electronics guysspend time with my wife explaining the navigation system and stayed with it untilshe understood it. All in all it was a good experience. Mark Beverly, with whom I had been communicating via the internet, was professional throughout the entire process. He showed us the vehicles that we were interested in, and without pressure or bias, permitted my wife and I to discuss and make independent decisions. He accommodated all requests to see, drive and discuss alternative vehicles. He then directed us to a new arrival that was not yet posted, and after test driving and significant discussion, we ultimately purchased the vehicle. The significant debate over trade-in value and sales price went smoothly and without high pressure tactics being employed. He seemed to go out of his way to create a final deal that was satisfactory to all parties. Everyone whom we encountered at the dealership was very friendly and accommodating. Mike, in finance, was very friendly and efficient. When we passed on several options he was not high pressure. We were impressed! Overall we rate Mark, the staff and the entire experience as being very positive. We have to return for after purchase options to be completed, so we'll see how that goes. Wonderful people...wonderful dealership!

I just bought a 2015 Toyota 4Runner this past weekend. The sales rep that handled the sale was Kiefer Dutton. I can honestly say that according to my situation with my trade-in he really helped and didn't shut me down right upfront. He tried everything he could possibly do and with me still purchasing the vehicle I originally went in to buy. Usually if the sales rep sees upfront that the situation doesn't look promising to them they turn away. Well I got every single type of customer service we could have asked for. The GM Jeff Amidon even went to introduce himself to me and my family and offer a beverage. You usually don't get that kind of hospitality from GM's. I will continue doing business with AutoNation Toyota when it comes to purchasing any future vehicles.

Dealership prides itself on customer service and on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being high, I give them a15+. From time of arrival sales representatives were customer friendly. When informed my wife and I were looking for a specific sales representative, we were escorted into the showroom. A search got underway to locate the sales representative, who appeared on the show room floor in no time. The sales rep. was very knowledgeable, not only about the vehicles we were interested in, but walked us through the process of the sale in common sense down to earth language. We felt he was our advocate on the floor. My wife and daughter were the first to visit this dealership previously, and were fortunate to have Mr. Francisco Rodriguez, as the sales representative. This is the third vehicle purchase with this dealer attributed to Mr. Francisco, the entire dealership Team, and the excellent customer service. We've returned to same because they know how to make their customers feel right at home. Every employee is friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I concur with my wife and daughter's sentiments that other dealerships need to model this dealership's delivery of 'customer service.' 'My wife and daughter felt good, after each sale, of their car purchase experience...I now understand why, they got a great deal from the dealership but 'we' have a new found friend in the sales representative, and are family at AutoNation Toyota. Our professional, knowledgable, and new found friend, Mr. Francisco Rodriguez, will always be a come back to representative, as will this dealership. I hate buying a car because of all the dickering that goes on. But the experience at Autonation Toyota was not bad. There was a little of the back and forth dickering to come up with a price we could both agree on. But in the end my son told them what we could do and with a few adjustments we came to an agreement we both were happy with. I love my new car and all the people at Autnation are very helpful and easy to work with. The all make me feel that I am important. there is always someone there to greet me as soon as I park and asking how they can help. My salesman Mark Beverly has been especially helpful. I have gone in several time asking for help in setting some of settings especially for the bluetooth and radio. He had been very patient with me explaining how all of it works.

We had a great experience at Autonation Toyota. Arnold was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. All questions were answered to our satisfaction. We didn't feel pressured in any way to make quick decisions. Leonard was also very helpful and explained all of our options. We had a very bad experience with another dealer that was high pressure and rude. The difference between the other dealer and Autonation Toyota was night and day. I HATE PURCHASING VEHICLES. ITS RARELY A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE. However, I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra from AutoNation Corpus Christi and I feel I was treated with patience, dignity, and respect. My salesmen was a young man by the name of "Lee Castro". He was very patient with me because I kept changing my mind on what I wanted. I was also standing firm on budget and he never gave up one me. I started off wanting a White Tundra, Crew Cab, 4X4, with Chrome Rims, and Sandy Gray interior. He didn't have the truck on the lot but located one pretty quick. I then changed it to Black on Black and he didn't even flinch, he reacted in a "no problem" sort of way and quickly set out to find a Black Tundra, Crew Cab, 4X4, with Black Rims, and Black interior. He and his manager found it in Killeen, TX and had it driven to Corpus Christi literally over night. "Leo Espinosa" in finance also did a great job. He was pleasant, thorough, and not pushy trying to sell you extras. He went through his skit of trying to sell you extra warranty, gap insurance, etc. etc. but the guy was not overly insistent. At end of day, I got a truck that I am very proud of and for the right price. I feel for Lee Castro because I changed it around on him so many times but he was a great sport and just rolled with the punches.

All I can say is, "Wow"! We were blown away by our experience at AutoNation Toyota. I dread going car shopping. In fact, usually I tell my husband what I want and he goes and spends an exhausting day at a dealership. He talked me into going this time and I was sooooo impressed from the moment we walked in! The atmosphere when we walked in was friendly and enthusiastic. Several people greeted us and asked us how they could help us. You can truly tell that they make great customer service a priority. Lupe was our salesman and he was great. He listened to want we wanted, spent hours with us test driving and answered all of our questions. He was patient, knowledgable and worked hard to make sure our car buying experience was perfect. Everybody we came in contact with from the service department to finace made us feel comfortable and important. When the car we decided on wasn't in stock, Jeff the General Manager went ABOVE and BEYOND to find a solution. They worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted and more. I had such a bad experience with another local dealer that I swore I would never buy another Ford. My sister, aunt and cousin all have RAV 4's so I was familiar with the vehicle and how wonderful it is. I found a RAV 4 online, arranged independent financing and then went to the dealership to test drive the car. I truly appreciated JJ as a salesman. He was open and honest with me, not aggressive, and with the attitude of "let's work together to find you the car that is right for you". The entire experience was quick and pleasant - not at all what I expected in buying a car. And their final touch, which I did not notice until I was driving home in my new RAV4, they had turned RAV4 radio on to the station I was listening to in the car I traded in to them. It cost them nothing to do that, but it showed me that they paid attention to even the littlest detail and were going to do what they could to make me comfortable and happy.

If you want a great salesman, go see Arnold. This is our 2 Toyota purchase with him this year. Wife ordered a 2014 SE Camry and it had to come from somewhere else. When the car showed up it had 6000 miles on it. What did Arnold do? He had another one delivered the same day, plus got the windows tinted for free. Always a full tank of gas and other perks. We couldn't believe how great Auto Nation Toyota Corpus Christi really is. Not only did he have my wife's car detailed on time for delivery, he wash my Tundra while we were waiting. The salesman I worked with while buying our new Sienna was a joy to work with, no pressure, no trying to talk me into a more expensive model. I told him what we wanted on the car, he checked his inventory and found one that matched except the color of the interlor, which we decided to go with the one he had on stock. Well, Autonation Toyota Corpus Christi is an impressive operation. I went by the other day to pick up my plates for the new car and upon walking in, was immediately greeted by several members of the Sales staff and then later by GM Jeff Amidon. My awesome salesman, Robert Martinez, and Sam Torres spent some very valuable time with me, explaining technology specifics of the 2013 Avalon. Robert will do whatever it takes for the customer, and always answers my texts right away if I have a question. Sam is very knowledgeable and knows the features well. The personal touches mean a lot. I was purchasing two cars from this company and they increased the price of a 2013 highlander by over $9000.00. I was told that they had made a mistake on the price on the windshield of the vehicle. Because we had been looking for a long time we asked them if they could reduce the price. When we finally received a call back from the manager, he barely decreased the price and then proceeded to tell us that if we wanted to purchase the car under their certified program we would have to pay an additional $500.00 for the car. What a bunch of baloney- We had been told that the car was already certified and that all of the 2013 cars on their lot were certified vehicles and it was included in the price. What a disappointment- they were not at all trying to work with us. I would stay away from this dealership. As you can tell because I am on this website.. I'm still looking.

Sam Torres was the salesman that helped my wife and I during this venture. He was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. We told him what we needed in a vehicle and he worked until he found the perfect car for our family. He was never "pushy". He emphasized the customer in customer service. Thank you. The five star experience didn't stop with the sale. The finance officer was friendly and helpful too. The day after all paperwork was signed he called me back to let me know he had found an even better finance rate and asked if we could come back in. We tore up the old paperwork and signed new papers that had our rate 2.5% lower. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from Autonation Toyota and have yet to have anything to complain about.

We decided on the Fiesta, and the trade in of our old car was reasonable. The whole process was very easy, and the car has been great. Only hiccup has been on obtaining the 2nd key. Have had the car a couple of weeks and still havent been able to get the 2nd key. They are still working on it though and staying on top of it. Overall a very good experience and will most definitely will be visiting them again when our other teenage daughter gets a car.

Went to Toyata dealership looking for a good used truck for my college bound son after several other dealers and internet sites. Salesman (Sam Torres) searched the inventory looking for what i needed but nothing was found. i asked him of a new tacoma 4x4 reg cab, he then looked and found that it was sold, was tired of hereing that all to often. There was anotherone down the line that he check on but was a few hundred $$$ higher than the one i wanted. Sam offered me a great deal that i could not pass up. Yes i paid 3 times more than i had plan on spending for a used truck but now i dont have to worry about surprises or break downs and my son will be able to focus on his studies. I recently purchased a 2013 Tundra and my sales rep, JJ Lugo, was awesome. There wasn't a question I had about the truck that he didn't immediately answer. He took the time to make sure I got the truck I wanted, and to top it off after the sale was complete he even went above and beyond and helped me set up the blue tooth in the truck with my phone. Champion/AutoNation Toyota made my car buying experience extremely easy! I had been to a few dealerships in the past 4 months or so, and had gotten the run around, the smooth talk and all. Basically left frustrated with the decision I would keep what I had and wait a year or so. On a whim I decided to visit Champion Toyota and contacted a salesman, Mark Beverly, there. He pulled what he had that I was interested in and I drove it. Of course I loved it. He and I kept in contact on Monday, I didnt want to pressure anyone as I was not desperate to purchase. He emailed me on Tuesday with great news, and here was the deal, like? I accepted the deal as it was exactly what I had told him I wanted in the first place. The did not try to pressure me to put more down, did not get too high of a payment, and they cut my current interest rate in HALF! LOVE my 2013 Toyota 4Runner!

My husband and I have several cars and trucks and have dealt with lots of car salesmen and dealerships. But our experience at Champion Toyota Corpus Christi was a very pleastant one we were so happy and very satisfied with Mr. Jonathan Ortega Good Guy answered all our questions very helpful explained all the features on the Avalon. And I would tell and have told freinds to see Mr. Ortega cause he was so helpful. And the quality of vehicleson the lot was a good one to choose from.

Well this is my second review about the used 2006 BMW i bought from the Champs. Now this is the 5th car that i have purchased from them and this time they dropped the ball big time. Lets see 126 point inspection on all used cars before they are sold? No more like 3 point. it has a key, it turns on and we put a full tank of gas. The body work that was done before we even took the car off the lot is already back to the same. Lets see drove the car fro 1 week break light came on. Services told us to call BMW, thanks by the way. $780 later have new brakes and rotors. Guess brakes are not part of the 126 inspection. Know the oil light keeps coming on. was the oil not changed before it was sold? Now can not even get a hold of the GM, who was so concerned when he ready the review. What can i say about the champs, maybe a name change from champs to former champs Toyota of corpus christi.

Wayne Wills is the BEST Car Salesman we have ever worked with! He worked so hard to find what I wanted at a price I could afford! He was patient with me, completely different from what we are used to at a car lot! His primary concern was putting me in a car that "I" would love! Champion Toyota is an outstanding dealership, and buying my Camry was like no other car buying experience I've ever had. When I was shopping for my last car, I got so sick of dealing with the constant high pressure gimmicks and shell games that so many dealerships use to "make the sale". From the first time I walked on the lot, Mike Escalante provided the information I requested without any pressure whatsoever. Unlike many salespeople I've encountered at other dealerships, Mike genuinely wanted me to take the time to find the vehicle that was the best fit for me. And I did!!! In addition, the Champion Finance and Service Departments are top rate with knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly employees. And get this! The Service Department open until 9! If I hadn't seen it I wouldn't believe it. I love my Camry, and I highly recommend Champion to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thanks Mike!

Champion Toyota is a no hassle dealership from the moment you search on line or enter the lot. I purchased my FJ Cruiser from Lupe Hernandez who worked to ensure I had the best deal for my purchase. I experienced the same professionalism from the finance department where Cooper Prince exceeded my expectations and even experienced the same from Scotty in their Service department. I was so pleased with the quality of Toyotas vehicles and Campion Toyotas reputation for excellent service that I recently went back and purchased 2 Toyota Camry. Image a year later and I still had the same great service from Lupe, Cooper and Scotty. Toyota Champion is all about superior customer service.

Great customer service I really don't have time to drive around so when I viewed there inventory online and decided on the vehicle I wanted I received a response right away. He was very friendly and made an appointment for me to test drive my vehicle. Once I decided on it he was helpful in getting me all the information I needed to complete my purchase. He explained everything I needed to know about my vehicle and Love it. This is my 2nd car Ive purchased from Champion Toyota and will continue buying from them. I highly recommend them there always friendly and very efficient.

Once we decided on what vehicle we wanted the actual process was very pleasant. No going back and forth. Asked for a price and the price given was good enough to say yes. After checking inventory on my computer, I actually upgraded to a different vehicle with more options. Vehicle was ready when promised, the salesman educated my wife on all the in's and outs of the car and she was happy. Overall a good experience

Champion Toyota made buying my 2013 Sienna XLE easy. The salesman, Paul Beaudoin was particularly receptive to my wife and I, and made sure the small matters we pointed out at delivery were taken care of promptly. The team who dealt with the financial side, I had my own loan pre approved, did a superb job of getting the details done right. My only complaint is that Champion/AutoNation provides "estimated tax" instead of spelling out in detail each and every tax in the tax figure up front. If the cell phone companies can do it, with the half a dozen taxes and fees on your bill spelled out in painful detail, then car dealerships ought to. This appears to be an AutoNation level of duplicity and sloppiness, not something I'd blame on Champion Toyota of Corpus Christi. The car, the service team, the sales team ... all did a fine job.

As soon as I pulled into the lot Salesman David Wickwar approached me asking if i needed help. And from that moment until i signed my last paper he did everything he could to help me get into the car I was looking for. Even after I purchased the car he continued to help me with a few things. Internet vehicle shopping is the way to go. It made bargaining so much easier. I requested quotes from all over South Texas and was willing to travel out of town to get the best deal. Responses to requests for information were consistantly prompt. Initially, I had a different vehicle targeted. I was able to take the vehicle home and determined it was not going to meet my needs. I received a little pressure to take a similar vehicle to the one I ultimately purchased that was on the lot. However, I knew what I wanted and was insistant and they were willing to work with me and find one to meet my needs. I was able to get the price I wanted.
