I drove to Auto Q from the Asheville NC area to consider buying a 2008 Volkswagen Touareg. The owner Raheel waited after hours to allow us to inspect and test drive the vehicle. What a pleasant experience it was to discuss the prices and to determine the value of my trade. I am 52 years old and have purchased countless vehicles. Raheel exceeded all of my expectations and I believe he has a good soul which is a rare commodity in the car business.

I was looking around for a used F150, AutoQ had one for sale that just couldnt be beat. I wish I could have gotten it cheaper but the truck is worth every penny. Dealership was great. Raheel was very knowledgeable and let me know of everything he knew about the truck. Very professional. The actual paper signing process was so quick and painless. I've sat at other dealerships for hours. But I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Financial process was also very easy, everything was explained thoroughly. We even went through all paperwork and what everything ment. As far as the vehicle I purchased, couldnt have found a better truck. Everything works as it should and Raheel made sure of it. Would gladly buy from again and recommend.

I purchased my BMW 2011 last year from Auto Q. Raheel and his staff provided expectional customer service and were very patient with me while I made this huge decision. Since I purchased my car Raheel has remained attentive to any car issues I've had. He literally is a call away! In May 2016 my car broke down due to a tire issue. I called Raheel and he assisted me throughout the whole problem and helped me get back on the road in no time. I recommend Auto Q to everyone. Best decision I could of made. They make purchasing/ maintaining a car so smooth and stress free! Plus they have killer deals.

Bought my last car here, 08 Trailblazer SS. I love the SS, very clean and runs great. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I had to come back a week later for my tag, they even installed it for me in the pouring rain. The sales staff were not pushy and did not call me constantly even when I took my time deciding to buy the SS.

With my air conditioning not working in my Jetta in the middle of summer, I was desperate to get it fixed. I originally was quoted for a $2000.00 repair at a different car shop, and could not afford that price. After posting about my problem on Facebook, I was contacted by the owner of Auto Q, Raheel, to bring my car in and he will take a look at my car. When I brought my car to AutoQ, not only was I impressed by the quality of the cars on the lot, but the knowledge Raheel & his staff had about my car. I was taken into the repair shop & step by step Raheel informed me as to what was wrong, showed me what needed to be done, answered all of my question, and when It came time to talk prices, there was no 'hidden price'. We even sat down and ordered the part together, and he showed me how much my total repairs would cost, not $2000.00 that's for sure. Matter of fact, I saved $1800. A few days later, the part came in, I dropped my car off, and in a few hours my car was ready to be picked up! I am so pleased with the amazing customer service AutoQ gives to their customers. They don't pressure you into decisions, they explain everything that they are going to do, and I actually learned some very valuable information about my own vehicle! Even though I did not purchase a new car today, I highly suggest shopping for a vehicle at AutoQ. Every dollar spent will be well worth it! Thank You so much Guys! I'm a happy woman!

I went through a nightmare with another auto dealer, drove from Louisiana to Georgia and the car turned out to be awful. I found the same car in pristine condition for the same price and had the most pleasant buying experience dealing with these guys. I am thoroughly grateful that we ended up at this place!

Easy Car Buying experience with no Pressure. Found the car we wanted on the Internet and drove an hour and a half to look at the vehicle and see if we liked it! Test Drove the car and left with it about an hour or hour and a half later! Very laid back and wonderful atmosphere! I would recommend buying here to anyone looking for a smooth process and great experience. You will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend! I purchased my Land Rover from Raheel about 2 months ago. I've known Raheel for a couple years now and this is the second time he has helped me in my car search. He is always so sweet and patient with me. I have never felt pressured like I have when I have visited the big dealerships and you have the salesman over your shoulder the whole time. He is not your typical car salesman and AutoQ is not your typical car dealership. Anytime I need anything I can just call or swing by and he always takes care of me. I don't worry about who I'm going to talk to or if they're going to try and overcharge me or sell me services I don't need. I always get asked if I "trust" them and my answer is always yes! Raheel stands behind his cars and what he sells and he has the best customer service around!

I recently purchase 2013 Corolla from Auto Q. Overall I received excellent service from finding the right car for me, entire buying process and delivery. Their prices were very competitive as compared to other dealers in the area. Auto Q took time to understand my needs and within short period of time they were able to find the car I was looking for. As a new car buyer I had questions and concerns, but no worries here. Both Raheel and Keith were very courteous and professional. They were aminable to all of my wishes and not bothered by the process. I have worked with other dealers who were not willing to work with my bank and their requirements, but Raheel made everything smooth. I will definitely consider them first when buying again and tell my friends!!! I'm excited that I now have a dependable vehicle.

Raheel and Aaron took great care of my wife and I during our purchase of a 2011 Mini Cooper. We came from an hour and a half away so they held the car for us to come and test drive. They did not pressure or try to "sell" the car, they allowed U.S. space and time to "buy" it! We recommend them highly!

After buying a Fusion from Raheel at AutoQ, I told him I was looking for a early to mid 2000 model Tacoma. I've always liked the style of the Tacoma's and their durability. He had another customer come in with one that was interested in trading in his 4 door Tacoma. He texted me and asked if I was interested. I stopped by the next day and two days later I was driving the truck home. Can't say enough about AutoQ and their customer service and integrity. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from them, and I tell all my friends if they're looking for a used car AutoQ should be your first and only stop. They are that good!

Was looking for a car for my wife and had heard from friends that Auto Q was a good place to look. They didn't have what we were looking for when we first visited but within 2 weeks they were able to help us get our Ford Escape. I just got on here to say that the level of professionalism and courtesy is beyond anything I have ever seen. I had a flat tire today, and even though I bought my car 2 years ago, these guys did not hesitate to come help while I was on the side of the road. Could have called roadside assistance but my car does not come equipped with a spare tire, so this could have turned into a nightmare ! Its encouraging to know that if and when I call, they are here to help no matter what the situation.
