My dad and I liked a car outside, we went in, 3 guys just sitting there, one of them has his feet on the desk. After about 10 seconds of awkward silence, I looked at them and said hello! Only one of them pompously replied "how can I help you?" I had to walk out and read the sign again that says "Car sales". I almost thought I walked in the wrong spot

I feel let down by this agency and taken advantage of. I gave the two stars because the salesman was super helpful, helped me pick a car I liked. The car i bought is great. I am in love with it. It is a quality vehicle I have had no issues with this vehicle. MY PROBLEM is I was convinced into an extended warranty with the promise I could cancel it at any time for a full refund (over 3k financed into my loan). The full refund is only within certain time. I received the car June 26 and in July i called to cancel. I was told i had to go in person but I had difficulty going in person. I went in person and was told to call on the phone. It has been me hounding the sales manager and he is never available. I finally got him on the line and "he'd look into it and call me back" after this i never got a call back. Ive called and called and called and no refund and now im past the full refund window. Buyer beware.

I just purchased a vehicle here. James helped me out! He was very straight forward and honest. Also he was not pushy about buying a car. He pointed out all the information that was needed, answered our questions honestly, and overall a very outgoing guy. I’m super excited to pick up my new car. Overall Avis is the place to go if you want a genuine and comfortable experience where the salesman aren't trying to force you to buy!

Jill did an awesome job of making sure I fully understood the car buying process and made sure I was comfortable before purchasing my car. She also make sure I got into my new car as soon as possible even during a pandemic. I never felt pressured into buying a car either. I will be coming back here for another new car in the future and certainly recommending Avis and Jill to my friends and family.
