Traded my 2009 F-150 for a newer 2013 F-150. Larry Hiwiller is a true professional. Never felt pressured at any time. Larry worked hard to make sure we could get me into the vehicle i wanted at a price i could afford. I recently went to Baierl Ford in search of a new vehicle. I had 2 vehicles that I wanted to trade, but could not make up my mind on exactly what vehicle I wanted to purchase or how I wanted to purchase it. Justin was amazing! He was extremely patient with me and allowed me to see every available lease/finance option so that I could better make a decision. After a few test drives, I finally settled on a brand new 2016 Ford Flex SEL. The process was seamless the whole way through (even while they were moving into their new showroom). When I arrived to take possession of the Flex Justin had everything in order. Mike in finance was great! He explained everything thoroughly and all I had to do was sign my name...a lot. This was my first experience with Baierl Ford. I learned that they are not your stereotypical dealership with pushy salespeople looking to make a buck. I FOUND MY NEW FORD DEALERSHIP!

This was the most PLEASANT experience we've ever had buying a vehicle. Our salesman, Patrick Dugan, was the most honest, well spoken, knowledgeable and personable person we've ever dealt with anywhere while vehicle shopping. He went the EXTRA mile to make sure we knew our new vehicle, inside and out, before leaving as well as making sure we were comfortable with all the bells and whistles. From that point on, we also dealt with Jim Adams, Tom Brennan and Kevin Covert as the entire place had a very "family like atmosphere" and we were able to interact with everybody and was made to feel "at home". On the way home, we realized we forgot to get our CD's out of our changer on the vehicle we traded and Patrick was already on top of it and saved them for us to pick up. I was recently in a car accident,my jeep totalled. I was frustrated, the guy who hit him had no I insurance and having health problems from accident. My husband and I had no plans on stopping at Ford, it was raining and yucking out.Plus I wanted a jeep. Patrick greeted us when we was just looking around. Went back and forth with e-mails with Patrick Bricker, internet sales manager, over a 2 day period, Patrick responded quickly, and gave me a quote, we agreed on a price, pending on his approval of my trade, and my approval of the Explorer that I was buying, Baierl Ford is 36 miles from my house, you know he gave me a great deal, Patrick had my car ready for me when I arrived, took the time to explain everything about the car, test drove it and I agreed to buy it. All the staff treated us well, and were quite professional. When it was time to sign the paper work, I dealt with Kevin Covert, the finance Manager, He explained everything in detail, payments, extended warranty, paint seal etc, Kevin was not pushy like a lot of finance people I have dealt with in the past, if i declined what he offered, he asked if I was sure I didn't want the item and moved on with the sale. I would say I was there about an hour and a half and the sale was complete! Truly a pleasant buying experience, Patrick and Kevin treated my wife and I well. I would like to thank Mr.Baierl who made the final decision on the sale. Got The Explorer I wanted at a fair price. No Hassles!

Emailed the dealership and received a quick response back. Told Pat Bricker that I was headed up that morning. He had the truck ready for a test drive. Pat was knowledgeable, showed all the features and was willing to help me get the truck I wanted within my budget. Bought a 2015 Ford at this dealer. We were pleased with a quick and fair deal. We didn't have to sit through the "10 trips to the manager" that we experienced at other places. The salesman and the finance person were friendly and efficient without all the usual nonsense we experienced elsewhere. Our salesperson gave us a good demonstration of the vehicles many features and offered his help any time we needed it. He said he didn't just sell cars, he also was our guy if we had a question or needed help. I would go back for my next car for sure.

I walked into the dealership today with an idea in my head of what I wanted. 15 minutes later Patrick had the truck in front of me. Exactly what I wanted...color and all! Huge selection of Trucks. Patrick told me everything I needed to know, answered all me questions, and I was rolling down the road. I have bought lots of cars in my 43 years and today was the most enjoyable. He was very prompt in calling me right away when I used the online test drive request, to ask what cars I was interested in and what I was looking for. We set up a time to test drive and he got to work with Kevin Covert on getting me approved for financing as quickly as possible so that I was already approved when I got there. I traded a 2014 Ford F-150 and bought a 2016 Ford Escape. I had leased the truck but it was way too large for me. The dealership helped me get out of the lease and got me into an Escape. They are absolutely the most wonderful people that I have ever dealt with in buying a car. Everyone is truly friendly and can't do enough to be helpful. They are super accommodating and understanding. I will continue to go to this dealership as long as I live int his area. They are the best!

Everything was really smooth. Patrick was easy to work with, friendly, and even picked me up and took me to the dealership to get my new car. My only complaint is that I think I was lied to about one of the fees. I was originally told that in addition to my car I would be charged for a temporary tag and a documentation fee. When first told of the documentation fee I inquired about its purpose and after a short conversation was told that I would not be charged the documentation fee and would only be charged tax and $182 for a temporary tag (this seemed high, but I don't know the going rate for a temporary tag). After completing my purchase a few days later I was looking closely at my paperwork and realized that the tag cost $47 and that indeed I had been charged $135 for a documentation fee totaling the $182 originally quoted just for the tag. Obviously I should have caught this before I signed the paperwork, but I did not--so that is on me and a $135 mistake. Although, I do think I was intentionally mislead. Otherwise, everything else was great and so far no issues with the vehicle.

I had found the Ford Explorer SUV on the internet. I called the dealership and I dealt with a very nice, respectful and honest salesperson. After checking the SUV, I was satisfied with it. It was a pre-owned, certified and with low mileage. The price was competitive and I felt comfortable buying the SUV. I paid a small deposit and they were willing to wait for me for couple of weeks to come finalize the purchase and pay the large balance. When I came to finalize the deal and pick-up the SUV, I was treated very nicely. They had everything ready and the process went very smoothly. They even had put a full tank of gas in the SUV. In summary, my experience at Baierl Ford was very good. I do recommend them. Ask for Larry Massella, the salesperson who helped me. He was great and made the buying experience pleasant.

Working with Patrick Dugan and his group was an entirely enjoyable experience. From start to finish, they went to every length to accommodate my requests. Patrick was available late two days of the week so I could meet with him after my work schedule, and gave me a great price right off the bat. He was up front with all the details, and even steered me away from the more expensive models, which had less discounts, and probably would have made him a bigger margin. I shopped all the local dealers and found Baierl the most responsive. My purchase started over the internet through email, I challenged all the dealers in the area with their best offer on a 2015 F-150 XLT. All the dealers were pretty close on price but Baierl stood out once I entered the showroom. They were very professional and very clear in what my price was, my incentives and my trade-in. In the end Baierl did give me the best overall deal from a pricing and finance perspective, the added showroom experience just made me all that more satisfied. I will definitely shop Baierl again.

My salesman Patrick Dugan made the process seamless. He answered his phone everytime I called, he responded to e-mails almost instantly. I did my research and knew what I wanted to pay for the vehicle and he met the price with a smile on his face. I actually had the deal worked out before I stepped foot on the lot. To my surprise when Patrick showed me the vehicle it had a bed liner installed, other dealers tried using this a negotiating tool and Baierl included it without being asked. After the papers were signed Patrick took the time to help be unload my old vehicle and then went over the entire vehicle. Thankfully he covered the auto stop feature that I was not aware off, the truck actually shuts off at a stop, I would have freaked out. I e-mailed the day after I purchased becasue I left soemething behind and he gladly went to my old truck to retrieve it and responded quickly, we all know true service starts after the sale.As for the financing Kevin Covert was a pleasure to deal with. He did cover the extended warranty programs and some add on plans, at the time I was not ready to committ and he never pushed or changed his attitude when I declined. He wrote everything down for me to remember and gave me an eveloper for the papers that go into the house and one for the truck.Thank you Patrick, Kevin and Baierl. I will be sure to pass on the good word about your dealership!

After going to Shults Ford of Wexford and their sales guy not wanting to take the time to deal with our situation, we went just a short ways up the road to Baierl Ford. We wanted to trade in a lease that we had on a Ford Escape that still had about 1.5 years on the lease. I knew going into this that we would probably lose money on it, but figured this wasnt something new and that dealerships have dealt with something like this plenty of times. Justin Uram was our sales guy and he took the time to look into different options that we had and gave us something we were happy with. We left the dealership without purchasing the truck because we wanted to go home and discuss what we thought of our situation and after thinking about it we didnt think there was a better deal that we could get. The next morning we called Baierl Ford to let them know that we wanted to purchase the truck, Lee Baierl is who I spoke with because Justin happened to be off work that day but he happily came in so that we were able to close the deal. The finance guy, Kevin Covert, was also very nice and was able to give us a warrantee that Shults Ford never mentioned to us before with the two vehicles we bought there. We are very happy with the service we got and look forward to doing business with them again.

I did a lot of shopping around before coming to Baierl and what I found was that they have the best prices around and have the most professional sales staff who will not pressure you. After being pressured by salesmen stuck in the past with their sales techniques at other dealers (number one hated car salesman phrase: "what will it take to get you in this car today") I was pleasantly surprised to find Baierl's sales staff friendly, patient, and willing to listen. They helped me find the truck I wanted with the features I wanted at a price lower than any other dealer. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Great experience and great prices.

My daughter and I visited Baierl after finding a 2008 Malibu on Truecar. The entire staff here was incredibly helpful. Jim Love and Lee Bairel were understanding of my time and what I needed and did way more to accommodate what I was looking for. Other dealerships were asking for way more on the same vehicle, then stated they would match. I would rather go with the dealer who gave me the best upfront pricing. Perfect Perfect Perfect....This was not my first time of purchasing a vehicle but I definitely loved the service and friendliness of the people at Baierl. Patrick Dugan was more than awesome. On top of selling me my perfect vehicle, he was on top of making sure we got there as coming from out-of-state, we got so lost it was not funny. Had he not been on top of things, really, I would have turned around to go back to dealers in my state. Then my son threw up everywhere just as we entered the offices and this time surprisingly, an employee (Patrick Dugan) cleaned up my son's mess. Honest to God, usually I have been handed a mop and a bucket. That, to me was really just going up and beyond normal duty and those are things that don't seem to matter to most employees but in actual sense, matter the most to customers and it is hard to forget such customer service. I bought a big vehicle and test-driving it was intimidating and of course Patrick was very encouraging..."you can do it" was all he repeatedly said and indeed I did it, otherwise, I was ready to settle for less. And considering how nervous I was driving off with such a big vehicle, he made sure to check on me two hours later just to make sure my kids and I made it home safe and sound. Way to go Patrick and thanks for everything.

Found the exact model I wanted on Auto Trader. Web chatted with Lauren then spoke with Patrick Dugan. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I explained that I lived 2 hours and 40 minutes away and he offered to stay late if I wanted to test drive the vehicle that evening. Test drove it, bought it and drove it home all on the same night. Unfortunately, it was time to replace our truck. The past 2 vehicles had been purchased at the same location. It is close and convenient. It is now a Baierl dealership when it was not in the past. The buying process was easy. We had done our research so we knew the truck we wanted. Our salesperson, Andy Henry, was great to deal with. Did not put the pressure on to buy RIGHT NOW. We have walked out of dealerships because of the pressure to make a decision immediately. Gave us 24 hours to think about it before contacting us. We like that in a salesperson. I can not say enough about my experience at Baierl Ford. I had been to another local Ford dealer that I had purchased 3 vehicles from, and I was very unhappy with their customer service. In-fact I almost decided to keep my current truck. Then I got a call from Mike Riederer. From the first phone call I knew something was different. It was like a breath of fresh air. I was looking for a very specific vehicle. We sat down and went over a few F150's none of which I was interested in. I thought okay thats it, I guess I will have to wait till they get one in, and then Mike suggested we build the exact vehicle I wanted and order it directly from the factory. I thought those days were long gone!! I never knew this was an option. So we sat down built my vehicle exactly the way i wanted it. Six LONG weeks later it arrived, exactly the way I wanted it. Mike kept me posted the entire time, from the day he ordered it, to its estimated arrival time, to the day it arrived. I can not say enough about Mike and the customer device I received, I felt like I was buying it from some one in my family. Every thing was exactly as promised and then some. Right from the start of my inquiry I received a quick response via email and phone. I linked up with Mike and he already had the truck ready to look at. Mike was very curtious and professional ,not pushy and brazen like most other sales people. Negotiations were quick and up front and I thought that both the deallership and I came out on top. Prior to buying my new 2014 F150, I had dreaded the whole truck buying experience! In fact, I prolonged buying a truck way longer than I should have just because I didn't want to deal with the process. I hate negotiating and being haggled with prices. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and a particular salesperson, Michael Riederer. They went above and beyond with their customer service. Great customer service is talked about by many these days, and delivered by few. These guys deliver and then some! I was shopping for a car online and came across an attractively priced car at Baierl Ford. I was a little hesitant to contact them since I live in Connecticut but I sent an email to Michael anyway. He answered all my questions quickly, and when I told him where I lived, he overnighted all the paperwork, and even went so far as to offer to pay for my travel to Pittsburgh! I met my Sales Associate, Andy Henry when I came to Baierl Ford on 3/18 looking to trade in my current car (2010 Nissan Versa) and purchase a Ford Focus. Andy was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We struck a deal for a new, 2014 Focus hatchback but due to my work constraints, I could not pick up the car until 3/20.On my way home from bowling after work on 3/19, I struck a deer and damaged my trade. I called Andy when they opened on the day of the supposed sale, told him my dilemma. Andy called me back promptly, told me they could still make a deal but I needed to get an estimate on the damage. When I advised him that due to the high sales volume of my work I could not leave to have this done, he came to my rescue, picked up my car and got an estimate at another Baierl dealership for the damage. We completed the deal as planned.I also want to thank the Sales Manager, Chuck for letting Andy help me out during a very trying time. Because they cared, helped me when needed AND went above and beyond, I will come back to Baierl often. Also, I will refer Andy Henry and Baierl to everyone I know when they need to buy a car.

Overall, our experience at Baierl Ford was fantastic. Great customer service, and our salesman Rich was very professional while looking out for our best interest. On the other hand, we were previously at Shultz Ford, and did not have the same customer service experience. The manager came off arrogant and rude, and didn't make us feel like they valued us as customers. For this reason, we came to Baierl and were not disappointed with our decision. We will recommend Baierl to family and friends.

But, Patrick and the team at Baierl had the entire transaction completed, from when I walked in the door to my approval and signing my preliminary paperwork, in under two hours. Finding my vehicle proved not to be the easiest of tasks, but Patrick worked non-stop and had it in no time! I have been a customer of Baierl Ford (previously Northland Ford) for two years and have been satisfied with the service until my last appointment. Firstly, they no longer seem to have a person dedicated to scheduling appointments, which is a negative. The gentleman I spoke to about making the appointment kept telling me the wrong date, but after multiple corrections, he apparently wrote it down correctly. I took my car in for an oil change. Once they went through the normal inspection, they notified me that my tires were bad and should be replaced. When I replaced tires previously at this dealer, I was provided with options for different tires and prices, but this time I was only given one option. I was also not offered any options for rebates if I used my Ford Service credit card. I decided to go ahead and get the tires replaced. After the fact, the service manager told me that the wheel weights were on the outside of the rims and they decided to move them to the inside, and in the process, the rims got dirty, but they washed them for me. When I got the car home I looked at the rims and noticed that they were significantly bent and scratched, with some sharp edges. When I called to complain they offered to move the wheel weights back to the front of the rims for me. As if that would solve the problem?! They did put $50 on my account, but I doubt I will go back.

I contacted Baierl Ford, after seeing a 2005 F150 on Cars.com. The sales person, Larry told me the vehicle was in the detail shop. I emailed and called each day and was very interested in the vehicle and would have purchased it. I informed them that I would be at their dealership on a Friday. All I was told is they have my number and would call. I didn't won't to loose out on the purchase and kept calling. They didn't seem too excited to deal with me, since I lived far from their dealership. On 2/6/14, I received an email that the truck was sold that morning, I never even got a chance to make an offer! I'm glad I didn't waste my time driving 100 miles. I don't know how a customer is to make a deal with this company from the internet. Very disappointed!!

Our fire department was in need of a new wildland/brush truck. We have been searching for a F-350 4x4 crew cab, and chassis for well over a year. We are located in southeastern Ohio, and have searched pretty much all over the state. Unable to locate one close to our area. I came acrossed 2 just like what we have been looking on Cars.Com at Baierl Ford. I emailed them on a Sunday, and bye Monday afternoon I was contacted from thier fleet manager. Within a two week period we had discussed prices and then we were sealing the deal on this very truck. So far I can say that our experience with Baierl Ford has been a very great one. I recieved 1 contact that they would contact me again. I waited 3 day then contacted them again. they would not deal at all. I told the salesman what deal I could do and he never contacted me , yes or no. I will not buy from them, if that is how they handle their customers. Very bad!

Everything started out fine. Had a car selected, applied for financing and waited to hear back. Heard back and was given a much higher payment than I was expecting. I asked the salesman the interest rate and he couldn't tell me cause he "said he didn't get involved in financing." told him I wanted the car but wanted to know interest rate first and for him to get back to me. Two days went past and I did the math myself and it was triple the national average. My bank qualified my at 4% above the national average. I asked him again for a third time when he called two days later what my rate was and he still couldn't tell me. I told him I did the math and it was 3 times the average. He told me it wasn't that high because he had "talked"to the finance guy. So for the fourth time I asked him what it was and he asked me if I wanted the car or not and I said no at that point and he hung up on me. So to this day i still dont know what their so called lower interest rate was. (By law they are required to tell you) This is why people hate buying a car. I would avoid this place and shop at one of the other Baierl dealers. We have bought several cars from baierl and never had an issue until now.
