This Review is for Balise Chevrolet at 440 Hall of Fame Ave, Springfield, Ma. 01105. I have a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 and I know from my past dealing with Balise Chevrolet that my Toyota Rav 4 is in excellent hands at Balise Chevrolet. I know that Fran Caruso and service tech Nick will take care of my vehicles service needs as if I was at Balise Toyota. I have come to appreciate the care my Vehicle receives at Balise Chevy with the awesome service from Fran and Nick. I wish Balise Toyota would appreciate my business as much as Balise Chevrolet does. The service manager Jason at Toyota does not appreciate loyal customers who have been servicing their vehicles their since bought New in 2009. Service Manager Jason now does not want to accommodate customers vehicles needs that have from day one of delivery had no issues rotating aftermarket wheels and now after 7 years it has become an issue and seems to me that my business is not appreciated here anymore. I even just last year bought another new vehicle from Balise Toyota, a 2015 Toyota Venza Limited. Knowing now what I know of how they appreciate loyal Toyota owners I might not have bought that 2015 Toyota Venza from Balise Toyota in West Springfield, Ma. Since they can no longer accommodate customers service needs. I am so happy to know I can get just as well if not better service and customer care at Balise Chevrolet in Springfield, MA. Went in for low tire pressure lite. After replacing 4 sensors , plus 2 I had replaced 2 weeks ago lite was still on. Three months later(lite still on) went back they wanted $99 for a diagnosis. NOT . Screwed over by Balise Fran Caruso, Chelsey and David Sostoski .Only decent service rep. is Brian Bush. I was charged $493 plus $125 for the other 2 sensors I had just replaced. Found out all I needed was air in the tires according to Balise. BEWARE they suck

My experience at the car wash was outstanding. The manager Juan was very professional and courteous. At other car wash it's about quantity of cars they can get washed. They don't care about the Quality which is very important. Balise Car Wash is the best in town. Thank you,Rose Matos

I would like to thank Steve Burke and Brian in the service department at Balise Chevrolet. On Friday, February 12, our car had broken down outside of Springfield. It was after six and we were on a trip to Vermont . We had our car towed to Balise and they had a rental vehicle waiting for me and my family. It just appalls me on the arrogance that some dealerships still have towards their potential customers. I was searching for a particular vehicle for some time when I found it on Balise Buick GMC's website advertised for a particular price. When I had gotten to the dealership my husband and I were put through the old fashion run a round. I asked what the $4,000 that they were offering off the vehicle consisted of and received the no straight answer. In order to test drive the vehicle you are required to fill out a credit app first. We went through this online determination for our trade which oops somehow blacked out before we were able to see what our trade was worth. Then we went through the run around of the back and forth the salesman plays with the manager over the money game. To the point after the painful and long process for a vehicle we would have bought anyway they were going to give us $1,000 less for our trade to make up for their false advertisement of $4,000 off the MSRP. Needless to say we walked. My husband and I have a near perfect credit score and this would have been our 11th new vehicle purchased in our lifetime so we weren't new at this process. After we arrived home we went on Auto Trader which is the website that Balise uses for the trade value and type the exact same answers to the questions we did at the dealer, oops we were given a trade in value that was $1,000 higher than they were willing to give us. I would rather go to a dealer and pay more for the vehicle than give Balise my money because of their shady practices. I would like to know why some dealers feel they need to be untrustworthy in order to make a sale. Most of us do our research before we purchase a vehicle and make fair offers, please stop treating us like we're ignorant, that is so old school.

For the first time in quite awhile, I was not jumped on when arriving at a car dealership and the sales representative was polite and responded to my questions even when I told him I was just doing preliminary shopping & comparing trucks. If I decide to purchase the Colorado, I'll certainly go back and see Jeff.

Went there yesterday to purchase a vehicle for my son who's car was totaled by drunk driver. Met with Salesman Jeff.. Very professional, knowledgeable and Polite... Entire process to purchase this vehicle took just a little over 2 hrs... Only downside they were not willing to work with us on pricing due to fact we had no vehicle to trade since his car was totaled... Wasn't asking for much just a little off the price to bring payments down just a bit.... Overall Great experience with Jeff and would defiantly work with him again

I tried to purchase a vehicle here over the Internet, as I've done a couple times before and was first told I had to pay in cash (state law or I had to overnight plates), then I was told it was dealership policy after confirming it was not a law, then I was told I had to be present and they would not allow me to ship. Very strange.

Bought a brand new Suburban from this dealership in 2012. I returned to the dealership for all service work, and it has gotten worse and worse each time. Not only will I no longer use this dealership for service, I will no longer buy any vehicles from any of the Balise locations. They treat you great when you are buying the vehicle, but once you sign, service is bad. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

We went to the Balise Chevy GMC dealership in Springfield, MA on Black Friday to look at a GMC Sierra and ended up purchasing one that day. Bob Boussy was the sales associate and was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us through the purchase answering the many questions we had. We then met with Jay Bhatty to get all the paperwork in order and he too was knowledgeable and friendly and spent a long time with us going over all the details of our purchase. Both of these gentlemen were professional, committed to ensuring we had a great experience, and are very customer focused and you are very lucky to have them representing your dealership.

Pitiful excuse for a dealership. My girl friend and I went in to get our tires changed. They did not change the air valves in our tires (which they admitted they should have done) so we had fluctuating flat tires which we had to fill every day until we got the chance to book an appointment at a reasonable time of day. We finally got an appointment from the assistant service manager named ROB (whom we had originally met with to get the tires changed). We called him the day and of our appointment and he told us that he would meet us at the dealership for the appointment we had made with him - he promised he would give us a rental once we dropped the car off and would "take care of the problem" regarding our tire issues. Well, we got there, and ROB was no where to be found. The man behind the counter, who was unbelievably rude, told us they had no appointment for us, were closing soon, had no rental for us, and to come back another time (we live 40 minutes away and had flat tires). He had absolutely no regard for us as customers. After they tried intimidating my girlfriend into leaving, I refused, and was so dumbfounded at their lack of respect and pride in their own business.This place is AWFUL. Their service is TERRIBLE. Hire employees who care about your business, not employees who screw over customers and get their paycheck knowing they work for a company they have no pride in.ROB, you are the worst of them all. You are a liar and a sleazeball. Thanks for the appointment and rental car that didn't exist you snake in the grass.

I came in to the dealership just to look and see since I was thinking about trading my 2006 Sante Fe. It was a Sunday afternoon and I figured the dealership would be closed since it was about 4:30 pm but just took a chance. Bryant Biccum was the sales rep that was there and was very professional, friendly and commited person. He took the time to see I was looking for and did not seem to mind that it was past closing time. I was able to test drive the new 2014 Sante Fe and ended up leaving the dealership that same night with the SUV. I truly am greatful for the service I received from him and had my daughter speak with him as well and he was able to help her get her first car. I will definitely recommend Bryant to all my friends and family and in the future if I will decide to trade or purchase another vehicle I will definitely be back to deal with Bryant. Your company is very lucky to have someone who is very commited and has great customer service skills. On a scale of 1-10, I would definitely given him a 10++++++. Thanks for everything Bryant. I will definitely be seeing you again.

My car had broken down while traveling thru Springfield so stopped in Balise to let my Subaru dry out-or so I thought. Barnett, service writer, came out, looked at car, drove it around the lot, advised me not to drive it but get it towed to local Subaru dealer as there was loud scraping noise underneath. Barnett let me park car in his lot until I got it towed-Funny....after contacting local Subaru dealer in west Springfield , I was rudely informed that they were way too busy to take care of my Subaru. Ironic, the Chevrolet dealership had a kind & friendly rep who assisted me, but the local Subaru dealer could not take time to look at my Subaru. Balise should be overjoyed to have Barnett as an employee--he is what customer service should be all about & maybe you could loan him out to Subaru dealer to show them what they should be doing !!!!!!

Had a couple minor problems with my 2011 Silverado. I showed up at my scheduled time, and met with Nicole. Nicole was very friendly and professional. She took my information quickly, made sure my needs were met, and promised me a call when all the work was done. A few hours later, she called to let me know my truck work was completed. When I arrived at the dealer the paperwork was waiting for me and I was back in my truck heading home in a few minutes. I will be back again at Balise for future services.

I saw a used vehicle online that I was interested in. I spoke with sales consultant Lloyd Creswell and explained my interest to set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionism and treated with respect. He went over the vehicle's history report and was honest about the vehicle's condition. After the test drive, Lloyd was very courteous and helpful. He helped me get a great financing rate and delivered my vehicle on time as promise. The vehicle had a couple of issues which the service department immediately took care of. I will refer anyone to this dealership.

First off I have to extend kudos to the sales staff, especially Tim Divoll. He is as honest, friendly and genuine a slaesman as you will find. I don't believe he has any part in my experience with the service center, which is the sole reason for my negative review.We bought a 2005 Equinox a year and a half ago. I noticed right away that it sounded as if it had a low end rumble, similar to the '68 Lemans I used to own. I was told at the time of sale that it was supposed to sound like that. However I sopke with two other owners who drive the exact make, model, year and even COLOR of our vehicle and theirs sound normal. Turns out that I discovered the cause of the sound while looking under the rig for a different problematic noise. The reason it sounds like a V8 is because there is an old, rusted hole in the muffler.The sound that sent me on that hunt was (and still is) a squeek coming from the rear of the vehicle which showed up shortly after the time of sale. I've taken it in a total of five times and they still haven't fixed it. Most people quit after three strikes. You can hear me coming down the street, it's so loud.During the times I brought it in, I noticed on the paperwork that my service inslused a 150 point inspection. I have no idea what that includes, but I can tell you that it doesn't seem to include a hole in the muffler, a rattling front end, an oil leak, or a bad alignment. Now a year and a half later, the front shocks are gone and the CV Joints are going out as well. We spent the money we did so we could go longer before having to dump a bunch of cash back into the purchase. Best laid plans...Ultimately I believe Balise can provide you with an honest sales staff and get you into a nice NEW car. However based on my experience, I have no faith in their ability to select decent pre-owned vehicles, and I certainly have no faith in the service center. I think it exists to provide a revenue stream without any accountability.

Do not go here the salesmen are rude dismissive, and shady. They dont do the maintenance they say they do and drive the cars around for thousands of miles and say they are sitting. They tried to sell me a car with an engine that was about to blow and when I asked questions about things that did not feel or sound right they dismissed it and acted like there was nothing wrong. I called the dealership they had the car serviced at and they said that balise didnt do the service they had recommended and that the engine was going to blow in a few thousand miles. Balise had said they did all the service and that the car was in perfect condition but when confronted refused to fix the problem. Do not buy a car from here you will regret it.

Juan Jones greeted us On the day we went to look at our choice from cars.com.From the moment we arrived he went out of his way to take care of us. He immediately let us test drive our choice. Sat down with us and we made the purchase. No pressure. Being a used vehicle there was a small repair needed and he jumped right in to take care of it with service. I returned after purchase to get a sticker and service was just as accommodating. Wonderful lounge for customers with wifi ,television coffee etc. While waiting we were chatting with 2 other customers waiting for service. They were just as happy as we were. Excellent all the way!!!!! I would highly recommend this dealership

We have purchased five vehicles from this dealership in the last ten years. Four Impalas and the present one is a Traverse. The whole experience with this dealership, every time, was excellent, from sales to service. The sales staff was efficient and they made purchasing our vehicles pleasant and quick. Usually, for service, I make an appointment but on the times I just dropped in for an oil change or new wind shield wipers they took care of the problem quickly, and always with a smile - a very pleasant place to bring your car problems, although problems are very few, mostly it is regular maintenance. I highly recommend Balise for all you vehicle needs.

I had an excellent experience at Balise Chevrolet. I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze with Luke's help. He was very friendly and helpful and actually made me want to buy from him and that dealership. I was very interested in buying a Toyota and he totally changed my mind, which was the best thing ever! I love my car and loved my experience. They were busy with customers but truly accommodated everyone, making them feel very important. I will and have recommended this dealership, and Luke especially. I drove two hours to get there and walked out within 5 min. First of all the car rep was not friendly to begin with and handed my drivers license back to me because I wouldn't commit to their price listed on the vehicle. I told the rep I first wanted to look at the vehicle and he kept trying to get me to commit the price. I told him Who purchases a vehicle without even getting to looking at it ? He then said sorry if you cant commit then I guess we wont waste your time. I highly recommend not visiting this dealership.

Our used car purchase at Balise Chevrolet was the best experience my husband and I have ever had with a car sale. We worked with Juan Jones as our salesman. He was outstanding and made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped on the lot, always offering us something to drink or snack on. With many dealerships we usually get the feeling that we are being pressured and the sales people can be slightly pushy. This was not the case whatsoever here. They were able to get us in the perfect vehicle for our family at exactly the right cost. When we came in to do the final signing of papers and such, we had the pleasure of working with Gary Showers, Finance Manager. He also made us feel right at home to the point of accommodating my 2 year old with toy cars and chocolate to keep her happy while we signed everything. We felt that everyone involved in the process went above and beyond the status quo and left a lasting impression and smile on our face!!! Everything was supposedly in order, went to pick up car and it had 1,200 more miles on it than was advertised, and was written in the contract!!! Dealer said there was nothing they could do because they don't "negotiate their prices". His explanation was: one of the dealers must have put 1200 miles on it in the 6 days between our test drive and decision to purchase??!! Salesman would not return our calls. So I go to check out a car I had set up an appointment for. It was and hr and half drive only for them to tell me they sold it. They were very rude towards me and told me it was a new kid who took the call who just walked out. But would of loved to get a call or something. All they could say was that their communicating was terrible. How to expect to run a business that way. It just wouldn't of been so bad if the staff was snobby and rude to me. I was being calm and just asked them a few questions but wouldn't have any of that

Just wanted to share my experiences with the 2011 Crv SE I just purchased. I was very happy with the salesman. They don't pressure you into buying anything that you don't need. In fact, I went there not really knowing what I wanted to buy, only the type of car I wanted. Josh was very helpful and found out what I needed the car for and the types of cars that would fit me for what I wanted and I got a GREAT price on it. They do offer the lowest price around without question and me as a women would never have to worry about getting ripped off. In fact my husband, who is the wheeler-dealer type, was very impressed. I can say that I would definitely come back when I am ready to trade in and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again!! :)

horrible dealership! if you are buying from here you are a total sucker. im not against large dealerships, and i understand large dealership over price their cars... but if you are smart enough to negotiate, usually the dealership will go along with it... not this one! stickes to their HIGHLY over prices and offers your CRAP for a, other wise decent trade!. went to look at a car advertised at $21000, KBB value at 20000, and i wanted to pay 19000, and get 5000 for my trade (under the KBB value of 6500!) they offered 2000 for my car and wouldnt budge on the price!... keep in mind i am paying cash! a dealership dream!! ended up getting the same vehical for 17000 and getting 5500 for my car at a Bertera dealer... AGAIN... IF YOU GO HERE YOU ARE A SUCKER... SHOP AROUND. total scam that needs to be stopped... this is the problem with our economy

I bought a pick up from the dealership. Everything was great until I brought the truck in for sevice. The mechanic scraped the whole length of the bed. The worst part of it is the servise manager didn't bother to tell me. He just told the mechanic to go ahead with the oil change. I love the truck and the salesman was very good. Don't get your vehicle serviced there.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Balise Chevrolet. My first SUV years ago had several problems (NOT the dealer's fault) and Balise did everything in their power to fix what needed to be done and completely detailed my vehicle each time it came out of the garage. For that reason, I chose Balise over Central Chevrolet.I test drove 4 other vehicles before I made my choice, and 2 of them were at other dealerships in the area under the Balise umbrella. Mr. Rick Askew at Balise Chev. proved to be the most accomodating and helpful salesman over the other dealerships. The first time I walked into the Balise Chev. showroom, Mr. Askew was the only person of approx. 15 in view who stopped what he was doing and asked if I needed help. I can only surmise that the rest did not see the potential and ability of an old broad in jeans and a T-shirt for purchasing a $40+K top of the line crossover SUV. I knew what I wanted and Mr. Askew never tried to push me into something with less equipment in a more favorable color for the mere purpose of making a sale. You see, the ONLY vehicle on the lot that day that met my expectations was RED...and I hate red cars. Mr. Askew also attempted to find a similarly equipped vehicle online in a 500 mile area that wasn't RED and he came up empty. I then left the property and I felt no animosity ensued between Mr. Askew and myself.A Gray Toyota Highlander from an area competitor became my second vehicle of choice and proved to be the bargaining tool I needed when I returned to Balise Chev. 2 days later in my attempt to secure the 2012 RED Traverse. Did I get a GREAT price as checked above? Who knows. I did get a very fair trade-in value for my 8 year old sedan and I left the dealership that day feeling jubilant. I guess you could say that feeling was priceless!I can honestly attest to the fact that I love my new Traverse, still hate the color, and I look forward to many happy years in the driver's seat!

I went in talked with Jaun. He quickly showed me exactly the cars I wanted to see with out any fuss. He was straight to the point and direct, I saw what I wanted and got the info I needed in about 15 minutes. I already new what I wanted from the internet just need to see exactly was on the lot. I called back the next day had some negotiations on the phone and deal was done. Had some good laughs and bought a new 2011 Suburban. Even when I picked up the Suburban I was in and out quickly. Balise Chevrolet Buick GMC sold me a used 2008 Hyundai Accent with 36,600 miles and a clean carfax. Within two days of delivery I called them to tell them of a burning rubber smell coming from the engine. Within five days, on the following Monday, I had it back at the dealership for diagnostics. It had less than 250 more miles on it. Balise announced that the clutch had gone bad. They made me go on a check ride with a member of their staff. That staff member told the service manager immediately and in my presence that nothing about my driving contributed to this problem. I was told they would request authorization for a repair from the sales manager as this was an issue that existing prior to sale.The next day they called me and told me they would not repair the damage as it could not be done under warranty. They would do it for about $1270 more though. They did not deny that this was an existing problem, nor did they reverse themselves and assert that my operation of the vehicle was to blame.Now I'm in the position of working with a lawyer, the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. Balise sold me a vehicle that was defective and unsafe to drive. They conducted their own safety inspection. I understand that car dealers are always risky to work with, but I have never dealt with an organization that was so flagrant in their willingness to abuse consumer trust.The irony in all this is I had planned on giving this car to my daughter. About 15 years ago my daughter did one of those "you'll do better at Balise commercials." Clearly not so in her case.Apologies in advance for cross posting. I wish more people would put their stories out there. It would make it much easier for consumers to identify dealers like Mike Balise.

Usually buying a new vehicle is as popular as a dentist visit. This was not at all like that. I did a lot of research before going to Balise and was pretty certain on what I wanted. I emailed Balise prior to going and got an immediate response from Tim Divoll. I was impressed immediately since they weren't even open. We arrived - we met amd looked at new GMC trucks. Tim answered every question I threw at him. (Didn't have to run to get an answer from someone else.) The pricing was excelllent and discounts were great. He made no attempt to get me to buy up. ( A standard sales practice almost anywhere.) The vehicle had more accessories than I wanted or needed but the deep discounts made it accepatable. Jason Perez (financial manager) did all the paperwork and made sure we understood everything. He left no grey areas. I would highly recommend if someone is looking for a new Chevy/Buick/GMC go to Balise and seek out Tim Divoll. He made buying this vehicle a very pleasant experience. He knew what we wanted - what we could afford - and he and Jason made it happen. I hope that any future dealings with Balise will be as easy as it was with these two gentlemen.

I was extremely impressed! I have purchased a few cars in the past and have never had a more pleasant experience. Tim Miller was extremely professional, friendly, and completely "non-pushy". Every experience I have ever had with car salesmen, including being with friends and family when they have bought a car, has always felt pushed and phony and full of lots of talk from salesmen, sell, sell, selling. It has always felt overbearing, rushed, and just extremely nerve-racking. I don't even like to pull into a car lot because it starts the minute you get out of car. Tim was absolutely wonderful! He was informative, calm, and very helpful. I can't say enough about him or my whole experience. I was dreading buying a new car, and in the end I left there very happy! I also received a Carfax, a descriptive list of the maintenance which they did to car before i even bought it. They replaced both front and back brake pads as soon as car was brought there. they did all scheduled maintenance and balanced tires and more. I was told by Tim that they do that with all the cars they have. Bottom line is, I highly recommend this dealership and Tim.

I last purchased a vehicle in 1998 from the same Balise dealer and drove the car until 3/2011.I went online to look for a similar used vehicle and found one I like immediately. I called the dealer and spoke with Juan, who then referred me to Ross for assistance.Ross was extremely helpful and accomodating from the moment I walked into the dealership. Juan was working with another customer and was unable to assist me but was very pleasant and accomodating also.Ross showed me the car I liked, took me on a test drive and answered all my questions. I bought the vehicle within an hour and drove it home within 3 hours. Ross took care of every detail for me and offered assistance in the future should I need it.Great job guys!

We test drove a 2011 Chevy Equinox that night and loved it---all except the color. Ross assured us he would find our color --Black.True to his word, a day later, the Black Equinox arrived at Balise.We were delighted to finance the car through Balise as well.I highly recommend Ross as a excellent sales specialist. We saw a 2010 Subaru Forrester online and called and spoke with Tim Divoll. From that first contact through the day we picked up the car, Tim was wonderful to deal with. I have a one man business and absolutely depend on my truck to get me and my tools to job sites and back every day and in all kinds of weather. I bought a 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup new and have driven it almost daily for the past eight years. With 167,000 miles and no serious problems of any nature it was simply the best quality, most dependable and most comfortable vehicle I ever driven. I went into Balise just to look over the new GMC pickups and met Tim Miller. I didn't plan on buying a truck at that point because my 2003 was still running like a new vehicle but when he explained the GMC promotions for small businesses it got my attention. If you visit there and speak to someone like Tim who knows these vehicles inside and out you will be amazed how much enhancement has been done to these already terrific trucks. The blue tooth connection for a cell phone, built in navigation, back up alarms and the usual GMC product quality is evident.I rode in a Toyota pickup recently. It couldn't hold a candle to the GMC Sierra. I was surprised. I got the best deal from people who seemed genuinely committed to seeing to it that I got a truck that fit my needs and for a price that couldn't be beaten. I strongly recommend this dealership!

After a search for a pre-owned GMC Acadia, my husband and I went to Balise not knowing what to expect. We were thrilled with the immediate welcome and the helpfulness of Tim and Paul after our hour drive to the dealership. We had been researching pre-owned cars and knew what we wanted. They were quick to show us the vehicle that we were interested in and gave us answers to any question that we asked. We decided to purchase the car that day and Tim worked tirelessly through a problem with out insurance company. They sent the car to be detailed and serviced before we brought it home and as time went long with our insurance issue, Tim offered to deliver the car to our home on the next day. This made the evening perfect. We had been at the dealership for the better part of the afternoon and it was made slightly more interesting with the company of our 1 year old daughter. Tim went above and beyond to make the car-buying process simple and enjoyable for us. We were truly happy with our experience and would recommend working with Tim Divoll to any buyer. We plan on returning in the future.

This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. We ordered a car from Al Schubach. Balise exceeded our expectations all around. Everything we agreed to in the initial transaction was honored upon delivery of the vehicle. Al was very upfront and relaxed. When we went to sign the final paperwork and meet with the business manager I was nervous from past experiences. Balise was different. The business manager presented several options for warranties, etc. However, there was no hard sell. The terms both dollars and financing matched our agreement exactly. In every car buying experience before this the dealer has always tried to nickel and dime me, increasing prices, fees, financing costs, etc. This was NOT the case at Balise. A very honest, straight forward, and pleasant experience. I would definitely return and will tell other people about my great experience. Thank you Al.

I would highly recommend Balise to anyone who is in the market for a New or Used GMC! I was planning on purchasing an Acadia and had done a ton of "homework" on my own prior to this purchase. This was to my advantage to not walk into a dealership blind and without knowing what I was looking for. I believe it also helps out the salesman as far as not taking up a lot of their time starting from scratch.Tim Miller was a pleasure to do business with! He was not your typical salesman and in your face. He was not forcing the sale whatsoever. I actually respected him more for being so calm and not putting pressure on the purchase. The vehicle we were interested in had just been delivered to the dealership and was filthy. Tim told us to come back in a couple hours and immediately sent the Acadia to be cleaned. When we returned, it looked like a completely different vehicle! I was very impressed that the Balise team worked so quickly and efficiently!As far as the actual purchase, Tim allowed for our deposit to hold until after the holidays had passed so nothing was rushed. Once we were ready to pick up the Acadia, Tim made everything so simple! The only thing I needed to do was make a quick phone call to my insurance agent to warn them about Tim contacting them. When we arrived at the dealership, the paperwork was already written up for us making the financing part of the purchase very easy to understand. Tim also spent over an hour and a half with us in the vehicle pointing out all of the features that come with a newer, top-of-the-line model vehicle. Very helpful!!!I am so in love with my GMC Acadia! I knew exactly what I was looking for and it is a vehicle purchase dream come true! Obviously, if you've done your homework, you know ahead of time which dealership has your dream vehicle in stock...lucky for us, Balise was the winner!

We contacted Al because our lease was about to expire and we wanted to explore some different options. We have now leased 4 vehicles with Al at this dealership and frequently recommend to friends that they do business here as well. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Al knew we wanted to try something other than the Impalas we had been leasing and showed us the Equinox. He took a great deal of time explaining the many features of this vehicle and let us test drive it. We decided right then that this was the vehicle for us and Al and his colleagues got right to work on all of the paperwork. We were able to pick up our new car the very next day complete with new plates, inspection sticker, and a full tank of gas.

Before I went to Balise I went to other dealerships in area in search of a vehicle that had great gas millage, a good warranty, and was reliable. The other dealerships were not helpful. At the advise of a friend I decided to check Balise Chevrolet. When I got to Balise and started browsing at the selection of vehicles I was greeted by Juan. He asked me what I was looking for and was happy to show me around and answered my questions for each car I looked at. I,m glad I took my friends advise. From the test drive through the purchase every one was very friendly and helpful all the way.

I wouldn't trust my vehicle to any other place. I don't even live in Massachusetts, but I take my Suburban to Balise for service. It's definitely worth the hour drive, to deal with friendly, honest service technicians and the service manager, Scott Taylor. I am among many people in my CT neighborhood who insist on Balise in Springfield, MA for fast, reliable service.

Working with Balise was by far the most comfortable and rewarding car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We were kindly greeted and attended to the moment we walked in the door. The sales rep we worked with was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen closely to all of our questions and concerns regarding picking the right vehicle. We finally decided to go with the 2010 GMC Acadia. The discussion involving pricing and financing options was conducted with zero pressure placed upon us and we truly felt that they were in our corner when it came to working with our financial constraints. The registration process and inspection was a breeze since they have an in-house registry and inspection station. It was so quick that when we came in to take delivery the vehicle was plated and inspected in the time it took us to sign the final paperwork! Upon taking delivery we were introduced to the service manager and given a tour of the service department. We have nothing but praise for Balise and have recommended everyone we know to them. Do yourself a favor and shop Balise first, you will not be disappointed.

I visited this dealership after finding a car I wanted online. They ended up giving me a great price and my salesman (Barry) was easy to work with. When they took the car to be inspected they found a hairline crack in the taillight and were upfront with me about it (I would NEVER) have seen it. They ordered a new taillight, put it in and delivered the car to me. I am extremely pleased with them.

I went to balise to trade in my truck. Before going i did the research on kelly blue book. When i got there and told them what i wanted they tried to tell me i was wrong about the info i recieved from kelly blue book. then these sneaky jerks tried to show me a kelly blue book quote and it was 4000 less than the real thing. they musta clicked 2 wheel drive where it shoulda been four wheel drive or something to make the quote less. when i got home i double checked and sure enough my original price was right. these scum bags will do anything to try and trick you to maxamize their profits!!!

I had a very good experience buying my first truck from Balise... 3 years later, the second truck was an entirely different story - I don't know what happened.<br>Starting from the purchase day, the finance department had pulled what I felt were a couple of very unprofessional and slightly sneaky moves regarding the finance terms. Against my better judgment, I bought the truck anyway. When I mentioned the incident to the GM, he informed me that 'well, it's a done deal now' and offered me a free oil change to pacify me. I felt as if I'd just been taken for a ride, and smacked in the face afterward. <br>I started having problems soon after (6 mo?) with the transmission, and found myself caught between Chevy and Balise... nobody wanting to help. Admittedly, it's not an easy problem to reproduce, but it's a safety issue, not to mention reliability (transmission shifting erratically and very hard) and I thought for sure that Balise would want me to be a satisfied customer, and try to help. Not so. Balise explained how they'd 'love to help, but if they can't produce an error code in the computer, then Chevy won't pay them for the warranty work'. Chevy explained that 'unless the dealer can find an error code in the computer, they're not obligated to do anything under the terms of the warranty'. All of which, in my opinion, is just plain BALONEY. I paid a lot of money for a work truck, and I'm hesitant to work with it.<br>I could add PAGES of more technical gripes that I've had with Balise, but.... long story short, I was truly disappointed with the basic integrity, ethics and approach to customer service at Balise.<br>Hope your experience is better than mine!
